You're not only one of the leading or the leading populists and nationalists in the economic nationalists in the Senate, you're also one of our sharpest legal minds. All night long, they're just hitting us with Title 10 versus Insurrection act, all these legal niceties. Walk us through your thoughts about what the. And particularly since the fact that they are sanctuary cities in the sanctuary states. And look, I come from Richmond, Virginia. I know you come from Missouri. We know something about, you know, the Civil War. Gavin Newsom is acting like a neo confederate, is he not, sir?

Yeah, he is. I mean, this idea that all of a sudden the states can just resist the federal government. Tell the federal government to screw off. Essentially, federal law doesn't matter anymore. Hey, listen, we did. We fought a civil war over this. We are a union indivisible. And the president absolutely has the authority, both under the Constitution and under our statutory law, to call out the National Guard to put down instances of civil unrest. Dwight Eisenhower did it, by the way, in order to integrate Little Rock High School. Donald Trump can surely do it in order to stop the rampant violence, looting for thuggery that we're seeing on the streets of L. A, I mean, that city. Listen, we've all seen it. These liberals, when they say, oh, it's peaceful. No, it's not. We can see it with our own eyes. The cars are on fire, the freeways are blocked, the cops are getting assault, innocent people are getting hurt, they're getting injured, they're getting assaulted, there's violence being carried out against shop owners and so forth. This has got to stop. The president has the right to stop it. Absolutely. And Gavin Newsom, as I say, I mean, this guy, he's on. He's in a completely different universe. I mean, he has no idea what is going on. He's allowing his state to burn to the ground. This is not. This is not what the people of his state voted for. Sure as heck isn't what I voted for or the people of my state. When they elected Donald Trump, they elected law and order. That's what Donald Trump is giving us, he's defending Americans. This is his job as president. He's doing a great job.

The folks in Missouri, I want to ask, where do they stand on this right now? Because it's coming to Chicago, it's coming into New York, it's going to spread throughout the country. You got these wealthy billionaires that are in back of getting people worked up. The folks in Missouri right now, where do they stand on this topic with.

The president and for law and order, I mean, listen, we are a law and order state and I just say to all of these people out there who are burning these cars and blowing up things in freeways, you know what? If you want to keep on protesting, we'll find you a nice jail cell where you can protest and then after that, we'll find you a one way ticket back to your home country. They shouldn't even be in this country. And I think the people of my state, they look at this and they say, this is not America. I mean, these people waving these foreign flags, this looks like an invasion. If you didn't know any better, you would say, wow, some foreign power is invading the streets of L. A. And that's exactly what's happening. You mentioned, by the way, Steve, just the money. Who's financing that? What? We got to get to the bottom of this. This is not spontaneous. Give me a break. They're handing out the gas masks. You've got different organizations on social media taking credit for it. Today I sent out letters to some of the leading organizations who've been out there publicly saying we're behind this, telling them, preserve all your documents. I'm going to subpoena all of your records. I want to know who is funding this. I want to know who is organizing this. The American people deserve to know who is fomenting what looks like a domestic invasion. This is just outrageous.

People look to you for guidance on this bill that's going through right now. Tommy Tuberville, Senator Tucker here says some of the Republicans are getting weak on no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security. We're hearing all kinds of things back and forth. Can you just walk through where we stand and what your ideas are to pull this thing together for working people in the middle class in this country.

Sir, you know, I would just say the most important thing to my Senate colleagues is listen to the guy who won the popular vote. That would be Donald J. Trump. And he just said to me yesterday, Steve, that he thinks the most important parts of this bill, in addition to the border wall, border security, ICE funding, all of which is in there. The most important things are no taxes on tips, no taxes on Social Security, no taxes on overtime and that child tax credit, because those are tax cuts for working people. Those are our people. That's the backbone of this economy. And by the way, those are the people who are getting screwed in what's going on in LA and everywhere else. You've got working people in this country who have been fired from their jobs while the corporations ship them overseas, who can't get a pay raise because the corporations are hiring illegal aliens. And these same people are now getting the shaft in LA and everywhere else. Donald Trump wants to give them a tax cut, wants to protect them. We ought to do that. What we should not do, Congress should not do, is come in here and cut Medicaid benefits for working people. They shouldn't come in and take away the President's tax cuts. And yeah, I've heard some talk about that. That would be insane. That would be insane. We need to hew to the Trump agenda, deliver the agenda that Donald Trump ran on.

