You know, Steve, I was telling you about 12 weeks ago, I got robbed in my house in Baltimore. And they took my wife's jewelry, they took some finances from me. But the thing that really hurt me the most, which I couldn't replace, is they took my key to the White House that the President gave me.

President Trump. When he goes, he's got a special place he keeps him. He gets it out, makes a little event of it. You rate it. Now tell me about the days with Birx and Fauci because, you know, we shifted the show to Warren pandemic on the 20th of January. We were the first guys to go. In fact we were war room impeachment. Jason Miller is my co host. I tell Jason, I say hey, because they're two hour show in the morning. I said, hey, starting Monday we're going, starting tomorrow we're going to bifurcate. The first hour is going to be impeachment because that's still going on. But the second hour is going to be pandemic. And he goes, what? And I said pandemic. You know, the thing in China. This is going to be massive. And he goes, dude, we got a good thing going. This thing looks like a cold, right? I go, no, this thing's going to be huge. So we did it. And then every day we just get into it with Fauci and be, you know, pounding these guys. Tell us what you said, what I learned, but couldn't tell you. What is that? It's in the book and it's shocking. But what did you learn that you couldn't tell us at the time?

Well, there's a couple of things, Steve. First thing is there's. I never realized how closely I was going to work with the national security folks when I was CDC director, but I worked with them very closely and got involved in a lot of classified stuff. And you know, I really wish that hopefully Trump will release all the classified information related to the origins of COVID because there's no doubt in my mind that this virus originated in a Chinese lab. And this was a big disagreement I had with Fauci who tried to make the argument that it came from a wet market in China.

By the way, that was just a bald faced lie. There's no way scientifically you could come to that conclusion.

It was a roost. And I know because George Chao is the head of CDC China. And when I talked to George on January 1 and January 2, he said he had these 27 cases. Everyone came from the wet market. And I asked him what his case definition was, and he said, someone that doesn't have SARS or flu with a respiratory illness, they come from the wet market. I said, well, George, then by definition, everybody comes from the wet market. Why are you trying to set it up as the wet market? And it was a ruse to turn the attention away from around the corner where the lab was, right? Because the lab, if the lab was the cause, then you had to say that this pandemic was really caused by science. And there were some people that didn't want that.

That story out there, you know, and Tony didn't want that story out there. So I think it was set up. Unfortunately, he also didn't want to go.

Back how they'd been in business with these guys and how the whole gain of function thing here in the United States with barracks in that crowd down at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which I don't understand how they haven't gotten their asses sued into. Into oblivion. But this whole thing with gain of function and the loosey goosey nature, I mean, you're essentially at fort. This is why we had the great Dr. Hatfield. Because when I realized we had to turn the show into this, I go. Because I always look, I said, give me the best expert that's out there. And they go, well, there's this crazy guy up at. Up at Fort Detrick that he wrote the book Three Seconds to Midnight. He'd just come out in paperback. Who. He just was self publishing. And then we had Hatfield starting the very first day, he was gone to the White House to work with Navarro. By day four or five, I mean, he was gone, but he was pretty. He's pretty adamant. You can tell how this originated.

Why did we allow Fauci to continue to go and just lie to the American people?

I don't know the answer. I know I was very upset by it. When Tony told the American people at one of the first conferences, Trump spoke and Pence spoke, and then Burke spoke and I spoke. And then Tony got up and he said, I wanted the American people to know that I'm the senior public health advisor for the United States. Afterwards, I said to Tony, I said, tony, what am I? I'm the head of cdc. I mean, you're the head of a laboratory. So he definitely assumed it. I think he had, you know, a relationship with the media, and the media empowered him. And unfortunately, Secretary Azar put limits on my ability to communicate to the press. That's why when you ask me, you know, about Helvin Kennedy, now I have. Nobody can tell me what I can say and what I can't say. Okay. I can say it the way I see it. And, you know, you've been in government that sometimes when you're in government, there's this clearance procedure and you have to respect. So in the book, you know, some of the things is just learning the classified stuff. I have. Some of the stuff is just a lot of the information about COVID that we did in the situation Room that wasn't for public consumption. All right. But it's in the book. You know, it's extraordinary. The classified stuff's not in the book. That's still classified.

