This care for minors. So if Tennessee is successful, if the Supreme Court, in essence, sides with the government of Tennessee, I think that will open the door to the types of federal bans on this care, not only for minors, but for adults, too.
Interviewer
For adults, too, you think?
Transgender Advocate
I do. I do. And I think that's one of the things we should be really concerned about. We're hearing a lot about young people can't consent to this care, but it is their parents consenting to this care. And at the end of the day, we have adults who live as transgender people, people like myself who have families who are part of communities who are part of this society. And if the incoming administration bans our healthcare, that is essentially excising us from this country.
Conservative Commentator
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. Christians not get a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
Interviewer
It's going to happen.
Stephen K. Bannon
And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
Conservative Commentator
Ask yourself, what is my task and.
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
What is my purpose?
Conservative Commentator
If that answer is to save my.
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
Country, this country will be saved.

War room.
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
Here's your host, Stephen K. B.
Stephen K. Bannon
You're here in the war room. It's Wednesday for December in the year of our Lord 2024. And I know some of you maybe thought I was just playing you a little trailer segment of Wicked. I know that person looks like a munchkin, but it's not. It's ACLU's co director for their LGBT and HIV project, also the first transgender ever to argue in front of Supreme Court. I'm sure that's exactly what our founding fathers created this great country for today. Obviously, I'm sure you guys know we focused on it on yesterday's battleground show with Steve and Terry Schilling. Today, the Supreme Court heard arguments about transgender youth care, however you want to phrase it or term it, about a law out in Tennessee. The suit. The case was originally brought by the Biden regime, but it was ACLU lawyers like the one you just saw arguing it today. And yes, you're right. In that clip, I was about to say, he. I don't even really know what pronoun to use, so we'll just go with they argues that two year olds know what their gender is, so they should just be allowed to change it. And apparently if you don't, you're excising all of the thems from American society. But I think today's hearing, all jokes aside, exposes the absurdity of this movement and of course, this moment. But I think it's a moment where we can finally catch our breath and wake up and realize the slow, long term anesthetization of this country, of the American people, to just the erosion of normal, the erosion of, I think probably most poignantly, the nuclear family. The backbone not just of Western civilization, but especially here in the United States of America. Right. It's a culturally Marxist assault that I think Anthony Gramsci would be proud, if not envious of. Right. And transgenderism is and always has been a sort of Trojan horse, maybe we should call it what a transgender horse. For a myriad of so many other issues that are all about not just, frankly, depopulation and destroying traditional gender roles in the nuclear family, but it's all interlinked and interwoven, whether it's feminism, the who when UN going after with their reared population control agendas and the idea that because of climate change you shouldn't have have kids. Right. It's all cut from the same cloth. And that cloth that they like to cut from always seems to jeopardize and harm innocent young American children. But I want to get really granular here for a second. You guys know, a lot of my reporting as of late has been on the resistance, or at least the left wing part of it. We have to clarify because we've seen a lot of right wing resistance from our Republican betters over in the Senate. But here's the other buried lead of what happened today. Like I said, it's the ACLU that's presenting a lot of the arguments today. Well, it's also the ACLU that's the tip of the spear, not just of the entire Resistance 2.0 movement, but they're also leading the charge on all things to oppose President Trump's mass deportation agenda. Right. There's sort of the legal law fair apparatus of the new resistance. And you can see right there, that's a whole press release and report that they put out how Biden can act now to limit Trump's mass deportation agenda. Right. They want to Trump proof, I don't know, a version of America where criminal, illegal alien and rapists are allowed to continue doing just that, committing crimes and raping and killing Americans. And I don't Know, making sure that what, tens of thousands of people from backwards, perverse countries like Haiti can continue to inundate and flood the reddest of red American towns. That's apparently one of your civil liberties, according to the aclu. Yeah, the civil liberty to have your dog or cat eaten by a Haitian refugee. I'm sure, I'm sure that they would be defending. Although I'm sure they're probably somehow linked to the Haitian Bridge alliance, which actually did sue, what was it, J.D. vance and President Donald J. Trump for daring to speak out on that story, which if I'm not mistaken, just yesterday there actually was a Springfield woman who was arrested for eating a cat. Now, the aclu, because they just have to take it a step further, believe it or not, they actually went out of their way to sue the incoming Trump administration to try to get ahead of time, their battle plans, their legal jujitsu strategy as to how they actually want to carry out the mass deportations. In other words, they want to make sure that they can provide cover and ample time to illegal aliens so they can best avoid ice. They can best avoid deportations, because that makes sense. That's what the American Civil Liberties Union should be doing, right? Making sure that criminal, illegal aliens who aren't citizens and are criminals should be enjoying a wonderful, taxpayer subsidized, fantastic quality of life here in the