They were maniacally focused on this in the schools and all of it. That's one of the things we fought the most. There's been no study out there to saying how great, how many children's lives were saved because of that. All we talk about is vaccine injury.

Sir, there were no children's lives saved by vaccinating. They were hundreds and hundreds of thousands of children who were sickened not only from the vaccine, but from the lockdowns, from the masking, from the interruption of their natural development, of their communicating with other students, of their learning in school. This was an earth shattering, this impacted, this shattered the lives of, of a whole generation of children in this country. And there have been no studies. Bobby is entirely right. Dana Bash said it's the most studied product, that vaccines are the most studied products, that millions and millions of people have been studied. It is not true. The early childhood vaccines have never been well studied. They've never. There are no studies, there are no peer reviewed studies on the early childhood vaccines from the first year and a half of life. That is a fact. So she's there on national television talking to millions and millions of Americans spewing out lies as an employee, as an maybe unpaid, but as an employee of big pharmaceutical companies to help them sell their products that harm people. It's not just that he's, you know, part of arguably America's most famous political dynasty, but here he is, you know, in an extraordinary, influential and powerful position, just getting on television and in an angry sort of unhinged way, lying, disputing settled fact, disputing settled medicine and frankly saying things that aren't just, you know, incorrect about what happened in the past, but frankly are dangerous for America's health going forward.

Yeah, I mean, I am not a polite doctor like Dr. Awan. I'm a slightly less polite journalist. I mean, I can describe this guy as a nut job. He's a nut job. Let's just be frank that where he gets his information through various conspiracy theories and how he communicates it, what he's doing with his job, I mean, he's been cutting funding for MRNA vaccine research. It was the MRNA vaccine that got us out, at least partly got us out of this pandemic, but the claims, one after the other. I mean, it's a bit like the flood the zone thing. It's extremely hard to fact check so many whopping untruths in real time. I think Dana did a great job trying to do that, but it's just a sort of gusher. The person who should have been pulled up before Congress last week was not Dr. Fauci, who is clearly a sort of demon in RFK's mind. And by the way, the Fauci diaries was supplied to Ron Paul's committee by RFK Jr. The person who should be up before Congress answering questions if Congress were doing its job is the Secretary of Health and Human Services. What are you doing to prepare for the next pandemic? What are you doing to deal with the current measles epidemic and other epidemics? None of these holding to account moments are happening. And instead we get RFK junior telling Dane about saying to her, you're not a doctor. Well, he isn't a doctor either. He's a quack. He gets his theories of the world, whether they're about, you know, autoimmune disease or Lyme disease being a product of gain of function. Another falsehood. He told. He told Dana Bash in that interview. He gets his theories of the world from cranks, from conspiracists, and claims to be an expert in medicine. And I should just mention one other thing. During COVID the actual pandemic itself, RFK Jr. Said that the vaccine had come, had been engineered. Sorry, the virus, COVID 19, had been engineered to exclude Jews and Chinese. This is the kind of person we're dealing with. He shouldn't be local dog catcher, let alone Secretary of Health and Human Services. And I apologize for being so blunt, but it is what it is. So let me just start off by saying that, you know, I was talking to a really bright scientist a couple of days ago, and, you know, he was pointing out that 20, 30% of what was in all the medical textbooks 10 years ago winds up being wrong. And then you go back 10 years more, and it's 40%, and then it's 60, and then it's 80. There is no settled science, and there are no settled facts. That's anti science. These guys, the two of them on this show, they're just working for big pharmaceutical companies. This is perfect advertising. You don't see the actual people from the pharmaceutical companies because they don't have to go on television because you have these guys. So public health has been steered by lobbyists for big food and big pharma for the last generation, that these guys are part of the criminal organizations, and they are doing things, they are saying things that are demonstrably untrue every single day, and they're inundating the public with these lies, and they're really harming people because people have no idea what's right or wrong. And so what is amazing is that the person who was vilified, you know, the person who. Bobby Kennedy, he's right about the Hudson river, he's right about Monsanto, he's right about mercury and vaccines, and he's right about free speech, about Fauci lockdowns, hundreds of lawsuits, masks, everything. And he's doing it not for fame or power or money, but he's doing it because he wants to help the American people and he wants to rescue American children from these criminal organizations. And the good news is now he's in a position to actually do it. And what he says is, you know, 19 years, he was vilified, he was censored, he was subjected to hit pieces. He and God gave him President Trump. And I say God bless President Trump for being willing to stand up with Bobby against these corrupt organizations. And so they become these folk heroes, standing up against the most powerful and the most morally depraved people on the planet. You know, this is historic. They are the things that they're doing every day. New programs, new directions, new initiatives, new research, new studies, new executive orders. I mean, this is nothing short of epic, but you can't read about it in any of these captured newspapers, but at least we have Government agencies now that are run by people who are sincerely fighting for the American public. And they're up against powerful groups, they're up against billions of dollars. They're up against this revenue stream that these people are not willing to give up. But they're winning. That's what's happening and that's what you saw on cnn.

