Hello, everyone, and welcome back to Bachelor Happy Hour. It's Charity, and I am joined today with Kathy from our sister podcast Golden Hour. Rachel is not here with us. She. She is at a family funeral and we are sending her all the love. It's March 26, and obviously it has been a very, very long week in Bachelor Nation, and today we will be covering some sensitive topics and we want to give the disclaimer and flag that now. Thank you, Kathy, for being here.

I'm happy to be here with you, Charity.

[Charity]

Yeah. So as we know it, a lot really has happened and transpired over the past week. And, you know, I think it's really important for us to be able to come on here, to be transparent with our aud, this franchise, this fan base, and really just talk about everything as honest as we can. And, you know, you guys are a part of this franchise as much as we are, and so that's really what me and Kathy are going to do today.

I think it's only fair for us to talk about what we know, what we're feeling. For me, we don't know. We. We're not, you know, we're not. Taylor, we're not in the middle of this. We're seeing what everyone else has seen. We're seeing what we see online, what we're reading. And clearly there's a lot of accusations flying. And personally, I've had in my family a lot of issues around mental health issues in my, my own sphere. And I think that we, as a, as a podcast community, as a part of the franchise that we love so much, we need to be cognizant of the fact and hope that our listeners also understand this is sort of unchartered territory. And my support always will go to children. I just feel like that's something that needs to be said.

No, I agree wholeheartedly. It is a tricky situation, obviously. And, you know, like you said, you have experience with mental health, as do I, a former therapist and specifically working with children and families. Yeah, the news itself was very hard to see and to hear about. But again, one of those things that, you know, for anyone, I feel like with, you know, operating in a clear space or as much as they can when, you know, news like this transpires, is being very careful about, you know, I. I don't want to say siding, but just kind of going with the facts. And so obviously we are not a part of that relationship, nor that dynamic. And so we don't have all the facts. We are also on the other side of everything and. And learning everything kind of in real time with the rest of the world, which is very hard. One of those things I always say is like, two things can exist at the same time. And I think, you know, you can acknowledge that something is not good, and you can also acknowledge that, oh, you know, there's things that are still unfolding and.

Right.

[Kathy]

And I think. I think it's, you know, it's very easy for people to judge other situations. Although my life is very different from Taylor's, I feel like this. This franchise is about love. And I feel that even though it's a different story, Taylor deserves love. She deserves to find that second chapter, third chapter, find that. That man that can bring her love and happiness while dealing with all her other issues. So, you know, I was hoping, and I'm still hoping for a redemptive story from. From this show. We don't know. It's not canceled. You know, it's on. Pause the show. Please, people, listen. The show has not been canceled at this point. It is only on a pause.

Do you feel like, for Taylor's sake, do you wish that there was maybe more time in between that segue from her filming?

[Kathy]

Well, if you just. Of course. I mean, that would be great.

[Charity]

Yeah.

[Kathy]

Had that been the case. But I think that, again, I am not a therapist, but I did come from a family of abuse. And I don't. I. And I'm not throwing darts at anyone because I don't have all the facts, but I can tell you, to escape from abusive situations is really tough to do. And so I think in. I'm not in Taylor's head space. But I feel like if she thought she was ready, if she wanted that. It's always easy to play Monday morning quarterback, you know, that's easy to say. She wasn't ready, this happened, that happened. So, you know, I can't make those judgments. I mean, in an ideal world, Charity, sure, she would have her. All of her ducks in a row. She would have dealt with the issues that she's been dealing with for a few years. You know, life just doesn't hand us always neatly tied packages and bows the best we can. And I feel as a woman and a mom, I am supportive of her and I'm supportive of her story and, and wanting her to have a great end to her story and find love.

[Charity]

Yeah. Did you have an opportunity to meet Taylor?

[Kathy]

I have never met her, but I hope to. I hope to meet her.

[Charity]

Yeah. Yeah.

