Stephen K. Bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. You're just not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
Alex DeGrasse
MAGA media I wish in my soul.
Stephen K. Bannon
I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. It's Thursday the 20th of March, year of our Lord 2025. Another historic day at President Trump's White house. Today at 3:30, he will sign an exempt executive order that commenced the process of dismantling the Department of Education, something that Republicans have talked about and run on and raise money on, I don't know, 50 years, including the beloved and revered Ronald Reagan. At 4 o'clock there'll be an event in the East Room. Our own Brian Glenn will be there with the Real America's Voice crew. We're also, I think back up today on everything else on our camera. Number two camera. So we'll be all over. That's the hustle and the grit and determination, the right stuff of the real America voice team at the White House. Caroline Levitt, our beloved Caroline Levitt, remember her? The first time she ran? I think she did her first appearance, her first national appearance on TV was here on the War Room. She's become a, well, she was a hell of a warrior then. She's a fierce in your face, no back down warrior today. She may have a press gaggle. And we'll go live to the sticks. That's what they're called. Give you some inside baseball. We'll go live to the sticks as soon as. If she goes out that side of the West Wing for an update, I'm sure part of it will be about Department of Education, probably be about the lawsuits. So Dr. Swain, we come the. He signs it at 3:30. There's an event at 4. I think Michelle Morrow trying to get her on from North Carolina is going to be there. Tiffany just, I think going to be there. A lot of folks have been on Warren for years. Going to be there. Dr. Swain, before our show ends, the five o'clock show ends. There'll Be multiple lawsuits selected by these radical judges to try to shut this down immediately and just get into the courts. What you're going to hear all day is morning. You've already seen it on tv. It's just terrible. This is, this is going to destroy American education. This shows you. This is from the. This is the hateful populist movement. That is a bunch of uneducated rubes. Right? And we've now collected the worst elements of the African American community, the Hispanic community. These people are vindictive. They're jealous of educated people. And this is why we're doing this, to take down the revered Department of Education, which every other western democracy from Canada to France to Germany has made it a priority. Your response, ma'am?
Dr. Carol Swain
Well, their lawsuits will be delayed tactics. And when you actually look at the performance of the Department of Education, it doesn't have a leg to stand on because there's been nothing except a decline in the quality of American education ever since it was instituted. And I can speak as a person who attended elementary school in the segregated South. I got a great education. Education belongs at the state and local level. The quality of education once the Department of Education is dismantled would depend on whether it's a red state or a red city versus blue states and blue cities. Blue states and blue cities. They will try to continue what they're doing right now, which is the non education of America's school children, especially its racial and ethnic minorities. They're getting the worst end of the deal. And the money for the most part flows into unions and into administration.
Stephen K. Bannon
What they also finance the credential class. I mean, the, the universities, the most woke universities, are underwritten essentially by taxpayer dollars that are basically washed through this. What's your recommendation to the universities to get off? Because we need an intervention. They're addicted to federal money, taxpayer money. What is your recommendation? Since you were tenured at two of the finest in this nation and honestly, you saw the collapse of Princeton, Right. What's your recommendation to these, to these.
Dr. Carol Swain
Institutions to get back on mission? When I started my education, there was a focus on universities being a marketplace for ideas. And so they would always have a token conservative on committees. And there were some conservative faculty members, but they made a switch. I guess it started in the 1980s, early 1990s. It escalated and they became just propaganda meals. They're not educating students. They're not teaching them critical thinking skills. Their surveys show that the majority of Americans, the parents and the students, don't believe a college education is worth the money. If they want to stay in business, then they need to critically reexamine themselves. And I suggest that Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and every university that has a mission statement that everyone that's a part of that university community need to pull out that mission statement, dust it off and reread it, and then ask themselves, are you fulfilling the mission? And as far as the money that they've gotten, it's wasted money. It goes to nonsensical studies. And for the most part, if you're conservative, if you're not toeing the party line, if you're a racial and ethnic minority and you have no benefit to your the. For me, for a black person, African American studies or women's studies, you have no value. That needs to change.
Stephen K. Bannon
Dr. Swain, you've got books out. You've attacked this head on. You're a living example of kind of the right stuff, of your grit and determination. Got you where you are and particularly your advanced degrees. Where do people go to find out more about you? Your newsletter, you're keeping people up to date with the news all the time. You're a prolific writer. Where do folks go?
Dr. Carol Swain
Well, I have two websites. One is bethepeoplenews.com and instead of we the people, it's be the news. I'm very active on social media. I'm on X, I'm on Getter Truth Social as well as Facebook. And my latest book is titled the Gay Harvard Plagiarism and the Death of Academic Integrity. And so I hope that you will follow me on my social media platforms. And I use these platforms because I care about the American people. I want to be part of helping to educate people. And I do believe that everything that President Trump is doing, it's the right thing to do. But we need a spiritual revival in this country that would change the hearts and minds of people. Unless we change the hearts and minds of people. If the government switches back, then we're going to find them trying to reinstitute all of those failed policies that President Trump is working so hard to get rid of.
Stephen K. Bannon
Dr. Swain, your other recommendation to President Trump is you need a demolition crew. We don't need a secretary right now or the other deputies. Put a. Put a 10 man, 12 man demolition crew in there. I take it you would volunteer for that demolition crew?
