Episode 5447: The Strait Is Open; Todd Blanche Leads Charge Against The Deep State ...

Rachel Maddow
So imagine this scenario. Election Day is approaching. The White House is fear mongering about supposed election fraud, right? This is not hard to imagine. White House is fear mongering about election fraud. But then they decide they're going to encourage vigilantes to take action to stop this supposed fraud. So Trump supporters decide that they're going to do citizen patrols of polling places because the Trump White House has been messaging that they should do that. And Trump supporters start showing up to do these patrols with guns. So now we're getting reports of armed vigilantes at polling places and obviously protests against them and probably confrontations with them. In response to those reports, Trump announces that he must keep the peace. He must send armed federal agents to polling places to protect the election. That's one scenario. What would we do in that scenario? Here's another scenario. Some foreign countries, say Iran or Russia or China, whoever, some foreign country, decides to unleash a wave of AI generated deep fake videos of candidates and other people in American politics. And these are fake videos, but they're good, they're good quality. And people don't always recognize that they are fake. These fakes are designed to hurt Democratic candidates and Trump critics, designed to confuse voters and muddy the waters in terms of what's going on in the election. When news organizations start reporting on the deepfakes, the Trump administration goes ballistic and starts threatening all news organizations that report on the deepfakes. They start telling news organizations that they have to censor any coverage of this foreign influence operation as a matter of national security. That's the second scenario. What would we do then? Here's a third scenario. Voting's over, but before the states can certify the results of the vote, Trump's Justice Department sends FBI agents out to go seize the ballots, supposedly to investigate irregularities. And election administration, they seize the ballots before the results are final. That's the third scenario. What would we do then? What are the options, really, practically speaking, what are the options for protecting our elections from our own federal government? That was the question at the center of a war gaming session that was held just a few days ago by 10 Democratic U.S. senators, including the Democratic leader Chuck Schumer, plus several election experts. Those three scenarios I just described, they gamed those out. Those three very specific and not at all unimaginable scenarios. Politico reported that in these tabletop drills, quote, they game planned legal, legal injunctions to bar armed federal agents or armed citizens from voting sites, and lawsuits to force the Trump administration to return ballots if they're confiscated in key contests that could decide control of Congress. They also choreographed communication strategies across elected leaders and campaigns and advocacy groups to combat misinformation and disinformation designed to sow distrust in the results.
Voting Rights Advocate
I think, number one, they need to be prepared to vote, right? They need to understand that the rules may have changed, the registration may be being challenged. We're seeing Donald Trump do that. And so everyone needs to understand the rules and they need to have a plan to vote. Even if they voted before, they need to make out a plan about how they're going to vote this time and make sure they are prepared. Number two is they need to be educated. I mean, I'm thrilled, Rachel, that you are doing this episode tonight with your enormous audience and people paying attention, because it is educating people about the threats that are coming so that they won't be quite as scary, they won't seem quite as out of the blue. So people need to get educated and to share that information with others. Started democracy docket actually to be a resource that people could share information from. There are lots of good sources of information to share. And then finally, if we get down to the place where Republicans or Donald Trump are trying to interfere in the election, then we're going to need people to mobilize. We're going to need them to mobilize peacefully. We're going to need them to mobilize within the law. But we're going to need the public to be prepared to be active in protesting any efforts by the Republicans to try to overturn the will of the voters. Look, the lawyers are going to do a lot of heavy lifting here, the political professionals to do a lot of heavy lifting here. But it is ultimately on the people of the United States to really do their job. And if that happens, I think we'll be fine.
Steve Bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these. People's not got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA media.
Eric Bolling
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
Steve Bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and
Voting Rights Advocate
what is my purpose?
Steve Bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
Eric Bolling
War room. Here's your host, Stephen K Band.
Steve Bannon
Tuesday, 16 June, your overlord 2026 the Coalition voter Fraud Meeting Conference started out in Las Vegas last night with a special screening of the of the new film that's coming out that we're going to be a big sponsor of. Promoter of Dark Horse starring Jim Caviezel and Tina Peters made a surprise, a surprise guest appearance. Also, Eduardo Bolsonaro and much others will have all that throughout the morning. And as soon as we get a trailer, we'll play that. Also huge events and right there, that opening was aimed directly at the Patriots out in Las Vegas, trust me. So we're going to get into more of that throughout the day. And this evening I'll be giving some remarks to the Patriots that are out there. Want to start in Texas, though, talking about Patriots in a fight. Mary Castle joins us. Mary, thank you for teeing us up last night on the evening show, but I wanted to start off the day because today's kind of it it it's a mini game day or it's kind of the the camps, the mini camps that the pro football players go to to get ready for the season. The season's next week and it's a concentrated season. But what's happening today at 8:00am Texas time this morning, what started happening and I want to make sure everybody takes your message and activates. This morning, ma'?
Mike Davis
Am?
