Hey everyone, just a quick audio drop from Rob here. I just want to let everybody know that starting in September, we're going to have some updates to how you can get CES based on changes to the BACB requirements. So you might notice some of these changes starting in August, but they will all be going into effect early September and kind of rolling out through those first few weeks in September. Basically, if you just want to listen to the podcast every week or every time we release an episode, just want to listen. Here are our thoughts on relevant research. Here are some of our guests. Great. Continue listening. However you've been listening, it's not going to change a thing. The big change is going to be if you are interested in getting CES for our episodes, you will need to start and finish the whole process on our website abainsidetrack.com now you. You can click the link that we'll be trying to make as clear as possible in your podcast player. It'll take you right to the webpage where you can create an account, you can access whatever episode you were about to listen to on your podcast player, and you can listen to the whole thing on your phone just like you normally would be. Our website through thinkific, goes on your phone, so it shouldn't change too, too much. Other than if you start listening on your podcast player, then go to the website abainsidetrack.com you are going to have to then listen to the entire podcast again to demonstrate that you listened to it, because there's no way for us to do it in between all the different apps. It's just impossible. So for the rest of August, it shouldn't be too different. You'll notice that we've switched to kind of a video format, but it's really just the audio. We make these little videos. It's nothing too fancy. You can just listen to it without watching. However, we're going to try to make sure we have subtitles on there as well. So if you do want to listen with the subtitles on, that'll be there. You can also download a transcript and sort of read along as you're listening. Whatever works best for you. But you're going to have to go through ABA InsideTrack.com if you are interested in getting CES. Now, if you change your mind later and decide you want to get ces, you just have to listen to the content again. No big deal, right? And if you just want to listen and that's all you want to do, no changes are necessary. Please don't unsubscribe Please don't change anything else though. This is really just a requirement with the new CE requirements. So if you want us to be able to keep giving you cell CES for listening to our awesome content, it's just one thing that we're going to have to do. Sorry, it's an extra little hoop. We'll have more to say about the process in September. We'll remind everyone again, but we want to give everyone as much of a heads up as possible that this change is coming. So that if you are sitting on a bunch of ces, you've already listened to, you have some code words, you took some notes, you're just going to go, think I'll take the quiz real fast. Well, that will not be something that you can just kind of do starting in September. So, you know, just to give everyone a little bit of a heads up for that change. All right, anyway, we'll see you at the next episode. Keep responding with that, you know, starting on the website abainsidetrack.com if you want Ces piece. Bye.

These changes are due to new BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) requirements. The update is aimed at keeping loyal listeners in the loop and providing ample notice so they can adjust to the new CE acquisition process.

The episode is a practical, listener-focused heads-up: Starting September, earning CEs via ABA Inside Track will require listening and assessment directly through abainsidetrack.com. This is due to BACB’s new verification requirements; it's not an overhaul for the sake of change. Regular listeners need not worry, but those using the podcast for CE credits should adjust soon and wrap up outstanding credits under the current process before September. Expect ongoing reminders and support as the transition happens.
