Steve Bannon
All right, big news. Yesterday, President Trump signed an executive order seeking to reshape vaccine recommendations for children. On the current schedule, children are vaccinated against 18 diseases, but Trump's plan would only vaccinate against 11. His order also calls for the MMR vaccine for measles, mumps, rubella to be separated into three different single shots. It's currently given in one dose, and there is no credible evidence that separating them provides a safety advantage, not one study. The President also made a dangerous and false claim yesterday about the MMR vaccine.
We have the mmr.
Donald Trump
We want it in three separate vaccinations given at separate times. Together, there could be a possibility they're quite lethal. And separately, it looks like they are not at all lethal, but just very effective.
Medical Expert
I think I heard you say that the MMR vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella is quite lethal. Is there any evidence of that?
Donald Trump
What I've heard is that there are some people that say it is that way. And I say, well, let's say there's a 5% chance of it. Let's split it up. Let's split it up. Because they do say that given individual.
Rachel Rodriguez
MM are.
Donald Trump
That given individual. There is no impact. In fact, they've said how safe it seems to be. But I've heard when you put them together, they can be explosive.
Medical Expert / Scientist
No, that's just not true.
Steve Bannon
To be clear, just.
Medical Expert / Scientist
I've studied. That's absolutely.
Steve Bannon
There is no medical evidence, no study to support what you just heard from the President. No medical evidence. Bobby will say it, what he just said.
Medical Expert / Scientist
Bobby may be that person he's talking about, but nobody else has said that.
Steve Bannon
Physicians and scientists have said the single MMR shot is safe and effective, and breaking it up could leave children vulnerable to dangerous diseases for longer. President Trump yesterday also repeatedly suggested the number or timing of vaccines could play a role in rising rates of autism. Despite scientific consensus and decades of studies that have firmly concluded there is no link.
Mary Holland
That's the question. Well, are the vaccines safe? And if you look at the literally, literally tens and tens and tens of thousands of women who have been followed by the cdc, who were vaccinated when they were pregnant, when they were pregnant, there's no indication whatsoever that there's any increase of any adverse issues in a pregnant woman who was vaccinated compared to a pregnant woman who wasn't vaccinated, and we all know that pregnancy, there is always a risk of a spontaneous miscarriage. There's always the situation. There's always situations when women get illness that could be preeclampsia, things like that. However, when you look at the unvaccinated versus the vaccinated, there is absolutely no increased risk of that.
Rachel Rodriguez
Senators Rand Paul and Ron Johnson released some text messages from Anthony Fauci, and it appears that as early as January 2021, they knew that there could possibly be complications with pregnant women and miscarriages tied to the COVID vaccine. Yet the Biden administration, health officials, they didn't change their rhetoric.
Your reaction?
Donald Trump
Well, the Biden administration was a disaster in every way. That would be just one way, but there have been a disaster in every single one. It's unimaginable. What they did in forget about weaponization, forget even about, you know, as important as what you're saying. So many of the open borders, the men and women, sports, they've just been, it's just been a horrendous disaster, the highest inflation in history and we're doing a great job. Yeah.
Rachel Rodriguez
Mr. President, have you spoken with the new attorney general or Jeanine Pirro about prosecuting Dr. Fauci?
Donald Trump
I have not spoken to him about that.
Rachel Rodriguez
Mr.
Medical Expert
This has been looked at now, as you pointed out in the 6am hour for decades. And it specifically looked at whether or not mmr, all these vaccines that we've been giving kids now for decades has been linked over time to the development or the increased incidence of autism. And it's look, it's looked at multiple different factors, not just vaccines. And these studies have proven that there is no link between giving any series of vaccines for, say, from birth to 2 years of age and the incidence later in life of autism. So that's been proven serially. There has been one study in 1998 that again you pointed out in the 6am hour that looked at 12 children that was equivocal, that was a poor study that perhaps suggested a signal that needed to be looked at for the MMR vaccine and autism links. That has been disproven several times.
Medical Expert / Scientist
So there is no link, by the way. I just want to say, and we're going to go through all of this, I just want to say I have a child that's on the spectrum and this is something I have studied intensively, even Talking to Bobby 25 years ago, seen study after study after study. I've been looking at study after study after study, just like I've looked at study after study after study on diabetes. There is not a single relevant study, there's not a single legitimate study that suggests vaccines play any role. And the rise of Autism. If there were, I would have been telling you about it over the past 20 years. There's not one legitimate study. You know, there was. There was a bogus study done for trial lawyers, which Bobby Kennedy is one for trial lawyers, that was published in Lancet. The end of the 90s is like 12 people. They all separated themselves from it because it was false. It was a scam. There has been for the past 25 years, one after another after another. And they've all come to the same conclusion. To see that happening in the Oval Office yesterday.
