A
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. Reasons I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA MEDIA I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. War Room here's your host, Stephen k. Ban. Wednesday 6th May, year of our Lord 2026. We will be going back and updating what's happening in the situation in the Gulf and around the negotiating table. Probably at the bottom of the hour, I want to bring back Dr. Carol Swain. Dr. Swain, you did this decades ago. What did you mourn about the situation with Islam in higher education and how has it played out?
B
Ma', am, we're in 2015. January, I believe it was January 15th. 15th. And you may remember that January 6th, 7th was when we had the Charlay Hebdu terrorist attack in France. And so I warned that we needed to do better monitoring of Islamic organizations and that they posed a threat to us unless they accepted our Constitution and our way of life. It was an op ed published in the Tennessean. It was basically a career ender in the sense that I took early retirement from academia two years after it was published. And it was a dark period in my life. I never anticipated such a hostile reaction coming from just about every direction. I was described as an Islamophobe, you know, all kinds of names. But I did warn that we were that Islam was not like other religions and that they posed a threat to us and that we needed to monitor them better.
A
You were at Vanderbilt at the time, correct? Is that when you were at Vanderbilt and you were a tenured professor, correct?
B
Yeah, I was a full professor and I retired from there after 18 years. And I had been at Princeton for 10 years, so 28 years of teaching. And I've always been a provocative thinker. I never anticipated that an op ed in the Tennessean would be life changing.
A
Well, hang on, what did you say that was so radical in the op ed? And remember these attacks, these Islamic attacks on Western civilization is one of the principal reasons folks of Donald Trump's rise to power in his eventual victory. And we did take on ISIS in the first six months and eradicate the physical caliphate. And President Trump, this is why we had the travel ban at the beginning. President Trump was absolutely adamant about stopping Islamic attacks. And in his first term, there was never an attack of one of these Islamic radical attacks. President Trump took care of business. What did you say in that op ed? That because this is one of the things we did in Texas, we gave people a permission structure to talk about Sharia law. And this is why the proposition to prohibit Sharia law in the state of Texas got almost 2 million votes with no money in back of it. All word of mouth and just grassroots. What did you say in that op ed in 2015, which is not that long ago, that was so radical that people would come and try to run you out of Vanderbilt University as a tenured professor, ma'?
C
Am?
B
Well, President Obama was the president at the time, and he was admitting, you know, large numbers of people from Islamic countries and they were not being vetted. And after the attack in Paris, I knew that we in America were at risk, too, that people that come over here, they don't fundamentally change their worldview and their values just because they get on a plane or get on a boat or walk across the border. And I. What was controversial. Controversial was that I said that Islam was not like other religions and that it posed a threat unless they adhered to our values when it comes to free speech. And so that was pretty much the op ed. And I mentioned, you know, again, that they were not like other religions. They were a threat to us. They needed to be better monitored. And so the reaction was swift. There was a protest almost immediately of my bigotry and my hatred. And students were sent emails telling them that they needed canceling. I'm talking about the whole student body because of this terrible thing that had happened to their community. And it was a time that I returned one semester to teach after that. But then later I decided to take early retirement. And I can tell you that I did not. I got. It increased my visibility. You probably would never have heard of me if that hadn't happened. It increased my visibility. But it also was a dark period in my life because the only thing I knew how to do was to be a university professor. That was my identity, and I gave that up.
A
Eleven years on, and you see what's happening in Texas. I mean, we shifted the entire show down there because we realized that you've got to stop this Islamic invasion of Texas. And the way you do it is focus on Sharia law. Ten years on, as you look out as universities across the country, as you look at how they become hotbeds of radicalism, but particularly pushing Sharia law and pushing Islamic supremacism, what are your thoughts today, ten years after your event?
B
Well, I mean, it's not just the universities. If you look at our members of Congress, a lot of our leaders, because they're being funded by people that have an interest in advancing Sharia, they're not really representing the American people. And with universities, again, it's like, who, who's follow the money. It's all about the money. And I feel like our nation has really been sold out and that our leaders are not committed to protecting the nation or its people, that they are committed to enhancing themselves and their financial portfolios. We see it again and again and that is placing everyone else at risk. And I know as someone steeped in the Constitution, that we have freedom of religion that includes all religions and that all religions under our Constitution have to be treated fairly and equally. But what I see happening with Islam is that they don't play by those rules. They use our Constitution. But in many ways, the leaders, their leaders who have an agenda, who have said that their flag will fly over the White House, they are not interested in religion in the same way that we are. I see it as more political than anything else. And I think too many people are asleep at the wheel.