Walk us through the Medicaid, because you got a lot of guys out there saying, hey, and say, hey, we support the working class in the MAGA and all that, but with this expansion of Obamacare, this thing's very complicated. What Hawley's talking about is just going to. Is just going to keep this mess going. Walk through your case on Medicaid, sir?

Absolutely. Well, just look at Missouri. Missouri is a Trump state. Voted for the president by 18 points this last election. We've got 1.3 million people on Medicaid, Steve, including hundreds of thousands of kids. These are overwhelmingly Trump voters. Why are they on Medicaid? Because this economy for decades has sucked for working people. Let's just be honest. This has been a rich person's economy, thanks to the globalists, really, in both parties. And that's why Donald Trump got elected in 2016. That's why he got voted in Missouri. We voted for him in 16 and in 20 and in 24. Why? Because he said he would come in and protect the working class. A lot of working people on Medicaid now, because they don't get health care through their jobs anymore. And if they don't get it through their jobs, they can't afford it. Because thanks to Barack Obama and others, the cost of health care is just astronomical. So here's my case. It's the President's case. Don't touch Medicaid benefits for working people. Listen for People who aren't working. Yeah, of course they should work. I mean, nobody disagrees with that or they shouldn't. But you've got working people who can't afford private insurance. These are our people, these are our voters. And we're going to tell them we're taking away your health care and health care from your kids when they're just trying to make it. That's. That's crazy. We shouldn't do that. The president is right about this. Root out the waste and fraud. Get the illegal immigrants off Medicaid. Get people back to work who are on Medicaid, but otherwise do not touch Medicaid benefits. Protect the working class in this country. We got to build them up, not tear them down. Because, listen, we're it. I mean, the Democrats, they've abandoned the working class. They have shipped them off, they have sent them off. They want nothing to do with them anymore. We are it as conservatives, as Republicans, as maga and we got to stand strong for them. Now.

Tommy Tuberville said he believes you're actually going to have a vote by the 4th. Walk us through other issues. You think we ought to be focused on that? Josh Hawley's focused on as we go now down to the. Really the deal making to get to a vote before for July.

Sir, I think the key things are we've got to have those working class tax cuts. Got to have them. Got to have the no taxes on tips, no taxes on overtime. Don't water those down, don't touch those. Got to protect Medicaid benefits for working people. As we were just talking about, we've got to get rid of this AI moratorium that's on there. I know you've been covering that. I mean, they slipped in some of the House people slipped in this huge giveaway to Big Tech. No more Big Tech giveaways. Big Tech's fine. Big Tech's rich. Big Tech has been screwing us. We need to not give them anything more that's got to come out of this bill. The main thing is, Steve, as we get down to the wire here, just listen to the president and deliver what he ran on. This is not the time to be pursuing little pet agendas by different members of Congress. And the other thing I hear is I hear some talk about cutting border wall funding. That would be insane. We need every dollar to fund that border wall. We need every dollar to fund ICE agents. We need more law enforcement on the border, not less. These L. A Riots are a demonstration of that.