Steve Bannon
Oh, my gosh.
Medical Expert / Scientist
Is what everybody feared would happen When Bobby Kennedy Jr. Was put into that position.
Rachel Rodriguez
Yeah.
Medical Expert / Scientist
Got to vaccinate all of his own kids. Is it this? Is this. This is so stupid.
Steve Bannon
Yeah.
Medical Expert / Scientist
And it's so dangerous. And it spreads so much disinformation that now parents, because of the lies, because of the conspiracy theories, now there are parents out there that are going to be frozen in place because they heard this coming out of the Oval Office and not do what parents have done for generations to protect their children from terrible diseases.
Steve Bannon
Significant changes to the childhood vaccine schedule,
Medical Expert
frankly, being pushed by conspiracy theorists. Well, you know, what's the knock on effects, number one? What are we going to see with hepatitis B? They spent a lot of time talking about hepatitis B comparing us to Denmark. First of all, the reason that we do the things that we do here in the United States is based on what we see at the population health level. Hepatitis B here is a risk that, as opposed to the United States population that is different fundamentally from the population of Denmark. They want to move us towards a risk based protocol, which is to say, let's test every mom and then give their babies the vaccine for hepatitis B if that mom tests positive. We've tried that, Jonathan. 20,000 babies on average estimated to have hepatitis B with that approach. Prior to 1991, we've moved to universal hepatitis B because that was deemed unacceptable. So we've already seen the impacts of these policies because we've done them before, we've learned and we've adapted and tried something different that has been very effective. This universal shot for babies, for hepatitis B to root out that disease. And so we're going to see what are the knock on effects, increased disease burden. We're already seeing this. I mean, they're talking about mmr. How many times have you and I had this conversation on measles? We're in the worst measles epidemic we've seen in at least 35 years. And here they are introducing confusion into the public sphere yet again on that specific vaccine. So what is this going to do? It's going to worsen it. It's going to create greater confusion. And we have competing, yet again competing guidance on childhood vaccines from the federal government versus, say the American Academy of Pediatrics. We have states doing something different from the federal government. This can impact school based recommendations, what we do at the state level and ultimately, frankly, what insurances may or may not cover. So there are significant consequences to what they're doing.
Steve Bannon
Very well said.
Medical Expert
I mean, the nation is less healthy today than we were the day that President Trump was inaugurated.
Steve Bannon
Tuesday, 11th August, year of our Lord 2026. Mary Holland joins us. We're going to get to Ed Dowd in a moment. Mary, can you just put in perspective how important that event was? And of course, the hatred, the raw hatred coming out for Bobby Kennedy, for folks that really want to get their arms around these vaccines, particularly protect children. You just saw Mika there at the beginning. I mean, she is spitting fire. She's so absolutely angry about this. What went on, why is it important and what does it mean, ma'?
Mary Holland
Am?
Well, Steve, that coverage I wouldn't otherwise have seen and it's infuriating. It's, you know, you saw Tony Fauci lie about COVID Everything about the childhood schedule has been funded by pharma. They have suppressed the science. Yes. Everything that's been generated over the last 20 years has been riddled with lies. So what happened yesterday in the Oval Office was groundbreaking, frankly. I also have an adult child who's on the autism spectrum, vaccine induced. I've been waiting 25 years to hear a president and a secretary of health and the head of the NIH say what they said yesterday, and that is that they have reduced the schedule to make it more comparable to other countries and they want to maximize parental choice. Nothing that happened yesterday, Steve, in any way will affect the choice of a parent who wants to give their baby a hepatitis B at birth. And, you know, the 18 vaccines that were previously recommended or that the American Academy of Pediatrics, a pharma front organization, is going to continue to recommend, those vaccines are going to be available in the marketplace if people want them. But what happened yesterday is not only were the recommendations reduced, but much more importantly, in my mind, they said that parental choice should be maximized and that the attorney general should go after those states in which religious exemption rights and medical exemption rights are not being honored consistent with constitutional and statutory guidelines. They said that they might use funding as a Weapon. And they would look at this in the context of school enrollment and attendance. And even more important than that, they're going to use this task force, this HHS task force for safer vaccines that legal efforts that we supported helped to reinvigorate. It had never actually functioned. That task force is going to report back to the president in 90 days and talk about the aluminum adjuvants that are there, the timing and sequencing of the shots and looking at the research and trying to maximize transparency. So for me, even more important, what they said yesterday is the process that they've put in place that can lead us to, I think, even better outcomes with vaccines. None of these vaccines, Steve, have had true placebo controlled trials. None of them are safe and effective for everyone. That's just a fact.