United States. But let's even go a step further because even just today, the ACLU is now working, getting ready to sue again the incoming Trump administration to shut down immigrant detention centers again. Apparently that's one of your civil liberties as an American. You get to be neighbors with a criminal illegal migrant who, I don't know, take your pick, is either going to kill your dog or is it going to kill your daughter? I think Lake and Riley's family would like a word with you, aclu, Right. But it's even worse than that because the ACLU has been on the wrong, culturally Marxist degenerate side of virtually every single issue that this country is facing. Right. The book bans that they melted down about, they were really upset that your 6 year old grandkid or kid couldn't read genderqueer or any form of grooming pedophilia content in their public school classrooms. The ACLU was adamant that they could sue for that. Oh, and they were also really adamant that they should be able to sue, guess this, for voting rights, another euphemistic term which I think really only means voter fraud. And in fact, ACLU was so up in arms about it. Let's put those articles up on screen. They actually rolled out a bunch of drag queens to create an event to defend your right to vote. The drag queen's helping you vote. That's a very serious organization. I'm sure they should have a 501 tax exempt status and then get ready because the ACLU also feels the need to tell you that when you say that fraud is happening when they take so long to count ballots out in California. Well, counting the vote can and should take time. Thank you, aclu. I really trust you guys as arbiters of truth because you've told me what 2 year olds can make decisions about their gender. Drag queens should help you vote. And illegal aliens are citizens who deserve the full faith and credit of the United States of America because, well, I don't really know why. So don't mind if I don't take you at your word when you say that counting the vote can. Shouldn't take time. And frankly, the fact that you endorse that proves to me that the War Room's theory that that's when you guys steal these elections, that we're right and what this really comes down to, in my humble opinion. Right. We obviously call ACLU and all those stupid left wing activist groups the Resistance. And apparently we're the ones who are engaged in retribution. But you know what? We're actually the ones who are engaged in resistance resisting against not just a globalist oligarchic takeover of the United States, that they're using cultural issues like transgenderism to usher in that change. But it's all linked. Like I just walked you through. It's the same organizations and entities that are funding and bankrolling and using lawfare to achieve this agenda because they want retribution against you. And we know they always deal in projection. And I'm not just saying that because Tim Walts was the one that called us weird. Well, bro, why don't you look at the lawyer that you have defending your side in the Supreme Court today? I mean, the last name is literally Strangio. Didn't take a dunk on that one, but I think you're picking up what I'm putting down there. But they want retribution against us because we dare to say that. You know what? I don't want my kids to be trans or gay. I don't want to give away my entire life savings to a border that is any border other than the United States, Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, you name it. So under that framing, let's toss up the latest Politico article breaking just 40 minutes ago. Let's read the headline on this one. Biden White House is discussing preemptive pardons for those in Trump's crosshairs. Well, the brilliant Jonathan Martin, who I frankly I think is the worst host on msnbc. I would humbly suggest that you change your headline because it's not pardons for people who are in Trump's crosshairs, it's pardons for people who've committed crimes. And you know that. You know that very well. Otherwise you wouldn't be having these discussions because they wouldn't need pardons because, well, I've been told by you guys, send them to court, let's have a trial. If the evidence doesn't show it, it's totally fine. Right? That's what you said about Donald Trump. By the way, some of the names mentioned in that article, you got Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff just to start. Right. These people are up to their old tricks and they always have been. Now I want to play a very concerning clip speaking of a globalist resistance form of retribution against President Donald J. Trump in the form of known, I guess we'll call him, vaccine prostitute, Dr. Peter Hotez. Let's roll the clip of Dr. Peter Hotez saying that on January 21st, suddenly, magically, another pandemic is going to happen.
Dr. Peter Hotez
Here's the reason why we need to care about this stuff, Nicole, is that we have some big picture stuff coming down the pike starting on January 21st. Mr. Bloomberg mentioned H5N1 that I'm really worried about. It's all over wild birds on the western part of the United States and going up in the north. It's getting into the poultry. We're seeing sporadic human cases, no human to human transmission yet. But that could happen. It's in the cattle, it's in the milk. And that's just the beginning. We have another major coronavirus likely brewing in Asia. We've had SARS in 2002, SARS 2 COVID 19 in 2019. And we know these viruses are jumping from bats to people thousands of times a year. But there's still more. We know that we have a big problem with mosquito transmitted viruses all along the Gulf coast where I am here in Texas or expecting dengue and possibly Zika virus coming back or a pooch virus, maybe even yellow fever. And there's more than we have all, all this sharp rise in vaccine preventable diseases going up because of in part the anti vaccine activism that's so prominent right now. We have a five fold rise in pertussis cases, whooping cough over the last year, 15 measles outbreaks. This year we've got polio that's been in the wastewater in New York State. All that's going to come crashing down on January 21st on the Trump administration. We need a really, really good team to be able to handle this.
