The institutions are melting, the mascots are back in blackface, and somewhere out there, a Supreme Court justice is sipping champagne on a billionaire’s yacht while rewriting what counts as a bribe.

This isn’t satire anymore. This is civic decay with a soundtrack and a merch table.
