Charity
Hello, everyone, and welcome back to Bachelor Happy Hour. This is going to be the best episode ever.
Rachel
And you know why?
Charity
Because we're in person together.
Rachel
I'm in person with you. This is crazy. I'm like, I'm making eye contact with you across the room.
Charity
I am so excited.
Rachel
Listen, we have. We have lots to talk about and it's gonna be even better. Like, this is gonna be probably one of our best episodes.
Charity
I was just telling Charity, when we're on Zoom together, it feels like we're working, but when we're in front of each other, this is.
Rachel
This is not work.
Charity
All bets are off right now.
Rachel
All bets are off. I'm in a mood. I'm coming off from a three weekend binger festival season. Like Coachella, Stagecoach, I'm headed to Vegas. Like, I. This is. This is the intermission I need.
Charity
You know, you have been everywhere and we're going to talk all about it because I have so many questions about Stagecoach.
Rachel
Please, especially don't you worry.
Charity
But let's start out with get real, shall we? Where should we begin?
Rachel
I actually don't even know. I got there right at 4:30.
Charity
Right when it started, I was literally texting her. I was like, where are you?
Rachel
Listen, I was again, I was coming off of a bit. I had to recover for a second. No getting there. I. It just was like. You know when you like, walk in a space and you like, see way too many people, My brain, like, it doesn't like, produce a. Like, I don't think a positive effect. It was like, wait, I know literally everybody in this room and I didn't, like, my body almost was like, overload, overload. Like, I couldn't overstimulate it. Like, truly.
Charity
Cause you know all the Vanderpump Villa people.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Correct.
Charity
We know all the Mormon wives. There were a lot of bachelor people there.
Rachel
There was a ton of bachelor people there.
Charity
I met Grant for the first time.
Rachel
Wait, that was your first time meeting him?
Charity
That was your first time meeting him?
Rachel
Wait, really?
Charity
Yes.
Rachel
Wait, how was that?
Charity
I feel like he's just uninterested in this franchise.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Honestly, fair.
Charity
And I feel hard to read, trying to include him. Like, even when we were there.
Rachel
I think that's like. I think that's what he wants, though. Like, I think that's just like, I'm learning, I think. And I could be wrong, but I think that's his personality at this point. Point. Because I'm like, I, too, have seen too or had too many, like, in person interactions that are, like, very similar to that. And I'm like, I think that's just him, you know?
Charity
Right. I'm like, do you hate us all?
Rachel
Don't think he hates us.
Charity
I mean, Grant, come on the podcast. That's the first thing I said to him because he said he moved to West Hollywood. He lives here. Oh, he's here. Here.
Rachel
Amazing.
Charity
Yes.
Rachel
So why do we. Why is he not in the queue today?
Charity
I feel like I've talked enough that I'm like, come on the podcast.
Rachel
Honestly, I feel like Nick Vile at that point.
Charity
I'm, like, talking. Come on.
Rachel
I would love for him to come and sit down. I feel like, you know, there's things I still need answers to. I need to learn more about him.
Charity
Truly. Truly.
Rachel
Yeah. Okay.
Charity
I really did love the Vanderpump Villa people that I met.
Rachel
Who did you meet? Because I met Gabby. Okay.
Charity
And
Rachel
love, first of all, my favorite people.
Charity
Stunning. On tv, in person. I was looking at Cher. I was like, you are the prettiest person I've ever seen in my life. So is Gabby.
Rachel
I wish they left parts from when we were on there. Like, every time I had an interaction with her, I was like, I'm so sorry. Like, you're just.
Charity
She's distracting.
Rachel
No, like, she's gorge. Like, I love her. I love her. Great people. Okay. I'm glad you met, like, two of the greatest girls. How did you meet the guys?
Charity
I just met Hagan.
Rachel
Okay.
Charity
And I was begging him to come on this podcast. I said, it's Giving Butler. Please come on my podcast. He is made for reality tv.
