Donald Trump
Donald Trump's criminal hush money case. The Manhattan DA is actually agreeing to postpone sentencing, but does not want the case thrown out altogether.
Stephen K. Bannon
The president elect was found guilty of.
Donald Trump

Stephen K. Bannon
Convicted felon elected to the nation's highest office.
Donald Trump
So the district attorney is saying that they want to defend the conviction in this case that was returned by 12 New Yorkers in May, but they're saying that they will agree to postpone the sentencing in this case. Part of the reason, they said, is that Trump's attorneys plan to file a motion to dismiss the case based on a number of factors. And the DA's office is saying that they are going to oppose that. And because whatever the decision is, it will likely get appealed, that would ultimately end up postponing the sentencing. So they're saying at the outset they're not going to oppose it, but they are going to defend the conviction. And in this letter to the judge, they write, no current law establishes that a president's temporary immunity from prosecution requires dismissal of a post trial criminal proceeding that was initiated at a time when the defendant was not immune from criminal prosecution, and that is based on unofficial conduct for which the defendant is also not immune, saying that the judge has many things to consider, but also within that, not just the presidency, but the integrity of the criminal justice system, the concept that no one is above the law. So prosecutors laying out here that they do want to defend this verdict and that they are willing to litigate for it. They also asked the judge to move quickly, asking for, for the judge to set a deadline for Trump's lawyers to file this motion and give the prosecution a deadline of December 9th. So indicating that they do want to get this litigation underway and ultimately so they can continue to defend this conviction.
Stephen K. Bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people. I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA MEDIA I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my.
Mike Benz
Country, this country will be saved. War Room here's your host, Stephen k. Bann.
Stephen K. Bannon
Tuesday 19th November, year of our Lord 2024. Michael Benz is going to be with us in a moment. We're going to deconstruct. It seems to be now down to Mike Rogers and Cash Patel for FBI Director. Mike Benz is here to break that down. Also, talk about the resistance. Mike Davis is going to join us. Big win for us. We've got I think the senators are back. Republicans looks like they're fighting and voting to stop these Democrat judges. A lot more on the transition and everything's going to confirmations. Firestorm over Matt Gaetz so much. I want to start, though, with the incredible warrior Alex Jones. So, Alex, last time we left you, the guys were in your control room. They're trying to pull the plug. They had auctioned, but it wasn't public. The finance group that you had helped at least guide or give direction to had put in a bid. But all of a sudden the Onion and it looked like the parents or people representing the parents want it's very confusing. And now I understand a judge has stepped in. You filed suits. This thing's all it's locked down and you still control the assets in the studio. Alex Jones, Yes.
Alex Jones
This is the most incredible thing I've personally ever gone through with Lawfare. And I've got top bankruptcy lawyers. I've never seen anything. The group that had the highest bid, not the Onion filed suit yesterday. We filed suit today. My lawyers said in the suit this is clear bankruptcy, fraud and criminal. They quote the code. My lawyers collectively have been three of them practicing law for over 120 years and they've never seen anything like it. And so they had an auction for Infowars announced that the judge said I authorize an auction in the future, but you have to come here and have hearings about what is up for sale. Then the US Trustee assignment of the Justice Department came in and didn't get authorization, but said he had authorization set set it for November 13th last Wednesday and on Monday, after months of it being said, comes in and says now the rules have changed. It's a secret sealed bid and I don't have to accept the highest bidder. Then it wasn't until Thursday night, after they'd already kicked us out of the building and cut the Internet off where I was going to leave. And I went over to my own Alex Jones network and got right back up. So they didn't really stop us. Then the winning bidder, the real bidder, the Patriot group that I've worked for many years, they actually got all the paperwork and that's in these exhibit lawsuits that I posted at Real Alex Jones on X. And they admit that it was just all rigged. They decided to give it to them. They pledged their future earnings from my defamation case that's on appeal. You can't legally do that. It was supposed to be a cash auction. They didn't do that. And so they went all over the news and announced that we were shut down. They called the IT service providers, had Infowars.com shut down. They came into the building where I was broadcasting. They showed up right at 8, we were already on air. They said get out of there. They threatened the crew saying you're violating court orders with no quarter in their hand. Again, the judge hadn't even authorized the auction. There wasn't even an auction. It was a fake sale masquerading as that. And then they go on Good Morning America, the so called Onion owner or Onion CEO, a former MSNBC disinformation specialist or sensor with the head of the Everytown that's now the big global Democrat party gun control conglomerate that's also anti free speech. And they said, oh, we're actually backing all this. So it's actually the Democratic Party, Soros funded main Democrat gun control group that's done this. And then they've been the ones behind the whole thing and the fake lawsuits on me and the Justice Department admitting that they ran it and the PR campaigns and having the judges find me guilty and then having show trials and they just came out and said Alex Jones is over. It's over. We own his name, we own everything. Even though none of that was even true and it's just absolutely insane. And so now the judge has an emergency hearing on Monday. He hasn't made clear that'll be the big evidentiary hearing. He came out last Thursday and said I didn't even know that there was an auction. This was quoted in Bloomberg. He said everybody should be very upset and uncomfortable with this. He said, who is the winning bid to the US Trustee? He said, well it's not the high bid, but it's the best bid. And he said, well, what's the amount of money? He said I can't tell you. Then when we got the bidding information that's in our lawsuits, two different big ones filed by both the real bidder that won and by myself because I'm the sole member of Free Speech Systems, I'm still the owner. He said I can't tell you the winner is to the judge because it was secret that no matter what Somebody bidding, they would then just pledge their billion and a half dollars towards it so people would think that they were bidding, but it was impossible because they were bidding imaginary funny money to this. No one's ever been able to bid an auction with a undecided, still disputed, appealed, lawsuit. So that was kept secret. And two days before the fake auction, new rules were sent to the folks I was working with that put in the real bid, the winning bid. And it said to them, you cannot use any derivative payment or credit. But then in the documents they got Thursday, the day after the fraudulent hoax sale, it shows all the minutes that the US Trustee even attached to it, how they decided they were going to give it to the Democrats and how they said that they could use future money, imaginary money, for this. And so they gave one set of rules to my bidders that thought, this is strange. We never. We were always going to do cash. And then. And then had themselves another one that was a secret floating system. I mean, this. This is so fantastically ridiculous that my lawyers.
