In Colorado's deep blue first district, 29 year old Mehlat Kyros, a former lawyer turned barista and PhD student, backed by the Democratic Socialists of America, unseated 15 term incumbent Deanna DeGette in the Governor's race. State Attorney General Phil Weiser defeated Senator Michael Bennett in a race that Bennett was one at one point leading by 30 points, folks in the polls. Senator John Hickenlo, however, survived his own challenge from progressive state Senator Julie Gonzalez by moving to the left and drastically outspending Gonzalez. it was actually after Donald Trump won the presidency a second time. My first instinct wasn't to run myself, it was that we would need to run somebody. I sincerely believe that money in politics is the greatest thing that's preventing us from passing things like Medicare for all and universal child care. And seeing that the congresswoman had been taking millions of dollars from a lot of these different industries was a sticking point for me. And so I asked around to see if there would any. There was anybody in our state house and in our city council that would be interested in running. And I didn't hear that anybody would. And I think competitive primaries are so important, especially in moments of crisis like this right now for our economy and our democracy. And I decided to run concerned that Trump is going to use this power

But I'm doing it on behalf of others who are being harassed and who are being subjected to the same type of punishment and condemnation. And we have to stand up against Donald Trump and the abuses of authority and the fact that the Department of Justice is being exploited in this way.

In light of this Justice Department's highly irregular conduct, courts now recognize that it no longer deserves the presumption of regularity in certain categories of cases, and in particular in those against the president's perceived adversaries.

It's a sham.

That phrase presumption of regularity sounds benign, right? Sounds garden variety. That is such a scathing thing to say that the courts and they function as a court system on the presumption of regularity, that everybody in there is a officer of the court doing due diligence, being truthful, honest and frank with the court system. What John Brennan is saying is, can't be trusted, they can't be trusted. And I'll tell you what, judges have shown their distrust in this Department of Justice in just the last few weeks. I'll get to that in a moment. But this court filing, the one Luke just quoted, is as subtle as a sledgehammer to the ribs. I mean, this is full of fiery words and sharp elbows. He's saying it's a conspiracy theory that is the basis of an investigation into him. He is saying the Department of Justice is working on a conspiracy theory and doing so at the president's becking to satisfy Trump. And he's saying, to save your records, make sure, your honor, that you order these people to save their records, because this thing's going to fall apart, and we expect to take action down the road, and we want the records not to be destroyed. That's what he's saying in this complaint. But he's also leaning into something here. Judges have already called out the Department of Justice for not being honest or for not being trustworthy. We saw that in Virginia on the slush fund. When Todd Blanche says, take my word for it, we're not moving forward with the slush. Judge said, we can't take your word for it. Not right now, not you.

And they're obsessed with this. And even Alito in his very, very weird, strange, actually morally repellent dissent yesterday, the reason they're obsessed with it is that they can't talk about the broader thing they want to do, Right? They want to talk about these edge cases. What they really want to do is essentially selectively strip American citizenship from literally tens of of millions of people in this country, tens of Millions, Right? Your friends and your family members and your neighbors and your doctors and your nurses and the guy that serves you coffee. Right. To redefine what it is to be American. That's what they're after.

What is your reaction to basically, Justice Kavanaugh giving a roadmap to Congress?

Even if Congress takes the roadmap and tries to drive on that road? That is a road to nowhere. And the reason it's a road to nowhere is that if the constitutional holding has five votes, which it clearly does, Congress can pass all the statutes that they want. And first of all, they're not going to pass legislation that restricts birthright citizenship. That's not going to happen. But even if they did, the Constitution is supreme over a statute in the same way that the Constitution is supreme over an executive order, which is to say they can pass legislation as long as the five justices who are in the majority are still on the court. That legislation is unconstitutional for the same reason that yesterday's decision was reached.

What is Bill Pulte going to find that no one else had been able to find? Marc Elias wrote this in on April 6th in Time magazine 2021, Elias battled. This is about Mark Elias from Time Time magazine. Elias battled the Trump campaign, which filed a trove of futile lawsuits to overturn the 45th president's loss. In the 10th post election month, Elias notched 64 legal victories against the Trump campaign and lost just one case. The lone for Donald Trump in that case involved a Pennsylvania judge who sided with the Trump campaign, ruling that voters could not go back and cure their ballots if they failed to provide paper identification three days after the election. The ruling only affected a very small number of votes. I bring that up because people have checked. People have checked. They have looked. I know if it was in there, Donald Trump would have made sure we heard about it by now. This is not just about 2016. This is not just about 2020. I think this is very much so. Not even just about the midterms, about 2028.

