Episode 4157: Silicon Valleys Contempt For American Citizens And America ...
Loading summary
Steve Bannon
Battle that's underway in Trump world that we laid out for you here last night is only escalating even further today in his clash with the far right over immigration. Elon Musk is now going after the hardliners, the very heart of the MAGA base, labeling them just a few hours ago as, quote, contemptible fools who must be removed from the Republican Party root and stem. Musk now finds himself pitted against the likes of Steve Bannon, however, Trump's former White House aide who came out against Musk's push for H1B visas, which allow highly skilled foreign workers into the US and has long been the lifeblood of Silicon Valley. H1B visas, that's not what it's about. It's about taking American jobs and bringing over essential become indentured servants at lower wages. This thing's a scam by the oligarchs in Silicon Valley to basically take, take jobs from American citizens, give them to what become indentured servants from foreign countries, and then pay them less simple to let them into through the golden door. Now, Bannon's comments align him with people like the far right activist Laura Loomer, who has been bashing Musk for days now on this and is even accusing him of censoring her on his own platform. She is the anti immigrant Trump ally who is now claiming that her blue check mark was removed, her subscriptions were deactivated, her character limits for tweets and posts on X were limited. For what she says is, quote, raising concerns and speaking the truth about the technocratic takeover of our country in the White House, the workforce. Now, I'm also against, I'm also for big restrictions on legal immigration until, until Silicon Valley, until these places have, I don't know, 20% African American and 20% Hispanic and kids that can go to college. And every college you go to, every engineering school you go to is flooded with foreign students taking American jobs. I don't agree with that. American jobs should be for American citizens. President Trump and I actually disagree with it. President Trump said a couple of months ago, he said, hey, you know, on every college, every college graduate, right? And every graduate of a community college should have a, should have a green card stapled to their diploma. Remember he said this, this was after he came back from having dinner with David Sacks and these billionaires out the tech billionaires in San Francisco. He said, every graduate, foreign student, graduate, and every graduate, foreign student graduate from community college should have a green card attached to diploma. I said, President Trump on the show, I said, we have tremendous respect for you. We love you. We're your base. But I've got another recommendation. I'd like to put an exit visa on every college graduate, foreign student that graduated from college here in 30 days to leave and go back home and help make their nation great again. And we shouldn't take any foreign students in community colleges. That should be for American citizens, particularly for African Americans and Hispanics. You're never going to get, they're never going to get up the economic chain unless we do this.
Dave Brat
I think it's also important to understand the guy that controls the central social media platform for the MAGA movement, right? And if, if, if Elon decides, as he's showing with these small ball, these small fries, like, like Loomer and, and Sonovich and Owen Schroyer, all those folks taking away their verification, taking away their, their monetization, if he, if he's willing to put his thumb on the scale, he's, he's all in favor of free speech for himself and he bought it. If he controls that platform, he can cause Trump a lot more pressure than Laura Loomer and these other ranters can cause. But I do think it's important to remember that the populist movement that's been telling Republican voters for a generation, probably arguably two generations, that immigration is the cause of almost all the evils in their life. I think, you know, Molly and Eugene are both right. He's going to be hearing this from those grassroots folks, and it will cause a tension with Elon that I don't think is reconcilable. And I'm much closer to Elon Musk on the policy issue here than I am, you know, even remotely with Laura Loomer about any of this stuff. But one of the ironies of all this is that all of these people across the spectrum, they rode this populist tide in claiming that establishment Republicans and conservative establishment and the old Reaganite crowd, the old National Review crowd, they don't know anything. And all the answers are super easy, and we know exactly what to do. And then it turns out they come in and it turns out this stuff is really complicated. H1B program is complicated for how you reform it, how do you expand it? What do you do about chain migration? And the serious people were all pushed aside in favor of all of these populous yahoos from Steve Bannon on down, and now they're the dog that caught the car. And they don't know how to do any of this policy because they haven't done any of the legwork on it.
Steve Bannon
Yeah. And look, obviously a lot of people also pointing out saying, basically, dude, you just kind of joined the MAGA universe pretty recently.
Dave Brat
But look, I think what is he being entitled?
Steve Bannon
If I'm Musk, I'm less worried maybe about Laura Loomer than I am about who you showed earlier, Steve Bannon. Because so much of the culture, so much of the MAGA universe flows downward from what Bannon says on that program every day. And he has, when I say an online army around him. He really does. Many MAGA influencers with many, many millions of followers. And you know, we've kind of heard this terms internal MAGA civil war go around a lot the past 24 hours, but that really seems to be what's playing out. And I will just say conservatives, Republicans have been very excited to have Musk running X for the last two years. This is the first time we're really seeing Musk going after people within his own camp as it this is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. You're just not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
Raheem Kassam
And where do people like that go.
Steve Bannon
To share the big lie? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
Dave Brat
War room.
