We dish about how sometimes when we have the chance to be present or receive what we've actually been asking for, we might shy away or step back. Maybe the universe is waiting for us to step up, but most likely we are needing a slap in the face to see what's right there for us to have.

We might be able to take care of everything ourselves but do we have to?

Life can be one big distraction. How often are you taking a moment to bask in the power of NOW. With so many things to do, we can just make the situation uncomplicated and break it down to one simple solution.. find joy in the simple things and forget about everything else.

How we feel about events or circumstances in our lives matter. It's not all beautiful or magical all the time. When we have tools and we just aren't feeling it, how does we then stay anchored and ride out the storm?

When was the last time you acknowledged your inner child and what they need?

It can be challenging to find your spark and keep it lit, but we're here to talk about tiny habits and mindset shifts that may help you find your light and keep it shining on.

When we show up as our true selves what does that look like? feel like? What if you could just be you? Embrace that inner little kid and look at the world with without judgement, without any worry about how we look, act or talk. Just be You cause' lemme' tell you, everyone else is taken.

Sometimes we have to go through the process of healing from challenges, old traumas, and just plain crap that life throws our way. It's okay to hold space for yourself and others to move through and feel all the feelings and when in doubt, just scream it out.

This is a time when things are moving and shaking with lots of invites and opportunities to get out. We want to remind you to take a little different approach and go inward, recharge, relax, and re-set. It's mid-way through the year and this is a good time to check in with yourself, your goals, but most importantly, your intentions.

In this episode, we explore our trips to the wild west and how letting go a little and diverting from a plan can help us open up to new wonders and opportunities to appreciate our journey and our surroundings.
