Saudi Arabia, they're now involved in this thing.
B
What does this mean for the war?
A
Well, I don't think Egypt is involved yet, which is really an important kind of nuance here is, is that the Iranians don't actually know who struck a US LNG facility. It's not exactly a facility, a platform in Egypt. Egypt hasn't responded, and I don't think they will. I'm not sure Iran wanted Iraq. I don't think they wanted Egypt to respond. But this is part of a potential kind of horizontal and vertical escalation of what's going on. Right. That we're seeing more territory horizontally, more geography involved. But most of it is aimed at us and then also Saudi assets. But the kinds of assets are also changing. So we're seeing this vertical escalation in terms of not just US Military bases, but also this kind of logistics or energy facilities. And so we are seeing an escalation now. And again today, Iran has responded with attacks on Jordan and Kuwait. And so we're seeing this tit for tat, Kate. And you know, there's some big questions here because there's got to be an off ramp at some point. But the president now is deciding.
B
No signs of diplomatic progress. President Trump getting increasingly frustrated with this war that appears to be widening, opening up multiple fronts in this region. And overnight the US Intensifying strikes after Iran target Egyptian infrastructure for the first time in this conflict. Really underscoring how challenging it is going to be to get those diplomatic talks back on track. CENTCOM state saying in a statement that the U.S. central Command forces successfully completed a heavy wave of strikes against Iran in response to yesterday's attempted missile attacks on U.S. forces. CENTCOM assets they say struck dozens of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps targets in Iran, including military command centers, missile and drone facilities, coastal surveillance and defense sites, and maritime capabilities. Iran, meanwhile, says that the Strait of Hormuz is going to remain closed. And notably this comes after on Wednesday into Thursday, the US Teamed up with Saudi Arabia to launch joint strikes against Iranian proxies in Iraq. And notably, Saudi's Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman traveled to the U.S. for a brief visit, meeting with both Vice President J.D. vance and President Donald Trump. Now, according to sources who tell our colleague Jennifer Hansler over at the State Department, Saudi Arabia's assessment is that Iran is going to seek to create leverage through escalation. Of course, the Saudi stance is they prefer to see this de escalate. But Iran also still believes that it has political leverage over President Trump. With this war just three months away from the midterm elections. And that comes as it remains deeply unpopular with the American people. About 28% of respondents to a recent CNN poll approve of Trump's handling of this war. But many of the president's advisers want him to publicly show that he is focused on the economy. President Trump yesterday spending time revealing upgrades to Dulles International Airport instead.
A
This is something that, you know, all of us who are watching this closely have been saying for weeks now is that there doesn't seem to be a very clear off ramp. Someone has got to basically, I don't want to say capitulate, but has got to stop in order to get the negotiations back. But it takes two to tango. And I think what Iran is showing that, you know, they escalated during the pause, right? So we had this pause and then they did this surprise attack on Jordan. I think it was purposeful. I think it was to send a message that they, it happened when the president was meeting with Netanyahu in the Oval Office. And it happened when there are these discussions about what's going to happen to the Strait of Hormuz. And I think Iran is showing very clearly they have very clear red line on control of the Strait of Hormuz. Huge leverage. The Saudi Houthi issue is slightly separate, obviously connected. But the Houthis also have their own problem with the Saudis in terms of a blockade on Yemen that they are, they want broken. So now it's all coming together and in a couple hours, we're going to see the head of the Houthis give a press conference. And at that press conference, they are going to threaten to escalate some more against the United States, which they have not yet only been Saudi. But if the United States resumes full scale war against Iran, the Houthis say they're coming in and they're going to block the Bab El Mandeb Strait for everyone, not just Saudi ships. So again, more escalation is in the picture.
C
Thursday 30th July, your ruler 2026. I'll have more about the war later, particularly the expanding nature of it to the Red Sea into the, into the Suez Canal. Right. Our great allies, NATO, where art thou? I want to start though with John Solomon. We got John Solomon by phone. John, you put a story up, I don't know, like 6am this morning on just the news coming out of this kind of Bill Pulte dni, your task force at the White House. These revelations I never thought I'd see the day that I had all four major intelligence services agree on something, particularly about the Chinese Communist Party. Can you walk through what you guys have delivered?
