Everybody's digging down onto the treasure trove of usaid. Why this has been the funders of all this madness for, you know, 10 years or longer from the Obama administration. You've got Samantha Powers, one of the worst of the demons. Right. Samantha Powers and Victoria Nuland. Just throw out some random names and you've got amazing people digging into this. I'm gonna try to get Hoft on this afternoon or evening to go through his investigative reporting. Michael Shellenberger and Natalie, was he a New York Times guy? He was somewhere before he became an independent journalist, wasn't he?

Then I'm going to have Natalie connect the dots between what he's about to show you, which is a pretty much of a bombshell. I know people at the White House are going through all this too, because I think even they are shocked about the corruption. And really we now know the. We've known it for years, but couldn't actually get all the numbers. And this also shows you this condemns Paul Ryan and the Republicans that had every opportunity to do this themselves and kind of, quite frankly went along with this and hit it. Let's go ahead and play Shellenberger and then we're going to come back to Natalie Winters.

Hey everybody, it's Mike Shellenberger. For Public the House of Representatives impeached President Donald Trump in December 2019 after a White House whistleblower went public with evidence that Trump had abused his powers by withholding military aid to Ukraine in order to dig up dirt on his rival Joe Biden. In the complaint, the whistleblower claimed to have heard from White House staff that Trump had on a phone call directed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to to work with his personal attorney at the time, Rudy Giuliani, to investigate Joe Biden and Hunter Biden. The whistleblower who triggered the impeachment was a CIA analyst who was first brought into the White House by the Obama administration. Reporting by Dropsite News last year revealed that the CIA analyst had relied on reporting by a supposedly independent investigative news organization called the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, or the occrp, which appears to have effectively operated as an arm of the United States Agency for International Development, usaid, which President Trump has just shut down. The CIA whistleblower complaint cited a long report by OCCRP four times. The OCCRP report alleged that two Soviet born Florida businessmen were key hidden actors behind a plan by Trump to investigate the Bidens. Those two businessmen connected Giuliani to two former Ukrainian prosecutors. According to occrp, the OCCRP story was crucial to the House Democrats impeachment claim, which is that Trump dispatched Giuliani as part of a coordinated effort to pressure a foreign country to interfere in the 2020 presidential election, which is why the whistleblower cited it four separate times in a 2024 documentary that the German television broadcaster NDR made about OCCRP's dependence on the US government. A USAID official confirmed that USAID approves OCCRP's annual work plan and approves of new hires of key personnel. NDR had initiated and carried out the investigation with a French investigative news organization called mediapart, an Italian newsgroup called Il Fatto Cottidiano, Reporters United in Greece and Dropsite News in the United States. However, according to a mediapar story published the same day as the Dropsite news article, NDR censored the broadcast after US Journalist Drew Sullivan, the co founder and head of occrp, placed pressure on the NDR management and made false accusations against the broadcaster's own journalists who had been involved in the project. On December 16, DropSite's Ryan Grimm posted a link on X to the 26 minute long documentary. NDR, Germany's public broadcaster, is facing a censorship scandal, he wrote, and it's defended itself by saying it never killed a news report about OCCRP and its State Department funding because no report was ever produced to kill. That was absurd, wrote Grimm. And dozens, maybe hundreds of journalists knew it to be false. And now of course, someone has leaked it. The dropsite journalistic Collaboration revealed that OCCRP's original funding came from the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement affairs of the United States State Department. And it quotes a USAID official who.

Says Drew's just nervous about being linked with law enforcement. Yeah, but why? Well, because sources maybe, right? If people that are going to give you information think, oh, you're just an arm of, you know, you're just a cop, right? I mean, they may, maybe it's a problem. Or in other governments say you're trying to get into a country and do something and then the government says, oh, what are you, law enforcement or not? Right? There's a need. The separation, the independence is important because if you lose that, you lose your sense of it's a value. Your reputation is incredibly important.

For about five or six countries changing over from one government to another government, you know, because. And getting, you know, people, you know, prime ministers indicted or thrown out.

As such, it appears that the CIA, USAID and OCCRP were all involved in the impeachment. Impeachment of President Trump in ways similar to the regime change operations that all three organizations engage in abroad. The difference here is that it is highly illegal and even treasonous for CIA, USAID and its contractors and intermediaries, often called cutouts, to interfere in US politics in this way. In response to questions that we sent to occrp, it threatened to file a lawsuit against us. The premise of your article is factually false and defamatory, wrote Miranda Petrusic, the editor in chief of occrp, in an email to us. The claim by Dropsite News and Partner Media that USAID has control over editorial appointments has been disproven, she wrote, and we suggest you read our response to that. But neither OCCRP nor anyone else has disproved Dropsite's allegations, and Dropsite stands by them. And the evidence does not support OCCRP's claim of journalistic independence.

