Bentley has doubled down on Mulliner, its in-house coachbuilding and personalization arm, to get more out of every car that leaves the factory. What makes Mulliner stand out is just how far you can take it. Expanded color choices, unique interior finishes, and options that go well past what most brands call luxury. But the newest option isn’t about paint or leather. This time, it all starts with sound.

Bentley’s new Naim for Mulliner system is now the foundation for a whole new collection called Virtuoso. Here, Bentley puts sound at the center, showing that luxury isn’t just about what you see or touch, but what you hear.

The System that Reshapes the Cabin

The Naim for Mulliner package features 18 speakers and upgraded drivers, first seen in the Batur, all tuned for better clarity and a wider sound range. Bentley teamed up with Dolby to add Atmos surround sound, which places every note and detail exactly where they should be, wrapping the listener in layers of sound.

Fraunhofer Symphoria, meanwhile, tunes the soundstage to fit each specific cabin. Instead of a generic setup, the system adapts to the car, delivering the best possible sound no matter which model you choose.

The speakers use Focal-inspired 'M'-profile cones, built for strength, lightness, and control. That means clearer sound with less distortion. The new design also lets the cones move up to 20 percent more, which helps with detail and dynamic range.

There’s also a redesigned speaker grille that boosts acoustic transparency by 26%, and soft materials like Dinamica are placed to absorb unwanted noise and vibration.

The Virtuoso Collection

The Virtuoso Collection builds everything else around the Naim for Mulliner audio system. It’s available on the Continental GT, GTC, and Bentayga, with the Flying Spur coming soon. Each model gets its own look and feel, but the sound system is always the centerpiece.

You can pick from three versions: Soprano, Tenor, and Bass. Each one sets a different mood, from bright and calm to dark and bold, with materials and colors to match.

No matter which version you choose, Champagne Gold accents show up inside and out, and the embroidery patterns mimic sound waves in a subtle way. Even the fabrics are picked for how they affect the sound, not just how they look.

As expected, Bentley didn’t announce pricing for the Virtuoso Collection. For reference, the original Naim for Mulliner system cost £25,000 (around $33,000) on the Batur.