D
You bet. I think it's such an important moment and it's a reminder that those legacy media reporters that every day live in their ivory tower telling us that they're the guardians of truth have actually been a naval blockade against the truth. You look at the coverage after the President's historic speech two weeks ago and, and you saw things like there's no non citizens really voting in elections. And the New Jersey governor comes out a couple of days later, 6,600 registered, 400 did. And we've known about it for a while. And they came out and said China didn't interfere in the 2020 election. And what the chiefs say in this statement today is that the assessments in 2020 may have said that, but it didn't include the information that we knew at the time that China had targeted our voter registration Data files, meaning 220 million of them is what they acquired through some of them were purchased lawfully, some of them were stolen, and some of them were hacked. The what the chiefs say today is the targeting of those files constitutes an act of election interference under the definition of the intelligence community has very specific definitions, but targeting voter files is considered an act of election interference. So the reporters relied on the 2020 analysis, even though the President provided evidence in this speech two weeks ago that that analysis was hijacked by, by people who didn't want the truth to come out. And the intelligence case came out today and said, hey, if you, if this had been put in there, the inference of their statement today is if we had acknowledged that we had this data and we knew that China was stealing, hacking and buying voter files, that in fact it would have been considered an act of election interference. And it is. So now that is an amazing knockdown of the media. And then there's one other piece of it that I think is important because the media went on right up to speech and no big deal, all China got were the commercially available files that anyone could buy. And the chiefs today say no to the contrary. As we tell you, these were hacked and stolen and they include non public data. In other words, they're not the commercial files. They are, they have data that only can be gotten through illicit means. Those three knockdowns are a direct response to a media that has been dishonest about the President's speech and the documents. And they're very helpful to the American public. They help the American public understand what the intelligence community currently thinks about the body of evidence. The final statement. Also for those who suggested that President Trump was relitigating the 2020 election or hijacking the truth, the four spy chiefs made very clear in their final bullet point of their fact sheet that the language that the president used about all the documents they personally approved as accurate today was a pretty big bitch slap of the mainstream media. It was really knocked down by the intelligence chiefs. And bravo for the intelligence chiefs for helping the American people get the truth around the mainstream media.
C
Look, the ability the Chinese Communist Party to hack it and manipulate it and then you've got the 250 to a 275,000 non citizen foreigners, whether illegal aliens are here, quote, unquote, legally on voter rolls in four states, which, you know, you extrapolate out to millions. Why is this not putting a fire under a John Thune in the Senate? I mean, this needs immediate. The effort of your task force has been monumental. The President is back of this. No matter how much the mainstream media try to denigrate it, it turns out that the chiefs, the intelligence chiefs understand what's going on here. Why, why don't we have the Save America act at the top of the agenda? Given the overwhelming evidence of not just historic voter interference, but the Chinese Communist Party could have, could continue to do this through other means.
D
Sir, I think the truth of the matter is it's the same reason we don't have a vote today on the Attorney General. Todd Blanche and the same reason that much of the President's agenda outside of the big beautiful bill hasn't been enacted. Why? Scores of bills that are 70, 80% popular with the American public and passed by the House die in the Senate. Because the Republican Party has elected a large number of Republicans. Enough of them who don't share the President's view, don't share the current American citizens view. They have their own view that doesn't jive with their own constituents. And they're allowing that view to be the guiding force of their votes. And so they're just blocking an agenda that a majority of Americans voted for, that their president is pushing through, that their own colleagues in the House passed. They have put personal interest ahead, personal political interest ahead of their country's interest. There's a small group, but they've been there for a long time. And you can take a look at the last two decades on Mitch McConnell's watch, on John Thune's watch, on Tom Tillis watch, the deficit has grown to an almost unsurvivable level. Though every two years, Republicans go out and say they're the guys who cut the budget. They haven't. They've grown it, ridiculously. They are the party that says that we want to fight Islamist terrorism, but then they want to undercut the President in attacking Iranian threats that are posing a threat to our troops in the region. They're the party that says we take China seriously and then doesn't do anything to really combat China. Threats that are emerging particularly related to our election infrastructure. The truth of the matter is, if the Republican base doesn't like the senators that are doing this, their only fantasy is to get rid of them and replace them. Because these senators have created a 20 year record that is anathema to the party's agenda. Compare the work of the Senate to the party's agenda. John Thune and Mitch McConnell own the largest deficits in American history. They own a failure to fix known vulnerabilities in the election system. They own enabling a big part of the Biden agenda that harmed America.
C
Amen.
D
They're just, they're not, they're not aligned with the party. They have an R next to their name, but their voting record is not quite the R that's in the policy documents of the party.
C
John Solomon, I know since it's classified and you're in charge of a declassification effort, we got about a minute. Can you just give us directionally, you were great on giving us a heads up on this. And it's turned out to be, I think, even bigger than we thought with the four service chiefs signing off about the ccp directionally. Where's the task force going?