Rachel
That's why I said. I'm like, he's the next. Like, he's the next big thing. If, like, if it's in his cards, I believe it. Because I'm like, he's so witty. He's so quick on his, like, feet. Like, his responses are insane. And I'm like, this show would. I'm sorry. Like, also, we love Lisa. Like, let's just. Like, that's a given.
Charity
Also stunning.
Rachel
But I'm, like, out of the cast. This show would. Where would we be without Hagan? You know?
Charity
Agreed. And Marciano, a bit.
Rachel
As much as we love you, Marciano, but as much as we don't want to, like, acknowledge that. Yes. Like, I'm like, he is kind of good tv.
Charity
He is good tv.
Rachel
He's there for the plot. And I can appreciate that. You know, it gets to a point where you just. You know what? All bets are off. Like, let's just dive in deep.
Charity
I want to get into Mormon Wives, which.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Which part.
Charity
Let's start out with who was there. So Taylor was missing, right? Michaela was missing.
Rachel
Yes.
Charity
And it was. That it.
Rachel
Jen wasn't there, and obviously Whitney. I don't even. Is she, like, gone? I don't even know if she's still part of the show anyway. Layla, Miranda, Jesse, Macy. Was that it?
Charity
I think so.
Rachel
Oh, and then the new.
Charity
The new show. Was dad Talk there any of the dad Talk?
Rachel
There was. No. I don't. I don't remember seeing any of the dads.
Charity
Thank God.
Rachel
No. Right. I'm like, actually, no, thank you. But, yeah, I don't think they were there.
Charity
I. I watched Vanderpump Villa for Charity and the Girls, and when I got
Rachel
to that dad Talk episode, I haven't even. I haven't finished watching it, so give me.
Charity
Give me. The way that they were speaking. I just. It reminds me so much of just, like, the way dating kind of feels in this world and the way that, like, you should just be supporting your wives, and if you get opportunities, amazing. But they were like, dad Talk needs to stand on her own two feet. And I was like, no, no, it doesn't.
Rachel
You know what this, like, reminds me of? It takes me back to the episode that, when we had Kat here. It's like a man having a pod, not a podcast. A man having a tripod. And what it will do to the brain chemistry. It'll alter it. And I think theirs is, like, significantly altered because they've been around too many tripods. You know what I mean? Like, that's. That's their entire life, so they think it's something.
Charity
There's been too many ring lights. No, it's doing something to the frontal cord to.
Rachel
It's auto.
Charity
It's crazy. What did you think about the new show? Do you think that means that they're gonna kind of, like, pivot away from the original?
Rachel
I think yes and no, but I'm like, if I'm being honest, like, I. For the sake of, like, obviously just tv, I hope it does well, but I just don't know if it will because I'm like, it's not really one. I'm like, I don't Know these girls a lot like the new girls. Like, I think they're all, like, tiktokers and influencers, which is, like, great. Obviously they have, like, their established fan bases already, but I just don't know if, like, how they'll be on tv. Like, I always feel like Internet is different than reality tv. And it's like, obviously we're seeing the shift of, like, influencers go into reality tv, but it's like, are you guys batshit crazy or not? Like, you know, it's hard because they
Charity
struck gold with Mormon wives.
Rachel
They did.
Charity
And that was tick tockers 100. So it feels like kind of maybe like a housewives kind of a thing, where it's like, let's see.
Rachel
Yeah.
Charity
If we can keep this going different
Rachel
places, we'll have to see. I need to see how the dynamic is. I'm like, you know, my expectations are not significantly high, and that's okay. I want to be surprised. So I hope.
Charity
I hope I might be abstaining from that one.
Rachel
Really?
Charity
Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Orange County.
Rachel
Yes, I. I am. I don't have high expectations, but, you know, we'll see. I'm going to give it a chance.
Charity
You're going to watch.
Rachel
I'm going to try. And it better captivate me. In the first episode you got with me because the attention span is low.
Charity
I have. Okay. There was one show. Another one, if we're on the path of talking shit that I'm not super excited about.
Rachel
Which way?
Charity
And that's the girls. The one with Chloe.
Rachel
Okay.
Charity
Are you excited?