Steve Bannon
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banner. Okay, Saturday, the 28th of December, year of our Lord 2024. We're here for a pitched battle for American citizens and quite frankly, the populist nationalist movement of this 1932 realignment, bringing African American men and Hispanic families, all of it. And fighting for citizens, not just folks that are in the prime of their working life because a lot of those tech workers are getting laid off from having to work for lower wages, but also the future. This fight kind of came out of nowhere but eventually had to happen. And that's fine. Hey, just another day at the office. We're not going to lose this one. And Dhoni O'Sullivan right there over at CNN I think wrapped it up pretty well. Raheem reset this once again. I wanted to play the cold open from this morning, from the 10 o'clock hour. Because I know a lot of people are coming to this late as a lot of people have taken a couple days off. And that's fine. You should have. We actually had planned to do a prerecord special today, but we're not because there's so much breaking news. Do a reset on this, brother.
Raheem Kassam
Yes, Steve, Look, I think one of the things that I want to stress in all of this, and I see the consternation on social media, I see the consternation in the live chat and a lot of people kind of, and rightly so, being like, hey, it's Saturday, December 28th, after an historic election, why are we fighting? And the reason for that is very simple, ladies and gentlemen. You have to get on board here. I am actively recruiting people right now. Is that in 2016, if you think back and you think back to all of the problems that were faced, whether it was because of the Russiagate stuff or the personnel issues or the Paul Ryan prioritization of the kind of Rhino esque policies that dominated the first year, at least I think, Steve, I don't need to tell you about this, but I'm reminding the audience of all these things we went through. We are lining ourselves up. If we don't have this fight right now, we are lining ourselves up for more frustration, more mass migration. And I'm the guy, by the way, who watched, I participated a little bit in the Brexit referendum. And you're right, when we talked in the last hour, Steve, about what was the core rationale behind Brexit for the ordinary British voter, it was bringing down the ridiculous amounts of mass migration that we had coming in, not just from the eu, but indeed allowing ourselves to control our own immigration system. Again. Now you're having this argument, ladies and gentlemen. Now America is in the throes of that same post Brexit argument where it's like, hey, we took control back. We did our part of the deal. You, ladies and gentlemen, did your part of the deal. I actually hate when we talk about all of these groups and big people and billionaires and all this stuff, who dragged Trump over the line. It was the American people who dragged Trump over the line. It was the little platoons of the volunteers out there, the voters who stood in line all the day, the people who put this campaign on their backs and they gave the $5 and the $10 they gave their time. Those are the people who made Trump president again. So let's focus on their lives and what this means, this new administration means to them. Because what it doesn't mean is a return to the status quo. And by status quo, what I mean is this, this H1B system has existed since 1990, but it traces its lineage back to the 1950s. And you've had at least since the 90s year on year a so called cap of 85,000 people coming into the United of America through this system alone. This is the legalized version of replacement, by the way, ladies and gentlemen. I'll repeat that. It is the legal version of replacing you in your country. But the 85,000 is just a soft cap. They can make exceptions, they can make exemptions, and they often do. In reality, you're looking at 120, 140,000 people a year. And that number came down a little bit during the first Trump administration, but it's skyrocketed again in the last four years. So my question to you is my question to Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy and all of the people who say that they are going to war with MAGA on this issue is where does it stop? What is your cap? What is your limit? How many people is enough? How many people do you need to import until you've got your requisite number of so called skilled workers? But then you go through the H1B database, Steve, and it's no such thing as high skilled, high demand workers. No, Those are the O1B visas. That's the genius visa. There goes your Einstein's, there goes your top talent, your academics, your cultural leaders, your thought leaders, your philosopher kings, not in the H1B system. And the final thing I want to say on this issue is this. We pulled up a lot of Elon's comments and we've been looking very intently at the trajectory he's on right now and it ain't good. His one yesterday, that really, really stood out to me. And you had that one that you pulled up and I think we need to repeat that as well, by the way. But this one, this one says even more. You know, he's in an interaction here with a couple of other people on X. This was a, I guess 5:21, maybe 7:21 Eastern Time yesterday. And he says my point was not to replace dei, which is one form of racism and sexism, with a different form of racism and sexism, but rather to be a meritocratic society. Well, that last part sounds, you know, relatively fine. But think about what he just said there. He just said that America first, the idea that you put American workers before foreign workers is a form of DEI is a form of racism. Well, I think that is one of the most extraordinary statements that he could have ever made. And I think it actually disqualifies people like him from working anywhere close to this issue at all. If you want to go and look at the budgets and start taking 10, 20, 30% off these huge astronomical budgets in Washington D.C. have at it.
Dave Brat
Right?
Raheem Kassam
You have my blessing. But you should be allowed nowhere near cultural or immigration issues. If your perspective is that America first is a form of racist dei. End rant.
