Sure. I mean, what I have seen evidence of is a vast number of Trump supporters and Republicans who want the administration to follow through on their promises to make people whole. J. Sixers whole. People like Tina Peters, who was convicted of, you know, being involved in illegal activity to try to help prove that the 2020 election was inaccurate to these people whole. They have created an environment in which there is an expectation that Blanch and others will do what needs to be done and they will find the means to do it.

Andy Biggs is running to be the governor of the state of Arizona. Has he backed off of any of his election claims in that race?

What you see Mr. Biggs doing in this moment is not talking about 2020 at all. He understands the vice that he is in. He understand the tightrope that he is walking. He understands that he is running against a Democrat, governor, Katie Hobbs, an incumbent who made a name for herself standing for the integrity of the 2020 election. He understands that it turns off independent voters and centrist Republicans. So we're doing record increases in the United States in manufacturing. A lot of that has to do with the tariffs. Companies are coming in. They're not able to sell their product unless they come in because they have no tariff. If they build their product, whether it's a car or something else, if they make it in the United States, there is no tariff. So they're coming in. We have a record number of factories under construction, factories, plants, things as such. Toyota just announced that they're building the largest, the largest car plant they make cars plant in the world, anywhere in the world. They are leaving Mexico and they're coming to the United States. Many, many car plants. AI other, you know, they're opening. I will say that they're leaving Canada, they're leaving Mexico, they're leaving Germany, they're leaving Japan, they're leaving South Korea. They're coming into the United States because they don't want to pay a 25% tariff on a car and they don't have to pay a tariff if they make it here. So we have the largest number of plants ever being built in the United States right now. Hard to believe, right? Because if you listen to some of our past projects would never be a manufacturing country again. And these plants to be start opening up in about six months. And I can only say that the next president will get a lot of credit for what I've done. Please remember it was me, not them.

Yeah, we, we had more viral yesterday on the Piro matter than we did during the pandemic on Covid. So let's leave that at that. Message has been sent. Look, the economics of this administration are very clear. The two most important things we have in place right now is a solid, broad and deep tariff regime which is sending the appropriate signals to the world that if you don't want to be tariff, you make it here. So we're seeing a flood of onshoring come in and we're seeing that both in monetary terms, in terms of the investment flows, but also in real bricks and mortar and construction and manufacturing jobs. And at the same time, the big beautiful bill, 100% expensing has allowed us basically to further stimulate factory construction here. And the whole idea, Steve, is maga. Basically, the foundation of MAGA is the blue collar workers of America who got left behind, starting with nafta, Shafta, China into the WTO and all the bad trade deals we did that President Trump has unwound. You add to that the strategic energy dominance that we have. You add to that the great job Lee Zeldin is doing at the EPA with respect to deregulation and you really have a replay of the four horsemen of prosperity during the Trump years of tax cuts, a lower regulatory burden, strategic energy dominance, the fair trade. But you have it now on steroids. And we're not seeing that talked about the legacy media who hates us, doesn't want to give us credit for anything, but it shows up in the data. One of my jobs is to make sure folks know about that, which is why we talk to the War room and others quite a bit. We do the videos, etc. But, but that's, that's, that's the baseline. So I want to, let's go to the good stuff.

Okay. Well, real quickly though, just for the audience, the tariffs are forcing function. What? The Supreme Court kind of backed your play. It just said, hey, the IEP of the national, the emergency measures can't do that, but you can do the 301s, 302s, everything we did in the first term, that's what you're doing. People should understand President Trump's still going to get his tariff regime and that's the forcing function to continue to drive either generate a tremendous amount of cash for the, for the treasury and cut the deficit, or the primary function is to force high value added manufacturing jobs back here to the United States. Correct?

