Eric
There you go. There you go, Jack. Have a great. Have a great show. Have a great weekend.
Jack Posobiec
All right. Thanks. You too, Eric. All right. Okay, War Room starts now.
Stephen K. Bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you tried everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
Joshua Lysak
And where do people like that go.
Jack Posobiec
To share the big lie? MAGA Media.
Stephen K. Bannon
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
Jack Posobiec
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Eric
Foreign.
Jack Posobiec
Folks, Jack Posobic here sitting in for the great Stephen K. Bannon. Today is April 11, 2025. Anno Domini. Steve taking a little bit of sabbatical right now. He's. He's off recording a show with Bill Maher for hbo. We know that's going to be a knockdown, drag out interview, and he's going to give it to him, I'm sure. About President Trump's latest policies and about how all of this, everything since War Room Pandemic Episode one. Everything has been building to this moment about the singular confrontation with China since President Trump came down that escalator almost 10 years ago to be 10 years in June, June 16th. It has always been about China and restoring the dignity and the prosperity to the working men and women of this country, about rejecting the false song of globalism that saw China and places like Shenzhen and Shanghai and the Chinese Communist Party built up while our own cities were destroyed. Our deaths of despair went up and our fentanyl deaths went up. Oh, by the way, also flooded. By who? The Chinese Communist Party. But we do have breaking news. And so I was planning on. On talking about China some more. We have breaking news right now out of Butler, Pennsylvania. Yes, the very same Butler, Pennsylvania, from all the way back July 13, 2024. Today, we've got the news now that a Butler man, a new individual, has just been arrested out there in Pennsylvania, accused of threatening to kill President Trump, to kill ICE agents as well as kill Elon Musk. This individual, we're told, was stockpiling body armor, weapons, ammunition, and has been saying that I was buying one gun a month since the election. Also, he used the moniker online on YouTube, Mr. Satan. There is a quote that I want to read from him here and he says, we just need, and I want to, I don't want to say this, and this is heady stuff, but look, this is what we're up against, folks. This individual says we just need to start killing people. Trump, Elon, all the heads of agencies Trump appointed, anyone who stands in the way. I'm reading directly from the Department of Justice release here the criminal complaint. He says, remember, we are the majority. MAGA is a minority of the country. And by the time it's time to make the move, they will be weakened. Many will be crushed by these policies. They want revenge to American Revolution 2.0. And the comments just get worse and worse after that. Now, I wanted to bring on here to walk us through this pathology and also what's going on. The co author of both books on humans, the Secret History of Communist Revolutions, how to Crush Them, and Butler, the Truth about how President Trump Survived his Assassin two assassination attempts. Joshua Lysak now joins us on the War Room. Joshua, how are you?
Joshua Lysak
Me on Jack.
Jack Posobiec
So, Joshua, when we're looking at this pathology, the fact that this individual is targeting Elon Musk, targeting President Trump has become so violent. Is this a pathology that we're seeing among the left since they've fallen out of power?
Joshua Lysak
It goes to before that, actually. It's just a more recent and reactionary version of it. When we go back and look at as far back as 2015, 2016, 2017, before and during the 45th presidency, Donald J. Trump, what we witnessed was language of violence. So we know that there's an organization called Indivisible that has been running, organizing, throwing off a lot of these protests that have been happening recently. Recently. But the language that they have been using has been used for a very long time. And we've seen violence against Trump supporters up to and including murder for a very long time. And if we go and look at their websites, it looks, in my opinion, it looks like the language of physical action is used ambiguously. So they'll use language like fight back, stop the coup, take action on your home turf. It sounds territorial, doesn't it? But then of course, they'll have this little statement like our commitment to non violence, which you have to click through a menu and get, you know, way, way down further to find that. But leading up to the assassination attempts of President Donald J. Trump, then candidate, just this past year, what we observed was that same language of fight Attack, stop, do whatever it takes. Juxtaposed with the imagery of Trump being literally Hitler or like literally Julius Caesar, like literally a dictator. And those adverbs or rather bad verbs used way too much. And so it's very clear they're saying, stop, fight back. Defend, attack, do whatever it takes. Force them to stop, fight. Next to pictures of, let's say, one of the popular images last year was Trump with the Hitler mustache. It's pretty clear what it is they want someone like Thomas Matthew Crooks or Ryan Wesley Ruth to do. But they remain plausibly deniable or being able to have plausible deniability, say, oh, no, we didn't say literally attack. We meant figuratively. Look, there's our statement against violence.
Jack Posobiec
Well, and this is something that I want to get into because so we wrote the book, unhumans about how the left had embraced violent communism. And then what, four days later, four days after the book comes out, President Trump is under bullet fire, Corey Comparatori is killed in the stands, other individuals are shot, and President Trump is saved only by the grace of God and a miracle that we all saw there in Butler, Pennsylvania. And so one thing that. So we wrote another book called Bulletproof, all about this. And what's interesting, though, and people need to understand it, so Thomas Matthew Crooks did not live in Butler, Pennsylvania, himself. He lived In Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, about 45 minutes to an hour away from Butler park, essentially to the south Southwest. And so, Joshua, in the context of writing the book Bulletproof, and we both traveled out to Butler, we also received information regarding potential communications that Thomas Matthew Crooks was having in the lead up to the that shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania. And I'm sure the question on everyone's mind is, do you think, or is it possible there is a connection between these two individuals?