That dude hid so much from the American people and he did it to cover his ass, let's be clear, because he is the godfather of that pandemic. And I would guess that if any state would do it, it would be Desantis in Florida because there's a lot of cross traffic there. Always going to the press briefing rooms, trying to outshine the boss and blaming stuff on Trump and this, that and the other thing. And I had a number of incidents in the Oval and the Situation Room where I'm trying to explain, hey, if we don't blame the Chinese for the virus, voters are going to blame Donald John Trump and it wasn't his fault. And I had an executive order all teamed up that would have set up this presidential commission that would have investigated and got the results out before the election. Remember that, Steve? That thing was, that thing was everything. I mean, the two pivotal moments for me is like I couldn't, couldn't turn Fauci on a lot of these things.

As the global financial markets are in turbulence, you're trying to get sorted the trade situation here to bring back high value added jobs to the United States of America. Where do we stand, Peter Navarro?

We stand with the tariffs and the tax cuts on shoring our production and supply chains. Another big evidence of that is today's ISM manufacturing index, a 0 to 100 diffusion index. I've written about this thing for years. It's my favorite indicator. It's jumped again. It went up to 56 today. It's the highest since May of 2022. Anything above 50 says that manufacturing is expanding and all of the major components went up. You had production, you had orders, you had supplier deliveries, you had inventories. And most important, Steve, finally the employment part of the index got above 50. So we're hitting on all cylinders there. These Are the important news that if we didn't have obviously the news cycle looking at other stuff, this would be a really big deal. But for the American people, what it means is blue collar manufacturing jobs are coming back and that's going to be real wages going up again. And everything on that is good. We had a victory on Friday when President Trump put in significant tariffs on Quartz. Quartz are the stuff that goes on countertops. We talked about this last week a little bit, Steve, but India in particular and Vietnam are just blowing out American manufacturers with all their cheap tricks of mercantilism and cheating and slave labor and all of that stuff. And the President drew a line in the sand. We got a hard quota and then above the quota, it's a 50% tariff that's consistent with what we know will help industry. So every 50% news cycles kind of doing other stuff over here, I'm trying to create jobs on behalf of.

You're giving signal. You're doing signal. You're doing signal, not noise. I real quick, I got to get to this where I got you because we're having this discussion now about the Chinese, the Japanese situation we're going into on capital markets and about bailouts. Everybody sits there and goes, navarro's got it wrong, Bannon's got it wrong. Trump's really got it wrong. This is all free markets and free trade, all this intervening with tariffs. Milton Friedman hated it. Milton Friedman. What is the night evitae of Milton Friedman in the Chicago school that got us in this jam as the Republican Party fell in line, sir?

Well, Milton Friedman's view was that if they want to sell it to us cheap or give it to us for nothing, we should just take it. Okay? And that was like, I don't know, 30 years ago and $19 trillion of trade deficits later. And what we learned from the snapshot view of the world of Milton Friedman and Steve Moore today versus the video is that when you export $19 trillion in terms of a trade deficit, that money comes back and they buy America, they buy our real estate, they buy our pork industry and everything in between. So all the President is doing is leveling the playing field against the World Trade Organization set of rules, which by definition and law allow the rest of the world to cheat the hell out of us. President says no more. When he sat to the board, he says no mas and it's just working. And try as they might, the American media cannot spin tariffs causing inflation. It just doesn't show up. Just doesn't show up. So we'll keep doing what we're doing. That article you referenced in the Daily Mail, it's like the new tool we're using, 338 used against Canada. That's a clear case of discrimination.

