So it's all of the companies, but these that are identified by the Pentagon as military companies should not be operating here, obviously, especially this one. Cattle. The call to action is this. Well, Steve, as you've said endlessly, we have to take down the Chinese Communist Party. This is an incredibly powerful vehicle for doing it. Unfortunately, the State Department was defying not only Rubio's request, but the law that requires that report. Now that he's running the building, I would hope that it will be out very shortly. I've got to believe that it's done. If not, he's probably done it himself. We ought to get that out right away because that coupled with cutting off their cash flow, their hard currency cash flow, could make all the difference in freeing the loud Beijing and ending the threat that it poses to us. This Chinese Communist Party, a foreign adversary, by the way, President Trump has called it.

The final issue is I go to the appeals court, the appeals court to get simple release pending my appeal, which is the normal course. And it was given immediately to Stephen Bannon. No, no, no, no. The judge fights me on that. But the appeals court, think about this. Mr. Woodward files that appeal. It comes into three judges. Two of them are Republican, one is a Democrat. We've got your appeal. Time passes. A short period of time. We get the ruling back. Appeal denied. Three Obama judges on the three panels. How did that bait and switch happen? That's supposed to be a random draw. You know what the odds of that are? Less than 20%. Democrat, Democrat, Democrat. From start to finish. This is the partisan weaponization of our judicial system. Please write these big stories now. The last thing I want to say is that that's prison. That's where they take your freedom. But as hard as it will be on me and as hard as it will be on anybody who is in there is harder on their families. And this is who those Democrats have hurt. This is who the Democrats hurt. Have hurt. I will walk proudly in there and do my time. But what they do to people. And by the way, fact check this. I will be the only person, only person in that prison who's been convicted of a misdemeanor. A misdemeanor. Everybody else is in there for felonies. I will gather strength from this. Donald John Trump is the nominee for the Republican presidential campaign.

Well, you know, as a person, I wish it was four years instead of four months. But it is always heartening to see the system work and to see someone who has worn a suit and tie to work forever and has been in the halls of power be held accountable for refusing. You know, I wish more People had been charged with contempt of Congress. Claire McCaskill, you'll eat those words one day, ma'am. And I can't wait till we feed them to you, baby. Mike Davis, this is what it's all about. This is why it's still lawfare, the lawfare of what you've said from the beginning as the viceroy. The vast criminal conspiracy against President Trump continues today, but now it's in these radicals in the federal judiciary. It's a very unpleasant topic, but it has to be exposed and we have to deal with it. Certainly the easy path and the reason the country's in this situation, we've taken the easy path too long financially, against the Chinese Communist Party, you know, our adversaries. What was happening in the world, culturally, what was happening? The Republican Party acted as controlled opposition and that's why we're in this situation today. Look how many of these judges were approved by the Senate, right? All of them approved by the Senate, but with Republican votes. Look how many came up in the Bush administration. Mike Davis, Lawfare continues to this day, but it's now risen to a level that we are in a constitutional crisis, sir.