Stephen K. Bannon
Why, why are they so. Is it because of the Infowars brand? And they want to turn. They want to mock us by turning it into a parody site with phony supplements and bizarre progressive left fake news? They want to turn it into a comedy site. Is. Is that what they want to do that's so valuable to them, to take the Infowars brand and to mock us and to mock it. Mock, mock it. Is that what they're trying to do?
Alex Jones
Dead on in our lawsuit and in the bidder, the winning bidders lawsuit. We have exhibits of them on tv, you know, with the URL and screenshots, exhibits of them in the New York Times, everywhere else, saying we want to confuse people and make them think it's Alex Jones and talk about flying saucers, Bigfoot and Chupacabras, and we are going to destroy his brand. So it's all malicious intent to do harm, something the judge said he would never allow in the auction because they already tried that to say they know my name. The judge says, no, you got to have hearings. No auction until that happens. So they snuck this through. And it gets worse. Imagine they say, we're off the air. They cut the Internet in power, so I have to run in our backup studio. We still get up on air, contact our TV and radio station, say, hey, we're here. Most of them switched over. And I'm thinking, okay, you know, we're going to beat him in court. Everything's great. Then I was so busy Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, I didn't look at the numbers@infowarstore.com One of our main funding systems with T shirts and books and supplements, things like water filters. And I didn't look at a separate sponsor that we've had. That's the alexandrianstore.com that I don't own. So even though they got Infowars, they couldn't get the Alexander store dot com. Well, today I said, hey, let me, let me check the numbers. That's how little we're worrying about money. I figured we'd have a bunch of extra money come in for support. And again, because I didn't make the point a lot on air and we checked the emails, people said, sorry, we can't support you. Where do we support. We can't support infowarstore.com since that belongs to them, which it doesn't. And we can't support Alex Jonestore because that, that belongs to them too. No, it doesn't. So crippling 70% drop in Infowars store. Crippling 56% drop@alex jonestore.com because I wasn't even thinking about money and didn't realize their hoax that they owned Infowars. People think of that as me. Major damage to the brand's ability to even sell products. They took all our sponsors over the years. We direct sale. We kind of created that model, you know, for, for media. A lot of folks do it now, but that was not out of necessity. I mean, you know, obviously it's been said that necessity is the mother of invention. And so now that's being added to our lawsuit. We're talking right now. 400,000. $400,018 has been lost from the current trend line since last Thursday when they made this announcement crippling. So listeners need to know, and I don't normally come on here and beg. We would have had plenty of money for the lawsuits. We would have survived. Even if they get this, we'd stay on at the Alex Network. Except people are confused and so they're told, I'm over. I'm done. Mark Twain said, rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated. No, we're here. No matter. The Alex Jonestore.com is not even owned by me. They are the backers and the folks with the Alex Jones network. We knew this was coming. Potentially. Show, show. That's, that's the rebel base folks, is the Alex Jonestore.com and now I've got a 400 almost five. I mean, it's growing deficit because we barely had enough to ensure our Operations against the enemy. And I just didn't even think about it. And so that's already in the suit. More is being added to the suit. I mean these people literally screwed the pooch. No other. I even talked to other lawyers that have read the cases and seen the documents. The documents are in here. I mean smoking gun. They are going to be lucky if they're not wearing striped suits. I mean this, this, this is the, these are the true believers. Just like the Democrats in Butler county saying we don't care if somebody's already voted repeatedly, we're gonna violate the law because Donald Trump's bad. It's the same thing. These are wild eyed Democrat party Soros main gun control group literally manipulating and running all this over the years. Then they go on Good Morning America with Stephanopoulos and unveil themselves as the man behind the curtain and do a victory dance, spike the football in the end zone. And so they have just like their lawfare against you and against Trump and all of it is what pissed off the American people. Your predictions that America was done has been proven and now they are literally in my opinion and it's in our filings in court. We're saying it is criminal sourcing the US Code with their own documents.
Stephen K. Bannon
Alex, where do people, our audience wants to know where to follow this. So where do they go to get your current show so they can watch that every day and where they go to follow you on social media?