D
We've got a little bit more to reveal on election integrity and vulnerabilities that still need to be plugged. We want to make sure that local and state officials understand that systems are as vulnerable as the CIA said in that assessment. And then we're going to pivot to some of the extraordinary abuses that occurred under the color of law at the FBI and inside the Intelligence Committee. There's going to be some crazy bombshells there over the next few weeks, but we'll begin to show how civil liberties were harmed in the name of law enforcement and how they were abused. And I think we will have a long, hot summer and maybe a long hot fall of revelations of just how bad the intelligence and FBI was during the Comey Ray era. Jim Jordan has it right. He said it to me a few times. We were wrong. It's worse than we thought. I think Jim Jordan is going to prove to be a prophet on that pronunciation.
C
I think we're going to have a long hot August cert. Where do we go for all your content? You're still allowed to be up on, have your show and be on and have your content where they go.
D
Yeah. Justin news.com the website J. Solomon reports of course is the handle on all social media. And today I have a fun post on how wrong the media was and how the spy Q statements knock it down. And I'm lucky enough to follow you every night on Real America's Voice at 6:00 real just the news, no noise, the TV show.
C
John Solomon, thank you so much. Honored to have you on here to kick things off on a Thursday.
D
Good to be with you, buddy.
C
We are packed today and I might even do a rant or two. We got a lot going on up at Capitol Hill globally. Also the 30 year treasury, highest number in 20 years. A 30 year jumbo. You want to get a mortgage through your jumbo. 6.9%. The 30 year is 5.2 but a jumbo is 6.9%. The 10 year, the number that drives your financial life, 4.7%. Big article day. But what the Republican Senate's going to do with the debt limit, they want to have another increase in the debt limit and want to tie it to some one of these must pass pieces of legislation. All the games they're playing on Capitol Hill, we ain't going to let them be played. John Cornyn, President Trump's best friend. Remember in Texas, remember what time we spent in Texas down there? Blocking Todd Blanch individually, blocking Todd Vance, Todd Blanche from if you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up folks and grab a pen, maybe even a number two pencil. Call 845-WAR room. That's 845-WAR room. Call it right now. I'm serious. Call it now. Here's why the insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off. Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print. Nobody but a lobbyist understands millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that could be you. That's why if you're already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at chapter. They have a team of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies. In under 20 minutes they can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost. Why? They're a data company. They have all the data on every plan. It's totally free. There's no pressure, no bs, just straightforward honest help from fellow patriots. So don't wait. Call 845 War Room right now. That's 845 War Room. Tell them Bannon sent you. Now listen, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the Warren Posse, Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars in these fees. Go check it out today. That's chapter call eight four, five War Room. Do it today. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band. Gertz is going to join us later. We're getting more into the CCP with Navarro and Gertz in hour two. Bill Gertz, the great Bill Gertz from the Washington Times, probably the best reporter, investigative reporter on all things ccp. We'll get into that. I'm gonna talk here. We're gonna have some issues on these veterans bills come up in a moment. Spending, the capital markets. It just doesn't have to be the Fed that raises interest rates, right? That, that, yes. That kind of the, was it the Libor and the fed funds rate, all that very important, don't get me wrong. And now there's a discussion about warships thinking about raising rates or at least, you know, they came out neutral yesterday. There's a lot of discussion, however, just the free market of the bond market is something do not take your eyes off of. I think this is also response. I mean, overnight we've had, I think, a major escalation of the war, at least geographically. And now the Houthis are, you know, threatening the Red Sea and the Suez Canal. And we've had no help from NATO. There's supposed to be a naval conference, I think today, member serves me correctly in London to discuss all this. But the war is expanding. The bills are sending up for the war. I mean, I don't see Saudi chipping in. I see Saudi doing some bombing runs, you know, great. Good on you.
D
I.