A
Dr. Swain, where can people go to get your content? You're going to be a major voice in this, in this fight. And you can see down in Texas, I keep saying, telling folks they're getting more aggressive. They're not getting less aggressive, they're getting more aggressive. What they've done with this Texas A and M or this Texas AM just shows you how in your face they're going to be. And so unless it's shut down, it's not going to get shut down. It's only going to metastasize like a cancer. So, Dr. Swaney, where do people go to get all your content, including your books and your articles, your writings?
B
Well, I'm active on X at Carol M. SW Swain, and this didn't happen overnight. This has been going on for a long time. They had a plan. The rest of us haven't had one.
A
Amen. Dr. Carol Swain, good to have you on and brilliant analysis of what's happening. Thank you so much.
B
Thank you.
A
Tyler o', Neal, Daily Signals got an incredible piece up about the deep states coming together to Protect Southern Poverty Law Center. Tyler, I want to go back in time because you were one of the first people to take this threat very seriously. In fact, you took years to research a book and wrote a book about the Southern Poverty Law Center. If we can get the COVID up. Just walk me through what your investigation back then found about the Southern Poverty Law center and why you took your time, given everything else going on, to focus on this and actually write a book about it.
D
Thanks, Steve. Yeah. So what I had focused on throughout my years following the Southern Poverty Law center is how this engine of defamation on the left systematically smears good, conservative people. And so the thing that really opened my eyes about this was in 2012, there was a shooting. And this is something that you don't hear a lot about, partially because the legacy media doesn't like to cover violence from the left for some reason. But there was this mass shooting, attempted terrorist attack in 2012 at the family Research Council, which is a conservative Christian nonprofit here in the D.C. area. And the guy there had a bag of Chick Fil A sandwiches and a semiautomatic pistol, planned to shoot everyone in the building and smear a Chick Fil a sandwich in their faces. And this terrorist, I mean, he's a convicted terrorist, told the FBI he targeted FRC because it was on the SPLC's hate map. Now, he got convicted. Thank God the SPLC condemned the attack, but the SPLC kept Family Research Council on the map. Forward forward to 2017, when GuideStar decides to put the SPLC's hate group accusation on every nonprofit on GuideStar. And so what you have starting really to pick up steam in 2017 is this engine of the left's cancel culture, where these companies are essentially propping up the SPLC's smears against mainstream conservative and Christians. And this continued to grow. I mean, in 2017, you saw the start of the Change the Terms coalition, where the center for American Progress and Color of Change and a few other groups came alongside the SPLC and tried to convince Big Tech and Corporate America to systematically blacklist conservatives. And yes, you know, the SPLC had followed the Ku Klux Klan and the Aryan nations and many of these other groups in its history, and it still continued to monitor them. But the hate map started to include so many mainstream conservative and Christian groups that this was clearly a weapon. And what I saw looking into this, it was a weapon to demonize conservatives and cut us off from mainstream, polite society. And it was also a really effective fundraising tool. And that's why, you know, the book is Making Hate Pay the Corruption of the Southern Poverty Law Center. Because the SPLC inflates hate and goes to its donors and says, well, we are the number one opponent of hate in America. Hate is growing in America. Give us money. This is an incredibly lucrative fundraising strategy, and it has paid huge dividends for the splc. And so the more I looked into it, the worse everything got. I mean, I looked into the history of Morse Dees, who is the co founder of the splc, a lot of really disgusting claims regarding sexual harassment at the SPLC under his leadership. And ultimately those claims led in 2019 to the SPLC firing him and also claims of racial discrimination at the SPLC. They fired DEEs. They brought in Tina Chen, who was Michelle Obama's chief of staff, to do an investigative review. And ultimately that review never saw the light of day. Pissed off employees at the SPLC actually formed a union to oppose the SPLC from within because they didn't trust leadership. And to this day, we have accusations of union busting. And, you know, this complicated nature of the splc, it's. I mean, you almost can't make up the idea that you would have a nonprofit where people work because they ostensibly believe in the mission. Forming a union which creates a battle between, you know, an institutionalized battle between leadership who have the vision for this organization and the employees who are, by joining a union, essentially saying, we want to make a buck and we don't trust leadership. That's a horrible position for a nonprofit to be in. But when you have a nonprofit as corrupt and as wealthy as the splc, it really is arguably necessary, and even that union is not holding the SPLC to account.
