He's pleading President Trump to issue another pardon because they did not recognize the first pardon that President Trump gave to everybody. Is he in a state prison? He is in a federal prison. It's a federal charge. The charges are intertwined, all federal. They just cobble things together. The FBI lied. There's a whistleblower. Hang on, hang on. The FBI lied. Why do we have cash, brother, you got to cut the thing in half. Yes. And so there's a whistleblower at the Tennessee FBI office. He testified, he wrote several letters. The court completely ignored the fact that it was a political prosecution and they never entered that into the court record. He is ready to testify. And so given the FBI lied, what you can do right now, Edward Kelly is pleading with President Trump to release him from prison with a second presidential pardon. And also for Benjamin Martin and Taylor Toronto, Ben is at risk for seven more years if he loses his appeal. Here's what I want to do. We'll meet afterwards. Remember those days after coming back from exile and Trump going around and campaigning for all these people nonstop and got out all those low propensity, lower information voters. The reason we won is Trump was engaged. Now they're sitting there going, you didn't win enough seats. Trump's poison. Trump's terrible. Trump's awful. So President Trump gets the idea, heck with it. I'm going to announce now. Thanksgiving's coming up. He's getting crushed in the media. And so he announces kind of Jason Miller and the team announce that they're going to announce he's going to run for president six months before DeSantis. So they have it in Mar Lago. They kind of put together at the last minute. We have a huge crew down there. Natalie's down there, Mo's down there. And but a lot. This is once again the war room and the Trump MAGA base are there and turned out right. And they're ready for it. Republican establishment and a lot of people that talk MAGA but don't act maga. I'm looking down the crowd and I go, I said, get that camera. I said, man, all these MAGA VIPs, I don't see a lot of folks there. I see A couple of three. And then I see Brick suit man in the VIP front row. That's right, baby. I was, I was very honored to get the invitation to Mar A Lago for that campaign kickoff. That was a fabulous experience. You're a great warrior. But let me tell you, when I saw that ago, Brick suits in the VIP section in the front row, we got a tractor pull on our hands, right? But as long as we got Brick suit in the hardcore. The hardcore Joes or whatever they call those guys. Front Row Joe's. Front Row Joe's. We don't need anybody else, do we? That's right. We are just the proxies for all of his supporters. And he invited us there to be representative of all of you who support him. It wasn't necessarily us individually. It was him recognizing his base. No, it's incredible. You guys have been incredible, and you've been incredible. Talk to me about your perspective on this fight, folks, is going to be harder. I'm telling you now, this is going to be the hardest one we ever had because they're waiting for us. They realize we snuck up on them in 22. They are absolutely flabbergasted. In fact, they did their autopsy. The Democratic Party did their autopsy. They're not going to release it. They're not going to release what went wrong because they don't want us to know anything. They want everything. They're waiting for us this time. And they understand the entire Trump revolution stops if they win the House, because they're just like Pelosi. They're going to pitch him right away. What is your forecast? What do you think the big issues are in? And what do you. How do you inspire this audience to get up on it again? Well, I think the big issue really is apathy. And it's really, it's, you know, people cannot be blackpilled. You can't just say, oh, I heard it's going to be difficult. Therefore, I'm not going to take part. You've got to do your part and, you know, explore. If you've never volunteered for a candidate, this is the year to do it. Test the waters. See if you like it, get out there. You don't have to be a Scott presser putting in 40, 50, 60 hour weeks. You can do a significant part just helping out one weekend every other week, four hours here and there. It all adds up. And we're going to need everybody and it is tremendously important. It's an uphill battle we can win if we commit to the fight. But that's what we need to do. We need to commit to the fight. Amen. You guys committed. Yes. Along those lines, look, in 21, the two strategies that converged were the precinct strategy to get very engaged at the precinct level and of course the Project 2025, let's call it, you know, with, with vote and everybody there that was becoming these public intellectuals to give us the policies to give us the eos. So when President Trump got back in, we'd have days of thunder and flood the zone. Now, I know because I hear from you guys all the time in the precinct committee, the Republican establishment has not