Dr. Carol Swain
Ma'am, I would do anything to help the cause. I believe in this country and I believe that God has given us an opportunity, a reprieve, and the outcome depends on us. It's in the ball, is in our Court. And so if anyone calls on me for advice, I'm not looking for a political position, but I am a repository of free, unsolicited advice.
Stephen K. Bannon
Dr. Swain, we love you here in the war room. You give it to us the old fashioned way with the bark on, as my mom used to say. Dr. Carol Swain, thank you so much. She's an American original right there. Her life story, her commitment to education, her commitment to knowledge. Just. It's incredible. I got mo. We got a very special announcement. I'm gonna put a pin in that for a second. I want to get just a grass up here for a minute because I'm trying to raise the stakes this morning about the reality of the fight. We got many great people on the front lines who are fighting, but the resources of the other side are pretty immense in media resources. They're embedded in high culture, in academia and too wit. The thing in Tempe, I think is today at Arizona State and then Saturday is in the Tucson area, but it's near University of Arizona. They're going to college campus. This is the phoniness of AOC and Bernie Sanders. And here's Bernie Sanders being phony. He had two shots at Hillary Clinton. Two shots, fully financed, Two shots for all the Bernie bros. You didn't lay a glove on a man. That's the problem with the country and kind of the backup, the infrastructure in back of the oligarchs. The oligarchs. You're running around today. It's created by the Clintons and supported by the Clintons. That was part of her whole campaign. The credentialed class and your betters and globalists. You had two shots at a dude. Two. And you didn't lay a glove on it. It was a pillow fight. You're a gutless coward. You are. When it comes down to the tough calls and up in somebody's faces, you always wave off. And you're running around now criticizing President Trump in the MAGA movement with aoc, who's just a celebrity. You're going to run a now and you're cosplaying. It's cosplay populism. You're going to run around to universities like Arizona State University. Arizona. You're going to go up to the Midwest. You're going to run around a bunch of universities, close university towns. Then you're doing one up in Colorado. Think are they doing Fort Collins in that? Is that Colorado State? Love Colorado State. Love these football programs. We're in March Madness, but it's these College kids that don't know any better because they've been formed by the propaganda that's been taught in the grade schools. They eventually snap out of it, but it takes a while to deprogram. This is not populism. You're going to the credential class. You're going to what? The executive order today is shutting down. We got to stop financing the destruction of this country. That's why they're so worked up every night if you see them. Because USAID, EPA, that $20 billion Citicorp, Rachel Maddow started show last night, 10 minutes. It's so inside her head, she says she can't get her mind out of it because this is what's financing Stacey Abrams and everybody. And the great Ed Martin shut it down. Usaid, the same thing. Department of Education. This is a money laundering operation. Back to the credential class. Let's see how they are on their own. Let's see. The world's an efficient market. Let's see. Let's see. Let's see how they do. Let's see how they get financed. Let's see if they. Let's see how many of these phony programs stick around. They're not financed by your taxpayer dollar. Let's see, folks. You think they've been mad before you wait till this afternoon because now you've hit the hornet's nest. Every deadbeat professor, every deadbeat hanging out at these college campuses is so much better than you. You rubes you watch when the free lunch is over and they understand they got a long path of like going to work ahead of them. Lord have mercy. This fight and you can see it up the university towns, Madison, this thing in Wisconsin. Degrasse. The first report came out. I just want to give everybody a heads up. I think this and you could interpret a couple different ways maybe we get. But just looking at the raw math, it looks like the most liberal enclaves are showing are over performing or are on at least showing up in what I call a surge in the first I guess in person absentee voting or in person early voting. Alex DeGrasse.
Alex DeGrasse
Wisconsin ON They've got absentee by mail. They've got absentee, you know, in person, which typically Republicans do a little bit better. We look back at Pennsylvania. That's where President Trump and Republicans have pick up the score. I know Wisconsin the way they do their data. It's kind of complicated as people are looking at kind of who is voting and is it our people or their people. But certainly Democrats are coming out in force. I think that the operative class is sort of licking their wounds and figuring out on their side that had to kind of adapt and get better at the data and stuff. I mean, they're throwing everything they can and some of the most sophisticated, you know, operations on get out to vote to date that I've seen personally. So I think the stakes are really high. Certainly there's going to be much, much higher turnout. They're looking at about a 50% increase across all vote by methods. So you need to dig in. MAGA needs to dig in. Get back to the fundamentals, the grassroots. Get your list, hammer people out, get on the doors, get involved with your local Republican Party, spread the word.