We are in a constitutional crisis because the American people put President Trump back into the White House cuz he promised to bring bold reforms to Washington, D.C. to cut waste, fraud and abuse, to secure our border, to get illegal immigrants, particularly international gangs and foreign terrorists, the hell out of our country. The American people strongly support this. They gave the President the House of Representatives and a comfortable majority in the Senate. They gave him a broad electoral mandate. You know, they 311 electoral votes, all seven swing states, the popular votes. And the President is doing the unthinkable. He's actually doing what he promised American voters he would do. And he is doing that on day one, last time when he won, he had never run for office. He had never been in office. You know, he made mistakes, including on personnel. This time, he's not making those mistakes. He's ready to Govern on day one and he's exercising his core Article 2 powers as the chief executive officer, as the commander in chief. And you have these activists, lawyers and plaintiffs going to these activist judges, particularly in Washington, D.C. and they are sabotaging the President of the United States. They are sabotaging his Article II executive powers. He's not stealing Congress's legislative powers under Article 1. He's not stealing the Supreme Court's Article 3 judicial powers. If he were doing that, I want the courts to strike down a president who steals powers. That would speed up our goal of dismantling the administrative state. These judges are D.C. obama and Biden judges. They are activist judges. They are not performing judicial review. They are performing judicial sabotage. And this is unconstitutional what they're doing. And it's getting very dangerous. We had Judge Ali 2 weeks ago Tell the President he had to send out $2 billion in foreign aid over the President's national security review and. Objection. So Judge Ali apparently wants the president to fund Ali's Hamas buddies, his terrorist buddies, so they can kill Americans or fund waste, fraud and abuse like research on transgender mice. The Supreme Court allowed this to happen because the Chief justice and Justice Amy Coney Barrett were wimps. They blanks. They said it's a tro, according to Judge Ali. So it's not reviewable. It wasn't a TRO. How do you have a TRO? Sending $2 billion out the door? That's not a TRO and there wasn't an injunction bond. And that emboldens these activist judges. Now we have Judge Boasberg, this guy who was the FISA court judge for Crossfire Hurricane, who's now ordering the President of the United States. He's holding a hearing during a sensitive, highly classified national security operation to get foreign terrorists the hell out of our country. Trend nicua foreign terrorists and international gangs like MS.13. This Judge Boasberg had a hearing on Saturday, unusual hearing on Saturday could have exposed this here, this operation. He actually did expose this operation which put American lives in danger and the lives of our allies. And then he ordered the President to turn around planes in international waters over the Gulf of America to return these terrorists back to the United States. This Judge Boasberg did not have the jurisdiction to do this. And even if he did have the jurisdiction, this is horrifying judgments. This is why I'm calling for his impeachment. This is why I'm working with Chairman Chuck Grassley, my former boss on the Senate Judiciary Committee, to bring serious reforms to the D.C. district Court. And these activities judges all over the country. This is why I'm working with Senator Mike Lee, Congressman Chip Roy. There are going to be severe, and I say this, and I mean it. There are going to be severe legal, political and financial consequences to all of this lawfare, whether it was trying to bankrupt, throw Trump in life, throw him off the ballot, take off his head before the election and now after the election. These saboteurs are going to face serious consequence.

This ties directly and that's why I want on the anniversary of Peter Navarro going to prison also. And Julia Kelly is going to join us telephonically here in a moment. Mike. They are setting traps for Trump administration officials for more contempt. So before I go to the, before I go to the, to the call to action, I want to lay it out because I know the war room is at the ramparts and people are worked up on this as they should be. DC Drano kicked off the show and I'd asked DC to come on to tee up Teetzel and this whole effort today we're going to, you know, outline what's exactly going on, give the folks the scope of the battlefield and then talk about specifics, the war on posse. And let's say over half of the MAGA movement is worked up enough for the saying, hey, we understand to delay is to deny. And let's not play that game. Let's keep all gas. No brakes. He should not comply with some of these and he should just force their hand. What is your. Since you're the tip of the spear of this, of this movement as a viceroy, particularly the impeachment proceedings against the judge. And you've been the most vocal about the Chief Justice Roberts, you know, putting that proclamation out yesterday, which only empowers these people. That's why he did it. What is your thoughts now on. Because you've been the guy from the beginning that said, hey, let's not play their game, let's not walk in their traps. I know people are going to get very upset. We have to hold our fire because this is going to go to appellate level. It's eventually go to the Supreme Court. And we don't want to scare off the Notre Dame professor, acb, and we don't want to scare off the politician with his finger to the wind all the time. Chief Justice Roberts, your thoughts now and guidance to people, particularly in the administration, about the compliance with some of these rulings.