C
But I don't see Saudis writing a check. I don't see UAE writing a check. I don't see the Israelis writing a check. Netanyahu over here again with this handout, right? And the jamming, trying to jam this NDA through with 19. That's going to merge the two industrial bases, not the military, as anybody says. It's going to merge the military is incorrect. But it's going to merge the industrial bases. That will eventually, particularly in the categories they're talking about, drive that. So Birch gold now more than ever. I think you need to talk to Philip Patrick and the team. You need a still point in a turning world geopolitically, domestically in global capital markets. It's starting to spin like a fourth turning should. Take your phone out. Ban and b a n n o n at 989-898-talk to Philip Patrick and the team today. They got all types of methodologies of how to do tax deferred rollovers of your existing 401ks or IRAs. But more importantly, talk to them about gold is a hedge during times of financial turbulence and turbulence. We got folks, those numbers on the 30 and the 10 are not good news and going to have an impact here in life. This way. There's no free lunch. You keep pursuing a war like this, you keep pursuing a war like this and you're going to have particularly at $40 trillion. And the Senate's looking to play all kind of games as only the Senate can play on the debt ceiling. Remember, they gave a $5 trillion just a couple of years ago, which was outrageous. Well, we're going to hit up against that sometime next year. So I think you need to now look at gold as a hedge against times of financial turbulence. Check it out. Talk to Philip Patrick and the team. Jeff Clark. Jeff, I got you on here for a huge topic and that is Joe Biden. It kind of ties to Fauci about what are we going to do with all this horrible, horrible, horrible situation from the illegitimate Biden regime because the service chiefs are, the intelligence chiefs are signing off to essentially tell you it was rigged. Okay. The deep state's eventually going to come around after we banged their heads enough. We're going to get to Jeff Clark's got some big revelations on Biden. But I want to first start. Todd Blanche is the president's ag. We need to get the AG in there. But what galls me, it's being held by one guy, Cornyn, John Cornyn, who was Trump's best friend. He was the great, you know, I'm Trump's best friend. I spend, you know, I have overnights every other day in the Lincoln Bedroom before Ken Paxton blew him out in Texas. And now he's Trump's biggest enemy, as he always been and trying to block this. How outrageous is it to be blocking at judiciary with a guy like Cornyn even to get a vote on the floor of a guy trying to hold him hostage on, you know, whether it's the, the, the weaponization program or anything else he's made, he's got something about they're trying to hold up Carrie Lake. I think they pulled her from. From being confirmed as an ambassador for AIDS to Africa. Just your overall thought on a guy like John Cornyn, Jeff Clark.
E
Sure, Steve. Look, I don't understand why John Cornyn's essentially aligning himself with the Jamie Raskin view of the world in the House. Right. I mean, you know, it's the other party. I can totally understand why Jamie Raskin wants to kill any attempt to repay those who suffered from the lawfare during the Biden administration. But I don't understand why it's such a bugaboo for an ostensibly conservative Republican senator. It feels like he's upset about the fact that Trump endorsed Paxton as in the primary and that Paxton has won, and he's kind of engaging in payback. And I think that's petty. I think people would look back better on John Cornyn if he just did the right thing and voted to approve Todd Blanch and committee and then he went to the full floor and got confirmed. President Trump needs his fully confirmed attorney general. And if we look at how things work out on the flip side, I mean, the Republicans just seem to roll over for whomever Democrat presidents want to put in place. You know, Merrick Garland sails through and, you know, Todd Blanche, who comes out of the Southern District of New York, which the left otherwise seems to like, is a candidate that mainstream Republicans like John Cornyn should be approving. And I think it's very curious that he's trying to. To block him and extract a kind of pound of flesh and a pound of flesh that I don't think that Republican voters want him to try to extract. I mean, President Trump deserves some recompense for the fact that his tax returns were disclosed in terms of that case down in Florida. And I think people deserve compensation for weaponization. And so just doing backbends to try to stop those things does not seem like a very conservative Republican position. Stop, Steve.
C
And they bent over backwards, kind of get some rapprochement. But Cornyn is trying to be a big shot here. So we're going to get to about how we're going to light the phones up this momentarily. I want to do a reset here. The media, the three things kind of happening simultaneously that the mainstream media and forget they're going to be fair or whatever. They're the propaganda arm for the deep State, and they're the propaganda arm. They are enemies of the people because they support entities that are enemies of this nation, this republic. Number one, you just had the Service chiefs come out the, the, the President Trump's revelations about the stolen election of 2020. They're absolutely, you know, this is all nothing. Just totally dismiss it like they always have. Yesterday, Fauci, once again, Fauci, it was the war room. This is why we were banned on social media everywhere. It's the war room and a small handful of others that went after, you know, maybe Tony Lyons and Bobby Kennedy and a handful of these great, great sites that came up. Naomi Wolf and others. Fauci, hammer and tong every day about the liar and psychopath he was. Another one is these Biden tapes. And they really tried to sweep this under the carpet because of the explosive nature of it. Jeff, you've gone and done yeoman's work. I want you to take a second and walk us through because this hasn't gotten a lot of air. We remember when he had these tapes, it was a, with a biographer and it was supposed to be, oh, they don't want to show it because it may show he's got a bad memory or he had a couple of old man moments. That turns out not really to be the case here. There's a major national security issue regarding these tapes, sir.
E
Yes, Steve. And look, the Fauci issue and the Biden issue are intertwined because of the fact that there's the national security issue, which you want me to get into and we're going to get into next. But there are big gaps in his memory. It shows that he's failing and they still put him up for president. So it's not surprising when we get to his administration starting in 2021, that it's an auto pen presidency.