But Burks, Fauci, and you talk to me about the relationship, because you're a truth teller, you're not going to back off. So tell me about the relationship.

Dr. Robert Redfield
Well, Tony and I worked together in the early years of the AIDS epidemic. Berks, although she trained with Tony when I started the AIDS program in the army. She's really a very smart person, immunologist. I asked her if she would like to join me and help me build an AIDS research program in the army, and so she did. So she was my deputy for about 12 years. We had a very good relationship. And when I left, I recommended her to take my place, which she did. And, you know, I had a lot of respect for her, you know, I think. So the three of us knew each other. Well. I obviously disagreed with Fauci on almost at every turn. I think his instincts were off. And Burks was honest, tried to do the best she could. I think she was in a tough position.

Well, she's a career. She's going to play the. She plays the game right on. Fauci. Did Fauci lie to the American people? And did Fauci lie to the American people under oath in front of these investigative committees?

Dr. Robert Redfield
Yeah, it's interesting. You know, I'm good friends with Rand Paul, A lot of respect for him. And, you know, when Tony says that he didn't lie. You have to be careful in how it's worded. He says, according to the official definition of the National Academy of Science, NIH wasn't involved in gain of function research. Now, what you have to know. In 2017, a committee met after Obama outlawed gain of function research in America.

Obama had outlawed it in 14 or 15. And this is because they saw stuff popping up at, like, the University of Maryland, what's happening down in North Carolina? What's going on here? This is a Fort Detrick. This is a Fort Detrick.

And even Fort Detrick has. I shut down Fort Detrick as CDC director because they had laps in their biocontainment. So this is not.

This is not the type of things that universities should be doing. Thank you. That's where I wrote my gain of function, you know, recommending a ban on gain of function in the Wall Street Journal. Fauci was the father of gain of function research. He to pointed, you know, he really felt that we needed to do this research. I really felt we didn't need to do this. But they changed the definition. And you'll see this. You're a smart guy. The National Academy of Science, which unfortunately is a very political organization, okay. And they use this science politically. They made the definition that if you start with a pathogen that's pathogenic for humans and you make it more pathogenic or more transmissible, that's gain of function research. But if you start with a pathogen that's not pathogenic for humans, like COVID 19, but you weaponize it, but you make it pathogenic for humans, that's not gain of function.

But if you look at a testimony of Rand Paul, he says, according to the definition of the National Academy. So as a purist, I would say he probably didn't lie. Did he misinform the Congress? Absolutely. Was he involved in gain of function research? Absolutely did NIH, but also unfortunately, DoD and the State Department and USAID, those four agencies funded that Wuhan lab?

Because we gave them the baton to do all of this global health stuff, which we should never have done. I'm not sad at all that they went bye bye. I am worried for my old organization CDC right now because it looks like Global health is moving to State, which I think it should stay at cdc. But if they move it, and then it looks like Bob Kadlek is moving the domestic response to epidemics to Defense Department. If we lose, if CDC loses those two mandates, you could.

Well, they're losing it because people have lost confidence.

There's no leadership and there's no trust in it. I agree with you and you are right. It's hard to fight for turf for an agency when there's no leader.

When no leader and it's really in front of the American people. The reason I have a leader that you can't get ready to take it because it's lost the trust of the American people. The warning.

What is Redfield's warning? I hear Redfield's warning. Tony Lyons calls me. I go, God, what's the warning? He tells me the warning. I go, oh, my God.

Yeah, the warning. The warning comes back that I told you that I think biosecurity is a big deal, all right? And the reality is the next pandemic, which I call the great pandemic, I call the COVID pandemic, a minor pandemic, is going to be a bird fleet pandemic, all right? And we're not prepared. And I do believe our nation needs to have a proactive response to the biosecurity threats, proportional to the threat.