Steve Bannon
Yeah, perfect. And that putting American citizens first. Here's the thing. You can't show the merit. You can't show the merit. Dude, show us that any of the HB1 visas. Let's see. Let's see who the extraordinary guys are. It's a lie and a scam and it leads to chain migration. It's not the 85,000, 150,000 what it leads to and they know it. And here's the great tragedy, the Greek tragedy part is the American taxpayer, that citizen is underwriting all of this for these guys. You're underwriting all of it if you think you're a sucker because you're being played for a sucker. But not anymore. You delivered this victory your grit, determination and good old fashioned elbow grease. It's now time to take a stand. This is that third line of work about immigration. This is another aspect of the legal part. It's just not about the 15 million illegal aliens have to go home that came here on Biden's watch. Legal immigration is a big problem. Temporarily. I say we go to 00 until we sort this entire mess out and get rid of 1000%. The H1B scam. Total scam. So put that where the sun don't shine. Short break. Back in the worm in a moment. It's obvious the unthinkable continues. Most Americans know something is very, very wrong. The people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop noticing. But you know better. That's why self reliant folks are investing in emergency food storage. And you should too. My Patriots, by the nation's largest emergency preparedness company are the ones you can trust. Go to my patronsupply.com and secure their best selling three month emergency food kits. Each contains tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners averaging over 2000 calories per day. My Patriot supply also sells solar generators, gravity powered water filters, off grid room heaters for when the power goes out. They also sell heirloom seeds and survival gear. Order by 3pm and your items shipped that same day and arrive quickly on your doorstep in unmarked boxes. Go to my patriotsupply.com today. Hope is not a plan. My Patriot supply is a plan. Time is running out to prepare for what's coming. My patriotsupply.com go there today. Action, action, action. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band. Dave Brett joins me. Want to make sure birchgold.com times of turbulence, you wonder what turbulence is in the three lines of work. Stopping the forever wars, getting control of the nation's balance sheet, its debt, the deficits, all the madness dealing with the economy. And also then which we're focused on today, the getting our sovereignty back by deporting 15 million illegal alien invaders that came here on Biden's illegitimate watch. And also stopping all this. The games are being played on this quote unquote legal immigration, which is just a game to destroy American workers. If they can make a coherent argument, make it. In fact, the best coherent argument is start showing us where all these great superstars are. Where are the Einstein's and why couldn't American workers fill those billets? I want to know the exact billet and who the Einsteins are. Is the guy in London that's been put in AI he's the superstar that could not be replaced. Is that a guy? Let's see it. Let's bring it. Also, Elon put up a tweet yesterday about Tesla. I know he named the carpenter. Remember Elon, you're kind of like not like Tesla, you're actually like Edison and who was Tesla's mortal enemy, Edison. Quite ironic you put up Tesla in that regard. You are the modern equivalent of Edison, who I think is obviously one of the greatest Americans. I think you've done a terrific job in many, many, many aspects. Give you a lot of credit for President Trump's 2024 victory, but it doesn't come. You get a place in the table, but you don't get to, as Matt Gaetz said, sit here and redirect our immigration policy. We're never going to concede to the oligarchs in Silicon Valley the neo feudalism of your, of your economic program. It's quite evident what it is. It's a return to neo feudalism without nation states, without a country called America, a nation called America. You want kind of these networks of which, and this is the Chinese Communist Party's idea also, they're still the nation state and the railhead, but it's a system of networks throughout the world. They'd be quite happy with the Borges and the Medicis, you know, Florence and the city states of Renaissance Italy. That's not the United States of America. And I would strongly recommend Vivek and Vivek and Elon learn something about the United States of America. Learn about our history, learn about how we got here, our path. It might help you guys, okay? Because you're gonna need help because we're not quitting this fight. Dave. Brat. Thoughts and observations, brother.
Michael Seifert
Yeah, I got in the weeds a little bit on all the nature of the bureaucracy up in the swamp with education. H2B visas are just the tip of the iceberg of this conversation. Immigration, it's just shocking. You know, 70% of the American people are a definite hard no. They have been for a decade. And what this debate is really about is all these special carve outs, right? Everybody's going to Trump because they want a special carve out, special attention in the budget. We have a $7 trillion budget now full of carve outs. The last election was about three things and the war room made them about three things, thanks to you. The economy, the debt, the border invasion and the endless wars. They're all connected and they're all about taking the United States of America down a notch. And you just relayed the three central pillars in the Judeo Christian west that they're attacking. They're attacking the nation state itself through the border invasion. They're attacking the church through a continual attack on our culture. And they're attacking the family. They're tearing the family. Stats over the past 50 years have just been a disaster. And so what the America first people and this mega project and making the American citizen first are all about is we want the special carve outs. We want a space in the budget for us. And what I was trying to show before is this giant bureaucracy. Doge, as Darren was saying, Doge ought to go after that bureaucracy and they'll find just hundreds of billions of waste.
Steve Bannon
No.
Michael Seifert
The Department of Education.