Stephen K. Bannon
Yeah, yeah, hang on one second. I want to hold you through this break and come back because this is going to come down to Maga. I think there's 15% or so in Wisconsin. The only vote if Trump's on the ballot. Note to self, Trump's on the ballot. If they win this vacancy on the Supreme Court, they will immediately go to redistrict. We'll go from a 62 to a 4 4. Those two seats in Wisconsin could be the difference between hanging on after 26 with a house that President Trump can get something through, however difficult that is, and Hakeemah Jeffries moving to impeach Donald Trump as his first act in early 2027. That's the stakes in Wisconsin. Alex Degrasse on the other side, you don't go out and buy a life jacket when the boat is already sinking. Caroline Levitt
Several decades. The Department of Education was founded in the 1970s, and since then we have spent more than $3 trillion at this federal bureaucracy. What has been the return on that investment for the American taxpayer? Levels that are less than ideal, less than proficient. Our children's test scores are incredibly concerning when it comes to reading rates, literacy rates, math and science test scores. The numbers prove that. And the President is finally, this president is finally taking much needed action to return education to where it belongs. And that's to educators closest to students in their classrooms in their respective states. We're going to have a great event here later at 4 o'clock. There will be students here, teachers here, parents here, educators, and of course, governors from around the country who are very excited about taking on this responsibility to educate our nation.
Stephen K. Bannon
Who's going to run federal student loans?
Caroline Levitt
So the Department of Education will be much smaller than it is. As you know, the President's executive order directed Linda McMahon to greatly minimize the agency. So when it comes to student loans and Pell Grants, those will still be run out of the Department of Education. But we don't need to be spending more than $3 trillion over the course of a few decades on a department that's clearly failing in its initial intention to educate our students.
Stephen K. Bannon
So is the Pell Guardian going to.
Michelle Morrow
Be much smaller than it is?
Caroline Levitt
Is it not?
Michelle Morrow
Going to be shut down completely.
Stephen K. Bannon
I mean and I have a second question.
Caroline Levitt
As I said, Pell grants and student loans will still be run out of the department in Washington, D.C. but the great responsibility of educating our nation's students.
Natalie Dominguez
Will return to the state.
Michelle Morrow
And the Department of Education plays a.
Caroline Levitt
Critical role in enforcing civil rights laws that prohibit discrimination.
Stephen K. Bannon
Who's going to do that? Now?
Caroline Levitt
Any critical functions of the department, such as that will remain, but again, we're greatly referring the size of this department.
Stephen K. Bannon
What about federal Title I funding and special education funding? Is that still good?
Caroline Levitt
Same answer, Caroline.
Stephen K. Bannon
CAROLINE Thanks, Caroline. On the Federal Reserve, the president criticized the rate decision yesterday. Is he looking to replace members of the Federal Reserve Board like he did on the Federal Trade Commission?
Caroline Levitt
Ms. Well, the President has appointed Mickey Bowman, as you know, to be the vice chair of the Federal Reserve Reserve. We're incredibly optimistic optimistic about her. She's on the ball, as the president says, and knows how to get things done. The president has every right to criticize the decision, and he's made it very clear that he believes in lower interest rates are going to help this country boom. And this administration is working on lowering the rate of inflation caused by the previous administration. Every day inflation is cooling. The numbers indicate that. And the president strongly believes in low interest rates, and I think the American public do, too.
Michelle Morrow
Flights Caroline, you said that you're confident that you've complied with the judge's order. If that's the case, then why not.
Stephen K. Bannon
Turn over the information about the flights?
Caroline Levitt
We are 100% confident that we've complied and as I said from the podium and will continue to say all of the flights that were subject to the written order of the judge took off before the written order was pushed in the courtroom. And the president is well within his article or his article 2 power and his authority under the End Alien Enemies act to make these decisions. And we think it's egregious that a single district judge is trying to tell the president of the United States who he can and cannot deport from our soil, especially when it comes to designated foreign terrorists. But what about going on over that information?
Stephen K. Bannon
The administration is getting some attention this.
Alex DeGrasse
Week for a memo that was released.
Stephen K. Bannon
I think, a couple weeks ago, taking.
Alex DeGrasse
Segregation out of the criteria for federal contracting.
Stephen K. Bannon
Can you explain what that memo was supposed to do?
Alex DeGrasse
And if you're looking to I presume.
Stephen K. Bannon
You'Re not looking for segregation to come.
Alex DeGrasse
Back, but can you explain what the.
Stephen K. Bannon
The reason for the memo was?
Caroline Levitt
Did the memo come from the White House or was it from an agency?
Stephen K. Bannon
It was from.
Alex DeGrasse
It was from the administration.
Stephen K. Bannon
I think it was opm.
Michelle Morrow
Okay.
Caroline Levitt
I would defer you to whichever agency wrote that memo. I haven't seen it, so I can't speak.
Stephen K. Bannon
Caroline. Caroline.
Caroline Levitt
Thanks, Caroline. This executive order dismantles the department to abolish. It completely, requires Congress to act. Is the administration asking Congress to codify Trump's executive order to abolish the department? I'll leave it to the president to speak on that later.
Stephen K. Bannon
Caroline. Caroline, anything is the president doing about Gaza?
Ben Harnwell
Is he trying to get the ceasefire back in play?
Stephen K. Bannon
What's his plan?
Caroline Levitt
Well, the president made it very clear to Hamas that if they did not release all of the hostages, there would be all hell to pay. And unfortunately, Hamas chose to play games in the media with lives. This situation, let's not forget, is completely the fault of Hamas when they launched that brutal attack on Israel on October 7th. And the President has made it very clear that he wants all of those hostages to come home. And he fully supports Israel and the IDF and the actions that they've taken in recent days.
Stephen K. Bannon
Thank you so much. The President would like to see American schools and students reach over the next four years after he signs the CEO.