Mary Castle
Yes. At 8am this morning, public testimony registration open for the State Board of Education meeting that will be happening next Monday, June 22nd. Now, this meeting is monumental. It's a historic, historic vote, we're calling it because we're asking the State Board of Education not to erase 250 years of history. They'll be voting on social studies standards, which includes history, world geography, but most importantly American and Texas history. These standards will be in place for maybe even a decade. So we want to get it right next week. And it's important for people to sign up at 8am today.
Steve Bannon
Mary, why is this so important? We went through this exercise about a month or so ago with Brandon hall and Julie Pickering and others, you know, on the school board. Why are we doing this again and why is it so important for American Patriots to sign up and go testify?
Mary Castle
Once again, ma', am, certainly this is the final vote. So it's kind of similar to a bill in Congress or even at the Texas legislature. You have a first reading where you have several amendments. And so they made several amendments at the last meeting in April. A lot of good changes to the curriculum showing our Christian heritage, combating Some left wing ideology. But those edits are not final. There is a final vote next week that'll happen possibly Wednesday or Friday on the social studies standards. And so it's very important that people make their voices heard to make sure that the members hold the line. Because left leaning members do have an opportunity to make their edits and make their changes to, to the social studies standards. So this is the final vote. We're happy about the work so far. We're still going through with a fine tooth comb making sure that everything is good and solid for reflecting our American and Texas heritage, making sure there aren't any type of wild ideologies in there. But this is the last and final vote for what could be several years to come.
Steve Bannon
And if you sign up today, you will be able to sort of read it. It'll be next Monday in Austin, Texas. That's where you'll, you'll come and if you're selected, give your public testimony.
Mary Castle
Yes, absolutely. It'll be in Austin, Texas. It'll be at the Barbara Jordan Building, which is right behind the Texas Capitol. There's free Capitol parking, parking that you can go to a lot for that. There's also parking at the Bob Bullock History Museum, but it'll be right behind the Capitol. If you're familiar with coming to the Texas Capitol, it's on that side side, closer to the University of Texas, the Barbara Jordan Building. Our team will be there to give you directions, help you locate the building. But yes, please come to Austin wherever you are in Texas, make it a day trip because we really need voices from all over the state of Texas to stand up for our children, learning positive views of our country and becoming good citizens.
Steve Bannon
And that's your with Texas Values like your head of the government outreach, government relations. Why the people that don't support Texas values and don't support American values are going to be out there in droves. Am I correct in that belief?
Mary Castle
Yes, you're correct. There are some left leaning organizations that they plan for this their whole year because they believe that they can really change people to see from their point of view early on by really attacking the education and the standards. So a lot of left leaning groups called Texas Freedom Network, you have care, you have a lot of left leaning groups joining in, in an alliance to combat these standards. They already have their own document saying everything should be redone, everything should be erased. But we at Texas Values, we're going to have our own coalition. We're going to bring around many different groups together to make sure that we stand in solidarity and get our own message out to the press about why children need to learn about American and Texas history, to become good citizens, to respect this country and to be proud of where they come from. And so we'll be able to combat that. But people do need to be aware that if they're not planning to come, they should, because these left leaning groups, these radical groups want to radically, at the last minute change some of the progress that has been made. And so we don't want that to happen. So it's important that you make your voice heard by showing up on Monday to testify.
Steve Bannon
Mary, Also, this is just not for Texas. Texas is the tip of the spear here. But what, what is approved next week and it'll all happen within a week, the voting and the designation, all of it will have, I think, impact on at least 20 states throughout the Union.
Mary Castle
Ma', am, that's very possible and that is correct. And that's what we've seen in the past. Texas is one of the largest markets for textbook publish and many people don't know that, but a lot of textbook publishers really focus in and hone in on Texas. So after they set these standards, and the standards will set the precedent for the textbooks that are chosen for these history and social studies classes, a lot of other states, if Texas chooses a textbook, they'll choose that textbook as well, because a publisher, if they feel like they can pass a book in Texas and they'll go and market that. And we have seen, like you said, in 20 other states, maybe even more. So it's very important that we get it right here in Texas because as they say, as Texas goes, so goes the nation. That's very true of education and we'll be very true of the social studies standards and the textbooks that follow.
Steve Bannon
One more time, Mary, Right now it open at 8 o' clock local time in Texas. Where do people go in the audience that are Texans? Where do they go to sign up?
Mary Castle
Absolutely. And our team will put up a graphic right now. They go to the state Board of Education website. They look, look for the tab that says public testimony and they sign up. Make sure you sign up for agenda item two, social studies on Monday. Now, you'll see social studies being discussed all through the week, but you want to make sure you click on to testify Social studies agenda item two for Monday, because that's really your only chance in order to testify. There will be meetings all throughout the week, but please go to that state board of education website, go to public Testimony Agenda Item 2 and sign up as soon as you can. I know we're at 9am you know, Central time, but you have until Friday at 5pm so if something happens today, don't get discouraged. Just make sure you at least sign up before 5pm but the time is now. So if you want to get at the top of that list, if you're coming from out of town, out of Austin, you want to make sure you sign up as soon as possible.
Steve Bannon
Mary Social media Where do people, what are your coordinates? Where do people. Where do people get you over this next week, ma'?
Mike Davis
Am?