D
Right.
E
And the, and the, the, the pardon for Fauci is auto penned. That should be looked at very heavily. So that's a link between the two issues.
C
But look, before you, before, before you hang on, before you lose, isn't his lawyer basically implying that that's why I had him take the Fifth yesterday? That, I mean, otherwise, why even show up? You know, take, hey, look, I went to prison for it. But the Republicans are not going to be as tough and vicious as the Democrats. Fauci would walk. Why would he show. Why did they show up yesterday and take the Fifth? If he's got an auto pin. If he's got an auto pen pardon, why is he even dealing with this? I don't think the auto pen pardon is going to be. I would take him to court on everything, charge him with all the crimes, and then let a judge deal with it. I think the auto pin gets tossed out. Am I wrong there,
E
Steve? Look, I mean, I think they should try to do that because that's the justice that Fauci deserves. Right. You mentioned, you know, Naomi, you mentioned Robert Kennedy. Right. And that all ties to the Maha movement. I think the Maha movement really wants to see accountability for Fauci. So, you know, go forward with a case against him. Case or cases, and then he interposes the pardon. And then we see what the courts say, potentially all the way up to the Supreme Court. I mean, there's really only one of three outcomes. Either they decide the pardon is valid. Okay, well then you tried. Or they decide the pardon is invalid because they look behind it and they see that it was maybe not issued by Biden at all. Maybe it was issued by an incompetent Biden and therefore is very questionable. Or they say, look, we're just not going to look behind pardons at all. And they establish new doctrine about that. But we should have clarity in the law about that. I think the American people are not going to be happy with just giving Fauci a pass and, and not trying to probe into whether that pardon is, is really valid or not.
C
What I want to do is hold you. I want to get into this. I want to get into the national security issues of this because it's pretty explosive of what you have delineated for. So just hang on. Jeff Clark is with us. Mark Lucas is going to join us. Also we got Eric Metaxas is in Oxford. He's been there with Socrates in the city talking about the what the Inklings, C.S. lewis and Tolkien. Charles Williams and others are going to have him. Capital markets are exploding. Here's why they're exploding. One, there's geopolitical uncertainty. And that uncertainty, I think increases because it does not look like this war is going to end tomorrow. There's not like an off ramp they're looking for. For right now. I think the president is trying to get somebody in the among the Persians he can actually negotiate with. What does this mean for you? Plus the spending. The spending is going to have to be addressed. I know nobody on Capitol Hill wants to deal with it. Nobody in Washington wants to do it. The Democrats want to spend more and more and more and more. But that's going to hurt the purchasing power of the dollar. That's why we wrote into the dollar empire and started it five years ago when gold was eleven hundred dollars an ounce. Birchgold.com ban and end of the dollar empire get up to speed. On everything you need. Eight free installments all there for you. Ninth is coming momentarily as soon as I sign off on the graphics. Talk to Philip Patrick and the team. Today feels like our country finally has momentum again with our leaders fighting to restore common sense. America first. But we've seen this before. America needs every one of us in the fight and a big part of that means supporting companies that actually stand for our values. That's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile. They have consultants and advisors standing by right now. Take it's called Medicare without tears. How about that? 845-war- Room call today and talk to the folks at chapter Jeff Clark. Tell me why is it Jeff Clark and not, you know, legions of media types have done this. You've gone through the situation with his biographer, right? And they, they, they, they, they moved heaven and earth to keep us from getting to those tapes. Now we know why. It's not simply the fact that he's an aged, you know, he's, he's an old man with the beginnings of dementia. It's actually I think deeper than that. Walk us through what you found and I want to make sure we maybe even do a split screen and put Jeff's. Put Jeff's Twitter feed up there, sir.
