When asked whether you believe the evidence was enough to obtain a criminal conviction against Donald Trump at trial, you had a one word answer.

Well, his own Attorney general, William Barr, repeatedly told him so and described all of Trump's theories as bs. Trump's top campaign advisers told him he lost the election. Vice President Pence told him he lost the election. More than 60 federal, state and court decisions, including eight rendered by judges he appointed to the bench, rejected every outlandish election fraud and corruption claim that he made. Trump himself even privately acknowledged it, gesturing to Joe Biden on TV and saying, quote, he can you believe I lost to that effing guy? He knew he lost, but he threw everything into his big lie, which some people, even in this room to this day, will stand by.

Probably 10 people on this committee who have more conversations with 10, 15 people on this committee who have more conversations with Donald Trump than myself. But anybody who says that Donald Trump thought he won that election, that is just plain not true. No way. Unless he's the best actor in the history of. Of this building. Let me read to you what he posted an hour and a half ago. Deranged Jack Smith is being decimated before Congress. It was over when they discussed his past failures and unfair prosecutions. He destroyed many lives under the guise of legitimacy. Jack Smith is a deranged animal who shouldn't be allowed to practice law. If you're a Republican, his license would be taken away from him and far worse. Hopefully the Attorney General is looking at what he's done. We have a word for this. It's called weaponization. It's called corruption. Mr. Smith, if you care to respond, I'll give you an opportunity. But I will simply say we are grateful for your service to this country. We appreciate your fidelity to the rule of law, and I would echo the comments that have been made by my Democratic colleagues to ignore the noise that you hear from so many of my colleagues who had debased themselves in this way. These guys, my Republican colleagues, are a joke. They're wrong. History will harshly judge them. So I want you to lean in today. You have nothing to be ashamed of. You did everything right, sir. And I am so. These guys are so lucky they're not under oath because they would have to tell you what they really think of Trump. They call him crooked. They call him cruel. They call him a scumbag. I've heard you all say it. You're lucky you're not under Trump. But when the lights go on and the cameras are on, you're tiny. You're small. You shrink. This is theater. Republicans are trying to rewrite history. That's what this is. Many of them were with us in the house chamber on January 6th. I remember it well. The chairman was there, as was I. There's been a lot of discussion about witnesses today. Perhaps the chairman could muster the courage to call the four witnesses who I see the American public may not see. I see standing behind you, Mr. Smith, the four police officers who risked everything, life and limb, to do what, to protect the Republican members on the dais. It's an outrage that they now sit here and have the audacity to try to rewrite history in front of the very officers who sacrificed everything to protect them.

Heard by Democratic judges, Republican judges. One of the cases he filed was in the U.S. supreme Court. Like, of course he knew he lost because he lost and it wasn't particularly close. But that's, that's why he has to continue to spreading the big lie today. It's the reason why. You know, just think about it this way, Nicole. In the last three weeks, he has said, number one, he wish he had seized the ballot boxes in 2020. Well, that's a hell of a piece of evidence that Jack Smith didn't have, but come out of the words of Donald Trump's own mouth. Now, to the New York Times, he has said that he wish we don't have elections in the midterms at all. Well, that's like a hell of a piece of evidence, right? And he says that because. Because incumbent presidents tend to lose the midterm election. So let's everyone bookmark that for this November when Donald Trump says that they actually won the midterm elections. And that's why he needs to seize ballot boxes and the like. And then third, and this is the one that's most chilling, given the testimony today, is on the stage yesterday in Davos, Donald Trump said, I'm breaking news. And the breaking news he had was that there are going to be criminal prosecutions of people involved in the 2020 election. Now, that could be Jack Smith, it could be people on his staff. It could be people like me who are lawyers, could be people on the Biden campaign who the hell knows what Donald Trump's adult brain is thinking. But, you know, when you add all those things up, it's clear where we stand, which is that Donald Trump lost the election. He has spread. He has built a movement on a big lie. Of course, Jack Smith could approve proven that. And Donald Trump is now going to abuse the Department of Justice to go after everybody who tells the truth, separated.

Why is MSNBC and CNN not spiking the football? This is supposed to be their day. This is the day they were going to humiliate Trump, they're going to humiliate maga. This is. They've been waiting for this a long time, ma'.

Am. Right. I have noticed that and I've noticed the other side of us to typically crowing and swooning over Jack Smith on social media. They're awfully quiet as well, because I think this was a disaster for Jack Smith. And I want to give kudos to several of the House Judiciary Committee members, including Chairman Jordan. They really, for the most part, had their act together. I think they were focused. I think they had collaborated on the areas that they were really going to zone in on Jack Smith. I think they took enough time talking about his collection, his unconstitutional, unlawful collection of subpoenas for the phone records of U.S. senators and House members. I didn't want them to spend too much time on that. I don't think that they did. And they did tie into the larger unconstitutional behavior of Jack Smith. And I think there were some interesting nuggets that were disclosed today that the committee, Republican leaders in both the House and Senate, and perhaps the Department of Justice should follow up on. And I think that Smith's testimony opened the door, just like last December, for at least some false statement charges against him and certainly other charges related to his misconduct as special counsel.