Mary Castle
Absolutely. Please visit us at our Texas values Twitter, Facebook and Instagram at txvalues. Please visit txvalues.org for our blogs and you can also follow me at emmycastle Government relations on X. Mary, thank you.
Steve Bannon
You're quite a patron of Warrior. Thank you for doing this.
Mary Castle
All right. Thank you so much. Steve.
Steve Bannon

War room.
Steve Bannon
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band. We're by, we're gonna have two cold opens when we had the one at the top. They're starting the. The fraud convention and focusing on obviously voter fraud with these great patriots. Also going to do the. The Friday seats and the Somalis and things like that. But Matt Mech and the team from the coalition at the Ahern Hotel last night they had a special screening of the movie Dark Horse with my friend Jim Caviezel and he was not there. He's in Europe making another film right now. But Tina Peters made a guest appearance, brought down the house film. Got a standing ovation at the end. Edward of Bolsonaro's there. Quite an event. People love this movie. Someone told me that they had never seen the Ahern that that quiet for that long. Is, is Mike up by the Viceroy joins us by phone. Yeah, the Viceroy by phone. Mike Davis, thank you for joining us by phone. I miss your lovely visage. But you know, you have, you, you have to do what you have to do in television. I've got a clip I want to play in a second, but a lot's going on. I got to ask you, President Trump, I think he just read, if we can pull that, he just read on television the page and a half memorandum of understanding that that's been signed, it's going to be revealed. But I believe he read it in total in a meeting with the UAE in Switzerland, Mike, Lindsey Graham, other people are talking about now they want to review it. And Tel Aviv, Levin and others are saying it's a treaty, they gotta get involved. The Senate has to get involved. At the same time, the FISA situation, the President's saying, hey look, FISA's expires, not the end of the world. But come back to me, I want to put the Save America act, attach it and then we'll talk about getting it passed. And John Thune just went on television this morning and goes, hey look, FISA's essential to the nation to Save America act is not. And I told the President it's not going to happen, and it's not going to happen. What is your sense? You're a creature of the Senate. What is your sense of what's going on over there, sir? They now want to step into his Article 2 powers as commander in Chief, as you so brilliantly put, and craft it. For the four years President Trump was out of office, and in the year and a half he's been in office, they don't want to deal with the Save America Act. In fact, when you ask him attach us fisa, that's impossible. They're treating him like a. Like a lame duck. What say you, sir?
Mike Davis
Well, I was a Senate staffer twice, once right out of college, and I opened the mail for Senator Chuck Grassley, my home state senator from Iowa. And then the second time, I was only there for 18 months. And in that 18 months, as the chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee, I broke every piece of China in the Senate. And what I learned in that role is that if you exert power in the Senate, senators fold like cheap suits. They. They think that they're going to tell the Commander in Chief how he can defend our nation or conduct foreign affairs. Because all of these senators all dream one day of being the President of the United States. And you have to remind them it's only happened twice that a sitting senator has become the President of the United States. Because the American people see senators as do nothings, right? They're not really responsible for anything. They just show up sometimes and vote. Let's look at the Save America Act. The Save America act has over 80% support of the American people, including a super majority of Democrats and a super majority of minorities, including black Americans, who Democrats pretend do not have the wherewithal to get a voter ID like everyone else. So you have to ask this question of John Thune. If there is not support for the Save America act in the Senate, whose fault is that? That sounds like a failure of Senate leadership, that you can't get the support of 60 senators in a body that, you know that that is not known for being courageous. So you, you should have all 53 Republican senators in line, and then you put pressure on those seven Democrat senators to cave during an election year like they've done with welfare reform and many other bills. It's really inexcusable that the Save America act is not on President Trump's desk. And again, there's, there's only one reason for this. It is a failure of Senate leadership by John Thompson.
Steve Bannon
So we started off the show. I, I think we were trying to get you hooked up. Some of you saw. But Rachel Maddow, because she comes on Monday, went off about, you know, Trump, if he can't get Save America, he's going to have vigilantes, he's got all these war room people and all these people out at Ahern Hotel in, in, in Nevada, Las Vegas right now. The coalition that are the coalition to stop voter fraud. He's going to have all these people at the polls, some of them will be carrying guns and then there's going to be some incidents and he's going to then call in federal troops to, to make sure that that gets calmed down. But he's going to be checking IDs and sending ice in and this is how they're going to steal the election if they have to. They'll get Iran, the CCP or Russia to do deep fake artificial intelligence. But that this election already from is going to be rigged against the Democrats to hold them from taking the House in the Senate. I'm kicking off tonight, the coalition meeting out in Vegas. What are your thoughts to people, American citizens, these patriots that are training up to be poll watchers, to be election judges that are the nuts and bolts of our movement to rid ourselves of voter fraud since the Save America act looks like low probability will be passed.