But right there you see he talked to President Trump. President Trump gave him a huge shout out yesterday working with him on this bill to stop having people desecrate our flag in this invasion. If you saw what happened in LA over the last couple of days, over the weekend about our flag and the flags of foreign nations up in your grill just mocking you. And of course the mayor of Los Angeles and the governor sees nothing wrong with that and is actually protecting those people. Senator Hawley working with the president on that. But then you get here and you get, you know, Senator Tuberville comes now, he said hey look, I don't think it's going to happen. But he says there's rumblings and it's in the Hill newspaper. People not, not happy with the additional tax cuts on overtime, on tips, on Social Security. And right now what came out of the came of the House bill is not really a cut on Social Security. It's got to be better. It's got to be a cut on tax cut on Social Security. People put in there for years as seniors. You just can't do it. It should be obvious, but you're getting a lot of pushback. I happen to think and I think it will be self evident when you're not gonna be able to do enough cuts on programmatically and Doge, I hate to say it, fanboys, but Doge delivered zero. Nothing on waste, fraud and abuse. They had some recommendations on programmatically, but people have been on that for years on pbs, on npr, on usaid. Where's the fraud? Nothing. It's one of the reasons the president is so disappointed that's been reported widely. I just don't see how the math works unless you take the upper bracket. It's got to have a snapback from 37 and a half percent to 39.5% or you create a new bracket of people over a million dollars in income and that gets taxed at 40% plus, believe it or not, the carried interest is not even there. The great insult to the American people, the hedge fund guys which get taxed at capital gain rates and not at ordinary income rates because of just it's deemed to be capital gains which is not annual salaries and everything or ordinary income just like yours are. This thing still got a ton of stuff for the crony capitalist that all has to come out. So there's still going to be a big fight. I don't know how they're going to get to July 4th, but Senator Tuberville knows thousand times more than I do. He says to me he's going to go have lunch with the President and then they're gonna have another meeting this afternoon. Supposed to be 4th of July. As we get more details, we'll get you up on the ramparts because people are waiting for your voice to be heard. We just want to make sure we get all the accurate information. We were going to have Mike Rogers on here about University of Michigan and what's going on there with the Chinese Communist Party and these students. Welcome back. John Solomon joins us. John, we have a framework. We haven't, we don't have a lot of details about it. President Trump saying, I think we got 50% tariffs on China, they've got 10% on us. It all become clear. Something about Chinese students that's kind of all of it's very unclear. Howard Lutnick announced with inflation. Ambassador Jameson Greer last night from London. There is a framework. I'm sure we're getting details today. But one thing that we've seen to have forgotten is reparations for the, for the pandemic that cost us trillions and trillions of dollars. One of the reasons that the, the national debt exploded. To do that, you need to adjudicate and get to the bottom of exactly what happened. You have a quite explosive report, as you often do on your site, you know, just the news, the John Solomon report about the Defense Intelligence Agency and the pandemic. Sir, can you explain what you found out?

Trevor Comstock (17:33)

I can. It's remarkable and it's remarkable it took us five years to get this piece of truth. The DIA has an elite unit of scientists that look for bioweapon threats across the world. They are some of the best in the world, some of the brightest you could ever imagine. They sometimes even moonlight at major biotech companies, but they also are in the services of their country in uniform. And they did a genome analysis of COVID 19 in the first couple of months and within three months of the pandemic being declared. So in June 2020, they had concluded from genome analysis that the COVID 19 virus was lab manufactured, it was genetically altered, and that it most likely emanated from a bank of viruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. That finding was suppressed from the intelligence community and from the American public until it was recently declassified and released in documents by the new Trump administration through various intelligence agencies, including ODNI and dia. It is shocking because that genome analysis was also backed up by seven other extraordinary facts. Remember Anthony Fauci and his fellows were out there saying, ah, natural evolution from a wet market in November. But the US Intelligence community knew the first COVID death was actually in September, way before the wet market. They knew from Signal intelligence that the Wuhan Institute of Virology had an accident that required a very sensitive sterilization process suggesting that a virus had escaped. They knew some of the WIV scientists had gotten. The Wuhan Institute of Virology scientists had gotten Covid early and they knew that some of the Wuhan Institute virology scientists were doubling as hygienists. They were disguised as hygienists at the military. The Chinese military games in Wuhan in October. Now why would they be doing that? Why would you have your best bioscientists, you've got degrees and work in a BSL2 and BSL3 lab. Why are they working as a hygienist? Because they were looking to see how the virus might be impacting our most healthy military athletes because they knew it was spreading already. You take that complete body of evidence with the DIA's genome finding and you realize the government knew from the beginning that this virus was Chinese manufactured and, and escaped because of a lab accident. And they kept us all in the dark. And they kept not the dia, kept their other brethren in the intelligence community in the dark. Whistleblowers that we now know have approached the FBI and are being cooperating with the FBI, say they were told not to tell the FBI because the FBI was off the reservation. Because the FBI was the one intel agency that from the very beginning figured this out, that it was a lab leak. So this is a cover up of epic proportion. Our own intelligence community kept itself blind from some of the most important evidence that would help us navigate how we should have responded to the pandemic and to China.

