Episode 5523: Cracks In The System; Going After Jack Smith...

Stephen K. Bannon
My administration is in the process of notifying the states whose election data was compromised by the People's Republic of China and many others. We will be working closely to mitigate any harm and we're taking swift action to ensure that sensitive voter data is better protected. So we can never be bought, we can never be hacked, and we can never watch a stolen election again. Tomorrow, the Secretary of Homeland Security will hold a briefing to outline his department's recent work confirming cyber vulnerabilities in our electronic voting systems.
Senator Mark Warner
Jen? Yeah, I'm not saying this is a Senate, I'm saying, or a Democrat or whatever. As an American, I'm embarrassed. I'm embarrassed that the President, United States tried to speak to the whole nation with a whole series of falsehoods, accusations, I believe, aimed at trying to undermine America's confidence in our system and probably as a prelude because if we have a free and fair election in 2026, he and his allies will lose in a dramatic fashion. And this is not the normal back and forth. This is whether, you know, Franklin said, you got a republic if you can keep it. We're going to decide whether we can keep our republic. And if we simply blow this off as another Donald Trump rant, we do that at our own peril. The last 10 years plus, I've been either chairman or vice chairman of the Intelligence Committee, we have investigated all of these allegations. Virtually everything he talked about tonight we have reviewed in a bipartisan way. And if you take a half sentence, the notion of intelligence is you get thousands of inputs and then the intelligence community comes together and analyzes and decides what is true and not true. And Donald Trump ignored all of that. And the irony of this is most of the accusations he's making about 2018 and 2020, Donald Trump's appointees were in charge of the intelligence community. Why didn't they find any of this so called allegations? And then just the plain ignorance and factual misrepresentations. When he says, oh my gosh, countries get access to our voter files. You know what, you can buy these voter files. There's no need to hack. I buy the Virginia voter files on a regular basis. If you are going to be a statewide candidate, they are open to any entity. And the fact that you accumulate all these voter files, which in many states, if you pay the price of the public information that somehow leads to manipulation, is so completely false. I just implore my Republican friends, if they got any sense of dignity about our system, speak up and tell the truth. Because when you make these kind of Accusations about China. And he ignores, conveniently, Russia, you know, China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, every election cycle, try to influence our elections. They put out false information, they promote stories. Russia did it on behalf of Trump in 2020, Iran did it against Trump. North Korea just wanted to screw with the whole system. China, there are various accounts of what they wanted to do. They have plenty of potential to try to, you know, amplify false narratives. But these documents, he's claiming we've seen
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
them, and to people about these, you've
Stephen K. Bannon
been looking at them.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
What have you found so far?
John Solomon
I'm talking to current. I'm sorry, Susan. To former officials. And they recognize these documents also. They appear to be legitimate. They're massively redacted. So it's very hard to make any sense of them. What I'm looking at right now on my screen, it says sensitive government agency that's been like labeled at the. This is not on the original document. It's something that the Trump administration put on it. But the bottom line is they're heavily redacted. And I'm hearing from former officials that this is information that's been out there before. There's one case about reporting in Albany saying that China was creating fake driver's licenses. And the problem is that the source of this information was making up stories about COVID and that's why that was sort of withdrawn and not prosecuted. And essentially I have this former senior official who was involved in looking at different efforts to influence the elections is saying they've cherry picked pieces of intelligence and built a narrative around them without including the information that doesn't fit their narrative. And many of these other documents are just routine emails. There's several from an individual who complained that the. And I just want to back up, and this was said earlier, if any of this is true, the person biggest who's, who's in the most trouble here should be John Ratcliffe.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
President Trump oversaw the intelligence community at the time and the reports, oversaw the report.
John Solomon
So during Donald Trump's first term, John Radcliffe allowed China to get, you know, $200 million voter records. Those voter records are public. Again, I'm hearing that there's one, you know, two senior officials. I'm talking, I want to describe them more who are like, this is all public. This, this all occurred under John Ratcliffe. And right here I have. This is the dissent that John Ratcliffe submitted in 2021 to, to the analysis that was done about foreign influence operations in 2020. And his only complaint in this document is that the effort by China to influence public opinion. You know, disinformation bots, that kind of thing is larger. He thought that the effort China made was larger than the main assessment. This was also made public that this, this should have been a bigger topic, that they made this effort. There is nothing in John Ratcliffe's dissent about votes being switched in any state by China. Nothing.
