I talk about filtering content and mentorship by what’s useful and relevant for your season, the value of experimenting, and how clear structure (like riverbanks) can create safety while still allowing flow. I also explain why witnessing and two-way support matter to me, and why I aim for interdependence—not dependence, codependence, or isolated independence—in coaching, business, parenting, and life.