Stephen K. Bannon
Yeah. Well, I'm a very proud anti big pharma activist, Dr. Peter Hotez, because I think in that clip, all the money that you've taken from Pfizer, Moderna, pick your poison, it's kind of showing. Maybe you should try to couch it just, just a little bit. But you heard him right there January 21st. Now I texted Steve, I said, wow, that's actually quite considerate of the Peter, Peter Hotez pandemic brigade to give us at least one day without subjecting us to yet another pandemic public health crisis scare. Right. It's almost as much of a perversion of the word pandemic and public health as the transgender movement is to man and woman. But you know what else they've really perverted, and I use that word intentionally, I guess the idea of being an ex convict or what it means to even be a convict anymore. And I'm not just talking about Stephen K. Bannon, because apparently, thank God on January 20, being a convict for being a political prisoner, being persecuted by the Biden regime like none other than Peter Navarro. Well, that now lands you becoming the senior counselor for trade and manufacturing for President Donald J. Trump. And none other than our very own Monica Crowley, who I am honored to call a dear friend of mine being nominated for Chief Protocol Officer, Assistant Secretary of State and Ambassador of the United States. Now, just a note for Nancy Pelosi, who thought that she was going to break this show and break Stephen K. Bannon. Not only did you give me four months of practicing exactly this, but I'm pretty sure that Dr. Peter Navarro and Dr. Monica Crowley were two of the fill in guest hosts for Stephen K. Bannon. So thank you for letting them add war room guest host to their resume, the very same resume that Donald Trump chose and selected them out of a host of qualified candidates to take those positions and make this country great again, both via the State Department and on manufacturing policy. So thank you for the resume boost, Nancy Pelosi, from the bottom of our hearts here in the War Room. And I'm sure Monica Crowley and Dr. Pinot Navarro share my sentiment. We got Sam Faddis, Mike Davis, a very packed show. We'll be right back.
Conservative Commentator

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann. You're back in the war room where I guess we got to start a countdown. Not just what, the 48, 46 days to Trump's inauguration, but apparently the 47 days to the outbreak of the next bird flu. Bird flu pandemic. It's so wild how all these big pharma cronies have such a sixth sense and the ability to forecast pandemics. It's so wild. They're so clairvoyant. They're such, I don't know, experts. Well, let's bring on an actual expert, and that is Sam Faddis who joins us now. Obviously the audience loves you. You always give us the correct spin on what is going on globally. But before we hit what's going on in Ukraine, obviously always developments going on there. I'm just curious your thoughts on the sort of resurgence of pandemic talk, particularly bird flu. I've seen mit, New York Times, MSNBC come out and endorse the idea that a bird flu pandemic just be right around the corner.
Sam Faddis
Yeah, it's mind boggling to me the extent to which these people, this individual and so many others do not understand that the American people do not believe them anymore, that they have no credibility, that frankly, the vast majority of the American people are waiting for the part where we get some accountability for the lies we've been told, for the damage that's been done by forcing people to take vaccines that have serious negative medical consequences. They seem to think that they can do the essentially run the same scam forever. Right. As if we haven't learned. Okay, look, we gave you the benefit of the doubt one time. We trusted you. You did horrifying things in the interest of destroying civil liberties and making billions of dollars. And we're never going to let you do it again.
Stephen K. Bannon
I think it's also worth noting in that Politico piece I was discussing in the open about how we're discussing pardons for people who are in Trump's crosshairs. No, it's pardons for people who committed crimes. Also mentioned in that article is none other than, you guessed it, Anthony Fauci. But speaking of people who've probably laundered money, that brings me back to Ukraine. There's news breaking today. I'm just reading a headline now. Blinken says Ukraine needs to get younger people fighting Russia. I guess that's what. Cause they already had all the octogenarians go out and try to fight Russia, too. But I'm just curious, Sam, because there sort of seems to be these competing narratives. They act like they're winning the war. They use that as justification to continue ramming through in these final dozens of days, billions of dollars, yet now they're saying they need younger people. Can you sort of make sense of the madness or is this really just all one huge money laundering scam?
Sam Faddis
Well, it's a tragedy for sure. And I gotta tell you, when we start talking about this kind of stuff, I get so angry at certain points. It's a little hard to stay focused by that. You know, guys who have never heard a shot fired in anger now telling the Ukrainians to draft and pull into the conflict younger and younger men to serve as cannon fodder. I mean, anybody who's gone abroad is well aware that huge numbers of Ukrainian men have fled the country and are living outside the country because they long ago figured out that this was a no win situation and they weren't going to get ground up in this meat grinder. I get it. That the defense contractors are rolling in cash and God knows how much, nobody knows how much money is just being siphoned off in Ukraine and ending up in bank accounts. I'm sure that in Lake Geneva and Switzerland, there are all sorts of Ukrainians buying brand new houses on the lake with the money they've skimmed off of this. I mean, it's disgusting. And the idea you got senior officials like Blinken just saying, yeah, let's do more of it. Let's pour money in. Let's make it worse. It's horrifying, really. It's time been long that Trump's said this for a long time and he's dead on. Get him to the negotiating table and end the conflict, period.
Stephen K. Bannon
When speaking of ending conflict, I'm just curious your thoughts jumping over to what's kind of transpiring now in Syria and just more broadly the Middle east, why you think particularly the timeline of events are unfolding as they are, particularly, particularly in Syria. Is this something that you think is happening because they're scared of Trump coming to power? They realize that there's a bit of a power vacuum with a lame duck Joe Biden or why do you think it's happening now?
Sam Faddis
I think what you have is a confluence of events. You got a lot of ripple effects which all emanate from really, really bad American foreign policy and national supposed national security decisions. The Russians who were propping up the regime forces, of course, have been all sucked into the war in Ukraine. The Iranians are now sucked into a conflict with the Israelis that indirectly restarted. Right. So now the balance of power that did exist in this kind of fractured mess that is Syria has fallen apart. And now you have people taking advantage of this. But this is just these kind of domino effect is going to continue. These are all ripple effects from the fact that our policies are creating instability. We're the ones one way or the other, indirectly, in some cases directly generating all of this chaos. And it's going to get worse. Right now, the Iraqi Shia militias in Iraq, the Iranian Shia militias in Iraq are talking about marching into this war. You know, the Turks are talking about pushing more forces in. The Kurds in Iraq are getting sucked into this. This is exactly how these kind of conflicts spiral out of control. And the next thing you know, you're looking at a world war. That's what you're looking at. Because I would say incompetence, but that's too kind. What the Biden administration has done is not incompetence. It's deliberate.
