The Chinese Communist Party is not stupid. They understand President Trump's a new sheriff in town. We're talking about tariffs. President Trump's talking about trade. All kind of very sophisticated things that Peter Navarro is working on, et cetera. Particularly do this at scale. You know, he's talking about a greater America that may include Canada. He was talking about economic power yesterday with trade and tariffs in Canada. The Chinese, which have had their own problem, their big problem is that in the beginning of the year, they wiped off, I think, $7 trillion of market cap out of their companies because you start to see the tremors that their business model is not working, which is essentially state capitalism with communist dictatorial control. Right. And the slave labor of the Lao Beijing is starting to get antsy because the model's not working out. And the overall model is to transfer that income from middle class America, to transfer it to the slave labor in China, hopefully build a middle class that would support the Chinese Communist Party. That has not worked out. They have had massive financial problems at the end of the year. And now there's this chart about the bond market. They're up to something. These are not dumb people. These are very cunning. The Chinese Communist Party, hey, to be around over 100 years and to have the number of murders that they've had and the butchery they've had, the couple of hundred million Chinese they've tortured to death, starved to death, murdered, killed, whether it's in collectivizations, in the Great leap forward in the Cultural Revolution, that doesn't include the almost half a billion 400 million miles gross numbers, 450 million murders of Chinese babies and the forced abortion. 80% of those are little girls. The hungry ghosts of China demand an accountability. But the Chinese Communist Party, anybody's hung on that long and done what they've done to their people and still around, they fall into the category in the worm of tough hombres. And they are not sitting here welcoming Donald Trump and the anti CCP element, of which I am honored to head in the MAGA movement, coupled with the Chinese patriots that have been able to flee and get throughout the world. So, E.J. tell me what's going on, because some of these charts that Kobayashi folks are putting up have got me quite nervous. And Scott Besson's got a hard enough time with $7 trillion he's got to refinance this year besides everything else that happens in this, in the two reconciliations, because there's going to be two reconciliations. Walk me through what you think through the minds of the Chinese Communist Party they're trying to accomplish, sir.

Well, Steve, that's an absolutely great summation. And essentially what we're seeing right now are extraordinary measures being taken by the CCP, both in terms of fiscal as well as monetary, so called stimulus. In other words, the government over in China is spending the equivalent of trillions of US Dollars in order to try to prop up their failing economy. And it's failing for the exact reasons that you mentioned, Steve, that they're trying to have capitalism, but only quasi capitalism with really what is state overseeing, or essentially almost like a kind of fascism where the government is trying to tell private actors and everything they can and can't do in the private economy. It clearly doesn't work. It hasn't worked. And they've been surviving off of the wealth transfer that you just described, Steve, where they're essentially siphoning wealth off of the American middle class and giving it to the people in China. But that's all coming to an end now. And so they're just spending money they don't have. Their central bank is printing money in order to pay for all of that unfunded spending. And the result is that they are issuing tons and tons of new debt, except there's no one to buy that debt. So who's buying it? The Chinese central bank. And that's why yields on Chinese debt have absolutely collapsed. We actually saw the exact same thing here during COVID Despite the fact that the government was again spending trillions of dollars it didn't have yields on Treasuries fell because the Fed essentially pledged to buy all of that debt. We also saw the exact same thing at the outbreak of World War I in Great Britain when they held, they pretended to hold really these bond rallies where they would get people to buy the debt of the British government. And that was supposed to be a sign of a people's confidence in the British pound and in the British government, the fact that the yields on that debt were falling, except it turned out that 100 years later, documents were finally released showing that the bank of England was the chief purchaser of all of that government debt. In other words, there was no confidence in the pound, there was no confidence in the British government, and it was simply the bank of England again buying all of that debt. So we're seeing the exact same thing today in China. That's why the yields on Chinese debt have absolutely collapsed. It's not because people all of a sudden have confidence in the Chinese regime. They don't. Instead, again, it's the central bank stepping in and printing the money to pay for all of this Chinese debt. Now the question is, how is this going to impact Americans? Right, because we're about America first. The problem here is that this devaluation of the Chinese yuan, the renminbi, is going to give their exporters another big advantage over American domestic producers because it's going to affect the relative value of those currencies. In other words, it will make it look like Chinese goods are even cheaper than they already are. So one of the things that the Chinese Communist Party aims to achieve right now in all of these monetary maneuvers is again, to further rob the American people of our ability to compete with them on the world stage. And this is something that was going on back during the first Trump administration. The previous Treasury Secretary, Mnuchin, was supposed to be all over it. He only was for a little bit, and then kind of gave up with policing the currency manipulations by the Chinese Communist Party. And I think Scott Bessen is gonna do a much better job than Steve Mnuchin did of really staying on top again, of all the monetary manipulations out of the Chinese Communist Party. And we're gonna have to not only stay on top of it, but we're gonna have to punish these bad actors as they try to manipulate currency markets and. And give their exporters an unfair advantage over our domestic producers. This is about protecting American industry and protecting American jobs and therefore American people.