Steve Bannon (20:36)

Look, the Defense Department obviously oversees Fort Detrick, right? Which Stephen Hadfield, who was a consultant here for the first couple of days. We shifted one hour of war room impeachment. Too boring. Pandemic I think the 20th of January of 2020. And people, even some of my co host Jason Miller said, what are we doing here? But we were given our relationships and our knowledge and relationships inside of China and Wuhan, et cetera. For Hatfield had been at Fort Detrick. He eventually went to the White House at the end of the first week and worked in Peter Navarro's group. I just want to make sure I get this right because this is so explosive and people are going to get to the bottom of this DIA smartly. First off, signal intel. People knew something was up in the fall of 2019. Correct, sir. Basically September. Something was going on.

They did.

They then immediately did what you would consider smart, a genome. And we reported that all the time about the genome sequence. Right. Look like manufacture. We went over and over again that with experts just to be mocked and ridiculed by the New York Times and the Washington Post and everybody CNN as conspiracy theorists. But here's the part I don't get. John Solomon. Did DIA not go to ESPER and not go to senior levels in the Pentagon and report this? Who at DIA would think it was because President Trump's the commander in Chief, Esper is the Secretary of Defense. Who at DIA would make that call, that we have to keep it internal and we don't even have to share it, we should not share it at all with the other intelligence apparatus, sir.

Trevor Comstock (22:18)

Yeah, we don't know the answer to that yet. That is what the FBI is investigating with a case agent out of Cleveland. And that is what the intelligence community Inspector general, the chief watchdog of the intelligence community are both looking at. Who gave what orders at what time and what was their motive. Did they have conflicts of interest? Was there any interference from nih who had these research projects going on with Wuhan through EcoHealth Alliance? Those are at the heart of an ongoing criminal investigation and at the heart of an intelligence committee investigation. I don't think the investigators know yet. I don't think the whistleblowers know yet. I mean, they know who told them downstream not to cooperate, but how high up this went. And let's keep in mind that this should have been available for Joe Biden's 90 day sprint review. That's the review that said equal chance. It was maybe nature or a lab accident. It makes no mention that analysis. Did ODNI under Joe Biden not know one of its most famous and best intelligence agencies, the dia had these conclusions. These are really serious questions and they're at the heart of the FBI's criminal investigation right now.

Steve Bannon (23:28)

You imply in this story, the implication is that if DIA came to this independently, that Fauci and NIH had to, since they're the experts, it would be lack credulity that they didn't understand this. Also, sir.

Trevor Comstock (23:47)

Well, remember one of Fauci's funded scientists, Christian Anderson in I think it's the Netherlands where he works, came out right away and said, this is clearly manufactured. And then he flipped around a few days later and said, oh no, no, it's Zube. Nobody's been able to explain why someone of his extraordinary talent and skills would initially see it to be the same thing as DIA and FBI and then flip around. Now we do know he gets grants afterwards Something that Congress has looked at was that why did he get grants after he flipped his opinion on this? There is a lot of questions we don't know. And I think Dr. Fauci, NIH, DIA, the other intel communities, ODNI particularly, they owe the American public some really significant answers. And you talked about reparations. There is one state that has already won reparations, Missouri Andrew Bailey, the attorney general, winning a $24 billion judgment against China. That is the first enforceable judgment against China for Covid. Will other states follow suit? Will Donald Trump make China pay that money as part of this? That all remains to be seen in these trade negotiations. I'm going to put one other thing on the table because it is still a clear and present danger right now. Steve, we have hundreds of scientists here on visas from China and other countries of significant concern, Russia, Iran, places like that. They're on visas working for the nih. Why do we have enemy country scientists here at our behest working on dangerous things? Why do we have scientists smuggling in the pathogens we just talked about? I think the Trump administration has a lot more work to do to shut off the spigots of danger that occurs within our own scientific community. Right now.

You're on top of this. Walk me through just your directionally. Where do you think this is headed?