Joshua Lysak
That is the question of the day. Our hypothesis, which we ran via a social experiment, was that there is such an impossibly low odds that all of the things that happened that day, July 13, in Butler, all happening by chance, that all of those security failures happening simultaneously, so impossibly rare that it defies explanation. And we use ChatGPT4O and it spat out an impossibly long number saying the chances are 1 in 000 0.000000 off almost into infinity. Basically, you're more likely to be struck twice by lightning in the same day than to see what happened there naturally. And when we begin to peel back the possibility of a direct connection, what we don something like a smoking gun, but what we do see is blood in the stands. What we do see is a perpetual insistence that we have to fight back, we have to stop. And what we do see now and then were, let's call them, deep state apparatchiks, these people who are unelected and unaccountable, working deep in the government, who've got a bone to pick with the president, with Donald Trump. And so it would be easy to try to spin up some sort of a grand web of things to try to explain it all. But generally, at the end of the day, history is made and history is changed by very small groups of people who are highly motivated to do something. They have motive, they have means, and they have opportunity. What they do all have in common, or rather in this case with Thomas Matthew Crooks in Butler and then Ryan Wesley Ruth in West Palm Beach, Florida, is the three of them do share those three, the motive, the means and the opportunity. President Trump was briefed on Thomas Matthew Crooks. He came away from that briefing, that private briefing from the FBI, believing that Crooks was motivated by being, quote, unquote, very liberal. Of course, Ryan Wesley Ruth wrote this whole manifesto calling for assassination, calling for overthrow and prevention of Republicans having any control in the government. So they certainly seem that they possessed the same worldview. We can certainly get into the details of potential connections, but at this point, we don't see anything direct and we don't want to grasp at straws. We want to say here's what we know and here's what we don't and here's what we still need to find out.
Jack Posobiec
Well, I think that's safe. And obviously the close proximity to both of them is going to ask or have people asking a lot of questions. This individual route, by the way, we later found, we just found out in a couple of days ago in a disclosure from the DOJ that he actually was attempting to procure anti aircraft missiles, Stinger missiles, as well as rocket propelled grenades from contacts who, and this is very key phrase, he believed to be associated with the military of Ukraine. We know that Ryan Routh, this was so for folks following, and I know there's a lot of names, that Routh was the second attempted assassin of President Trump. This was the one down at West Palm beach at Trump International Golf Course, who had himself been a prior Ukrainian volunteer and a member of the Ukrainian International Volunteer center while in Kiev, then travels back to the United States and apparently at some point was using encrypted text messaging software to try to reach out to a procurer of armaments to try to find some kind of anti aircraft missile to use this to do what? His target was Trump Force One, Trump's aircraft during the campaign. And we remember, of course, and this is, you know, something where suddenly, wait a minute, the research from that period is coming back to me. We knew that there were all of these rumors at the time of threats to President Trump's aircraft, credible threats, threats so credible that at one point the campaign, and it's been widely reported at this point was actually using decoy aircraft to, to have to travel on. And it is possible that some of this information may be connected to Ralph. Now, his trial is still yet to come. And so not all of the information is out. But Joshua, two minutes before the break here, just summarize it for us. This is an unhuman plot. This is an unhuman pathology. And these people, they aren't interested in conversation anymore. They want us dead.
Joshua Lysak
Absolutely. And you yourself went to the, it was to the Republican National Convention there last year, just days after President Trump survived the assassination attempt. And you had people on Human Events daily interviewing protesters, anti Trump protesters on the streets. And you could not find a single person out of likely thousands of people. Thousands of people, protesters, Democrats, liberals, progressives, ironically, having signs that had like the peace sign and love Trump's hate sorts of slogans over here saying, no, in fact, we are not willing to denounce violence against President Trump or then candidate Trump or Trump supporters, voters. And of course, now famously, something close to a majority of registered Democratic voters do in fact wish death upon the president and upon Elon Musk and upon his closest associates. And this is why you do not see widespread condemnation of Thomas Matthew Crooks. This is why we see, in fact, an embrace of characters like him, like Luigi Mangione, like this individual who upon being asked to vacate his seat, decides, I'm going to whip out a knife and stab this guy in the heart. The Austin Metcalf scenario, it's just a troubled situation.
Jack Posobiec
And by the way, in the situation where not only that, we see hundreds of thousands of dollars flowing to his accounts, Joshua, tell us again, where are the books? Where can people get them? And where can people follow you?
Joshua Lysak
Yes, Unhumans and Bulletproof are both available through Amazon and elsewhere. Fine books are sold, including in bookstores. And I am Joshua Lisek on X, frequently retweeted by Foso and other War Room posse, folks.