Steve Bannon
Hang on, hang on. But hang on. But hang on, hang on. You know, Brad must have not had his warpath coffee this morning. Warpath Coffee. 6000. Get it today. 6000. Five star reviews. No. Brett. Okay, folks at home. Dave. Brett. I was so honored in the first hour. Beatty, historic figure. Raheem Gassam, historic figure Day brat. Historic figure brat. Your entire being as a political figure and historical figure is based on this topic. This very topic. Ron Maxwell, the great Julia Hahn. Julia Hahn was the Natalie winners of her day. She was a 21 year old kid who had gone to the Same prep school in LA that Natalie went to Harvard. Westlake had gone to the University of Chicago. I think she graduated three years. She was obsessed and Laura Ingraham's producer, obsessed with this issue of immigration and what they were doing as far as amnesty and trying to work amnesty on all this thing. And Dave Bratz come from behind. The day before the pollster put a poll, gave Cantor a poll, headed him up by 40 points. 40 points in a primary where Brett had no money the next day, Dave Brat, did you win by 10? How many points did you win by 10 or 12 points? 10. Yep, it was, it is still stands as one of the biggest upsets in the history of politics because it was so important. Cantor was who was a good guy, my family knew, was a really good guy from Richmond. But Cantor had become, he had become from being Tom Blally's driver and body man down in Richmond, he had become the epitome of the swamp, the guy that's taken all the donor money and wanting to do all this immigration.
Raheem Kassam
Bratz.
Steve Bannon
You can actually see a line of demarcation in modern politics from Dave Bratz upset victory in a primary. It changed the entire ecosystem in Washington all of a sudden, this beginning populist movement, which is just when President Trump was starting to get out there and get his message in places like New Hampshire. Dave Brat won, I think in June of 2014. I had just seen Trump in May at Dave Bossi's cattle call in New Hampshire where Trump was talking about these issues and none of the other Republican candidates, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, they wouldn't touch it because they didn't think it was an issue because the Republican orthodoxy was it wasn't an issue because what big business wants, big business gets. Brat ran a populist campaign and lit a fire and changed the direction of American history on this very topic. 10 years ago. Over 10 years ago on this very topic. And what you say, well, Steve, why haven't you guys won? Here's the thing. We have fought a rear guard action, but we have tons of victories, including President Trump as president. But look at even President Trump in April of 17 signed an executive order to kind of sort this thing out, right? To change it dramatically. That was taken on by the administrative state and elements of the deep state and just tapped down the road until December of 2020 after the election had been stolen from President Trump when he actually executed on it, because the administrative state was in a throwdown. They will fight to the death on this very topic because this fuels the economy. The economics of the business model of Silicon Valley. More importantly right now, though, than that, because it's pretty obvious, Brett, as you and Beatty lay out and Rahim, it is this kind of contempt for American citizens and for America itself that we're mediocre, that our people are mediocre, that they're lazy. Hey, I got news for you guys. They ain't mediocre, and they're far from lazy. And you have wakened a sleeping giant. The people are gonna sit there, and I'm saying, in this great realignment, African Americans and hisp, they should get their shot at this, too. But it's not the STEM system, the STEM education system. Somehow the CCP's all over that, right? But here, what you have here, they're not getting superstars. What they're doing is just getting. They're getting indentured servants. Indentured servants that are docile. Right. And won't complain. And so it makes it tougher for Americans to actually exert their rights as employees. Right? Number one. Number two, it drives down wages and it leads to chain migration. And that's the kind of this dark underbelly and this contempt. What you hear from these guys is actual contempt for American citizens. And in the United States of America. Well, hey, we'll take the opposite side of that. We'll go long. We're long the American citizen, and we're long the United States of America. Okay? So we'll defend this just like we put the Democrats in a position, having to defend corrupt, incompetent, and failing institutions. And all of a sudden, they woke up one day when they started losing elections and go, hey, how do we end up defending it? What the Tech Bros. Right now, what they're defending is not defensible. We dare you to start showing on these H1B visas, where are the superstars? Where are they? And why were the Americans that couldn't compete? Show us the receipts. Because you got Posobic, you got National Pulse, and you have others that are going through there. Dave, hang on for one second. Raheem, you want to jump in here at the National Pulse? I know you guys are grinding away to get to the bottom of this, all of it, particularly go through the receipts on this. What do you got?
Raheem Kassam
Yeah, that's right. Look, and I will stress once again, this isn't a fight that we wanted or we started over the Christmas period. This is a reaction to these things that are going on in the background of this transition process. Things that are going on in the background of tech world as it kind of goes through its own panic over, you know, it's what you just described. It's status quo. Anti for so very long has been the, the model of indentured servitude. So it's Saturday. We're at the desk, we're working all day. We'll be working on it tomorrow all week long. And I want people to really follow along here because we're going to have a breakdown of how all of this works. And I know Revolver, by the way, has an incredible piece up right now, so I want people to go and check that out too. But make sure you're going to the national pulse.com make sure you've got it bookmarked. Join up at the nationalpulse.com forward slash war room. And I know, I've been watching the live chat all morning, people are on fire about this. And you can go to the nationalpulse.com forward/donate as well if you want to support our work. We really do need all the hands we can get here because this, this is everything, right? This fight, everything. And you're going to see it metastasize over the course of the day. More Steve, I'll throw it back to you, but the nationalpulse.com forward/warren okay, hang on, guys.
