Reversing what happened in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Eric Bowling. So it's going to be big. We're trying to get the viceroy on here a little later in the show to do that. Thank you.
Co-host/Producer
Have a great show.
Steve Bannon
See you tomorrow. We'll see you tomorrow morning. Eric Bowling be giving us daily updates, day 72. Okay, big event just at the White House with the University of Indiana football team. We've got a cold open. I tell you what do I have Kane up? Okay, let's play the cold open. And I got a special guest is going to join us right afterwards.

What Donald Trump wants, he usually posts about on Truth Social at odd hours. From his demands that states gerrymander their congressional maps to keep him in office to compelling his Justice Department to prosecute his political enemies. Now, amid flashing red warning signs that his party will lose the midterm elections by large margins due to both historical trends and his soaring unpopularity, Donald Trump is demanding an election army. Over the weekend, Donald Trump lashed out at an election integrity effort launched by Democrats posting this on Truth Social. Quote, during my historic election in 2024, the Republicans had an election integrity army in every single state to preserve the sanctity of each legal vote. We will be doing the Same again in 26, but it will be much bigger and stronger. While that sort of brutish, detailless claim would normally prompt an eye roll, it does come amid other stuff. An alarming effort by Donald Trump and his backers to centralize control of our elections into the hands of the federal government. With Trump allies calling for ICE at polling places in November. Take a look.
Co-host/Producer
Like, why is there objection to sending
Steve Bannon
ICE officers to polling places? Illegals can't vote. It doesn't make any sense. We can use what's happening with these ICE helping out, helping out at the airports. We can use this as a test drive, as a test case to get to really perfect ICE's involvement in the 2026 midterm elections.
Nicole Wallace
We should point out to Todd Blanche that the argument cuts both ways. Right? People here illegally can't, and based on the Trump administration's own investigation, don't vote. So why would you, Todd Blanche, send them there? But it also comes as Todd Blanche's department, as well as Donald Trump's allies in state houses all across our country are working overtime to undermine the authorities of states to conduct their own elections. As Trump's Justice Department weaponizes the big lie to get a hold of election data in key swing states like Arizona and Georgia, Republicans and red states are rushing to Redraw their congressional maps after Donald Trump demanded they do so. We're also doing that after his hand picked justices in the Supreme Court participated in the gutting of the Voting Rights act with Tennessee, Alabama and South Carolina all making efforts to eliminate majority black majority Democratic districts in just the last week. And if you're looking for the why, why are they doing all this? Look no further than the polls, which increasingly show Donald Trump's party losing the 2026 midterms. The economist forecasting model gives Democrats a 19 in 20 chance of taking back the House. Donald Trump's full court press to keep his party in power by any means necessary, whether voters like it or want it or not.
Unknown Political Commentator
No, I think it's very possible. Look, I've had to deal with them four or five times. They change their mind. They're very dishonorable people. The leadership, don't forget. It's the third level. The first level is God, they were unreasonable. The second level is more reasonable. The third level, nobody wants to be president. You know, they say, who wants to be president? There's. Nobody raises their hand, you know, but we're. They just, they change their mind. I've had that in business many times. You know, the mind change, as you call them, these people that you make a deal and then the next day they send you a document that takes, that takes five days to get there when it should have been there in 20 minutes. You know, it's a pretty simple document. They will never have a nuclear weapon.
Foreign Policy Expert
The President says that they keep changing their mind. There's no indication that they ever change their mind. There's only indication the President has changed how he characterizes what they are saying. Remember, the President said multiple times, oh, Iran has agreed to give up its nuclear program. There's no evidence they ever agreed to that. Only he has said that. And they've made very clear that they're not willing to do that. And I think you're right to point out this is without regime change, it's hard to imagine that they would. This is not a different regime. It's the same regime, just different players in there. Right. It's not Ayatollah Khamenei, obviously, he's been killed. A number of others have been killed, but literally his. Khamenei's son is now the Supreme Leader. And others in the IRGC are clearly still in force and they are very committed to the nuclear project because this is an extension, as they see it, of their sovereignty. So they have been willing in the past accept Some limits on the nuclear program. That was the Obama deal in 2015. But not to say that they're going to get rid of it all together, and there's no evidence that they ever will. So what kind of deal can the president strike if they're not willing to give it up and he's not willing to accept something short of complete abandonment? That's the real rub here. And that leaves the President in a box. Does that mean he wants to go back to full scale military operations? And if that's the case, is there any evidence that that's going to actually change anybody's mind that Iranians think that they haven't lost, so they're willing to hold out for, you know, the best deal that they think they can get?
Co-host/Producer
Their why is that there's widespread election fraud, that lots of people around this country, illegal aliens or people out of the proper precinct trying to vote. That's just false. The President has been saying this repeatedly for years and it just isn't true. There's this myth of widespread voter fraud that is the purported justification for an Election Integrity Unit or other steps in 2020. Right. His argument again, which he continues to repeat, was that the results in that election were infected with widespread fraud. Ineligible voters voting, dead voters, miscalculation counting, intentional voter fraud. And again, Nicole, there's never been any factual basis for that. So all he is doing now, I think as you correctly define the why, is coming up with a sort of presidential argument as to why he will lose. It's, it's to. To argue even in advance of the election that there's going to be fraud. That's why we're taking all these steps, because he knows that what's likely to happen based on historical trends in the polls is that he's not going to do anything. Well this time. But we got to just, every time we talk about this, I feel like we just have to come back to the baseline fact of the myth of voter fraud in this country. We do this well, states are really good at it. We have integrity in our voting systems across the country. And it's just false to suggest otherwise to the American people.