Stephen K. Bannon
I'm just a simple country lawyer, went to southern state schools. I, I'm not as smart as those Ivy league boys like J.D. vance and Ted Cruz and Pete Hagseth. But it seems to me, it seems to me Matlock would be very, very confused here because we heard that this speech was going to be proven, that China influenced American elections. But I got these documents here that talk about how Russia tried to rig the election. This is from Donald Trump's own intel community and these documents. Well, if you don't mind. You don't mind. I'm just going to read a little bit of it and I think, I think you'll be real interested in it. It says the Russian government's advancing narratives with U.S. officials and other prominent persons as well as online these figures. This is the intel community released by Donald Trump. These figures are conspiring to intensify their efforts as the election approaches to orchestrate a high profile corruption scand implicating Joe Biden and the Democratic Party at the peak of the 2020 presidential election. Their aim, said Donald Trump's own intel community in 2020, is to defeat the former Vice President and ensure the President's victory. Russian actors listen to this. This is so diabolical. No American would ever consider doing this. Russian actors have circulated narra about voter fraud resulting from mail in balloting and called some U.S. primary voting processes rigged by the Democratic Party. I get, I'm confused. I'm a simple country lawyer. This, this is from the Trump administration talking about vote rigging, which sounds like what the President was doing last night, which they say is what Vladimir Putin was doing. And it reminds me of Marco Rubio and the Intel Committee in the Senate saying that the 2020 election caused a real threat to America's national security because of Russian interference. Now, I don't get it. We were supposed to hear about China. Instead we have documents that say wasn't China, it was Russia who interfered in 2020.
Jen Psaki
The President told three huge lies last night. Number one, that our elections are corrupt. They' and by the way, only the election of 2020, which he lost, is corrupt. 2016, when he won, in 2024, when he won those were fine, no problem. But 2020, when he lost, that one was correct.
Stephen K. Bannon
Can I, can I ask you this? Because again, I'm simple guy who, who was president in charge of the 2016 election?
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
That's a good one.
Jen Psaki
Exactly, exactly. Exactly.
Stephen K. Bannon
And to your point, it was Barack Obama. It was Barack Obama in 24, which was, okay, that was sleepy Joe Biden. But the only election that he says was rigged was the one in 2020 when he was president.
Jen Psaki
Exactly, Joe. So there's that lie. There's the lie, and this is in some ways the most pernicious one, this deep state that the CIA or the FBI tried to keep this information from the president. And you know, he needs to say that, of course, because as you point out, it was his CIA, it was his FBI. And the reason that really troubles me is that the intelligence community, Joe, as you know, is full of amazingly patriotic people who get paid an awful lot less than they should to do amazing and dangerous work. And last night heard the president, and by the way, working with the leadership of our current intelligence community, slag those people off and lie about them. And most importantly, this whole China thing, you read the thing. And by the way, I have with me the American public. And look at this. This is a declassified intelligence community assessment prepared by the Trump leadership in 2020, at the very end of his term, which says that the Chinese, it just says it in black and white. The Chinese did not interfere in the election full stop, did they? Do they do what they always do, which is think about whether they can, you know, meet up and coming politicians in California or whatever. Yes, but this thing says clearly that it was, as you pointed out, the Russians who intervened, just as they did in 2016, to help Donald Trump get elected. So what we saw last night were three pernicious lies in the service. And your previous guest, Sky Perryman, made this case very, very well in the service of creating just enough doubt and anxiety about our elections that when he loses, as he's going to do in November, he can say, well, we've got new evidence of what I told you about in July, in Georgia, in Michigan, and I have sent armed DSH agents to DHS agents to take control of ballot boxes. Joe, that's the moment that our Democracy ends.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Friday the 17th of July, year of our Lord, 2026. John Solomon joins us. John, MSNBC, who is briefed in advance, I might add, in full assault on the president's speech last night and the details to back it up. Your thoughts, sir?
John Solomon
Was the network that told us he was Russia. Donald Trump was Vladimir Putin's asset. That didn't turn out to be true. They told us that the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian disinformation campaign. It wasn't. They said that Joe Biden had his marbles, he lost them. I don't know why anyone would watch Ms. Now unless you're looking for a comedy hour because Jimmy Kimmel sucks. So I think that's really the truth of it. When you get down to what the President revealed last night, I just want to remind people because they're getting a version of Pravda on our over the air television networks today. When Iran hacked just 100,000 voter files in 2020, we called that election interference. We called that election influence and we indicted the Iranians for doing it. Now, they hacked the system where the voter files were publicly available. But when you hack the system, you get more data. When Great Britain disclosed that there were 40 million voter files hacked by China in 2024, the president of the United States here in his administration, Joe Biden. By the way, it was Joe Biden's justice department that charged the Iranian hackers in 21. In 24, the Biden administration skewered China and indicted Chinese hackers for attacking Great Britain's system. If 100,000 voter registration files stolen by Iran and if 40 million voter registration file, excuse me, stolen by China in 2024 for Great Britain is a national crisis for the Biden Democratic party, why isn't 220 million American files being stolen and compromised by China a scandal in America? The only reason is that NBC, abc, cbs, CNN and all those others who didn't cover this speech or didn't honestly cover this speech. They are trying to hide the fact that this is what they don't want to report. They don't want this out there. So they're misleading you. They're running a propaganda operation. If anyone in America thinks that the theft of 220 million American voter files isn't a problem, then you should go watch msnow. You'll find your reinforcement there, John.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
We're gonna take a short commercial break here and I'm gonna hold you through the break. But the other thing that they continue to miss, if you, if we go buying commercially first, I can't get all the data. Number two, you can't manipulate it when it's given to you. You can analyze it and use it for your campaign. As Mark Warner says, it's totally different when it's hacked. When it's hacked, it's hacked to Manipulate. Mark Warner says, why buy it all the time at Commonwealth Virginia? Of course people do that and you get it kind of a, a locked in set that you can use for analytics in trying to do your, and trying to, you know, build up the strategy you want to do for your campaign and your media buys. But you can't get actually into the data itself and actually manipulate it. That's why the cyber, yeah, 100%