Yes. And we didn't get the best case scenario with the Supreme Court, but the second best case scenario actually I think is better than the first. And let me explain that what the Supreme Court did, and rightly so, because we're right on the law, was say, hey, you can use all the other things. You're using 232, 301, etc. Because that's perfectly well within the scope of the power of the president. And so what we were able to do with the IEEPA tariffs, the emergency tariffs at the beginning, President Trump was able to use those as a cudgel basically to force a whole bunch of deals that Jameson Greer took the pen on and was tip of the spear along with Howard Ludnick and in certain countries, Scott Bessen, those three musketeers, man, they're hard to beat, brother. They're doing a really good job. And so what we've been able to do is essentially across the 301s, that's mostly countries, the 232s are things like steel, aluminum, copper, critical minerals, chips and so on. So we get that. And then the 122 is a further bridge that allows us 150 days to do the global tariffs, which we have at 10%. And the money's flowing in and that's going to be to the benefit of taxpayers. You might have noticed we had a little bit of debt going on, Steve, and the investment is flowing in from abroad on shoring and the construction work is building the factories and that's the plan. And it's a beautiful thing. Nobody's talking about it because you know what they're talking about. But they talk about these other things because they hate Trump and they don't want him to succeed. They want to win that November election, and they're going to try to argue that the economy's in trouble and tariffs causing. It's all bs.

No. Coupled with Lee Zeldin, what Jeff Clark exposed that the deindustrialization went through all the environmental laws. You got Lee Zeldin doing a great job at EPA reversing that. And the reason why all three of those things are important, Steve, is because it tells us who gets the subpoenas as soon as possible. So we go to the 2016 election. We know the FBI was trying to do the Carter Pages and the Papadopoulos and all of that. Okay? But May 16, May 16, 2021, President Donald John Trump is in office barely five months, and the FBI opens an investigation on a sitting president. Never happened before. Now, I can hear my cue there. Subpoenas. That's what I want, Steve. And let me make the case. Russia, Russia, Russia, the hoax. Okay, Things start in the 2016 campaign when Hillary Clinton's campaign authorizes this phony Steele dossier and they try to wrap Russia around the President's neck. But they don't go directly after him. They go after people like Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, Mike Flynn, which is bogus stuff. Okay, didn't work. The boss gets elected. Now we're five months into his term, and May 16, 2021, something unprecedented, remarkable and disgusting happens. The FBI initiates an investigation of Donald John Trump under the assumption that he's a tool and a pawn of Vladimir Putin's Russia. Okay, now here's what's. We know this kind of by anecdotally, but what we got from John Solomon's dogged efforts in Pulte and the President's direction is newly declassified documents which give us the formal opening document of that investigation, all of the approving officials, and importantly, Steve, the chain of command all the way up to the top, down to the implementing FBI agents, the likes of Walter Gina Giardina. On, on. Now, let me show you how this works. Come May 16, there's the opening communication. The bad guy here at the top is the Counterintelligence Division director. He's a guy named Bill Priestop, Bill Prestop, remember that name. And he consults with the FBI's general counsel, James Baker. And in this opening communication, they say, we're investigating Trump. And what happens then is you've got the acting FBI director, the next name, Andrew McCabe, notifying the Deputy general, Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, that they're opening the matter. So you got Baker, pre stop McCabe and Rosenstein. Okay, so the very next day, Steve Rosenstein appoints Robert Mueller the special counsel, and the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax takes flight. Now, James Comey's in this hoax as well, because the investigation is open in part because they use Comey's firing to argue that somehow that was Donald Trump trying to suppress the Russia probe. So he's clearly one. We got a subpoena. So that's five so far. And then the pre staff communication is based on a predicate that's been established by The Crossfire Hurricane team and two very familiar names there is Struck and Page, the star crossed lovers at the FBI who were just virily anti Trump. So we've got Page Struck, Rosenstein, we got Mueller, McCabe, Baker and Pre stop identified. And then you go down to the agent level and you've got these guys. You got case agent one. This was the guy who screwed up the Carter Page FISA warrant. His name is Stephen Soma. You have another guy, Pianka. And then the guy I call the Forrest Gump of the Russia hoax and the anti Trump activity, the guy who arrested me, Walter Giardina. And what's important about Giardina is he was one of the initial recipient, Steve, of that phony Steele dossier. He vetted it and allegedly Giardina said, oh, that's genuine, let's go. And then later on whistleblowers allege that he had his laptop erased and things like that. So the point is that we have an opportunity now. We know exactly what that investigation said in terms of its opening communications. We know what the chain of command looks like and it's time. And what I call for in the piece is for at a minimum, subpoenas issued by Grassley's committee. Chuck Grassley on the Senate side and Jim Jordan on the House. And Chuck Grassley has been absolutely nails. He's been a beast pursuing these kinds of things. And I fully expect that with the release of these new docs documents. I want to just. Hang on. Stop. I just want to ask you a question, though. You're a PhD in Harvard Economics. You focused on macro. You've been in the government. You've been around Trump and the government now, I don't know, 10 or 12 years. You're a student of the federal government and how it works, and you're a student of history. Have you. All the stuff, the Kennedy conspiracies, all the things we've been dealing with, everything wants to go back in time. Forget going back in time in seven days of Maine, and we got to get to the bomb, McKinnon conspiracy, all that. Put a pin in it. We have before us evidence of a coup against a sitting president. And I don't care if that president's Bernie Sanders or AOC or Ossoff or whoever. It could be right. They, the deep state organized to have a coup against the sitting president. I love it. Ty Cod and Ty Cobb. What a disaster. Let's go. Okay, cis, George Fishman joins us. George, let's just do a quick reset. I want to get into this study. Cis, what's your area specialty? CIS is an institution. Focuses on what, what do you guys do? Obviously Corian and and Todd Benson for years have been guests and others on the show. But what your specialty and what is the institution currently working on?

