Glassdoor openly communicates and shares data on company performance, employee feedback, diversity, and pay. Every year since 2020, Glassdoor has publicly published reports on pay equity and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging to hold themselves accountable to their commitments and employees. This results in 80 to 90 percent participation in all staff meetings and a purpose-built workplace culture.