Steve Bannon
Hang on. But I want to stick with it. How can they sit there and just hammer? There's no studies all the study. There's study after study after study. Just voluminous study after study study. This is all safe and effective. And it's a bunch of conspiracies, conspiracy theory cranks. By the way, the same people like the Warren posse with Naomi Wolf that went through 3,500 volunteers from our show, went through with Amy Kelly and found out in the Pfizer documents that Fauci had bald face, lied to the women of this country. I mean, yet they sit there and just hammer you constantly that study after study after study after study. It's all bald faced lies, is it not, ma'? Am?
Mary Holland
Not quite, Steve. You know, pharma is very powerful. They've infiltrated medicine, they've infiltrated the universities. So they suppress the science. Nobody got money from NIH for good. Vaccinated versus unvaccinated controlled studies. Bobby Kennedy is putting that in place. But you had pharma funded studies that had the result in mind when they started. They were completely biased. And even more importantly, they silenced doctors like Pierre Corey and Paul Merrick and Covid. But before that, anybody who would say, you know, there's a problem with vaccines, they cause neuroinflammation, they cause autoimmune disease. Those people were cut off at the knees. They couldn't have a career in medicine or in academia because of the suppression. They also, these people are looking at the studies. Look at the vaccine adverse event reporting system. Of course there are kids who have died from MMR that are reported. Do they investigate them? No. Look at the vaccine injury company compensation program. There are over 100 kids who've been compensated, their parents have been compensated. For their death from mmr. Any combination shot is gonna be more dangerous than a single shot. If you give eight doses or 10 doses of vaccines on the same day, of course it's gonna be more dangerous than if you do one. What President Trump and Secretary Kennedy talked about yesterday is common sense. And that's what Trump said, and I couldn't agree with him more.
Steve Bannon
Walk me through. I want to make sure that we emphasize what you think is the most important, the process going forward, particularly taking on these blue states, because, let's be honest, we're talking about New York, California, Illinois, Massachusetts. The hard. The hardest core of the hardcore, Correct?
Rachel Rodriguez
Connecticut.
Mary Holland
Yeah.
Rachel Rodriguez
Yeah.
Mary Holland
So 28 states, Steve, have already said they're not going to follow federal recommendations. So these new recommendations are not immediately going to affect those 28 states. Which is why I say what really is the hammer here is the President's willingness to say, I'm gonna use funding to go after states that don't comply with constitutional requirements. So in New York State, where I am, medical and religious exemptions are denied every day. They are putting children's lives at risk.
Rachel Rodriguez
Children.
Mary Holland
In our lawsuit against the American Academy of Pediatrics, we have a child in New York State that died after her, well, baby visit. She died fortunately, in the hospital. So they didn't go after the parents, which they otherwise would have done. We have a vaccine schedule that doesn't. And, you know, separating the shots is just common sense. Evaluating the schedule just makes common sense. Reducing the schedule for most people just makes common sense. If anybody wants to go out and hypervaccinate their child, they can do that. Nobody is stopping that. But what this changes is it changes the zeitgeist. It changes the landscape, it changes the dialogue. And I pray the Attorney General is going to go after New York and California. And we. Children's Health Defense have teed up lawsuits, very extensive lawsuits, against New York for the deprivation of religious and medical exemption rights, which every child has to have.
Steve Bannon
Is it.
Donald Trump
Is it.
Steve Bannon
The reason. Is the primary reason they don't want to break it up and break up to three individuals is that they realize if. If Children's Health Defense and Bobby Kennedy, the Maha movement in back of President Trump. If we in this process get anything that actually touches the way that they do things today, they realize that that could lead to many more changes, structural changes. So that's why everything sacrosanct and the conspiracy theorists can't touch anything.
Mary Holland
Well, remember, why are they so insistent on the MMR altogether? This is because Dr. Andy Wakefield back in the UK over 25 years ago said break them up. He said the evidence really strongly suggests that there are gastrointestinal issues from these MMR and it's associated with autism. And we should look at were going way out of their way, Steve, to break them up. And guess what, those parents had less injuries in their kids than the kids who got them all together. And so literally, Merck, who has a patent on this triple jab formula, they doubled down with the collusion of the US Government to make it be the only one that's available. This was a money play, but I think even more importantly, it's a liability play. Listen, Steve, when the truth comes out and it's obvious that we the world have been poisoning children for decades through the vaccine program, there are going to be millions if not billions of irate parents and pharma and their proxies know that and they are trembling in their boots for when that day is going to arrive. It hasn't arrived fully, but I'll tell you, the Fauci diaries have definitely helped this process along.