Stephen K. Bannon
all
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
they're sitting there saying, well you can buy it commercially, you can buy a hard copy, essentially a digital hard copy, but you can't manipulate anyway. John Solomon, Peter Navarro from the White House. On the other side, for the first time Since World War II, our national debt held by the public has exceeded GDP. America, this is a wake up call. Our sins of the past, reckless government spending have finally caught up to us. So what's next? Higher inflation, higher prices, higher cost of living expenses and higher interest payments on the national debt. Every dollar Washington spends on interest is a dollar it has to tax, borrow or print. Smart retirement planners prepare for potential setbacks. And they can do that by diversifying with a time tested asset known for weathering the storm, that is physical gold. Now, physical gold you can get from my trusted friends at Birch Gold Group. Text the word Bannon B A N N o N to the number 98989 and Birch Gold will send you a free info kit on converting an existing IRA or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA. In physical gold, you don't pull the rip cord on your parachute once you've already hit the ground. Don't wait for economic turbulence to diversify. Text Bannon to the number 989-898 Again, text Bannon to 989-898. Own some gold and own it. From Birchgold, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. John Solomon. I just want to reiterate this in hack, hacking into these and getting the 220 million files of Americans, very different than going out and buying commercially.
John Solomon
Right?
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
You go and buy commercially as a state party, as a candidate, that data you got is the data you're going to use. The Chinese don't do it for that. The Chinese get in there and they hack it for the same reason the Iranians.
John Solomon
Something more than the commercial file? Yeah, the commercial file doesn't have driver license information, which is very important for verification and validation at a polling place. So that's why they hack. So first they get the commercial ball
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
and they can manipulate. This is why people in Georgia showed up and said and they Say, hey, you've already voted. And they go, what? I haven't voted. This is the whole reason they do
John Solomon
this, by the way. That's what the CIA said would be. The CIA said six things. Once a foreign power gets voter data like this, once they've hacked it, they can vote on your behalf. You'd show up, you'd be turned away, they could change your voter registration so when you got there, you'd be forced to provision them. They could register you in another state or community and you wouldn't even know and they would vote for you somewhere else and you wouldn't know. Those are some of the things that the CIA assessed that a foreign power could do. That's why the breach is so important. We've indicted Iran for it. We indicted China for doing it to Great Britain. You have to ask yourself, why did the Biden administration not indict China for doing it to us when it's at a scale larger than any other country in history? 220 million voter files, John.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Also these redactions, some people are saying, hey, these things are too hard to read. Can you redact? Is it because of sources and methods? Is that why it is? That's why the redactions are in there.
John Solomon
The NSA has never before released RAW or these summary reports of their best RAW intelligence that they believe, very sensitive stuff. It identifies who is listening and who they're listening to and what they're doing and what they're intercepting. We kept all of the content things available for the public that would help you understand the story that the NSA had gotten from the intercepts without saying that they're listening to this guy on this date or at this station or using this technology. Now, there is some stuff about voter data breaches involving other databases, particularly that one that shows the 220 million. We're working with the intelligence agencies to get that unredacted because there's some other big data breaches that we should also be secured about that aren't even election related, but they affect our safety and our well being and we're working to get those in. So I think that version will get unredacted. Everything else in those NSA intercepts are all about. We were listening to this guy at this time at this post using this technology. That's not the stuff we want to give our enemies.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Also, in the feeding frenzy you have of MSNBC coming after the President and the New York Times in the Washington Post, they failed to bring up one part. You and Pulte have every agency Head that had material that went into this declassification signed off on this and agreed with it, Correct?
John Solomon
They did. They signed off on the wording of the speech, they signed off on the document releases. We didn't have a single dispute. And some of the intelligence chiefs told me personally, Steve, the first time I saw this stuff was a couple weeks ago when the task force asked for it. The fact that acting intelligence director, the current intelligence directors and past ones and the President weren't told, that tells you the power of the deep state. When that woman writes, I'm running a shadow government to keep this election information from coming out, that was her own words describing what she did to keep the President blind on this issue.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Well, didn't I believe the CIA actually gave a brief or had a China brief on this four weeks ago when you guys started your work? That brief today is 180 different from what you guys have found on earth and gotten the CIA to agree with,
John Solomon
to release Correct on many issues, not all of them. Some they agree on. I mean, some things they agree on. Like for instance, there's no evidence yet that a machine flipped the vote that the intelligence community, that's fine. That doesn't mean we aren't with a glass chin. With machines that are hackable and with voter data in the hands of Chinese spies that could be manipulated in any future election. What the President was talking about was securing the future, not litigating the past. Last night
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
and so let's talk about the future. The Save America present leaves with the roar of the Save America Act. Do you believe, and this is an ongoing process. Last night was the first thing. You guys are still working on this. Do you believe in the process where you're still declassifying to find out more information? The logjam on Capitol Hill because they're asking for their new plan is to put $10 billion in back of parts of Save America and actually go as supplicants to the blue states and say, pretty please, will you volunteer? You know that's going to be zero. At what stage do we actually think about an executive order or declaring a national security emergency?