Rachel
I'm only excited because I'm like, I just love Chloe. Malika.
Charity
Like, that's like. We've tried this format so many times. She did cocktails with Chloe.
Rachel
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. They, like. I mean, they're just masters of spin offs.
Charity
Yeah.
Rachel
At this point, I would like Chloe
Charity
just to have her own and then whoever's in it's in it.
Rachel
Agreed. Agree.
Charity
I don't really know if I care about these other.
Rachel
I mean, I only care about Malik.
Charity
Right.
Rachel
Literally, Chloe and Malika. So.
Charity
Okay. So we're going to give it a chance.
Rachel
Yeah. I'm. I'm here for it. We'll see. The Million Dollar Nannies. I was sitting in front of them.
Charity
I didn't even see that happen.
Rachel
Oh, you don't even know what it's about.
Charity
There was one point I went to the bathroom and never came back to the presentation. So I think I was gone.
Rachel
Honestly. Fair. Like, I should have gotten.
Charity
I went to the bar.
Rachel
No, I was. There was like, why aren't they handing out the cocktails? Because I said, I can't do it anymore.
Charity
I was next to the Love Overboard people. I said, I have to remove myself.
Rachel
No, you did.
Charity
I needed to go to the bar, so I missed the Mob and Million Dollar Nannies.
Rachel
Okay, so Million Dollar Nannies is basically. It's like, they're all nannies. Like, that's their job. But go to Ibiza, and then they become nannies for these, like, insane families. And it's like, that's kind of interesting. Yeah. And so I'm like, honestly, like, I guess I like the concept. We'll see.
Charity
Okay.
Rachel
I feel like it's just going to be like, a giant vacation for them, but they're also working, so I could
Charity
be in TR with that.
Rachel
I'm like. And the girls were nice. Like, I met. They were. We were sitting in front of them. So I'm like, okay, you guys have, like, sweet personalities. Give it a shot.
Charity
What are your thoughts on the mob? The mob has both.
Rachel
Your boy Shane in there.
Charity
It has Shane and has Maria.
Rachel
I feel like that's gonna be interesting.
Charity
And Joe Giudice.
Rachel
No, it's actually okay. When we really dissect the cast for a second, I'm like. And Bruno, I'm like, hello. Bruno is on, like, it's. I'm. I will be watching.
Charity
It feels like they were, like, going with, like, an Italian theme, I think.
Rachel
So, like. And, you know, I know Maria is going to lean full like this. Like, she's waiting for a moment. She's waited for a mom for this, the mob. Like, this is for her and her and her entire family.
Charity
I feel like she's been, like, holding out. Like, we haven't seen her on any shows.
Rachel
She's not on Paradise. She's in Lalo.
Charity
I was kind of shocked to see her pop out on this one. I thought we would have seen her in another Bachelor franchise.
Rachel
I'm not. Because isn't this, like. It's basically similar to, like, Traders? Like, Mafia Ish. Right? I think. I think that's the gist of. Okay, I. I could be wrong, but that's from my understanding. And I'm like, I think this is the perfect lane for Maria, is it not? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Charity
I'm interested to see her in a context outside of Bachelor editing. Because on Villa, I didn't even see her speak.
Rachel
Dude, I was shocked. I'm not gonna lie. Because I was, like, watching it back.
Charity
I said, was Mercedes or Maria there?
Rachel
No, I said, where? Where is Maria? Like, I don't remember either. I was like, wait. And I'm like, I wonder if just all her stuff just got.
Charity
It'll be interesting to see her in that context because I personally don't know her. I think she's amazing.
Rachel
Oh, this is like, when I say this is her.
Charity
Okay, this is her.
Rachel
This is her.
Charity
I'm. I hope she brings her dad on.
Rachel
Honestly, that would be iconic. No, he would, he would thrive too.
Charity
What do you think about Shane?
Rachel
I feel like he, like, I'm happy that he's having a moment. I am. Like, I think he's. I mean, obviously I met him. I feel like he's a great guy. Um, so, yeah, I'm supportive of it.