Alex Jones
At real Alex Jones on X. Infowars is back under our control. We've been in the building since Friday. They didn't have the right to even take it. They didn't give it back to us. It was ours. They've totally screwed the pooch. We're@infoawards.com. we're@real Alex Jones on X and we're at the Alex Jones store.com. the store is in question if they get it. But, but, but not Alex Jones store.com thealexjonestore.com is separate, is safe as our sponsor. It will keep us on the air.
Stephen K. Bannon
Alex Jones, amazing story. We were glad to be there. We thought we were going to be your last guest on that. I guess we weren't. But that's good news. We wanted to keep going.
Alex Jones
Steve.
Stephen K. Bannon
Keep fighting brother. We love you too.
Cash Patel
We know you're never going to stop.
Stephen K. Bannon
We'll file this evidentiary hearing on Monday. Alex Jones, thank you brother. Wow, it's a fighter right there. You see how this is what we're talking about. The resistance against President Trump they are not going to quit. They're not going to quit. They're still going to try to destroy everything around Trump. Everything that's pushing the populist, nationalist, Trumpist message in this country. Incredible. Okay, Cash Patel. Only cash. Hashtag only cash is trending on politics on Twitter now. Why is that? Because there is an absolute throwdown over who's going to be the FBI director. I think it might be down to Mike Rogers and Cash Patel, although Jason Chaffetz may be in the hunt. Andrew Bailey, I believe he's the attorney General of the great state of Missouri. Short break, Mike. Ben's going to break it all down for you next in the war room.
Cash Patel

Here's your host, Stephen K. Band. Welcome back. To say there's a lot going on is an understatement. There's so many important battles going on right now, both here in the imperial capital. Also down in Mar a Lago, people, you know, working through the transition, working through who's going to have certain positions, policies, all that. Also the it appears that the Biden regime is trying to initiate an active shooting, third World War with the Russians. I will get into all that. I want to turn. Okay, so this FBI director, Murray Cash is one of the contributors here to the show. We also made a film right before I went into Danbury Prison. We were able to finish the film Government Gangsters off of the book Government Gangsters, the best selling book by Cash Patel. Cash had been the general counsel of the House Intelligence Committee and a special investigator on the House Intelligence Committee under Devin Nunez. He was there when myself and Reince Priebus and others were being grilled by Shifty Schiff and Swalwell. When Paul Ryan, the gutless coward who's on the board of Fox and should be forced to resign, you know, publicly traded company, supposedly a conservative network that has its independent director trashing the nominee for the Republican Party. That would be Donald Trump, constantly saying he's not going to vote for him. He's a terrible person, terrible human being. And then after Trump wins a landslide, crickets don't hear from Ryan. Ryan removed Devin Nunez as the head, made him recuse himself from the Russia hoax Intelligence Committee investigation where Shifty Schiff would go on Rachel Maddow every night in a lie. Yes, and Rachel Maddow and Shifty Schiff. When Matt Gaetz is announced as Attorney General of the United States, there will be a, eventually a criminal investigation into the vast criminal conspiracy to take out President Trump for years and years and years. And Shifty Schiff and Rachel Maddow, you will be rolled up in that, trust me. So for the producers of that show, preserve your documents. Don't be shed. Don't be shredding anything. Don't be deleting any text messages. Don't do that. Talk to your parents. Your parents going to help you stay out of jail, stay out of prison. There's a tweet going around that there's been an offer from senators. They'll approve Gates if they get Mike Rogers over cash. As the, as the Director of the FBI, Michael Benz, Brother Benz is, I think, the best of deconstructing the interlocking nature of the intelligence community, the tech community, the media community, law enforcement, all of it, and particularly what emanates from the imperial capital, Mike Benz. This fight is one of the more important fights in the transition for the fledgling Trump second term, is it not, sir?
Mike Benz
It absolutely is. This is an existential fight. This is. The relationship between the Justice Department and the FBI is the same relationship that's shared between the US State Department and the CIA. They need to be constantly in sync. You need two brains that understand each other. You can't really have a compromise candidate where one person supports the president and the other person is looking to put a knife in the President's back. That is simply untenable when you're Dealing with the kind of special compartmentalized operations that happen at the FBI level. It's simply too dangerous to put someone in there who is going to try to hide things from a Justice Department that is not on the same page, agenda wise.
Stephen K. Bannon
So Rogers is a former agent. Correct. Just RAN for the U.S. congressman, talk show host, ran for the Senate up in Michigan, barely lost. What's your beef? Why does the MAGA write and particularly the ultra Maga or Zeland must say the dark MAGA element of that, that understands and every day is in a fight with the deep state. Why are we particularly upset about a guy like Mike Rogers who in normal times would be looked at as a fine, you know, center right candidate put up by a Romney type Republican administration, Sir?
