Rachel Lindsay
Hello, everyone, and welcome back to Bachelor Happy Hour. I'm Rachel.
Charity
And I'm Charity. And today, Rachel and I are here to catch up with you guys, answer some of your questions, and honestly just. Just chat away because we got a lot to discuss.
Rachel Lindsay
I fear we have so much, and these are my favorite episodes, but it's just me and, you know, we can really get down to the bottom of what has been going on.
Charity
So no interruptions.
Rachel Lindsay
No, no interruptions at the top. It is so crazy. It has been two months since we started filming. No, it feels like the best part of my week when I get to. And we get to talk shit. And it doesn't even feel like work.
Charity
No, it doesn't. Which is. Isn't that everyone's dream? Yeah. I'm very grateful to be doing this with you, and it's been an amazing ride, but crazy enough that we're just getting started. We have so much ahead of us.
Rachel Lindsay
I know.
Charity
Much ahead of us. Wait. Okay. With us being here for two months, what was. What has been your favorite interview?
Rachel Lindsay
Rachel Lindsay, Easily ease. Hands down, interview was, first of all, just such an honor. Rachel started this podcast, and I feel like me and you are so appreciative of what the Bachelor has given us and what the platform has given us. And Rachel created this, so it was just amazing to get her back because I never thought she was going to come back to Bachelor Nation.
Charity
No, I. I mean, I was genuinely, genuinely floored. I think even like we said at the Bachelorette reunion, I was like, whoa. I was like, I. I had no idea who was coming. I knew you were coming. I knew a few other people, but I was like. Even then. But, like, walking in and seeing Rachel, I was like, this is. The world is healing. Perhaps. I don't know. It was Crazy. So to sit down with her, talk everything, and knowing that we're going to get her back. And yes, we said that again. We are getting Rachel Lindsay back. So I'm just.
Rachel Lindsay
She's going to regret saying that. No, I know.
Charity
We're going to be. I will be on her. I will be on her.
Rachel Lindsay
We literally were like, you're coming to Carrie's and you're coming to Mental all. And you're coming to the finale.
Charity
We're booking your schedule. We're making you booked and busy.
Rachel Lindsay
Really. I was just so obviously impressed with her, but there is so much of her story that we don't know. And I need her book to come out tomorrow.
Charity
I know you have. I'm making you head chairman of the book club.
Rachel Lindsay
I could not. I will forgive half of the things that came out of her mouth. Her finding out in the tabloids. I don't think this is, like, people are not grasping how actually crazy that is. She's a like, a real human. And to find out that the person you're married to is getting a divorce
Charity
from you and you have to. And you have to send in a paycheck. Are you crazy? I'd be damned. I personally would like. I'm serious. On. Hell with Greg. Lou. No, she's. I'm telling you, it's. It's. There is really no other blueprint. It's. It's Rachel's. It's Rachel. It's.
Rachel Lindsay
It's really going to be tough to be. And. Yeah, I. I'm just so excited. So going off our favorite. We just had an interview that I, last night, could not sleep over. I was having stress dreams all night. And we just interviewed Clayton, and now I need to go to. I'm literally. I need to go to acupuncture right now because of how stressed out that interview just made me.
Charity
Please release all stress and don't bring it back. Truly.
Rachel Lindsay
Needles in the forehead.
Charity
Oh.
Rachel Lindsay
What. What are your thoughts?
Charity
Needles in the forehead is sending me because I'm like, I'm genuinely picturing them right now.
Rachel Lindsay
I'm gonna send you a picture.
Charity
No, please do. Can that actually be, like, the COVID photo for this week's episode? No, the acupuncture needles in your forehead.
Rachel Lindsay
Oh, my gosh. I want to know your thoughts, Charity, because I have so much history with Clayton, and you had just only met him at afr. Was that the only time?
Charity
Yeah, I think we met Grant, season of afr, I believe. And even then, I was, like, very brief, so I didn't really get to, like, hang out and spend quality time with him. But I think I learned enough within the first, like, 15 minutes of chatting and seeing him.
Rachel Lindsay
Correct.
Charity
He is very interesting. Will say, like, I'm. And this is like the empath in me. I have such a soft spot. Spot in my heart for just his story and, like, obviously what he's been dealing with for the past year with the case. But even just following him after his season or yall season on the Bachelor, it just was so chaotic. So I don't think I ever really got, like, a full, like, read or understanding of really who this guy is. And I. I will say probably to this day, I don't think I still do. But I know that there's. There's a level in him that is learning and trying to grow and trying to evolve. But I do get what you are saying or, like, the things that you kind of shared with me that makes Clayton just sometimes complicated and a little problematic. I don't even want to say problematic. That's probably not the best word. Just complex. Like, he really is, like, there's a lot going on.
Rachel Lindsay
Yeah. And it's so funny because it's so hard with me and Charity being virtual, like, trying to, like, see when the next is going to talk with this interview. I think I sat there so silently and I stared at Charity's picture on zoom.