Mike Davis
Mike Davis, what's amazing that Rachel Maddow and these other left wings operatives pretend like it's the Republicans who rig and steal elections when it's the Democrat Party that is the master at rigging and sealing elections. We've sold. We've seen this in many elections, including 2020 when they used Covid as an excuse to illegally mass mail live ballots out to old list including college students that have moved several times. They got rid of election observers, the people who can gather evidence of election fraud and then they even got rid of signature verification because somehow Covid changes your signature. The signature verifications just about the only way you can stop the voter fraud when you have all mail ballots. So they got rid of the evidence gatherers and said there was no evidence and then they got rid of signature verification and voila. Joe Biden had magical vote spikes at 3am in four key counties around America and managed to so called, so called win the election. We just saw this in LA with Spencer Pratt. The guy was clearly going to be in the number one or number two spot and then voila, in the middle of the night we see these magical vote spikes where these Democrats are somehow finding these votes. We're seeing reports where they're Paying homeless people to vote five times. I mean, I would say this to the Democrats. What are you scared of? Why are you scared of having election observers at elections? We, we require this as the United States. We require this in Third World Marxist hellholes. When they have their elections, we send in election observers to make sure that there's not fraud. Why, why do you want to, why do you want to prevent election observers if you're so confident in the integrity of elections, why do you want to prevent people from showing an id? These are the same Democrats, remember, who wanted us all to have Covid IDs to prove that we had these Covid shots, digital IDs in order to move around and free society, in order to go into parks and, you know, shopping malls and grocery stores. But Democrats didn't think that was a burden to get Covid IDs for everyone. But Democrats pretend like it's this racist burden to Show a voter ID even though 2/3 of black Americans support voter ID and the Save America Act. It's very obvious what the Democrats are doing. They're pretending like they're protecting black people, but what they're actually doing is having their illegal immigrants illegally vote in American elections.
Steve Bannon
Can we play. Let's play the. I want to play the Todd Blanche clip. Can we play that and bring, get Mike's observations on this.
Eric Bolling
Todd Blanche knows one thing.
Mike Davis
He never in his wildest dreams thought he could be Attorney General of the United States. And now here he is in that power. I've been in that building a lot, John, over my career, been on the
Eric Bolling
fifth floor where the Attorney General sits, looked at the portraits of all the
Mike Davis
previous attorneys general on the walls, and it is intoxicating.
Eric Bolling
And Todd Blanche's comments can only be
Mike Davis
attributed to power intoxication and his willingness
Eric Bolling
to want to stay.
Mike Davis
And it is the corruption of the
Eric Bolling
rule of law of the Department of
Mike Davis
Justice that's much more important than whatever's
Eric Bolling
going to happen on the South Lawn.
Steve Bannon
We've only got a minute here, and I want to hold you to make sure you get it all out. But give me a starter. Chris Christie right there all over Todd Blanche on the, on the kickoff day of Todd's, as you know, going around and starting to shake hands and meet senators for his confirmation hearing.
Mike Davis
Sir,
Steve Bannon
I guess we drop Mike. We're getting back. Okay, let's, I'll tell you what, let's go to break. We're going to go to break anyway and we'll get, and we'll get Mike Davis back up that's Chris Christie, who you know actively, how do I say this, campaigned to be the attorney general under, under President Trump in the first term. Thank God we didn't make that mistake. You think things were bad with Bill Barr? It had been, I think, even a bigger nightmare with, with Chris Christie. Todd Blanche is kicked off his effort to go to the to be confirmed just to understand how much they hate President Trump's picks to go in and rattle the cages. Bill Pulte over at dni, what they did is next Friday, next Thursday or Friday, they're going to confirm Jay Clayton as dni, waiving every role in the Senate, waiving any real security background of his relationships, I don't know with foreign governments. Foreign and Jay Clayton's a good guy, but you should go through a process, totally wave because they don't want Bill Pulte in putting his foot on the floor next Friday where he's supposed to when Tulsi leaves at dni. Short commercial break Back in a moment. Why wait till you're down to your last pill stuck traveling or dealing with a packed pharmacy when you can already have your medications on hand? Seriously, you know what you normally take, you already know what your family could need. That makes no sense. Smart families don't operate like that. That's why I love all family pharmacy. They're built a better, simpler system. To get your prescription medications, you go online, fill out a quick medical form, licensed doctors review your request, prescribe if appropriate, and your medications are stripped directly to your door. No waiting rooms, no pharmacy lines, no insurance. Nonsense. People are traveling more, schedules are getting crazier. And have your medications already on hand just makes your life easier. Because being prepared isn't paranoia, it's common sense. Go visit my friends@allfamilypharmacy.com that's one word. Allfamilypharmacy.com Bannon and use code Bannon10 to save 10% on your next order. Again, that's allfamilypharmacy.com Bannonand use code Bannon10. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann. So Mike Davis back with us. We solved our technical problem. Mike, you've known Todd Blanche. We've all been in the trenches with Todd Blanche. They don't come any better than Todd Blanche, any tougher than Todd Blanche, any more dedicated to the country, the Constitution and or the president than Todd Blanche Blanche. Chris Christie's going after him that he's now intoxicated with power. And that's why the Todd Blanche you see Today is very different than what he used to be. Your thoughts, sir?