[George Fishman]

Well, sure. Well, thanks so much for having me. The center for Immigration Studies has been the think tank advocating for immigration in America's national interest, especially lower levels of immigration, legal and illegal, for decades. And I say that not just because I work at cis, but for two decades. I was chief counsel of the House Judiciary Committee's Immigration Subcommittee. And there's no group, we had testified more often when I was chief counsel than the center for Immigration Studies. So it's really the gold standard, in my view, of think tanks pursuing immigration in the national interest. After I left Congress, I served for a few years in President Trump's first term in the Department of Homeland Security. And after that ended, I've been with the center for Immigration Studies pursuing. I'm a senior legal fellow. I certainly love to drop the term senior, but I guess I'm stuck with it. And I pursue the legal aspects of immigration reform.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

Okay. And CIS is the gold standard. Right. And of course, we're populous nationalists here at the, at the war room in the MAGA movement.

So I've been for years, but particularly since taking on Elon Musk, even before inauguration day, about H1B visas and the scam of H1B visas, because it's a total scam. It's got a subset, the opt, the practical training. But it all stems a lot of this railhead. This railhead of this is another big beef I've got that we have too many foreign students, foreign nationals, in American universities, particularly great American universities, to the detriment of kids in the United States, whether you're white, Hispanic, Asian American, black, etc. We're prioritizing foreigners over American citizens. And American citizens have to come first, full stop. The. The first glimmer of light, because I've been banging. It all got to be shut down. It's got to be shut down today. Now, you've just come out with a report, and let me just tell the audience I want to put the report up. It's a little dense, right? Which is fine because it's a report that people are going to predicate policy discussions over. So it should be dense. What I want to do in this segment is make it a little more accessible. Your analysis of this situation actually, I think, shows us that there is, there is beginning to be a shaft of light on this and that President Trump and his team are actually starting to make moves that are maybe are not what the war room is calling for, but at least directionally, they're trying to get there. Is that, is that correct? And you can back that up with some of your analysis?

[George Fishman]

I think that is definitely correct. I took a look at the latest student visa data the State Department publishes on its website and discovered that in 2025, basically last summer, last fall, the number of student visas for nationals of India and the People's Republic of China, and I focus on those two countries because the large majority of student visa coming to US Universities come from India and the People's Republic of China. The number of visas issued. Student visas issued has fallen dramatically compared to what the trend was, say, over the last decade. The number of student visas issued to Indians fell by well more than 50%. The number of student visas issued to students from the People's Republic of China fallen not as much, but close to 50%. So dramatic decreases. And that's even before the regulatory changes the Trump administration has, has since then instituted, essentially providing that student visas aren't indefinite. You don't get to stay in the US Indefinitely on a student visa. And I think the most important benefits of this dramatic decline, and hopefully it will sustain itself, is first American national security. You can take it as a given that foreign students, especially graduate students from the People's Republic of China who come to the US to study, especially in STEM fields, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, basically, you should add another E into STEM espionage. They're all tasked, either voluntarily or involuntarily, with committing, with gathering all the sensitive data they can to send back to the Chinese Communist Party, to the People's Liberation army, whose professed goal is to achieve military supremacy over the United States in anticipation of, of a future war with the United States. And it's crazy that we're facilitating their military advances in part through all these students who, again, voluntarily, or because of threats to their families, whatever, are committing or gathering sensitive information, whether through espionage, intellectual property theft, et cetera. And so it'll be a boon to American national security if those numbers should drop. Now, I have advocated that maybe it's time to completely prohibit students from the People's Republic of China, especially in STEM fields, from coming to US Universities. But putting that aside, a dramatic decline.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