Jack Posobiec
All right, go give him a follow, folks. Joshua Lysak, this book on humans, the Secret History of Communist revolutions if you don't, if you're not interested in communism, you better wake up because communism is interested in you. We'll be right back here in the war room.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. All right, Jack, back here on the War Room, I want to bring in now the people's pundit, Rich Barris. Because you know, I was watching CNN a little bit earlier today. Don't worry folks, we watch it so you don't have to. And Rich, your boy Harry is up there saying he's shocked. He's shocked. He's getting shocked because all of a sudden he says, wait a minute, the Republican Party, even after all the trade war, even after a week of tariffs, etc. Taking it to the Chinese Communist Party. He was sure, he was sure that the American people would be turning on Trump, that it would all be over. But that's not actually what's happening. Rich, tell us what Harry Anton found as such a shock today in the polls.
Rich Barris
Gee willigers, Wally, you know, holy Toledo, Batman, this guy's filled with these. It's like watching a 50s sitcom or something. Even though he's probably half my age, he looks like he just got out of high school. Look, this is confusing and very difficult to poll people on tariffs. You and I have talked about this over the years. We've pulled on tariffs quite a bit. There's a right way and a wrong way to do it. You have to get to the context of how people view these things and these issues like tariffs and how those views will impact how they vote. So if you're Harry Enton, you're going to be confused because you think the Reuters poll is a good poll. I don't know what to tell them, you know, but the bottom line is, especially in the Midwest, the American public for long has felt that other countries get the better end of unfair trade deals that have hurt them. And if you ask them whether or not they're willing to deal with pain in order to take things back the way they used to be, they will do it. They are willing to do it. Obviously, this is not 2017 or even 2016 anymore. Obviously, the American public knew what they were going to get. Donald Trump's been talking about tariffs as a presidential candidate, Jack as a presidential candidate since 2016. And he's been talking about tariffs as a, an average citizen for decades. Decades. They knew where he stood on it. The media has been effective and how they're rolling with this. But what does this matter? Because Trump and an issue like tariffs has changed the way that the American public views the two parties. Whereas the Democrats used to be viewed as the party. For my entire polling career, it was always, who do you, who do you trust more or who do you think cares about people like me more? And it was always the Democratic Party because they were always the party of the working, you know, the working man and woman.
Jack Posobiec
The little party, the people.
Rich Barris
Little guy.
Jack Posobiec
The party of people. Yeah, we're the little guy. Republicans are for the elite. So. So all of a sudden, what Harry found.
Joshua Lysak
Yeah.
Jack Posobiec
After the tariffs comes out, and I just want to, I want to click in on this, that all of a sudden it's, it's now a tide where 50% of people, for the first time ever, actually believe that it's the Republic. And this is the Trump Republicans. Let's be very clear about this. It's the Trump led Republican Party. The Trump coalition actually has the best interests of all Americans at heart. For the first, the first time since they've been doing the poll. That's astounding. And they're losing their minds.
Rich Barris
The tariffs are such a good issue to explain this because who's mad about the tariffs? Well, Jamie Dimon and JP Morgan, I mean, that's who's mad about the tariffs. Right. It's not the uaw. It's not uaw. President John Faines coming out and praising a Republican president. Folks, that doesn't happen ever in our lifetime. And it just doesn't happen. And it's not Gretchen Whitmer who went to the White House, a Democratic governor.
Jack Posobiec
It's the panic ends. All the panickings. All the panickings are running around saying Trump's going to lose everything, Trump's going to lose the midterms. And suddenly Trump's numbers are actually going up. Because the American people can understand that if you're not someone who's directly involved in doing business with the Chinese Communist Party, if not one of these people that's been sending our foreign direct investment to places like Shenzhen and Shanghai and all of these places over Chongqing, building the Three Gorges Dam and all that, or that big, beautiful dam, I, I certainly hope there aren't any cracks in that dam anytime soon. I know the rainy season is coming, folks. Just saying, I'm just saying it's coming up. The plum rains of China. I remember it well from when I lived there. It just rains for a month straight. But, but people need to understand that was, this was all. And I think, Rich, what do we keep saying? We've been, you've been screaming it from the rooftops for half a decade, probably a decade plus. The working class voter in this country is not stupid. They're busy. They're not stupid. They understand China's getting richer, we're getting poorer. Will somebody please do something about it? That's the way they look at it.