Caroline Levitt
Well, again, the intent of the CEO is to return this great responsibility back to the states. And we know, we believe in federalism here at the White House. I know the previous administration didn't. But we think decisions are best made when they're closest to the people. And we trust teachers and educators in their respective schools to make these very important decisions about our children's education and their futures. And the current status quo is failing our students. In fact, I have some facts right here. 13 year olds Mathematics scores are the lowest they have been in decades. 13 year olds reading scores are the lowest since testing began over 30 years ago. Low performing students are falling further behind. One city, Baltimore, Maryland, in 2023 high schools had zero students who tested proficient in mathematics. As a mother myself, I know I share the concern of many parents across the country. We want our children to be bright and smart and ahead of the game. This is also, I would say, a national security issue. When you look at how students around the world, particularly in China, are being educated. American students are falling behind. We're not keeping up with our allies or our adversaries. And that's a major problem for our country. The President is fixing it today. We're less than two weeks away now from the August. Has the President spoken with his Canadian counterpart, Prime Minister Mark? Not to my knowledge. I don't believe he has, but I can check in with the President and get you a firm answer on that. But my understanding is they haven't spoken and the President has been very clear about his intention for April 2nd. It's going to be a big day for our country. I would encourage all of you to be here to cover the White House that day on April 2, because there will be big announcements when it comes to of reciprocal trade, and the president will be highlighting the unfair trade practices, the ways in which America has been ripped off by every country around the world, quite frankly. And there will be big tariffs that will be going into effect and the president will be announcing those.
Stephen K. Bannon
The European Union had a decision yesterday against Apple and Google. Are you familiar with that?
Caroline Levitt
And is there anything the President is.
Stephen K. Bannon
That a response to the April 2 tariffs? Ms.
Caroline Levitt
I think we've seen a lot of movement actually around the world of countries who are lessening their tariffs. I know the EU also caused their alleged tariff on whiskey. And so I think you're seeing countries are taking the president seriously. They understand that he is going to do a drive for American workers and families. And so the president and his team are in constant communication with our EU counterparts, but also our counterparts.
Stephen K. Bannon
Some of the failures over the last 30 years from the Department of Education. So for our critics, what has been the ROI on $3 trillion going to a failing education system?
Caroline Levitt
It's a great question. Nothing. And that's exactly why the president is.
Stephen K. Bannon
Signing the order later today with the executive order today. Is it also the goal to eventually be spending less than federal dollars on education?
Caroline Levitt
Of course, it's our goal to reduce the size and scale of each government across every agency, which is why you've seen very strong and quick actions taken to reduce the amount of money that federal taxpayers are paying on the system that is failing them in the family.
Stephen K. Bannon
But does that mean like eventually downsizing some of the programs that are run out of the Education Department currently?
Caroline Levitt
It means stopping the wasteful spending and as I said, critical programs will be protected. So, Carolyn, we have this noon deadline.
Stephen K. Bannon
Waiting for this DC Judge for the.
Caroline Levitt
DOJ to turn over these documents. When it comes to the timelines of these deportation points, is the administration going to turn over that information the exact time locked the information that the D.C. court is asking for? I will get ahead of our lawyers, but you'll hear from them in court.
Stephen K. Bannon
And a follow up question.
Caroline Levitt
The commerce secretary yesterday said that Tesla stock is something that Americans should be buying. Is that the stance of the administration that people should be investing in. Is that something the Commerce Secretary should be recommending? I think the Commerce Secretary was reiterating that the president supports an American made company like Tesla, who produces a very good product for the American people, which was beloved by the American people, particularly Democrats, until Elon Musk decided to vote for Donald Trump. And now we've seen despicable and unacceptable violence taking place across our country at Tesla dealerships against workers, employees, and also innocent Americans who drive these vehicles. It's actually a scary time in our country because of this political violence from the left. And the White House and the president's entire administration condemn it wholeheartedly.
Stephen K. Bannon
Caroline. Caroline. Carol. Caroline, thank you.
Caroline Levitt
Caroline.
Stephen K. Bannon
Levitt right there, laying down hard, pushing back on a lot of these snippy questions about snarky questions about what the justices are doing. The judges slow things down. But she was throwing down hard on Department of Education laid it out right there. What was going to happen later today. Michelle Morrow, who ran for supervisor of education in North Carolina, joins us. How big a day is this, ma'am, in President Trump starting the journey for the demolition of the Department of Education? Yes.
Michelle Morrow
Thank you so much. This is an exciting day because we are on the precipice of doing some great things for the students and the young people of the United States of America. We know that this has merely been a bureaucratic bloat system that has made many people wealthy, but has not prepared our children to be the critical thinkers and the leaders of tomorrow that we're going to need to stay safe, prosperous, and free.
Stephen K. Bannon
You were running for a, to be the head of Superintendent of Education in Carolina. Was the Department of Education at that time. Would they be a detriment to your being able to run the department as you want to in North Carolina?