False statements. Are you implying that Jack Smith perjured himself today?

Well, I think he perjured himself on a couple of instances. And I brought this up in my piece, my substack piece. Number one, he claimed under oath last month and today that Donald Trump obstructed the investigation into classified documents. That is a provable lie. Jack Smith also claiming last month and today the classified documents, highly sensitive documents, classified documents were found in boxes in a ballroom and bathroom at Mar A Lago. That is not true. There is no way the Jack Smith could prove that. In fact, at the end of the documents case, before Judge Cannon tossed that indictment In July of 2024, one of his lead prosecutors had to disclose that they didn't even know if these alleged classified papers were in the boxes that had been moved around Mar A Lago that represented the basis of the obstruction charge. I know I'm getting in the details here, but he's making claims under oath about these cases that he cannot prove. And I hope that the DOJ and Congress follows up on that.

Well, he said one thing that is correct. The one thing we were unprepared that day. Now, I don't do both sides, all that stuff. But if there is an opportunity to correct security failures, which there clearly were.

He's kind of a tragic figure. You were used because you're one of the cops up there. But they're not prepared for serious situations, is not what they're built for. Harry tells you right there, we were unprepared. Why were they unprepared? Am? Yes. I mean, that was very interesting for Harry Dunn to admit that. Of course, Nancy Pelosi herself admitted that the afternoon of January 6, she is seen getting in her SUV with her chief of staff, kind of berating her chief of staff, Terry McDon I think was her name, saying, why weren't we prepared? This is our responsibility. We failed. But of course it was intentional. And we know this from of course, Steve Sund, Harry Dunn's one time boss, the chief of Capitol Police on January 6, who was then the scapegoat for the security failures and forced to resign after or was actually sort of fired by Nancy Pelosi. He asked for days before January 6th and pleading throughout that afternoon for approval from Nancy Pelosi's security chief on the Capitol Police board and Mitch McConnell's security chief on the Capitol Police board to authorize the use of the National Guard. So, I mean, and the National Guard was only one part of it. Capitol Police, plenty of officers, all of them were on call. All of them knew that something was going to go down on January 6th. DC Metro Police Mike Fanone and Daniel Hodges, who was there yesterday, showed up like storm troopers, head to toe riot gear. Start beating the crowds with batons. Capitol Police had already been firing pepper balls. They're using rubber bullets, tear gas against this crowd outside. This was a. If anyone wants to describe it as a riot, it was a police riot. It was started by Capitol Police and thugs like Mike Finone. So yes, Harry Dunn is right. He was inside the building. He has. All four of them have lied under oath about what they saw, what they heard, the extent of their injuries. I've asked the new January 6th select committee to bring those four officers back to the Congress under oath, under subpoena and repeat the lies that they've told, not just before Congress in the first J6 committee, but in court as witnesses and victims seeking harsher sentences for J6ers. So they need to be held accountable for too. But back to Jack Smith. I think the American people saw exactly what sort of a low life, lying dirtbag the president and his team had to deal with for two years. And hopefully this is just the start of not just public accountability for Jack Smith, but legal accountability for what he did as well.

Listening to the J6 trials, did it ever come up in any trial or at any importance of any trial? Exactly what Harry Dunn just said, that they weren't prepared, they weren't notified, intelligence had not been spread, they were not up with the security that they needed. They didn't have the barricades right, they didn't have the staffing right, they didn't have the right people there. Did that ever come up and at any comment at all about a police riot, about what really happened here? This was a fed direction. In all the trials you sat through, in all the peoples whose lives were broken were bankrupt, their families were tormented, their families were crushed and they got sent to federal prisons. Did any of that ever come up, ma'?

No, because the judges prevented, prohibited that sort of testimony from coming up. There were a handful of J6ers who filed motions seeking to make a self defense argument. J6ers who had been attacked by police and wanted to make self defense arguments. And those motions of course were denied by federal judges. There was very limited question.

Hang on. This, this is why we. This is why we. This is why we got to impeach Boasberg and get these federal judges. I've never said this about my case at but I noticed my case and Navarro's case. Exactly. The rest you weren't able to put. They didn't allow you to put on a defense.