E
Steve, look. Yes, there are major revelations about Joe Biden turning over classified information to Mark Zonitzer, his ghostwriter, for his biography. Promise me, dad. And that guy, Mark Zwaneser, was not cleared to get that information. So that's a clear violation of the Espionage Act. And Biden took these documents. You have to remember, we're talking about him giving these interviews to the ghostwriter in 2016, 2017. He took the documents going back to when he was senator and when he was vice president. He had no ability to declassify, and he had no ability to take these documents out of Senate skiffs or out of the West Wing or out of the old Executive Office Building. He just had no power to do that. And yet Robert her gave him a free pass, you know, which I find at this point is something that should be definitely revisited. I have a little spreadsheet up here to my left. Let me just take a glance at it and give you. And this is just maybe 15% of the spreadsheet to tell you the magnitude of classified information that's involved and why they fought tooth and nail. So February 10th, classified DoD information revealed extends for over two minutes. And I'll explain that in a second. February 16th, classified CIA and other national security information. April 10th, disclosure of DoD classified information. April 10th, again, disclosure of CIA national security information. April 24th, disclosure of classified DoD information. Again, the 24th, CIA information. The 24th, again, more CIA information. And the 24th, again, more DoD information. And so if you listen to the tapes, you're not going to hear that with exceptional clarity, because basically they redacted the audio tapes as well as the transcripts. So you just hear dead air during that time. But if you're careful and you're doing what we're doing, and we're kind of piecing together, looking at the transcript as well, the exemptions that DOJ cited when they redacted certain information. We can tell this is redacted because it relates to the CIA. This is redacted, it relates to DoD. So that's just all over these tapes and the transcript form of those tapes. And it was a crime for Joe Biden to disclose that. So it's a. You know, for. For Robert her to give Trump, I mean, give Biden a free pass based on the idea that he had a failing memory. He's not even looking at the right time period. Steve, the right time period is what was Joe Biden's state of mind when he left the Senate. What was Joe Biden's state of mind and took classified documents. What was his state of mind when he took documents that he didn't have the ability to keep with him to his residence when he was vice president? And we don't know exactly where his dementia level or his senility level was at that time. I don't really see that Robert Hur analyzed that. And the main thing for the future, because I know the audience wants accountability and this should be looked at by the current doj, is what Robert Hurd did in recommending that Biden not be prosecuted is not binding on the current acting Attorney General, Todd Blanche. It's not binding on President Trump. And President Trump's really the one who we've discussed many times. Steve actually wields all of the prosecutorial powers of the United States at the Justice Department. So this is.
C
They came after Trump and want to put him in prison because of things that didn't even matter. What's your recommendation? Hers also. This is another part of the fecklessness of the Republican Party. Her is a Republican, correct?
E
He is, but I think he's a Republican that Merrick Garland knew would play ball and knew would give this, you know, kind of the limited hangout, you know, once over treatment. And I also think, you know, maybe I'm being too conspiratorial, but I'll take one. One little inch out, step further and. And say it had the whole feel of a kabuki dance. So when her came out and said that, that Biden was, you know, a kindly old man with a poor memory, and so therefore he probably wouldn't be convicted in D.C. and no indication that they really thought about bringing charges against him anywhere else. And since he was a senator, et cetera, he's taking these documents to his residence in Delaware. That was at least another venue that they could have looked at prosecuting him in. You know, then Biden, you know, savages her and says, like, oh, I'm not incompetent. There's no evidence of that. There's no evidence of any national security classified information being disclosed. You know, and he was allowed to get away with that, even though we now know, since we have the tapes and the transcripts, that Biden was completely lying. That's all over these documents. They tried to cover it up by having Biden intervene in our case at the oversight project to block disclosure of the documents, saying was all about family privacy, Steve, that it was the equivalent of a family diary that Joe Biden has A privacy interest in the sound of his own voice, which is about the dumbest legal claim I've ever heard in which the D.C. circuit on appeal raised their eyebrows about is something that didn't make any sense. So that was all like a cover up operation and it's disgraceful.
C
Okay, what are you recommending? What are you advocating to Todd Blanche and DOJ and the President to do? What course of action do you believe is appropriate?
E
Sir, I think they need Steve to go back and look at and they have the unredacted forms of these things right now. We and the public, the American people just have the redacted versions. They can look at how serious the information is that was national security protected, that Joe Biden just blabbed out to his uncleared ghostwriter. And I think there's a criminal case there. Then I think they need to look at where would they bring that criminal case. And then they need to totally reassess hers idea that in lawyers terms Joe Biden didn't have the requisite scienter.
D
Right.
E
The evil criminal state of mind because he was senile. Because again the issue isn't was he senile in 2024 when Robert her interviewed him? The issue isn't was he seen even exactly when he was sitting down with Zwanetzer the ghostwriter. The issue is what was his state of when he illegally took and retained those documents. That is the main state of mind. And I want to know what evidence there is about that. If he didn't have mental problems back then, he clearly had the scienter to commit criminal acts. And I think he did.
C
Are you saying we target her and then to get to Biden or are you saying that also Biden, the former president with these phony auto pen. Because the auto pen things are completely phony. That we also should go after Biden for what he did on national security here?
E
No, I'm talking about going after Biden. I think that's the main issue. I think you know Robert, her giving Biden a free pass for reasons that I think are really inexplicable without you know, doing a downtown job to penetrate into the right time period of Joe Biden's state of mind.