Steve Bannon
Julie Kelly's also going to join us. There's other news on the debt. Birchgold.com the Secretary of treasury, as I predicted, is playing around with the balance sheet of the United States of America. She just dropped a dime on us, said, hey, I think you have to go to extraordinary measures on, I don't know, January 13th, surprise, we're out of here. The games that people play. Folks get smart about gold as a hedge against times of turbulence because ladies and gentlemen, if you've seen the fight we've had since Christmas Day, turbulence is our middle name. We love a fight. When we're fighting for the American citizens in this country, we will never, ever back down. We're only going to double down. Get your discount. Go check it out. Julie Kelly. Because of Julie Kelly, big articles are coming out that Jack Smith and his team are not just running, not to rats leaving the ships, but they're luring up. Tell us all about it. JUDY But Jack Smith's concern about the afternoon of the 20th of November 2025 accountability date, ma'am.
Julie Kelly
Yes. So there was another report in Rolling Stone this week, Steve, that further confirmed Jack Smith, his team of thug prosecutors and investigators are not just lawyering up as We've already discussed. But they are reviewing their communications, both personal and professional, to make sure they don't have any, you know, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page type text talking about taking out Trump or, you know, smelly Walmart Trump shoppers and that sort of thing that we uncovered with those texts to make sure to try to ensure that there was nothing political or partisan in their communications, but also that they are figuring out how to protect their assets, including their spouse's assets, because of course, they are afraid that they are going to suffer the same torment by a Trump DOJ that they've inflicted on Donald Trump and of course, his co defendants and others in their pursuit of trying to put Donald Trump behind bars.
Steve Bannon
You hear now Brennan and all these guys and they're all over Cash. You know, another Webster came out with another thing. It'd be a terrible idea. It would be a precedent that would be extraordinary if Cash Patel was approved. And Cash, listen, folks, it's a long way from being a done deal on Cash being approved. We think we've put out the fires, but they're going to come back strong. Give me your assessment overall of what we need to do as a movement once, once January 20th come about getting full accountability for Pelosi's committee, you know, Cheney, the whole J6 committee, what happened on J6, the election of 2020, and particularly what happened to the, to the folks that the 1000 that got thrown in prison over this, ma'am.
Julie Kelly
Right. So, I mean, Pam Bondi and Cash Patel, if they are confirmed, are going to have their hands full with fully exposing and holding accountable people like Jack Smith, Jay Brett, David Harbach, Tom Windom and Molly Gaston. Those are his top prosecutors in both the classified documents case in Florida and the J6 indictment in Washington. They are going to have their hands full with corruption, prosecutorial misconduct, which we've talked about, especially in the classified documents case at the FBI, breaching the very broad terms of that search warrant of Mar A Lago rummaging through, ransacking Mrs. Trump's bedroom suite and Barron Trump's bedroom unnecessarily and in violation of the search warrant. Those are just a few little nuggets, Steve, about what they are going to be looking into. Also, of course, D.C. u.S. Attorney Matthew Graves, the Biden appointee who is continuing, Steve, to charge individuals for their participation in the events of January 6th. He is continuing to bring new cases. He's continuing to put people on trial in Washington, D.C. a city that voted 93% for Kamala Harris. He is continuing to seek excessive prison sentences and ask judges to put even misdemeanors misdemeanor into immediate custody, throwing them in jail because they're afraid that on January 20th a lot of these, hundreds of these J6ers will be pardoned, especially those who are convicted of these four basic misdemeanors. So that is in addition to Jack Smith, in addition to Matthew Graves, of course, Liz Cheney and the January 6th select committee. We know now for a fact that Liz Cheney was using an encrypted app to directly communicate with Cassidy Hutchinson, who dramatically changed her previous testimony. After she was in communication with Liz Cheney, Cheney dumped her. Trump paid lawyer Stefan Passantino tried to destroy him, then got Liz Cheney's two recommended pro bono lawyers. And all of a sudden Cassidy Hutchinson story changed. Then we heard about this alleged confrontation in the presidential vehicle. Then we heard about Donald Trump throwing things on January 6th. Right. All of this explosive testimony Cassidy Hutchinson gave under oath in June of 2022 before the select Committee. Not a single person, Steve, has corroborated Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony. And in fact, the J6 committee did not even interview the driver of the limo whose attorney, because it's went to the J6 committee several times speaking to testify under oath. They didn't even interview him until the day before the 2022 election. He directly refuted, said that confrontation never happened. There is perjury and subordinating of perjury at the very least between Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson.
Steve Bannon
Yes, suborning a perjury witness, tampering, perjury, all of it. We got to get to the bottom of it. Julie, you're doing amazing work. I realize you're out and about on the Christmas holidays. Where do people go to get all your the social media, everything. Because you're breaking news on this nonstop. We're going to have you back on hopefully Monday, Tuesday.