Mike Davis
Yeah. Chris Christie is doing what he does best, which is showing next level narcissism and cognitive dissidents. I would say this to Chris Christie. Todd Blanche is a former federal law clerk to two separate federal judges. Todd Blanche is a former federal prosecutor in the Southern district of New York where he served as a manager. He is a former big law partner. He was a former high profile criminal defense attorney. Todd Blanche has been the deputy attorney general Senate confirms for the last 15 months the number two that she operating officer. For the last three months. Todd Blanche has served as the acting attorney general. So how the hell does Chris Christie, this bitter slob, even pretends that Todd Blanche is somehow unqualified for this job? And I would say this finally about Chris Christie. He is the only dude who can out eat Ozempic. So congratulations to Chris Christie. You swap.
Steve Bannon
You're so. Okay. One thing about Todd Blanche, another thing that I just want to reemphasize is that in putting his country first instead of himself in his career, when he went back to his partners and said, hey, I've got a chance to represent the President, I states and he needs representation and he needs serious representation because they've stolen the election, they've driven him from the White House and they're coming for him to bankrupt him, to put him in prison and a whole litany of things. His partner said, hey, that sounds lovely, but you're not going to do that here. So if you want to do it, you got to resign this very valuable and cushy partnership. And Todd Blanche did not blink an eye. He said, look, if I can't do it here, I've got to do it. My country needs me and I'm going to do this. That is a direct act of patriotism, putting one's, putting one's country, and particularly in those dark days, folks of 21 and 22, because that was the test of who was there in those days. 21, 22 and 23. Mike Davis. I don't think that gets emphasized enough, sir.
Mike Davis
Yeah. Todd Blanche put every thing on the line. He was making millions of dollars. Finally, after many years of public service at a big New York law firm, and he gave all that up. He ran to President Trump at President Trump's lowest points during the welfare against President Trump, the Democrat welfare, the unprecedented republic ending lawfare after the Mar? A Lago raid, when every attorney who ran to Trump was getting destroyed, was getting disbarred by Project 65, another Democrat. Look, Ty Blanche knows this full well that if, if President Trump would have lost in 2024, the Democrats would have went after Todd Blanche. They would have destroyed him. They would have bankrupted him, they would have just bought him, they probably would have put him in jail. But now guess what? Todd Blanche is the acting Attorney General and he's going to be the Attorney General with the help of the Article 3 projects and the War Room Posse. Lighting up both of our home state senators at our action page@article3project.org and letting both our Democrat and Republican senators know we're watching. They're not going to wimp out on this. These Republicans who just voted unanimously, 53 of them, to confirm Todd Blanche as the number two 15 months ago. There's no reason they can't vote to confirm him as the Attorney General now. And we're going to make damn sure that happens at the Article 3 project with the War Room Posse.
Steve Bannon
Mike, give your social media to your coordinates there and we'll send Everybody over to Article 3 today. What's the social media coordinates?
Mike Davis
So. So MrD DMIA is my fiery social media personal. But it's Article 3 project.org Article number three projects.org donates, but only what you can afford followers on social media. But again, the War Room Posse Superpower Action. Action. Action. We need to go to the Todd Blanche for Attorney General action item right now. Do2patch through phone calls to each of your home state senators, hit them up on social media, shoot two emails to them. We can do that in about five minutes at the Article 3 project website.
Steve Bannon
Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
Mike Davis
Thank you.
Steve Bannon
Can we play this? Play the CNBC clip. And I want to bring in Eric Bolling. Let's play this for now.
Rachel Maddow
They are saying that they will reopen the strait. The United States is saying it will take down its blockade at the same time that there will be free passage, that no one will have to pay anything to go back and forth through this. The Iranians, I think, have suggested that this is just for the next 60 days. Do you get the sense that this is a more permanent situation where the strait will be reopened even beyond that 60 day period?
Steve Bannon
Well, our expectation is that the strait is going to be opened in a toll free way for the long term.
Eric Bolling
And that's the sort of thing that
Steve Bannon
we're going to figure out in these Texas technical negotiations.
Eric Bolling
You know, there are a lot of
Steve Bannon
very important details to figure out that we're actually going to sit at the table and discuss together and figure out a path forward on these details. Bolling, I think the, I think the president just read. He was in a meeting with uae, I think he just read and we'll try to pull that and play it a little later. Your assessment right now Eric, of where we stand in all of this and the centrality of having free navigation. You can't let the pirates have a say so and somebody told me hey, where they're not going to charge a toll but they have a servant, they have a servicing fee. I don't think that's going to work. And the president, look, he's taking some incoming but the Senate doesn't need to get involved here. President Trump's a master deal maker. He'll figure this out. Eric Bolling, your thoughts?