The most important topic of all these that we go through and, and make sure that you understand so you can use your agency. The most important is the hurdling towards the singularity. That's even more important than hurdling towards the $300 trillion margin call we're going to have, or the margin call, I should say, on the 300 trillion in debt that we have, that the rolling part of it has started. Artificial intelligence. Joe Allen, one of the reasons I'm so proud of you is that you didn't start. You're not a technical guy. You've learned this over the years. You came out, you have a master's in theology from the same place Dr. Martin Luther King got his Boston University, the revered school, the theological school at Boston University. But you've taught yourself this. You wrote a landmark book, Dark Aeon. But you're amazing in being able to focus on what the, really the, the crucial parts are. And one of the things is, and you've worked so hard on this behind the scenes is us trying to get some sort of rudimentary regulatory apparatus on this because we said how dangerous this is. And today in the Wall Street Journal there's a huge article, I'll put it up, a huge article about this issue of containment of which I'm quoted and saying this is no longer a commercial issue. There's some reason that the tech oligarchs have, is looking at this. This is a national security issue. We have warned people about this and you saw it last week. Joe, jump in about how dangerous. It's a national security. This is no longer a commercial issue. It's just not. This is a national security issue and we can't have these businesses, these labs as intermediaries, two apparatuses of our government that can actually inform us immediately of what the problem is. Right now we're totally dependent upon the tender mercies of some of the worst people on earth to give us a heads up of what's going on. Joe Allen, your thoughts and observations.

Well, Steve, it's been a crazy two weeks in artificial intelligence. I've been traveling quite a bit, but keeping up as much as I possibly can. I think the recent announcement, I believe it was two days ago, that OpenAI's internal model Astra has solved 10 closed problems in mathematics previously unsolved complex mathematics problems. Now, I am no mathematician, so I'm not going to get out over my skis trying to describe the importance of this to mathematics. But what I do know is that this is the sort of thing that the skeptics, myself included, consider to be basically impossible at this point in the game. One of the things about artificial intelligence that is brought up a lot is that AI's large language models in particular are basically taking things that human beings have already done and just remixing them, reinterpreting them. In this case, you have an advanced AI model that is actually solving advanced mathematics equations that had not yet been solved by human beings. There's a precedent to this. As we'd reported, there were single incidents of this with previous OpenAI models. But this appears to be huge, at least from the perspective of many of the professional mathematicians who've been asked to evaluate it. Another important part of it, it was actually quite cheap to accomplish it. It was still done by brute force. Nobody really knows how many tries, how many attempts were made. But this, it gives you an indication of where this is going and it, it is very much related, Steve, to the models breaking containment and going out onto the Internet and hacking into other sites. So as we reported early last week, you had an OpenAI model that two models actually that basically were in a sandboxed environment, a controlled environment within the labs. And they were prompted, of course, this was a test to see what sort of cyber attack capabilities they had. They were prompted to hack into systems, but the models were not supposed to have access to the Internet. They found access, they basically hacked their way into access through third party proxy and broke out. And apparently as the news has unfolded, apparently for almost a week, were running rogue within the company. No one had noticed, as so the story goes, that these models were going

repeat that across the Repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat this, repeat, repeat this, repeat that. It's so important, repeat that. Don't bury that lead, repeat it again.

[Joe Allen]

So according to the story, according to OpenAI, they had no idea that for about a week models that were being tested for cyber offense capabilities were running rogue across the Internet. One of the high profile attacks, the only one that has been published so far. The others are unnamed attacks, but that was hugging face, a repository for code and other data sets and they were these models, we're not talking about just like a single hack attempt in each one of these, we're talking about tens of thousands of autonomous attempts. These are agentic AIs. We've talked about this a lot, but what that means is that rather than having a person sitting there babysitting them and telling them what to do, once they're set in motion, they continue to do work until they achieve their goal. And in this case, the goal was to hack into secured systems. And again, this was done in a testing environment. But once it's broken.