Julie Kelly
That would be great. Real clear investigations Julie Kelly substack declassified with Julie Kelly and then Twitter Julie underscore Kelly too.
Steve Bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Julie Kelly
Appreciate you talk to you Monday. Thanks.
Steve Bannon
So many people. Folks gotta understand there's so much going on with obviously the whole Trump team's working because of transition. The 20th is upon us but we've got this. We got the speakers race coming up. I'm spending a ton of time on that. A lot to over the weekend. I'll be putting up stuff Monday. That's going to be a big part of the show. Obviously this whole fight over immigration because we got to get some Things sorted. Just have to do it. This is a big part of that third line of work, which is, you know, getting our sovereignty back, which means deporting the 15 million. And I understand big things are going to happen day one, and we're looking for the reconciliation bill about the border. That's something else people are working on. We want that as close to January 20th. Also, two reconciliations, not one. But this whole thing about legal immigration, look, you got a lance to boil. Let's go for it. We're still waiting, guys. We're still waiting on the H1B visas. Show me the superstars. Let's do it. You're letting in 150,000 people a year and then chain migration. There are tens of millions of folks here because of this program, because of this con, because of this scam. We want to get to the bottom of it. If you want more about, you know, you got the confirmation hearings come up. I'm really advocating that Cash is to the front of that, but I understand Grassley, as a rule, I think it's 28 days after your paperwork's in. I think Cash is working on all that to get it done. I don't know today or tomorrow, but hopefully. I would love to see Cash. Love to see him confirmed, which will be covering the confirmation hearings wall to wall. I'd like to see him confirmed before President Trump goes in, take the oath right after that. Don't know if that's going to happen or not, but. Go to government gangsters war room film War room. We're now getting back into the film business. I'm starting to redistribute some of the classics that we've made over time, maybe some additional films we're picking up from people. A lot of people are coming. We think films are a great way to educate people. Government Gangsters. Cash's book is terrific. I think what I had in mind in producing this was to make it a little more accessible to people that may, you know, find some of these legal books a little confusing. The books are great. Cash has sell a ton of copies. We recommend government Gangsters. You actually get to see the personality of Cash Patel. He's the only real interview in the entire. He's the only interview in the entire. In the entire story. I want to do it in kind of a first person Cash or government Gangsters go to war room film maybe over this holiday weekend or all the way through New Year's, because kind of a four day, five day where people are taking off, six day where people kind of enjoy their family. It's a good one to watch the family talk about and make sure you take clips and push them out there. And Dan Fluitts, you know, I think I signed, I don't know, hundreds of books at Amfest. Amfest was amazing and terrific, but Rebels, Rogues and Outlaws, just go in the chat and ask people about it. This is an extraordinary book. It came out so much better than I thought when Dan first pitched it to me. Dan, turns out, is a true artist. The photography here is extraordinary. You put that on your coffee table. That's a conversation piece and you're going to love flipping through it. The additional thing, he's a brilliant writer. He gets the kind of the spirit of the War Room. It's the pictorial history of the first five years. And you see all the contributors, the behind the scenes folks. It's really an extraordinary thing. So go to, you can get it at Amazon or you go to Skyhouse, I like at Amazon because it counts towards everything driving up. It's, I think, the top book in five or six categories around photography and even some politics. So Rebels, Rogues and Outlaws, the Pictorial History of the War Room by Dan Fluitt. So make sure you go check that out today. So a couple things. Number one, this situation in Ukraine is getting worse and worse the day the war itself is actually getting bloodier, more contested. Putin's actually talked about he'd be willing to go to, I think, Slovakia for peace talks with President Trump. President Trump, I know, is working away on that. That thing is just a bloody massacre. Russians hit on Christmas Day with really all types of systems to take down the grid. So people over there are giving as good as they're getting, but we got to bring that thing to a conclusion. Biden, I think, just shipped another $1.5 billion of aid over there. It's all got to stop. As you know, we're big advocates for never getting into that, never supporting it and bringing it to a conclusion. The same conclusion, quite frankly, is going to happen. That would happen years ago. That's happening. Janet Yellow has given us a surprise letter to basically put President Trump on notice, emergency measures, and we have no earthy idea if that's accurate or not. These people have lied from the beginning, but they're trying to put pressure on President Trump's ability to cut the budget. So we got to get on top of all that because that's existential. Of course, this fight over legal immigration is going to stay intense. Why is it going to stay intense? Because we're not backing off. And people say, why are you having a fight? Hey, folks, remember, this is about the policies and implementing the actions and policies are going to help turn this country around. It's just not about an election to win an election. It's about what happens after that election. I would love, trust me, I would love to take a couple of months and just go do whatever I want to do. It's not going to happen. It can't happen. We're in a fight and we're going to win this fight just like we won the other fights. We may have a couple of reversals every now and again, but, but hey, that's the nature of political warfare. You don't win them all, but you win the big ones. And you move the chains and moving the chains we are. And then last but not least, Speaker Johnson on the endangered species list, as he should be. That's all going to bring next week is going to be on fire here in the war room. Take a short break. Brat and Raheem are going to help us. Wrap it all up in a moment. Here's your host, Stephen K. Banner. Okay, Warpath Coffee. How can I stay so jacked up? It's with Warpath. Go on the site, Warpath Coffee. You'll see all the different blends of how they make it. It's just great information. But read the reviews. 