Eric Bolling
Well, I'm watching the oil market believe in the deal and I'm watching down to $77 a barrel. You know Steve, we were up 114 at the high weight, hung out around 100, 105 for a long time. So the oil market may be factoring in a faster kind of release of the oil or free flow of the oil than the actual market. The actual physical oil market is telling us we only have four ships go through the strait in the last 24 hours, one of them being LNG. That's a positive sign. So if you get up to that hundred one hundred twenty ships a day, I think you're going to see free flowing oil. That could take a while. I had a captain on the show last night who he's the managing director of a vessel company that that puts petrochemical chemicals through the straight of hormones. I said captain, did you go through today? He said no. I said you're going to go through this week? He said no. I said when are you going to go through? And he said it's going to be a while because we really need to know that the mines are cleared and there's a safe passage through before we're going to be able to put stuff through. Not everyone's going to be that, that diligent so to speak. But you will see it. And the question is Steve, question is will what will be the political backlash when we find out especially this part where $300 billion we're going to end up allowing Iran to take from passage of the strait of hormones. It sounds like a toll may not be and then this or maybe reward them for showing us some of their nuclear material. Now I've heard that we're not going to take the nuclear material.
Steve Bannon
We're going to downgrade you the 300 billion is a fund set up for the Emiratis and the Saudis to essentially help refinance the destruction and make it more of a regional, a integrated regional entity. How does that sit with you?
Eric Bolling
None of it sits good with me. Steve, I sent you a note this morning. We talked about New York Times article saying here, here's the remapping of the global geopolitical political map. And I said look, here's my take on it. I think Iran is the biggest winner of all this. China is the second biggest winner because Iran's going to be made whole eventually. They're going to pump oil again aggressively. Probably more 300 billion will come their way for infrastructure. China's going to benefit from that oil neutral. I would say Europe is neutral. I'd say the biggest, I hate to say this, in this deal the biggest loser is the United States and India. We were the ones who paid high oil prices. Gasoline prices are still 410 a gallon and probably our inflation is ripping because of it. We won't be able to move interest rates down. So I think we spent the money on the war. I don't see any recovery from that. So in essence I think we lost the most here. India lost because they didn't get the oil. This whole time their economy was shrinking because of the oil price. Look, like it or not, oil is the, oil is the lifeblood of economies around the world, certainly ours, but others as well. So for those of us.
Steve Bannon
Yeah, yeah. For the, for those of us that were anti regime for a long time, these sanctions once they're taken off are going to be virtually impossible or take forever to put back on. Particularly Europe wanting to get their hands on some cash over and do some deals over with the Persians. Isn't a way here is to say keep the sanctions on. Don't give many of the 24 billion that we've got frozen throughout the world no $300 billion fund that we're going to put together. If the Saudis and UAE want to do something, go with it. It keep our, keep our fleet out there at least on patrol because we've been on patrol essentially since 1979. And if we need to close it and just hang on and just leave and just leave and just leave. Don't, don't finance them. Tell Israel hey, you do what you got to do. Don't drag us into it. If you got to be in Lebanon, you feel you got to do anything, you know, go for it. You're an independent nation, you're Not a protectorate. You're not a vassal state anymore. But we keep all the economic warfare on it. And every now and again, tell Bessant, hey, look, let's mess with their currency for a while to get out of line. Let's drop the currency and get people out in the streets, but don't give them this. And. And no more kinetic activity. But we'll keep the fleet out in the Gulf of Amman, you know, at least a half of a carrier battle group, etc. And just keep watch on them.
Mike Davis
Is.
Steve Bannon
Is that not a solution potential?
Eric Bolling
That is the only solution. That's the only solution that makes sense. And we've been talking about that for months now. We should just let them die? Let them kill each other in the Middle East? Where is our benefit from all this? This idea that regime change was going to happen. It didn't. That we're going to get the nuclear enriched uranium. We're not getting it. How's this? In part of this deal, I believe I read that there's up to a 30 year moratorium to try and get the Iranians to negotiate on another uranium deal. They're going to take the money. They're going to take the money we give them, allow them to have. They're going to take everything you just said they're going to do. And where are we? What do we walk away from this with? I thought we were going to walk away with. They're not going to be able to deliver a nuke again. I watched General Keane last night on Hannity tell us that's bs. They're going to start. They're going to start their nuclear program.
Steve Bannon
Well, General Key Saturday. General Keane is a. I love General Keen. I know him. He's a stock player in the. If you have to go to the ultimate kinetic. I mean, he's one step down from our own Captain Fennell, right? Captain Fennell's the naval version of Jack Keane. Jack Keane. Jack Keane wants to go back in now. What are you talking about? Cargo island. Let's take it. So correct. I love Keen. I don't know if he's okay.
Eric Bolling
Well, Keane's answer was we'll go back kinetically. We'll go wipe them out kinetically. My answer, like yours, I. I think you just said, let's just get the hell out. Let them, you know, you want to deal with your Mid east garbage, go ahead, do it. We don't have. It's not that effective. Steve. The answer to all this is become oil, not independent oil dominant. We could dominate the Global oil market by producing what we. We would be the swing producer. You don't like someone, if someone's not playing nice with you, pull back your oil. We have. We would be the swing producer for oil, the way Saudi has been for the past 40 years.
Steve Bannon
Full spectrum energy dominance. I know you got to bounce. You got other things you're gonna record today. We'll see at 4:00'.