Charity
All right.
Rachel
Like, I. What else can I say?
Charity
We're excited to. I'm excited to see him on the show.
Rachel
I feel like he's gonna. I feel like he'll do good. Yeah. I feel like he's like, just from hanging from with him this past weekend, I feel like he's just like.
Charity
Because I want to get into all that, but we can't jump around. I need to. You saw so many of Taylor's guys.
Rachel
So many.
Charity
Okay, one more, one more. Okay. Speaking of traitors, Maura Higgins got announced. Love, love her on Dancing. And Sierra Ciara Miller. When I saw that announcement, I love Maura, but Sierra, like, needed this.
Rachel
Let me tell you something. This season's for the girls. Like, you know how, like, there are seasons that are just specifically for the girls. This is going to be one of them.
Charity
It's her season.
Rachel
A girl is winning this season. Sorry, We've had two men back to back win. Love them both. Like, okay, we're moving on. This is for the girl. I don't even know who else is getting announced. It doesn't matter.

Charity
We have Dancing with the Stars, the next pro. I'm excited because Ezra's sister, I love Steph. Steph is going to be on it. We'll be rooting for her.
Rachel
No. Truly a number one fan. I love her down. I think it's an interesting concept. I will say like I wonder like how the actual pros like feel and the girls on troupe because I don't know if you know, Haile is Haley Bills, which is Jenna's niece.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
She's insane.
Rachel
Like she is probably one of the most like talented like dancers that's been in troop and I'm like oh, I think everyone's like anticipating or expecting for her to be like the next pro. But then I'm like oh, this kind of like ruffles things up a little bit. So I don't know, like I wonder who's like going to take the season off. But I'll be watching nonetheless. Saving the best for last. We are renewed for Bachelor In paradise and Bachelor 30, which is going to be insane.
Charity
That is crazy that we've had 30 seasons.
Rachel
Is it not? Like I'm like, this is going to probably be. This is the season. You know what I mean? It's going to be huge. Also this paradise. Because I'm like, like, where are these people coming from? That's my like who Tell me your top three people that you need to see on the beach. Because I want. When I say for going like we. I think this is the. Like we have no choice but to go big or truly go home.
Charity
Yes.
Rachel
And I need, I need like complete and total chaos. Like I don't need anything cute. I want like give me, give it
Charity
to me, you know, I want like throwback to the OG season.
Rachel
I need Victoria.
Charity
Boom boom room.
Rachel
Right.
Charity
Like craziness bring Peter back down.
Rachel
Like I say, number one.
Charity
Victoria.
Rachel
Yeah.
Charity
Let's get Fuller down there. Let's get Kelly Flanagan.
Rachel
Yeah.
Charity
And I really want to see Susie again.
Rachel
Susie is like an angel. Susie, we need a good man down
Charity
there to go to. Yes. With someone who's like lined up for her.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Correct.
Rachel
Like specific. We need to like do some behind the scenes work before. Yeah, okay, I agree with that.
Charity
And then I need Peter. All of Taylor's.
Rachel
I want Peter back because I don't know what he got going on his real life, which I don't think is anything significant. No. Tino Shade.
Charity
You know what? What? I could see them doing Peter's bachelor again.
Rachel
Really?
Charity
Couldn't you? That'd be huge.
Rachel
He would actually probably do it.
Charity
Which is crazy. They did another pil two times. He was the only other bachelor that was. What's his name?
Rachel
My. The pilot on my season.
Charity
No.
Rachel
Okay.
Charity
Because that's the pilot way back when he had two seasons.
Rachel
Jake Pavelka.
Charity
Jake. So they love giving have two seasons. That was Brad Womack, the hot restaurateur from Austin, Texas. Okay, well if we're giving people two seasons, obviously me correct number one, clearly
Rachel
I got pilot Pete.
Charity
Or they could do double season. Pilot Pete, pilot Rachel, guys and girls producer chiming in. I fully support that idea. That would be so much.
Rachel
That would be insane.
Charity
No, I don't think that could be on camera because that would be the craziest season.
