The Republican Party's favorability rating stands at 36%. The Trump administration is denying that it violated a judge's order to stop the deportation of hundreds of migrants over the weekend. President Trump on Friday signed an executive order invoking the Alien enemies Act of 1798, which allows the government to deport certain nationals in times of war without trial. The administration used the act to deport nearly 300 people that it alleges are members of a Venezuelan gang flying them to El Salvador. On Saturday, before the flights, advocacy groups filed a lawsuit against the administration on behalf of five men who were targeted in the deportation. Late Saturday, a federal judge blocked the president's use of the Alien Enemies act, ordering any planes with people being deported on the president's executive order to be returned to the United States, even if it meant turning the planes around. The big issue here is the timing of the flights. Administration officials have not said when the deportation flights landed in El Salvador, but the White House press secretary claimed yesterday that the migrants had already been removed from U.S. territory at the time of the judge's order. As the New York Times points out, the judges the judge issued the order shortly before 7pm in Washington but video posted on social media by the president of El Salvador shows the deportees disembarking the plane at night. And El Salvador is two hours behind Washington in terms of time zones, trying.

It took Joe Biden 221 days to see his favorability numbers go negative. It took Trump about a month. So I don't think this is working for them either. The question is, can Democrats create any kind of opposition or alternative that matters? That's one. But that's really going to matter when you get near to an election. And in the meantime, the thing that Democrats want from their party is some way of making it stop. They don't want a message. They don't even just want a fact check. But I agree with Chris. It'd be good if facts were more relevant right now. What they want is for Democrats to make it stop. And that's where the anger of the shutdown comes. Comes in. Yeah, that was the one piece of leverage Democrats had. Should they have shut down? Actually, I think it's actually a pretty hard question. But the reason there was such fury among the base is Democrats have no way to get themselves in front of this. They had one way to do something that would have changed politics, at least for now, and they decided not to do it. And the base thinks, okay, then what are you for?

An actual exercise is down the Red Sea to keep the Suez Canal open, to therefore supply, you know, cargo and commerce from Asia and the Middle east into Europe. The NATO countries have basically, you know, given that over to the Americans. We have, I think, two carrier battle groups down there and one led strikes on the Houthis, which I don't fully understand. We'll talk about it a little later in the show. All out war. And the other line of work of deportations. President Trump finally had enough of it. Aliens enemies act of 1798. President John Adams this is about the French, this kind of fallout from the French Revolution of cracking down here, didn't want us to get sucked into European wars. Does that sound familiar? And they passed this act. President Trump used it. It was the same act to do the, to deter or do the interments, I guess, of the Japanese after Pearl harbor. Always very controversial, although there was a lot they don't talk about today. There was many, many, many voices saying that that should have happened after Pearl harbor, given the fact that we didn't know what the hell was going on. Mike Davis, the thing I want to focus on this morning with you is what we try, we've been trying to frame this and let people understand that there is a full, ongoing outright war on this, taking down the administrative state and confronting the deep state with the legal profession, because that's what the radical Democrats control. They control the big law firms, they control a lot of the courts. Of these neo Marxist judges, they've controlled the Justice Department. President Trump on Friday went to the Justice Department and all weekend all they were saying is that he desecrated, he desecrated the Justice Department. President Trump, oh, by the way, is going over to the Kennedy center this afternoon. His schedule is he's going to the Kennedy center to basically chair the first board meeting since he's reconstituted the board. So the two, the two temples, they have the Kennedy center, which is high church for them and the Justice Department. President Trump is desecrating with a 72 hour. God, I love this. You vote for the man, you even want more. But Mike, this legal. You and I have talked a lot over the weekend. This is reaching critical velocity. The concept for them is to delay is to deny. To delay is to deny. And that's what they're doing. They're trying to shut, they're trying to chop block the revolution of common sense in an all out effort at every different aspect to come after President Trump's administration. And that's what the Biden justice department did for four years, is going after Trump supporters because of January 6th. Steve Bannon may have been on the receiving end of that lawfare along with Peter Navarro when they sent both of them to the clink. And so contrast that with President Trump where he's saying, hmm, maybe Trump grandmas are not the biggest threat to America. Maybe these vicious Venezuelan terrorists and Trend Aragua and Ms. 13 gangs are a bigger threat to America. So President Trump campaigned on the facts. He's gonna end the weaponization of the Justice Department against Trump grandmas and parents and Christians and then refocus the federal government on closing our border and getting these violent, vicious, terrorist. And President Trump won an electoral mandate because the American people liked what they heard, that we're going to stop going after Trump grandmas and we're going to go after trend day Aragua. And so President Trump won a big electoral mandate. He kept the House, he won the Senate. He's doing what he promised American voters he would do. And these activist judges are sabotaging the presidents and they're doing it all over the country with these left wing radicals, but particularly in Washington D.C. and you have this Judge Jeb Boasberg, he's supposed to be the moderate left wing radical right. He's still a left wing radical, but apparently he's only 90% left wing radical instead of 100% left wing radical. And this judge over the weekend issued the most dangerous, the most dangerous temporary restraining order imaginable. You have a judge.