E.J. are they. Are. Dr. Antoni. Are they doing this to front load and get ahead of. They know President Trump's gonna come in with tariffs. They understand he's gonna renegotiate these trade deals. Are they trying to do this to get ahead of it, to make sure that they're even, not even more competitive, but they're basically loading up the debt to undercut prices. So this is where their state capitalism comes in. Is this to get ahead of what? They know President Trump with Navarro and Bessant are going to go, Steve, that's.

A great way to put it. It's very similar to when retailers will jack up their prices right before Black Friday and then they have a so called Black Friday sale where the prices are now 25% off. Okay, but you just raised the prices 25% the week or the month before. So it's not really a sale at all. The Chinese are trying, the Chinese Communist Party is trying to do the same thing here. So they're essentially going to make their exports even more artificially cheap than they already are so that when the currently proposed tariffs get actually put into place, it essentially just resets the chessboard so that they're hoping that things will be right back to where they were a month or two ago. Again, this is where I'm very, very hopeful that Trump, that Besant, that Navarro will be all over this. And one of the key ways I think that we can keep an eye on this, Steve, is something that Judy Shelton highlighted not that long ago in a recent book of hers where she talked about the currency manipulations that countries like China are engaged in. And a good way to monitor that would be to look at how much gold does the dollar buy versus how much gold does the renminbi buy. And as you see the renminbi falling behind gold faster than the US Dollar, that is a good numeraire. In other words, it's a good objective standard by which you can measure both currencies to see which is devaluing faster. Now that's not to say that the dollar has been great against gold. It clearly hasn't. That's one of the reasons why so many people, including myself, have been recommending that people buy gold as an inflation hedge. However, the Chinese renminbi has been even worse and it's a sign that they are trying to devalue their currency even faster than we have devalued our currency here. And again, the aim there is to give themselves an unfair advantage in global markets. And so you can very easily then tie a kind of tariff or a non tariff barrier to the, the relative gold price of different currencies. In other words, if you Chinese Communist Party are gonna devalue your currency relative to gold, relative to the US dollar, then we are going to impose a tax on everything you send to this country that makes up for the difference. If you're gonna allow your currency to fall, to lose, let's say half of its value, then we're gonna put 100% tax on that in order to again reset the playing field and try to put us on a level playing field. And again, all of this goes back to this idea that they are going to try to make up for the inherent failures within their system by siphoning wealth off of the American middle class, as you articulated. Yeah, E.J. can you hang over one second? I just want to hold you for a few minutes after this break. Beggar thy neighbor in military might. Frank Gaffney and the team over there showing that they're having a bigger military buildup for dollars than Hitler had in the starting in the mid-1930s. And now you've got the beggar thy neighbor monetary policies and the trade policies. When this all fails, and it will fail for the Chinese Communist Party, their pivot to keep, to keep the folks at bay is to point to the foreign devils and say we gotta go to war. That's why what's happening in South Korea? So South Korea to the Third World War is bloody Kansas to the Civil war or Spain, 1935. It's happening, folks. This is happening. It's happening on our watch. This is what President Trump's walking into. A geopolitical, global geopolitical fiasco exacerbated by the clowns at Morning Joe and of course the illegitimate regime of Biden. Steve? It very much is a virus and very much is throughout the world. You're absolutely right. And one of the really scary things is that we are essentially seeing countries try to move away from the dollar as a way to shield themselves from, from having, from getting any kind of punishment, I guess from the United States. Before Russia invaded any of the territories around its borders, what did it do? It got rid of all its holdings of US debt and it also started buying gold. It has continued that gold buying spree and we're seeing the exact same thing out of the Central bank of China. Now China is also selling off its holdings of U.S. debt. They used to be the biggest purchaser and the biggest holder. They are now neither. In fact, now they're a net seller of US debt. That's also gonna create some difficulties in this year ahead for the Trump administration as they try to refinance so much existing debt. They have so many countries around the world selling that debt big. But still the fact remains that you have all of these different bad actors around the world who are getting off the dollar and who are stockpiling gold. You mentioned Germany in the 1930s. They did something very, very similar. So it's not good, Steve. They're trying to isolate themselves from any kind of dollar based repercussions. And again, as they continue to stockpile gold, I think that's a very bad.

