In this solo episode of the AI Outcomes Podcast (EP 40), I share my unfiltered journey with OpenClaw – the viral open-source autonomous AI agent that's completely changed how I work.

This isn't just another chatbot. OpenClaw is proactive, has PhD-level memory, knows my business inside out, and actually takes action: monitoring emails, managing my calendar, handling to-do lists, researching ideas, and even running weekly "team meetings" with me.

As a non-dev, it took me 15-20 hours of Terminal hell to set it up safely on a remote server (Hetzner, €3.80/month). I cover the security nightmares (prompt injection, anyone?), how I mitigated them, choosing Claude Sonnet as its brain, connecting via Telegram (my bot is named "Bot Botter"), and the mind-blowing results.