A
Hang on for a second. I want to get this story update then, about the indictment. Even the indictment, I think had some. Some of those people, those insiders that were fed up with management, I think participated or will participate. And then you've got the deep state putting an iron ring around this and trying to make sure the SPLC, because that's the roadhead I think they're sitting on. $800 million. Tyler O' Neill from Daily Signal, the expert on the topic, Tax Network usa. If you're late filing, if you didn't file, forgot to file or too afraid to file, go to tnusa.com or call 866-513-5516. That's a line just for you. Get a free consultation, totally free. Normally costs hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to find out exactly what your position is, how much you owe, and when you Owe it to the irs. Tax Network usa. The American health care system is broken. And for most Americans, nothing changes. There's still delays, denials, high cost insurance, roadblocks. So when I find people doing things differently, I talk about it all. Family Pharmacy is not your typical big chain pharmacy. This is an independent family owned pharmacy that, that gives you access to over 400 medications delivered straight to your door. They've got ivermectin, antibiotics, antivirals, nad, even your daily maintenance medications and so much more. If you already have a prescription, your doctor can send it directly. If you don't, their doctors handle it. As long as there is a medical necessity, they'll take care of you. And I'll tell you this, the feedback from people listening to this show and watching has been incredibly strong. People are using it, it's working for them and they're sticking with it. That's because it cuts out the delays, the middlemen, and all the usual nonsense. This is about being ready before you need it. Go to allfamilypharmacy.com that's all one word. Allfamilypharmacy.com Bannon and use code Bannon10 to save 10%. The health care system is broken. Your pharmacy doesn't have to be War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. So, Tyler, I want people to understand here it's sitting on roughly $800 million. I don't have the specific figure, but roughly $800 million endowment. It's raised a ton of money on this whole thing. You know, Stop Hate. They named Charlie Kirk. I think War Room was named years ago. Breitbart was named years ago. When I ran that, it has included Charlie Kirk. It's one of the reasons Charlie Kirk's life was endangered. And they're trying to do that. They're trying to make it difficult for you to have public gatherings, public events. This is what they do to try to gin up the crazies. This is one of the most evil groups around. In fact, in the indictment, correct me if I'm wrong, it looks like you can see the hand of some disgruntled employees, maybe even flipping and giving the government evidence or giving them inside documentation about what was going on. Sir.
D
Yeah, I mean, it does seem like that what we see in this indictment, and I'm glad to speed up to that issue because this really is the crux of what we're seeing with the SPLC right now, they are accused of setting up fictitious accounts, lying to banks in order to cloak the money that they spent paying their field sources. Now, the SPLC claims these were just informants. The indictment casts some serious doubt on that claim. But the SPLC essentially was propping up the very same hate they claimed to be presenting. They claim to exist, to oppose, to dismantle, in their words. And that's what they're accused of doing in this indictment. And I think the indictment is very strong, if for nothing else than the black and white words where you have one employee filing to create these accounts, saying that these are companies that exist on their own. And then you have a few years later, the splc, the president of the SPLC filing another statement to the very same bank saying the SPLC managed these entities and these bank accounts and we are closing them now. And so what happened last week was very revealing. Last week we had Democrats come forward and say that there was a whistleblower who said that the Department of Justice was rushed the indictment, that they, you know, that they didn't have full faith in the strength of their indictment and therefore they rushed to the grand jury to get it out and that this violated the SPLC's rights. That's the suggestion here. And Democrats are going out there with this whistleblower report immediately. When I saw that, I thought, wow, this looks like a deep state effort because we have this poll and it's a very revealing poll from the middle of last year showing that most 75% of the Washington, D.C. based federal bureaucrats who make 150 grand or more and who voted for Kamala Harris in the last election said they would not obey a lawful Trump order if they thought it was bad policy. That is what we mean by the deep state in a nutshell. And I think it is one of those people most likely who decided to leak this information to the Democrats. And look, I don't know whether the information is true or not. It seems very convenient for the Democrats. But you know, regardless of whether it's true that the indictment was rushed, the indictment still is extremely strong. If, if they have in black and white the SPLC lying to the bank, which they do, I mean, there is no claim the SPLC has been defending their program that they say were informants, not just field sources, that has to be fully litigated. But the one thing the SPLC has not denied is those specific statements to the bank in black and white. And if the entire indictment was, was just those statements, that indictment would be ready to print. So the, the notion that the DOJ rushed this, that this is a sloppy job, I don't think it passes muster.