John Solomon
S that's a policy issue that we'll have to see where the President comes down on. I think the first thing is to Hear today at 11 o' clock Mark Wayne Mullen describe exactly how we're going to fix the machines because that's another glass chin vulnerability. And by the way, there's 100% assessment in the all the intelligence agencies agree a foreign power can hack our machine. The fact that they haven't done it yet doesn't mean that we shouldn't act. That's like saying, well, the kid hasn't grabbed that unsecured gun on the table, so don't worry about it. Get the gun off the table before it's fired by a foreign power. That's what today is going to happen with Mark Wayne Mullen. We'll get briefed on that. We'll see where the President goes on the China stuff. We got the Xi summit coming up. But the best way to guard against the frauds that were divulged last night, the fact that China can now fake a registration or that in Michigan Democrats were faking registrations is to have a voter ID that you have to show at the point of voting because then you have to be the person you are when you vote. You have to have that. And that's why that's such an important protection, why the Save America act has to be mandatory.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
And of course, the Democrats will never go along with that because they do go along with that. They'll never win another election. John Solomon, great work. Continue on. You're a patriot and hero. Last night was historic. Where do people follow you? What are your coordinates? I'm just a simple mick with a microphone. You're doing all the, you're doing all the hard work. By the way, I would do strongly recommend you get a food taster. John Solomon, where do people go on social media to get all your content?
John Solomon
Jay Solomon reports on all social platforms and justinews.com, the website. And I'm lucky enough to follow you here right in Real America's Voice every night at 6 o' clock with Amanda Head. Just the news, no noise. It's an honor to follow you on this network, buddy.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Thank you. And by the way, honored to have you representing Rav. Just doing an incredible job there. Historic job, John. Now you go back to work.
John Solomon
Thank you. Thanks.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Peter Navarro, Dr. Peter Navarro at from the White House. Dr. Navarro, you stand at a unique intersection. I don't think there's anyone in our country that has warned us and had a bigger impact, a bigger impact with President Trump on, on redefining and realigning the relationship with the Chinese Communist Party. At the same time, I would count you on among the handful of top experts on what happened in 2020 and beyond. So give me your assessment of last night. You're uniquely positioned. What'd you think?
Dr. Peter Navarro
Here's the way I think we need to think about this for everybody out there, not just the war room posse. This country is split, Steve. There's a lot of people, clear majority among Republicans, who believe you, and I believe, with justification, that that election was stolen, full stop. There's people on the other side of that. The question I would pose now is, is the probability that the 2020 election was stolen higher today in people's minds than it was before the data drop last night? And I think the answer, if you carefully go through the four major vectors of data, the answer is unequivocally yes. So whatever you believe, whether you thought it was a low probability was stolen, it's higher today. Whether you thought it was a high probability, it's even higher. Okay, so let me walk you through that. You start with the China stuff. I mean, John Solomon was eloquent about that. 220 million voter files with metadata stolen by the Chinese. Now, what's the left say about it? They say, number one, well, we were in charge, but they buried the lead about how the intelligence community buried it from the leadership. Okay, but here's what's interesting, Steve. You know, China's got its. Steve Bannon's in there, right? And so plan A for the Chinese was, hey, let's steal the election using this voter data. But plan B might have been, let's hit him with the virus. And maybe around. Around the virus time, they're looking at the poll saying, well, maybe we don't need to go in as much stealing the election with the voter files. But what that says is that China had the capability. So distinguish, number one between the capability. They could have done something. They probably did something. We didn't prove that last night, but it's a clear and present danger. Now, the deep state, that's the theme, too, here. It's like what. It's like an FBI agent boasts on an email that they are a shadow government operating inside the highest level, right over in that building, the Presidential Daily Briefing, which, you know, Steve, is sacred. And they operated as a shadow government to suppress information about Chinese theft of the election. You put those two things together, I mean, that. That should raise far more alarm bells than the legacy media is putting out today. And certainly the left is putting out. If you go to the additional charges that were made, you've got Mark Wayne Mullen. I think he's going to be right across the street at 11, 300,000 voters. Okay, that shouldn't have been there. Foreigners, Steve. The left says, well, there were some legitimate foreigners mixed in with the illegals. Okay, What? Remember, Steve, Georgia. What was the vote that Trump allegedly lost by 12,000 votes. Razor thin. And my Navarro report shows you, shows you unequivocally that the elimination of signature match coupled with the stuffing of the ballot box with absentee ballots that went 2 to 1 for Biden more than wiped out that 12,000 that's responsible for that theft of the Georgia election. If there's any state I can say with certainty was stolen, it was Georgia. And Ossoff and Warnock shouldn't be there anymore. Biden should have won that election.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Hang on for one second. Just, please, I want to just hold it through a commercial break. Chapter They've saved the war on Posse up to a million dollars, slightly over a million dollars on Medicare and they've gotten you the optimum plans. 8:4 5 War Room. This is a number just for you. You get there. This is totally free and there's no obligation. So go talk to the consultants over at Chapter today. It's a data company, data driven to get you the optimum Medicare plan and at a good price. Million dollar savings already. 845 War Room. Do that today. Do not put that one off. Do it today. Navarro, Davis, Jeff Clark.