Rich Barris
And I got to tell you, if you followed our polling throughout the primary season, then you would have, you would have seen this coming because like, you really just brought it up. You said, this is, make no mistake, this is the MAGA Republican Party, that when people are answering this question, this is what they're really considering. This is what they're thinking about. Well, going back to the spring during the Republican presidential primary in 2020, we could already see Trump on that question in our polling, start to tie, start to inch ahead, when we would ask specifically about people. Who do you think cares about people like you? We could see him inch ahead of Biden, inch ahead of Harris. And we blew the whistle back then and we said, this is huge. This doesn't happen. Everybody pay attention. Few did. But now here we are, Jack. I mean, the bottom line is if you look at that question, folks, you'll see that college educated voters haven't budged. If you look at Harry Enton segment, he'll show, even points that out. Plus 18 for Democrats three years ago, plus 18 for Democrats now. It's all come from the middle and the working class, which actually are plus nine Republican. And somebody had asked me, well, how could it be even if there's so many more college educated voters? And I think it's dawned on me, people don't realize, unlike what that would be, assassin just said, there are far more of you than there are of them. Far more. In a state like Michigan, it is 65% non college degree. In a state like Pennsylvania, it's 60% non college degree. Georgia, 63 non college degree. We can go all through the battleground states and you will see it's the same thing in that national poll. The reason why it's tied is because there are more non college, there are more working class, there are more middle class than there are of the elites or the credentialed class.
Jack Posobiec
No. And this is what it's like. You know, I always talk about coming from Pennsylvania and I'm from the eastern side of the state, but then you, you know, you kind of get to, you get to, you get to Lancaster and suddenly a whole new state begins and you're like, whoa. You get out of that acelo bubble and the rest of the state don't look like the Philadelphia area, it don't look like the Southeast. Welcome to Pencil Tucky. And you know, this is the, and then you hit Amish country, right? And that's where the Rust Belt, especially up to the Northeast, across to Erie and then down to the Pittsburgh area, that's where it is too. Because look, you know, even, even the majority of the people, they're not invested in the market the way they used to be either. By the way, to all the panicans out there, they don't have money to buy the dip. They don't have money at all. You're talking about people in this country, they want to use their, they want their salary to mean something and they want to have to stop using credit cards to make basic meet in this country. This is the economic situation that put Trump in office. Now you can, you can have a good faith debate about whether tariffs are the right answer and this is the right way to go about things, etc. But what you can't have a debate about is the fact that this is exactly what President Trump said at, at every single stop. He was, we were going to deport the illegals and we're going to raise tariffs. He was very clear about this. He said it so much that somebody actually took a shot at him as he was trying to say it.
Rich Barris
And look, and again, I just want to point out that everything you read from that would be assassin is right out of the mouth of cnn, right out of the mouth of msnbc. And he even brings up a well known now liberal media talking point that, oh, yeah, we'd just be able to do this because even his own voters are starting to not, not support him anymore. First of all, that's ludicrous. That's, you know, that's absolutely ludicrous. Of course they are. But where did he get that from? He got it from a cnn. He got it from msnbc, got it from the rest. That is helping Wall street, you know, induce this panic. And by the way, just as a news flash for everybody out there who is staring at their 401k or may be worried about their 401k, they want you to panic. Believe me when I tell you that Jamie Dimon and JP Morgan would love for you to panic and sell. They love it when markets crash. They love it when there's recession. They love it when there's a crisis. Those are buying opportunities for these guys. They get richer when you panic and it crashes than they do when things good. And that is just the sad reality of Wall Street. It's the sad reality of this demon of our own design, folks. We make these panics. We create them. We make them and then we, you know, people like them ride them into their millions.
Jack Posobiec
We saw this in Covid. We saw it in Covid.
Rich Barris
Scrooge McDuck, in their coins. Okay?
Jack Posobiec
Right. We saw it in Covid. This was the entire Covid process all over again. And now, you know, tariffs of the new covet. Oh, oh, we got it. Everyone needs to sell. And then, so who sells? Right? The people who sell are the people that aren't involved in the hedge funds. They're not involved in this stuff. At the higher level, they are the ones say, oh my gosh, something's going on, you got to pull out. So they pull out because they're trusted. You know, they're trusted. Influence of choice, whichever it is, is telling them to sell. Then the hedge fund comes in, gobbles that all up, and then boom, stock goes right back up the minute they stop talking about it. And I wish, I wish that after that, these types of panics that are generated by social media, that after the COVID experience, that people and I look, this audience, the war room posse, the war room audience, they get it. They totally understand all of this stuff. That's what Steve does here day in, day out. He also explains about the bond market and he explains about more governments than howitzers, et cetera, et cetera. That's why people understand in the war room audience, because you have the financial literacy. But Rich, it's so true. Just the last minute, but, you know, we could go off on it for much longer. They don't want you to be financially literate in this country, do they?
Rich Barris
No, absolutely not. They call it dumb money on Wall street. And I listen. I'm ashamed to say I was once a part of it. I was. I didn't always use my skills for what I now think is a better cause. Once upon a time, the easy way or, you know, the more attractive way when you're young is to use it to make money. And they call regular America dumb money, by the way. Listen real quick. You guys should watch the, the movie Dumb Money. It's great, but it's a great example of when for once, the little guy stuck it to the hedge fund managers.
Jack Posobiec
Rich Barris. Where can, where can people go to follow you, brother?
Stephen K. Bannon
Yeah.
Rich Barris
Peoplespundent.locals.com folks. Peoplespundent.loc locals.com no dumb money over there, brother.
Jack Posobiec
The people's pundit here live in the War Room. We'll be right back. We're going to Minneapolis, another place that's been broken by this cabal, but perhaps can be fixed by the truth.