Military Analyst
We're in a terrible box on this entire nuclear issue. The only way to delay an Iranian nuclear program is to get international inspectors back in on the ground with robust rules of engagement and to get out of the country not just 1,000 pounds of 60%, but also all the 20% enrichment, which is only a fairly short industrial process, to get it to nuclear capability. So it's Really a problem. I think going in with US Military forces on the ground is not possible. I think it'd be a division sized operation or more massive commitment of air power. An isolated airhead deep in the Iranian country. There may be three locations where new fissile material is stored, not just the Isfahan facility. So I don't think it's doable. At the end of the day, the, the Iranians, despite their massive military loss to 13,000 airstrikes, know we cannot change the regime, open the Gulf or end the nuclear program with air power. So Mr. Trump's got to connect diplomacy to the military equation.
Steve Bannon
Monday, 11th May, your overlord 2026 the Afternoon show just had an event at the White House that was historic University Indiana Hoosiers football team national champions at the White House. Want to bring in Cain from Citizens Free Press. Kane, talk to me about it. You're a die hard Hoosier. What was it like today? Not the basketball team, not Bobby Knight, who is a huge supporter of President Trump and was with us on the 16 campaign, along with coach Lou Holtz, two Indian, two guys who coach in Indiana, the state of Indiana, were with us the entire way. But to hear the see the Hoosier football team there, given your die hard Hoosier, what was it like?
Kane (Citizen Free Press)
Yeah, well, there was, you know, it was fantastic. First off, Signetti was hilarious. I'm glad that, that President Trump had Signetti standing right next to him so we could get sort of that, you know, the Signetti scowl, get the facial reactions. I thought it was great. I thought it was, I thought it was nice when Signetti spoke for a few minutes. You're right about Bob Knight. I don't know if I've told you this story. Bannon. So I've met President Trump just one time and it's the only time in nine years that I've ever left CFP headquarters. It was for Detroit, right, where I met you, in fact, in person. And Charlie set it up so that Charlie and Andrew set it up so I could meet the president. And I got my 30 seconds with him and as I thought of it ahead of time, I was like, well, I'm either going to talk about Bob Knight and tell him a story about Bob Knight making me run suicides at age 12 in Assembly hall when he caught me and a good friend sneaking into an IU basketball practice that was in, that was in 1977 or 78, the year after we won, we had the undefeated national championship night caught. He sent some, some managers up he saw a light enter. You know, it's a dark practice, except for the, the floor itself. So in the stands, when he saw a light enter, he knew a door had been open. He sent some managers up. They found us, they brought us to the floor, and he made us run suicides with the team for about 20 minutes, which, anyway, so I mentioned that, and President Trump loved that story so much, I didn't get a chance to mention the other thing, which I was going to say, that I tell the President that I love to golf. I was going to try to angle my way into a golf round, but I only got 30 seconds.
Trevor Comstock (Sacred Human Health)
So.
Kane (Citizen Free Press)
You're absolutely right about Bob Knight and how much the President enjoys his presence. And, you know, and Knight was a great surrogate on, as you know, on that campaign trail, big time. Yeah. You remember how it was a little bit tight, the race between Ted Cruz and the primary. The Ted. It was, I think May, early May, about this time in 2016. And that's when Ted Cruz made the mistake. He was at a basketball. I think he was at the Milan High School basketball gym, which is where the Hoosiers famous Gene Hack and Hoosiers movie was filmed. And, and, and, and Ted Cruz, instead of calling it a basketball rim, he said a ring and that. And I put a headline up in the. I put a headline up. I was like, ted Cruz loses the Indiana primary one week ahead of schedule just from putting that ring up. So, yeah, so it's, it's, it's, it was really special and I appreciated that. I woke up this morning and that you wanted to talk a little bit about, you know, Knight and Hoosiers and, and I think I understand why, you know, Signetti is, he's an everyman. He's that, that team, this IU team, you know, nothing against all the other teams in the, in the national championship, but this IU team sort of became the national team, I feel like.
Steve Bannon
So it's also, you have, you have basketball schools and you have football schools. Traditionally.
Michael Kunstler (All Family Pharmacy)
Correct.
Steve Bannon
And like UCLA is a basketball school. The football team has had various times when it's been okay, but it's not looked as a football school. Indiana. I mean, it was the doormat of the Big Ten for decade after decade after decade. It was just considered as much hard as they tried. This is why it was America's team Cinderella team. And of course, Signetti and the entire squad just kind of the country embraced them at the time. That's what I thought. It was so great that they got invited to the White House today, sir.