Charity
Not.
Rachel Lindsay
No, Charity. And I feel like I just want to, like, say, thank you so much. I told you off the podcast for. I feel like you interviewed both of us.
Charity
Honestly, I kind of. It was like couples therapy. But you guys aren't a couple. Like, it's like, post. You guys are coming to see me still after the breakup.
Rachel Lindsay
You're like, you guys need to leave each other alone at this point.
Charity
No, I was just trying to really. I was trying to hold space. Where's my finger?
Rachel Lindsay
This is my favorite.
Charity
Wait, there we go. I was trying to hold space for the both of you guys, which you guys really made me miss my job for. For a second there, I was like, do I go back to work tomorrow? Let me know.
Rachel Lindsay
It's so difficult because I think there is this. I don't even know how to begin to explain this. And I think I've always tried so hard. We do see each other outside of this, and we've had conversations outside of this. We see each other, but not physically. I mean, like, we see where each other is coming from, but it's. It's just like each time we talk, I find something else that I'm like frustrated with.
Charity
Yes. And I sense that I was. It's happening in this moment. Yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
Yes. And it's just these little moments that I don't think he realizes. He does. And that interview was great. And I again, see where he's coming from.
Charity
Yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
But it's just like the little things he'll say. Like, I could have taken the easy route on my season. And I'm like, you mean by picking me.
Charity
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
And it's just those things I think he doesn't realize that he's doing. And it's. It's just like. I don't know.
Dr. Jake Goodman
It's.
Charity
It's.
Rachel Lindsay
It's hard because even listening to his podcast, the first audio clip I hear is my own voice.
Charity
Yes.
Rachel Lindsay
Feels like this thing that is just like a constant in my life that I'm sure he wants to get away from me, but we're just continue to go around.
Charity
I was trying to sense the vibes. I'm like, I think he. He really does enjoy that you guys are on good terms.
Rachel Lindsay
Yes.
Charity
Lucky for. Hello. Because I was like, he's not so much with Gabby as we know. And then I.
Rachel Lindsay
Which I think is fair. Yeah. I think that is so fair. And I've always said that. That he's lucky that he does have the relationships he has from his season.
Charity
Right. Which I, like, I don't even think I. I was trying to, like, allude to that in our interview with him.
Dietz and Watson Advertiser
You.
Charity
But I was obviously, I was like, I know. I, like, I definitely side it more. It came across that I cited more. So with Clayton, my whole thing was obviously, Gabby can feel how she feels and she's entitled to feel exactly how she feels. I don't blame her. But I also see his perspective of like. Yeah, like, he's just dancing. Was it necessary? Unnecessary. And that's. I think. I think a normal person can understand that. So.
Rachel Lindsay
Right. Right.
Charity
Yeah. But give or take. But you're right. He is very fortunate to still have a relationship with you and Susie.
Rachel Lindsay
So I was really surprised. I mean, I know we kind of touched on. On this during the interview that Susie's taking part in the podcast.
Charity
Oh, yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, we listen to, like, I think there's two episodes out right now, and if you. I believe in episode two, you start to hear kind of Susie give some takes or, you know, kind of timeline, even, like details of what happened and leading up to everything that unfolded with him and that woman.
Rachel Lindsay
Yeah.
Charity
It is crazy. And I was not expecting to hear her, but she is in there. And I was like, okay, I'm glad that he does like, you know, I know that is very familiar and probably a safe space for him. So I, I do love that she is able to kind of provide that support for him. But yeah. Very, very shocking to say.
Rachel Lindsay
It's shocking too because I think Susie has gone through a lot. I feel like in the way of. She has had to be extremely supportive and. And she does it. Obviously she wants to do it. But I think we don't give Susie enough credit for. She really is a big pillar in like his healing journey.
Charity
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
And he's very, very lucky to have Susie. And I think she just continues to like every time I'm like, she. I just like love her and I want the best for her.
Charity
You know what really threw me off?
Rachel Lindsay
I think we're going to say the same thing.
Charity
Yeah. I. It made me feel. I'm not going to lie. It made me feel a type of way. Like not in a bad way, but I just, I felt something. I was like, whoa. When he was basically saying the catalyst to the whole. That woman in her, her situation. The case. Yeah. Was because he saw Susie the week before. If I heard that. And granted it's. This is not to put. This is not to put anything on Susie. But like if I heard that of like, oh, I went to go support or like see or catch up with like a old friend pal of mine and then to hear him say, like, oh, there were so many emotions that came up that I had to like kind of self medicate and cope this way. And then that night is when he had nothing else to do but to sit down and have a tie with Ms. Laura Owens. I would be shook. I would be very shook. I'm not gonna lie.
Rachel Lindsay
I wonder if she does know this because that is exactly what I thought you were about to say. I've never heard that part of the story.
Charity
Me either. Me either. I was like, this is something. This is actually really heavy.