[Kathy]

I, I think, you know, I think, as I say, we don't know the, the full story. There's. There's a lot of people that have put a lot of time. And I'm, you know, all her guys on the show, people have put a lot of time and energy and you were a lead. I have yet to be a lead. But, you know, never give up hope. Never give up hope. But I, I. The stress of that in addition to. Else that, you know, that's got to be a lot. That's got to be a lot, too. And I don't think we should forget that fact either.

No. And I think that's what I always, like, take into consideration is just like, when I, you know, when I ask that question or when I pose that question, it's, it's just like, obviously, like, no, unless you have, and I don't mean this in like a cocky way, but like, unless you have been in the shoes of a lead.

[Kathy]

Right.

[Charity]

No one really understands, like, how complex and how exhausting it is on all fronts. And so that's why I asked that, because, again, I'm like, I'm rooting for everyone, right? Always rooting for everyone to be in the best state of, you know, their self, whatever it is.

[Kathy]

I really do believe that Taylor wants to find stability for her and her children. I believe that. I think as a mom, you know, I've made mistakes, believe me, raising my kids. I'm not throwing any stones at anyone. I believe that her journey is a little bit different than yours or mine, but that doesn't make it any less real, and it doesn't make her journey to find love any less valid.

[Charity]

Okay. I'm going to reference back to what you just said, Kathy, about how, you know, you said life doesn't really give you things wrapped in a bow. And while I 100% agree with that, I think, you know, in this specific situation, we have to be, like, extremely mindful of that, because, yes, Taylor is deserving of love. And I think at the end of the day, it is. We're all on the same page of, like, rooting for her love. But I think coming from a place where she is, you know, a mom of three, she has had, you know, turmoil in her life, and she's, you know, trying to figure things out. I think she owes it not only to herself but most importantly to her kids to enter this environment in the absolute best state of being, best state of mind possible. And if this was any other dating show, and granted, if she was not, again, I'm. I'm just going to continue emphasizing her kids because I feel like that's the priority here. If this was any other dating show, it would have been fine, you know, but she is looking for a husband. She's looking for someone who's going to now step into the lives of her children. And she has. She, again, she owes it to herself to show up the best and clear state of being in clear state of mind so that she can then leave this experience with what she pours in and not saying that she, you know,

she doesn't give that.

[Charity]

But I think it can sometimes be clouded. It can sometimes be a little bit blurred. When you're leaving something that's so chaotic and then you're going into this, as we know, Bachelor, and just the dates we go on, the experience itself is almost like a little bit of a fairy tale. It kind of clouds that judgment a little bit. And I can speak from my own personal experience. Someone who did, you know, do basically a year of therapy before I even went on to the Bachelor and then Bachelorette, it's like I. I was so, like, locked in on myself, fixing the things that I needed to work on, and I'm still fixing them. So that's not the argument here. It's just I'm doing what I can to prep myself. And I think, you know, that is something that I feel very strongly about in regards to supporting Taylor in all of this. Like, I am supportive, and I want happiness for her, but I do wish that there was a little bit of an opportunity for her to kind of just get her footing before all of this a little bit more and just be top of her game.

Yeah, I Don't disagree with you. I think, I think given what we've

seen,

[Kathy]

you know, definitely a tall order. I don't disagree with you at all. Yeah, I do think there was, you know, so much going on and a tangled web that maybe the time, you're right, maybe the time wasn't spent untangling her own web to then be her best version of herself to, to enter into this incredible opportunity. I don't disagree with you at all.

[Charity]