Stephen K. Bannon
Well, and I think the intentionality, Kerry is really going to be all the way through to their final dying days. And I'm just curious for your thoughts, because when I sit here and see we've always said that the world is on fire, it seems like we're closer than ever to World War Three. But it looks to me like they want to hand President Trump, the most complicated, complex, interwoven, tangled web, nest of vipers type situation of global affairs, with every single region quite literally being on fire.
Sam Faddis
Yeah, well, I think that you're right. I mean, again, I was going to say irresponsible, but again, that's too kind because it's not incompetence, fecklessness, it's deliberate. Just look at Ukraine. They're doing everything they can, they being whoever's really running this government, to ensure that by the time Donald Trump enters the White House, the conflict is so out of control that he can't end it. Let me say that again. They're trying to make sure that there cannot be peace, that we can't resolve this, that he is stuck with something that he can't fix. He's inherited a war. And that includes the fact that about every five minutes, Vladimir Putin threatens to nuke some target in Europe, including running, like videos of simulations of nuking London. That's how close we are to the precipice. And these people just keep pushing us closer and closer. I mean, it's immoral is what it is. You're talking about hundreds of millions of lives hanging in the balance, and these guys are playing with that.
Stephen K. Bannon
Sam, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with all of your analysis. Where can they go for all that and so much more?
Sam Faddis
Best place to go is to and Magazine, our magazine. We run on Substack and magazine.
Stephen K. Bannon
Thank you as always, for joining me. We'll have you back soon, of course. And Warren Posse. In the meantime, you can Also check out birchgold.com Bannon give Philip Patrick a call. The resistance is not just limited to immigration or transgenderism or any of these other issues. They want to, like Sam just said, destroy the United States dollar. Gotta also check out AmFest 2. It's AmFest.com you can use promo code war room. I think I will be there. Steve will be there. The whole team will be there. So you can come and say, hi, Denver, if we can roll this clip of Norm Eisen, I would appreciate to trigger the audience just a little bit more.
Norm Eisen
It has a double edge to it because with the individualization of content, individual podcasters, YouTubers, think about all the substacks. A few of them are a group, but most of them are individuals. It can become unless you have very strict State censorship, and this is more abroad, but it can become more difficult to just censor everything. You know, in the old days, you just censor the networks. If you're an autocrat now you have all these individuals and so there's a more differentiated message. But as we know, some of the most successful ones with millions and millions of followers are Joe Rogan or within substack, Barry Weiss, the kind of right wing people. And so that's a challenge. That's a challenge for us. And, but that speaks to the bottom up point that Asha made. And we're, we're just in a, we're in a period of transition which is obvious to everyone.
Stephen K. Bannon
Well, just a friendly suggestion to color revolution extraordinaire, Norm Eisen, if your theory of the case and the lies that you're trying to sell and frankly, the agenda to the American people is so woefully unpopular that without, and I quote, strict state censorship, you find it to be a, quote, challenge to get people to buy into your ideas. Well, Norm, maybe that means that people don't want to buy what you're selling because what you're selling is globalism and it is and always has been. And now you're trying to couch it under the term of like that event that I just played a clip from he did today at the Brookings Institution, the Democratic backsliding under President Donald J. Trump because he's apparently an autocrat and an authoritarian. Well, Norm, last time I checked, it was what, 48 hours ago that you were on CNN defending the pardon of Hunter Biden. So if you want an example of what cronyism and frankly what crony capitalism is that, we can start the clock on that one going back all the way to 2014, not just to the pardon, then look in the mirror because you're an example of not just everything that you pretend to hate about President Donald J. Trump, but everything that you have smeared the good hard working men and women who compose this audience of being. So save me the moralizing and spare me the lectures about Democratic backsliding when you're defending a pardon of Hunter Biden, America's princeling in true form of the Chinese Communist Party, also known as the Biden family's business partner. That's an authoritarian regime, not Donald J. Trump. Mike Davis, after the short break.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. You are back in the war room where you got to be checking out warpath coffee, of course. Sacred human health for the beef liver rebels, rogues and outlaws, government gangsters. We are joined now by the one and only Mike Davis, who I want to bring on. But Mike, I want to trigger you, so I'm going to play a clip for you. I've already played it for the audience, but I just want to get your raw, unfiltered response. Denver I'm assuming that you know exactly what clip I'm talking about. Let's play. Mr. I'm not making this up. Strangio.
Transgender Advocate
A law that is banning this care for minors. So if Tennessee is successful, if the Supreme Court in essence sides with the.
Stephen K. Bannon
Government, that's, that's, that's all that I need to see. It's so bad. MIKE davis, the CNN headline as of now is that the SCOTUS conservative majority appears ready to endorse Tennessee law banning gender affirming care for minors. Obviously a lot of euphemistic spin there, but can you sort of give the audience a substantive breakdown of what we saw transpire at the Supreme Court today?