Okay, hang on a second. Because half of this audience right now, you just lost them. And the reason is they say this whole thing, the great reset, was all to basically crush the American worker. The American middle class have a reset where the government comes and takes total control. And they've already seen where, you know, you've had this thing with the bird flu over the last couple of years. 60 Minutes has done a couple of specials on it, and people are going, oh, my God, they're teeing us up. This is a psyop. And they're teeing us up for total. They didn't get total control last time because of Trump and the MAGA movement and, you know, Bobby Kennedy jumping in. But they're just. They're teed up for the great. This is even be the greater reset. Right where they come after. So what's the argument to say you're kind of our guy. So when you're saying this differently, what are you telling me?

Yeah, I'm totally against government. There was so much government overreach in Covid, it's unbelievable. We talk about it in the book. All right, what I'm talking more about is developing a private sector like we have for the Defense Department with our contractors to make missiles and bullets and airplanes and subs. It's not a public program. It's a private sector program. Now does. The US Government helps fund it, but it's to meet our defense needs against the traditional defense. I think we need the same thing now for biodefense, antiviral drug development, vaccine development, development, you know, diagnostic development, countermeasure development.

The NIH was involved, the State Department was involved, the Defense Department was involved, and USAID was involved. And so I've always said, although the work was done in China and the lab leak happened in China, that the United States was very involved. And so I never understood why we weren't more aggressive in coming to a national consensus. You know, and Radcliffe, who's now the.

Head of the CIA, how can. Because this is what you see, whether it's the Muslim Brotherhood or the ccp, how can we have our mortal enemy? And people should know from the days of the Long March, in the days of the Chinese Communist Party and the pla, the beginning of the Red army or the Chinese version of the Red Army, Wuhan has always been their medical center, right? That's always been the medical center. How can. It's like Walter Reed and Bethesda combined, right? How can the United States government, University of North Carolina, the Defense Department intelligence apparatus, you know, State Department guys who are kind of, some of them on the intelligence side, how can we be actively working with our mortal enemy in their. In the Walter Reed Bethesda version of their military compound to help them at best case, come up with protection in case of a biological attack? When I would argue that biological, and I can tell you from a Navy ship, as bad as the preparation was for nuclear war, as bad as the preparation for chemical war and biological war, you're kind of sitting there going, there's really no protection, right? The most dangerous weapons on Earth are biological weapons. Am I correct in that?

No question. I think they're much more serious than nuclear, for sure. And their consequences. The problem with biological weapons, when you have a nuclear explosion, after the radiation dissipates, it's over a biological weapon, you're going to have it. Look, look at Covid. We're going to have Covid now forever, all right? And yes, it's going to cause less death, but it's causing a lot of morbidity, mortality. My clinic is long Covid, so about, you know, 10 to 20% of people who get Covid get long Covid. And that means it messes up their brain and it messes up their autonomic nervous system. So it's real.

This is just not myth or legend.

No, it's not myth or it's real. And you can see the same thing from people that have MRNA vaccine injury, which is quite serious. I have a number of those patients. So it's real. But when you ask why didn't we do this.

Okay. When you talk in vaccine industry, then you're pitching me, you're pitching the audience on the other side that, hey, we got to have a whole new defense industry built around. One of my problems with the defense industry, where they're not part of the government. Right. They're getting taxpayer funding, but they're keeping the equity of the upside. I mean, these companies are all worth hundreds of billions of dollars. The executives. Elon Musk has got a $380 billion, you know, Space X that has 97% of our launches on taxpayer money. Hey, I don't see anything for the help. I don't see one. Every time I mention that Trump ought to cut a deal with 10%, Elon goes nuts. He's crazy.

Well, I think you're right. I think there ought to be a deal back to the government. So.

And I would argue about all the research that we funded nih. There ought to be a kickback to the government. We funded it. We ought to get a kickback.

Okay, so go to your idea. And I want to start with why are. Because President Trump is that you see him there on the nuclear side. We're about to start testing again in the, in the rank order of danger to the world. Biological, chemical, nuclear weapons. Walk me through the. What are the most dangerous?

I think biological are the most dangerous. I think.

Don't we have treaties, though, that, like, protect us? That.

Who does the treaties? I mean, we have a treaty. So you. I mean, the COVID 19 was created on our watch, okay, when we had a treaty with. With our money.