And another thing, like, kind of going off that Kathy a little bit is that we do kind of see a little bit of, I guess, a double standard in how we label things. I'm like, I am so in tune with just like pop culture and just who's on our screen and who's not on our screen, who's behind our screens, all of that. And I feel like when we have someone that's, you know, like Taylor, who has this built in platform where people are invested in, you know, how her life turns out, whether that's, you know, great or whether that's not so great, a lot of the dialog around just how we describe Taylor is someone who's like, you know, she stands up for herself or she's like, you know, she's this boss bitch. Which, sure, I think anyone who has the right to be very outspoken and can tell anyone, you know, where their place is in regards to her life, whether that's a boundary or not. I, I agree with that. But I think it's not an across the board, an even standard that everyone holds all people when they come across our screens. So I think there is a little bit of a double standard there. If that was someone granted, like me, like on my season, I had to carry myself like almost too perfect to the point where like, that wasn't even my like real personality. Like it's, I'm so afraid of making a mistake or I'm so afraid of like, oh, I'm going to get labeled as this aggressive woman versus, like, oh, she's having a boss bitch moment. Like, there's a, there's a big distinguishment there that I don't think people are really acknowledging and really sitting with and understanding that that's fine if we want to like label that as like a boss bitch moment. But that should be the case for everybody. Anyone who's standing up for themselves, anyone who's saying, you know what, I don't like how you just talk to me, you're going home, you're getting in the limo, or you want to have a one on One back and forth with me. Let's have it. But it's like that doesn't paint someone else who doesn't look like Taylor or doesn't fit in that box of Taylor as someone who is aggressive. And I think that's something that we really need to be mindful of. Really need to be mindful.

You said just a few seconds ago ago that she had had the right with this platform. I would, I would change that and say. Which I think addresses where you're going. It's, it's privilege. And with privilege comes responsibility 100%. And, and so I think that just because you have, not you, she, anyone really who has that, that chance to be what some would consider a boss bitch and what some would consider outspoken and, and crazy, you know, whatever.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[Kathy]

It also comes in my mind with a responsibility, you've got to be held a little bit higher. And you're right. If you don't look the same, there's other judgment factors at play there that aren't fair, which makes the, the cocktail mix even stronger and your point even more poignant.

[Charity]

Yeah, no, I, I agree. And that's. I, I like how you word that. With privilege does come a huge responsibility, and I think it all ties back to just, you know, whether or not someone like Taylor, just people who, you know, whatever that looks like, has that awareness. You know, I think it starts with honestly, self awareness and how you carry yourself, how you conduct yourself, whatever it may look like at the end of the day, it's like being aware of where you fall in this world of what we call life. Yeah, some people just are set up a little bit better and some not so much. But at the end of the day, that's not my argument. Like, at the end of the day, we, we all make it out for ourselves. But I, I just want our audience and our viewers to like, really be mindful when we're. How we're describing people or just how we're talking about people and making sure that, you know, if we're going to hold someone to this level of accountability, we hold everyone to the same level. And that's just my thing. Life isn't fair. But at the end of the day, I think this is where we as a society has kind of failed a little bit of not really staying true to that.

And this is another opportunity. I think you're right. It's an opportunity not just to see the chaos and the mess and her ability to find love, but to say, here we are going to stand up and this is yet a chance for us to show accountability that it should be held across the board. So thanks for sharing that charity.

100%. You know, accountability is a big word. I want to make sure that everyone is seeing and understanding what that looks like in this situation and, and staying true to that. That's. Yeah.

And not glossing over it. Good point.

Yeah. It's, it's nothing to gloss over. Truly. This is really serious things and serious, you know, allegations all, all of that. But rooting for their well being at the end of the day.

I think, you know, something that I'm very mindful of is, you know, we talked about this. Kathy is just like how complex the situation is. And I just want to be really sensitive, especially like I said, considering my personal background of holding space for people who have been in these situations and people who find themselves in whatever these relationship dynamics might look like. You know, I like myself coming across that video a week ago was extremely difficult. And I think the most part, the most important thing of it all is the child being present. And, you know, I think you, Kathy, could probably speak to a little bit of, you know, what that dynamic is like if, if you're okay with that.

[Kathy]

I mean, obviously when I was a child, many, many years ago that we didn't have the social media and the, and the, and the recording capabilities. So. But I, I personally was, my family was a very toxic, I grew up in a very toxic family and I know Taylor talks about the toxic cycles that she has gone very difficult for me to watch that because as a child I, I was, I was caught up in One of those cycles. And so it is very triggering. I think that Taylor, this. This. This video was made in 2023. This. This. While we only saw it last week, it was recorded three years ago. And Taylor has spoken about it. She's not backed away from it. Doesn't make it any easier to watch it, and especially when children involved, it's just a really hard thing to witness.