This is an absolute blockbuster. I afforded that to many people, the CIA, that they won't say it was Eric Camarillo that was identified by Sergeant Higgins, the late Sergeant Higgins, in the memo that McMasters fired him for, he listed the biggest rats, the biggest problems in the National Security Council, the deep staters who were hardwired, embedded into the White House. The number one name was Camarillo. The guy that's the CIA analyst that later made up these things about President Trump. This is so, so, Natalie, this is a blockbuster. You connect these dots. He's absolutely correct. This was an internal coup. This is a color revolution run by the Central Intelligence Agency with the help of USAID and their cutouts, ma'am.

I mean, screw these feckless Congressional Republicans, the Paul Ryan's of the world who for years lectured us about what, fiscal responsibility and sanity and budget hawks. You guys were never budget hawks to begin with. Right. It's resting literally on independent investigative researchers like Michael Shelley Ellenberger and people who are posting on X to expose the scam, frankly, the racket that is the United States government. But what this shows is that usaid, whether it's in Ukraine, but more precisely, using foreign policy to impact domestic policy here at home, it undercuts, not to say that our soft power is anything worth riding home about, but this idea that Sam Power is pushing on MSNBC last night. Right, but oh well, we can't get rid of USAID because soft power is an essential currency for the United States. There's no soft power emanating out of usaid. It's complete color revolution, election rigging, and absolutely dominating the political sphere to bring about the preferred candidates of, in Bill Kristol's own words, like he tweeted two days ago, they prefer the deep state to the Trump state. And that tweet right there shows you the mindset that has plagued this town for so long that undergirded that was the ideological underpinning of that first impeachment like you dubbed the nullification project that we've continued to see. But this outfit, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, if you want to get really granular, that piece I was talking about in the last block. Well, Norm Eisen, who's been writing extensively for Brookings about how Ukraine they need to have independent investigative journalism in order to expose the corruption. Well, guess what entity he literally alluded to in that exact article saying that he wants to be funding the new journalist resistance going on in Ukraine? None other than the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project. Right. It's the same entities which, like I said, their budget is over a half subsidized, if not entirely by usaid. Now this entity, like I was stressing before, was how they were planning to Bankroll the Resistance 2.0, the mainstream media apparatus, the civil society stuff, not just domestically, but the idea that USAID was going to be used like they have done in the past, history repeats itself. Like you were talking about with the Stanford Internet Observatory. So much of that censorship warfare has emanated out of the United Kingdom too.

The Global Disinformation Index. You want to talk about a special relationship? Let's look at that underbelly right there. But so much of the resistance is going to be outsourced internationally. And I just think too, Steve, the scope of the sort of media funding of USAID cannot be understated. In 2023, Al, they funded the training and support for 6200 journalists, assisted 707 non state news outlets, and supported 279 media sector civil society organizations, whatever that may be. I'm sure they would slap the word democracy defending in front of all of them. But the core question here, Steve, and I think it's something that we've really posed on this show since the inception of it, is what does democracy mean? And I think the conception of democracy that USAID has weaponized our taxpayer dollars to fund and support is not a version of government whereby America is put first. And that's a reductive way to put it, but it's a way of looking and conceiving of a global world order whereby people like Sam Power, people like Rachel Maddow, people like Victoria Nuland, people like Norm Eisenhower, they don't care about who's elected, whether it be here in the United States or abroad. They get to rig the elections and decide who the power brokers are. And they're gonna do it all under the smoke screen of independent media and democracy NGOs. And you know what the scariest and most concerning part is, Steven? I'll leave it at this. The same exact playbook that they're now that they've hurled against foreign countries saying that their civil society is cratering.