welcomed you with open arms. Right. In fact, they want you to leave. And I understand people are very, very frustrated. But that's just reality. The Republican establishment, what you see at the, at the micro level is the same thing that's happening to President Trump. They're not going to cut him any deals at all. And this bill's got some real teeth in it because right now, David Sacks in this group, they're telling you all, that's all the, all the AI job apocalypse is just a hoax, right? AI is actually going to be creating more jobs. The robots are going to be creating more jobs for humans. So this bill has some real bite to it. You want to walk us through it? Yes. You know, Marsha Blackburn from my home state Tennessee, haven't always agreed with her, but on this, the spirit of the bill is absolutely fantastic. So the bill is the America Act. It's very ambitious. It's a very ambitious acronym as well. Advancing machine intelligence by eliminating Regulatory Interstate chaos, AKA America Act. Now, there could be a lot of problems. We'll get to that. But first, the hype. It addresses basically every point that the various states have brought up on how to create blast shields around the most vulnerable populations. What is, what is a blast shield? Meaning that AI and the various technologies downstream of it are being deployed recklessly. And it is a cultural shockwave. It is going to sweep away so much of what we have considered to be human and normal. Do you guys agree that the tech Bros should, the oligarchs and Silicon Valley should control everything about the device? And these are, Steve. I mean, these are people who have decided that they will unilaterally determine the future of every person here, every person outside, every human being on Earth. Are you comfortable with that? No. Given their track record of what you've seen? I mean, I Think one of the most moving war rooms we've ever had is we had Ms. Garcia come on about her, about her daughter. Was that brutal and they knew what they were doing, right? Or her son. It was a young son, 14 year old son who sounded like a, a typical good kid up until these chat bots got to him. And the people that programmed them and wrote it up knew exactly what it was going to lead to. And they're not going to change unless you. This is the type of mentality you've got out there. It's, it's a there, as Posobic said, they're kind of unhuman in themselves. You know, Steve, the, the framework that I've read over and I'll be posting about this later, hopefully early this afternoon. I'll have all the details ready for you. But it begins with the duty of care, meaning that these companies have to recognize the damage that their technologies will do and they are liable for such cases as AI bots, basically convincing children to commit suicide. But any sort of damaging aspect has to be addressed. The data centers. Data centers cannot be built using taxpayer or ratepayer funds. Meaning that you can't just plop one down and expect the rates to go up. Do you want citizens to pay? Do you want to. Do you want a big ass data center in your room on your neighborhood? If you're in Texas, if you're in West Texas or Arizona, this, this beloved state, all your water is going to be gone out of those aquifers right before you know it. And these guys don't care. Remember, these guys were all the guys that came up with the climate change hoax. They were all the top of the climate change. You guys are a bunch of barbarians because you wanted to drive a Ford 150, right? You're the worst people on earth now. You never hear about climate change from them. Why? They need power. Hell, these are the guys that block nuclear power for 30 and 40 years. This crowd. And what are they doing now? They want to put a mini reactor in your neighborhood. Why? Because they need energy and they need water and they need space. And they don't care who they have to stomp over because quite frankly, they don't really think you're going to have children and grandchildren that's all going to evaporate. You talk about the great replacement theory. This is it right here. Greater replacement. The greater replacement theory. The bill also addresses labor. Now I'm not a huge fan of this approach, but basically what it would do was it would require all of These companies to report what their labor impacts are to the Department of Labor. And then one of the stranger more sci fi elements. Should these companies reach a point where their AI could begin replacing workers en masse, they would then have to pay out to welfare and retirement funds. Wow. For those of us who are retired now, this is the danger in it. Because these companies, from Elon Musk to Larry Page to Dario Amade, they've all said these technologies will replace first coders, then white collar workers, then blue collar workers. This act is a speed bump. It is not a solution, but it's a critical speed bump so that we can make decisions sanely real quickly. Ben, who do you got for us fighting the Muslim Brotherhood there?