Sir, again, President Trump is exercising Core Article 2 executive powers as the chief executive officer, as the commander in chief. Like, for example, doing a review of foreign aid to make sure we're not funding Hamas terrorists who are going to kill America, making sure we're not funding research on transgender mice in Zimbabwe. Waste, fraud and abuse. And then you have activist judges like Judge Ali, this Canadian citizen, he's still a Canadian Citizen on the D.C. federal bench who, who got confirmed last minute on the thinnest of margins. He is. He bragged he's the first Muslim, he's the first Arab on the D.C. federal bench, in addition to being a Canadian citizen, the Chief Justice, Justice Amy Coney Barrett, did not stop him on a ticky, tacky, procedural ground. TRO is not immediately appealable. Even though this was not a TRO, they were sending $2 billion out the door to a rat's nest, to terrorist rat's nest. Right. And so these judges are emboldened. We saw Bozberg, Bozo the Clown Saturday, thinks he can turn around planes in the middle of a military, law enforcement and intel operation with one of our allies. Just imagine if he had to, if those planes actually turned around and there was not enough fuel over the Gulf of America and the planes crashed. Or you saw on the other end in El Salvador, the massive security operation to take those terrorists. Right. And international gang members if we didn't have that set up on the other side. Right. So it could have been a catastrophic failure if that plane got attacked or the convoy got attacked in America because we didn't have that security footprint. And then we also want to send a message to foreign leaders that we're not going to follow through on these operations. We're going to put this out. The South Salvador president, his reputation on the line where he's, you know, he's going to take these terrorists and put them in a prison. He has this big security footprint. And then we leave him holding his, you know what on the other end. That's unacceptable. These. This is why judges, this is why the Supreme Court has long held that federal judges do not meddle in military operations. They do not meddle in foreign affairs. And that is why it's not just the lawlessness, it's not just the lawless order that makes this impeachable. It's the lawless order, along with the grave danger this put Americans and our allies in. That's why we're calling for Judge Boasberg's impeachment. He was not exercising judicial power here. This was not judicial review, as the Chief justice said in his smug, stupid statement. This was judicial sabotage of the president because of a policy disagreement by this DC Activist, radical Judge Jeb Boasberg. And that's why the House is going to move forward with impeachment of this guy. And I don't care if he doesn't get removed by the Senate. I want the process exactly. To be the punishment. If he's sitting through impeachment hearings, he's not ordering the president to turn around planes.

It also sends a signal to the rest of these folks, no, we're not going to. In all probability, you're not going to remove him in a trial. And D.C. dream, remember, you can impeach. No, he is absolutely spot on. You know, Mike Davis is a friend. He is not off base in what he just described. And that is Judge Bosberg, who we know is a radical Trump hater on the bench, but now jeopardizing national security information in his reckless attempt to get granular details about these flights leaving the US Carrying Venezuelan terrorists to other countries. And there was an interesting filing today. I don't know if Mike covered it, but the DOJ responded to Judge Bosberg demand for this information under seal today. And we could talk a little bit about that. But he absolutely should be impeached. There are other reasons why he should, of course. We've talked about Jeb Bossbert attending Donald Trump's arraignment in the D.C. courthouse in September of 2023 for Jack Smith's J6 indictment. He has made false and inflammatory statements about the president January 6, calling it an insurrection incited by Trump supporters. He gave the slap on the wrist to Ray Epps calling him a victim of conspiracy theories. And so there's a long list of things that Judge Bosberg has done and said. Also signed off on the seizure of Representative Scott Perry's cell phone in 2022, claiming he was under investigation, that there was proof of evidence of a crime on Representative Kerry's cell phone and put his imprimatur on the FBI snatching it out of Scott Perry's hand and retrieving all the data, trying to find some evidence of a crime. Representative Kerry, in doing his job related to the certification of the 2020 electoral vote on January 6. Of course, he was never charged. His hands are so dirty. What they did this morning and this is Judge Bossberg who demanded in the hearing on Monday, he wanted information, details about these flights, when they took off, when they landed, who was on them, where they went, when they were taken into custody, both in Honduras, in El Salvador. The DOJ said we're not turning over that information, but if you request us to do it either ex parte, which of course just is behind closed doors with the judge or under seal, we will consider that. So Judge Fosberg yesterday, as we talked about on your show, move forward with that demanding close either a closed hearing or sealed document with the details of those flights. And what the Department of Justice did today is filed a motion for Judge Gothberg to stay his own order saying time is of the essence. These are national security secrets. This has to do with foreign and diplomatic powers and movements solely under the purview of the president. And what the DOJ said today is they may invoke state secret privilege to keep this out of the hand of Jeb Oshberg. Now, because here's what can happen. They can file this under seal, correct the plaintiff, the ACLU and Martha leases Democracy Forward can make a motion to unseal that information.