Kane (Citizen Free Press)
Yeah, I agree. And it's, you know, part of that. Look, look, as you know, Indiana is the most southern school in the Big Ten, right? We have the probably the best architecture, we have the best looking women. You know, there's 45,000 undergraduate students at IU. There's 25,000, you know, gorgeous coeds. And, and we're warmer than anywhere else. And so I never understood why IU couldn't recruit. And Signetti, you know, President Trump kind of talked about it. Signetti did the greatest, this might be the greatest coaching job in the history of college sports, maybe professional sports. He didn't really change. You know, people like to say he bought that team with nil. That's a bunch of malarkey. He's come out and said, you know, Alabama ran a 40 million nil last year and Signetti said about two weeks ago that I use was closer to 25 million. So he really, he didn't, you know, and Mark Cuban kind of gave some money and Cuban said that I wasn't going to give him any cash if he was going to try to bid for the five stars. And Signetti was like, oh, hell no. He was like, I know how to build a roster. You build it with guys who care, guys with chips on their shoulders, guys from Bloomington, Indiana who are too short, guys from Richmond, Virginia who, you know, you, you build it, you build it with people with chips on their shoulder. And that's how you do it, right? And yeah. KANE Amazing.
Steve Bannon
Where, where do people go for Citizens Free Press, sir?
Kane (Citizen Free Press)
Yeah, if people want to follow my daily insanity, go to the website. It all the news stories are, are at the top all day long from about 8am to 2am and then on social media, it's, it's at Citizen Free
Steve Bannon
Press that story is true. The first time, the only time he's taken off in nine years ago. See Charlie and everybody, all of us up in Detroit, Kane and co host of the show. Kane, thank you so much. Great day for the Hoosiers. Thank you, brother. What a guy. Talk about dedication and grit. KANE A Citizen Free Press make sure you go there every morning to kick your day off. Short commercial break Back in the warm. In a moment, everyone's focused on how the conflict in the Middle east is raising oil prices. But there's another grim reality to this contention. Oil isn't the only resource being constrained. About one third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region. And with spring planting season on top of us, American farmers are sounding the alarm with Some saying they can't afford to plant their fields. When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what comes next? Higher food prices, reduced availability, maybe even panic buying. That's why having an emergency food supply at home makes so much sense. And that's where our friends at my Patriot Supply come in. Steve Bannon
Thank you. That was we, that was so good. It was so tasty we had to replay it. I love it. When Nicole does her meltdown. An election army much bigger and stronger and tougher. Matt Mack joins us from the coalition. Tell people first I want to just what is the coalition, Sir
Matt Mack (Coalition Representative)
Steve, the coalition, as I said before, it started here in Vegas 1 May of 2021 started with initially secretaries of state candidates. And we've grown to secretaries of state, election judges, election officials, poll watchers, poll workers everywhere from Hawaii to Virginia, Alaska to Texas. And we have been for the last several years going around the country educating folks on the election ecosystem and hearing Nicole Wallace, it's like, first off, it's not voter fraud, it's election fraud. Voter fraud is an individual doing something wrong. Election fraud is systemic wide. She has no idea what she's talk talking about.
Steve Bannon
Talk to me about the training you guys are doing. You're having a big event in June. I want to talk about. But the backbone of this army are volunteer groups like you, the coalition. You know, you got Cleta Mitchell, you got so many, you got the great Steve Stern that meets every week or every other week. You have a massive volunteer army. Of course the RNC is going to have some paid people in here, but the bulk of it, the muscle of it, the backbone of it is these volunteer groups that are concerned about, number one, election integrity. So systemically they're going to go through and make sure everything's sorted out and also individually that there's no voter fraud. Talk to me how the coalition is working on that. Is President Trump right? Are we going to field an army for the 2026 midterms?
Matt Mack (Coalition Representative)
Well, sir, the army's there should he choose to engage with it. As you said, it's volunteers. I mean, literally, these are folks who've walked away from their jobs using their own life savings to go out and educate folks on our entire legal election ecosystem, from registration to validation, which is when you check in at the poll books to tabulation to reporting. And we have been doing this for the last several years because, you know, Nicole, we actually don't want to centralize the elections. We want to return them to we the people. That's what the coalition is about, Steve. And amazing, every time the we the people want to see the election data on our own elections, we're told to go pound sand.
Steve Bannon
No, this is why we've had, you know, the Justice Department had step in everywhere from Arizona to Georgia, and we're winning those cases. Also, Matt, before I lose you, a couple of words on hopefully we get Apollo on here. He's supposed to be this morning, but the president took an hour of the show on this, the Mom's Health initiative, which is fantastic. And answering questions from the media. Tina Peters, give me your, give me your update on Tina Peters, your thoughts. And yesterday was Mother's Day. I think it breaks everybody's heart to know that Tina, as a Gold Star mother, had another Mother's Day in a high security, dangerous woman's prison in Colorado. Sir,
Matt Mack (Coalition Representative)
Sir, Tina. No, both professionally and as a dear friend. She's been here to Vegas several times. Wonderful woman. And of course, our event in June, the summit that you'll speak at remotely, though, folks are banging my system here saying get Steve to come out in person. We're going to dedicate it to Tina. And I tell you from the Election Integrity army, if you will, or the coalition, we just don't understand why there's a lot of decisive actions in other areas that President Trump and the administration is doing. There's gotta be something that can be done legally, constitutionally, to free this woman who is literally, Trump said it, she's a political prisoner.
Steve Bannon
A political prisoner. To have another Mother's Day with the Gold Star Mother is absolutely unbelievable. Talked about, talk about this major event you've got and I think we can talk about, you're going to premiere a film also. But talk to me about the event first. And why should people come out because you're still although you're sold out, you'll still get some people tickets if they want to come. What is the event?