A
What should we be looking for in this? This is one I tell people we're going on offense on redistricting. We're on offense against AI. We're on. Or at least to make sure that AI is appropriately reviewed and monitored. And we got a great hit by Scott Besanup. We'll put up in a little while. Also about the Chinese Communist Party stopping funding the Chinese Communist Party advances in AI. But this is another one we have to be. You're talking about the Deep state. Yes. You got Brennan, you got Comey, you got these actors, but it's an institutional thing. This is the Southern Poverty Law center is the railhead of so many of the operations. And now with almost $800 million, has been a bank for this. And so the takedown of this in criminal charges brought, and not just that, to board members, to the George Clooneys of the world, everybody associated with this that knew what was going on. It has to be pursued aggressively. So what's the next things we should be looking for, Tyler?
D
Yeah, we should be following the case, as I'm always looking whenever there's a new filing in this indictment. In this case, the SPLC is trying to get the grand jury materials released, but that's not the way that this process usually goes. And the government had a strong response to that. I want to mention, you know, the reason I think the deep state is involved here is because the SPLC had its tentacles really far deep into the Biden administration, particularly in the doj, in the Civil Rights division, and in other places. SPLC people were. They were training prosecutors. Federal prosecutors. You cannot make this up. Going and briefing federal prosecutors on the anti LGBTQ movement. This is the SPLC's word for if you're a conservative Christian, they're putting you on the hate map and smearing you. And it's beyond the pale, the influence they had. I think they still have a lot of ties in that Deep State apparatus. So, yes, going after it, we also have to be demanding answers. There is a woman who was on the board of the SPLC when they were allegedly paying these white nationalists, and she's now running for governor in Michigan. So her name is Jocelyn Benson. She's the main Democratic candidate for governor of Michigan, and she needs to answer what she knew and when she knew it. So that's another story that I have coming out of this indictment. But the SPLC really is a hub of the left's cancel culture apparatus. And it is not alone. Many of the SPLC'S allies are cited by Anthropic as good sources on combating extremism and terrorism. So when you talk about AI, the threat of this anti Christian bias is in AI too, and we cannot take our eyes off the ball. We, we have to be aggressive on this and on offense and I will be exposing as much of it as I possibly can. But there is always more to tell in this story and hopefully this indictment will lead to some serious convictions and expose even more of the SPLC's horrific corruption.
A
Tyler, where do people get you over the Daily Signal and where they get you on social media?
D
Thanks Steve. You can find me on xyler2, the number two. O' Neill go to the Daily Signal dailysignal.org We also have a big YouTube presence. We have a big presence on Truth Social and we're constantly publishing. You see Victor Davis Hansen there on our homepage? There is so much news that we are constantly pushing and covering. But exposing the rot of the deep state, the left's agenda, the way that they try to silence conservatives is the heart of my focus and the Daily Signal will be leading on it. I'm also working on an update for Making Hate Pay, that book that came out in 2020. It's going to be updated for this year, so keep an eye out for that.
A
Perfect. Rob, Louie, the team of Daily Signal, Elizabeth Troutman, Mitchell, you and many others. Just incredible news site. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
D
Thanks, Eve.
A
And we appreciate the fact that Bluey doesn't have a paywall. You can go see everything. Let's go, let's go. We'll get a quick dip into Monica Crowley and Matt Bull. Let's go ahead and take it.
E
Work that through. And Congress couldn't get it done in time. So the President picked up the phone, made one phone call and Penske, they just turned it around in one day, redesigned the entire track to go close, close to the Capitol, but not physically around the Capitol. And this track is so cool. Independence Avenue, Constitution Avenue. I've seen the entire layout of the areas of the pit stops and where the media is going to be in the different boxes. This city is going to be transformed into an IndyCar track. That is not going to be believed. The President will drop the flag and kick off the race. And then Secretary Duffy, Secretary of Transportation, will drop the flag for the winning car. And we're expecting upwards of 75 to 100,000 people coming to D.C. for that, free of charge. All of these events are free of charge. Some, I think you do have to register for Secret Service security and so on, but it costs you absolutely nothing. Freedom250.org is the website.