Rachel Lindsay
I know there's so much, I mean, I feel like put on her. I mean not that Clayton hasn't gone. Like he is definitely going through it as well. But even going leading up to our afr. I mean they got piled on after. It was obviously very team Rachel and Gabby. I mean and then to go from that and I mean build yourself back up and then kind of again be the catalyst into something else where now this is taken over his life. It's his card in life is just.
Charity
It's really. And that's where I'm like, I really. I'm like, I want to sidebar him and not. This is really going to sound invasive, but, like, from a former therapist perspective, I'm like, I'm just really curious to see what exactly is, like, you know, his therapy goals. Like, I'm. I. I know he talked about, like, really becoming in tune with his emotions, and I think that's huge. Like, that's just a very common problem. I don't want to say problem. Common thing amongst men. So, like, I respect him so much for even, like, admitting to that, but I'm very curious of, like, okay, how is he, you know, getting over these hurdles or these things that I feel like probably are the foundation or the reasons why he keeps finding himself in certain situations? I. I would just be very interested and curious.
Rachel Lindsay
But, yeah. What a crazy conversation. I'm shocked he wanted to come on it all. I really am. Yeah, I am. I am. Like I said, I feel like we get on a good term, and then we're kind of just like, we don't.
Charity
Yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
And so I was surprised here out of, I mean, our podcast and Golden Hour. I would have assumed he would have wanted to go on Golden Hour, but, I mean, it was a good interview.
Charity
That would have been the safer option, right?
Rachel Lindsay
Yeah. Yeah. Well, he likes to challenge himself. If I'm gonna do anything in this world, it's a PA Apparently. Just be Clayton's karma in so many ways. I'm like, every time you think that you're alone. No, I'm there. Like, you're the north.
Charity
You're the northwest to the. He's Kim, and you're northwest to him. Like, he will never find peace. I don't want to say that. He will find peace in his life. He will never find peace around you.
Rachel Lindsay
Yes. Anytime he's around me, the universe, like, cannot scream louder. I feel, like, actually crazy. Oh, my gosh. So much. So much. We've done so much to come. What are you excited about? Like, for what's next?
Charity
I'm. I. I will be honest. Like, apart from Rachel, Lindsay, like, I enjoyed dissecting these men. I'm so ready for this season to press play so I could. I mean, you don't understand. Like, you guys think the episodes are getting good. They're about to become the greatest of greats. Like, the recaps are about to go crazy. I so ready.
Rachel Lindsay
Cannot wait for your recap. I think going over, talking about Rachel's time and the way that she ate Jet alive, I just see this Happening again in real time with you just devouring these men, it's almost like, yes.
Charity
And the answer to that is yes. And I'm going to do it very tastefully, but also I might throw a little curveball in there and do it distastefully. Who knows? It depends on how I feel that day. But what I will say, I think there's also part of me, too, is because we're on the other side. As a lead again, this is all back to, like, how you have to conduct yourself, like, you know, during. While your season's airing. Obviously, I had a whole press tour following, and you. You get more, like, truth, like, after that. But, like, I feel like now this is, like, almost like my. Even though these are not guys that I dated, it's like, these are what I wanted to do to the guys on my season. And I'm like, now I'm having this opportunity. So all bets are off. Hello.
Rachel Lindsay
I'm so excited, too, because, Charity, I think people don't realize, like, how absolutely hilarious you are on your season. You were so serious. So I'm so excited for people to see the unserious, hilarious takes that you are going to have.
Charity
Correct. Correct.
Rachel Lindsay
It's gonna be so good.
Charity
We're. It's about to be insane for the all the right reasons. I'm so excited.
Rachel Lindsay
I think we only have, like, two more interviews, and then we're gonna be straight into the guys.
Charity
Is that right? Yeah. Oh, my God. It's. It's happening.
Rachel Lindsay
And one of them is Taylor, which is, like, gonna be fantastic to pick her brain. It's happening.
Charity
I. I'm so ready. I'm so ready.
Rachel Lindsay
I mean, we have some questions. Should we get into it?
Charity
Yeah.

Rachel Lindsay
I feel like we could do two episodes with the amount of questions that are.
Charity
Yeah, because we're yappers.
Rachel Lindsay
Okay, first question. Who from Bachelor Nation has you blocked?
Charity
Nobody that I know of or that I care.
Rachel Lindsay
Oh my gosh. You're so lucky.
Charity
Is that rude?
Rachel Lindsay
So, no, I feel like that means you're nice.
Charity
No, I was saying nobody that I. So I'm Whoever has me blocked. I'm not looking for you. So that's.
Rachel Lindsay
She has no idea. Unbothered. Truly, truly unbothered.
Charity
I feel for you.
Rachel Lindsay
I am blocked by multiple. I will just say I think there's one or two from Jen season.
Charity
Why are the men blocking you?