Matt Mack (Coalition Representative)
Yes, sir, it's the Fraud Fighter Summit. And we want to unite the front lines in fighting fraud. I've been certainly texting with Nick Shirley and James O' Keefe and others, Bobby Kennedy, Jr. Secretary Kennedy, to hopefully remote in and address us from the health care side. But it's highlighting all the fraud you're seeing in different areas, whether it's bond fraud, property tax fraud, mortgage fraud, ActBlue, health care fraud, bond fraud, which is, you would know this better than I would with your background. That's the bright red warning light, this bond fraud we're seeing. So this is going to be 15 through 17 June. The 16th will be all those other frauds we just talked about. The Wednesday the 17th is going to talk about election fraud, which actually is the enabler for the other fraud. And yes, sir, we are honored. The world premiere of the movie Dark Horse, which Jim Caviezel playing President Bolsonaro who's been imprisoned, is going to premiere at our event the evening of the 15th of June. That's a Monday and we're going to tie that into what he's been through. The president there of Brazil, the former president, what they want to do, President Trump and what they've done to Tina and they will do to all of us if they get in power again.
Steve Bannon
No, it's absolutely unbelievable. One more time, where do people go to find out about this? Just having the premiere of this incredible film about President Bolsonaro, Yair Bolsonaro and the fact that Jim Caviezel is starring in this. And I can tell you, knowing Jim personally, this one's very close. He thinks this thing is, is one of the best films he's ever made. So you guys getting the world premiere is absolutely incredible. Where do people go if they want to attend?
Matt Mack (Coalition Representative)
It's pretty simple, Steve, just Fraud fighter summit. Fraud fightersummit us.
Steve Bannon
Matt, what about your social media? Where do people go for that?
Matt Mack (Coalition Representative)
The personal one. I think I told you before, Former jarhead pilot Semper Fly on True Social and on on X It is unauthorized one as in W O N because we emulate what you said. If we don't quit, we win.
Steve Bannon
We don't quit, we win. Matt Mack, a true warrior. Thank you brother for coming on here. The coalition. So Nicole, you're 100% correct. President Trump did say an election army and he's going to turn out his army of, you know, poll watchers and election officials and just people hanging around to make sure this thing goes smoothly. Also, it's Todd Blanche and Todd Blanche would happen to be when he sat down with Matt Schlup Schlap at CPAC here recently in Grapevine, Texas at the, at the Ritz, when he sat down for a conversation, he reinforced right there. It's a logical thing to have ice at the polling places because we're never again going to allow illegal aliens, you've already gun decked the constitution to have illegal aliens. Counted in the census. Okay, now we're getting back to the constitutional order by unwinding these unconstitutional districts via a decision by the Supreme Court. Of course, as I just said, Virginia's filed for an emergency hearing in stay of that they're trying to reverse the Supreme Court's decision in the Commonwealth of Virginia. At the same time, Hakeem Jeffries in these neo Marxist radicals are talking about essentially dissolving the Supreme Court, making Everybody over age 54 not eligible to sit to dissolve it and have rehear. To rehear this, to try to rehear the case. Now, people are telling me it can't happen. But my point is the radical Democrats will do anything because if they can't steal it, they can't win. Let me repeat that. If they can't steal it, they can't win. And they know this. Their business model is predicated upon a mass invasion of illegal aliens after they stole the 2020 election. Their plan today is not to deport any of the illegal alien invaders. They will do everything. If you saw Minnesota, you've seen in Los Angeles, seen in New York City. Why? Their business model is to turn the country over to foreigners. Let me repeat that. The Democratic Party, the neo Marxist jihadists in the Democratic Party's entire plan is to turn the country over to foreigners. That's why they wanted the invasion. That's why they don't want mass deportations. That's why they don't want a census that doesn't include illegal aliens for apportionment. Their entire business model is predicated upon this. And so, yes, we are going to have ICE at the polling booths. And we're going to make sure to the degree we can that illegal aliens cannot vote.
Mike Davis (The Viceroy)
Short break.
Steve Bannon
Back in a moment. The dollar's convertibility into gold ended in 1971. Gold was fixed at $35 an ounce. Well, fast forward to today and the US dollar has lost over 85% of its purchasing power. Gold, on the other hand, is increased in value by over 12,000%. That's why Central banks are buying gold at record levels. That's why major firms like Vanguard and BlackRock hold significant positions in gold. And that's why I encourage you to consider diversifying your savings with physical gold from Birch Gold Group. But it starts with education. Birch Gold just announced their Learn and Earn Precious Metals events. This free online event rewards you for learning the basics of investing in precious metals. Sign up to get a free silver on your next purchase. Get even larger incentives as you go. The more you learn, the More you can earn. But you must act now as this special event only runs through April 30th. The dollar lost its anchor in 1971. You don't have to lose yours. Text my name, Bannon B A N N O N to the number 989-898 to join Birch Gold's Learn and Earn precious Metals event by April 30th. Text Bannon B A N N O N to 989-898 and do it today. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. Okay, I'm trying to track the viceroy down. I believe he's flying out. I think he's in Vegas. We're gonna get him on this announcement of what Virginia's doing, of course, deloa Stallman and others tell me, hey, don't worry, this thing's locked in. They can't change in 26. But I never trust these radical Democrats particularly. They start tweaking the legal system, the constitutional order. So we're gonna get to it. Michael Kunstler, All Family Pharmacy. The feedback we've gotten from people that have used your service is really, it blows me away. So once again, tell folks, what is it, how they can use it, and why you keep telling me every time I talk to you, hey, this is goes a long way to ensuring your medical freedom. People can yell and scream at big pharma bitch and moan, but this is a methodology to get your, your medical freedom. What do you mean by that?