Stephen K. Bannon
What if he had the brightest mind in the War room, delivering critical financial research every month? Steve Bannon here. War Room listeners know Jim Rickards. I love this guy. He's our wise man. A former CIA, Pentagon and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets. Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 3:12 to 226, down to the actual number itself. Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11, a moment that could define Trump's presidency and your financial future. His latest book, MoneyGPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos. Bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm driven crashes, and even threats to national security. Right now, War Room members get a free copy of MoneyGPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence. This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence. I read it. You should read it. Time is running out. Go torickards war room dot com. That's all one word. Rickards War Room records with an S. Go now and claim your free book. That's Rickards War room dot com. Jack Posobiec
Here's your host, Stephen K Ban. All right, Jack Wisobik, back here in the war room. You're live. And I want to talk about a case that, you know, a lot of people don't talk about it anymore. It's a case that I've talked about on social media a lot over the past couple of years. It's a case that, you know, really captured the nation a couple of years back, but also one that people just really haven't been following, and that's the case of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin. And this has gotten a lot of attention. People have been asking about it, the White House press briefings. There's been a big push from a lot of people for a federal pardon for Derek Chauvin. And there's a lot of questions that are now starting to actually come up regarding the trial itself, the original trial of Derek Chauvin several years ago now. And so one of the things that happened at that trial, which was reported on later in a documentary called the Fall of Minneapolis, and by the way, the entire state, of course, was run by the great illustrious Tim Walls at the time, was that was regarding this, the use of the neck restraint. And we all remember the video of George Floyd, remember the moment, remember how he felt. But the question was, was this an authorized neck restraint or not? And what the documentary the Fall of Minneapolis found was. Actually, it was authorized at the time. Well, wait a minute. If this was authorized, then why isn't it on the police department? Why are they going after one guy? Well, the. We have with us the producer of that documentary. She's an investigative reporter from Alpha News based there in Minneapolis. It's Liz Collin. Liz, you've been doing the yeoman's work on this case. Tell us what you've uncovered and the roller coaster that it's been since then regarding the use of the neck restraint and the police department's testimony in Derek Chauvin's trial. Plus, by the way, a new court ruling that just happened this week.
Eric
Yeah.
Liz Collin
Good to see you again, Jack. Thanks for, thanks for having me on. But, but you're right, it seems almost every day a little bit more of the truth is coming to light in Minneapolis and really appreciate the spotlight you've, you've given this and given us to our work over at Alpha News. But I was with the CBS station for many, many years in Minneapolis and left mainstream media really just to be able to tell the truth about this case. So bothered how this, this lie was pushed, not even, you know, throughout Minnesota, but throughout the country. And it spread across the globe, to be quite honest. Lies by so many people. And now we have Derek Chauvin, who remains in prison serving a nearly 21 year prison sentence. Tu Tao, another former Minneapolis police officer, remains in prison. Alex King and Thomas Lane, both rookie police officers, they are out of prison at this point, but lifelong felons due to what took place that day in May of 2020. But specifically we're focusing on Katie Blackwell. She was one of several Minneapolis police officers to take the stand in Derek Chauvin's trial. And specifically, she says during Chauvin's state trial that she does recognize the technique that Derek Chauvin is using. We used about 30 seconds of her testimony in that documentary, the Fall of Minneapolis, which was released back in 2023. We were sued by Katie Blackwell just this past October, so nearly a year later for the documentary and also for my book called they're the Media, the Left and the Death of George Floyd. That's the first prediction piece of work we put out surrounding all of this. Just trying to get the truth out in any way we possibly could. And she specifically takes issue with how she's depicted on the stand. She says that she was defamed through the Fall of Minneapolis. And the book. Well, just this week, on Tuesday, Judge Edward Wall with Hennepin county ruled in our favor to have that lawsuit dismissed. And what's quite interesting with this, as as part of our order for dismissal, we gathered dozens and dozens of police officers that called her testimony into question. They signed sworn court declarations to say this was a part of training. In fact, 14 actually used the word perjury. That Katie Blackwell, who has since been promoted twice, keep in mind since Chauvin's trial, she's now the assistant police chief in Minneapolis, that she perjured herself during that trial. So the judge, in his 58 page order that he put out his ruling on Tuesday, again in our favor, throwing this whole lawsuit out. Our attorney called it garbage from the very beginning. But in many ways, this is really going to mean quite a few things, I think, not only for Chauvin, but for the other three officers as well. The ruling saying things like each statement that Judge Blackwell complains about or Blackwell that complains about is substantially true. Using that language throughout this ruling and under the facts, it is possible to interpret Blackwell's testimony as incomplete or misleading by omission. There's specifically about 10 different references to her testimony not being truthful in this order. So we do believe that perhaps more things will fall and perhaps Likely soon here with all of this, Jack.