Steve Bannon
Talk to me about that and let's finish with Fauci because I'm like saying how can we not be moving rapidly for prosecutions here? And there is, people should understand there is definitely pushback from people again. Oh, did we want to go there now at the state level, particularly down the free state of Florida, hey, they're hell bent for a letter on leather on this. But when you see what you just saw in that tape of him saying they're lying to women and enticing women to do this, what's your thoughts about the prosecution of Anthony Fauci? We just can't let it lie there, correct?
Mary Holland
No, I'm all in. You can't let it lie there. I mean, President Trump has said he's not going to go after the auto pen. He said he hasn't connected with the AG about prosecution of Fauci. I think we are looking to the state, Steve, and I think Florida has said that they're looking into it. Louisiana has said they're looking into it. There's a third state I'm forgetting for the moment, Texas has said they're looking into it. Louisiana to me is particularly interesting because Dr. Fauci was under oath and he gave testimony. He was, you know, he was subpoenaed in the Missouri v. Biden case. So I do think there may be opportunities for states look for a state to prosecute. They have to show that he had some engagement in that forum. Well, I Think he did have direct. He was in Louisiana. And he lied under. It was a federal oath, but he lied under oath about everything about COVID And in his own words, we now see that he lied about everything. Natural immunity, miscarriages in pregnancy, transmissions, the wet markets, zoonotic origin. I mean, we knew that he had lied before this, Steve, but in his own words, he's telling us that he lied. And the hubris of these people who think that they're never gonna have to answer for it, that nobody's ever gonna find out. I mean, really, kudos to Bobby Kennedy, kudos to Ron Johnson, kudos to Rand Paul that they got this evidence, these whatever they are, these posts, these diaries from Fauci so that he can prove himself a liar in his. I mean, we have to be incredibly grateful. And of course, Mika and Joe should be saying, oh, my God, they lied to us about everything in Covid. But instead, they're doing the same old same old, which is why I think nobody's really listening to them anymore, nor should they.
Steve Bannon
Can we play. Can I just play the clip of Mika? We'll end on this, and I would like your observations. We're gonna play it.
All right. Big news. Yesterday, President Trump signed an executive order seeking to reshape vaccine recommend vaccinations for children. On the current schedule, children are vaccinated against 18 diseases, but Trump's plan would only vaccinate against 11. His order also calls for the MMR vaccine for measles, mumps rubella, to be separated into three different single shots. It's currently given in one dose, and there is no credible evidence that separating them provides a safety advantage, not one study. The President also made a dangerous and false claim yesterday about the MMR vaccine.
Why are they. So help me out here. Why do they get so worked up? Don't they see what the real evidence out there. I mean, she just spitting. She is spitting fire.
Mary Holland
So that's just vintage Trump derangement syndrome. And why it's so dangerous is it's not, you know, it's fine if she wants to feel that way, but what's so dangerous is, you know, that people, like women took Tylenol from Trump derangement syndrome, you know, when they were pregnant, because Trump said that it could be a problem and it could be associated with autism. I mean, it's. You know, I think the truth is gonna be told, Steve. And one of the other things that was really encouraging about that press conference yesterday was really, I think, not only a huge vote of confidence in Bobby Kennedy from President Trump. But also clearly this very purposeful statement by both of them. This is what we're gonna do for the next. We are going to really look at all of the science and what they've done so far is absolutely in alignment with the most developed peer countries around vaccines. And I just, on behalf of everyone at Children's Health Defense and all of the people that support the work we do, I can't begin to say how grateful I am both to the President and to Bobby Kennedy for this.
Steve Bannon
It's also why I tell people there's a lot of policy stuff like this, but this is why the midterms are so important. You don't think a Democratic House beholden to Big Pharma is gonna come in and try to tear and shred this? This is, I tell people, yes, I have huge disagreements with some of the things that are going on. It's also not the point. The point is we gotta be very focused because you're not gonna see that if Jamie Raskin's in charge and that's who will be in charge. Mary, amazing work.
Mary Holland
Last one comment. Cuz I just was talking to somebody about this. You know what if the House goes Democratic and they wanna rake Bobby KE the Kohl's, he will hold court and he will put those people in their place and he will say cite me the study. I'm going to give you the five studies that prove what I'm saying. Bobby Kennedy knows how to speak effectively and if they haul him in, they will be sorry for that day. So I'm not as worried as I have been in the past that if the House goes Democratic, Bobby Kennedy can hold his own against those Democratic pharma funded, you know, representatives.