Mike Davis
Next.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
If you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up folks, and grab a pen, maybe even a number two pencil, call 845-WAR ROOM. That's 845-WAR ROOM. Call it right now. I'm serious. Call it now. Here's why. The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off. Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print. Nobody but a lobbyist understands millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that could be you. That's why if you're already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at Chapter. They have a team of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies. In under 20 minutes, they can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost. Why? They're a data company. They have all the data on every plan. It's totally free. There's no pressure, no bs, just straightforward honest help from fellow patrons. So don't wait. Call 845 war room right now. That's 845. A lot of shooting. Telling the man east over the night, overnight, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the war on Posse, Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars in the Slash Bannon Go check it out today. That's totally free. Call 845-7-free installments. We gotta do it today. Went up. I'm working on a ninth. Immerse yourself this weekend. Learn why gold has been a hedge against times of financial turbulence for 5000 years of man's history. Know that you'll go a long way to understanding how the world works. How about that? Not a bad weekend assignment. Peter Navarro of the Navarro Report. There are other revelations going to come. So folks just understand that is the railhead that is opening salvo. That is the first inning. There's a lot more to come. I believe eventually it will be a pre because I think they're jamming the president up on Capitol Hill on the Save America act and this latest trick to try to include it in some sort of reconciliation bill and then, and then go as a supplicant to the blue states and try to toss them $500 million. To have them do voter ID is a fool's errand because it ain't going to happen. They, they, as you know, Peter, mail in ballots and no voter ID and no game day voting. What they call access is the way they steal elections. Correct, sir?
Dr. Peter Navarro
Yes. And I want to emphasize with the Navarro Report what, what that report goes through chapter and verse, never been refuted by anyone, much less the left. It basically was a grand stuff the ballot box strategy by loosening all of the safeguards that the Save America act would put back in place. In other words, they got rid of, for example, in Georgia, the signature verification. Right. And when they had signature verification in Georgia prior to 2020, they had about a 5 to 6% throw out rate of the votes. And when they got rid of the signature verification, it went down to effectively zero. Okay. And then when you have the increase in the absentee ballots because they were stuffing them in there and just statistically they went 2 to 1 for Biden. You go from a 12,000 vote loss to at least a 30,000 vote victory by Donald Trump. And that's consistent with our polling. That's consistent what we know about Trump support in Georgia. And it would have wiped out the Senate races as well.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
This is why Ossoff and Warnock, this is why Ossoff and Warnock have a big problem. They have a big problem. It's going to be pursued.
Dr. Peter Navarro
They have a. Oh, they're freaked out. They are freaked out. Because if I'm thinking, if I'm trying to prove the case, if I'm trying to prove the case, Georgia is where I start there's no question about that. Now, again at the top of the hour, I said the really important question here today, a day, you know, 12 hours after the speech, has the probability that the 2020 election was stolen risen? Should it rise in the minds of every American? Whether it's low or high? Now, whether you're a skeptical Democrat or a certain Republican, and the answer is based on what's been released so far, and it's only the beginning, Steve, the probability that the election was stolen should go up in the minds of every American. And that is troubling. It's troubling that China stole our data.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Yeah.
Dr. Peter Navarro
It's troubling that you have a deep state saying that they're a shadow government. You and I were never machine guys, okay?
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Never.
Dr. Peter Navarro
And let's be clear about what the data said in terms of the dump. It said that those machines can be used not only to steal an election, but can do it in a way which may well be undetectable, which. Which is frightening. And the left says, well, there's paper ballots to. To. Yeah, but. Yeah, that's why they destroyed a lot of paper ballots. I mean, wouldn't let us have access. I mean, think about that.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Hang on. This is why Norm Ison and these guys just went to court. We had this huge fight in Georgia to get the ballots back to the FBI have.
Colby
Right?
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
And what. And they told the judge what we intend to do is destroy him. They're kicking themselves not do it. We gotta get ready for DHS briefing. I know you got worked. We're gonna go back. I'm gonna get you on for an hour. One night at six o' clock, we're gonna go through the Navarro report again because I understand there's other information coming out to support your conclusions on that. Where do people go to get all the content? Dr. Peter Navarro.
Dr. Peter Navarro
I just want to say I'm glad the War Room didn't get the memo that the rest of the press got to ignore this story today. Okay. At least Bannon is covering it on the War Room.
Mike Davis
Thank you, sir.
Colby
Thank you.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
I don't want to criticize.