[Charity]

Yeah.

[Kathy]

I also think we need to remember that this is not entertainment.

[Charity]

It's not. Let's talk about it. Oh, my God.

[Kathy]

These are real people's lives. This is not, you know, somebody saying something silly and. And have. And created some great chaos that at some point, at some level, is always entertaining.

I stand by that.

[Kathy]

Yeah, these are real people's lives. And, yeah, that to me, makes a big difference as well.

I agree. I agree. There's. No. There should not be. I won't. Again, won't tell people how to feel, but there should not be any satisfaction behind watching any of this unfold. If you care about people, if you care about human life, you would care about both parties getting. Getting help, getting support, getting the necessary resources to really fix this situation and turn it around.

So it is my hope, and I know it's yours, Charity. Everyone involved, I hope they get the help they need to. To resolve this situation in a way that is of benefit to them and the children. Because, you know, I said as a mom, I. They deserve that. So I heard we have some very incredible guests today on this podcast. Is that true?

I. I think so. We are going to have the opportunity to kind of kick off a fun little series where we're going to introduce some of the men from Taylor's cast, which I'm very excited about, because I do, again, I empathize very deeply with the position that they are in. I personally don't really know how I would handle that. I feel like there's a world where, you know, they're probably very disappointed, they're probably very sad. They're pro. You know, there's so many emotions that is surrounding, obviously, the weight of all of this, and I think the least that we can do is, you know, just get to chat with them a little bit. So I think it's time that we meet at least a few of them. What do you think, Kathy?

I'm not. I just been living here because I was in the military, and I just stayed here once I got out.

I was in the air force for 11 years.

Honestly, it's just been like a whirlwind. I don't. I don't think I've been able to articulate the way that I feel, you know? You know, I'll go to bed and I wake up and it's something else. So it's like I haven't had the time to get my feet underneath me yet with all this. I'm just trying to take it day by day. We're finding out things, as you're probably finding out things. You know, you can't get on social media without seeing something pertaining to our season. So I don't know. I can't fully answer that.

[Charity]

Yeah, no, I think that's fair and totally valid. What are you doing to. I guess to keep yourself grounded in all of this?

[Christopher]

I'm doing what I've always done. You know, I go to the gym, I help people with their fitness. You know, I'm dealing. You know, I'm dealing with my friends. I have my daughter. I'm just. I'm just doing my regular day to day as if none of this is happening. But, you know, again, I'll get those reminders. I get on social media, and I just. I'll see something.

[Kathy]

Yeah, well, I like your attitude. Taking it day by day. That's all you can do, Christopher.

[Christopher]

And I like to think I'm a very positive person. Um, you know, that's been who I've been And I like to think that's what got me recognized, even be a part of, you know, Bachelor Nation. My positivity and my outlook on just everything. You know, you'll never see me down for too long.

I like that. I want to know how you. Your journey to the Bachelor. How did you get to the show?

[Christopher]

Honestly, I was just found, like, it was like a. Like, somebody put my name in a hat and somebody just pulled it out. About a year ago, I was on Instagram one day, and then I looked at my notifications. I had like 20 likes from this one person. It was a guy. And I was. I'm not gonna lie, I was super skeptical. I was like, okay, what is he on?

[Charity]

I'm screaming.

[Christopher]

Then I went to. I checked my DMs later on that night, and he had sent me a dm. He told me he was a casting producer. So I went and looked at his Instagram, and in his bio, it showed that he was a casting producer.

[Kathy]

And then.

[Christopher]

So I decided to respond to him, but I was super skeptical. And then once he responded, he was super professional. And then he just handed me off. We got on the call, and then he handed me off to another producer, and then it checked out to be real. And then the next thing I know, you know, I'm doing background checks, and I'm just going through the process. So I honestly, I don't know how he found me.

[Kathy]

Were you a fan?