C
How, how, you know, how would you recommend. This is a big bite. I love it. But how would you go after. Because you know how gutless the Senate is in the United States. How would you, how would you go about going after Biden? What would be your recommendation to Todd Blanche to do this? To execute on this?
E
Sure. Look again I'd look at bringing a grand jury in in Delaware. And I would look at what evidence there is of exactly when the relevant classified documents were taken by Joe Biden, which I don't think we have any information about at this point.
F
Right.
E
We just know that in 2016, 2017, he had them. And he tells his ghostwriter, oh, I found the cache of classified documents at my house right in the garage. But, you know, how far back does that go? And what was his state of mind then? And then I would do an analysis of the likelihood of bringing a successful criminal prosecution in an available venue using the right state of mind. Time period.
D
You.
C
You are recommending. I just want to make sure. Because, Clark, you're a highly respected guy and particularly in the MAGA movement. I know the Justice Department and the president thinks very highly of you. You know, you're now over with the Judicial Watch guys. I just want to make sure I got this clear. You're, you're, you're advocating, you're advocating right now that you believe that Todd Blanch, the guys at Main justice, working with the U.S. attorney in Delaware, impanel a criminal grand jury in Delaware and start to bring a case against Joe Biden.
E
Yes. And look, there's far more of an ability to do that than the Jack Smith, you know, hyped up grand jury that he brought in D.C. and then he transferred it down to Florida because that was the proper venue, you know, and you don't need to use a special counsel for this, Steve, like the people at Main justice, the people in the relevant U.S. attorney's offices, they could work on doing that. I think it should be looked at very seriously. And, you know, there'd be resistance from the career people from the, from the kind of deep state inside justice about this because they would say, well, the special counsel, Robert her. He looked at this. Look, Robert Herr is not the equivalent of the finger of God coming from, you know, the mountain, writing the Ten Commandments. Right. Whatever he does can be revisited. And I think based on these revelations, it shows that they should be revisited. They should be revisited starting yesterday.
C
Jeff Clark, where do people get you and your Twitter feed, every your website, what you're working on? People want to keep up to date with this, and we're going to follow up on this big league. And this is inextricably linked to the corner situation, which I will get to in a moment. Where do people get you, sir?
D
Sure.
E
So I am at. My main feed is X. Jeff Clark, US that's also getter. And then I Have truth Social real Jeff Clark and then the Oversight Project and our Doc Depot which you can access from the Oversight project contains the transcripts now and the audio tapes. That's itsyourgov. Its Y O U R G O
C
V Steve, by the way, was oversight. Judicial Watch and Oversight are my two favorites. That's right. For I let you go on the Oversight Project. The great work you guys are doing there. We missed the Supreme Court the 25 days to refile anything of birthright citizenship. Was that a strategic, was that just a miss or is that a strategic decision? Your thoughts?
E
I don't have any inside information about that but I will say that it's, you know, the Supreme Court hyper, hyper rarely grants reconsideration. So that would just be kind of, you know, showing the colors waving, waving the flag. I don't think it would change anything. I'm much more interested in things like Senator Banks bill to actually try to fix this problem through legislation.
C
The Haitians, they're not out of Springfield right now. Real quickly, your thoughts on the Haitians about getting them on a bus, getting them on planes and getting them back to Haiti.
E
You know all these people who had temporary protected status, they need to go back. The Supreme Court has spoken. And these district judges, Steve, need to get the heck out of the way.
C
Thank you, sir. Look forward to having you back. Mike Howell and the team over at the Oversight Project, thank you so much. Mark Lewis, we're going to talk about the veterans in a second. Cornyn wants payback and revenge for his disastrous end to his political career in Texas. Getting thumped by Ken Paxton. After spending $225 million destroying the grassroots movement and Ken Paxton in the process and making this fight against Talarico all that much more difficult, Paxton is going to win, but it's going to be a, it's going to be a struggle because he had $225 million of negative ads put on top of him by Cornyn. He's made a determination. As Todd Blanch this is holding up all types of investigations and work that main justice could be doing that we need done to move with urgency for the good of this republic. Cornyn, your time is over. Your day is over. The president's met you more than halfway. You know you're not going to sit there and make the president states a supplicant not going to happen. And people in Texas, I'm telling you, this is what happens when you get a guy like that. Remember, he's Trump's best friend. Oh, I'm the best friend he's ever had. Asleep in the leak in the bedroom. Every other night I'm with him for border protection, anti ism. All of it a lie. You can see the lie right now. So make sure you go fire up on corner and say enough is enough. Back off Todd Blanche and get a vote at judiciary. And let's move on today and get Bill Blaster. It's reason that it's been downloaded by so many people. The numbers are crazy because Grace and the team built something that's so easy for you to use. Bill Blaster. Mark Lucas, I want to get you on here first. I want to get a serviceman your thoughts about Dr. As you saw it yesterday, as a vet and a guy that defended his country in uniform, what were your thoughts about Fauci? What kind of relationship do you have at the hands of Dr. Fauci?