Rachel Lindsay
I don't think I'm Usually very nice to them on recaps. I've had some opinions.
Charity
Crazy.
Rachel Lindsay
I stand by them. However, my ex fiance does still have me blocked, I'm pretty sure.
Charity
And. And for. Again, for all the right reasons. I think that's the healthiest.
Rachel Lindsay
Or he deleted his Instagram. That's still, like, unclear to me, but that would.
Charity
That would be the even more healthier option.
Rachel Lindsay
Yeah. Yeah. Oh, I still. I feel bad about that one a little, but. Do you want to know? Do you want us to. I need to tell you something crazy.
Charity
Not you. Not you bulldozing your way through that.
Rachel Lindsay
Listen, there was like, an interview he did, like two years, a year and a half ago, where he said that I called him.
Charity
Okay.
Rachel Lindsay
And he's always been blocked on my phone. And I still, to this day, I'm like, how did I call him? Or who called? Like, how did that happen? Because I'm sure he was, like, thinking I did.
Charity
Difficult situations make you forget things.
Rachel Lindsay
Truly, isn't that. I mean, I don't even know how I would have his number to call him.
Charity
No, that's insane to say that.
Rachel Lindsay
Crazy.
Charity
Damn. Well, that's not the.
Rachel Lindsay
That's not the case. I genuinely. I'm like, how did he get called? I would tell you if I called.
Charity
No, I believe you. I know. I know. I don't even know why you would. So I know for a fact you did not.
Rachel Lindsay
Maybe I did it in my sleep or something.
Charity
Perhaps.
Rachel Lindsay
I don't know. That's a mystery to this day. I like this one. Charity, I think this is perfect for you.
Charity
See, I know you're about to try something.
Rachel Lindsay
What's your most unpopular bachelor opinion?
Charity
Most unpopular bachelor opinion.
Rachel Lindsay
Like, is there anyone that you think should have ended up with someone or that it would have worked out better
Charity
in the recent years? No, I'll be very honest. I don't think. I don't. I really don't think Grant and anybody from his season, if I'm being truthful, and Grant, I don't know all the girls that well, but I know enough. Jen, Absolutely not. She was not dealt with the great cards, as we know. I'm trying to think. I think if you and Gabby had a. I mean, this is not even unpopular. I think this is pretty popular. If you guys had separate seasons, I think things would have been a lot different.
Rachel Lindsay
I just can't even imagine us having separate seasons, really, looking back. No, I think you absolutely.
Charity
I think you would have even probably ended up like your final. Granted, we have tastes and types, preferences, Whatever. But I think you would have not even ended up with Tina.
Rachel Lindsay
You don't think if I had the same cast, I think I would have still picked the same funnel for.
Charity
Really? I think you just would have had more time, and I don't know, maybe that's my. So for you is, like, you would have had more time to, like, really Foster versus, like, okay, I'm just picking because he's cute. Like, I think that's what we all resort to is, like, picking based off of what's I level versus, like, okay, let's get. Let's get inside the heart.
Rachel Lindsay
Okay, I like that. I'm trying to think of one of mine. My unpopular opinion. I think. I think there's a lot of. I mean, people get in trouble, I think, with the fantasy suites a lot. And I think you should be able to handle your fantasy suite however you want. And I think no one should be able to say anything about it. I think what happens behind that door.
Charity
Hello.
Rachel Lindsay
No one deserves an opinion on it. That's what I think.
Charity
And people always gives out one pair of keys. Hello.
Rachel Lindsay
People have an opinion. You should. You shouldn't. You did. You didn't. I just think whatever happens behind the door, like, it. Once that door is closed, you don't have a say on it.
Charity
It's. It is very, like, it's a taboo topic, I feel like. And very obviously polarizing because I think the only thing is, is because, oh, it's multiple parties involved. Granted, if you were dating someone in the real world and it's like, oh, this is like the date night where your relationship goes to the next level. No one's gonna, like, obviously judge you for it or, like, have anything to say, but it's because it's the simple fact that, oh, there's more than one person involved. But I'm like, this is also the nature of the show, right? And I think is the nature of the show.
Rachel Lindsay
I remember going into mine or like, when I was on the Bachelor side and you just kind of, like, accept the fact you're just. You do.
Charity
You really have mental eyes and be like, I'm separating. This does not exist. Like, it. You really have to have.
Rachel Lindsay
Yeah. And you trust the lead. They're going to do what they need to do. And if it's you, it's you. If it's not, it's not. But I think whatever they decide to do, it's, like, up to them.
Charity
You have to be so, like, just. I don't even want to say accepting it's it's obviously probably very hard to accept, but, like, you just have to be understanding. That's probably the best, truly, we can say right now.
Rachel Lindsay
The fantasy suite. What happens behind the door? That would be my unpopular opinion.
Charity
You would never know.
Rachel Lindsay
The next question is, Charity, can you spill one secret from your fantasy suite?