Rachel
No, and I. And that's. I'm just pitching what we need or what.
Charity
Rob Mills, if you're listening.
Rachel
Yeah.
Charity
So who else do you want to see in paradise besides Peter?
Rachel
Oh my gosh. Okay. Like that's a guy I want. I want grand down there.
Charity
Grant.
Rachel
Yes, I do. Like, will he shine? I hope you're down there, Latia.
Charity
How could we?
Rachel
That's what she wouldn't go, though. She probably wouldn't. But I'm like, that's what paradise needs. Like, I don't want everyone who's like, I don't want it to be this happy Kumbaya moment. Like, it's like, you have some friends, some people that you know, but then it's also like, should Latia bring some
Charity
Mormon wives with her?
Rachel
She should. I think she should bring Layla and, like, Layla. Like, yeah, I think she. She would, like, flirt and do what she needs to do.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Miranda.
Rachel
I want the best for her. I really do. Like, I've gotten to her, and I'm like, oh, she just is, like, a good person. And I'm like. It just. It's very interesting that she is, like, a part of that cast, because I feel like she's just in, like, a league of her own again. No tea, no shade. I'm just. I always speak truth, so that's just what it is. I'm like, she needs. Like, she's in the good headspace, so I'm like, she needs someone good. So I would. I would want her there. Yeah.
Charity
I think Bachelor should do what Netflix did with Perfect Match and, like, kind of, like, go from all over there.
Rachel
I agree.
Charity
Like, if we had, like, Marciano down there.
Rachel
Hello. Let's. Let's. Let's shake things. Look at us.
Charity
Are producing.
Pharmaceutical Ad Voice
Okay.
Rachel
Let's shake it up.
Charity
Can we talk stage?
Rachel
Yes. Let's. Let's get into stage coach. Okay.
Charity
Okay. Tell me everything.
Rachel
Oh, my God. Okay. Honestly, like, I don't know why I went.
Charity
I do know I went on the ground. For me.
Rachel
No, truly. I mean, I will say Saturday was the craziest night, which was the day. I don't know if anyone heard. There was a whole world hurt. There was a desert sandstorm that we had to evacuate the festival grounds, which I. When I. When I tell you, all I heard was, like, the purge sirens and red screens saying evacuate. I was like, oh. I was like, the world ending. I was like, this is it. No, it was insane. Like, you can't see. I was like, I'm gonna lose, like, my eyesight. Like, it was actually, like, the scary. I genuinely felt like. I was like, I'm sorry. Like, love the troops and thank you for your service, but I felt like I was in, like, a war zone. Like, it was very scary. Like, very scary. But everything that happened afterwards. So tell me what happened There was,
Charity
like, a little party.
Rachel
There was a party. So we ended up, like, all, like, I was with, like, Alex and Andrew. Justin.
Charity
First of all, how did Justin get there? He gets straight off the plane from Africa.
Rachel
Literally.
Charity
I was like, did they drop him off?
Rachel
No, I said, Helicopter Joe. I literally said, you just were in Africa, like, two days ago. I'm like, why are you here? Like, what do you mean?
Charity
I was like, wait, is this an old picture?
Rachel
No, he was fully there and fully present, which I'm like, I'm actually. I love. I love him.
Charity
I love him, too.
Rachel
Saying, so funny. No, Justin is literally so funny. So I was, like, actually glad that he was there. So, yes, with all of them. Rachel Kirkconnell. Shane was there. He was with us. And, like, Joey and Kelsey. So we ended up all going back to, like, where they were staying just because we were like, we don't know what's, like, gonna happen. Like, do we go out? Do we, like, stay in for the rest of the night? And it literally turned into just like, it felt like I was in college again. And I'm like, I love this so much. It was, like, the most insane. Like, I was like, oh, this is the after party. I'm like, we don't need Zen Yara. We don't need piece of slime. I was like, this is the party. It was so much fun. Like insane. I wish. I mean, Alex probably has some actual, like, documentation from the night.
Charity
We're gonna have to.