Mike Benz
Well, I have one issue first and foremost which is free speech on the Internet and Mike Rogers is the former head of the Intelligence Committee overseeing the CIA while Russiagate was happening, basically greenlighting all of the Russiagate predicates that turned out to be complete bs. Mike Rogers who is on the board of directors of the Atlanta Council, which is probably the number one apex predator in the entire censorship industry. The Atlanta Council was holding censorship training meetings for hundreds of journalists around the world. This is at the top of my X feed right now. It's ikebencyber. You can watch a 45 minute video where Mike Rogers Atlantic Council was literally holding up on a jumbotron slide decks of Trump tweets and how you could report them for disinformation. This whole thing was set up initially under the predicate that Trump's win in 2016 was illegitimate because of Russian interference on social media. Mike Rogers using his CIA connections there was part of the Iris beacon project. The IRI is the CIA wing of the GOP that is married at since birth to John McCain, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Mitt Romney. Mitt Romney's currently on the board of it. Mike Rogers is currently affiliated with the Iris Beacon Project. It was started by John McCain. The beacon project was a GOP CIA snake operation to censor social media. Because Trump won using social media, they started something called the Beacon Project which basically sought to be a real time disinformation dashboards, sort of like a beacon scanning light out into the Internet in order to detect false narratives circulating online. In particular those that supported Donald Trump. Because Donald Trump was assessed by the intelligence community under Mike Rogers Watch as being a potential Russian asset. IRI has then gone on to promote censorship laws around the world. IRI played a major role in the construction of a Censorship industry in Brazil because it's technically folded out of a CIA cutout called the National Endowment for Democracy. It has this democracy promotion work. It's fully funded by the State Department. IRI teamed up with Hunter Biden's NDI in order to construct a censorship apparatus within Brazil, touching their judges, touching their universities, touching their largest circulation newspapers in order to get anti misinformation laws passed to censor social media, to censor encrypted chat. They basically swallowed the Internet whole. They promote the EU Digital Services act which is pushing for a 6% global revenue fine on X because Elon Musk is not censoring Trump enough. They are going around the world, 140 countries, to try to encircle populism worldwide, to get it back into the Coke and Pepsi choice between a Hillary Clinton or a Mitt Romney type president. And Mike Rogers is at the center of that.
Stephen K. Bannon
So how does a guy like Rogers. Because this has been very well documented and for people that are part of. In the tip of the spirit of this revolution, Mike, your work, which is fundamental to both seizing the institutions and forcing change, how can we be in a situation. I mean, when they told me Mike Rogers was shortlisted for the FBI director, I actually thought it was a joke. I thought it was a parody. And people did say, hey, he ran a good campaign in Michigan. That was a tough race. There weren't a lot of great candidates in the primary and he did as good as he could, got a lot of support from the big donor class. But that's very different than being director of the FBI, particularly Gates and this incredible crew over justice. And there's so much we have to do to basically purge the American Gestapo? How are we in a situation where you have Cash Patel on one hand, who is just fantastic in every level, and you got Mike Rogers on the other. How do we get in this situation?
Mike Benz
I can't really peer through the fog of war on that. My sense is that there are donor considerations and there are negotiations in progress with the Republican wing of both the House and the Senate. Because in order to get the Trump agenda, agenda done, you're going to need that coalition. Otherwise you will have peel off of Republicans joining with Democrats to block every aspect of the Trump budget, every aspect of Trump appointments. And so there is this sort of deal with the devil aspect that I think the Trump inner circle is having to navigate. I think that there was political capital expenditure on putting in Matt Gaetz and Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbard and Pete Hegseth by The way I love all those picks, I look at the Marco Rubio pick and I think, okay, I. This was surely a conversation with.
Stephen K. Bannon
You love it. You love it, you love it A little less is the way to say it. We love it a little less.
Mike Benz
Yeah, a little less. And, but that is, that is one of those situations where everything is going to run through State. State is, is the Mac Daddy over the CIA. State is where all this censorship came from in the first place. When you had a State Department that effectively betrayed the Trump administration 1.0 and did backchannel diplomacy with Europe to get censorship laws passed there that did backchannel diplomacy with Brazil to get laws, censorship laws passed there that did backchannel diplomacy with the tech companies in order to have them end up snaking the sitting President of the United States. It's State who's got effective control over US age, AGM and the Open Technology Fund over USAID, which is $50 billion worth of NGO firepower. It's State who back channels with the universities and the private sector companies because they all depend on State to negotiate on their behalf in order to maintain their profits as multinational corporations or banks. And so you need someone rock solid in there. And we have Marco Rubio.
Stephen K. Bannon
Benz, can you hang her for one second or short commercial break? Because I want to. This should be a teaching moment. I think it's very important for the war room posse and the cadres to fully understand. We've talked about a lot over the last couple of years, but this is a live fire exercise where you're selecting a director of the FBI and what this means for this movement going forward. The interconnections and how Mike Benz and his great, his great research and investigation can get you up to speed came from the first term of President Trump. Michael Benz in the war room next.