Jack Posobiec
So I wouldn't, I want to just get, get this clear for the audience that for the members of the policy that haven't been following this. And this, this case, you know, took place all the way back. It was April of 2021. So I believe almost exactly, I think about it, I have to look at the date. We're almost coming up on the exact four years to the day since this case was decided. And so, but, yeah, April 20, 2021. And so this officer who is up, actually the training commander, so the person who was in charge of all the training from the Minneapolis police force is going up there saying that she doesn't recognize the neck restraint that, that, that Derek Chauvin employs on George Floyd in this situation. And now you have all these people coming forward, current and former officers, saying that this is exactly what they were trained. They were trained to do, and exactly what she personally trained them to do. And yet she goes up on the stand in this high pro. I mean, I shudder to think of a case in, you know, OJ that's more high profile than Derek Chauvin and George Floyd, and essentially says that the opposite of what the truth is, you know, essentially just lies. And this is a massive bombshell. So she sues you and says, this is defamation. None of this is true. Judge comes in and says, no, this isn't defamation. And in fact, it looks like there is a legitimate basis. And by the way, this isn't just a First Amendment thing. The judge actually comes in. Walk me through that, because I believe the phrasing was found, gives basically this legitimate basis, significant amount of truth to. From your statement in the documentary.
Liz Collin
Yeah, and this is really what's remarkable, Jack. So you have the media, no surprise, Minnesota's largest newspaper that the Star Tribune owned and operated, actually I should say operated by a former commissioner of Governor Tim Walls. But they are spinning this, that, you know, this had nothing to do with the truthfulness of her testimony. Sort of nothing to see here. And this is what the Minneapolis Police Department, they say that this did not question the truthfulness of her testimony. In fact, that is not true at all in 10 different areas of this order by Judge Wall. It, in fact does exactly that. Again, using that phrase, substantial truth. The core implication of Collins statement, it's true whether it's the book or the documentary. So let's not only forget that all of these officers, they come forward, 34 officers in all of these, signed court declarations, 14 of them saying that she perjured herself. We could have had, honestly, we could have had many more officers. But at some point, we didn't want to waste the court's time with too many things we were submitting in this order for dismissal. But there are also pictures of Katie Blackwell herself actually using this restraint herself during some riots that took place after a hockey game years ago that appear in a Minneapolis police department yearbook. We have dozens upon dozens of pictures that were submitted to us and also used in the cases of these officers, of officers using the same restraint. But I also want to let people know that the mrt, the maximal restraint technique, which you can hear the officers talking about in the body camera footage, again, the body camera footage is kept away from the public for at least two and a half months. There's a reason for that, that we're only allowed to see that viral cell phone video from May of 2020. But. But all of that is kept from the public. And again, it's, it's. It's easy to see why an MRT is not allowed. Judge Peter Cahill, in Derek Chauvin's case, does not allow the maximal restraint technique into his state trial because they say that they can't find proof that the last time MRT was taught that, he signed his name in for that training. So therefore he did not allow MRT in trial again, as crazy as that sounds. But these are a lot of different tactics and techniques that I think need to be questioned. Also, I want to remind your audience, it's Attorney General Keith Ellison who's leading the prosecution of Derek Chauvin and these officers. And in fact, the Hennepin County Attorney's office quickly did. Came out and said that they did not feel comfortable charging these three other officers specifically after this happened. And this is when you have Governor Tim Walls come into the picture and he takes the case away from Hennepin county and gives it to Attorney General Ellison. But you're right, we're approaching nearly five years now since this has all happened in May of 2020. And it is remarkable how people still to this day that the media in Minnesota continue to cling to this narrative, to these lies. In fact, yesterday the Star Tribune called the type of reporting I do abhorrent. And I quickly fired back, saying, sorry, I do believe in facts and actually talking to the people involved. So that's what you consider abhorrent reporting in Minnesota, if you can believe it. Jack.
Jack Posobiec
Imagine if we had a Liz Collin in every major city in America. What you're doing is actual on the ground, hard nose Reporting, getting the facts, talking to real people, talking to officials, talking to whistleblowers, people who want to come forward. And folks, Alpha News, I mean, you've done so much reporting on. On other. These. These charity scandals and other Tim Walls and other things that have gone on in the city and in your state. And then, of course, you have this establishment media that's just so against you. Because the problem is, Liz, is that you are abhorrent to their control of the narrative and their control of the truth. This is why, by the way, you know, people kept asking when Tim Walls was nominated as vice president over little Josh Shapiro, my governor in Pennsylvania, they said, how come all of this stuff is coming out about Tim Walls? Why isn't the local media in Minnesota ever covered any of this stuff? Why didn't the local media tell us these basic facts that, hey, there was a case that was just found that said the. The judge just ruled that, in fact, there is truth to the claim that Derek Chauvin's neck restraint was, in fact approved and authorized by the police department at the time that he used it five years ago. This would be massive news if we had lived in a society where the truth actually was put on the front page. But as we learned during COVID and as we learned during so many other things, that doesn't quite seem to be the case. So, Liz, what is it? Is it money? Is it power? What do you think is really driving this? This determination to completely control the narrative just from your perspective?