Michael Kunstler (All Family Pharmacy)
Yeah, so you get direct access to prescriptions. You get direct access to doctors who are freedom minded. They're, they think, just like you and I think, they want people to have access to medications. Regulators don't want people to have that. They want you to go to a doctor, let the doctor make a determination whether it needs to be prescribed on the spot or come back when you have the flu or when you have a sickness like a bacterial infection. Anything along those lines, with us, you come to us, we provide a prescription request to a physician so that you may carry that medication in your household. God forbid you were to get sick or to come down with the flu, come down with something like Covid sinus infection, allergies, anything along those lines. So we're going to keep you prepared so that you're ready day one, instead of being caught in a bind where then you're sick for an additional couple days. It shouldn't be like that. That was pre Covid. That was during COVID where we live in a different time now, where people should have access to these medications. And through our Website, through our pharmacy, through our telemedicine platform. You have direct access to the doctor, to the prescriptions, through our pharmacy. And we can even compound it based on your weight, based on a medical ailment, based on an allergy. We have so many ways that we can help you.
Steve Bannon
And you have 400. Tell me about the. And I take it they're the, they're the brands that are off label. What is it when they come off label? You've got the generic brand. So you're saving people additional money there.
Michael Kunstler (All Family Pharmacy)
Yes. So we carry the generic medications. We do have some brands. We don't push brands because we don't like the way that these drug companies push brands. They spend, you know, $100 million putting it through an FDA trials, then it comes out on the market and it's $1,000 to $5,000 a month for five to 10 years. That's what a brand medication does. They make all their money back tenfold, and the government sits back and allows them to do stuff like this. So we're not big proponents of brands because generics ideally can do the same as the brand at a far cheaper price. We could even compound brands as a generic and give you the same results, if not better. That, that's kind of what compounding pharmacies were accustomed to.
Steve Bannon
Fantastic. So once again, where do people go? I want to, I want to give the website and I want to give the discount code. Also want to give the, the call in number for folks because I want, if people go to the site and check it out, you'll, you'll become a, a customer for life. So where they go, sir?
Michael Kunstler (All Family Pharmacy)
So today's the last day of the Mother's Day sale. We pushed it an additional day because we know people had a busy weekend. I know that Mother's Day is very busy around the world. Steve Bannon
Great work. Let's play. We got Mike Davis the Viceroy by phone. I want to play a quick cold open for him. Let's hit it.
Nicole Wallace
Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones has just filed an emergency request for a stay with the United States Supreme Court over the state Supreme Court's ruling throwing out the redistricting vote.
Steve Bannon
Virginia justices voided the results on Friday, saying the process violated Virginia's Constitution. However, it's not clear if the US Supreme Court will even hear the appeal since it hinges on state procedures, federal laws making it a state level constitutional issue. The Viceroy joins us by phone. Mike Davis, your thoughts, sir?
Mike Davis (The Viceroy)
I am just landing in Las Vegas and I would say that I have a better chance of winning a jackpot than these Virginia Democrats have of winning relief at the Supreme Court of the United States. They have less than a snowball's chance in hell. There is no way the US Supreme Court is going to reverse the Virginia Supreme Court on the Virginia's decision on the Virginia Constitution. So this is performance artists in Virginia trying to save face with their gazillionaire liberal donors, I think.
Steve Bannon
Okay, Mike. They had a conference call chaired by Hakeem Jeffries and their lawyers on Saturday talking about they were going to basically redo the Virginia Supreme Court so everybody over 54 would be kicked off it. They would then would stack it with additional left wing, 54 year old or under, and they would retry this and basically sort it out. Your thoughts on that radical plan, sir?
Mike Davis (The Viceroy)
Yeah. Hakeem Jeffries is a lunatic. This is the guy who says Republicans are the fascists and the Democrats are fighting for democracy. This is a very interesting way to fight for democracy. You're trying to get rid of the Supreme Court justices who said that the Virginia redistricting scam did not follow the right constitutional procedures and deceived Virginia voters. Akeem Jeffries, again, he's a lunatic. And if he becomes the speaker of the House after this November, we're going to see what kind of House speaker he will be. This is crucial. We have a fighting chance now as conservatives, as Republicans, to keep the House and to keep the Senate. We need to organize, we need to get out the vote. We need to, we need to give President Trump two more years to do his most crucial job, which is to save America.
Steve Bannon
You know, Caroline ran on the show this morning. She was saying on one of the podcasts, someone you know very well and know how dangerous Andrew Weissman was on some podcasts and he was saying, hey, all this talk of Hakeem Jeffries and everybody about packing the court, you guys better, we better tone this down because you need all three branches of government to actually pack the court. And the Republicans have that now. And if they were able to talk thune into going to the talking filibuster, they could actually add four seats. And I believe that you've given us, I think, I think it's. Oh, no, it's Caroline Wren gave us four. You know, Judge Cannon, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, and of course, the Viceroy, Mike Davis. Your thoughts about their efforts to pack the court once they take charge and Weissman's fear. Why in the hell do we go do it? Mike Davis, I would love to see, I would manage your confirmation process for the Supreme Court, sir.