Dr. Peter Navarro
Quite a memo. PeterNavarro.com is the gateway to everything I do. PeterNavarro.com to the substack, to all of the social media getter Truth X Instagram. And we got content coming out every day in. In all sorts of forms. You got a podcast, we got the video, 60 second videos, we got articles. So stay with me on that. Peternavar.com and stay with the War Room. Just keep hitting it, brother.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Thank you, brother. Fantastic. Great job. We're going to go back through your report again because it's just as revelatory today as it was then and you've been proven right. Thank you, sir. All right, brother Mike, Mike Davis, you're here for another topic. We're gonna get to that. Although they're inextricably linked, never before in the history of this country. Maybe only Eisenhower's farewell address where he warned against the, the military industrial complex has a president stood in front of the nation and actually said, hey, there are major parts of our government, I. E. The deep state, the intelligence apparatus, law enforcement, this converge to that that are only not only not working but are either working for enemies of this country or looking the other way. You have been at the tip of the spear in redefining back to the original concept of the, of the builders of this nation around the Constitution. About the Article 2 powers and the Article 2 powers of the office of the president. Last night on, on all the newscasts, they are following this to tear it down and go crazy because they are. Absolutely. And one of the guys in MSNBC said, you know, they've been preaching this, you know, he's got expanded powers as commander in chief and CEO but most disturbing, he's got these expanded powers they keep talking about. He's chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer. And like Trump's taking it seriously. Now, your thoughts about last night and what it shows particularly that this information was known and suppressed by both the intelligence and the law enforcement community.
Mike Davis
Sir, President Trump's speech last night was compelling. It was sober. It stuck to the facts. It presented compelling evidence that foreign governments have invaded our election systems. And it's clear you have Chinese, the Chinese have access to hundreds of millions of voter files. We have hundreds of thousands of foreigners on the voter rolls in just four states. We're talking millions and millions of illegal foreign voters on our, on our voter files across the country. There's no question that these foreign governments are influencing our, our elections. We saw this with Venezuela. There's evidence that Venezuela has access, controls voting machines. This is a, this is a major problem. As President Trump laid out very clearly last night. It was amazing to me that even before President Trump gave his speech, you saw these, these re, these so called mainstream reporters and outlets and other Democrat operatives trying to pre. But what President Trump was saying before they had any idea what President Trump was going to say because President Trump just declassified a lot of this material. So how the hell would these Networks like cbs, for example, know that, that what President Trump was going to say, read the document supposedly and said that President Trump was wrong. It's nonsense. I think the American people saw right through it. Thank God for Elon Musk, for, for purchasing Twitter and making free speech widely available to the world, because this would have absolutely have been suppressed. You saw the three networks, abc, NBC, cbs. These are, these are public broadcasters who are supposed to, they're on public airwaves and they're supposed to broadcast on behalf of, of the American people, on behalf of the public good. They censored the President's speech last night. They should lose their broadcast licenses. There's. There's no question about it. FCC Brendan Carr, Chairman Brendan Carr, who's an all star, should yank their broadcast.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
NBC and abc, at least CNN didn't do it either. But, but CBS did, I think, show parts of it. They did cut away, but they showed parts of it. I want to ask you, though, right there, you saw what's been disclosed is shocking in that you've got these intelligence agencies that has suppressed this information, knew about it, suppress it from not just the American people, but also the commander in chief. At the same time, you got Jack Smith, that's on offense. So this entire thing has been weaponized. It's been weaponized both to withhold information from the American people, particularly about these threats from foreign actors and from bad actors here in this country. At the same time, it's been activated to go after those people that are fighting this. In Jack Smith, however, we are seeing cracks in the system. I know. I actually know a lot of independence. I'm pretty shocked about what they heard about. And these are people that have been skeptical, like the liberals used to be skeptical of the CIA. They've been skeptical and they're saying, wow, this is big stuff. But yesterday we actually had a break in the wall of silence in the Democratic Party about Jack Smith and about, particularly what you've been harping on, which is the text messages and showing that Jack Smith, number one, did more, more illegal activity than we thought and then lied about it. And you're starting to see a break in the Democratic Party with Blumenthal. Can you explain all of that?
Mike Davis
Yeah, Jack Smith is a criminal. He should be put in prison.
John Solomon
He.