And hang on, this is what Biden did that we strongly recommend against. And I'm a huge believer in economic warfare. I think you can cut the defense budget if you're smart. But the economic warfare has got to go to the capital markets. Part of all that, what Biden did, remember what the Russians did have in US banks, it was dollar denominated. Yellen and the Biden regime, they confiscated. We didn't even do this to the Nazis. They confiscated. So therefore they're telling the Russians hey, under no circumstances got to have anything dollar denominated. This is one of the reasons you got to go talk to Birch Gold. You have chemical, look at fentanyl, you have chemical weapons, you have biological weapons, look at Covid, you have nuclear weapons now spreading all over. You have armies, the lethality these armies is an order of 10 of what it was in World War II. The 20th century is the most barbaric. The short 20th century from August of 1914 to the fall of Tiananmen Square and the fall of the Berlin Wall in June to November of 1989, I call that the short 20th century. That was almost a continuous war, either hot or cold. With the cold still having, the hot tap was still running. We killed, murdered, slaughtered, I don't know, 500 million people. In wars and in suppressions like the Chinese Communist Party, they will look at that as the second Dark Age. The barbarism of the 20th century is what comes out of how many people were murdered and slaughtered and died in concentration camps, were gassed or starved. Look at the Holocaust in what the Nazis did in Poland. Look at what happened in Ukraine by Stalin and the bolsheviks in the 1930s. You basically living in Kansas and they starve you to death. Look what happened. The barbarity and the cannibalism that came up in. In the starving of people and the great leap forward, the collectivization of the farms. Horrible, unimaginable. We are hurdling as sure as night follows day. We're hurtling to that right now. This is the late 1930s. We have not learned any lessons. And this is what President Trump stepping into. And thank God in heaven he's the one stepping into it. As much as that will be a curse for him to have to turn it around, think of who else you would had. I mean, think about that for a second. This is why he's providential. Yes. He's quite imperfect. Yep. Quite imperfect as all of us are. But for this moment in time, the nation could not have a better leader, and the world cannot have a better leader. But ej, I'm telling you, the numbers are flashing. It's going from a flashing yellow to a flashing red because the Chinese Communist Party, they've killed, they've murdered 200 million Chinese citizens and butchered another 400 million babies. It's almost a billion people. And they didn't. Mao and these guys don't blink an eye. Deng Xiaoping, they don't blink an eye. Xi, they don't blink an eye. You take their blood pressure, then it wouldn't be up. There'd be resting blood pressure. Resting blood pressure. You think they're going to give this up because they understand if they give it up, they're gone. They're gone, and they're not going to be gone in a good way. Lao Baijang got a lot of Built up. You think the kid that gunned that guy down in cold blood, shot him in the back of point blank range. You think they got rage? You see what's happening, you see what's underneath the surface in China, because they have real rage. The Cultural Revolution, the forced collectivizations and the hunger and the barbarity. The Chinese Chemist Party, the most brutal dictatorship in world history of what they've done to these people. And to keep them, they're going to turn and say, the foreign devils, the foreign devils brought this on us and we got to take Taiwan first. And it's going to be, we're going to take East Asia, we're starting South Korea. It's going to explode like you've never seen anything in your life. It's coming. Sure it's coming. Yeah. Jack Smith brought two bogus cases against President Trump. There is the case in D.C. with D.C. obama Judge Tanya Shutkin or where Jack Smith charged President Trump for the non crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count act of 1887 and the First Amendment. The second case that Jack Smith brought was down in Florida for the non crime of a former president having his presidential records in the office of former president, which is allowed under The Presidential Records Act. Jack Smith charged Trump with espionage for that. Right. And so the January 6th case in D.C. has been completely thrown out against President Trump and he was the only defendant down in Florida. The case was thrown out against Trump because he's the President Elect. But there are two other co defendants and here's what they're trying to do with this special counsel report. It is a one sided political drive by shooting. A last, a last ditch effort by Merrick Garland and Joe Biden and their henchmen Jack Smith to do this smear of President Trump with this one sided report. If they issue this report, it's President Trump can't respond to it in a courtroom, he can't call witnesses, he can't present his own evidence, he can't confront their witnesses. It is a political drive by shooting. And with the case in D.C. it looks like Jack Smith is going to release that report with the Chutkan case and then with the Florida case, the Florida case, Jack Smith, it looks like he says he's not going to release the report publicly because there are two other co defendants, but he's going to let members of Congress, Merrick Garland and Jack Smith are gonna have members of Congress do what they call an in camera review, which means a private review. And I'll tell you, for someone who's worked in Congress in both the House and the Senate, if you give members of Congress anything in in camera review, it's gonna leak out to the public immediately. This is bogus. This is unprecedented and it's very interesting. You would think as a lawyer and as an officer of the court like Merrick Garland is, he would want to be very careful because not only does he have his duties in the Justice Department, including the Office of Professional Responsibility, he also has obligations to the bars to which he is admitted. And it is unethical for lawyers to put out one sided reports like this when there aren't charges pending.

If the Supreme Court has any integrity whatsoever, if they're not just three partisan hacks and six Republican weaklings, this should be a nine to nothing decision. The Supreme Court should stop this because guess what? We don't live in a country where local, highly partisan prosecutors and judges can sentence a President elect and throw him in prison, potentially. Even though Juan Rashad says he's probably not gonna do that, he left that as a possibility. We don't live in a third world Marxist hellhole where this can happen. Because guess what? Even if Marshad does not throw Trump in prison this time, what's to say that it doesn't happen next time after this precedent is set that this local, conflicted, partisan, dangerous, destructive judge, corrupt judge Juan Merchan or any other judge can tell a President elect you have to come into a sentencing hearing 10 days before you're inaugurated on these bogus charges that were brought against you. They just turn around and say it ain't happening?

This is a very simple ruling because think about the precedent that will be set here that a local partisan prosecutor and judge can sentence the president elect 10 days before his inauguration for non crimes. Right. And put him in prison. So do we want to set that precedent? Do we want Juan Merchand's Columbia or whatever third world dump he came from, do we want that to be imported into America?