D
Yeah. And so and then in addition to
A
all of these events, too, you guys have on the website, too, because I was doing my homework before we did this. Also, several opportunities for students around the country to do things and, you know, use their creative juices to help here. There's an art contest, a poetry contest for young folks across the country. Tell us about those.
E
Yes. So that is called American Heroes Student Art Contest. You have until July 1st to register and submit the work that you would like to submit for this contest. Again, freedom250.org for all of the details there. It's all about celebrating American patriotism. And that's why we called it American Heroes because we really want to involve these younger generations in a love for their country because you guys at Breitbart talk about this all the time. There has been serious indoctrination of our kids for generations, maybe 100 years or so through public education, but also through private education as well, to really tear kids away from America, what it means to be an American, and tear at the love, the innate love that I certainly had when I was a little girl in 1976 that all of us in this room grew up with. They've been indoctrinated away from the that. So what we're trying to do is counterbalance that with a real message of of love for America appreciation and get them to have some skin in the game by giving them great incentives with contests like that one.
A
We're also I'm going to have we're going to take a short commercial break. I'm going to figure out how we're going to do the entire. We just dipped into the live. How we're going to do the entire Breitbart. Matt Boyle with Monica Crowley. It's that important of 250. Let me figure that out. We're going to take a short commercial break. Back in the warm in a moment. The dollar's convertibility into gold ended in 1971. Gold was fixed at $35 an ounce. Well, fast forward to today in the US dollar has lost over 85% of its purchasing power. Gold, on the other hand, is increased in value by over 12% thousand percent. That's why Central banks are buying gold at record levels. That's why major firms like Vanguard and BlackRock hold significant positions in gold. And that's why I encourage you to consider diversifying your savings with physical gold from Birch Gold group, but it starts with education. Birch Gold just announced their Learn and Earn Precious Metals event. This free online event rewards you for learning the basics of investing in precious metals. Text my name, Bannon B A N N O N to the number 989-898 to join Birch Gold's Learn and Earn Precious Metals event by April 30th. Text Bannon B A N N O N to 989-898 and do it today. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. I'm going to figure out how to do we have to hear Monica and and boil. I'm going to figure that out here momentarily. How's that sound? Steve Stern.
D
Yeah.
A

A
Thank you. Appreciate you. Action, Action. Thank you, brother. Let's go and play from Maria Bartiroma this morning. Let's go ahead and play. The great Scott Bennett, our former contributor, now secretary of the Treasury.
E
Secretary, before you go, final, final word on AI artificial intelligence because I know you called a meeting. Some people said it was an emergency meeting to talk about the banks and AI after the breach of anthropic. What can you tell us about this issue? Is this a systemic issue? Should we be worried about, about AI hacking our bank accounts?
G
You should, Maria. And the US Government has gotten, gotten involved. The AI companies, they are working with us. What we had in the past month was a step change in the power of one large language model. But we're going to see it from the other AI companies. And it's important, Maria, that the US Stays ahead here. Imagine if China or some non state actor were ahead of us. So what we are determined to do is work with our AI companies to allow them to continue innovate. But our charge of the US Government is maintaining safety. And there is a very important calculus here between innovation and safety and at the US Government. We're going to make sure that things stay safe. Chair Powell and I called the bank executives into town. It was a little less dramatic than it seemed at the the at the time because they were already in D.C. so we got them in, in person rather than convening a call later in the, in the week. And the banks are working on their resiliency and the US Government is working side by side with everyone. And again, very, very important for the US to continue to dominate here, set the global standard and maintain our lead.