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
So Tennessee outlawed what they call gender affirming care, which means pills and surgeries to mutilate kids. Right? It should be a non controversial law. States clearly have the police power to regulate medical procedures, including cutting off the genitals of two year old kids. Everyone should be for this. But apparently there's a part of America who thinks that not only should this be able to happen, that the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution, the equal protection clause enacted after the Civil War to free black slaves and give African Americans equal rights in due process under the law, they seem to think that we fought The Civil War so woke parents can cut off the genitals of their two year old kids. And so that's the issue before the Supreme Court of the United States. You have Tennessee outlawing this gender mutilation. And then there is a challenge under the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment. Basically saying because of the 14th amendment, states somehow lose their power to outlaw this gender mutilation of kids. This should be a nine to nothing decision. Unfortunately, there are three Democrats appointees to the Supreme Court who are absolutely insane because they think that somehow the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause allows this barbaric mutilation of kids, including 2 year olds. And so now the Supreme Court's hearing this case. The Tennessee law was affirmed by the federal appellate court and then the Supreme Court took cert on this case. Who knows how this can turn out. I think there are at least five votes to affirm the appellate court and uphold this law. It's a common sense law. And think about this. The Supreme Court just reversed Roe versus Wade and said that there is not a federal constitutional right to abortion under the 14th Amendment and many other amendments. The constitutional soup that the liberals used to make up Roe versus Wade. So now why would the Supreme Court come back just a couple years later and say, wait, there is a constitutional soup that protects parents from mutilating their two year old kids. I mean again, this should be nine to nothing if we had sane, rational justices who follow the law. Let's see how this turns out.
Stephen K. Bannon
I also couldn't think of a more perfect guest to have on with this Politico story breaking. I'll read the headline again. Biden White House is discussing preemptive pardons for those in Trump's crosshairs. Again, I told Jonathan Martin I do not like the framing of that article. Mike Davis, some of the names they tossed around. Anthony Fauci, Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff. I think that's quite incomplete. I know we aren't allowed to use the word enemy or enemies list, let alone together. But your thoughts on the article and more importantly, who's missing?
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
Well, I would say this. If they've done nothing wrong, if they haven't violated any federal criminal statutes, why are they worried about issuing pardons? The fact that they're talking about preemptive pardons for these bad actors maybe, just maybe means that they've committed federal crimes. I can think of, for example, Tony Fauci. He funded Covid in the Wuhan lab illegally. Then he lied about it, including lying about it before Congress. He conspired with others to obstruct justice and cover this up. It caused what, trillions of dollars and damage around the world. It killed millions of people. It destroyed our lives for how many years? So, yeah, maybe, just maybe, Tony Fauci does need a pardon. Liz Cheney, she destroyed. She obstructed justice and tampered with witnesses and got them to change their stories to make up her January 6th narrative to try to take out her political opponents. Yeah, it sounds like Liz Cheney does need a pardon. I think there are a lot of people who may need pardons from Biden. I think Biden pardons Hunter Biden, who was the leader of the Biden crime family, the bag man, at least. And so maybe Joe Biden should also pardon himself and the rest of the Biden family members who took $23 million. In counting that, House Oversight Chairman James Comer has been able to identify through bank records that went into what seems like every Biden's bank account from these shady foreign actors. What were they buying from the Bidens? And so it would be nice if they got pardons, too. I would also pardon Jack Smith and Jay Bratz and Alvin Bragg and Matthew Colangelo and Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade and Tish James and Arthur Geron and Juan Merchand. And so many of these other Democrat operatives who ran this illegal criminal conspiracy against rights against President Trump, his top aides, Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro who went to prison. His supporters on January 6th who were politically persecuted, yes, persecuted under the Supreme Court's Fisher ruling. Parents targeted by the FBI for expressing their outrage at gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in bathrooms. Christians, including a 75 year old Christian going to prison for praying at an abortion clinic while the other side gets amnesty. I'd say Matthew Graves in D.C. the January 6th Prosecutors and units could probably use pardons. There's a lot of people who could use these Biden pardons because they clearly violated federal criminal statutes when they politicized and weaponized the Biden Justice Department to go after their political enemies. We forgot about Andrew Weissman, Norm Eisen. I mean, there are so many people. I always talk about having my, my six lists as President Trump's acting attorney general. Then I became the viceroy when that triggered people too much. But they could just use my prosecution lists for their pardon lists.
Stephen K. Bannon
I think you're missing Victoria Nuland and Eric Holder. I would also humbly submit them. I'm just curious, though. I love analyzing language and I think it's so funny how they used to Smear Trump as death to democracy. And now they're really focused on this autocratic breakthrough and democratic backsliding. In other words, giving them the pretext to sort of then launch their color revolution. Because Trump is now in action, in effect coming after our apparent civil liberties that the ACLU is defending, which include two year olds being able to become trans and illegal aliens, be able to commit crimes and not get deported. Try to make that make sense. You can't. But they melt down over, you know, for instance, that famous clip of Cash Patel here on the War room saying, we're coming after you. Those of you in the media, those of you who've conspired against the American people. And it's like, am I living in an alternate reality? These people have come after us for decades, actually. Right?