Rachel
And we'll have to talk. We would dive in specifically with them, too, because it was great. But then after everything kind of calmed down, we were literally there for, like, three hours. We went to Zenyard, which is, like, this massive after party. And that is when I ran into some of Taylor's boys. Who did you run into? I met Casey.
Charity
Okay.
Rachel
And I'm like, oh, my gosh. You know how much I love that man. You love Casey, but, like, meeting him in person, I was like, I don't know if it could. It. I didn't expect it to get better.
Charity
What was it like meeting him?
Rachel
Like, he's tall. Sorry, I'm. I'm going in right now. Like, this is out of respect. I love you guys.
Charity
Okay. Paul.
Rachel
I mean, he had these overalls with obviously nothing on arms. I was like, oh, chiseled. His eyes, Rachel, are, like, piercing blue.
Charity
Like, oh, my God.
Rachel
It's like, no, he. I. I'm again, built by a woman. Built by a woman. So, Rachel, how's dating going for you? Because I don't Know what you're.
Charity
I don't know what you're texting. She goes, rachel, you need to figure this out. Real.
Rachel
I literally texted. I literally texted, Rachel, I boost on the ground. Rachel, you need to figure this out very quickly. Because I'm like, yeah, you know what?
Charity
We love Casey.
Rachel
Do you?
Charity
We do.
Rachel
So who else did you meet? So what's next? That's not giving me enough. What's next, Rachel?
Charity
My therapist says I can't date any more guys in reality tv.
Rachel
Okay, well, we haven't seen him yet, so. So technically he hasn't been on reality tv. So what do you say?
Charity
That's true. Until they're on tv, then I can't talk to anyone.
Rachel
That's fair. But, like, we'll. We're half. We will have to give him a chance.
Charity
Well, you know what? He 3D printed our sign.
Rachel
There we go.
Charity
But, you know, hopefully he's bachelor. Maybe.
Rachel
We'll see. He has my vote. Y' all know I'm like, I love anything that's built by a woman. Hello.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Truly.
Charity
He would be a great bachelor.
Rachel
No, I know he would.
Charity
Who else did you meet? You met Conrad.
Rachel
Conrad, Stagecoach. Yes. He was very fun, very vibrant, good time. And that's.
Charity
Yeah. Was he just in his element?
Rachel
I think so. It was like. He's done this before, as we know. He's hasn't missed stage character, I don't think, since he came out the womb.
Charity
So was he at the party?
Rachel
He was. He was.
Charity
That's literally where everyone was invited.
Rachel
Literally was everyone. Like, I didn't even expect to run into them. And I was like, oh, my God. I was very having the time of my life.

Charity
We need the story. Okay, behind you, Kat.
Rachel
Alex.
Charity
Andrew.
Rachel
I'm gonna get in trouble here. No. Okay. So obviously this was while we were at the house, still waiting for things to settle and trying to figure out if we were gonna, like, actually go to an after party or not. We, like, all, like, just gathered on the front porch, which obviously it's like a huge house, so the front porch fit, like, 15 of us. We're all, like, sitting in a circle and just, like. I mean, really just shooting the. Like, just having fun. I mean, obviously drinking beer. Well, I wasn't drinking beer, but, like, drinking beer. I was taking shots. Like, it was just crazy. And let me tell you something. And we'll wait for Andrew to come in.
Charity
He.
Rachel
There's a photo of him. I don't know. There's like, three different photos. He went like this. I can't even do it because I'm like. I'm in a romper. Like, his legs, like, basically did, like, a straddle. He rocked my head so hard. And, like, I thought I not him
Charity
giving you a concussion.
Rachel
No, straight up, like, and everyone was like, oh, my God. But, like, I Didn't feel it until, like, it was like. It was a very delayed reaction for me. I was like, it's the tequila, like, doling. Literally all I see him get up, he's like, oh, my God, I'm so sorry. So that photo and then, like, all you see me in the corners, like, this is him kicking my head. It was chaos.
Charity
But, like, he better atone for his sins when he gets here.