A
Okay, that's like a papal bull right there. Our former contributor, Scott Besson. Why did I take on Elon Musk and defeat him when Elon Musk was pushing Howard Lutnick as secretary of treasury, which would been an unmitigated disaster. He's been a quasi unmitigated disaster over commerce is because Scott is a safe pair of hands. So when Scott Besson says we're going to make sure that we have this safe at the same time we're innovating, that is a major sea change. David Sacks is gone. These accelerationists that just don't want any controls over AI at all are out. Scott Bessen is taking a major role. We're going to spend a lot more time on that and a lot more time on the pro CCP voices. And the oligarchs who are making a fortune off of selling AI products like chips, other parts of the ecosystem to the Chinese Communist Party are now trying to say, oh my gosh, you know, Bannon doesn't agree with President Trump's policy. He doesn't want to sell anything. We have to, we have to supply him to keep him on our system. That is a bald face lie. There's not one congressional committee or any data that backs anything up that let me repeat that it's a bald face lie. Anybody pushing that line is pushing the Chinese Communist Party to be somehow competitive with the United States of America. Anyway, more at 5 o' clock on that. And Scott Bessant, an old friend of the show, joins us from the war room. Marty Davis, one of the best entrepreneurs in the country, dear friend of President Trump, dear friend of Laura Ingraham, was very involved in the 26 campaign. Marty, when you bailed us out that final weekend to allow us to go to Minnesota, of which President Trump reminds me, Bannon, we lost by less than one point. If you'd let me go with Marty more often, we would have won. I want to have you on today. You're going to testify this afternoon in front of the International Trade Committee. Things that don't get out and make the public, that make the business press, but not into the general news shows about unfair foreign competition coming and trying to destroy some of the best entrepreneurial companies in America. What are you going to testify about today and how real is this problem, sir?
C
Well, thanks, Steve. Good to see you. Good talking to you. We're going to be over there testifying on the predatory behavior of foreign governments that literally target U.S. manufacturing products that find lucrative opportunities and market expansion here in the United States. And in doing so, they become attractive to those governments who are frankly just trying to hold up their dysfunctional form of government, oftentimes by hijacking the prosperity of American middle class and American consumers in the United States to serve their manufacturing base by manipulating and navigating and gaming the economic platforms that manufacturers must compete in. And in doing so, they eliminate and adulterate any integrity to free and fair competition and free enterprise.
A
I thought the tariffs that Jameson Greer and Peter Navarro and Scott Besson are working on nonstop was supposed to. Part of this was to limit it because there's also non tariff barriers. That's again what is happening here. Because is this onslaught started? Is the President's team doing enough? Can they do more? And what countries are you talking about? I understand we have many geopolitical things we have to balance. President Trump doesn't want to get into a hard throwdown with the Chinese Communist Party. He's different than the worm is. And the reason is he's President of the United States. He's got to worry about the whole thing. He can't just be some fire breather yelling into a microphone. But in this case, what countries are we talking about? And you call them predatory. That's a pretty harsh term, sir.
C
Yeah, it is. And it's accurate as well. You know, we have some of the great prosperity of the world here and the Pacific Rim in particular. Talk about the countries, the nuclei is China. When the President did his work in one Trump 1.0, he and Biden sustained much of it. He did a good job of bringing some level of barrier and integrity to the trading practices of the Chinese. So they've, I call it reverse fracked it through Vietnam, Thai, Thai, excuse me, through Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia. And they kind of set up operations in those in India is another participant to, you know, set up that kind of a game system to hijack American manufacturers and our products of choice that are flourishing in the United States. And it's predatory because when they see markets, you know, sustaining, performing and growing and blossoming and ultimately exploding in our consumer platforms, they attack them, they identify them and they build around them and they expand very, very rapidly in that regard. In our business, in the quartz surfacing business, in 2011, there was virtually no quartz slabs coming into the United States from the Pacific Rim. And today they're 8 to 1. The volume that we produce domestically on a market that we largely created as a domestic producer. So is the administration doing the work they need to be doing? They're trying to. It's messy and complex, but they're doing, they're doing it. President Trump has certainly led the charge in this regard. It's not an easy thing to unpack. We must remember they violate existing US Trade law, that we're not looking in these cases to create new trade law. There's placement for that and reason for it. But this is a Bush thing. This was the mistake of George Bush 2001, when he coupled up with Clinton and Larry Summers and really eviscerated U.S. manufacturers. We lost 4 million jobs in the next eight, nine years after Bush put him in the China in the most favored nation on a permanent basis.