And you have these activist judges, like this D.C. obama judge, Jeb Boasberg, who went into his chambers on a Saturday to scramble to try to issue a temporary restraining order, this lawless Trojan, to tell the President of the United States that he can't protect our country from foreign terrorists, he can't repel an invasion. And even most dangerously, this goofball, Jeb Boasberg, this Obama judge, ordered the President of the United States to turn planes around, carrying these terrorists from America to El Salvador. Thank God that didn't happen. Right? The president apparently didn't understand the order or whatever the hell he needs to say to tell this judge, Jeff Boasberg to piss off because he is the President of the United States. I don't say this lightly. You don't ignore judges.

Because not to do that, you're going to flip the appellate courts, which are already stacked against us, but particularly potentially the Supreme Court with ACB Justice Coney Barrett, Ann Roberts, who will be, you know, taking a temperature here, that you don't want to do it. Why are you flipping in this case and saying, hey, I have no problem with continuing to ship the bad guys back to prisons in El Salvador, sir.

I'm not flipping in this case. I'm Saying that you almost always fall a judge's order. But when the judge's order is clearly lawless and a grave danger to our national security, you have a duty as the President of the United States, as the Commander in Chief, to ignore a lawless, dangerous order. This Obama judge, Jeb Boasberg, was. First of all, he had a hearing during a national security operation where we're taking the most dangerous terrorist in the Western hemisphere out of America and into El Salvador. The president posted the video of the handoff. This is not something that you want the terrorist to be tipped off to. Right? Because you're gonna put American lives and our allies lives in grave danger if they know this is happening. So this judge never should have held this hearing during the middle of this national security operation, which could have tipped off this operation and killed Americans and killed our allies. And then this judge thinks that he's gonna order airplanes to turn around mid flight over the Gulf of America or wherever the hell these planes were. This judge is out of. And not only should this judge resign for this disgraceful, dangerous order, the House of Representatives should impeach Jeb Boasberg immediately. Because this guy has horrific judgment, he's a radical partisan, and he's let his Trump derangement endanger the lives of Americans and our allies.

I had the oversight portfolio over the federal judiciary, including not only just getting them confirmed, the nominations portfolio. I had the oversight portfolio. I clerked on the Supreme Court. I clerked for the 10th Circuit. I respect federal judges, no matter if they're appointed by Democrats or Republicans. But what Jeb Boasberg did in this instance is so illegal, it's so reckless, it's so dangerous that you are ordering. First of all, you are sabotaging the President of the United States during a national security operation. You are. You have that. That has the potential of tipping off our enemies and getting Americans and our allies killed. And then during the middle of this operation, you think you have the power to issue a temporary restraining order to tell the President of the United States to turn around planes full of international terrorists. Foreign terrorists. These are designated foreign terrorists. And Jeb Boasberg, this Democrat Obama clown judge in D.C. thinks he's the commander in chief or he can second guess the commander in chief and turnaround planes mid flight. Did he check to see if there's enough fuel on these planes? Does he understand that there's an entire operation on the other end in El Salvador to make sure that there's a secure handoff? Maybe we didn't have that secure handoff in America. And I would say this to Jeb. I don't think that you're a trans black woman, so I don't know if you're qualified to be an air traffic controller. This guy is a clown. He should resign. And if he doesn't resign, the House should impeach him. And I. Look, I don't care if there aren't enough votes in the Senate to remove him. We need to put this guy through the process so these judges understand when you do these reckless, dangerous things, there are consequences.

Yeah. Okay. I want to. Also, let's go on record. We know because the Senate House would impeach them, they go to trial in the Senate. It's quite remote that they would be removed from their. From their current positions as federal judges. You agree with me that there'd be at least the ones we're talking about initially, they would not be actually removed?

Yeah. What would happen is the Senate would almost certainly set up a special committee to hold the trial for Boosberg, and he would be sitting in front of the Senate trial. Instead of pretending like he's the commander in chief on a Saturday, he's moonlighting as the commander in chief on the Saturday and turning planes to turn around during a national security operation and potentially tipping off our enemies, getting Americans and our allies killed.