George, George, hang on one second. What will we do? Because obviously the logic is that has to happen and it should, like, happen this afternoon. So when you advocate for that, and you're absolutely a thousand percent correct, and we get tons of guys from the intelligence services or the over at the DIA to back you up in D.C. that's an open secret known as a fact. It's one of the reasons Natalie Winters expose of military officials being in bed with the CCP is so shocking. What change would we need to do in your mind to this afternoon ban all particularly Chinese nationals from. And by the way, I'm not saying all these kids and George is not either, these kids are spy, but they're forced by the system to become espionage quasi assets. What would it take for us to do today, this afternoon to ban 100% any Chinese national from being from getting into an American university in a STEM field in a graduate program?

[George Fishman]

Sir, President Trump has the power, which he has used for the travel ban in the first term, which the Supreme Court has basically said he has almost unlimited discretion to use to ban the entry into the United States of any group of aliens which would harm the national interest. President Trump could do it with signing what's called a 212F proclamation, and that in and of itself would do it in one fell swoop.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

Well, I think the 212F, by the way, which understood, I think the 212F is how we stop the whole asylum. It's one of the tools he used, I believe, on the first afternoon of his administration to stop with combination with the army and other material means to stop the flow of the invasion under Biden. So hang on for one second. I want to play this clip that came up this morning from one of the smartest reporters over the New York Times about the Article 2 powers of the President. Let's go and play it.

I think the big tell here was who did Bill Cassidy consult at the very end of this process?

Bill Barr.

Right, Bill Barr.

Bill Barr made said Donald Trump's election claims were bull, but Bill Barr very much supports Donald Trump's vision of executive power. And that's the takeaway. My big takeaway from the entire Blanche saga in the Senate is this is a party divided on all kinds of different lines. Most of these people in private don't really like Donald Trump. They don't like the direction he's taking them in. But what are they united by? They are united by a shared faith in the power of. I think that's something that's hiding in plain sight that most observers of the current political scene aren't really looking at.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

Okay, not here at the war room. It's something we have worked on for all those years in the wilderness. This is the Article 3 project and Project 2025 of the really the true powers of the office of the President. Both chief executive of the U.S. government. He's commander in chief of the armed forces. He's chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer of the US Government. And as his role as CEO, he can hire anybody, fire anybody he's got the ability to use to basically, with the stroke of the pen, change national policy. So that's what you're calling, you're saying, hey, if he did a 212F and he did this afternoon, we could 100% ban all Chinese nationals from being in graduate STEM programs in universities in the United States.

[George Fishman]

George he could. Congress has given him that power. And the Supreme Court, in my view, would uphold it, maybe not the Ninth Circuit. When it gets to the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court would uphold that power, just as it upheld his ability to use 212F very vigorously in the past.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

GEORGE I want to go back and I'm going to hold you through this break. We're going to be a little jammed today because breaking news on some pharmaceutical things we want to get into. Larry Logan, Naomi Wolf are going to join us also. George, I want to go back to make sure the audience understands this. The drop in Indian students 50% and CCP students almost 50%. What actions were actually taken? Do you believe that actually caused that? What, what has been the cause of this?

[George Fishman]

You know, that's a great question. It could be concerns about. Coming to the United States and their rights as foreign students and immigrants under the Trump administration. It could be because instructions were given to consular officers overseas to be much more particular about vetting aliens seeking student visas. It's probably a combination of those two, I would surmise.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

So you think it was, it's just general concern. You can't point to any, you can't point to any direct action. You think it's just kind of the, was it the zeitgeist, the zeitgeist that did this? It's, it's not any specific action you can point to?

[George Fishman]

Well, I mean, there have been executive actions on foreign students, but the biggest one of those took place basically after, after these numbers came out. These are numbers from the summer and fall of 2025. So it'll be very interesting to see what happens in the summer and fall of this year when the numbers come out, because that's when most are issued.