Michelle Morrow
You know, really the problem with the U.S. department of Education is that the left has been using it to withhold funding unless we are pushing the progressive agendas like DEI and CRT and the LGBTQ movement. And so that is what everybody then starts making their decisions based on, whether it's curriculum or hiring practices, training programs, the curriculum, as I said, safety issues, discipline problems. It's all been based on restorative justice from Barack Obama or pushing an agenda that the left has instead of actually teaching our children to read and write and do math and to think critically. And so if I were superintendent, I would be making those changes at a state level. And what people don't recognize is only typically only about 10% of the entire budget that a state receives. Comes from the US Department of Education, from federal funding. So there's a lot to be done. But there just last year, I think it was, or maybe two years ago, there was $80 billion of discretionary funding coming out of the US Department of Education. That money could have been used to help our kids to get on grade level in reading and in math, but instead it was used to push political agendas and to create a guinea pig experiment on our youngest citizens.
Stephen K. Bannon
Michelle, what would be this is the start of a journey because they're going to be in federal court suing us as soon as President Trump before the ink is dry. What's your recommendation to President Trump in the first day of this journey of the demolition of the Department of Education, ma'am?
Michelle Morrow
Well, I think that we have to take back the narrative and make everyone understand that this is a good thing because we are removing the money, the taxpayer money from the bureaucracy for putting it back where it belongs. Student needs to the teachers and the staff that are boots on the ground. And that's what needs to happen. I've said that we need to start making the American people recognize that every, every dollar that is spent, the focus is going to be on student success and whether that's in their safety, whether that's in curriculum and career preparedness, expanding CTE programs. We need to bring the solutions to the problems that every American sees within the school system. Education is a uniting issue, Steve. Everyone, regardless of their race, their religion, or their politics, is concerned that our kids are not prepared for adult life. So the time is now to say there is a problem, education is in a crisis, and we are fixing it. And that's what I think the narrative needs to be.
Stephen K. Bannon
Ma'am, what's your social media? How do people follow you?
Michelle Morrow
Well, if they would go. So we started the national alliance for Education Reform, and that's what we're wanting to do. We're wanting to equip these states so that we have ambassadors in every states in every state, so that we can make this a local issue. So you can find me on michellemaro NC on all of the social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram and Twitter, or you can go to forbettered.org and you can join in our mission to ensure that the United States education system becomes the best in the world again.
Stephen K. Bannon
Fantastic. What a great way, a great time to launch it. Thank you, ma'am. Appreciate you.
Michelle Morrow
Thank you.
Stephen K. Bannon
We're going to get to Grasbach. We need everybody at the ramparts. This is a time of testing the Left is totally mobilized, particularly as President Trump is cutting off their sources of funding. The New York Times had actually a couple of brilliant pieces about how our forces are going after every type of funding they've got. They're trying to take apart the mechanics, the mechanisms of the Democratic Party. Don't allow yourself to get caught up in having your source of wealth or 90% of your net worth, which is the title of your home, if you're lucky enough to own one, to have somebody get their hands on it. Home title lock, the triple lock protection, the $1 million triple lock protection. You get 24 hour coverage. They alert you immediately, no matter what time of day or night, if anybody's messing with your title. And they've got a $1 million restoration project in case all else fails, it's the $1 million triple lock protection. Go to hometitle lock.com promo code Steve25. I love that promo code Steve25. Go check out. They were going to get Natalie Dominguez on here later. Walk us through it. Alex De Grasse. The key in the key in Wisconsin, like it's been in so many other places, are Trump voters. When Trump voters. So if we show up, we win. This is all about showing up when we're voting between now and the end of March on, early in person voting, in person voting, and then April 1st on game day. The issue is getting people out that are Trump supporters to support President Trump's agenda when his name's not actually on the ballot and they're not going to be a bunch of big rallies. So how do we have to do this, sir?
Alex DeGrasse
So what I would do is you start with your family. If you're a Republican, most of your family hopefully are Republicans. I'd punch it on a list, boom, boom, boom. I'd follow up. Not too aggressive, but aggressive, make sure they vote, bank those votes and most importantly, turn the people on your list that you're going to go to vote and get them to get more people. Then branch outward. Family, neighbors, friends. You got to put it on paper. You got to hold yourself accountable and anyone else offering to help. And you've got to ensure they vote. Keep following up, bring them to the polls, make sure they vote. When they do, check it off, move on to the next people. Keep growing your list. If you're bold, get on the streets, knock on doors, get people to commit at the doors, get them to vote. Any Trump supporter, you know, we need them out. If everyone votes, we win. Vox just did that big report. If every registered voter Turned out President Trump would have won the popular vote by 5 and a half points in a historic landslide, which we had an historic landslide and even more historic landslide. So when people vote, we win, but they're coming out to vote. And so if our people don't and the numbers look strong for them. So this is a five alarm fire for people to get out and vote. If we pierce this and claim victory, I wanna be clear for votes this is an offensive flip. We're flipping a Democrat held seat that was, you know, an open. So that's huge. That would really sort of set the agenda and protect. On what Steve talked about stealing the two seats. We've got abortion, second amendment, education issues, major state issues that I think years ago I came on the show said, hey, state courts, that's really one of the big ballgames and we've got to get this victory. Everyone's got to come out. We're not going to have as much money as them. We don't. But if we continue the grassroots effort and surge from President Trump, I think we will carry ourselves to victory.