He won the Senate with a comfortable margin, and the only place these Democrats this resistance can go to now are these activists, judges. And they've been doing this all over the country. Like you said, Steve, these are the judicial saboteurs. They are sabotaging the president's Article 2 executive power. Trump's not stealing Congressional. He's not stealing legislative power under Article 1 from Congress. President Trump is not stealing judicial power under Article 3 from the Supreme Court. He is exercising core Article 2 power, including protecting our nation from foreign invasion, repelling an attack. We have Trende Aragua, foreign terrorist, robbing, raping, murdering, kidnapping all across America. President Trump is rounding them up. He designated them as foreign terrorists. He's rounding them up. He's getting them the hell out of our country. And there are two cases that are the most egregious. You have this Judge Ali in dc, this Canadian citizen who brags that he's the first Arab and first Muslim on the D.C. federal bench, who said that the President of the United States has to send out $2 billion in foreign aid over his paws so the President can make sure we're not funding Hamas terrorism, for example, or not funding waste, fraud and abuse, for example. And this Judge Ali ordered the president to issue $2 billion in foreign aid over his objection through a temporary restraining order. That is clearly lawless. This got to the Supreme Court and the Chief Justice, John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett sided with the three liberals on a procedural technicality. And they were weak. They backed down. And now they've emboldened these activist judges all over the country. And it's gotten so bad.

It's gotten so bad that on Saturday, this Bozberg, this Bozo the clown Bozberg in D.C. told the president he has to turn around planes. This is to the Chief Justice, John Roberts. You need to get your judicial house in order and do it now.

Got to do it now. I'm a. Hang on for a second. The probationary guys, they've stopped Trump. If you look at the unitary theory of the executive, they stopped. They stopped him on downsizing the government. The probationary guys were held up on that. They reversed that. They've stopped any of the money flow. So anything. Doge is finding Kerry Lake. We're going to have Kerry Lake on in the 11 o'clock hour. She went in on Saturday and completely took out, you know, all the traitors, the agents of influence. None of the pardons for all the pardons for J6 and for Fauci, those last day pardons are null and void, are they not according to the President of the United States, the chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer of these United States, Mike Davis.

Well, it's a little bit more complicated than that, but let's just put it this way. They use the auto pen on the pardons, right? That does not necessarily make the pardons void. What would make the pardons void is if they use the auto pen on the pardon and President Biden didn't know they did it or it's against President Biden's will. So if he didn't know he's pardoning someone or he said not to pardon someone and they pardoned them anyway, those are clearly void. Look, politicians use auto pens all the time. President Trump has used them. Every prior president has used them. The issue is, are they using the auto pen without the President's approval, without his knowledge, against his will? And it sounds like in this instance of President Biden was asked about these pardons and he has no clue that these pardons happened. It sounds like it wasn't with his knowledge and with his consent. And so therefore there is a strong case that these are not valid pardons.

Okay. The war in posse is we were going to start tomorrow. Preston is going to be on the show. We're going to kick off everything in Wisconsin tomorrow. But they're fired up right now. They want to go the ramparts right now. Mike Davis, on this entire situation because we have to fight back. Also, one thing before we go to the impeachments and getting people over to Article 3, there was a problem, you know, certain elements, the government, Jefferson, these guys had a problem with how the courts were first stood up and some of the judges, correct me if I'm wrong, and they passed. It was in 1801, 1802, the kind of restructuring or really the initial Judicial act cannot. We can't we pass something through the House now and go all in and just restructure this whole thing and start blowing these guys out in a mass purge. Can we do that? To be super aggressive, Mike Davis?

Well, I'm glad you bring that up, Steve Bannon, because I'm actually working on that right now with the key Senate staffers and other people.

Hold it. Stop, stop, stop. I was just doing my research over the weekend. Are you kidding me? You're actually. I haven't talked to Davis about this yet. I was throwing one out there. Talk to people about what happened back in, back at the foundation of the country, and about this act, why it's so important and why I'm saying, baby, let's do it again.

So the judicial power under Article 3 is with the Supreme Court of the United States. And so that is created by Constitution, but inferior courts are created by Congress. And Congress can create courts, Congress can change courts, Congress can eliminate courts. And they've done that many times over the past. I would say this, that to these D.C. district Court judges, I don't think you understand and appreciate how much momentum is growing right now to bring major reforms to the D.C. district Court, because let's look at it this way. The D.C. superior Court, is that constitutional? I'm not sure that's not an Article 3 court that handles essentially, street crimes and civil disputes among the citizens of D.C. and there are like 10 vacancies on the D.C. superior Court right now. Maybe we can fix this problem by not filling those vacancies on the D.C. superior Court. Having the D.C. district Court with people like Boasberg and Judge Ali and all these other radical judges. Maybe we can change their jurisdiction to the D.C. superior Court's jurisdiction. We'll have Boasberg and Ali doing D.C. street crimes and doing civil disputes between, you know, people in D.C. who are fighting over whatever the hell they're fighting over. And then we can bring in judges from around the country to handle the other cases.