[Christopher]

I've never. If you knew my story. I am not from this world. I am like, my world is night and day of Bastard Nation.

[Charity]

Yeah.

[Christopher]

Nothing. Nothing. I didn't know anything about it. But then I just started doing Google searches, and then I have friends that watch the show. One of my good friends I went to high school with, she told me about the show. So I was like, okay, I'll give it a try. After I talked to my daughter about it, and then I was like, I'll do it.

[Charity]

Oh, did you get, like, have to get her blessing beforehand?

[Christopher]

In many ways, yes. Sophie is my biggest fan. That's my daughter. She's my biggest fan. And when I told her what the show was about, you know, she was like, okay, dad, do it. Because she's been nudging me, like, when are you going to have more kids? Or when are you going to get married?

[Charity]

So wait, no, wait, wait.

[Kathy]

Hold on. Christopher, Christopher, I can. I can help you with half that detail. How do you feel about older women?

So how old is Sophie?

Sophie is 13. She'll be 14 September 24th.

She's got a teenager, and she's.

We have the teenage blues because she is.

I know. Like, I fear it only gets worse.

Yeah, but she's a very, very smart girl. She's very, very intelligent. We're very close. We. We talk, we play this. This. This game is similar to the relationship I had with my mother. My mom and I were very. We were friends, but she would hit that switch, and you would know she's not being your friend right now. So our relationship is a reflection of that. So she's very intelligent. She's in sports. She's playing all these different sports right now. She's outgoing. She's courageous. I'm so. I'm super proud of my daughter, you know?

[Charity]

Oh, that's sweet. So she was ready for you said nudging you to, like, do this or, like, I guess, figuring out what's next for dad. Yeah. How was your. I guess, before you came on the Bachelor? If you don't mind me asking, like, what was, like, the dating scene like for you? I'm sure it's like, the same answer from everyone.

[Christopher]

I think we're just in a weird time in. In. In history.

[Charity]

Yeah.

[Christopher]

Dating is. Has become so complicated, you know, and I think social media does a. Has a big role to play in that, you know, 100 people are comparing their regular lives to celebrity lives and their financial situations to. For the financial situations of people that are rich. And I'm just like, these are. These aren't realistic. Like, what you're expecting is not real. So it's very hard for me to date because the way that I am, I'm very accountable with myself, and I hold anybody that's in my life accountable, and that can push a lot of people away. Not. I'm. I'm okay with that, you know, so dating has been very difficult because it's hard for me to connect with people. When I date someone, I'm trying to establish a connection. I can't be intimate with anyone I don't feel a connection to. And you're not going to speed my connection up just because you want to obtain something from me. Obtain something. So I'm just like, dating is very difficult. Very difficult for Me just because of how I am.

[Charity]

You're just like a realist.

[Christopher]

Yeah, I'm very much a realist. And sometimes to a fault. I think when you're too logical. Sometimes logic doesn't have a place when you're in love. Like, you know, so that's been. That's been something about. Something about me that I think I need to work on. But here we go.

[Kathy]

I want to know what you do for a living, Christopher. What. What do you do?

[Christopher]

Okay, so I was in the military for 11 years, like I said. I started this business where I do these outdoor boot camps, like, and they're serious. They're serious. So I started doing them in 2017, I believe, and they just slowly continue to grow over the years. And then I launched a website where it's a. It's a merchandise thing too. So we started doing, you know, products, what I would sell, you know, surrounding it. And it's been. It's been very successful for me. The town I live in, Vacaville, they've embraced me kind of as their own. And, you know, people around town, they recognize me because of these fit counts. So. And then I help train people in the gym. So this has been my life since I separated from the military.

[Kathy]

I'm telling you, charity, you're hearing it. It's a love affair started here. I'm in the gym all the time, lifting weights. Christopher, we were a match made in heaven.

So the group that I mentioned, the workouts that we do, they all put together a watch party at one of the members houses. She made a flyer for everyone. And we have a group message on Instagram that we would already interact in for the classes. You know, I would give them details about where we were going to be, what we're doing. So everybody was all excited. We were all going to meet and it was going to be 20 plus people.

