Maybe you’re looking at competitors, maybe you’re adding a little margin on top of your costs, or maybe you’re just hoping the numbers work out in the end. The reality is, if your pricing isn’t built on a clear understanding of your value, it’s always going to feel uncertain, and that uncertainty shows up in your confidence, your customers, and your bottom line.