6,000 five star reviews. If you order this coffee, you before too long will be writing a five star review. Just write that, take a number two pencil and write that down. What will happen? You will love this coffee. As you know, I'm a coffee aficionado. We waited a long time to find a coffee maker that would meet the standards of the war room. Not an H1B standard, but excellence, excellence, excellence. So go check it out today also, Sacred Human Health. They got so many great products over there. What I recommend is just go to the site and learn about the products. I love the grass fed beef liver but they have immunity products. All other types of products on there. Go check it out. Today, Sacred Human Health. This company is founded and run by some people who are super serious in this entire area. Sacredhumanhealth.com Go check it out. Of course, my favorite, Birch Gold. Birch Gold guys, Philip, Patrick and the team, they want to hear from you. Have them walk you through the microeconomics of why now more than ever, gold is an alternative you should be thinking about. When Janet Yellen drops the old paper, the letter on you said hey, extraordinary measures. Out of nowhere, Janet Bad, bad trick. Birchgold.com also get what Janet Yellen implemented, modern monetary theory. Make sure you understand it for the budget fights ahead. So you're not just the smartest person at the Christmas or holiday cocktail party, but you're actually at the ramparts with meaningful input for your congressman or sen.birchgold.com Bannon ended the dollar empire. Modern monetary theory, the idea that broke the world with the margin call that's coming. Dave Brat, brother, we got a couple of minutes. Thank you for taking the holiday weekend and joining us live. Rap off. Give us great thought before you punch out. Yeah.
Michael Seifert
Unfortunately not optimistic about the budget process going forward. Leadership same as the old boss in Congress when we were in there ending in a $7 trillion budget, $2 trillion deficits. We've signed off on that two times in a row now with all the Biden Pelosi woke and weaponized. So not optimistic. They're trying to trump proof the economy with Yellen talking about having to raise the debt ceiling because they run out of stimulus pathway that they put in place intentionally to end right about here. So things are gonna tighten a bit. And so going forward, I hate to say this because President Trump's already put his life at risk, giving up everything in his life to be heroic, but I highly recommend that he put together a Contract with America. The House will not do that. They don't have the backbone. They want every individual running on their own. As always, we cannot win as a country with that plan. I recommend you start off with issue number one. No more wars without a war powers act. These are 80% issues the American people favor. Good for the American citizens. And he can fill in the blanks on the rest. But he needs to overcome the Trump proofing and overcome Congress in the public opinion. And he can certainly do that like no one else can.
Steve Bannon
Dave Brat, where do people go and get you over the weekend before we get back here on Monday?
Michael Seifert
Yeah, once I get my war pack coffee, I'm going to completely update X and get moving on. Brad, Economics on getter.
Steve Bannon
Love you, brother. Get sharp, get focused with that warpath coffee. I love me some deep breath. Raheem, is Raheem back? Raheem, are you back? Give us some, give us some parting words for the weekend. What should we be looking for and where should we go, Sir? No. Raheem, that's good. Swing and a miss. Mike Lindell, brother, we've had a pretty intense two hours. I think people need to have a pillow hug up on Sell me a pillow, bro.
Dave Brat

Steve Bannon
Thank you, brother. Appreciate you. Look for you over the weekend up and then we're going to have you back here on Monday. So thank you. We're going to be live next week because of the intensity of what is happening. Speaker vote is going to take place on Friday. I think they get sworn in on Thursday. Thursday. I think I got this right. Thursday, maybe get sworn on a Friday. Then there was a speaker vote. Debt ceiling going to get into all that. The debt of course this fight on immigration is going to take place because hey, why not? Let's do it now. Got to do it now. Don't, don't delay it. There's obviously a big difference, a big gulf. And we're not going to see American citizens destroyed. We challenged the H1B guys to put up or shut up. Show us where the excellence is. Let's see it. And we're going to walk through the economics of all this. What has cost taxpayers, what's cost this country. It is a total and complete scam and we are committed to destroying the entire program. That's how much, that's how enthusiastic we are. So look, two very strong different opinions. Elon says he's going to go to war and things we can't even imagine. I'm bored already, bro. Okay. We're gonna leave you with the right stuff. That's what American citizens have. That's what this country has. It's made and built upon the right stuff. That tenacity, that grit, that determination, that focus on exceptionalism and excellence that's gotten us through every fight in the past. It's going to get us through this fight too, folks, as I don't need to tell you. Okay, I'm gonna be up on social media all weekend and we'll see you back here live at 10am Eastern Time Monday morning. I want to thank Real America's voice for doing this today. See you.