[Kathy]

I knew I liked you when you first started talking. I appreciate it, but yes, let's keep this into existence. We need this season. This season needs to be shared with the world because I think it's a great one.

Yeah. How is your relationship with, I guess, the guys and how was that dynamic? Without giving too much away, you can tease us a little bit.

So again, that is, it started off by me just being myself and holding people accountable and naturally you want to butt heads. But everyone that I but had a situation where we would butt heads. I like to think that we were able to sit down like men and talk about it. So, you know, there were some guys in the house where we would butt heads and it actually made our relationship better in the long run.

I remember going into the situation just based on my past. I've had a lot of issues with guys that call themselves my friends just because the way I carry myself, I'm not in competition with anyone.

And they'll have. They would have secret competitions with me that I didn't even know about. You know, they will make an issue up or say I did this, but in reality, this is like your insecurity that you're projecting on me. So when I got to the house, that's what I was expecting everyone to be like. But fortunately for me, that that wasn't the case as much as I expected it to be. I met some really genuine guys in

[Kathy]

the house and you seem. I mean, based on what I'm. I can't take my eyes off your arm muscles. But other than that, you strike me as a guy who is really secure in who you are.

[Christopher]

Absolutely. I know that I'm not perfect, but, you know, I appreciate what God gave me. I appreciate what God gave me. And I'm just trying to make the best of everything I'VE ever had.

[Charity]

Yeah.

[Kathy]

Good for you. I love the positivity.

[Christopher]

Yeah, I appreciate it.

Was there. Was there any, like, I guess, fears for you? For. I mean, I'm sure it's very natural coming into, obviously, an experience like this, and it's. There's so many unknowns. If you had any fears that you feel comfortable sharing, like, was there any about how this process was going to unfold? Like, what was something that you were nervous about? Like, I guess, talking about for yourself?

[Christopher]

I was there, to be honest. You know, I wouldn't have done this situation if I had certain things, like skeletons in my closet. You know, there are certain things that it's like you can't come back from that I don't have those things. So I went into this. I was trying to be as fearless as possible, but when you're venturing out into the unknown, it's just. It's kind of hard, you know, So I just. I leaned into who I was. Certain things that I was fearful of was just being alienated. Maybe, you know, like I said, I get to the house and I'm like, maybe I'm going to have issues with everyone. No one's going to like me. So there was a part of me that felt that that could be the thing. Just like being alienated and being in this different environment that you do not know and you're not comfortable in.

[Charity]

Yeah.

[Christopher]

So I was just curious how I was going to navigate that. Yeah. Again, I was in the military for 11 years. I've been on military deployments in. In war zones, literally war zones. So I think having that kind of gave me a level of confidence that I needed to just kind of keep moving my feet, for sure. But, yeah, that was something that I was. I was curious about and. And then just the thought of being away from my daughter in that context, you know, not being able to call her whenever I wanted to or just, you know, just so many unknowns is the thing that I thought was. I was scared about.

[Kathy]

So, Christopher, that brings up another question for me. There have been a few leads and people who come on the show with children. How did you feel about being a single dad knowing that the bachelorette that Taylor had children?

[Christopher]

I've dated women with children before. I've seen it can work. So that was something that I was. I'm open minded. I'm very open minded. I understand that, you know, we're. We have these circumstances, we put ourselves in these positions in many ways. I will acknowledge that. But, you know, I've seen It work. I've dated a woman with kids and her kids loved me. I loved her kids, her kids love my kid. And she loved my, like we've, I've

[Kathy]

made it work before.