They actually said no, you can't bring that in. You can't bring that and you can't bring this in. I watched the J16s as you were, you know, reading your, your blog and your Twitter feed. Nobody was ever able to actually bring up facts in their own defense. They sent men and women to prison, some for many years in these horrible federal hellhole prisons. They sent them to prison and they did not allow them to put on a defense. You know why? Because they knew exactly what Harry Dunn was. Harry Dunn ever called to testify about right there. And Mr. Dunn, were you guys prepared? Did you have the intelligence? No. This thing was totally rigged. And this is what's driving people crazy. Where is the action? Why is Jack Smith around? I mean, unfortunately, the five year statute of limitations for holding any of these police officers accountable for excessive force, lethal force, that's. That's expired. So there's no going back. I mean, this is why, Steve, all of the security footage captured by cameras inside and outside the Capitol were under strict protective orders. That's how defendants only got clips that the Biden DOJ produced. They did not want full access. Steve, this is why Parlor was shut down. Parlor was not shut down. Two days after shut down by Amazon Web Services. Was not shut down because there were a bunch of domestic terrorists. And that platform helped organize the events of January 6th. Note the reason why, Because Parler was filled with clips of what police did to protesters outside that day, how they initiated those confrontations. There were tons of clips. That's why Parlor was shut down. That's why Twitter shut down tens of thousands of accounts, including the President's. Because they did not want clips of what police had done that day. And they're telling Tom Fitton, you need to pay us a million dollars to get all the footage. Why? I tried for years to get somehow to substantiate this number of 140 police officers injured. I went to Capitol Police, D.C. metro. It doesn't exist. So this is the biggest lie, biggest cover up of all of January 6th. And this is what resulted in so many defendants going to prison.

Well, I'm hoping that this grand jury grand conspiracy investigation happening in southern Florida with two grand juries and paneled, including one in the courthouse run by Judge Aileen Cannon, is really focused in on Jack Smith, including his testimony, the false assertions that he has made, especially related to the documents case. So hopefully that is where the focus of anything liable for Jack Smith is happening. Because, Steve, as you know, and we've got to be honest, these same judges who I saw act as nothing more than a rubber stamp for the Biden DOJ are acting completely in the reverse. And this also includes D.C. grand juries who brought, you know, hundreds of criminal indictments against J6ers for minor offenses and they can't even get indictments for repeat violent felons in Washington, D.C. from these D.C. grand juries. And then of course, the trial juries repeatedly acquitting defendants who the Trump DOJ has brought brought to trial. So it's almost a non starter in D.C. which is why I really hope what is happening in southern Florida will be very aggressive and fruitful. That being said, yes, Congress has a lot more work to do with Jack Smith and his team in continuing to expose. I think a lot of people saw Jack Smith for the first time yesterday. But you're right, you know, everything on the left is a projection. Everything on the left is manufactured. You know, it's the calling something sanctuary. But in reality, you're protecting the worst among us. And that's what you see. This meeting was supposedly about peace. The second guy to speak said, prepare for war. And this generation, particularly Gen Z, looked so much up to Charlie, especially our young men, because they saw him being fearless on campuses, always going in respectfully, joy, joyfully debating, but never giving an inch. And when we talk about what the pro life movement must do in this post Roe era, with all the challenges we face with chemical abortion pills now, do it yourself abortions at home, we know we can't give up. And we have to continue to build and recruit this movement and it's going.

To be one with this generation. Hey, Jack, can you ask her a question? Ask Hawkins a question. We won on Roe v. Wade. What else is left to do? Isn't, isn't the whole thing been solved? Are we free? Aren't babies free? What actually has to be done?

All right, so Steve, the question is. So Roe v. Wade is gone today. This was the day for it. It's been gone. Now what is the next move? What's the next step and how. And, and I'll add, how can you work with the Trump administration? J.D. vance, about the speak in just a couple hours. Really just an hour. What is the way forward?

There's a couple ways forward. One, Planned Parenthood must be stripped of all federal funding. President. President Trump signed in the BBB this summer which paused 80% of their federal funding for one year. Now we have Budget Reconciliation 2.0 coming up. This needs to be made permanent. Yesterday the Small Business Administration announced that they have started debarment investigations which would ban their funding for three years for illegally taking Covid paycheck protection money. We have to stop funding our political enemies, the Planned Parenthood. Number one. Two, we have to stop chemical abortion pills. They are the leading cause of abortion right now in America. The 1890 Comstock act is violated every single day because it is illegal to mail chemical abortion pills. Yet it doesn't matter if you live a pro life state or a pro abortion state. Chemical abortion pills are being shipped into your state. Pam Bondi and the DOJ have to put a stop to this. We need the FDA to reinstate common sense safety regs, which, by the way, more than nine in 10 Gen Z and Gen Y voters actually agree with. And three, we need to show her and families that we care more. In our polling that came out this week, 34% of youth voters will be more likely to vote for a politician who restricts abortion if they knew there was help and support. So last night, our Pregnant Students Rights act was passed to the House of Representatives. Only one Democrat voted with us. It's going to the Senate on Monday. It's a simple bill. It just says if you're a federally funded college, you have to tell women who are pregnant that they don't have to choose abortion and that they have Title 9 protected rights and support. We have to show her that there's another way.

Amen. Steve, you see the work there and you see the people coming in. They're all over the country. It's a young crowd here, a lot of Gen Z, even younger than that. We've got.