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
Yeah. This started with Crossfire Hurricane. They made up the Russian collusion hoax to protect Hillary Clinton's corruption in 2016. They did the same thing with Hunter Biden's laptop, with 2020, the CIA working with 51 former intel officials. And then they ran the law fair against Trump, the Mar A Lago raid to go get back the Crossfire Hurricane records. And then they brought these indictments to try to destroy Trump legally, politically, financially. And look, there have to be severe legal, political and financial consequences for this criminal conspiracy against Trump, his top aides and his supporters and allies. And, and if they've done nothing wrong, they don't need a pardon. If they've done nothing wrong, they don't have to worry about investigations or indictments. But if they've done something wrong, I would say this, they should lawyer up because nobody's above the law. Remember, they always told us that if a grand jury indicts them, then they shouldn't, then these charges are legitimate. So, you know, when there's a grand jury indictment down in the Southern District of Florida for 18 US section 241 conspiracy against rights, they can say it was a grand jury that indicted them. And then if they've done nothing wrong, they can, you know, they can present their evidence to the jury and then the jury can decide. And so it's, you know, it's, they politicized and weaponized intel agencies and law enforcement under Obama and on steroids under Biden to go after political enemies for non crimes. I actually think they should face accountability for their real crimes.
Stephen K. Bannon
Well, and then I think they even take it a step further, right, because then they smear Trump is wanting to appoint the L Word loyalists to his cabinet. And it's like well, when you've come after him for decades, no wonder why you want to appoint people who are not loyal personally to President Donald J. Trump, but are loyal to America. And I guess that's such a radical proposal for globalists like Victoria Nuland and the Pardon Brigade, the Hillary Clintons of the world. But your thought on sort of that framing of the idea of Trump wanting to imagine that work with loyalists?
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
Well, think about this. You have the president of the United States, duly elected by the American people. President Trump ran on reforming the justice system, including the FBI, so we can restore justice so it's not politicized and weaponized. And he won. Right. And President Trump has 3,000, 4,000 political appointees who are supposed to manage 4 million executive branch employees. And they're trying to tell him that Trump can't pick an attorney general who's loyal to him and his policy agenda or an FBI director. They're proving what they say is a conspiracy theory, that there is a deep state. They are proving that there is a deep state of career bureaucrats at the Justice Department, at the FBI, at the CIA, at DNI and other law enforcement and intel agencies who think that they do not report to the president of the United States and his political appointees who must enforce the president's policy agenda. And so I'm thinking, who do they report to? If you don't report to the duly elected president of the United States, who do you report to in the executive branch? And if they don't have an answer to that, they're proving what they say is a conspiracy theory, that there is a deep state.
Stephen K. Bannon
Mike, I want to hold you through the break because I want to get into some solid appointments, the doj, particularly the antitrust division that I know you've been pushing for. And just your thoughts on some of the other appointments and where we stand on all things Pete Hagseth. So hang with me through the break if you can. I think you can. You love doing media, so I'm going to assume you can. Warren Posse. I know you guys also love Birch Gold, so make sure you're checking out birchgold.com/bannon or texting Bannon to 989898. I will humbly fact check. Steve, they absolutely detest you. So stop giving all these woke cell phone carriers who want two year olds to be able to become trans because they just feel like they should stop giving them your money so they can fund weird ACLU litigation to further distract destroy this country not just with illegal aliens, but apparently with transgender illegal aliens too. Because I've been told by many people that that is the official policy of the Biden regime. And while you're at it, last sponsor, I promise it's slnt.com/ban. And if you're watching War Room, sure the government is probably trying to read your text messages or emails or however you choose to communicate. So get a Faraday bag so they can't. I think I will probably need one after tonight's show. And Hillary Clinton. Victoria Nuland. No, I am not suicidal and neither is Mike Davis. We'll be right back.

Sam Faddis
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Stephen K. Bannon
You are back in the war room where I would just like to humbly suggest to our lovely betters over in the Senate, you know, maybe y'all should audit the what billions? If not, what is it like the multi trillion dollar black hole that exists over at the Pentagon? Yeah, why don't you audit those funds with the same level of scrutiny that you've gone after, Pete Hegseth? But you won't. And the reason why you won't is, well, unfortunately, the answer to the question of why you're going after Pete Hegseth because it's all part of the trade and you guys are in on it and you're profiting on it. And I'm sure there's probably a direct correlation between senators who've taken what, just fistfuls, handfuls of cash from Raytheon and Boeing and Lockheed and all the like. And probably by extension, and I'm sure no court conspiracies, no coincidences, support continuing the Ukraine war. They're probably the firmest in their opposition to Pete Hegseth. Well, someone who has success overcoming the mainstream media. Let's just call it what it is. Like, weird feminist smear campaign. The same people who want like 2 year olds to be able to do who knows what and put weird gender queer porn in children's classrooms. Yeah, spare us the moralizing and lecturing on all that. Mike Davis. Where do we stand on all things Pete Hegseth? It seems like it's been a busy day so far.