Liz Collin
You know, I think especially here in Minnesota, money and power certainly plays. It plays a big role, but there is a lot of fear that permeates the air in this state. I feel like I'm from here, so I'm speaking as a native Minnesotan, but that Minnesota, nice thing. That's a real thing. Nobody wants to upset the apple cart. Nobody wants to be the bad guy. Jack, I am fine being the bad guy. That's a role that I accept. But that is the problem. Especially even this case, for example. It changed so many lives, really, I think none for the better. I have yet to find anybody that thinks this was the rise of Minneapolis after these lies were told. So I think that is also part of it. We are portrayed as a very blue state. I will tell you, that is not the case. Definitely more purple than anything else, but also just a couple specks of blue, basically, like many other states. Right. And surrounded by a sea of red. And everything gets cast, it seems, in, you know, the political lens these days. But I really am a fact based person. There are, you know, there is such thing as the truth and there is such thing as lies. But to let people get away with what they have over the years here is actually the thing that's abhorrent to me.

Jack Posobiec
Thank you. So tell us what you got, John.
Eric
Yeah, you betcha. So the FBI documents from the Crossfire Hurricane Russia collusion caper were first declassified in January 2021, but the FBI scooped them up, kept them from the American people for another four years. Donald Trump declassified them a second time a couple of weeks ago. Cash Patel transmitted them to the Congress for the first time. All the declassified documents from the FBI files and Crossfire Hurricane, we got a set. We posted them up atjust the news.com there's some really big things in here. We learned new things about the informants who were wearing wires on the Trump campaign and some of the problems they had, the amounts of money they were paid to snitch. But perhaps the most important one is the one we put out just a little bit ago about 2 hours ago. It is a FBI interview with the former director of the National Security Agency, the main electronic spy agency in America, Mike Rogers. He was appointed by Barack Obama. He carried into Donald Trump's tenure and in an FBI interview in June of 17, he told the FBI emphatically that the Washington Post story that claimed that President Trump had pressured him to claim there was no evidence of FBI of Russia hacking in the 2016 election wasn't true. That's what the Washington Post emphatically declared. By the way, that story claim that Donald Trump pressured the NSA to make a claim that wasn't true won the Blitzer Prize in 2018. It was part of a package of stories that won the Pitzer the top prize in journalism in 2018. Mike Rogers says that story was categorically false. In fact, it's not only false by his recollection when he talks to the FBI, there was a written record of what President Trump and Mike Rogers talked about. It was nothing like what the Washington Post reported in that story and submitted it for an award and then captured journalism's highest award. So for the first time we can prove that an individual story in the Pulitzer packages of the New York Times and Washington Post is demonstrably false. Is the very person who is on the phone says the Washington Post wrote falsely what happened in that. He also says there is a memo validating what did happen on the phone, far less, not far more innocuous, far less sinister than the Washington Post did. Now, it's not just a historical footnote, too, because right now, the president, President Trump, has sued the Pulitzer Committee for refusing to withdraw those Pulitzer Prizes. He's gotten discovery from the Florida court, and this will be a really significant new fact in his case. All the documents are up atjustthenews.com you can read Mike Rogers 302, you can read all of the informant reports for Christopher Steele and Stefan Helper, all the documents we've been waiting for for five years finally in the public domain.
Jack Posobiec
Well, John, I want to, I want to commend you on your work here. And everyone needs to go to Just the News and check this out immediately. By the way, I was meeting with the senior administration official last night, and I was actually told that there are a number of these FBI memos that are now being discovered across the government on various issues, things like this, but other things as well. I can't get into all of them right now, but there were times, apparently throughout the Biden regime and throughout other instances like this, this would have been Trump's first term, where memos were memorialized by the FBI or and in other departments and bureaucracies where they or people would go to the IG and that nothing would actually get moved on. And yet these are memorialized and can be used now, and a lot of them are being discovered. Are you hearing that as well?
Eric
Absolutely. All sorts of interviews, all sorts of interrogations, all sorts of intercepts, you know, were recordings that the FBA would have made that were exonerating the people who were accused of wrong during the, during the Trump years. What's most remarkable about this document, this Mike Rogers document, is that it would have clearly been responsive to the House Judiciary, the Senate Judiciary Committee, the House Intelligence Committee, going all the way back to 2018. And the first time we learn about it is in 2025. The game of keep away that James Comey and the FBI played from the congressional oversight, from the American public, from the Trump administration, really catastrophic because it put us through unnecessary pain, unnecessary torment and political crisis when there was no basis for any of these allegations. And I think you take a look at this one, so you're not only reminded that it was a deep state, not only the FBI and James Comey and Andy McCabe and Peter Strzok, but it's also the media and their Friends in the media, the New York Times and the Washington Post were no friend to the truth when it came to the Russia collusion story, the Hunter Biden story, the Ukraine impeachment story. We're now beginning to get a strong sense of just how much the effort was to mislead the American people. Really extensive stuff. And I just want to mention one other thing. In the documents we made public last night, we remember Mike Flynn was opened up on as a criminal investigation in August of 2016. It was one of the big angles of Russia collusion. We now can emphatically show without doubt that the FBI knew that. The story that it opened up on Mike Flynn about an allegation that he left a foreign event with alone as a three star general and the head of the DIA with a Russian woman. That is Honeybot. That was. The allegation was emphatically not true. And the FBI knew it was not true long before.
