The past been convinced that TikTok supports him and that TikTok users overwhelmingly are in his base. We have a lot of evidence to suggest that the Chinese Communist Party manipulated the data to to make him feel that way and after the election immediately turned back to using the algorithm against President Trump, against Republicans and against American interests. On Tuesday, consumer protection organization Consumers Research launched a scathing report about how a group of nonprofit hospitals around the country are using taxpayer dollars to promote political agendas.

These states to warn about how tax status is being manipulated by these hospitals.

One other dynamic to watch here is a number of these hospitals who are manipulating their tax status are also receiving money through a shady program called 340B. You may have heard about this recently. It's gotten a lot of attention in the news recently. It is a program I'm keep this very simple, a discount drug program to help lower income people get medication at a lower cost. But what these hospitals are doing is getting that medication in bulk at that.

Lower cost, but then charging those lower.

Income patients the full price or charging their insurance the full price and pocketing.

The difference so they have massive slush.

[Host]

Funds they can use for these political agendas like trans surgeries from Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Or as is the case with Cleveland Clinic Ohio investing in foreign properties like Abu Dhabi in London and building out.

Their own hospital centers across the country, but using the benefits that were intended for lower income patients in places like Ohio.

So there's a lot to look into there and we congratulate Consumers Research for raising the flag on this really important issue that is manipulating our tax dollars for political purposes. We definitely didn't vote for.

Out of the United States Supreme Court on Wednesday. A 6 to 3 Supreme Court majority upheld Tennessee's law to ban controversial and.

Dangerous transgender surgeries for minors.

You saw last week Gavin Newsom repeatedly.

Begging President Trump to arrest him to make him a resistance folk hero.

So in the style of AOC getting fake arrested and Gavin Newsom begging to be arrested, we have a new brand of resistance heroes that have particularly percolated in these last few weeks with President.

Trump's efforts to deport dangerous criminal illegal immigrants.

Exhibit A. Last week, California Senator Alex Padilla attempted to accost DHS Secretary Kristi Noem at a press event.

I'm Senator Alex Padilla. I have questions for the secretary because the fact of the matter is half a dozen criminals.

Of Senator Padilla, it's clear that he was walking past the audience directly to.

The DHS secretary attempting to shout her down.

Now her security detail is acting exactly how you would expect when someone is accosting the principal and they have no.

Idea who it is.

Senator Padilla is not well known. He has not passed legislation. He was appointed to his seat. So he does not have a lot of name recognition like other senators. He also is dressed in street clothes.

DHS said later they had no idea.

Who he was as he was shouting at the DHS secretary and attempting to get to her. Here's CNN giving a little bit more color on that.

But from a law enforcement perspective, this was neither the fault nor the responsibility of DHS Secretary Noem. She's in the middle of a press conference. There's someone who interrupts and then makes it clear by his movements that he is not going to comply. He's taken out.

But again, if you watch that video closely, you'll see that as Senator Padilla.

Approaches, a staffer is videotaping, hoping to.

Create a viral moment out of this situation.

But again, this is inviting more and.

More of these types of dangerous actions of trying to stop ICE agents from carrying out their work and trying to accost government officials. The other exhibit that we wanted to.

You'll see here that ICE is attempting to carry out an arrest for an illegal immigrant.

And Lander is not only asking them.

For a warrant, but he's putting his.

Hands on the ICE agents attempting to stop them. Here's him being released from his very.

Very short stay in custody.
