A few takeaways from today’s episode.

Things have been BUSY around here recently!
Tara and I just launched the 8 Minute Millionaire podcast, which has been a ton of fun so far. Check that out at 8MinuteMillionaire.com.
On the house flipping side, we have about 90 houses in the pipeline at the moment.
Kale and Vanessa both just got back from out of state trips, meeting with agents and other people we’re working with.
We’ve learned a few things that are different in flipping out of state versus flipping in California. We’re always still learning! We don’t have everything figured out.
When you’re getting started in this business, evaluate your situation. If you don’t have a lot of capital, don’t go out and start trying to flip high-end properties. Start by wholesaling and partnering, start as a bird dog, do whatever you can.
Sometimes if you have money to put into a project, that becomes the path of least resistance, where it’s easier to just throw money at it rather than dig in and figure out the best or most cost-effective way to do something.
We are no longer buying a house a day, and that’s intentional; we’re buying 2 or 3 per week.
The market is still strong, though not as strong as it has been recently, so I’m cautiously optimistic going into the cooler months right now.
