Remote estimates, property data, Google Earth, FaceTime, reviews, and strong customer metrics will also reduce friction as younger customers increasingly expect digital buying experiences. Underneath these changes is a values-based culture built around keeping promises, respecting individuals, pursuing excellence, continuously improving, and being willing to “embrace the possibilities.”