Charity
I cannot and I will not. Thank you so much.
Rachel Lindsay
I mean, she said absolutely not that. We just said, what happens behind that door?
Charity
I only had two, so there's that one. Went home early for the right reasons, so we're moving on. Thank you.
Rachel Lindsay
I love how it didn't include Rachel.
Charity
What's. Well, speaking of Rachel, would you ever date Sean again?
Rachel Lindsay
Whoever put this question on this list of questions is so crazy that I think gave Blake a heart attack for the 24 hours that it was happening.
Charity
That's crazy.
Rachel Lindsay
He could not understand what I was doing.
Redfin Advertiser
Sean's.
Rachel Lindsay
He's nice.
Charity
Sean is a nice. Like, Honestly, I know he gets a lot of, like, he.
Rachel Lindsay
Yeah.
Charity
Granted, he is a little bit of a character on tv, but when I say people who have shown up and just been very consistent, and he really is a consistent friend to. To Dot and I. So I do appreciate, you know, Sean. Yes.
Rachel Lindsay
Yes.
Charity
Checking my book.
Rachel Lindsay
I. I let him have it a little bit at the time. It was deserved. We're sure.
Charity
For sure.
Rachel Lindsay
I love that that question was on there. Charity, what's the most annoying comment you get online?
Charity
The most annoying comment I get online. It's definitely died down. I don't. I feel like there was a. There was a point where most annoying comment I get online. I'm, like, actually trying to, like, why you're like, everything.
Rachel Lindsay
No, literally, I'm like, everyone who comments anything.
Charity
I think there was, like, for a point in time and, like, fresh after, like, me and Dalton's after we got off of my season, that I think people really just assume that I wanted to be in the spotlight always. And, like, I wasn't being fair to Dawton. I don't know. I feel like that was, like, one that I got a lot of dancing stars.
Rachel Lindsay
Yes.
Charity
And it's like, she just can't help herself, but to. And I'm like, are you guys actually okay? Like, I'm showing up for work. This is work for me.
Rachel Lindsay
And I like Dancing with the Stars is such an honor. And the fact that he was supporting you, it, like, major relationship better, I think, if you could make it out of Dancing with the Stars.
Charity
I always say that was. That was the test. And not even that it was a Test. But I'm like, the fact that we got through it, and we got through it so well. Like, I was not even worried. He was not worried. But I'm like, it definitely made us, like, stronger, for sure. But also, I'm like, if anyone knows me, knows how much I prioritize. Daughton, like, I'm always thinking about, oh, how can I help you in this way? Or how whatever it may be, like, he is my priority, and vice versa, I'm his priority. So that's how it should be. So, yeah, it is.
Rachel Lindsay
I'm curious, though, with the people who have gone through Dancing with the Stars and it hasn't worked out. I'm wondering if they sometimes have used it, like, as an excuse because it happens so quickly after the show that maybe it's not working out. I'm so busy with Dancing with the Stars. It's not working out easy that that happened so much.
Charity
Okay, Rachel, it's your turn to answer that. What do you feel like? Is the comment you get the most or a misconception about you?
Rachel Lindsay
Mine is literally on every single thing I post. People are like, oh, my God. Like, I don't even recognize you. Like, all this plastic surgery, I'm like, I've gotten my boobs done two times, and the rest is Botox and filler that I've gotten since before. Like, when I first stepped out of the limo, I had fresh lip filler. I had fresh Botox. I think I've gotten cheek filler scents. But they act as if I. Well, not in this. Isn't everyone. Yes. And I just. I. It's so hard for me. They hate the eyebrows. They hate the blonde hair. I feel like, for me, they really. And this isn't everyone. But I feel very confined to the way I look.
Charity
Yes. Yes.
Rachel Lindsay
On one season, and any changes I choose to do after, I feel like I should be able to do if I wanted. I haven't one day, if I wanted to do something. It just feels like people want me to look 25 years old, and I'm turning 30, 100. Things have changed. My health has been different. Yes, things look different. I completely understand, but it's out of my control, and people act like it's not. And I think that has been frustrating for me.
Charity
Yeah, no, I get that. And I feel like you kind of said it best when you were like, oh. Like, people kind of confine you to how they first initially saw you, which is crazy, because as we all know, people, like, change, evolve. You know, what they. How they want to style their hair. They may not want to style it how they styled it all their twenties, whatever it may be. But it's like it always brings me back to this that I sometimes think people like who watch reality TV or just TV in general, like, if it. If we were like doing a scripted show, that would make sense. And we were actors, but we're not. We're like actual humans. I think people have these narratives and like either from how they initially saw us the first time is what they stick to, or in their head, we're like completely a diff. Like a built up character. And it's like we have like sims. Like we're literally sims in their brains.
Rachel Lindsay
Yes.
Charity
And it's like we have to like always be how they last saw us. There's no change. There's no involvement. There's nothing is. Nothing is. There's no room for error. Hello.