One was Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain in the 20th Maine doing a fixed bayonet charge late in the afternoon against an Alabama regiment that saved the left flank of the Union army from being rolled up by John Bell Hood and General Longstreet and then led till tomorrow. And we'll go through, we'll go through the actual Pickett's charge in quite a bit of detail. And of course, the hero that won the was awarded the Congressional Medal of honor in 2010 by President Barack Obama. Alonzo Cushing from West Point, who was the gun commander right there at the bloody angle at that little wall that cut Pickett's charge in half. We'll do all that tomorrow. They're knocking on doors in the Bronx. They're knocking on doors in Queens. Staten island maybe, not so much. Remember, always and everywhere At Mandami when he won the other night. And by the way, he won a lot more than New York City. He won down in Texas. The reason we took the show down there is because that we knew there was going to be a big challenge in Senate District 9 in a special election which Trump had won by 14 points. In November, the DSA and the Working Family Party. Mandami going door to door, getting low propensity voters in the freezing cold, in zero degree temperature and ice storms. A 17 point win. Trump won by 14. I think the candidate there won by 17. Of course, in Houston, the working family party in DSA, the old fashioned way, going door to door and knocking. Remember, Mandami is the only. Have you ever heard any politician. Any politician. When they won the other night, what's the clip we played over and over again? Mandami took to the podium and said, raise your hands if you canvassed. Everybody in that room, in that packed room raised their hands to cheers. And he said, look around. Do it today in light change in non Farm payrolls. 57,000. That's about half what we were expecting. And last month it was revised from 172 down to 129. So the two month revision now is 93,000. That is a biggie. Excuse me. Minus 74,000. Our last look was 93. So minus 74 over two months. Now how weak is 57,000? That would be the lightest since it was negative in February at 156and that was the only negative number going all the way back to decent 2020. So kind of a weak comp there. Now if we look at manufacturing, I've been looking at that lately. It comes in at up 3,000 last month. However, positive 7,000 I was rather excited about becomes -2,000. If we look at the three month average. I'm roughing it up. It's probably close now to around 110,000. Average hourly earnings on a month over month basis up 310 exactly as expected. And here's what I would consider my favorite numbers. We're talking about 3.5 on average hourly earnings year over year. That follows 3.4. 3.4 obviously was the weakest going back to May of 21. 3.5 comps to that 3.6 that we had in April. But it's still well below kind of some of the headline inflation numbers that we've had. And that is significant. If we look at the workweek, 34.3 exactly as expected. The unemployment rate dropping down another 10. This is very fascinating. 4.3 expected 4.2. 4.2 would be the lowest rate since June of 25. One year. One year. Now if we look at the participation rate once again, this is really disappointing. 61.5. We're expecting 61.8. 61.5 would equal March of 21. To find a lower number, you're in February 21st. We want to include more. We want this number to be going up. Now, U6 is what I call the underemployment rate. It compares to U3, which is at 3 point. Excuse me, that 4.2 rate I referenced, this rate is 7.9. Once again, just like the other rate. This is good News. It follows 8.1, 7.9 is tied for the lowest of the year. To find a lower number, you go back one year.

And you had a mercantilist system run by real hardcore communists in China of which the American business community and most of the Republican donors underwrote to take your jobs. This is why this entire situation is like a Greek tragedy in that the great strength of our hero turns out to be his core weakness. You, the working class and middle class in this country, in the United States of America, you underwrote your own destruction. Let me repeat this. You underwrote your own destruction. Well, Steve, how did we do that? Here's how you did it. Your tax dollars and your pension funds, the private equity and Wall street that financed this crap, all is your money. He is. He's the comms director for the Deep State, right? You have the wash. You have the Washington Post, which is really the Langley bugle, and the crowd over there that have been, you know, have been in the comms department. But Delaney and really runs the comms department. So he's Deep State. He's got a great article. And look, I've been picking on my buddy Cash, and Cash is like a brother to me, right? Co host of the show. We actually made the film on government gangsters. And I've been all over Cash about where am I? Where, where are my government gangster? But they have an amazing article in NBC News this morning. If we can get up Kendalling, it's that the FBI, was it dozens or hundreds of analysts going through the ballots they took on Tulsi Gabbard and the FBI took in Georgia. And by the way, Mark Elias getting ahead of that and saying, hey, if they declare a national security emergency around election fraud and election integrity, we're going to stop it shows you how real this is. Now we're got a team of constitutional lawyers looking at all this, but by laying the predicate that you've had foreign interference in a presidential election in 2020. And we all know that happened. We know the Chinese Communist Party had at least 18 states where they were into the voter rolls, right? That's been proven by Katherine Engelbert and those folks years ago. And a grand jury in Los Angeles did indict one of the Chinese guys about that. We know that the CCP and they actually put the information on the servers in mainland China. So we know that. And I think that all be brought to light. It'll also show, I think quite interesting just randomly how it was the Bidens that they were supporting. Just a random consideration given the Biden sold us out to the Chinese Communist Party. As the laptop from hell shows, as I said, you come for the profit taking the rent, seeking the treason of the Bidens and all the documents and you stay for the pornography of Hunter Biden. And Hunter Biden's what he kept on his laptop. Of course, he admits, oh no, it's not mine. That was all made up. No, no, no, no, it wasn't a Russian disinformation. So an executive order that declares a national security emergency because of the frailty of our election system would be laid on the predicate of that. And upon that, that's when the fight starts. When the fight starts, people say, hey, it's impervious to court challenges. Other people say it's not true. Obviously it needs a two thirds by the INA the decision in 1983. I think a national security merger would take 2/3 of the House and the Senate to overturn it anyway. It'll be a big old fight, but you got to get there first. So I think a lot of lot of work is going on on that behind the scenes. And Ken Delaney and as the, the comms director for the Deep State Lays all out in NBC News, they make sure people see it okay. I really believe America needs to come back together. We've had a lot of division in our nation, and we need to come back together and become one nation under God. We need to go back to the basics, go back to the beginning where we started. That's what I believe.

Cultivate the hearts of the people to unite in the faith. And what is the faith? George Washington was a Christian man, and he loved the Lord, and he was praying for the nation to unite in that faith. And you know what? We did? And that's how we became the United States of America. God's hand is on this nation. Look on our money. One nation under God, in God we trust. I mean, it's all over the place. If you just look, you can see God's hands on our nation.