Rachel
No, he hasn't stopped apologizing, which I'm like, thank you. Every time you see me say sorry and then speak forever. Forever.
Charity
I have such bad fomo.
Rachel
No, I wish I. I genuinely wish you were there.
Charity
I feel like I was there through pictures.
Rachel
Yeah.
Charity
And then there was one more person.
Rachel
Who else?
Charity
Lana Del Rey's ex.
Rachel
Oh, my God. Clayton.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Yes. He found me.
Rachel
Or not found me, but, like, he recognize me because I'm, you know, I'm really like, La La Land. And it's fine.
Charity
Also not met them.
Rachel
Correct. So he comes up to me, he's like, hey. And I'm like, oh, my God. Hi. And, like. Yeah. So it was very brief, very brief interaction, but he was very excited to be a stage coach, which Love that. Like, he is a country star, so. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Charity
Was he, like, singing?
Rachel
No, I. Apparently, I'm like, I wish you would have sung a song for me. Yeah, no. Yeah.
Charity
Oh, I totally forgot that he's a country.
Rachel
Yeah. But he was having the time of his life, too, so I think I'm like, did I forget anything, anyone? If I did, sorry. But I think that was it.
Charity
I think that's everyone. You told us.
Rachel
Yeah.
Charity
Do you remember when Stagecoach used to be, like, the Paradise Pre?
Rachel
Literally, I was like, in my head. I mean, I know people probably still think this happens, but I'm like, most people are, like, obviously in relationships now or just, like, not really trying to do too much intermingling. But, like, in my head, I always think, oh, my gosh, Remember when it was like, Dylan, not Hannah and Dylan's season? And, like, that it did not happen this week, as far as I know. I'm like, I don't know of any, like, hookups or anything, but, you know, we are all just like one big family now. So I think true vibes are very different, which.
Charity
True.
Rachel
In a good way. Until we shake some stuff back up.
Charity
I was gonna say, until we have a new season of the Bachelor and all the new girls. Right then.
Rachel
Correct.
Charity
It'll be so interesting.
Rachel
Yeah. No, that's what I'm like. I wish it was after I wish we had already filmed paradise and then Stagecoach happened because I think that's.
Charity
I think they also know better than to say or do anything around you because it will end up on this
Rachel
podcast, you know, and I. And that's called respect.
Charity
And we tell them, though, it's kind of.
Rachel
And you know what?
Charity
Don't say anything that you don't want
Rachel
at your own risk. Like, you know, truly. But I do keep my word. I. I only yacht when it's necessary.
Charity
Absolutely.
Rachel
When it's needed, when we need to make a headline or two,
Pharmaceutical Ad Voice
we are
Rachel
going to take turns going back and forth asking each other festival style. Would you rather. So let's get into the first one.
Charity
Starting off. Would you rather lose your phone on day one or your wallet on day three?
Rachel
Oh, my wallet. Easily. I'm so sorry. I hate to be the person. I can't function without the phone, but it's like I can. But at a festival, like, that's certainly not ideal.
Charity
No. You're calling your friends. Where are you? How are you getting home?
Rachel
I mean, everything is there. It's really hard to communicate.
Charity
Probably go home if I lost my phone.
Rachel
Yeah, very valid. Okay. Would you rather be stuck in a 45 minute bathroom line or miss your favorite artist?
Charity
45 minute bathroom line.
Rachel
Yeah. But then I would also sneak off and try to make that quicker somewhere,
Charity
somehow behind the porta Potty. Yeah, listen, if it's behind the Porta Potty or Ms. Justin Bieber behind the
Rachel
porta Potty, I'm gonna do what I have to do.
Charity
And I'm assuming people did.
Rachel
Absolutely. And they did. And they did. That's a given. Lol. Have you never stepped on festival grounds before?
Charity
Okay, would you rather camp in extreme heat or freezing cold nights? I'm not camping.
Rachel
Yeah, sorry, I can't answer that. Because extreme heat, I'm a different person. So I guess it's freezing cold. That's just crazy though. Freezing cold nights. I'll snuggle.