Rachel Lindsay
Let's just say I agree and this isn't everyone, but I think it's the loudest people. And I even see it on a lot of our former alumni. It's anytime someone posts a video or a podcast of something, one of the main comments is always, she looks so much different. She this. I just never see those comments for the men. I never see like those comments.
Charity
Oh my God.
Rachel Lindsay
So difficult. It feels like across the board, this comment of she's unrecognizable. I just don't understand how we've gotten to that point where people think it's okay to.
Charity
Yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
Things like that. I think there's so much going on behind the scenes in people's lives that no one is privy to. And we chose to put ourselves out there. 100 correct. But I've made full tick tock saying this is what I've gotten done every single year. And people are like, you got a facelift? I'm like, I wish. I wish. I'm saving up because I'm gonna get the Kris Jenner in 30 years. It's going in the piggy bank for that. I'm gonna Kris Jenner and she look and Lindsay Lohan.
Charity
Hello.
Rachel Lindsay
We're finding that doctor Snatch that's snatched. And this is not everyone. But it is so frustrating because I just don't know what else to say.
Charity
And yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
Oh, goodness. Didn't mean to go on a rant there.
Charity
That's okay. We need an event.

Charity
okay, I'll ask you. Okay, don't give me an obvious answer. Give me a good one. Who do you think is the epitome of a bachelor villain?
Rachel Lindsay
The worst bachelor villain. Wait, say that again. And epitome.
Charity
Did I say. No? Actually, what did you say? I said epitome. What the fudge? I swear I'm not having it.
Rachel Lindsay
Was the clay an interview? It's messy with my mind. I can't think straight.
Charity
I literally have never. That's the first time I've ever, like, said that word. That's not even.
Rachel Lindsay
Can you caption this episode?
Charity
No. That is embarrassing. Okay.
Rachel Lindsay
That's also staying in the episode. You're welcome, listeners.
Charity
No, you guys are actually. No, I'm gonna get canceled. They're really. They already think I'm stupid because I have grammatical errors on my stories, that I'm like, God forbid the whole world have grammatical errors. Anyhow, it is what it is. I have not had a meal since 9am this morning.
Rachel Lindsay
I have been a rough day for us.
Charity
We just. Everyone. My brain is. The database is still loading. Okay, okay, okay. We'll start over. Rachel? Yes. Who do you think is the epitome of a Bachelor villain?
Rachel Lindsay
I think the obvious answer would be Bentley from Ashley's season. I went back and revisited that, and I think we have never seen anything to that level. The way he was saying, I don't like her, I don't find her attractive is crazy. I cannot even imagine what that was like to watch back. I wish in a way that we've had a villain in the recent seasons that I could pull from, but I can't think of anyone that was that crazy. We did have a villain on my season of the Bachelor and she would like, okay, so I don't know if you guys remember, her name was Shanae, and she would literally terrorize us in the house. I was so scared of her.
Charity
Yes. Oh, my God. Yes.
Rachel Lindsay
There are things that happened on camera that didn't even air. She would just pull things out of thin air. And then when I watched it back, she would literally be like, I fake cried. I fake apologized them. Fudge, you bitches. And I'm like, is she real? Like, I think she's kind of an iconic villain and we forget about her.
Charity
No, it's actually crazy because now that you said that, I think, like, we would always reference to her. And I always. I used to joke with the producers. I was like, if there was a girl like, granted Zach season, I mean, I really got blessed. And I got blessed. Not even just for, like, my sanity on this season, but everything that obviously transpired after. After that. If I had somebody like Shanae in the house, I would have never became Bachelorette. I would have gotten the worst edit of live because I'm telling you, I would have let her it like that.
Rachel Lindsay
Oh, my gosh.
Charity
I. I remember now that you said, I'm like, It just all came back to my memory. She was actually like. It was.
Rachel Lindsay
She would make herself cry in front of the group, and that feels sorry for her.
Charity
Scary, that is. I don't.
Rachel Lindsay
She was like, give me the Oscar in the background. Then she'd go make out with Clayton, and we just all were like, we need the Oscar.
Charity
No, I'm not even kidding. I don't play.
Rachel Lindsay
Like, I was actually.
Charity
The nonsense and the fake. Like, I get. Can't. So I would. I would have. Yeah. She would have gotten to me on your season if I was.
Rachel Lindsay
It was. It was crazy. We won't go into a tangent, but who do you think is the epitome of a villain?
Charity
I hate you guys. I really. Like, please. Like, I can't. You guys. Like, I'm doing everything.
Rachel Lindsay
No, you just facilitated one of the most difficult interviews I think we will have on this podcast, and people need to appreciate that. That just happened 30 minutes ago, and
Charity
my brain is recovering, and she.
Rachel Lindsay
She did that full PO alone without me even preparing her that I wasn't
Charity
going to have had a sip of water. And I'm, like, dehydrated. Like, I. I am in the desert right now. I'm going through it pretty.