Stephen K. Bannon
I'm going to have you back on either Saturday or early next week to go through this Vox report which shows you what Scott Pressler in this audience have done on voter registration administration. It's enormous. If everybody would vote that's registered, we'd win by I think five and a half percent. It's just a stunning number and it caught the Democrats by surprise. Now for this battle in Wisconsin, we've got to turn everybody out and if we, if we turn out, we win. But the first couple of days reporting it shows you they're in for the fight. I mean they're getting, they're turning people out. Alex DeGrasse, where do people get you for all the updates, Sir?
Alex DeGrasse
Matt De Grasse, 81 on X. Get her Truth Social. Thanks Steve. And I'll be around. I'm hammering, so get it done.
Stephen K. Bannon
Thank you brother degrasse. We may make sure that he gets secunded. Secunda detailed to Wisconsin. I think it's going to take that type of effort. Remember, it's all about Trump voters, it's all about the MAGA base. If you turn out Wisconsin, we're going to win. I'm going to get to it this afternoon in fact with the 4:00. I imagine the 4:00 is going to bleed into our 5:00 coverage. Natalie Winter is actually going to be doing BBC tonight. She's been on quite a roll. She's supposed to be at the White House when we first start, we may have to reorganize that because I want to spend some more time on this Wisconsin Department of Education. But Natalie, as a programming note, will be live on BBC tonight. Think she's also going to be live on sky tomorrow. So she did an amazing job yesterday in taking Christopher Steele apart on the Piers Morgan show. The Federal Reserve had some interesting numbers yesterday. I will try to break those down. If not this afternoon show, then tomorrow morning. Their growth rate, I don't know where they're getting it, but it's below what the target is. And I think that's going to require a lot of conversation. President Trump is already saying, hey, you got to loosen interest rates. The Secretary of Treasury has been around today talking to various media outlets, talking about what the plan is. But inflation is not going to go away until you cut federal spending. That's why this Wisconsin vote ties directly to that because if we lose those two seats on redistricting, it's going to make it even harder than it is now to cut federal spending. Remember, federal spending is directly tied to inflation, the refinancing of this massive debt and increases every day. And folks, we are never going to pay off one nickel of the face mouth of the debt, not the way it's going. We're barely keeping up with the interest. Birch Gold Take your phone out, text Bannon B A N n o n at 989-898 get the free brochure tells you everything you need to know today about gold and precious metals in the era of Trump. Today more than ever you got to learn the dynamics in backhoe driving the price of gold to all time highs every couple of days. Mo Bannon, we got a very a fantastic announcement, something we worked on for a long time. We were able to slide in the other day. But I want Warren Posse know that people talk to us about swag and about merch. We've launched this. It's got a number of great items up there. It's all made in the United States. So it took us a while to make sure we got manufacturers and people that could deliver and could do it. But what I want, Mo, is to make sure that the Warren Posse has direct access to you and Grace. Right. And getting feedback for products. You want the quality of products. This is going to be an interactive process. So why don't you talk about it, Mo this great Merch site that we're launching today with mugs so you can drink your warpath coffee in a war room mug. Where do people go, ma'am?
Maureen Bannon
So you can go to a shop war room.org go check it out. There's a lot of new designs up there and we're going to be updating the designs, dropping new ideas and designs every one to two weeks. But you can go onto the site and leave us a comment. You can also email us, go on to any of our socials and leave us a comment on the merch. We want to know what you guys like, what you guys don't like, what you want to see. Once again, go to shop war room.org and when you go to the site a pop up will come up. You put in your email and you get 10% off your first purchase. But we have a lot of new designs to include the free Constantinople that everyone saw a picture of you from Christmas and we have that up. Action, action, action. A lot of your sayings up there. So a lot of great products.
Stephen K. Bannon
Yeah, somebody took one of my, I think was Raheem, he was there for Christmas and took a photo of me in, in one of the locations we had Christmas dinner at and we put it up and I think it went viral. Turkey, Greece, they really over that part of the world. They got very worked up on my free Constantinople shirt somebody gave me as a Christmas gift and we're going to put things like that up there. Mo, how do people, I want to make sure people, this is interactive. People come to us all the time at the events and when we do force multiplier or we're doing all the like either CPAC or amfest, all the great stuff with Charlie Kirk. But I want people to understand, give us your ideas, give us your concepts. Right? Because what we want to do is make the merch that respond to people. So where do folks go?
Maureen Bannon
You can leave a comment on shopwarroom.org, you can also go to any of our social medias anonswarroom. Leave us a comment there, send us a message on our socials. We check our socials constantly. You can also reach out to myself and Grace. I check my messages and my comments regularly. You can also tell us in person when you see us at events. We want to hear from the posse. And with regards to that as well, go to war room.org and go up to the little envelope at the very top and sign up for the newsletter so you can read about stuff that's going on within the war Room, you can get the show notes, the command brief. You also make sure to go to Apple Podcast and download the podcast as well and tell all of your friends and your family members. You know, I know everyone can't watch the show live, but make sure if to download the podcast, you can listen to it while you're traveling, you know, in the car, on the plane, anytime. Leave us a review on Apple Podcasts as well. We all read the reviews.