In Episode 4157 of Bannon's War Room, host Stephen K. Bannon delves into the growing tensions between Silicon Valley elites and American citizens, particularly focusing on immigration policies and their impact on the workforce. The discussion brings together political strategists, analysts, and activists to dissect the intricate dynamics influencing Republican politics and the broader socio-economic landscape.
Steve Bannon opens the conversation by highlighting a conflict within the Trump and MAGA factions over immigration, specifically targeting the H1B visa program. He criticizes Silicon Valley leaders like Elon Musk for their stance on H1B visas, accusing them of undermining American job opportunities.
"H1B visas, that's not what it's about. It's about taking American jobs and bringing over essential become indentured servants at lower wages."
— Steve Bannon [00:00]
Dave Brat adds depth to the discussion by emphasizing the populist sentiments within the Republican base, arguing that H1B visas are a gateway to replacing American workers with cheaper foreign labor. He questions the integrity and transparency of the H1B system, labeling it a scam orchestrated by Silicon Valley oligarchs.
"The H1B scam. Total scam. So put that where the sun don't shine."
— Steve Bannon [20:48]
The episode critically examines Elon Musk's role in moderating X (formerly Twitter) and his recent actions against MAGA hardliners. Bannon accuses Musk of attempting to cleanse the Republican Party of elements that oppose his agenda, thereby creating internal strife within the movement.
"We're draining the swamp, but not going to let any of these people out. You're just not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people."
— Steve Bannon [06:23]
Raheem Kassam and Michael Seifert further explore Musk's influence, suggesting that his actions could lead to a civil war within the MAGA community. They argue that Musk's approach to immigration and free speech represents a fundamental betrayal of the movement's core values.
"America first is a form of racist DEI. Your perspective is that America first is a form of racist DEI."
— Raheem Kassam [13:30]
The discussion shifts to the internal conflicts within the MAGA faction, particularly between traditional conservative figures and populist elements led by figures like Steve Bannon and Dave Brat. Brat recounts the pivotal 2014 primary victory that ignited the populist movement within the Republican Party, setting the stage for the rise of Trump's agenda.
"Dave Brat ran a populist campaign and lit a fire and changed the direction of American history on this very topic."
— Steve Bannon [22:31]
Julie Kelly underscores the ongoing struggle against establishment Republicans and the deep-state influences that have historically hindered progressive Republican policies on immigration and economic reform.
Raheem Kassam emphasizes the necessity of continued activism and mobilization among grassroots supporters to counteract the political maneuvers of Silicon Valley leaders and the Democratic Party. He draws parallels to the Brexit movement, advocating for strict immigration controls and the preservation of American sovereignty.
"You have to get on board here. I am actively recruiting people right now."
— Raheem Kassam [07:59]
Steve Bannon discusses upcoming political battles, including the speaker vote and debt ceiling negotiations, framing them as critical moments for ensuring the future direction of the Republican Party and American policy.
"We're in a fight and we're going to win this fight just like we won the other fights."
— Steve Bannon [45:55]
The conversation delves into legal challenges faced by the Trump administration and the broader Republican movement. Julie Kelly highlights ongoing investigations and potential prosecutorial misconduct by figures like Jack Smith and others involved in high-profile cases against Donald Trump and his allies.
"They're reviewing their communications... trying to ensure that there was nothing political or partisan in their communications."
— Julie Kelly [30:55]
Michael Seifert criticizes the current U.S. budget and deficit situation, attributing the fiscal challenges to longstanding Democratic policies and advocating for the "Contract with America" as a solution to restore fiscal responsibility and national security.
"No more wars without a war powers act. These are 80% issues the American people favor."
— Michael Seifert [44:21]
As the episode draws to a close, Steve Bannon outlines strategic initiatives aimed at reclaiming American sovereignty, tightening immigration policies, and countering Silicon Valley's influence. He promotes upcoming events, publications, and media projects designed to educate and mobilize supporters.
"This fight is going to stay intense. Because we're not backing off."
— Steve Bannon [45:55]
The hosts reaffirm their commitment to defending American citizens and reversing policies they believe undermine national interests. They encourage listeners to stay engaged, support the movement through various platforms, and prepare for upcoming political challenges.
Steve Bannon [00:00]:
"H1B visas, that's not what it's about. It's about taking American jobs and bringing over essential become indentured servants at lower wages."
Raheem Kassam [13:30]:
"If your perspective is that America first is a form of racist DEI, end rant."
Dave Brat [05:11]:
"We're lining ourselves up. If we don't have this fight right now, we are lining ourselves up for more frustration, more mass migration."
Julie Kelly [30:55]:
"They are continuing to seek excessive prison sentences and ask judges to put even misdemeanors into immediate custody, throwing them in jail because they're afraid that on January 20th a lot of these J6ers will be pardoned."
Michael Seifert [44:21]:
"No more wars without a war powers act. These are 80% issues the American people favor."