Mike Davis
He politicized and weaponized our justice system to go after Trump. One of the big reasons was Trump declassified, Crossfire, Hurricane, the Russian collusion hoax, and that's why they did the Mar A Lago raid. And then Jack Smith brought The prosecution in D.C. for President Trump objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count act of 1887 and the First Amendment. That's why Democrats didn't go to prison for objecting to Republican wins in 1968, 2000, 2000 for so many elections, 2016. But Jack Smith knew that he had to go on offense to cover up what the Democrats have done here. They, they are rigging and stealing elections. And President Trump's speech last night, where he's releasing evidence from, from the intel community, from the CIA, from the intel community, makes it very clear that Democrats are rigging and stealing elections. They, they knew there was a Chinese influence campaign in our election and they hid it from President Trump when he was back in the White House the first time. There's no question that the Senate has no more excuse. The Senate has when, when, when Senator Dick Blumenthal is now saying that Jack Smith is a problem because Jack smith spied on 48 or 44 members of Congress, including 24 U.S. senators, 20 House members, including the House speaker, the House majority leader. The number one, the number two, Jack Smith illegally spied on them and lied about it. He said he wasn't looking at the content of their communications. He was just looking at their toll records, their phone calls to, from the duration. They weren't looking at the content. It's very clear that Jack Smith was illegally spying on Republican members of Congress. It's so bad that even Dick Blumenthal, who is one of the most partisan Democrats in the Senate, is saying, we have a problem here. The dam is breaking for Jack Smith. He's going to go to prison. And then the dam is breaking for the Democrats because it's very clear now with Trump's speech that they are rigging and stealing elections and they're working with foreign governments like China to do it.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Yep. Mike, hang on one second. I just want to hold you briefly after the break to talk about Article 3 in the Save America Act. President made a big picture about it last night. Davis, Article 3 project and particularly the Save America Act. Look, the Save America act has got many great things in it. It should have been passed a long time ago. I just don't think you're going to see these old bulls in the Senate cooperate with us. And I think the voluntary program they've come up is just another gimmick that's never going to work. So I've got another alternative. But, but I understand we're part of our process and more is being revealed. So we'll hold that for the time being. But people need to contact their folks right now and let them know, as the President said last night, we got, it's the President's number one priority. Where do they go? What do they do? Mike Davis yeah.
Mike Davis
Our most crucial sovereign power and responsibility as we the people, the sovereign citizens of America, is to ensure that we decide who comes and goes, who becomes one of us. And that requires that we protect our election systems. We cannot have illegals illegally voting in our elections. And so the Save America act has the support of over 80% of Americans, including a super majority of Democrats, a super majority of minorities, and even a super majority of black Americans who Democrats pretend do not have the wherewithal to get an ID to vote like everyone else because they're trying to get their illegals to vote. It's very clear there are hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of illegal aliens illegally on our voter rolls. We need to stop this. So go to article3project.org take action. And the most crucial action item, in addition to supporting Todd Blanche as the next AG they'll be confirmed by August 6th. Is to tell both of your home state senators cancel August recess. Recess is for kids. Get the Save America act on President Trump's desk if they don't do that. I know you're talking about talking to Jeff Clark after this, start talking about impoundment. So thank you, Steve.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
Last thing, you agree with me that the defense lawyer for Jack Smith gave him a call last night and said, houston, I think we got a problem. I mean, this thing with Blumenthal is big. Correct?
Mike Davis
The dam is breaking on Jack Smith. When you, when you lose Dick Blumenthal, you are screwed. So, Jack Smith, lawyer up, buddy. As we've been saying for years, justice is coming. It is definitely, definitely coming. Jack Smith is going into a jumpsuit,
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
the Viceroy, on a Friday. Thank you, sir.
Mike Davis
Thank you.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
A better way to finish the work week. Colby, the Warren Posse is raving about the care and interests of your people, the knowledge of your people. They feel like they finally, because as you know from the situation with your mother, which inspired you to do this, this is something that really works people, and it gets them very disturbed because they don't know it's not just the out of pocket cost. They just don't know if they're in the right program. They don't know if they've gotten a program. It's going to be penalties. As your mom found out, she signed up for the totally wrong program and she spent time doing it. You've saved the Warren Posse a million dollars or more. But most importantly, getting them into the optimum program is the most important thing. And I've gotten tremendous feedback, particularly the way you guys walk people through the data and the perturbations and what's out there, but also are there for them and going to be there for them over the long haul. Talk to me about it.
Colby
Thanks for having me, Steve. Yeah, we're really proud to have saved the posse now over a million bucks, and that's just in a few weeks. But as you said, it's really about making sure people have an advocate and a trusted guide as they navigate this really complex and anxiety inducing process. The reason we're able to save people so much money is because the system is so, so rigged to prioritize the interests of insurance carriers rather than the individual's interests. So what we do is we look at a lot of data, a lot of plans, a lot of information, and we prioritize what's best for the posse rather than what's best for the insurance carrier. And that Allows us to find a ton of savings that other people just can't find. And it's allowed us to, to provide a really great service to a lot of people.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
So 845-war- Room is the hotline you set up. People love it. What? Just walk me through the initial process because getting people, if we get them there and get them into conversation, the rest of it will go very smoothly. It's making that hurdle like I'm embarrassed, I probably made a mistake or I just, you know, the inertia of just human life. Right. The waking sleep that so many people, you know, go through. So after we call 845-WAR-ROOM- what's the process?
