When asked what is different about their business people will often give a lot of emotion and not data. No one wants to hear that their business plan is the same, irrelevent, uneeded or set up to fail. You have to let your baby (business) grow up and not be blindly and emotionally obsessed then creating a blindspot. When you are in the process of making a decision are you using rationale or emotion?
