"And then I kind of thought, huh, that's just the initial overwhelm when someone comes at you with a new bag of tools. There could be stuff that I bring up in these calls where you go, 'Oh Gosh, I don't know if I can add that to my life. When you first hear it that's the reaction, then when you settle with it and you go, 'OK, actually could this make things more fun?'"

This can lead to more happiness and better results. We can find more joy in our life when we release resistance and allow what's meant for us to flow in.