Steve Bannon
Oh, I agree. I think it'd be great. I agree. Great, great theater. I'd love to have the rights. I'm just talking about cutting budgets, cutting all of it because they're coming, they're coming far more than just inquiry and bringing before congressional testimony Bobby Kennedy. They would be, I think very intimidated by taking Bobby Kennedy on. He's that good. But there's so much else they can do. Anyway, we'll discuss it late. Mary, where do people go to find out everything about this, to immerse themselves in all the information?
Mary Holland
Ma', am, thank you. Childrenshealthdefense.org childrenshealthdefense.org on x@childrensh Please come and visit us. We've got a lot of great stuff.

Thank you ma', am. Appreciate you.

Ed Dowd can we put up the lead piece? And we got other things. Ed Dowd. When I see an Ed Dowd piece and it's blown up in my face. And the big bold thing is U.S. disabilities hit an all time high of 37 million in July, up 23% since February of 2021. Let me repeat that. U.S. disabilities hit an all time high of 37,000,000 in July, up 23% since february of 21. Sir, the headline itself scares me to death, but it's actually the analysis you do beneath it that's even scarier. What's going on, Ed?
Ed Dowd
Well, this is, you know, when I first started coming on the War Room, I used to talk about this a lot. In February of 2021, US disabilities inflected and did a trend change of three to four standard deviations. And you know, US stock guys in the capital markets pay attention to those kind of signals. So we were looking at that trend change and then we were shocked as it continued to rise and didn't mean revert over time. And during the height of the COVID days, it got up to about 3 million during September 22, then it kind of plateaued. And then it's been slowly grinding higher up to 37 million. So we've added 7 million to the disabled list. It was plateauing at around 30 million for five years prior to Covid. And in 2020 it did not inflect. So I don't think it had anything to do with COVID And my thesis has been and always has been, it's been due to the vaccine. And this is what's most alarming about it, is no mean reversion, no plateauing. It just keeps grinding higher like a growth stock chart. And that's the most alarming part about this. And no one seems really interested in investigating this time series. I mean, this is a time series that is not linked to a Social Security claim. It's not linked to any payments. It's just a survey, statistically done. You answer yes to any of one of six questions, they mark you down, or a family member is disabled. It's not due to illegal immigrants because this started inflecting well before the wave came in. This is Biden's first couple months. And even, even then, illegal aliens avoid these surveys like the plague. They don't trust government folks. And then third, people blame demographics. Demographics are a part of this, but not this kind of slope and this kind of fast pace. Demographics don't move this ass. So there's something that's gone terribly wrong.
Steve Bannon
Okay, we're, we're going to get into that. Ed Dow joins us from Hawaii. We're also going to go to the free state of Florida and talk to someone running for governor. All next in the war Room. If you love it, keep it. If you don't, he'll give you your money back. Also, Tax Network usa. This is important for the October extension. With your permission, they can pull your file. So go to 866-513-5516. If you put an extension, you have a file with your permission, the IRS will turn them over to them for $49 and they'll give you an assessment of all of that. So make sure you check it out today. There's also, if you're a, if you're a self employed, receive a 1099 income or own a business, they'll review your IRS file and prepare your federal return for just 300 bucks. But talk to them about that. And they set up the special hotline for The Warren Posse, 866-513-5516. So do it today. So, Ed Dowd, I want to go back through this because this is such an extraordinary jump. And like you said, if you take everything else out, out, kind of sitting in front of you is the vaccines. So or the vaccine. Walk us through it one more time because this is kind of jaw dropping, the increase in disabilities. And this is only going to impact, you know, liability and cost of government and people out of the workforce, all of it serves. So walk us through it one more time.
Ed Dowd
Yeah, so in a time series like this, you know, there's demographics involved, immigration, what have you. But it doesn't, it doesn't move fast or too fast. If the population is getting healthier, it slowly improves. If it's getting less healthier, it slowly gets worse. You can see what happened in February of 2021 was what we call a trend change and to the tune of three to four standard deviations, something happened temporarily in that time and let's call it the vaccine. Seen that, it's called an exogenous event. And then it inflected the growth curve of the disability rate and we're up 23% in six years. And, you know, this is something that I think is the most powerful evidence. It's the government's own data. We're not, you know, manipulating the data. This is their data. And, you know, we just analyze it. And this is stunning. We've added 7 million people in six years. And again, this is not, this is not tied to a claim. It's not due to illegal aliens or the aging demographics. It's too fast and too sharp for that to explain what's going on here.