Jack Posobiec
No, I remember when that happened. John. John, we are just about out of time. Thank you again, folks. Go and check out just the news. Just the news dot com. Let's get Mike Lyndell. Summary of Bannon`s War Room - Episode 4407: What Is Going On In Butler PA
Release Date: April 12, 2025
Host: Stephen K. Bannon | Guest Hosts: Jack Posobiec, Joshua Lysak, Rich Barris, Liz Collin, Eric
Stephen K. Bannon opens the episode by addressing a critical incident in Butler, Pennsylvania. He highlights the arrest of a local individual accused of threatening high-profile figures such as President Trump, ICE agents, and Elon Musk. This individual, known online as "Mr. Satan," has been stockpiling weapons and advocating for violent actions against these targets.
"We just need to start killing people. Trump, Elon, all the heads of agencies Trump appointed, anyone who stands in the way."
— Mr. Satan (Criminal Complaint, 01:04)
Bannon underscores the significance of this arrest within the broader context of escalating tensions and threats against influential leaders.
Joshua Lysak, co-author of Unhumans and Bulletproof, delves into the increasing radicalization and violent rhetoric within left-wing groups. He traces the origins of this pathology back to the Trump presidency, noting a surge in violent language and actions against Trump supporters.
"There is a perpetual insistence that we have to fight back, we have to stop. And what we do see now and then were, let's call them, deep state apparatchiks, these people who are unelected and unaccountable."
— Joshua Lysak (04:25)
Lysak discusses how organizations like Indivisible have fostered environments where violent thoughts are cloaked in ambiguous language, promoting actions that border on incitement without overtly violating anti-violence commitments.
Jack Posobiec connects the Butler incident with a previous assassination attempt on President Trump in West Palm Beach, Florida. He introduces evidence suggesting that the Butler assailant, Thomas Matthew Crooks, may have sought advanced weaponry from contacts associated with the Ukrainian military, paralleling similar actions by the West Palm Beach assailant, Ryan Wesley Ruth.
"He believed to be associated with the military of Ukraine. We know that Ryan Routh... was trying to find some kind of anti aircraft missile to use... His target was Trump Force One, Trump's aircraft during the campaign."
— Jack Posobiec (10:35)
Joshua Lysak supports this connection by highlighting the improbably low odds of these violent acts occurring by mere chance, suggesting a coordinated effort fueled by shared motives and ideologies.
"They have motive, they have means, and they have opportunity. What they do all have in common... is the motive, the means, and the opportunity."
— Joshua Lysak (07:59)
The discussion shifts to the high-profile case of Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer convicted for the death of George Floyd. Liz Collin, an investigative reporter from Alpha News, provides insights into recent developments challenging the integrity of the trial.
Liz Collin reveals that a recent court ruling has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by Katie Blackwell, another former officer, asserting that Blackwell's testimony was misleading. She emphasizes that multiple officers have come forward, claiming Blackwell perjured herself during the trial.
"The judge... said that each statement that Katie Blackwell complains about... is substantially true. There are specifically about 10 different references to her testimony not being truthful in this order."
— Liz Collin (34:57)
Jack Posobiec highlights the significance of this ruling, suggesting it undermines the established narrative and raises questions about the authenticity of the original trial proceedings.
"If we had lived in a society where the truth actually was put on the front page, this would be massive news."
— Jack Posobiec (40:04)
Liz Collin counters by pointing out systemic issues within the Minneapolis Police Department and the broader media's role in perpetuating misleading narratives.
"Minnesota is portrayed as a very blue state. That is not the case. There are more purple areas and specks of blue, similar to many other states."
— Liz Collin (41:43)
Eric introduces a significant revelation regarding the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Russia's alleged collusion with the Trump campaign. Documents initially declassified in January 2021 were withheld from the public for four years before being re-released. John Solomon from Just the News discusses the impact of these documents, particularly an interview with former NSA Director Mike Rogers who refutes the Washington Post's claims about Trump's interactions with the NSA.
"Mike Rogers says that story was categorically false... There was a written record... It was nothing like what the Washington Post reported."
— John Solomon (49:00)
Jack Posobiec emphasizes the betrayal of public trust by major media outlets and the FBI's withholding of crucial information, highlighting the ongoing efforts to uncover the truth.
"The media and their friends in the media, the New York Times and the Washington Post were no friend to the truth when it came to the Russia collusion story... We're now beginning to get a strong sense of just how much the effort was to mislead the American people."
— Eric (49:51)
Stephen K. Bannon wraps up the episode by underscoring the importance of financial literacy and preparedness, promoting various sponsors and resources for listeners to secure their financial futures amidst political and economic uncertainties.