Rachel Lindsay
Stop. I can't.
Charity
I'm so serious. I need you to understand. The brain is on 2% low, low power mode. I can't even look at the word this. I don't even know how to say. I actually don't. I think I just made my brain unable to ever say it correctly again. I just changed something.
Rachel Lindsay
I can't read.
Charity
Okay, who do I think is the villain? The best villain? I'm thinking. I'm thinking. I'm thinking, honestly, probably he wasn't even crazy. I mean, he was crazy. Let me not say that. He wasn't even crazy.
Rachel Lindsay
I'm like, luke, okay, that was like, manipulation.
Charity
Yeah, he was like that. And that's where. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure.
Rachel Lindsay
Has there been anyone that's done that since him?
Charity
I don't think so. I really don't, because. Don't. What you're not gonna do is ever give me an ultimatum. That's what you're never gonna do. Not serve me an ultimatum. Nonetheless, on my season, ultimatums across the
Rachel Lindsay
Bachelor board have always rubbed me the wrong way.
Charity
It's crazy because, again, here you are. And as our fans, our audience likes to say, you know what show you signed up for, baby. Well, then, you know what show you signed up for. It's very. It's simple as that. Don't tell me this or that because we've had.
Rachel Lindsay
So I'll give you the items.
Charity
I'll give you the. That.
Rachel Lindsay
Oh, my Gosh. Yeah. No, that one was crazy, too. And I feel like it had one of the most iconic moments after the podium move.
Charity
No, insane.
Rachel Lindsay
That was so good.
Charity
Insane. And I love it. Top. Top five.
Rachel Lindsay
Top five. What is your top. Well, what's your top Bachelor moment
Charity
in all of the history?
Rachel Lindsay
I'm trying to think of, like, a
Charity
moment that, like, recent years. Because I'm like, all the history is crazy.
Rachel Lindsay
I know.
Charity
That's insane. I don't know.
Rachel Lindsay
Recent years, I loved one of my favorite moments or I think it's really hard to surprise me. And one of the moments that's really shocked me was on Joey season when they had Kelsey and Daisy in the car.
Charity
No, I. I mean, I. I was like, how is this unfolding? I really did. For a second. I said, now I do know something, but I'm not sure now.
Rachel Lindsay
I have never been so shocked that
Charity
in that moment, they're both about to go up to him like crazy. Two girls at the podium. Final bros. Let's do it right now. I was.
Rachel Lindsay
That was shocking.
Charity
I was scared. Yeah. No, that actually was a good. A good shocker moment, I will say.
Rachel Lindsay
Oh, this is kind of messy. Well, are there any Bachelor fan favorites that you think are overrated?
Charity
No. Come on now.
Rachel Lindsay
You don't.
Charity
You guys can't do that.
Rachel Lindsay
I know. I actually don't. I'm trying to think. I don't know.
Charity
That are overrated. You guys, really. That's a conversation that I don't think I have time for. And this is no shade to anybody.
Rachel Lindsay
We'll revisit this when we go to Carrie's house and have a couple glasses of wine.
Charity
Exactly.
Rachel Lindsay
We'll put that one in there. Yes.
Charity
All right. I have a list, too. I have a. I have a long list. And that's. It's not. There's no tea or Shay. Well, it is tea. No shade. The problem is, is. Yeah. The reasons behind it. I have to explain and give context to you because otherwise I. People will be quick to write me off. And there's nothing wrong, but I think people just understand where I'm coming from.
Rachel Lindsay
I can't wait to hear it.
Charity
So we'll do it. You know, if you guys just keep tuning in to Bachelor happy hour, we'll get that snuck in one of these episodes soon. After a glass, a big glass.
Rachel Lindsay
After a huge glass. Have you ever had an awkward or heated interaction with someone from Bachelor Nation? I don't think I have either.
Charity
I really don't confront unless I need to.
Rachel Lindsay
I feel like I Don't meet a lot of people in person. People think that we have met a lot of bachelor nation. And I would say I haven't met majority.
Charity
Yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
Unless they're out.
Charity
I think they're afr.
Rachel Lindsay
Oh, do you have one at amphi.
Charity
Lied, but I can't answer this.
Rachel Lindsay
Okay, that. Add that to the list of cases.
Charity
Yeah.
Rachel Lindsay
I'm literally gonna re. Bring it up. I cannot imagine you getting into any altercations.
Charity
No. And that's the thing. I don't. That again, probably another misconception. Obviously, it's like, what was my little baby picture on the little Curacao like? Quick to like. No in your comment. Correct. That's a given. But the thing is, is, like, I don't like. I don't like confronting. I don't like it. I just love for there to be peace. I love for there to be, like, people having a good time, feeling good. Like, that is like my. That's my aura. Like, that is what I want to give off to people. That's what I want people to feel. So with that being said, I am not. I am good at confronting, but I don't like to do it, and I. I honestly, personally avoid it. So unless it's necessary, which. There has been two singular moments that I can count in my head, but it was like, just really just trying to get down to the nitty gritty of, like, what exactly is going on here? And this was all like, it. It.