Charity
Yeah.
Rachel
Yeah. Because he is.
Charity
No, I just won't be there.
Rachel
I actually can't think about what I would be like. It's not gonna be. It's not gonna be fun. So freezing cold for me. Yay. Okay. Would you rather have perfect sound but terrible visuals or insane visuals but bad audio? What?
Charity
Like a good view but it sounds bad.
Rachel
I wonder. Perfect sound but terrible. I wonder if it's that or if, like, they mean like something with the.
Charity
Like maybe something with the sound.
Rachel
Yeah, the sound is like.
Charity
That's a hard one.
Rachel
I'd Rather have sound like. You know what I mean? Like, I need to hear. And, like, I want it to be crisp and clear and perfect.
Charity
But I think if it was Justin Bieber and I was front row.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Oh, you.
Rachel
You wouldn't want. Terrible. You would want.
Charity
I don't know. If you're that close, you can hear him. Would you rather get separated from your group. Group at night or be stuck with them all day when you need alone time?
Rachel
Be stuck with them all day. Yeah, I mean, I'm. I'm very. I feel like I'm very boisterous about, like, if that's the word. I don't know. I just made that up. Like, I need a second. Like, I need a breather. But, like, being stuck at night is, like, actually scary one because it's no service there. But also, it's hell trying to get out. Like, so many cars, dirt roads. There's not a lot of lighting. It's just so.
Charity
Yeah, I would be terrified getting lost at night.
Rachel
And it happens so often. It's like, my. If it has not happened to me yet, but I'm like, no, no.
Charity
Yeah, absolutely. Be stuck with them all day.
Rachel
Okay, let's do two more. Okay. Would you rather be the planner of the group or just go with the flow?
Charity
Go with the flow. Yeah. Festival.
Rachel
And, like, it's very hard to be the planner, especially if it's, like, a large group. It's, like rallying all those people and people having, you know, their own thoughts and opinions. Yeah. No, just let me. Let me cruise through the day.
Charity
Okay. I like this one. Would you rather be overdressed or underdressed?
Rachel
I'm like. It's hard because I'm like. I'm an overdresser. Like, I love looking my best, but, you know, like, on a festival day, it's like, sometimes you just want to, like, be in, like, a white tank and some jorts and call it a day. But it said for every set, I guess. Underdress.
Charity
I think so, too.
Rachel
Yeah, I think just more chill vibes
Charity
because you would enjoy it. You'd be comfortable.
Rachel
Correct.
Charity
Getting a good picture sometimes isn't worth it if you're gonna be there all day.
Rachel
Same. That's how I feel. And I'm. I've learned my lesson after this weekend.
Charity
I'm like, Kylie Jenner was there in her jeans and her white tank, literally.
Rachel
And that's what matters. She probably had the best time of
Charity
her life because she felt good.
Rachel
Okay, last one. Would you rather sit in traffic for six hours, leaving or arriving.
Charity
Arriving, really? Because you're excited. Leaving. You want to get.
Rachel
That's fair. But then I'm like, if I'm not driving, I'm just comfortable, like on the passenger side. You know what I mean?
Charity
What if you're driving? What if you have to be awake?
Rachel
It's totally fair. I'm like, I don't know. That one's a hard one. Arriving is insane, though. I. I still stand by leaving because I'm like, you're probably like in park, you know, I mean, standstill traffic, you know, True. But like six hours awake at the wheel. Not ideal.
Charity
No, no, no. Not after. With how hungover I would be.
Guest or Co-host (possibly Charity's friend or another podcast guest)
Beyond.
Rachel
Beyond that. Okay, well, you know what? Until next year for festival season.
Charity
Until next. Maybe I'll be there.
Rachel
This one is closed. We're closing. You did it. I listen.
Charity
You held it down for the gossip, for everyone.
Rachel
I'm. I don't know. You guys won't see me for a few weeks and that's okay because I have to go hibernate.
Charity
But it after you go to Vegas.
Rachel
Yeah, we'll be in Vegas this weekend. Say a prayer for me.
