On the show today, David Steingard welcomes Katia Pryce and discuss her journey from dancing to stunt work to struggling in NYC and finding her passion by combining dance and fitness which led her to found and create Dance Body. We also discuss the challenges she had to overcome being a inexperienced entrepreneur in the fast paced environment of NYC and being at the right time and place with the streaming side of her courses during COVID. She also talks about how she blends music and rhythmic motions into her sculpt courses to help build a foundation for those who are cautious and/or less confident about their dance abilities.