Cash Patel

Stephen K. Bannon
Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. Okay, this is a very important teaching moment, particularly in as we talk about the resistance and we talk about the fight. This movement has had, I don't know for the last 10 years or so when I posit that in this interregnum or this period, they're not stopping, they're trying to jam on media. They've been hit in the mouth, punching in the mouth and they're kind of scrambling. The ratings are dropping. Their foot soldiers don't want to watch anymore because they were lied and misled by these people. And if you go back and watch the election night coverage, you can really see how they were misled all the way up until the numbers started really coming in about 10:30, right around the time North Carolina was called. You could see the people at Howard University and then in msnbc, et cetera, start to realize the reality that Trump was going to win and win in a landslide, take all the battleground states, win the popular vote. It started to hit them. One of the things we're fighting for here, and I say that you can't stop because now in this period, we must start the process of seizing the institutions. This is a system that is corrupt and quite dangerous to its own citizens. We need to seize those institutions and purge and purify them and make sure that they're back to what the founders and the framers wanted, which was a limited government that provided just that government. You need to kind of help or assistant organizations of things to promote the well being, the general happiness, the liberty and freedom of its citizens, full stop. Conservatives have talked about this and written about this and had National Review and People Decade, President Reagan. And the leviathan grew. The leviathan grew. And now we're in a unique time in history. It's because of the coalition we put together with, quite frankly, people who used to be kind of Democrats, you know, Robert F. Kennedy, Nicole Shanahan, Tulsi Gabbard, Elon Musk, David Sachs. We're putting together this kind of libertarian now populist billionaire, right in the hard right of the populist nationalist movement. And we don't agree on everything. In fact, there's a lot we disagree on, but that's okay. Because we agree on certain of the fundamentals. And one of those is the deconstruction of the administrative state. Both the libertarian populist billionaires and us on the right understand that this beast, this leviathan is so outside the concept of what the framers in the revolutionary generation thought of. And we have a couple of, I don't know if I call them Sherpas or Force Recon, let's call them Marine Force Recon, you know, the Ranger battalions. A handful, just a handful of very smart, very dedicated, very tough individuals who before the Trump administration may have been around the rim, but within the Trump administration have been students of this and see it and they can report back. And our own Natalie Winters at a very young level, age is coming up to speed on that. And she's one of those. But one of the practitioners and one of the most impressive people in this is Mike Benz. After I left the White House, Mike Benz came over with Darren Beattie. I think Darren be just left the White House and Mike was on administration. And they walk through how we actually won in 2016 with the inadvertent help of big Tech who didn't quite understand what Cernovich and the Pepes and people were doing, but they were going to correct that. So Ben's knows that that intersection they talk about, intersectionality. We'll give you intersectionality of big Tech in big media, in Wall street, in the intelligence apparatus. Think about it. Tulsi's got 18 agencies that report to her with budgets, hundreds of billions of dollars and tens of thousands of practitioners. Mike Benz is someone who can take you through that. And so Mike Benz, the one thing I want for this cadre, for this audience, for the posse is this has to be a teaching moment for you because very few people come to this. This is the true wilderness of mirrors. And remember, the key in intelligence is always the misdirection play. So Ben, I want in this Cash Patel Rogers fight at the FBI to make sure that we get the posse totally up to speed with what's happening. Because and here's the power. And when I say seize the institutions, some of the institutions you're talking about, and I want to go back over it, were founded by people that were our forerunners in the anti communist movement. The Jesse Helms and others, the Ronald Reagan's. These things were set up to take on the Bolsheviks, to take on the global spread of communism. And it's been twisted and twisted and the guns have been turned on the populist nationalist movement. So Ben, walk us through one more time. And I want to give people access. One thing I love about you, you put up tremendous content and you make it accessible. And I will tell the audience this kind of stuff is addictive. Once you start understanding and how the pieces come together, you're going to sit there and go, wow, I now understand why Trump needs rfk. I now understand why Trump needs Tulsi Gabbard and Matt Gaetz and Cash Patel. Mike Benz, take it away, sir.
Mike Benz
Yeah, and on that note, we were just talking about Mike Rogers at the top of my X feed. If people want to get educated, it's ikebencyber. I have 5 post threads around the various networks that Mike Rogers has run his career through that are involved in all of this, from the Atlanta Council to the Mitre Corporation to the Harvard Belfer center to the iri. Steve, on your point about the origins of the persecution of populists coming from our diplomatic efforts to try to sway countries away from communism. That's exactly right. And in fact, these institutions, institution is such a watchword for the Blob, for the State Department, the intelligence community and the Pentagon. Institution has a sort of technical meaning there and it means asset asset of the foreign policy establishment. So they will refer to their suite of so called democratic institutions, which means institutions that promote democracy within the region, institutions at the university level, institutions at the media level, institutions at the NGO level, or even at the for profit level or at the government level. And we have codified into our foreign policy establishment playbooks, into our intelligence community playbooks, even to our defense playbooks this concept that populism is an attack on the institutions and therefore an attack on democracy. And so Ronald Reagan inherited a thorny problem in the early 1980s. The church committee hearings had just taken place in 1975 and 1976. They were hugely embarrassing to the central intellect intelligence agency, which at that point had had 30 years without any oversight by Congress. In fact, my pinned tweet on my ex Account is a 40 minute lecture on the history of the intelligence state. You can watch that to get immediately up to speed, but that will take you through this evolution. So