[Christopher]

So I went into this, you know, being open minded. There's a misconception that I've been seeing online. A lot of people are under this impression that we knew about Taylor like long before we got there. I didn't know that Taylor was going to be the bachelorette tool. I had already agreed to do it,

so I was going to ask that

[Christopher]

I found out later. And then once I found out later, when I saw Taylor, Frankie, Paul, I'm like, who the hell is this? I don't come from this world. So I had to start doing Google searches and then like my friends found out and they were like, oh, I know her. I watch her other show. And then they started telling me things. So I was like, oh boy. Like, what? Yeah, yeah, what am I gonna do with this? But you know, there's been, there's been rumors about me in my life, so I thought it would be unfair to judge her based on, you know, what I got from a second or third hand source. So there's been a lot of people that's been reaching out trying to get the cast to like say, speak on our experiences with what's going on within the house or with Taylor and her business.

[Charity]

Got it.

[Christopher]

The type of person I am, I wasn't there. You know, I, I don't know. I mean, it's very unfortunate to see it play out on social media, especially when children are involved. Like those kids are going to have to grow up and see these videos now.

[Charity]

Yeah.

[Christopher]

You know, this is, this is someone's real life. This is someone's real life. And then you have people on social media with their opinion. I'm like, you guys don't know what's going on. And we've only seen one side of the story play out right now in the media. So I think it's unfair for people to jump to an assumption or a conclusion without having all the facts. And that's something that I've stayed away from. But. Well, Christopher, yes, it's very unfortunate, but, you know, let people, you know, live their lives without, you know, being so judgmental or, you know, opinionated. I just wish more people would give more grace to people versus just jumping to attack them.

I wear more baseball caps, but I think cowboy hats look better.

Okay. All right. You mentioned I love to travel. Just so you know, since we're getting to know each other here. You mentioned this. Every country on your list is on. Is on your bucket list. Which countries are at the top of your list and how many have you already visited?

[Christopher]

I've been to 27 countries.

[Kathy]

Wow.

Wow.

[Christopher]

And the top of my list. I'm. I'm super biased. Amsterdam has a very special place in my heart for so many different reasons. I think if you go late summer to maybe, like, October, that is the perfect time to be in Amsterdam. So Amsterdam is number one.

Stockholm, Sweden was special. Very special to me. And then the third, I want to go somewhere I've never been. Maybe like Kyrgyzstan. I've seen the horses there. And just like, where's that?

[Kathy]

Eastern.

[Christopher]

I think I cry if I saw it in person. So I will list those three places. Wow.

[Charity]

Okay. Very not basic, so good job.

[Christopher]

Okay, and our last one. Tell us about your tattoos. We know that you have a lot, so is there a favorite? And then I guess. What do they mean to you?

[Christopher]

All right, so I want to put out a PSA for tattoos. Young people should not get tattoos before 25.

[Charity]

Okay.

[Christopher]

I wish that was a law because, you know, a lot of my tattoos that I got around 2010, there was a lot of, like, people that was just blasting their bodies with tattoos just top to bottom, and I got caught up in that. I was living in Germany when I started, and I got a lot of tattoos that granted, they have meaning or they did at the time that I got them. If I could go back and redo it, I wouldn't have any of them. Just because, like, your frontal lobe doesn't fully develop until you're older. As a. As A man, at least, so. But there's a leg tattoo that I have that I really appreciate.

Right.

[Christopher]

I appreciate this leg tattoo that I have. It's the best work that I have, and it was the most painful. So I'll just say my leg tattoo.

[Kathy]

Okay.

[Christopher]

Matter of fact, we should probably send a picture in, and y' all could just flash it during this.

Is there episode. Is there, like. Like, significance behind it?

[Kathy]

Yeah.

[Christopher]

So I have these pictures in my living room of this warrior tribe from Africa, and I. I decided there was. It was a family. It was a family, and I. I wanted to put the daughter on my leg because just what she represented, just like a strength. She reminded me of my mother in a lot of ways, because my mother, she passed when I was 15, but she was a warrior. My mother was a warrior to me, you know, to watch her raise kids and battle breast cancer the way that she did it was just. She reminded me of my mother as soon as I saw it. So I was like, I want to put that on my leg.

Oh, wow. Thank you for sharing. I'm like, we love. We love significance, and we love meaning.

I think. Yeah. Honestly, we could talk for hours.