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
Pete Hegseth is a fantastic pick by President Trump to lead and reform the Pentagon and turn the Pentagon back to fighting and winning wars instead of woke nonsense that we've seen under the Biden administration. And this is what I would say to senators. If you have a cabinet nominee from the president, particularly of your own party, and that nominee is qualified, and Pete Heckseth is clearly qualified as a former war fighter, Ivy Leaguer, just an all around brilliant smart guy, you know, he's won the Bronze Star. This guy is right out of central casting to lead the Pentagon. The guy is qualified. It is your job as a senator to vote to confirm the president's qualified cabinet picks unless they are disqualified from their personal misconduct. And it is the burden of the people who are alleging someone is disqualified to come forward with clear and convincing evidence that that nominee is disqualified. We're not doing the MeToo presumption of guilt. We got rid of that with Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation. Again, you're welcome, America, from Mike Davis. And so if people want to say that Pete Hegseth has these disqualifications, come forward with very specific, clear and convincing evidence, public testimony and evidence otherwise. Shut the hell up and get out of the way.
Stephen K. Bannon
And Mike, just give me a minute. The latest, I believe, to head the antitrust division over at doj.
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
Yeah. So my good friend Gail Slater has been nominated by President Trump to lead the antitrust division at the Justice Department. And that sounds like it, you know, a nerdy post. But it is a really important post because Gail Slater is going to continue to serve as the tip of the spear to enforce our century old antitrust laws to hold accountable the trillion dollar big tech monopolists, particularly Google that has a monopoly with online search and it has an online advertising monopoly. And this monopolist Google uses its market power to crush competition, asylum and silence those with whom they disagree, like Trump and his supporters and shutter small businesses. And President Trump started this antitrust law enforcement in his first term. The only thing Biden's got it and gotten right is he's continued this under his administration. And President Trump with Gail Slater will finish the job against Google in his second term. Senate Republicans should get behind this highly qualified antitrust expert, antitrust lawyer, Trump loyalist and reformer against big tech to lead the antitrust division. And we will name and shame you if you do Google's bidding. So there better not be Google shills in the Senate or we're gonna make.
Stephen K. Bannon
You famous name and shame and I'll do so much more. I like that. Mike Davis, if people want to follow you get the Article 3 Project Action List, all that. Where can they go to do that?
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest
Article3project.org you can donate there, you can follow us on social media and you can take action. The most important action item right now is to light up the Senate. Contact both of your home state senators via email, phone calls and social media and tell them to support Cash Patel for the FBI director. Only Cash.
Stephen K. Bannon
Cash only. Yes. Mike Davis, we will have you back soon, I'm sure. Thank you for joining.
Stephen K. Bannon's Guest

I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts. First, think back to 9 11. Shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act. This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet. Now Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times best selling authority, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact, some of the guests I've had on the War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote maga, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money. Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to rickardswarroom.com that's recordswaroom.com now to.

Podcast Summary: Bannon's War Room
Episode: 4103: Agenda To Destroy America Unmasked; Mike Davis On MORE Biden Pardons!?
Release Date: December 5, 2024
Host: Stephen K. Bannon
Description: Hosted by WarRoom.org, Bannon's War Room delves into the latest news with insights from medical experts, politicians, business leaders, and frontline participants. In Episode 4103, Stephen K. Bannon tackles critical issues threatening American society, including transgender healthcare, the ACLU's influence, Biden's potential pardons, and geopolitical tensions.
Timestamp: [00:00] - [01:23]
The episode opens with a Transgender Advocate expressing concerns over Tennessee’s bid to ban transgender care for minors. She warns that a Supreme Court decision supporting Tennessee could lead to federal bans affecting both minors and adults.
"If Tennessee is successful... it will open the door to federal bans on this care, not only for minors, but for adults, too." [00:00]
The advocate emphasizes the potential societal exclusion of transgender individuals, stating:
"If the incoming administration bans our healthcare, that is essentially excising us from this country." [00:13]
Conservative Commentator responds with frustration over perceived societal decay and media bias against Christians and conservatives.
"This is the primal scream of a dying regime... The people have had a belly full of it." [00:41]
Stephen K. Bannon critiques MAGA media for spreading misinformation, lamenting the lack of conscience among media personalities.
"Where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA media. I wish any of these people had a conscience." [01:02]
This segment sets the tone for the episode, highlighting the clash between conservative values and progressive movements regarding transgender rights.
Timestamp: [11:07] - [22:43]
Bannon discusses the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), portraying it as a spearhead for the Resistance 2.0 movement. He accuses the ACLU of opposing President Trump's immigration policies and mass deportations, suggesting they facilitate the protection of "criminal, illegal aliens."
"ACLU... want to Trump proof... allowing criminal, illegal aliens to continue... committing crimes." [Approximately 11:07]
Bannon further criticizes the ACLU's involvement in various cultural battles, including book bans and voting rights, alleging that they manipulate legal frameworks to support progressive agendas.
"They are on the wrong, culturally Marxist degenerate side of virtually every single issue." [Approximately 11:07]
He ties these actions to broader goals of depopulation and the dismantling of traditional family structures, framing the ACLU as an antagonist in the fight to preserve American societal norms.
Timestamp: [30:28] - [40:44]
Bannon shifts focus to Biden’s White House discussions on preemptive pardons for individuals he portrays as political enemies of Trump. He critiques the framing of the issue in mainstream media, particularly referencing a Politico article.