in 1975, 1976, these church committee hearings were holding up very embarrassing things for the CIA, like the heart attack gun showing plausible deniability to induce a heart attack so that it wouldn't look like a bullet wound so that our spy agencies could assassinate people in the dark. It revealed things like Operation Chaos for the CIA to manipulate student newspapers on college campuses here in the US it revealed things Like Operation Mockingbird for global control of international media, Wisner's Wurlitzer, even things around the famous MK Ultra, all these things were hugely embarrassing to the CIA. And Jimmy Carter rode to power in 76 on the back of these scandals around the Central Intelligence Agency and went to war with them. He did the Halloween massacre, laying off 30% of the CIA in a single day. Massively slashed its budget. So Ronald Reagan inherited this problem where he wanted a robust anti communist capacity within the intelligence state, but could not get it past Congress which was already the Democrat. Congress was already opposed to many of the foreign intervention actions of the Reagan administration. So they came up with a cute trick around something called the National Endowment for Democracy, which was that instead of having the CIA do it, they would have it be funded by the State Department. Instead of calling regime change or soft power influence operations a cloak and dagger spy capacity, they would call it a democracy promotion capacity. And so we effectively used that to win the Cold War. This is how we were able to flood so much money into Europe, around Poland and around Hungary and around peeling off Soviet satellite states was because not everyone who participated had to have a national security clearance. We could onboard hundreds of institutions, hundreds of thousands, millions of people without it all being a cloak and dagger CIA shop. So NED was so celebrated as a CIA alternative, it was actually requested by Ronald Reagan's CIA Director William Casey in 1983 that in 1997 David Ignatius in the Washington Post said we don't even need to bother confirming a CIA director because the NED does all the effective things that the CIA used to do. Then Trump won in 2016 and suddenly it was not just Trump in the US, it was the Brexit movement in the UK it was Matteo Salvini in Italy, it was Marine Le Pen in France it was the Vox party in Spain it was the AfD party in Germany it was Bolsonaro in Brazil, it was Modi in India, it was ABE in Japan. And suddenly the entire rules based international order which had been completely controlled by the Blob, by these rogue institutions for eight decades, effectively was now in the hands of the people. We actually had a true democracy for a brief moment in time. The response was to use our democracy promotion programs to shut down democracy by labeling the new threat to democracy not communism, not terrorism, but populism. And this has been codified into the intelligence agency playbooks. It's been codified into the State Department in U.S. aGM and USAID, in DHS and the National Science foundation and the FBI itself. They View. And not just view, they put in writing, they put on video, they put in their playbooks. That populism must be stamped out in order to protect democracy. Well, we just elected a populist, so all of those programs have to go to donuts. They have to be X'd out entirely or their existential existence has to be threatened with the stroke of a pen. As Kamala Harris once said, seize the institutions.

This is so important, Ben's, what you're doing here. And I'm telling you, if we don't get Mike Benz in this government in President Trump's second term, there's a big problem because Ben's is one of the handful of guys that can connect dots. You're brilliant, you're tough, and a great patriot. Where do people go? I want to get access to all your content. So where do they go?
Mike Benz
Best place 24. 7 is ikebencyber. I probably do 50 to 100 posts a day with all the research here. If you want to learn more about the National Endowment for Democracy and the IRI networks that both Mike Rogers and Mark Rubio have a strong affiliation with, on my Foundation's website, it's foundationforfreedomonline.com we just published a big report yesterday about a stealth agreement reached between the CIA cutout and the State Department to prohibit public disclosure of their government grants. So they've effectively classified a private NGO which is funded entirely by the US State Department. They're not even trying to hide it anymore.
Stephen K. Bannon
Unbelievable. Mike, Ben's patron and hero. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
Mike Benz
Thanks, Steve.

Now, do you know why it's trending? Only cash for FBI. President Trump is a, is a blunt force instrument and he has delivered blunt force trauma to the system just two weeks, two weeks from today. Remember, think about it for a second, folks. Two weeks ago, right now, at what, a quarter of six Eastern Standard Time, you were on tenterhooks. You were very nervous. You felt, hey, I think he's going to win the landslide. A lot of people you know he's going to win 270. We were highly confident, but the other side was confident too. And by 10:00, 11:00 at night, the fog of war. We had a fairly good idea what was going to happen. The fight continues. It gets nastier and dirtier and deadlier. Next in the world.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. Welcome back. Other activity today, Republican senators started to return to President Trump put out a. President Trump put out true social. Also, rumor had it that maybe one or two members of the war room production apparatus might have put out a tweet or two. Also, we had the app going, right. The app was fired up. President Trump's very serious about this. I keep reposting a lot of this information. No Democrat senator, no Democrat judges, the three branches of government, the most permanent nature, lifetime appointments. And as Mike Davis said, these are the bottom of the barrel. These are guys, men and women that couldn't get through in normal times. Elizabeth Warren has called general quarters on this. It's absolutely jammed what they're trying to do and people have to go and you have to put your shoulder to the wheel and you got to use the procedural things to slow it down. We could turn over to President Trump, you know, I don't know, 20, 25 judicial slots. Think about what that would mean in the first six months of his second term. And right now we're on the cusp of Biden having put more judges in, I think over 300 than President Trump. Close to it. This is a fight worth having and this is why it needs to be in the Senate. All hands on deck. The Senate's got a lot of tough work and they shouldn't be sitting there spending time on an omnibus bill and for people telling President Trump always want to start with a clean slate, no, it's just going to bury the country further into debt and it's going to make the Doge guys what they're doing even harder. Someone down there has to kind