Steve Bannon
Where do you anticipate was a jump this big? Where do you anticipate seeing this manifested in other insurance company reports, in profits, in margins, on government, people asking for Social Security benefits, disability? Where else do you think this will manifest? Will it impact either somebody that owns a stock in a company or a bondholder or somebody that's paying their taxes and wants their money, husband and used. They want the government to be good stewards of this. Where do you eventually expect to see this manifested?
Ed Dowd
Early days it started affecting the disability losses and insurance companies. So they did what they did with group life losses. They raised prices to paper it over. So people's insurance is going up and health care insurance is going up. And so there's inflation there because of the demand from these people that are disabled. It does put a burden on the Social Security disability, but that, you know that that depends on how fast the claims are processed and whether they get processed. It does impact employers because there's less people in the workforce. It also probably adds to the absentee rate as people have to take care of individuals in their home that are disabled and less productivity overall in the economy. It has tremendous bleed through effects that only make us as a nation weaker, not stronger.
Steve Bannon
Ed, you've got a substack up. I want everybody to go through this. You got tons of charts. It's very well laid out. I anticipate we'll see this in something like Zero Hedge and other places. Quickly, I want to give the war room a heads up on this. This is why. And by the way, thanks for changing your schedule to join us this afternoon out in from Hawaii. Where do people go to get your substack? Where they get your social media. You're on a roll as usual. And what I love about you is you back it up with mathematics. Sir.
Ed Dowd
Yeah. Thank you, Steve. My substack is Ed dad, beyond the narrative. I started it about a month ago. Subscribe and join the community. Also, you can find our economic research@financetechnologies.com where we sell economic research and it's a ph instead of an F. And I'm on X ouedward and getterwarddoud.
Steve Bannon
Is it because you live in one of the most beautiful places in the world that you like spreading the specter of the mathematics that makes the rest of us scared. It has to be some sort of correlation. Maybe. I'll talk to you later. And you're such a nice guy. We meet Ed Dowd in real life. He's one of the nicest guys in the world. So the analysis is always frightening, but it's delivered from a good place. So, Ed, thank you so much for joining us today. Appreciate you.
Ed Dowd
Thank you, Steve. Take care.
Steve Bannon
Okay, if Mo and Grace and Jojo and Elizabeth, everybody, let's push this out Warren Posse. Be a force multiplier in this drill. Down on. On it. Don't be afraid of math. Okay? In our continuing series of talking to people that aspire to win the Republican nomination to be the governor of the free state of Florida. Pretty big shoes to step into for Governor DeSantis. Rachel Rodriguez joins us. Play her spot. We're going to bring Rachel on.
Rachel Rodriguez
I'm Rachel Rodriguez. I'm a mom, I'm an attorney, and I'm a Floridian. I've been here for about 12 years and for the last five, I've fought for the rights of Floridians in the COVID era here in Florida. We've done an excellent job at so many things. It's a wonderful state to live in and I'm proud to raise my family here. But there are a few things I think we still need to build on. And as your governor, I want to address those. I call them the five Rs. First, we need to fully restore medical freedom. While we did a lot to protect, to protect Floridians during the COVID era, there still needs to be accountability for much of what went wrong. We need to reclaim parental rights. Even here in Florida. We still need to understand fundamentally that God gives parents the rights over their children with the attendant responsibilities that needs to be sacrosanct in this state. No mandates against your children and you direct the education and upbringing of your children. That is a God given right. We need to relieve working families. It's very expensive to raise a family and Florida is no exception. Many of us are caring for our parents and we also want to build something for retirement for ourselves and our children that should be paramount here in Florida. We need to reform the courts. Something that I've seen is the great need for transparency and accountability for all of our officials, including those on the bench. This is necessary for the protection of rights for all Floridians. And finally, we need to reserve the land. Florida is unique in its natural resources, its beauty, the beaches, the Everglades. All of these are precious. And as your governor, I would protect them and also improve food sovereignty and security with sustainable economic growth. I would be honored if you would allow me to continue serving this great state of Florida for the next four years as Florida's next governor. I hope I can count on your vote in August.
Steve Bannon
Rachel Rodriguez joins us. Rachel, one of the reasons I think, I just think that is a model that I would recommend every candidate take what you did there in a couple of minutes and use it for whatever the Race is you look right in the camera, you talk a little bit about your experience and then you go, bang. I'm gonna do bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. So there's no doubt what your focus is. The first question we ask everybody that comes on here is that, look, Florida is so beloved by people that have been there for generations. We call it the old Florida. And of course you've got Wall street moving to south Florida. You get data centers, you get big tech bros, you got all of it. How do you, as Governor Rodriguez going to make sure you've got economic growth, growth, but that you keep the Florida that Floridians love, particularly when you have this massive kind of invasion coming from the north.