Mike Davis (The Viceroy)
Well, you'd have to co manage it with Carolyn Rin, because I've already given her the job as the campaign manager. But I would say that if, if Mike Davis somehow got through the Senate confirmation process, which I think I would have a less of a shot than Virginia getting the Supreme Court to reverse the Virginia, the Virginia redistricting. I think I'd go down 99 to 1 with Chuck Grassley, my former boss, ending his 65 year political career voting for the Viceroy. No, I, I think I'm fine as the Viceroy. I don't think I want to be a Supreme Court justice. But I would say this to Hakeem Jeffries, please, please keep talking about the Democrats packing the courts between now and November 2026. Because if there's anything that unifies Republicans and brings in independence, it is an assault on the Supreme Court, on its independence. We saw this when I was running the Kavanaugh confirmation. We should have lost Senate seats in, in 2018. And when the Democrats won the House of Representatives, we actually knocked out four Senate Democrat incumbents and picked up two seats in the Senate because of the Capitol fight, because the Democrats were crazy in their attack on the Supreme Court. So Hakeem Jeffries, this DEI disaster of a leader for the Democrats, please keep talking about court packing because he may help Republicans pull the rabbit out of the hat and keep the house.
Steve Bannon
Mike Davis, the viceroy. Thank you so much. Where do people go to Article 3 to sign up to become part of this, particularly this fight for redistricting? And where do they go to see your always on point social Media, sir.
Mike Davis (The Viceroy)
It's article3project.org Article number 3project.org Donate Follow us on Social Action Action action. And I want to call out the Trump first assistant U.S. attorney Seagull Chadha. I'm talking to the U.S. attorney's office in Vegas this week. So I hope that causes controversy and makes heads explode.
Steve Bannon
Oh my God, she's the best. She's the warrior queen out in Nevada. Chatter from Nevada, Sir, Mike Davis, good luck out there.
Mike Davis (The Viceroy)
Thank you, sir.
Steve Bannon
Appreciate you. Seagal's one of the best. Tough, tough, tough, tough. Need more like her. She's MAGA tough. Incredible. Knowing Mike Davis and Seagal Chada are out working together, that'll make heads blow up. Do I have Neil McCabe? Yes. Okay. Neil McCabe, White House thank you, sir. Neil, because a lot of there's a lot of confusion going on. People say he's leaving Wednesday. When is actually the trip to China start, sir,
Neil McCabe
the trip to China? Well, he leaves the White House tomorrow, Steve. He goes from Andrews to Alaska where they're going to do quick stop and refuel and then he arrives in Beijing Wednesday because remember, there's a 12 hour time difference. So they're a day ahead of us in China. And so in their, I guess one Wednesday morning, Wednesday evening he arrives and then Thursday morning they have, he'll have meetings with President Xi, Xi Jinping.
Foreign Policy Expert
Right.
Neil McCabe
Then they'll, he'll tour the temple of Heaven and then they'll have a wonderful steak dinner and they'll sign a bunch of trade agreements which we can go into also.
Unknown Political Commentator
Steve.
Steve Bannon
Yes. So that makes sense. And then they're going to be Friday meetings and he returns, he leaves Friday evening from Beijing or Saturday morning.
Neil McCabe
I'm not, I'm not sure what the actual departure is, but the meetings are over on Friday. So I imagine, I think Friday night China time. So he comes back.
Steve Bannon
Yes. And he gets back Friday night here US Time because you pick up a day talk. I tell you what, we're going to take a short commercial break and then we'll get to the, to the trade deals. I saw the crew that he was taking the business guys, let's say this, not, I don't know, man, not the cut of my jib. Elon Musk, Tim Apple, Larry Fink, Steve Schwarzman. I don't know. Are we bringing our best? That's what I've got to ask. We bring our best? I don't think so. These guys are all pro CCP with the President, United States trying to juggle everything, trying to balance everything. Going to have a lot of discussions, I'm sure about the war in the Persian Gulf. One thing he should ask, which I think they talked to Lula about, what in the hell is the Chinese Communist Party doing trying to force their currency, which is, I don't know, a little thinly traded to be an alternative to the US dollar as the global prime reserve currency? Birchgold.com promo code WAR room. Go check it out. Now you can get the end of the dollar empire. The dollar as the prime reserve currency in the pressure from the BRICS nations. That will be tomorrow. Fellow patriots, the Federal Reserve has betrayed America for over a century. Printing fiat, inflating away your savings, serving globalist masters. But President Trump is ending it. President Trump is wielding a 112 year old law to reclaim control from the rogue Federal Reserve. He's replacing Jerome Powell. Slashing rates, igniting America's reindustrialization. Now this is not theory. Government backed industry plus low rates unleashes super cycles. History does repeat. Gold's already exploding. Miners are up over 400% in the last year. What Rickards is calling Trump's gift is wealth for American patriots, not global handouts. Now it's America's turn. Jim Rickards, former CIA and Pentagon veteran says act now. Tell me about the Boeing deal, sir. Neil McKay. Okay. Just okay.