of lay out the interconnective pieces of this for the president. So the Senate, we need the Senate right now, stopping judges and we need the Senate to combat what Rachel Maddows laid out is a pretty brilliant strategy. She wants, while they control the Senate, to start having many confirmation hearings to scuff up to, scar, I don't know, random people like Pete Hegseth and Matt Gaetz, those two in particular. And maybe we throw in Tulsi Gabbard in there, that all has to be stopped. That war has got to be fought up in the Senate, but it's got to be fought 24 7. It's going to take brains and toughness and stamina. That's why we got, you know, people that are traveling around the present, even people that are down in Mar a Lago, understand the Oregon transition is very important. But hey, some of that's going to do remote. He's just going to have to. Because we need all hands on deck up here in the House the same way you gotta get. We're not believers in CR, but if a CR gets us to kick it down the road for 30 or 60 or 90 days into past January 20th, when Trump controls it, and this is why I think it's very important for the president now to like, I don't know, name Russ Vogt back at omb. Russ is the man. He knows every number. He was with you in the first term and did a magnificent job. And we have so many tough things to work on, including Vivek and Elon in the Doge team. Right? Lead story. Lead story right here in the New York Times today. The beloved New York Times. Chop first and fix later. How Musk tames cost. Well, hey, maybe that's not a bad way to do it. But that all dovetails into this appropriations process. We do not need to approve a six or six and a half trillion dollar budget and appropriate that when we believe it might be a trillion dollars of either taking programs and departments out or just cuts of waste, fraud and abuse. Don't vote for it and then have to do it. Do it all at once. This is what the House should be doing right now. This work is going on nonstop and you have to get these amazing nominees ready for confirmation. And my recommendation is that you flooded the zone, you put people on the back foot. You got so much going on they can't comprehend. The second wave of that takes place in the first week of January where you then go up in confirmation. You go as a team, you flood the zone. You make them, you know, have 10 hearings starting on a Tuesday because we're all ready, we're ready to go and soon you got to slot them in. That'll take the pressure off some of the more problematic candidates. And their couple of candidates got a little hair on them. We're big boys and girls. Is Michael and by the way, publicsquare.com make sure you go to publicsquare.com Seifert and the team he's built an alternative to the economy of people that hate you, people that hate. No Mike Lindell. No, Mike Lindell might be on a plane. Patriotsquare.com Seifert this great guy came out of marketing technology in Silicon Valley. Seifert wanted a company that both gave access to entrepreneurs to reach a patriot audience and also patriots to be able to get products and services from people that support your values. Every company we have up here supports value. Now you get publicsquared.com it's publicly traded. You can go check it out today. And also my Patriot Supply, Joe Reek and the team. Reek is the VP over there and get access to him. If you just started this whole idea of preparation what they call preppers, but the preparation of thinking downrange of what I may need. They're the best in the best in class. So mypatre supply.com go check that out and talk it on a consultant with Joe Reek and his team. I've got Philip Patrick and I'm a whole Philip Patrick to the top of the hour, the six o'clock hour. Also there's a lot of nonsense going on from Pennsylvania to California throughout the country there's voting. How can they have not accounted this vote? How is California still in play now we're down 100 votes in one of the districts out there by where I used to live and we can have a House seat stolen from us. Everyone's vitally important. Also they're trying to get Trump's number below 50% and they're trying to get him that the popular votes closest. He's got no mandate. MSNBC every night to the 50 people still watching. He's got no mandate. Well, he does have a mandate. He won the popular vote. He'll end up over 50% won the popular vote, won all the battleground states, including Nevada and 312 electoral votes. That's a mandate, folks. Sorry. Not sorry. Okay. We a lot to get to the evening edition, late afternoon, early evening edition of the War Room. There's a lot of fighting going on all over the imperial capital, as it should be. Philip Patrick's going to come over and talk about the Treasury. One of the nastiest, nastiest brutal fights to get some nominees is coming out of coming out of Treasury. Although Howard Lutnick today announced that he was going to be the secretary. President Trump announced that his head of transition is going to be the secretary of Commerce. The other co head, McMahon is going to be the secretary of education. So a lot going on down in Mar a Lago. We'll get it all up to speed to you and talked about the fights ahead. Short commercial break Back in the WAR in just a moment.

Warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts. First, think back to 9, 11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act. This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet. Now Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence and New York Times best Selling authority, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact, some of the guests I've had on the War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms or even vote maga, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money. Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to rickardswarroom.com that's recordswaroom.com now to.

Summary of Episode 4068: Fear Around Trump Endorsements; Next Round Of Appointees
Bannon's War Room, hosted by WarRoom.org and Stephen K. Bannon, delivers comprehensive and up-to-the-minute discussions on pressing political and social issues. In Episode 4068, released on November 20, 2024, the conversation centers around Donald Trump's ongoing legal battles, internal struggles within influential media figures like Alex Jones, and the strategic maneuvers surrounding the appointment of key figures in the incoming administration.
The episode opens with a discussion about former President Donald Trump's legal challenges. Trump addresses his criminal hush money case, revealing that the Manhattan District Attorney (DA) has agreed to postpone sentencing rather than dismiss the case entirely.
Donald Trump [00:00]: Announces the DA's decision to postpone sentencing.
Stephen K. Bannon [00:07]: Mentions Trump's conviction, stating, “The president elect was found guilty of.”
Donald Trump [00:09]: Details the charges: “34 felony counts of falsifying business records,” making him the “first convicted felon elected to the nation's highest office."