Sam Faddis
Clock.
Steve Bannon
Hopefully work out the technical issues. I can do a transition with you, sir.
Eric Bolling
Looking forward.
Steve Bannon
Appreciate you. If people, the Senate wants to get involved, Mary wants to get involved in this deal. If it gets too complicated, because it's a, it's a, I think a page and a half memory understanding it's already been signed. I think President Trump responding to people saying, hey, how come it's not released? I believe he just read it out loud in a meeting with the UAE. Neil McCabe's telling me that we're gonna get Sam fed us up here and check it all out. My thing is that, hey, you don't need a signed piece of paper. You got sanctions. You got their 24 billion in cash. You tell the Saudis you want to do 300 billion, go for it, keep us out of it. And you keep part of the fleet out there on patrol, you know, between there and the Straits of Taiwan. And you, you can lock it down at any time. And you tell them they got to open up the streets of Hormuz, but let the, let the Arabs work with them on that. And, and Israel, you go do what you feel you got to do. You're an independent nation. If you got to get on, if you got to get it on with Hezbollah in Lebanon, you go get it on with Hezbollah in Lebanon. That's your call. Your free nation nation, independent nation. Not a protectorate, not a vassal state. Listen up, patriots. President Trump is dropping a $100 trillion bomb on the globalist. Jerome Powell's term is come to a close and he's installing a real America first Fed chair who will, according to Jim Rickards, slash rates and supercharge our re industrialization. This is what one man is calling Trump's gift on America's 250th anniversary, unleashing a historic super cycle in American mining, rare earths, uranium and gold. The same forces that turned $5,000 into over a million in less than five years during China's booms are hitting here now. Jim Rickards, the former CIA Pentagon and White House advisor, has the battle plan. The gold royalty stock that could skyrocket in the next few years and the uranium power for AI. Don't miss this. Do it and do it today. War room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band. Sam Faddis. So Sam, you're leader of one of the patriot groups up in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that are, you know, loyal to the MAGA movement, grassroots President Trump. All right, the American right, you've also your professional career, you dedicated a big hunk of your defense of this nation in in country or in territory with the Persians and you're a supporter of the president. Your assessment of where we, where we stand, is it a good thing to allow the Persians to get cash money? Is that I'm just don't as it ever good to allow those guys to get their hands on cash, sir.
Sam Faddis
No, I, I suspect somewhere in, in Greece chiseled on a wall in ancient Greek it says don't ever give money to the Persians because bad things will happen. Look, one way or the other. I mean obviously I'm like everybody else. I'm trying to figure out what are the exact terms of this memorandum of understand, understanding. But my best assessment, having read multiple sources, a whole boatload of money is going to the Iranians. They're not going to build child care centers with it. They're not going to, you know, pass out baby formula every dollar you hand to them. They're going to put to use setting the world on fire. And their press, every press outlet in Iran, it's party time. They are celebrating their victory over us and having established dominance. So they, they're not interested in moving on, getting along. This is not over. They are emboldened and now they're going to be awash in cash. That is a really bad combo,
Steve Bannon
the sanctions. So we've got an international consortium and we haven't enforced it as much as we could enforce it. But we do have a structure that has choked them down a bit in the sanctions program. We do have I think at least $24 billion, I hear $100 billion of their cash money that we've held back. We've now put our quote unquote allies in the Persian Gulf on notice. They can't keep using the financial institutions Backdoor, particularly in Dubai, to help a money launder. And, and we haven't, we haven't agreed to any American money going into any 300 billion dollar reconstruction project. My work, I just say, hey, we don't need a signed deal. Trina Parson said, you're never going to get that one anyway. That's not how the Persians work or they'll drag it out for years. If Israel is going to do their own thing. And there's voices you see in Israel today saying we got to be independent. We can't be dependent upon the United States to call the shots here. The strategic interests are divergent regardless of what Tel Aviv Levin and Benji Shapir and these guys say. The Israelis know that. Let them go do their thing. And you know, one of the things here is just, you know, keep the fleet there but you know, downsize it, but don't, don't live if you lift a sanction because the Europeans are dying to get over there and start making money, right, and still wanting us to defend them. So keep the sanctions because if you lose that, you'll never get it. It'll take forever to get it back. And don't give them the $24 billion of cash or leading to the hundred billion dollars cash. And if the Saudis and these guys want to go and make reparations and rebuild the place, that's if they want to make it regionally economically integrated, which I think would be a great thing, that's up to them. We shouldn't have anything to do with that. Just drag that just gets us in there like a Marshall Plan where maybe we're not writing the check but we're administering. We're somehow an administrator or calling the shots. It's too much. Just walk away. But keep their money and just, and let Bess and every now and again screw their currency, right, to give them a love tap to let them know that we're still in charge. Sam Fatis.
Sam Faddis
Yeah, absolutely. There's no reason on earth we should ease any pressure on them at all. And look, this idea that money's going to flood in there to redevelop them like, like you say, as if this is some sort of Marshall Plan. What are we talking about? This is the, a, a theocracy and a country at this point under the control of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. They don't care about shopping malls and factories and the quality of life of their people. They're on a revolutionary mission. Well, they're not looking for somebody to come invest. They don't want to join the world. They're not looking to get along. They're looking to, to burn the place to the ground. And they are now going to have a lot more capability to do that and a lot more money, by the way.