Stephen K. Bannon
That's the key. Yeah, we want to get. Give us your feedback. You got the reviews on the podcast, get the command brief. We're putting out constant. We're putting out content all the time. This is not a show, it's a war room. And we're trying to, you know, make sure that you guys have all the information. This is why the Warren posse's attracted so much attention, is so powerful, because you make things happen. We have a couple of fights going on right now that we've got to get focus on this fight with these radical. A judge. You have a. You have a judicial coup going on right now, not just challenging President Trump and trying to shut down. Go ahead, hon.
Maureen Bannon
And with regards to the shop, we have apparel on there, but we also have hats and, like you said, mugs so that you can drink your warpath coffee in your war room mug. And in order to do that, to get 20% off of warpath coffee, you go to warpath coffee. You know, there are a bunch of different blends. Besides your favorite, the Mariners blend, there's a lot of flavors. I happen to like the flavored coffee. That's just. Just me. I also like the Mariner's blend. But what Taj did not disclose the other day when he was on, he and I are working on a special baby honey badger blend. So hopefully we'll have that out in the next, you know, couple weeks.
Stephen K. Bannon
Did we cut you a side deal on that? I'm just kidding, Mo. You and Grace done a great job in this. We. We want feedback. That's the thing's a constant feedback looper. We're in two big fights now, one at the national level with the situation of the judges. That's where we get you all the information possible. Plus in Wisconsin, which really has national implications, not just in Wisconsin. So it's going to be huge. Mo, what's your social. Speaking of your socials, what's your social media?
Maureen Bannon
You can find me on Twitter and get her at MaureenBannon and also on Instagram @Real MaureenBannon. You might have to search for some of My stuff on Twitter because I'm still being suppressed on Twitter.
Stephen K. Bannon
Suppressed on Twitter being a first. I thought that was a platform for First Amendment free speech. Absolutism is the last thing I saw. Thank you, ma'am. Appreciate you.
Maureen Bannon
Thank you.
Stephen K. Bannon
Appreciate you. Ben Harnwell, give me a summary. Let's go back over this, folks. President Trump's making huge progress and they're trying to chop block him at everything. Walk me through this military commander's meeting in London in the Remember, absolutely central to our efforts here is no American security guarantee in Ukraine. Where do we stand as of right now, according to the BBC, sir?
Ben Harnwell
Well, there's that meeting taking place in London, let's not forget. There's also the one taking place in Brussels today with the heads of the various EU governments. It's called the European Council. If I may, Steve, I'd like to quickly read out the very end of this BBC article which does talk about US Engagement. This is something that everyone needs to be aware of. This is the article I was referring to earlier, which is pivoting away, referring to the diplomatic sources, pivoting away from the concept of a peacekeeping force. And now it's being talked as a reassurance force. The very end of this article, right down at the bottom, it mentions this, it does repeat the position that America thus far has refused to have anything to do with providing the backstop that the Europeans have been asking for. But the concept, the way that the Europeans are pitching this is that they're going to launch this reassurance force, only 20,000 troops strong. And I quote directly from what the BB says, BBC says it that UK, France and others, after launching this, will see if this European offer is substantial enough for the US to have, and I quote, a change of heart and agree to play some kind of role. I mean, that's the killer. And I know we've got an ad break coming up, but when he says about a change of heart, that the only thing I would like to point out to the warring posse here is I believe the technical expression is false flag. So that, I think is something that President Trump and his circle of advisors should be extremely wary about. And I say this again and again and again, Steve, If I were President Trump, if I was sitting in the Oval Office, I would have done it way before now. But I would absolutely disengage the United States from Ukraine because this is the European plot. They're never, ever going to let you guys leave unless you clearly, definitively and decisively leave by yourselves.
Stephen K. Bannon
Repeat that One more time because there's all this discussion about taking over the nuclear power plants and the energy production and you know, now it's going to be more than the dirt. Just give me that. Give me 30 seconds of that and hold on. I'll hold you through the break. What did you just say and what would your advice to President Trump be?
Ben Harnwell
My advice to President Trump is to disengage the United States right now, this day, within the next 24 hours. Because unless you cleanly and decisively and definitively withdraw your country from Ukraine, disengage your country from Ukraine, the Europeans are always going to be plotting to get you back in there and to backstop their meager offering of peace trips. And it's never going to end.
Stephen K. Bannon

This is the way we can keep the Warren posse at the ramparts because they're not worried about some hard money lender getting in, somebody getting, you know, taking their title, taking a second out on us. What do you Got for us, sir?
Natalie Dominguez
You know, the California wildfires I know we haven't really talked about in a while, but I'm in California myself and I know people who have been personally affected. And now we're kind of watching a lot of this aftermath unfold. And I kind of want to talk about vacant property fraud. You know, many of these properties in California right now are being aggressively targeted by developers and buyers trying to like persuade and kind of even take advantage of people in these vulnerable situations to sell their land. And more and more of these properties are going up for sale with cash only offers. And I'm sure most of you know, because of how quickly cash offers can go through combined with the entire buying process being online now, you never have to meet anyone in person. Properties like this, especially on such a mass scale, are prime targets for scammers. Last year the FBI in New Jersey were releasing statements about this problem being so bad. They said there were victims that were finding out by just driving by and seeing signs on their land or multiple victims were seeing heavy equipment on their property getting it ready for construction. Like that one lady we talked about where her house got bulldozed and she didn't even know about it. And last year the FBI said vacant Property got up 500% since 2020. And I'm sure that number has continued to increase. So whether you're watching this today and you've been affected by the wildfires in California or any other natural disasters across our nation, or even if you just have some vacant property sitting around relatively unattended, don't let yourself be victimized or even victimized again by not having constant eyes on your property. So my question for the posse today is when was the last time that you checked to make sure that your tit is still in your name? And if the answer is never, you can do it today when you sign up@hometitlelock.com that screen that they were just showing, use the promo code. Steve 25.

