Dallas Takes on Wall Street With New Stock Exchange

The Texas Stock Exchange has officially begun test trading, marking the launch of a new financial marketplace based in Dallas. The exchange plans to compete with the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq as additional stocks are added throughout the month.