Neil McCabe
Yeah.
Steve Bannon
So thanks Neil. The. The Boeing deal.
Neil McCabe
The I'm sorry, I'm trouble hearing you. What is the deal? The does the, the investment board.
Steve Bannon
We'll come back to you Neil. We'll come back to you Neil. Thanks. Let's Go to Mike Lindell. Mike Lindell, you join us again. You all fixed up? You're pretty. Now, can you tell us what you've been up to? What have you been up to?
Mike Lindell
I've been doing governor events, but I had a couple days there where I had some. A teeth problem. Missing some teeth. It was right before the Timberwolves game, so I couldn't do a lot of media, so. But I'm back. You guys looking good. And, and we're doing. Got a big governor event tonight and we're gonna. I plan on winning, Steve. I'll tell you, it's going great. We got a big poll coming out. I think I'm going to be number one. I believe I am. And we, we have to beat Amy Klobuchar. That's.
Steve Bannon
Hold on, hang on, hold. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Unknown Political Commentator
Slow down.
Steve Bannon
Slow. What do you mean there's a poll coming out tonight and you're going to be in the lead? I thought the Minnesota, The Minneapolis, The Minneapolis Daily. Minneapolis Daily Star tells me you're an also ran.
Mike Lindell
Oh, that's what they. No, I can't believe the Minneapolis Star and Tribune. What they do is they don't even talk about Mike Lindell because they're on to me where that's. You wouldn't even know I'm running for governor. That's how bad that newspaper is. It's probably. I think I put it up against any paper in the country for the absolute worst. The Minnesota media does not talk about me. And they don't even bash me anymore because they don't want. They don't even want to give me any publicity because they don't want me to win. They don't want it fixed here in Minnesota. They're all behind Keith Ellison and Waltz and Elon Omar and all the fraud. That's the biggest cover up of these huge crimes here. And we're going to bring it all right to the front. And remember, Steve, Amy Klobuchar, if you go back here, will be a headline. Everybody, this is a headline. I want to see Amy Klobuchar and Mike Lindell come to a historical agreement. Well, everybody, what would that agreement be? In 2018 and 19, Amy and I agreed that we had to secure our elections and get rid of the electronic voting machine. Amy named them all. She didn't get sued. I did. Since that time, with all the election fraud we had in the last five years that I've investigated and spent $80 million, what did Amy do? She ignored the election fraud, everybody, and she went and got $25 billion from Washington to bring it into Minnesota and then take that money and ship it off to Somalia. I mean, this is. This was under her watch, too, Steve. So I think with the campaigns we're doing, I'm doing rallies. We divide a Minnesota up into 67 Senate districts. I have teams in every district, just like I did with Cosmo America, everybody. And we are. We are doing rallies and town halls throughout Minnesota just like when I sold pillows out of the back of a pickup truck. We're going to get everybody in Minnesota engaged to vote. 250,000 voted for Donald Trump in 2020. They didn't even bother and vote in 2022. This is the most critical election in history for a midterm. Well, for any election right now. It could all end up being in vain. So we have to win it. And you guys, you guys can check this out at Mike or just put lindellgov.com that's easy. Lindellgov.com I need help right now to get these rallies done and win this state. We have to win.
Steve Bannon
Okay, give me a couple of minutes on, on the company. Talk to me about a deal, right?
Foreign Policy Expert
What's the deal?
Steve Bannon
I did a couple of days. I didn't want to say the doors off. I'm just saying. I'm just saying. What do you got for me?

Date: May 11, 2026
Host: Steve Bannon (WarRoom.org)
Notable Guests: Nicole Wallace (quoted/cold open), Kane (Citizens Free Press), Matt Mack (Coalition), Mike Davis (The Viceroy), Michael Kunstler (All Family Pharmacy), Neil McCabe, Mike Lindell, Trevor Comstock
This episode focuses on the Republican narrative surrounding unregulated immigration, election integrity, and Democratic Party strategies ahead of the 2026 midterms. Steve Bannon brings on grassroots activists, political commentators, and business leaders to discuss how these issues are shaping the political landscape. The episode critiques Democratic tactics regarding elections and immigration, highlights conservative organizing efforts, and explores major legal developments related to redistricting and the Supreme Court.
Main Theme:
Bannon and guests discuss the Republican drive to deploy a national "election army" of poll watchers, volunteers, and law enforcement (notably ICE) at polling places to combat what they claim is widespread "election fraud." They challenge Democratic accusations and insist the GOP must act to protect electoral integrity.
Key Segments:
[00:27, 16:24] Nicole Wallace (via replayed TV segments): Presents Democratic concerns about Trump’s push for federal control of elections and use of ICE at polling places, describing this as a dangerous and unnecessary escalation.
[01:45, 17:39] Steve Bannon:
“Why is there objection to sending ICE officers to polling places? Illegals can’t vote. It doesn’t make any sense. ...We can use this as a test drive, as a test case to get to really perfect ICE’s involvement in the 2026 midterm elections.”
[19:12] Matt Mack (Coalition):
Describes coalition of secretaries of state, poll workers, and volunteers working to "educate folks on the election ecosystem." Differentiates "voter fraud" (individual wrongdoing) from "election fraud" (systemic), accuses Democrats of ignoring systemic problems.