A
Hang on. I want people to understand this. This was most favored nation wto, all of it. When Clinton, given his. What he had done in the 80s or 90s with summers and quite frankly, Father Bush had done in bailing out the Chinese Communist Communist Party after Tiananmen Square. That all came to fruition in 2001. Tell the audience what happened then.
C
Well, In December of 2001, President Bush, along with Gingrich and some of the Republicans in the Congress, you know, you talk about this issue. It's a. It's an America first bipartisan issue. And in this case, the Republicans made the error. Clinton started it, Bush finished it. And they put China in the most favored nation status on a permanent basis. And there's certain rules and policy and law that's supposed to be instituted and enforced. They failed to do that. Bush waived more safeguard awards that our trade commission gave to American companies in favor of China and other Pacific Rim companies than any president I can recall or have read about. But that status gave them all kinds of access to our markets. And subsequent to that, we lost $4 million. Excuse me, 4 million U.S. manufacturing jobs. And Bush orchestrated it. They made a big mistake, Steve. They said, well, we're going to Westernize China in the Pacific Rim. A noble thought and a hope, but it didn't work. And it didn't work in big ways. In fact, it's been a catastrophe. And not only did China not Westernize, they doubled down in the other direction and have used the condition of the most favored nation in the WTO to basically work at their whim to, as I said, predatorily hijack US Manufacturers that are having success in this marketplace. They don't have a middle class with the prosperity of the United States. In our case, we're in the building products industry. It's. It's the darling in the world for building products industries, home building, commercial building and so forth. So they very much have a keen eye on it throughout the Pacific Rim into the United States. And you know, the frustrating part of Bush, he. He attacks the president instead of tipping his hat and saying, you know, we got it wrong. We just got it wrong on the westernization of communist China. And thank you Mr. President, President Trump for intervening and doing the tough work of unpacking what we did just a short 25 years ago that they did it in supporting the president, including Summers as well. But Bush in particular caused this. He's been, I think one of the biggest damaging effects of a presidency in the past 50 years has been as it relates to US manufacturers, has been what George Bush did in 2001 and then failed to do over the next seven years by enforcing the requirements of permanent status in the WTO and, and keep China to meet the requirements of, of their, their entrance into that organization.

Marty, hang on for one second. We're taking a short commercial break. Marty Davis on the other side. He's going to testify later day in front of the International, the US International Trade Commission, the itc. Pretty explosive testimony. Predatory practices of governments to steal American jobs. Let's cut to the chase. Steal American jobs. Short break. Back in a moment. Fellow patriots, the Federal Reserve has portrayed America for over a century. Printing fiat, inflating away your savings, serving globalist masters. But President Trump is ending it. President Trump is wielding a 112 year old law to reclaim control from the rogue Federal Reserve. He's replacing Jerome Powell, slashing rates, igniting America's re industrialization. Now this is not theory. Government backed industry plus low rates unleashes super cycles. History does repeat gold's already exploding. Mine minors are up over 400% in the last year. What Rickards is calling Trump's gift is wealth for American patriots, not global handouts. Now it's America's turn. Jim Rickards, former CIA and Pentagon veteran says act now go to insider2026.com that is insider2026.com to get Jim Rickards Strategic Intelligence newsletter today. Strategic intelligence based upon predictive analytics. It's what chairman and CEO throughout the world read and you should too. War room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. Okay, breaking news. We'll have more about this in the 5 o' clock hour. FBI Portsmouth, Virginia. FBI is raiding the office of Virginia State President Pro Temple Louise Lucas. She's the one full gangster mocking us every chance she can possibly get. This is one of the big reasons of this redistricting in Virginia. She's one of the driving forces in back of it. Federal law enforcement sources tell FOX this is a connection to a major corruption probe. And the FBI is serving multiple search warrants approved by a federal judge at her office in a next door cannabis dispensary. More to Come this is over at Fox News and we will have an update at 5 o'. Clock. Huge development in Virginia also this is why we had the Southern Poverty Law center on today. FBI DOJ on offense against the deep state. Also on offense of these corrupt radical Democrats and on offense against entities institution like the Southern Poverty Law center which is the railhead of much of the radical Marxism jihadism in this country. It's time now to roll people up. Let's get some perp walks.
C
Good job.