F
It was great to watch Dr. Fauci squirm underneath those bright lights. To be held accountable for the actions he took. And what he did, along with President Joe Biden and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, had an incredibly adverse impact on the military. You know, I refused the COVID 19 vaccine and I was sat down and I was formally counseled. I was called insubordinate for refusing an unlawful order. And I was even forced to watch a COVID 19 CDC propaganda video as a part of my counseling that we knew was false. Half of those claims were already proven to be untrue and we lost so many service members or recruiting numbers took a hit. But I also think about those pilots that were adversely impacted by the vaccine, the heart irregularities. Think about the national security risk by grounding so many pilots. So I believe that Dr. Fauci should serve life in prison for what he did.
C
You're pretty. You don't come on here with your hair on fire. You actually believe, as I do, that Fauci should be sentenced to a federal prison, probably Leavenworth, and serve out the rest of his life there. Die there.
F
I believe that Dr. Fauci will go down in world history as one of the most evil men who ever walked the face of the earth. And he deserves life in prison. Absolutely. And as a husband and as a father, to see what my kids had to endure based off all of his lies and himself enriching himself. You know, Senator Hawley had an incredible line of questioning that just really called Dr. Fauci out on the carpet. So I believe that life in prison is an easy way out for Dr. Fauci.
C
Mark, help me. I'm confused about this veterans bill. We have such a vast audience of veterans that watch the show. Tell me what's going on here. And I kind of, I don't understand why this thing's just not got more momentum and sailing through, sir.
F
Well, VA Secretary Doug Collins has been a complete and utter disaster for veterans. Meanwhile, President Trump has been the greatest president by far in modern day history for our veterans. And Doug Collins is undermining President Trump's top legislative priority, which is the Take Care of America's Veterans Act. This bill is extremely popular. It will help save veterans lives. And Doug Collins, as reported in Politico, is undermining the White House, Speaker Johnson. He's advocating against this bill. And now we're going to kill precious floor time after the August recess because Doug Collins has not forcefully talked to House members to tell them about how great this bill is. And meanwhile, Doug Collins is down in Florida yesterday at a military museum when the Senate was debating this bill. What this bill will do is help codify President Trump's historic victories for veterans that Steve, you and I saw in his first term, which was the VA Accountability act and the VA Mission Act. The Take Care of America's Veterans act contains the Veterans Access act, which will give veterans choice in health care.
C
Hang on, my brain's hurting. If we can grab that political article, I want everybody to read the political article because it kind of laid out, Help me out here. We've got a president that puts veterans first, has done more for veterans than any other president, and he's obsessed with this whole tangle in the VA and how you make it better. You've got this bill that's working and veterans love it, pushing it. And yet Doug, who wanted to be the VA head, right, and we got him in, everybody supported him. Why is he fighting it? This is what I don't understand. Why is Collins fighting the very bill that President Trump and the Trump team wants and the veterans want?
F
Sir, the worst kept secret at the VA is that Doug Collins wants to run for Senate in Georgia in 2028, and he views any VA reform that could be controversial as being harmful for his potential race down in Georgia. And he is being held hostage by these VA bureaucrats. There's over 300,000 union members at the VA and this is the same stuff that we dealt with in Trump's first term. That the Democrats leverage the labor unions. They say that any type of reform will help, will hurt veterans. And Doug Connells is falling for that when instead he should lean in. I pulled this veteran legislation with Rasmussen. I took it to the White House, I took it to the VA. I briefed VA Secretary's Chief of Staff. I said VA Choice has over 90 approval with the American people. And this bill that Trump is promoting contains the Veterans Access Act. And we find that Veteran voters are 75% more likely to vote for a candidate supports this bill. So not only is secretary, not only is he not doing the right thing for veterans, but Secretary Connells is also harming House Republicans in vulnerable districts that want to pass these bills to help veterans.
C
Hang on one second. I'll hold you through. We've got Metaxas at Oxford, Navarro at the White House and Bill Gertz about China. All next in the war room. Episode 5553 delivers a barrage of claims and accusations concerning foreign interference, government cover-ups, bureaucratic sabotage, and political infighting, with war developments providing an ominous backdrop.