This is what I understand. You got to explain this American people. The Wuhan lab is the railhead of all military, and they're sitting there trying to create super soldier robots and guys with other brains. I mean, what the Chinese are doing on the battlefield would shock people, what they're trying to do. So in that compound, they have a biological weapons. That's their Fort Detrick, right? And of course, it's all out there with, oh, we're just trying to find defense mechanisms, which is, once they find a defense mechanism, they go, okay, we can weaponize the hell out of this. Why is the US Government involved? Why was Tony Fauci involved?

I don't know. The. I mean, I'll tell you what I think, you know, I think, you know Tony, you know, Dick Cheney and prayer for his family, you know, with his passing. But Dick Cheney in 2002 did something that I didn't agree with, that he transferred the biodefense efforts of the United States from Fort Detrick in the US Army. He transferred it to NIH and put it under Tony Fauci. So they made Tony Fauci a $38 billion biodefense program in addition to running all of our biomedical research. Okay? And so I don't know how much that role played.

Why would you take out of the U.S. army at Fort Detrick?

I wouldn't. Dick Cheney did. I don't know why he did it. I think it was a big mistake and nobody said anything. And so the whole biodefense program since 2002 has been moved to NIH. And that's not NIH's mission. Right? It's not their mission. They didn't belong doing it. But Tony didn't turn it down. You know, if you had given it, you know, told me my mission at Walter Reed was to make new cancer drugs, I say, no, no, no, that's not my mission. My mission is to work to protect the soldiers, sailors and airmen. That's my mission. So anyhow, I think again, there was a. For Tony, there was an arrogance that they could control the scientific risk for the United States. Now I'm talking about Defense Department, State Department. I think there was another type of arrogance. I think we probably had Intelligence assets buried in those labs. You think, okay. We kind of have a things set up, get caught up every couple of days and she didn't want to get her hopes up. But it looks like there's some action. John Solomon's got an incredible report. China's going to win the. You know, first off, he told us that the American dream can only come through China. And now he's telling us China's going to win this. And he also told the other day that freed Sakara that it doesn't matter if a China company wins it or China wins it or the United States wins this race. That's just all bs. It's just all bs. So you've got, you've got the number one guy in the world who's an agent of influence for the Chinese Communist Party getting this message all over like, whoa, hang on. We cut you off from chips, but you don't think, you think that we should be able to. You should be able to some of the Chinese companies because not going to problem if China actually wins the race. That's not going to be a. That's no problem. I would beg to differ. This is the reason they were doing gain of function in Wuhan, in the Wuhan lab. And they always hide it. They got subversion, they're hitting us economically. You know, they cut us off of rare earths, economic warfare for great negotiating on President Trump, they at least got an extension on that for a year. But they've hit us on chemical warfare through fentanyl. Hell, we get more casualties 1 year in fentanyl than we, than we do in the Vietnam war. Look at Dr. Redfield. I mean how can you get more respectable than the head of, former head of cdc. One of Trump's top guys, top medical officer, medical officer in the, in the US Government, his son, he said, hey, his son was a cocaine addict and almost died from fentanyl poisoning. So it happens to the best of the families. You have to keep both sides of this equation in mind. It's affordability, which is cutting cost and there's ways to do that and there's more direct intervention. Right. This whole thing, and the Democrats brought this problem in. Electricity is all foisted on you by the fantasy of net zero carbon. A government guarantee on their debt said, hang on lady, you're about to do an IPO. How about this? How about we take 50%? Here's my proposal. We'll consider now we're going to do it, but it's the deal. We'll consider a government guarantee of OpenAI's debt for a warrant package of 50% of the equity to be the voting rights to be held by the federal government. But the shares to be dispersed. We'll disperse the shares to every American citizen. Will disperse the shares to every American citizen. So you get a little something for the effort. That's what we ought to own. 50% of SpaceX. Why is $380 billion owned by Elon Musk when it's all on government contracts that you're getting? Your buddy now is at NASA going to feed them to you ever more. Big old fat contracts and big margins.