Rachel Lindsay
Did this happen at your birthday?
Charity
No, no, no, no. It sounds juicy. One was, like, three texts, and hopefully whoever listens, if you listen to this message, then you probably wouldn't listen. What did Brooklyn say? If the shoe fits. Lace a up.
Rachel Lindsay
Wait, this is teen.
Charity
One was while we were filming something, and that's all I can say. And we'll. We'll rush for the Carrie episode very soon.
Rachel Lindsay
Was it at the Vanderpump villa? I'm right.
Charity
Perhaps. I don't know.
Rachel Lindsay
When is that coming out?
Charity
In April, I think.
Rachel Lindsay
I. I personally cannot wait just to watch baby Jess make out in a hot tub.
Charity
Listen, there was just foolishness everywhere.
Rachel Lindsay
People have never seen our baby Jess make out with tongue. In all imagination, that's true.
Charity
It was like. You know, it was such a shocker for me and Dawton because I feel like the thing about me and dawn in his friend group, like, with the boys from his season, and then with me, like, we're both kind of like the facilitators of, like, fun in a little bit of chaos. Like, we both like, make sure people are having. You know, I think it's like a. Like, that's just understood. So when we got into that villa and then it almost was like the. The. The script flipped on us. We were, like, expecting, okay, like, come on, people. We didn't even have to do anything. I was like, oh, there's. There's some different energy in you guys right now. I don't know, Jess. I didn't recognize because I said, now, why are you doing all of this? Like, who are you? Like, who are you?
Rachel Lindsay
People have no idea how much we were trying to get just to kiss with tongue in paradise.
Charity
Kiss with tong in paradise. This is the girl who is so beautiful, the most stunning, gorgeous, who the nicest, turns down first dates because she just can't get herself together.
Rachel Lindsay
Turns down, like, NFL players. Turns out everyone left, right, center.
Charity
And so when she got there, I said, oh, okay. Sister wants to get engaged at the end of the year. Like, yeah, she's. She's making moves.
Rachel Lindsay
Like, she said, ring before spring.
Charity
It was literally, Mercedes is always, as we know, down for a good time. She, too, had a time. I said, what's going on? Ariel had a time. Maria had a time.
Rachel Lindsay
Yes.
Charity
The boys. I said, okay, so we did this, right? I guess it's chaos and confusion, which cannot wait.
Rachel Lindsay
Yeah, that needs to come out sooner.
Charity
It does. I'm like, actually bump it up.
Rachel Lindsay
Literally bump it up.
Charity
I need no distractions during Taylor's episode. Taylor season.
Rachel Lindsay
I literally just.
Charity
I hope it's at the end. I think it will be. So anyway, there are so many more questions that we need to ask, but I think, you know, we should save some of these for our next episode, perhaps. Or like we said, the juicy ones for when we have our.
Rachel Lindsay
Sit down, our glasses of wine.
Charity
Don't you.
Rachel Lindsay
Don't you agree we should have everyone send in the questions they want us to answer after we've had a couple glasses of wine?
Charity
I carry correct. Because there's, like, good ones and they're all great questions, but I want. If you really want some tea to be spilled all over the coffee table, submit those.
Rachel Lindsay
The crystal coffee table at Gary's.
Charity
Truly, the crystal coffee table. We'll get those answered. But I think, yeah, I mean, this was a good little wrap. Like a good little. I love these episodes. No, honestly, these are my favorite because I'm like, I don't know. I don't have to think. I'm just existing. This is like, this is.
Rachel Lindsay
Don't have to facilitate couples therapy.
Charity
Don't have to turn my brain off and then. Or turn my brain on and then turn it off and forget to turn it back on. Yeah, that, that happened.
Rachel Lindsay
So everyone give Charity her flowers for that interview. You guys. That was cancer.
Charity
You guys.
Rachel Lindsay
No, just love us.
Charity
What did I say again? The epitome. Yep. Like.it actually's gonna be like, I can't. I can't.
Rachel Lindsay
Oh. Oh, my God.
Charity
Okay.
Rachel Lindsay
We are just giggling little girls.
Charity
Okay, I think that is all for today's episode. You guys, this was fun. I love you always, Rachel. Like truly, we are locked in for life at this point.
Rachel Lindsay
Literally.
Charity
Love you and so much to look ahead to for the rest of this year and Taylor season coming up. So thank you to all of our listeners.

Listeners received an engaging, behind-the-scenes look at the relationships, rumors, and real-life drama of Bachelor Nation, accentuated by the hosts’ warmth and wit. Listeners are left excited for future recaps, wild stories from “Vanderpump Villa,” and the promise of even more “uncensored” content after “a couple glasses of wine.”