So George and I want to make sure if Mo and Elizabeth and Grace can push us out of the war and posse with dive into this, immerse yourself and then let's push it out. Let's be a force multiplier today is is the drop in the Indian students and particularly the CCP students, are we seeing that now? Is that is it manifesting itself in this opt because this is where they are stealing jobs. First off, the OPT system that takes these students and floods them into American back door. So the H1B problem is is magnified. There should be 00 foreign students allowed to have and underwrite this with your tax dollar. This whole program should be shut down, should go zero. It's unacceptable. You got one taking a job from an American kid unacceptable. Are we seeing that all men you agree with that you grew that?

[George Fishman]

George Fishman I do agree 100%. And the biggest travesty is the modern OPT program supposedly for foreign students who by the way have already graduated. So they're really not students anymore. There's no basis for it in the immigration law. And the Bush and Obama administrations essentially did it because Microsoft asked them to do it. To get around the H1B numerical cap. Congress put a cap as bad as the H1B program is, at least there's a numerical cap. Microsoft said well we can't get all the H1Bs we want because of Congress. Let us do an End run around Congress through the opt. And Michael Shertoff agreed. Basically, if you read the regulation, it's out in the open. It's not a secret. OPT in its modern form was created to let corporations let big users of foreign students evade the H1B cap on supposedly skilled foreign workers.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

It has to go all of it. Are we seeing any numbers come through? Since we've had almost a 50% drop in CCP, are you seeing drops in OPT? Is it too early to tell that?

[George Fishman]

There are no numbers publicly released yet that we can look at, but given that 70% of the foreign college students, you know, post graduation, post finishing their course of studies, who are working for Companies under optimization, 70% come from India and the People's Republic of China. So undoubtedly, it's going to have a big impact. We just don't have the numbers yet. The one thing I would urge DHS is please release immigration data as quickly as possible so everyone can see and judge what's going on and what's been successful and what has not been successful.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

There's been a lot. There's a Drudge link to a story about immigrant, about the immigration numbers. Now, this deals, I think, with a Democrat and it's, you know, they're trying to spin it against President Trump. But do you feel, as a guy that deals with this every day, are we getting the information we need, particularly on deportations, mass deportations, you know, raids on, on these employers that don't have America's best interests in mind? Do you think we're getting the opt? Are we getting a steady. Leave aside the articles that are slanted to Democrats just taking hits on President Trump, do you believe, as someone that's got a track record of being pretty even handed, do you think that you're getting access to these numbers that we should be able to get access to, to do analytics like you've been doing?

[George Fishman]

I think the numbers, it would be great if they could come out much more quickly and for instance, on, on removals, on deportations, There's a huge difference between someone who's apprehended at the border and, you know, sent, sent out and someone who's, you know, come here illegally.

[Stephen K. Bannon]

Okay, let me, let me just. The Warren's position on this. Hang on, hang on. Full stop. Apprehended at the border with the Coast Guard, everything, and the fabulous job are doing the border to seal the border and stop the border. That ain't a deportation. That cannot count in a stat that is, that's at the border. And you, you don't, that's not inter. Okay. Mass deportations deal with internal enforce interior enforcement. And you agree with me that they're, they're, they're confusing these numbers now. And okay, what DHS has to understand and the people look and people always criticize. Let me cut to the chase. This movement was founded on this very issue. The people in this audience, blue collar middle class that have full time jobs, understand this at a level of sophistication and they're not going to be fooled by it. We want mass deportations and we want them now. You want to have a sweeping victory in the midterms. Don't do what Blair and that crowd wants to do. With the phony polling. They've showed you that you can't talk about mass deportations. The exact opposite. If you want your base to turn out, if you want to get lower information voters, lower propensity voters who don't show up unless Donald Trump's on the top of the ticket, they can actually see you hammer this and hammer this and hammer this. And please do not insult the intelligence of the MAGA movement by putting out phony stats. Brother Fishman, would you agree with me on that?

I totally agree that what is important is removals of people from the interior of the United States. And we need a lot more clarity and this is going back decades on of the removals, which are the real removals, meaning the removals of persons from the interior of the United States. Totally agree on that. Because that.