So we have three lines of attack, right? We have three lines of attack. One is the continual, absolute evisceration of these radical law firms, Right? By taking their security clearances away, cutting out their business with the U.S. government. And that's the way you kind of break the foundational element. In addition, you're saying there may be a legislative part also to kind of do a restructuring like they did at the beginning of the country. Right. And do it today, where you actually get, you know, restrict what these guys feel to play is. And number three is we use good old impeachment to put people through the process. I Don't want people to say, well, you'll never get it passed. Waste of time. It's not a waste of time. The process, trust the process. And we can start impeaching these judges, can we not, sir?

We should definitely start with impeaching Boasberg, who illegally and very dangerously sabotaged a national security operation of the president of the United States with a for another foreign leader and put Americans and our allies in grave danger. I would say again to the chief justice, John Roberts, you have allowed the judiciary to get out of control. You need to get the judicial house in order immediately. And good luck to Boasburg, enforcing your lawless orders with your law clerks because I don't think the executive branch will enforce lawless orders. Finds that a majority of registered voters, 55%, have a negative view of the party, while 27%, just over a quarter of registered voters, have a positive view of the party. That's the party's lowest rating in NBC News polling dating back to 1990. Meanwhile, though, a new CNN SSRA poll finds the Democratic Party's favorability rating at just 29%, a record low going back to 1992 and a drop of 20 points since January of 2021. What's more, just 63% of Democrats and Democratic leaning independents have a favorable view of their own party, down 9 points from January and 18 points points from the start of the Biden administration. The Republican Party's favorability rating stands at 36%.

Full of despair, says Politico. Democrats are why, why, why are Democrats full of despair? All I have to say Democrats, call your office. You know where March Madness Times. Terrible, terrible, terrible. To quote the great Charles Barclay, view Democratic party favorably. CNN SRS look at this 29% NBC News. You want to go lower than that? How about 27%? Both are record lows. The lowest going back to 1992 in CNN polling, the lowest going back on Record to 1990 and NBC News polling. The majority of Americans hold an unfavorable or negative view of the Democratic Party. At this point, all I can say is I'm a big fan of the oldies. So I'm going to quote Chubby Checker. How low can you go?

What about congressional Democrats specifically? Yeah, what about congressional Democrats specifically? You think these numbers are low? How about this one? Holy Toledo. Voters views of the Democrats in Congress among all voters disapprove 68%. And look at the approved number, just 21%. Even lower than the Democratic Party at large. This is the lowest on Republic record for Democrats according to Quinnipiac University polling. You think these numbers are bad? Let's go to this side of the screen. We'll look how Democratic voters feel. Get this. The plurality of Democratic voters disapprove of Democrats in Congress at 49% and just 40% approve. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Oh my goodness gracious. You just can't get worse than these numbers. And this is the number right here really driving all of this. As Democrats have turned. If Democratic voters have turned on Democrats in Congress and the Democratic Party, that's.

What puts the numbers at historic lows.

What is it they want to be seeing? What is going on? I'll tell you what's going on. They don't like what's coming out of some of those Senate Democrats like Chuck Schumer because take a look at the direction of the party. Democratic voters on Democrats in Congress doing too little to oppose Donald Trump. Look at this. 77% should stay principled even if it means nothing gets done in Washington. Washington D.C. 65%. And this 65% is such a difference from where we were in 2017 at this point when just 33% of Democrats say they should say principle compared to 59% who said they want to compromise. Democrats do not want compromise at this point. They want to fight it. They want to go into the ring like Muhammad Ali did against Sonny Liston. They want to take down the Republicans. They do not want this compromise anymore. They want to be more like Republicans, get up to that stage and fight. And right now they feel like their leaders in Congress are simply put, not doing so. And that is why their approval rating for congressional Democrats is at an all time low, even among Democrats with more disapproving than Approving. Yeah, it seems that these Senate Democrats, some of them are banking on the.

Idea that there is still a political middle, as it were.

We will see. We will see. We will see if there's a political middle. But at this point, count me skeptical that that is at least what the Democratic base wants at this point. It's going be very interesting, John, to see moving forward whether or not there are any repercussions come 2026, because I bet there may be some coming.

They look at Donald Trump and they're jealous of him. They look at him and they're like, man, that guy is amazing. Nothing bothers him. He's willing to go out there and keep fighting. He stands up after he gets shot in the head. The guy is amazing, right? They love him, but they love to hate him because they don't have him and they don't have anybody like him. And if they think AOC even so much as compares to Donald Trump, they are in a world of hurt for a very long time. And I love look forward to watching.