Steve Bannon
Hang on, hang on. But some, one of the arguments that are being put forward is that there are a contingent of people over there that say we do want to join the world community, we want to be good citizens. I think it's been said there's, there's moderate elements there. And look, you hear this pitch for the Soviet Union for 50 years, you've heard about the CCP and all these dictatorships. There's always some group of moderates, these, you know, these theoretical moderates. But I think people have made contact and there may be some people say, yes, we want to do it. Is it your belief, knowing this pretty well, that those guys are anywhere close to being in charge?
Sam Faddis
No, not at all. I mean, period, full stop. I mean, yeah, we were also told that after three days of bombing, the people were going to flood the streets. I mean, come on, the places they killed who knows how many tens of thousands of people before the war started for demonstrating in the street. They'll kill 300,000 people in the street. I mean, popular. These kind of autocracies of various stripes are really, really, really good. It's at staying in power. And look, just to throw something else into the mix here, any promise the Iranians make to talk about nuclear weapons programs in getting rid of HEU and all this stuff, that's garbage. That's of absolute, literally no value. These guys still don't even admit they have, have a nuclear weapons program. They're, they. Nothing will cuts a waste of time. It, absolutely nothing will come of that. They will not concede anything. They won't give us anything. And every second we spend talking to them about it in this framework is just, it's, it's a waste of time, quite literally.
Steve Bannon
I'm sorry, I want to hold you through the break. I know you got to bounce and I get Peter Navarro at the White House. So we'll figure out during the break. But they're pretty good negotiators, Sir.
Sam Faddis
Yeah, they're 100% and look at. And they're, they will lie to your face and they will run you in circles. So they've done that with the IAEA for, for years, taking them to look at sites where there isn't anything, but they don't take them to the sites where there is stuff.
Steve Bannon
Sam Fed to stick around. Jim Rickards, one of our contributors, he's got a special deal. 49 bucks for one quarter. That's three months of strategic intelligence. If you like his contributions, if you like global capital markets, if you like. He drills down on the stock market, equity market, bond market, all of it. Geopolitics, intelligence, national security. It's what the C suites throughout the world read the chairman of the boards in the CEOs, you get access to it. 49 bucks for risk free. If you don't like it after 1/4, after 3 months, we give you your money back. Go torickards war room dot com. That's your landing page. Check it out and do it today. Everyone's focused on how the conflict in the Middle east is raising oil prices. But there's another grim reality to this contention. Oil isn't the only resource being constrained. About one third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region. And with spring planting season on top of us, American farmers are sounding the alarm with some saying they can't afford to plant their fields. When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what comes next? Higher fruit prices, reduced availability, maybe even panic buying. That's why having an emergency food supply at home makes so much sense. And that's where our friends at my Patriot supply come in right now at preparewithbannon.com that is preparewithbannon.com we've set up an entire just site for the war room posse. Title: The Strait Is Open; Todd Blanche Leads Charge Against The Deep State
Host: Steve Bannon (with Eric Bolling, Mike Davis, Mary Castle, and Sam Faddis)
This episode of Bannon’s War Room centers on three major themes:
Election Security and Voter Fraud: Responding to Democratic claims and “war gaming” scenarios about 2026 election interference, Bannon and guests outline the conservative/“MAGA” perspective on election integrity efforts, emphasizing grassroots actions and critique of Democratic procedures.
Education and Social Studies Standards in Texas: The imminent vote on Texas social studies standards is highlighted as a national battleground for “traditional American values” in public education, with calls for conservative mobilization against progressive curriculum changes.
Geopolitics: Strait of Hormuz & Iran Policy: In light of new developments in the Middle East, the episode features sharp skepticism about U.S. participation in deals with Iran, debate over sanctions policy, and implications of reopening the Strait.
Legal maneuvers regarding the Save America Act, the FISA renewal, and the nomination of Todd Blanche for Attorney General are woven throughout, positioning the battle against the so-called “deep state” on multiple fronts.
[00:00 – 04:40]
Rachel Maddow Audio Clip: Democratic senators are planning for scenarios involving potential Trump-ordered federal overreach at polling sites, AI-driven disinformation, and alleged ballot seizures.
Voting Rights Advocate: Advises voters to plan ahead, get educated, and be ready to “mobilize peacefully…but be active in protesting any efforts by Republicans to try to overturn the will of the voters.” ([03:34])

Memorable Quote:
Bannon’s War Room 5447 is a high-octane episode blending U.S. political warfare—over elections, education, and executive power—with skepticism and hard-nosed realism about America’s geopolitical strategy in the Middle East. The episode marshals a “call to arms” tone, urging grassroots mobilization on multiple fronts, and provides critical commentary on both domestic legislative maneuvering and complex foreign entanglements, always through the lens of MAGA populism and anti-establishment fervor.