Podcast Summary: Bannon's War Room - Episode 4352: Making Or Breaking MAGA In Wisconsin; Reforming Education In The US
Release Date: March 20, 2025
In Episode 4352 of Bannon's War Room, host Stephen K. Bannon delves into two pivotal topics shaping the American socio-political landscape: the strategic battleground of Wisconsin's MAGA movement and the sweeping reforms aimed at overhauling the U.S. education system. Through insightful discussions with experts like Dr. Carol Swain and Michelle Morrow, the episode provides a comprehensive analysis of the current political climate and educational policies.
Stephen K. Bannon opens the episode by announcing a significant policy shift: President Trump’s impending executive order to dismantle the Department of Education. Scheduled for signing at 3:30 PM, this move marks a culmination of Republican efforts spanning decades, echoing sentiments from leaders like Ronald Reagan.
[03:10] Stephen K. Bannon: "Today at 3:30, he will sign an exempt executive order that commenced the process of dismantling the Department of Education, something that Republicans have talked about and run on and raise money on, over 50 years."
Invited to discuss the implications of this executive order, Dr. Carol Swain provides a critical perspective on the current state of American education. She underscores the Department of Education's inefficacy, citing a decline in educational quality since its inception.
[03:16] Dr. Carol Swain: "There has been nothing except a decline in the quality of American education ever since it was instituted."
Dr. Swain advocates for returning educational control to state and local levels, emphasizing the importance of federalism. She criticizes the department for misallocating funds towards unions and administrative costs rather than directly supporting educators and students.
[04:25] Dr. Carol Swain: "Education belongs at the state and local level. The quality of education once the Department of Education is dismantled would depend on whether it's a red state or a red city versus blue states and blue cities."
Transitioning to the political front, Bannon highlights the critical role Wisconsin plays in the upcoming elections. With an expected surge in voter turnout, particularly among MAGA supporters, Wisconsin could be the linchpin for Republican control.
Alex DeGrasse, another guest, analyzes voting patterns, noting a significant increase in both absentee and in-person voting, with Democrats mobilizing sophisticated voter turnout strategies.
[13:05] Alex DeGrasse: "Democrats are throwing everything they can and some of the most sophisticated, you know, operations on get out to vote to date that I've seen personally."
Bannon emphasizes the necessity for the MAGA base to intensify grassroots efforts, urging voters to mobilize their communities to secure crucial seats that could influence legislative outcomes.
[34:53] Stephen K. Bannon: "The key in Wisconsin, like it's been in so many other places, are Trump voters. When Trump voters show up, we win."
Michelle Morrow joins the conversation, echoing the sentiments of dismantling the Department of Education. She highlights the department's misuse of funds to push progressive agendas rather than focusing on core educational outcomes like literacy and numeracy.
[27:47] Michelle Morrow: "The left has been using it to withhold funding unless we are pushing the progressive agendas like DEI and CRT and the LGBTQ movement."
Morrow advocates for reducing federal spending on education, redirecting funds to enhance student success and curriculum development at the state level.
[29:38] Michelle Morrow: "We need to start making the American people recognize that every dollar that is spent, the focus is going to be on student success."
The discussion further delves into tactical approaches for the MAGA movement to secure victories in Wisconsin. Emphasizing the importance of voter turnout, DeGrasse advises a meticulous, community-centered campaign strategy.
[33:06] Alex DeGrasse: "Start with your family... make sure they vote, build your list, and expand outward to neighbors and friends."
Bannon reinforces this strategy, linking electoral success to broader goals like reducing federal spending and combating inflation.
[35:37] Stephen K. Bannon: "Federal spending is directly tied to inflation, the refinancing of this massive debt... We are never going to pay off one nickel of the Federal debt, not the way it's going."
Towards the episode's conclusion, Ben Harnwell discusses the United States' role in Ukraine amidst European initiatives to create a reassurance force. He advises President Trump to decisively disengage from Ukraine to prevent prolonged foreign entanglements.
[46:20] Ben Harnwell: "My advice to President Trump is to disengage the United States right now, within the next 24 hours... disconnect your country from Ukraine."
Bannon echoes the urgency, highlighting the potential for Europe to leverage the U.S.'s position in ongoing geopolitical strategies.
[46:52] Stephen K. Bannon: "Unless you cleanly and decisively and definitively withdraw... the Europeans are always going to be plotting to get you back in there."
Episode 4352 of Bannon's War Room provides a fervent examination of the intertwined dynamics of educational reform and political strategy within the MAGA movement, particularly emphasizing the critical electoral battleground of Wisconsin. Through authoritative insights and strategic discourses, the episode underscores the incumbent changes in federal education policies and the tactical imperatives for securing political victories that align with the movement's core objectives.