And now their security clearances have been taken away. They're probably going to be prosecuted. I think the retirements ought to be taken away and let them go to court and sue us. But back then in 2019 bars, Justice Department and Ray's FBI had it right there and you could tell, FBI had it and you could tell in a 10 minute scan what you had. And Joe Biden would have been out of the race in December of 2019. So when the Freedom Caucus starts hitting on all cylinders back then it was mainly on the budget issues. We couldn't get an audience and we got sneered at by the hundred Republican blobule in the middle. Natalie just brought up the definition of democracy. It turns out when I was in I hope I did not vote for this thing. But they hide everything in these gigantic budgets. But Mike Benz has reported on democracy language. We changed the definitions of democracy from we the people to the processes and institutions necessary to have a democracy, which lets the globalist elites off the hook totally. And then just, finally, just to connect one more dot, all of this stuff matters because the World bank and IMF and usaid, if they were all doing their jobs, you would have 4, 5, 6% global GDP growth of the good guys, and we would have hit and put conditionality on China instead of opening them up to, to trade with our Fortune 500 firms. So. And when I was in the House, there was never, and I'm not exaggerating, there was never a discussion of foreign policy or any of this. Now it becomes very clear why, in conference, right when we all met, 250 of us never foreign policy. And they wanted to keep it all quiet. They kept the budget numbers quiet. The speaker was the unilateral leader of the party on policy, on everything he dictated. And what really dictated was the giant Excel spreadsheet in the sky, right? The donors, wishes, the money runs the swamp. It's all coming out right now.

I want to go to, I want to pivot. This is what upsets me no end, is that now we have this jam that we got to get these cuts. You have to do these cuts, and it's going to be an incredible pressure. At the same time, they've allowed into the country, I don't know, 10 to 15 million illegal alien invaders over the last four years. And it has to be addressed and they have to be deported. They have to go home. And right now, as you can tell, Pam, Bonnie's over there, we're hung up right now with these issues of sanctuary cities and getting out of the jails. The criminals are already identified and they're fighting you everywhere. But there's a TRO right now in the work that Elon Musk and the guys are doing over Treasury. There's going to be more of those TROs, I don't know, before the end of the day tomorrow.

And that's not sustainable. And we're the first ones to say it's not sustainable. It's got to stop. And in stopping it's going to be ugly. Scott Besson to find out. Hey, where the, how the checks get cut and where they go. This is OMB just monitoring where the cash goes. Where does the. In the system. A complete meltdown because you realize there's five or six trillion dollars, it's going everywhere to every different group in the community. Hospitals and Medicaid, all of it. Yeah, well, that, that's, that's right. The, that's the non empirical part. But the, we're all talking about this providential moment in history that did not come about by accident. God does listen to prayers. And so at this moment we've been given a reprieve.

We don't deserve it. We won by 1% in the popular vote. It's a tough call. And I hate to get political, but in all political views are my own. But I just want to go back and remind the posse and the audience we're in a political fight. And so Joe Scranton, Pennsylvania, Biden ran on unifying the nation four years ago. And at his inauguration, here's his key theme. The rise of political extremism, white supremacy, domestic terrorism that we must confront and we will defeat, etc. That was their opening salvo. And it's no wonder when he's going to war against his own country, tearing down his own country, making up just falsehoods, right? Racism, white supremacy, et cetera. It's a myth. Now they were going after President Trump, the Washington Post the first day. And so what I want to see at this moment of strength, right, God's will, right in if you want to get biblical about it, go look at, you know, Saul killed his thousands and David his ten thousands. And Saul was taken out of power because he would not execute God's will wrath on earth. Right? And so you don't hear that too much in your Bible studies, but there comes a time where doing, telling the truth and doing justice do roll together. And we are at such a time. The Chinese are our existential threat, not the people. The ccp, but this is a spiritual fight. The Chinese regime, Xi Jinping said we're going to go full on Marxist Leninist in his last major speech. That, of course means they're an atheist regime. Right? They do not believe in human rights, they do not believe in God. And so we don't want it to be that way, but that's the way it is. And the Biden checks that came through to the Biden family, my friend Scott Perry in Congress had the checks in hand. We're not making this stuff up, but that's, that is the fight we're in. And then Mike Benz report, I just mentioned how we changed the terms of the democracy, but we had the censorship in the last regime as well. So that tweets were redefined to be many cyber events. And those could be covered under Department of Homeland Security, etc. Right. And that resulted in 20 million Americans being censored. Plus the attack on Christians. And Trump comes out today with Bondi, it looks like in defense of the Christian folks across this country. And so we're realigning the fight and it is a fight and it's a good thing. Christians need to get used to the fact that we are in a fight. It's spiritual, but spiritual. God put us on earth for the spiritual fight. And so we're there, we're ready to roll and everybody do the right thing.