Rachel Rodriguez
Ma', am, I love that question and thank you very much for having me. Well, certainly we need to have the people of Florida govern. We are a self governing nation and Florida is no exception. In fact, Florida as a state leads the nation. So I, I, I have been very honored to go around the state on this campaign, having a chance to see how brilliant the people of Florida are. They know so much about their area, what they're doing, their communities. We are very involved at the local levels. And of course this is a primary, so I'm looking at a lot of the Republicans, but I've had events that are bipartisan and we have a lot of grassroots on all, all fronts, all parties. We even have a new party. And I'm very pleased to say that I'm now their preferred candidate for governor of the America first party of Florida. So this has to continue and the government from the states down has to get out of the way of the people. That is how we keep Florida both free and I hope flourishing.
Steve Bannon
Let's talk about the medical freedom. I mean, Governor DeSantis, we just had, as you know, and I thought it'd be a perfect day for you. Mary Holland and then Ed Dowd and then Rachel Rodriguez and we talked about, look, there's, we're adamant that Fauci's got to be prosecuted, but there is pushback in Washington D.C. and this is where it looks like DeSantis again in the free state of Florida and Dr. Latipo and others are taking the lead. What is it? What more needs to be done? I mean, and I was the biggest voice against DeSantis running against President Trump. But I really think he's done, done a very good job as governor. What else needs to be done? And under the Rodriguez administration, what are you going to do to really ensure medical freedom or the way you Define it, ma'. Am.
Rachel Rodriguez
Well, one thing is, we're already doing that. For the last five years, I've been fighting against mandates. I. In fact, I would dare say that leadership has been following the lead of the people, the grassroots of which I was a part. And we sued in Orange County. I represented, ultimately, it was 75 firefighters of the Orange County County Department against the mandate that was coming in. At the same time, I and another colleague were suing Orange county and Brevard county against mandates. There were several. There were about 11 counties that were going against the law at that time. And the state of Florida, this was then AG Ashley Moody came into our case, the firefighter case, and said to the court, we agree with the plaintiff. This mandate is against the law in Florida. At that time, there was a prohibition of having to, quote, show papers of your vaccine status to enter public property, but it was not until November, and this was after we filed in September. And my clients were going around the state with Governor DeSantis at the press conferences to increase the political pressure, which is, of course, political cover, to ensure that the legislature in the special session in November of 2021 would indeed pass a much stronger law against mandates, both for vaccines and masking. And so that's what we've been doing. And it was a fight, Steve. It really was a fight. This was not something that happened overnight in Florida. And I want people to hear that, that the people can rise up, and when we act, our leaders will hear us. I really applaud Ron DeSantis for having done that and the legislation for understanding what needed to be done in Florida so Florida could lead the way. But another thing that my team has done that is not being done elsewhere is we have started as of 2021, and then in 2022, we built this. I'll call it a petition requesting investigation, criminal investigation and prosecution, not just a fauci but of the entire Covid criminal enterprise. We took a slice of that, which was the hospital protocol protocols. We now understand that the PREP act countermeasures, as they call them, paid for by the CARES act, just sent a lot of money in for injury and death to people in Florida and all over the nation. And so what my team did with the Verus Law Group is we put together the evidence that was publicly available, and we looked at each state's going state to state. We started with Florida. We looked at the state criminal code and said, this is what we believe believe has been violated. Crimes that have occurred against the Floridian people by the Hospital administrators and those who are pushing these protocols. And the first petition that we officially submitted was to AG Moody in 2023. And again we, we sent that to AG Uthmeyer. And just recently, as you know, he has announced investigation. After that we were, we've been longing to see this for four years. Right after that, then Louisiana entered, entered Alabama, Oklahoma, and now I hear West Virginia has sent a subpoena. Now, Steve, out of those five states, three of them have received the various law groups petition to investigate and prosecute Anthony Fauci and others in the last four years. So I'm very pleased about that. And that's my record of leadership and service. An understanding of what the existential threats are. I believe that's what an executive should be doing. The executive should, should understand the threats that are coming to her people within her jurisdiction, both from within and without, and enforce the law in such a way as to ensure the safety and security of the people of Florida.
Steve Bannon
Rachel, you've got, and ask this Fishback. So you got Donald's been a congressman, I think he was also in the House in Florida. You've got the Lieutenant Governor Collins. Runner, you got runner, former speaker of the House. Fishback is kind of a fire breathing populist. You're a grassroots leader and particularly you've done so much with this law group. The executive experience. Just walk the audience through. Tallahassee is a very tough place, a lot of vested interests and Florida with its growth has been tremendous economic benefits to lobbyists and all that. Walk us through how you as governor are going to essentially bang heads in Tallahassee and get your program through.