"Biden White House is discussing preemptive pardons for those in Trump's crosshairs... it's not pardons for people in Trump's crosshairs, it's pardons for people who've committed crimes." [Approximately 30:28]
Mike Davis, Bannon’s guest, elaborates on individuals he believes deserve pardons, including Anthony Fauci, Liz Cheney, and members of the Biden family. Davis contends that these individuals have committed federal crimes and thus require pardons to mitigate their actions.
"Tony Fauci... illegally funded Covid in the Wuhan lab... conspired to obstruct justice." [Approximately 34:22]
"Liz Cheney... obstructed justice and tampered with witnesses..." [Approximately 34:22]
Davis accuses the Biden administration of using lawfare to target political opponents, urging listeners to support pardons for those he deems as having perpetrated crimes against Trump and his allies.
Timestamp: [17:21] - [24:25]
Sam Faddis discusses the ongoing Ukraine conflict, criticizing U.S. foreign policy and the influx of funds into the war. He alleges corruption and money laundering within defense contracts, suggesting that the war serves financial interests rather than national security.
"Defense contractors are rolling in cash... money is being siphoned off in Ukraine... buying brand new houses on the lake with skimmed-off funds." [Approximately 19:18]
Faddis warns of escalating tensions that could lead to a global conflict, attributing the instability to deliberate actions by the Biden administration.
"They're trying to make sure that by the time Donald Trump enters the White House, the conflict is so out of control that he can't end it." [Approximately 23:13]
Timestamp: [30:28] - [37:37]
The discussion returns to the Supreme Court hearings on Tennessee’s law banning gender-affirming care for minors. Mike Davis provides a detailed analysis, advocating for the law and criticizing the use of the 14th Amendment to challenge it.
"The Tennessee law was affirmed by the federal appellate court... this should be a nine to nothing decision." [Approximately 32:57]
Davis underscores the importance of states' rights to regulate medical procedures and condemns the liberal interpretation of constitutional protections allowing what he terms "gender mutilation."
"This should be nine to nothing if we had sane, rational justices who follow the law." [Approximately 30:57]
Timestamp: [46:49] - [50:18]
Mike Davis discusses President Trump’s nomination of Pete Hegseth to lead the Pentagon, praising his qualifications and commitment to reforming the military away from "woke nonsense."
"Pete Hegseth is a fantastic pick... he is clearly qualified as a former warfighter..." [Approximately 46:49]
He also highlights the nomination of Gail Slater to the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, emphasizing the need to combat big tech monopolies like Google.
"Gail Slater... will enforce our century-old antitrust laws..." [Approximately 48:33]
Davis urges Senate Republicans to support these nominations to ensure a conservative shift in key government positions.
Timestamp: [50:18] - [53:16]
Stephen K. Bannon wraps up the content-heavy segments by reiterating support for conservative appointments and advocating for active listener engagement through actions like contacting senators.
He briefly mentions upcoming topics, including Tax Network USA and promotional segments, before concluding the episode with a call to action for listeners to remain vigilant against perceived governmental overreach and cultural erosion.
Transgender Advocate:
"If Tennessee is successful... it will open the door to federal bans on this care, not only for minors, but for adults, too." [00:00]
Stephen K. Bannon:
"And transgenderism is and always has been a sort of Trojan horse... it's all interlinked and interwoven." [01:23]
Mike Davis:
"She obstructed justice and tampered with witnesses and got them to change their stories to make up her January 6th narrative." [34:22]
Sam Faddis:
"They're trying to make sure that by the time Donald Trump enters the White House, the conflict is so out of control that he can't end it." [23:13]
Norm Eisen:
"Some of the most successful ones with millions and millions of followers are Joe Rogan or within substack, Barry Weiss, the kind of right-wing people." [25:29]
Cultural Warfare: The episode underscores an ongoing cultural battle, particularly focusing on transgender rights, immigration, and the role of organizations like the ACLU in shaping societal norms.
Political Retribution: Bannon and his guests argue that the Biden administration seeks to pardon individuals who have allegedly committed crimes against Trump, framing it as political retribution.
Foreign Policy Critique: There is a strong critique of U.S. foreign policy, especially regarding the Ukraine conflict, with allegations of corruption and misguided strategy leading to global instability.
Judicial Influence: The Supreme Court’s potential rulings on transgender care are portrayed as pivotal moments in the fight to preserve traditional American values against progressive encroachments.
Government Overreach Concerns: The discussion reflects fears of increasing governmental control and surveillance, advocating for conservative appointments to counteract what they perceive as a deep-state influence.
Economic Protectionism: Emphasis on protecting personal savings and advocating for gold investments reflects concerns over economic instability and mistrust in federal financial policies.
Episode 4103 of Bannon's War Room delivers a fervent conservative perspective on multiple fronts threatening American society. From transgender healthcare and the ACLU's political maneuvers to Biden’s potential pardons and escalating geopolitical tensions, the episode frames these issues as part of a larger agenda aimed at undermining traditional American values and sovereignty. Through passionate discourse and strategic critique, Stephen K. Bannon and his guests call for resistance, advocating for vigilant support of conservative policies and appointments to safeguard the nation's future.