Quote [19:12] (Matt Mack): "It's not voter fraud, it's election fraud... [Nicole Wallace] has no idea what she's talking about."
[20:41] Matt Mack:
“These are folks who’ve walked away from their jobs, using their own life savings to go out and educate folks on our legal election ecosystem… Nicole, we actually don’t want to centralize the elections, we want to return them to we the people.”
Insight:
The show frames the Democratic approach as a threat, juxtaposed with grassroots, volunteer-based GOP mobilization as the “muscle” behind election integrity.
Main Theme:
Bannon forcefully claims Democrats profit politically from unregulated immigration, and that using ICE visibly at polling places is critical to counteract illegal voting—even though no evidence supports mass voter fraud.
[25:30] Steve Bannon:
“We are going to have ICE at the polling booths. And we’re going to make sure to the degree we can that illegal aliens cannot vote. ...The Democratic Party, the neo Marxist jihadists... their entire plan is to turn the country over to foreigners.”
[05:36] (Co-host/Producer, criticism of ‘fraud’ narrative):
Reiterates there is no factual basis for widespread voter fraud claims.
[37:15] Mike Davis (The Viceroy):
Warns of Democratic plans to “pack the courts” and dismantle checks on redistricting power, painting them as attacks on the Constitution.
Insight:
The rhetoric throughout presents immigration and defense against supposed election fraud as existential issues for Republican survival.
Main Theme:
Focus on recent Virginia Supreme Court ruling voiding a redistricting plan, and Democratic efforts to appeal or restructure the Court.
[34:45] Steve Bannon & Nicole Wallace:
Discuss Virginia Supreme Court's decision and uncertainty about if the U.S. Supreme Court will intervene.
[35:09] Mike Davis (The Viceroy):
“I have a better chance of winning a jackpot than these Virginia Democrats have of winning relief at the Supreme Court... This is performance artists in Virginia trying to save face with their gazillionaire liberal donors, I think.”
[36:17] Mike Davis:
Criticizes Hakeem Jeffries’s proposal to “redo the Virginia Supreme Court” by removing justices over 54 and packing it with liberals.
Quote [36:17]:
“Hakeem Jeffries is a lunatic. This is the guy who says Republicans are the fascists and the Democrats are fighting for democracy. This is a very interesting way to fight for democracy: trying to get rid of Supreme Court justices.”
Main Theme:
Promotes organizing events, conservative media, and efforts to sustain the election integrity movement.
[23:15] Matt Mack:
Announces Fraud Fighter Summit (June 15-17), world premiere of “Dark Horse” (film about Bolsonaro), and aims to tie international anti-fraud and anti-left narratives together.
“We want to unite the front lines in fighting fraud… election fraud, which actually is the enabler for the other fraud.”
[11:00 & 12:55] Kane (Citizens Free Press):
Shares personal and symbolic stories relating IU football's rise to Bannon’s vision of grit and populist perseverance. Emphasizes blue-collar/midwestern Republican values.
[47:00] Mike Lindell:
Details his run for Minnesota governor, accuses media of blackout, and alleges Democratic election fraud, directly tying his campaign to the broader War Room narrative.
“Mike Lindell and Amy Klobuchar come to a historical agreement: we had to secure elections and get rid of the electronic voting machine. ...Amy named them all, she didn’t get sued, I did.”
Main Theme:
Asserts the Democratic Party’s electoral fortunes depend on unregulated immigration and inclusion of immigrants in the census for apportionment, warning of “turning the country over to foreigners.”
Insight:
This is the episode’s core claim—Democrats are accused of using lax immigration policy to rig political outcomes, reinforcing the argument for aggressive ICE presence at polling booths.
Steve Bannon, [01:45 & 17:39]:
“Like why is there objection to sending ICE officers to polling places? Illegals can’t vote. It doesn’t make any sense…”
Matt Mack, [19:12]:
"It's not voter fraud, it's election fraud... She has no idea what she's talking about."
Steve Bannon, [25:30]:
“Let me repeat that. The Democratic Party, the neo Marxist jihadists in the Democratic Party’s entire plan is to turn the country over to foreigners.”
Mike Davis, [36:17]:
“Hakeem Jeffries is a lunatic. ... Trying to get rid of Supreme Court justices who said that the Virginia redistricting scam did not follow the right constitutional procedures and deceived Virginia voters.”
Kane (Citizens Free Press), [13:00]:
“You build it with guys who care, guys with chips on their shoulders, guys from Bloomington, Indiana who are too short, guys from Richmond, Virginia… That’s how you do it, right?”
Mike Lindell, [47:00]:
“Mike Lindell and Amy Klobuchar come to a historical agreement: we had to secure our elections and get rid of the electronic voting machine…”
The episode featured recurring advertisements and promotional segments for conservative businesses and health platforms—these are excluded from substantive content.
A substantial portion of the episode is devoted to mobilizing conservative, grassroots engagement for upcoming events and electoral activism, especially at state and local levels.
This episode of Bannon's War Room is a rallying call for conservative grassroots organizing, particularly around the issues of immigration, election oversight, and redistricting legalities. The program casts Democratic strategies as fundamentally anti-American and frames the 2026 elections in populist, existential terms. The tone is combative, urgent, and deeply distrustful of Democratic intentions and mainstream narratives, urging listeners to engage directly and vigilantly in politics at every level.