Trevor Comstock (25:39)

So I think the FBI is on course to do some very serious accountability actions, whether those are arrests, arrests and deportations, recommendations for civil action, action. I think there are three areas that the FBI is hot to trot on and by the way, never was hot to trot until it had a new leadership change. Elections did have a consequence in the FBI. One is were the original origins of COVID covered up. And I think the DIA study gives us a good sense of where that is. The second is we know there's a batch of scientists who bragged in their own emails that they were keeping their comms off of government email so that they wouldn't be discoverable to places like the American public under FOIA or potentially Congress. That could be considered obstruction of justice. Also, it could be considered obstruction of justice if DIA told its own people, you may not cooperate with the FBI. The FBI had an ongoing probe. So those are two areas. The third area they're looking at is after the pandemic is going and we're in the vaccine era, were their efforts to suppress the dangers or the signals of adverse events like heart inflammation from the American public for a long time? I think we know a lot from Ron Johnson. The answer is yes, and Rand Paul. All three of those could result in criminal actions or a recommendation from the FBI that the civil side of the Justice Department pursues certain people under RICO or other sort of laws that allege a conspiracy to hide from the American public essential information for our safety. That is where this is going. There are big decisions ahead for Pam Bondi and Cash Patel. The most amazing thing about this, Steve, all these investigations during the Biden years were brought into Washington and controlled by the brain trust under Chris Reyer. Before that, Comey. All these investigations under Cash Patel, they're left in the field with the agents who started the cases. That's the way the FBI used to work best.

