This is Automation Unplugged, and I'm Ron Callis. My guest today is Robert Haecker, founder and president of Triphase Technologies out of Zionsville, Indiana, one of the largest and most respected custom integration firms in the country. Robert started his first business at 14, a skate shop he co-founded with a friend on $500 each, and sold the assets at 17. He went on to Ball State's entrepreneurship program, where his award-winning senior year business plan became the blueprint for Triphase. Nearly three decades later, he employs more than 75 people, is projected to reach $21 million in revenue in 2026, and serves a client list that includes professional athletes, musicians, race car drivers, CEOs, and members of the Forbes 400. Robert was named to the Indianapolis Business Journal's Forty Under 40 in 2008.
