About the hosts (from the episode): Arthur Tew has built in stage engineering, house flipping, an ophthalmic device company he took from garage to public offering, and e-commerce for major TV networks. Josh Staab started in landscaping, studied civil engineering at NC State, ran multiple businesses, and has been in marketing since leaving engineering. Sydney Andress came up through PR, marketing for doctors and attorneys, and the gym industry before joining Sherpa as one of its earliest team members.