That's unacceptable in this country. Used to be in the low 20s. We got to get back there. Family formation is everything. Hometitlek.com promo code Steve, you get two weeks free of $1 million triple lock protection on your title. Is somebody going to get on your get to your title and monetize it, somebody that's not you? Because all of your time will be spent not watching the war room and at the ramparts in places like South Carolina to make sure we take back Clyburn's district or in Mississippi to take back Benny Thompson's district or in Tennessee to take back Steve Cohen's district, which has to be done because they're unconstitutional. Be worrying about the money that you're about to lose in your net worth in your nest egg for your retirement. Hometitlek.com promo code Steve make sure you check it out. Marty, we're going to have you back. I think the way we're going to do it, we're going to take one of the six o' clock hours and I want to go through an entire hour of the history of this but the relevancy today you're going to testify about these practices. When you say predatory, you have China, you also have India. These countries, the rule of law means nothing to them. They see the most lucrative market in the world being the United States of America. They see great entrepreneurs like yourself that have built these amazing companies and employ thousands of people. 75% of all manufacturing in the country are 50 employees or less. What's your testimony going to be today and what message would you give President Trump? I know you're close to him. You've done a great job in Minnesota. You bailed us out in 16. The reason we were so close was because of you. What are you going to say today at the commission and what would you tell President Trump?
C
Sir, I would speak first to your commercial. I want to make a point quickly that building products are about 30% of a home is new cost home is building products and about 7% of that is imported. So don't buy the Affordability act when it comes to protecting American manufacturing and not protecting it, but ensuring free and fair trade. Today we're going to testify on the overbuilding of capacity in these. They're all communist fascists or quasi fascist governments for the most part. Part they're not free markets. They're command economies in many forms. And they manipulate and game the activities of the economic platforms. And in this case they fund over capacity building even when the demand isn't in place. And that just ultimately vacuums out any, any growth and any demand creation that can occur and will occur as markets expand. And it sucks it, if you will, fracks it right into those manufacturing platforms. And in those countries that are state funded, government funded, these things are not against the people of these nations, the good hardworking people that are just trying to make it in their way. It's the governments that are corrupt and I think predatory and they work with us importers. And a lot of those importers are very crafty and orchestrate the same kind of behavior. The second thing we're going to testify about, and they facilitate that behavior on the backs of the American middle class worker under unfair tactics. Not fair competition, we can take that, but unfair tactics. And the second item we're going to talk about today, Steve, or we did last week, is poverty labor, the slave type labor, the forced type labor. And many of these things have the black and white, it's forced labor and then kind of the quasi forced labor manipulation that goes on to really ultimately create an economic platform that isn't born of capitalism or free and fair competition, but harvest the fruits of capitalism and free and fair competition. So that's what the game is. The President understands this. I don't know why he does, but he always has. As you know, Steve, he surrounded himself with great people that do too, like Scott Bessen, as you mentioned, and Jamison Greer. But he understands the way this is manipulated and it's not as if the US manufacturers are looking for protection or any of that nature. I don't even believe in buy American because it's American. I tell people that's kind of un American. We want to buy American when it earns itself in a free and fair marketplace and competition that is on a level playing field. So that's what they're we're trying to do in these hearings. I thought the IPA decision was pathetic. I don't know how you can call a tariff a tax. It's a trade enforcement tool to get after the cheaters and the people that hurt America. And it's something the administration needs and should have. It's a critical hammer for bad actors and cheaters and people trying to harm our country. And if it's a tax, then are all the tariffs they put on our country a tax on us? Why isn't our government looking at that circumstance in that regard?
A
Marty, do you have a website? We're going to stream your testimony day. Do you have a, do you have a website people can go to or social media?
C
Yeah, we have a website. CambriaUSA.com, just our site for our work that we do and the customers we serve. And on there we have a section about trade policy because we want people to understand we want to compete fairly against foreign workers and foreign companies in a fair and free manner, not have any advantages. And so we, we have a site that talks about just that.
A

“The SPLC essentially was propping up the very same hate they claimed to be presenting. They claim to exist to oppose, to dismantle, in their words. And that’s what they're accused of doing in this indictment.”
“The SPLC had its tentacles really far deep into the Biden administration … SPLC people were training federal prosecutors. You cannot make this up.”
“Exposing the rot of the deep state, the left's agenda, the way they try to silence conservatives ... is the heart of my focus and the Daily Signal will be leading on it.”