Bannon elaborates on the DA's stance, emphasizing their intent to defend the conviction and the expectation that the case will likely be appealed, thereby postponing sentencing. The DA's letter underscores the principle that no individual, including the president, is above the law.
A significant portion of the episode delves into the tumultuous situation faced by Alex Jones, a prominent media figure known for his platform Infowars. Jones discusses the legal and financial battles surrounding the ownership and control of his media assets.
Alexander Jones [03:51]: Narrates the conflict with The Onion and other entities attempting to seize control of Infowars. He accuses them of orchestrating fraudulent auctions and undermining his brand.
Stephen K. Bannon [08:41]: Questions whether the antagonists aim to degrade Infowars into a parody site.
Jones responds by detailing the legal maneuvers and alleged conspiracies involving major organizations and the Justice Department to dismantle Infowars. He highlights the financial repercussions, including significant drops in sales for Infowars Store and Alex Jonestore.com, attributing these losses to deliberate sabotage.
Alexander Jones [09:07]: Claims malicious intent to destroy his brand by promoting misinformation and undermining his business operations.
Stephen K. Bannon [41:37]: Commends Mike Benz for his investigative work and underscores the importance of media figures like Jones in the broader resistance movement.
The conversation shifts to the critical issue of appointing the next FBI Director, a position pivotal to the incoming administration's agenda. There is a notable tension between potential candidates Mike Rogers and Cash Patel, with speculation about their suitability and alignment with President Trump's objectives.
Stephen K. Bannon [02:25]: Introduces the topic of FBI Director appointments, mentioning Mike Rogers and Cash Patel as primary contenders.
Cash Patel [15:00]: Emphasizes the importance of addressing national debt and deficits, advocating for financial diversification through investments in gold, promoting Birch Gold Group’s services.
Mike Benz [19:34]: Discusses the existential nature of the fight over the FBI Director position, highlighting the need for alignment between the Justice Department and the FBI to effectively support Trump's agenda.
Mike Benz [27:31]: Explores the implications of appointing Mike Rogers, citing his involvement with the Atlanta Council and alleged efforts to censor social media platforms against populist movements.
Bannon criticizes Mike Rogers, suggesting his background with intelligence and censorship efforts makes him unsuitable for the role, advocating instead for Cash Patel as a more aligned choice.
Central to the episode is the theme of resisting entrenched institutional powers perceived as hostile to the populist and nationalist movements championed by Trump and his allies. Bannon discusses strategies to "seize the institutions" to purge corruption and realign government operations with foundational democratic principles.
Stephen K. Bannon [16:20]: Advocates for seizing corrupt institutions to restore limited government as envisioned by the founders, emphasizing the coalition between libertarian populists and conservative movements.
Mike Benz [35:23]: Provides historical context on the manipulation of democratic institutions by longstanding organizations like the National Endowment for Democracy, tracing their influence back to the Cold War era and their role in undermining populist movements globally.
Bannon underscores the necessity of this institutional takeover, juxtaposing it against the efforts of the "Blob" and established power structures to maintain control through censorship and suppression of dissenting voices.
Throughout the episode, various promotional segments advertise products and services aligned with the show's conservative and populist messaging. These include:
Birch Gold Group: Encourages listeners to diversify their savings into physical gold, highlighting a promotion for a free silver eagle with purchases.
Home Title Lock: Warns of property title theft and offers protective services.
Public Square: Promotes a platform connecting consumers with businesses that align with their values.
War Room Health: Advocates for health supplements and heart-healthy products, offering discounts with the code "War Room."
In the concluding segments, Bannon reflects on the ongoing battles within the Senate to block Democrat-appointed judges and emphasizes the urgency of the Senate's role in confirming nominees aligned with Trump's agenda. He calls for a coordinated effort to flood the confirmation process with suitable candidates to prevent the deepening of the current political gridlock.
The episode wraps up with a reinforced message of perseverance in the face of institutional opposition, urging listeners to remain active and engaged in supporting the populist movement.
Donald Trump [00:09]: “34 felony counts of falsifying business records in this case, making him the first convicted felon elected to the nation's highest office.”
Stephen K. Bannon [00:14]: “The district attorney is saying that they want to defend the conviction in this case… the concept that no one is above the law.”
Alexander Jones [09:07]: “They are going to destroy his brand… these are the true believers… They have just like… have their lawfare against you and against Trump.”
Stephen K. Bannon [16:20]: “We need to seize those institutions and purge and purify them and make sure that they're back to what the founders and the framers wanted.”
Mike Benz [19:34]: “This is an existential fight… too dangerous to put someone in there who is going to try to hide things from a Justice Department that is not on the same page.”
Stephen K. Bannon [41:13]: “If we don't get Mike Benz in this government in President Trump's second term, there's a big problem because Ben's is one of the handful of guys that can connect dots.”
This episode of Bannon's War Room underscores the persistent legal and political battles faced by Donald Trump and his allies, highlighting the strategic resistance against established institutional powers. Through in-depth discussions and unfiltered narratives from key figures like Alex Jones and Mike Benz, the episode paints a picture of an ongoing struggle to reshape the American political landscape in alignment with populist and nationalist ideals.
