Not everyone in your DMs is ready to buy. Some people are serious. They've done their research. They're looking for the right person to help them. They have money and they're ready to spend it. Others are tire-kickers. They want free advice. They'll waste an hour of your time and then ghost. They were never going to buy—they just wanted to pick your brain. The problem? They both ASK the same questions. "Can you help me with X?" "What would you recommend for my situation?" "How much do you charge?" Same words. Completely different intent. Today I'm going to show you how to spot the difference in 60 seconds—so you can pour your energy into the people who are actually ready.

I can diagnose someone's problem in 5 minutes. Not because I'm a genius—because I've practiced my questions so many times I can do it in my sleep. Someone says "my funnel isn't working" and I ask ONE question: "What are your numbers—cost per lead, VSL play rate, application rate, close rate?" With those numbers, I can see exactly where the kink is. No 45-minute brain dump needed. This is called a "flash roll"—and you can engineer it for the people YOU serve.

The Constraint Location Formula tells you what's broken. This exercise prevents you from breaking in the first place. Tina and Dan were drowning in tactics. Busy every day, stuck every month. I ran one exercise. Reverse-engineered their £10K/month goal: £1,500/client minimum → need 10 clients 3-month retention → sign 8 new clients/month 33% close rate → 24 meetings/month 6 meetings/week → 20 warm conversations/week 4 conversations per day That's the whole business. Now their only question: Did I talk to 4 people today? Yes = on track. No = there's the priority. Your homework: Run the math on YOUR business. What's your daily number? Join Momentum

You've followed the funnel guy. Built the funnel. It flopped. You've followed the content queen. Posted for 90 days. Crickets. You've followed the ads expert. Burned your budget. Nothing. Here's the secret nobody tells you: They were ALL right. And they were ALL wrong. Every guru teaches from their own experience. They cracked ONE thing—so they see that problem everywhere. But their solution might be Stage 4 advice... when you have a Stage 1 problem. The strategy isn't broken. The SEQUENCE is. In this episode, I show you why good advice keeps failing you—and how to figure out what YOU actually need to fix first.

She was about to spend thousands rebuilding her funnel. Her ads were "fine." Her offer was "fine." Her sales skills were "fine." But revenue was stuck at $8,364/month. Every expert told her to scale. Rewrite. Optimize. Test. I told her to stop. Because I saw a gap nobody else saw. 3 days. That's how long her leads heard NOTHING after opting in. 800 leads a month... disappearing into silence. We fixed one thing. Revenue hit $23,698. In this episode, I show you exactly how I found the gap—and how to find yours before you waste another dollar on tactics that aren't the problem.

There's an equation running in your leads' heads right now. Two variables. Multiplied together. And it's the reason they're not buying—no matter how good your offer is. My mentor Nic taught me this formula, and once I understood it, everything changed. Sales got easier. Content got simpler. Clients started saying yes faster. Most coaches try to overcome objections. I just solve for the two variables. In this episode, I break down the exact equation—and show you how to eliminate both variables so your leads stop spinning and start buying.

Today is the first day of spring. For the last three weeks, you've been doing the hard work. Tracking your numbers. Clearing what wasn't working. Facing uncomfortable truths. Building a foundation. That was winter. That was about YOU. Today, we shift. Spring isn't about looking inward anymore. It's about looking outward. It's about the people you're here to serve. Because here's what I've learned after years of coaching entrepreneurs: The ones who break through aren't the ones with the best funnels or the cleverest ads. They're the ones who stop obsessing over their business and start obsessing over their people. Today, everything changes.

I'm recording this episode late. Like... embarrassingly late. The kind of late where most people would say "I'll just skip today and start fresh tomorrow. It's spring anyway—new season, new start." But that's exactly the trap. Because tomorrow is the spring equinox. The official start of growth season. And how you spend the LAST day of winter determines whether your spring growth actually sticks—or falls apart by April. If I skip today, I'm telling myself that "close enough" counts. That foundations don't need to be finished. That I can just... start over when things feel easier. No. I'm late. And I'm still here. Recording this. Because that's what today is about. Today I'm going to show you how to lock in the work you've done over the last 19 days so you don't lose it. So the foundation actually holds. So when you start building tomorrow, you're building on solid ground—not good intentions. This is the episode that makes sure the last three weeks weren't wasted.

What if the fastest path to your Enough Number isn't growing bigger—but staying small on purpose? Everyone tells you to scale. Expand. Add more offers. Reach more people. Go national. Raise funding. But what if that advice is wrong? It was for me... and I'll explain why. Want me to help you build YOUR lifestyle business, join Momentum.

What if I told you that you already have everything you need to hit your Enough Number? Not next year. Not after another course. Not when you finally feel ready. Right now. With what you already have. Most entrepreneurs stay stuck in "preparation mode" forever. Tweaking. Planning. Perfecting. Waiting for the right moment. Today I'm going to show you why that's costing you money—and what to do instead.