Colby
Yeah, it's a very simple process. You call 845-WAR-ROOM, you get connected with one of our licensed Medicare experts. They will answer all your questions, walk you through the process. If appropriate, they'll sign you up for the right Medicare plan. And then once you're on a plan, we'll identify areas where you could be saving money on your prescriptions, making sure you have access to doctors who are in network for your plan and finding other ways to appeal bills and claims that may be overcharging you. And it's nothing to be embarrassed about. There are really no great experts who don't work in Medicare who understand the system. Even, even lifelong doctors don't understand how health insurance works particularly well. People who understand health economics don't understand the system. So there's really nothing to be embarrassed about. And that's why most people, you use a Medicare advisor and we'd love to
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)
support you and you can call. It's no obligation, it's free. 845 War Room Colby on a Friday. Thank you so much. Want people to pound into that today? Take care of it.
Colby
Thank you.
Host/Interviewer (possibly Stephen K. Bannon or a co-host)

Particularly now with overnight, we've gotten some updates on the CCP and what they're doing in artificial intelligence. And since we sell them all the high end chips, since we educate everybody here, which by the way, Desantis said it last night, given the revelations last night, every, every student in the country that's from the China, from mainland China has to, has to go home. Even. Even. And there are a lot of good kids there. I'm not throwing a blanket thing or they're not good people. But to come over here, you have to sign a, a document that says that you will give an update and basically act as an intelligence gatherer. It's just not acceptable knowing where artificial intelligence and cyber is going. Your home, which has 90% of your net worth plus every dream you've ever had is now more exposed than ever given the rudimentary system we have in this country for protecting titles. Title: Cracks In The System; Going After Jack Smith
Date: July 17, 2026
Host: Stephen K. Bannon (WarRoom.org)
Key Guests: Sen. Mark Warner, John Solomon, Dr. Peter Navarro, Mike Davis, Colby
In this consequential episode, Stephen K. Bannon and a group of guests dissect the latest bombshell allegations about election security, purported Chinese interference, and alleged "deep state" suppression of intelligence. The episode also pivots to criticism of Special Counsel Jack Smith, debates the prospects for voting reform in the form of the "Save America Act," and delves into claims about media censorship and voter data protection.
[00:00] Stephen K. Bannon opens by discussing a Trump administration notification to states regarding compromised election data by foreign actors, specifically naming China as a primary attacker.
[00:43] Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) offers a strong rebuke:
“You can buy these voter files… if you're going to be a statewide candidate, they're open to any entity.”
(Sen. Mark Warner, 02:03)
[03:51] John Solomon analyzes redacted documents:
[06:16] Bannon reads from Trump-era intelligence community documents that place greater blame on Russia than China for 2020 election interference:
“We were supposed to hear about China. Instead we have documents that say it wasn't China, it was Russia who interfered in 2020.”
(Bannon, 08:45)
“This is a declassified intelligence community assessment prepared by the Trump leadership in 2020… which says that the Chinese did not interfere in the election, full stop.”
(Jen Psaki, 10:18)
[11:40] John Solomon pivots to claims of media bias:
“If anyone in America thinks that the theft of 220 million American voter files isn't a problem, then you should go watch msnow.”
(John Solomon, 13:43)
Discussion between host and John Solomon over the difference between buying voter files commercially and a foreign hack:
“Why did the Biden administration not indict China for doing it to us when it's at a scale larger than any other country in history?”
(John Solomon, 17:36)
“That tells you the power of the deep state. When that woman writes, 'I'm running a shadow government to keep this election information from coming out,' that was her own words...”
(John Solomon, 19:37)
[20:38] Host & John Solomon:
[23:47] Dr. Peter Navarro asserts:
"If there's any state I can say with certainty was stolen, it was Georgia. And Ossoff and Warnock shouldn't be there anymore."
(Dr. Peter Navarro, 27:12)
“They censored the President's speech last night. They should lose their broadcast licenses. There's no question about it.”
(Mike Davis, 38:30)
[40:40] Mike Davis accuses Special Counsel Smith of criminal conduct, politicizing the justice system, and illegal surveillance of Congress:
"Jack Smith is a criminal. He should be put in prison... the dam is breaking for Jack Smith."
(Mike Davis, 40:40, 42:38)
“When you lose Dick Blumenthal, you are screwed. So, Jack Smith, lawyer up, buddy... justice is coming.”
(Mike Davis, 47:14)
The hosts and guests unite in urging listeners to pressure lawmakers to pass the Save America Act, especially mandating voter ID.
“We cannot have illegals illegally voting in our elections.”
(Mike Davis, 45:37)
Urges supporters to demand cancellation of Senate recess; frames inaction as betrayal of democracy.
The tone is combative, urgent, and partisan, with guests and hosts often positioning themselves as truth-tellers against widespread institutional cover-ups. Highly charged language is used, especially regarding the “deep state,” alleged election theft, and legal accountability for political rivals.
Episode 5523 of Bannon’s War Room channels the current of right-wing skepticism regarding the 2020 and 2024 elections into a series of explosive claims about foreign interference, bureaucratic obstruction, and judicial overreach. The episode provides a window into narratives driving the Republican base in 2026, focusing on the Save America Act, voter ID, and calls for accountability from both the intelligence community and special counsel Jack Smith. For listeners seeking to keep up with these developments, this episode crystallizes the rhetoric and justifications rallying much of the American right’s response to recent political controversies.