We've got right now and if we've got it, the no kings. So they're going to have like a thousand places throughout the country on Saturday. They're going to try to disrupt. This is why I said yesterday I had the new federal state guys on. We're talking about the black candidate of the Chinese Communist Party. What you're seeing going on in this country right now, just like the invasion was well organized, the stopping the repelling of the invasion is very well organized and very well financed. And with starting this afternoon with Natalie, she's going to join me. We're going to start breaking this down. She's got a very special report, particularly about California. She's a California girl, so she's going to break down how this thing's being financed out there. We got to cut the head of the snake off. We can no longer allow American citizens to finance the destruction of the country. An invasion of the country, or particularly President Trump trying to stop this, which President Trump's trying to do with the ice. And this is why the ICE raids. You know, it's two pronged. It's two prong here. Number one, it's obviously the federalizing the National Guard. It is bringing the Marines in the army if you have to. It's using either Title 10 or Insurrection Act. That's a call from the White House. He's already stopped the incursion just because they're enforcing federal law and sending military units down there to back up the Border Patrol. But it's basically just doing executive orders that undid everything Biden did the Democrats. And this is why, hey, I don't know, we're making a push on the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. If the Democratic Party keeps up what they're doing in these big cities, why are they not a terrorist organization? It's a question that's got to be asked. You got to put it on the table. Muslim Brotherhood first, but then you have to do the analysis on the Democratic Party. It's so radical. Mayor Bass, what she's doing, stirring it up in Los Angeles. You get the mayor of Chicago stirring it up in Chicago, that thing's going to explode. You saw what happened in Dallas the other night. You saw in New York City. These people feel they're emboldened now, why they have all these billionaires, whether it's the Walmart family, and I think the Walmart family just can't sit there and go, oh, it's just a rogue Walmart person living in Mexico and don't blame us. No, I think people are going to blame you. What in the hell's going on? You're supposed to be there as kind of the, the big store for working class America. And then you've got people in your family that are funding these full page ads, essentially talk about the destruction of the country and talk specifically about the destruction of the working class in this country. So this has to be addressed. All the financing has to be addressed. This is the most vital part of the Third World War. And hey, everywhere throughout, they're trying to drag us into kinetic conflict. Whether that's in Ukraine, they're trying to draw us into the middle of the Russian, Ukraine thing. President Trump's going out of his way to say, hey, that's not going to happen in what's happening in Gaza. Right. Also what's happening in Persia. This entire thing about Persia, about the, you know, oh, there's going to be a nuclear weapon tomorrow, but no, they're going to get ballistic missiles tomorrow. You know, we have to be very, very, very careful. We have not even begun to ratchet up the economic Warfare against the mullahs that we had back in the first term. You've got to do that first. And then you have to go beyond that. When I say beyond that, you have to go and talk about shipping oil to the Chinese Communist Party. Why is that still being allowed? You have to go up the escalatory ladder on the economic warfare part of this. That will break the moolahs before you consider military options. And I'm just saying, I want to say this over and over again. I think the American people are pretty adamant on this. They're not open to a military option on this because they don't think it's necessary. Now, I do believe that Wyckoff and people got to really come out and present the American people, what are we talking about versus a verification program, versus a actually take it apart under UN supervision or how you want to do it, Because I don't think anybody believes you can trust these people in a verification program. Now I realized Kurt Mills and his guy said, hey, the verification program wasn't that bad in Iraq because they did verify. They didn't have them. And it turns out after Bush and the neocons got us into that tragedy, that they didn't have them. But this all has to be on the table. Just a military strike right now is not supported by the American people overwhelmingly. If in the summer of hatred, as Tommy Tuberville laid out again, you had Israel go in and just say, hey, America, we're not going to. We don't need your support. We're going to go and hit it, the country would explode 10 times more. That's the reality. Because, hey, you've got the agents over here right now. This is why I'm a huge believer in what Laura Loomer and I guess APL Anna Paulina Luna have put up, or I guess it's Nancy Mace has put up, Nancy Mace, I think, has put forward and other congressmen have put forward to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization. I tried to do that in the first term. Of all the things we've worked on, that was the thing that was just shut down. And that shows you the support of the Muslim Brotherhood inside the apparatus. That is a reality. Oh, they're just a charitable organization that runs schools and hospitals in the Middle East. No, they're not. It's a vast network. If you don't believe that, read the book the Looming Tower, which is a masterpiece about the run up to 9, 11, the decades beforehand. If you don't think the Muslim Brotherhood is not absolutely a Radical jihadist organization that's sole focus is to take down the Judeo Christian West. Of that there's just no doubt. And that's why it has to be designated a terrorist organization. But this summer, right now in the streets of LA and it's going to expand to Chicago, New York, Dallas, San Francisco, all over, our sovereignty is being challenged. That's what President Trump has stepped into the breach of this and said, hey, we're not going to do what always happens. Oh, let it go for weeks and weeks and weeks, just burn it down. You got CNN out there saying, oh, these people have these justifications or isn't this terrible? And you know, this is stolen land. All of that, all that is crap and President Trump's not going to put up with it. You saw what he did in standing up the military to have this, to support dhs, to make sure the federal buildings were not, were not tortured, but to support DHS and particularly ICE and their efforts out there to guess what to do, what to basically go and make sure that we get the process started of 10 million illegal alien invaders leaving the country. I understand that's hard for Mayor Bass to accept. It's hard for Gavin Newsom. You guys are sanctuary cities and sanctuary states. I understand that. But that is, that is like being a neo confederate. You just can't have parts of the country that do not enforce immigration law. And you're just going to let people who are not citizens of this country come here and mock you. Senator Josh Hawley nailed it the best. What did he say? He said, look, you saw the foreign flags, you saw the burning cars, you saw the interstate shut down for hours and hours and hours and hours. President Trump's not going to tolerate that. He's saying he wasn't like that. The American people are not going to tolerate. The American people don't want it. And all I'm saying to Homan and Miller and all you guys, you're doing an amazing job. Double and triple down more raids, more roll ups. And by the way, go get some CEOs, go get some chief operating officers of these companies that are hiring people, not just the laborers themselves, not the workers. You got to do that. But the people are actually enticing them to come here and giving them wages that should go to American workers while they're suppressing wages for American workers. So the battle for this country is on the streets of Los Angeles. And guess what, folks, we're winning. These are great days for us. This is a wheelhouse issue for President Trump. The American people voted him to do this, particularly the Hispanic and African American community. They want this mess taken care of. This is the way you build a broader coalition. There's a lot of, there's a lot of liberals, not progressives are going to sit there and go, yeah, LA has become a hellhole. How do we sort it out? Well, President Trump in ICE and DHS and the Trump administration have a way to sort it out and it's being executed and implemented on the streets of America even as we speak.