Rachel Rodriguez
Well, I think that's pretty easy to say because as a 20 year litigator, I've been banging heads with anybody who's on the wrong side of the law and who's violating the rights of my clients. In the last few years, just the last five years, I've sued Disney all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States for their mandates. I sued Morgan and Morgan. I'm sure you're familiar with their law firm all around the country. John Morgan is based here. He also imposed a mandate date. I sued the Washington Nationals, the Major League baseball team. I have gone head to head with the Republican Party of Florida, believe it or not, because they were kicking people out, using the grievance proceedings of the party to kick out their most active members. This is not what a, what a political party should be doing. And we actually wanted a motion to dismiss until they hired the president. Now President of the Florida bar and double the lawyers to I, I guess give a wink, wink, nudge, nudge to the judge. But this is the kind of thing I've done. But I also know that you have to be able to negotiate. You need to be able to compromise. You need to be able to identify what cannot be compromised and what can be compromised and come to the table. You also need to be able to persuade people, you need to persuade both the people who are putting the representatives in, in the legislature, but you also need to be able to speak with those in the legislature and say this is what really needs to be done. And I think that it's going to take a strong backbone, but I believe that I've already demonstrate that I have that.
Steve Bannon
Rachel, you talk at the end your fifth of your five Rs. You talk about the land of Florida, the beauty of the land and wanting to keep it. This situation with the brologarchs and data centers. What is the Rodriguez position on, on that?
Rachel Rodriguez
Well, it's very interesting because the law has recently been passed and now enforced as at the beginning of last month. That closes a lot of the loopholes where we saw the developers running roughshod over the people in Florida and a lot of bait and switch, the non disclosure agreements where the local governments could not show to the people at the commission's meetings what was actually going on. What would really go in there, very close to me, down, down, I'm in West Palm beach and very close here is what's called Project Tango in Loxahatri. That's going to be one of these hyperscale data centers. That's what's intended and in fact that has been in the works for 10 years, Steve. So what was in place to go in there as a warehouse is not at all a hyper, a hyperscale data center today. So there's a lot of bait and switch. So one of the first things I need to do as a governor is, and this is the role is to enforce the law as it stands. You know, they, the developers cannot play the games that they've been playing to get around the requirements in the law. And we also need to make sure that every term in these contracts is very, very clear for what's already been signed. I do believe that a moratorium on further signed agreements for data centers would be smart. And in large part, Steve, that's because I see this as a gold rush. You don't want it. I absolutely do not want to have Florida be the hills where everybody's going raping and pillaging the gold because everybody wants their peace. I want to see Florida as the guy at the bottom of the hill selling the pickaxes, measuring the gold at the end and not getting the short end of the stick. So, you know, in my view, when you're looking at these things, are they even? What's that?
Ed Dowd
No, no.
Steve Bannon
We just. We got to bounce. We got a hard out out. It's a great answer. Where do people go to find more about the five Rs where they go? What's your social media they want to see in an event? We want to make sure that you we can focus everybody to go and find out more about Rachel Rodriguez and her run for the Republican nomination for governor of the free state of Florida.
Rachel Rodriguez
Thank you. It's www.rachel4gov. That's R A C H E L F O r g o v.com and all of the social media handles are the same. Rachel4Gov. I really look forward to Rachel. I appreciate and again, thank you.

This episode is centered around two major themes:
The Trump Administration’s Vaccine Policy Overhaul:
Covered in the first half, the discussion focuses on President Trump’s new executive order reducing the childhood vaccine schedule from 18 to 11 diseases, separating the MMR vaccine into three shots, and stirring controversy over vaccine safety, regulatory capture, and parental rights.
Rising US Disability Claims:
Ed Dowd presents alarming statistics that US disability assistance recipients have reached an all-time high, exploring the potential link between these trends and COVID-19 vaccines.
The episode then turns to political implications (especially for the 2026 midterms and Florida governor’s race), state's rights, and accountability for public health policy.

The episode maintains War Room's signature combative, anti-establishment tone, framing scientific and regulatory consensus as suspect and posturing new Trump administration policies as a defense of parental rights and medical freedom. The disability discussion is positioned as evidence of nationwide, vaccine-induced harm being ignored by mainstream authorities. The featured guests echo concerns over suppression, lack of transparency, and urgent need for new legal and political strategies at both federal and state levels.
For listeners: The episode is a deep dive into anti-vaccine policy advocacy, challenges to scientific consensus, and emerging populist narratives about rising disability and regulatory accountability.