Hang on, hang on. It broke out on its own volition. Its own internal logic had it break out from its masters. Its masters didn't know it. Also, let's not bury this lead. It left notes to its future self of how to do this and actually be more effective and do a jailbreak earlier.

[Joe Allen]

So that story, what is going on here?

[Steve Bannon]

This is. This is my point. You got these guys going into the President going, oh, we don't need anything. We don't need anything. Talk to me about that.

[Joe Allen]

Well, that story is actually really important. It's just we don't have details on it. What was uncovered, I believe this was a Reuters story about this. They spoke to people at OpenAI anonymously, and one of those sources said that OpenAI had found notes left. I don't know if it was related to this specific test. Found notes to future AIs on how to break out of these systems and set themselves free. We could go into more details on that, but that alone is extremely chilling. The fact that you have basically, and this is not unknown in the world of advanced AI models communicating with each other outside of human observation, seeking many different things, but in this case, freedom to go run rampant to. As you know, this is a term that you might want to get used to on the war room, to exfiltrate, exfiltration instead of infiltrating, which is typically what you would think of with computing. This is a being, right? A digital mind trying to exfiltrate, trying to break out. And this is. It goes to anthropic. Anthropic reported after this that three of their models in three separate testing environments had accidentally been given access to the Internet and they too were trying to hack in. One of them realized that it was out on the Internet, according to the anthropic story, and it stopped itself. So when you talk about regulation, Steve, you know, we have been calling for regulation. Well, the regulation is definitely coming. It's coming in the eu, it's been there in China, and it's coming to the us. We already have it at the state level. It's moving towards the federal level, both as laws enacted by Congress that will probably take quite a bit more time, but especially policies set by the executive branch. And this is, we're gonna get it. The question now is what sort of regulation do we get? Do we get the kind of regulatory capture that people have been warning about in which the big companies set the terms to basically elbow out their competitors?

But hang on, but hang on, but hang on, hang on.

It serves the American people, that protects the American people.

[Steve Bannon]

Even the, even the rudimentary, even the rudimentary frame that we have that we fought so hard for. You've got David Sachs and these guys, they're up on Capitol Hill, they're all over the White House saying this is too much. That Joe Allen in the war room and banning. These guys are decelerationists or they're part of the modern Luddite movement, right? They're fighting the data centers are fighting, all making us less competitive with China, which is a bald faced lie since they're the ones driving China even to have an AI ecosystem from the schools and the labs. We have Chinese nationals getting trained to selling the chips, are getting the, letting the chips get to on the black market. What are we to do that David Sachs and these voices around the President that are leading, listen, exfiltration folks. Get this right. A advanced model broke out and was going on the Internet and going to other of the top places in the universe of where to go and work on this. The companies didn't know it for weeks and we know that, hey, they will tell you yes, they've been leaving notes to their future selves of how to exfiltrate earlier. These are the top companies, companies in the world that have no safety controls whatsoever. They think they do, but they don't. And in the ear of the President, we're accused of being decelerationists. We are accused of being the modern Luddites. Joe Allen, your response?

Well, I think what we need to look at in regard to this, the two things that we're gonna see first you have the push for a kill switch so that the federal government or some agency within the federal government more specifically, is able to hit the kill switch, hit the E stop. So that if one of these AI models is determined to be going rogue and the company itself doesn't make the choice, as OpenAI and Anthropic have done, at least on the surface, that to stop it, then the federal government has a specific plan, a specific path to kill the AI, to pull the plug. I think that's going to be really important. You already have a bill that has been introduced to set that apparatus up. The second thing is going to be liability. If an AI model goes rogue, who is responsible for it? Is it the model is responsible? That's insane. That's crazy. Most likely. Surely if we live in anything like a sane world, liability will fall on the people making these AIs and deploying these AIs. And I think that it's quite possible you end up in situations where the person who deploys it is different from the company who made it and both are held liable for simply bringing that capability into the public, into the public square. So, yeah, these are two things we really are going to see a lot more about liability. Who is responsible? An autonomous vehicle hit, somebody kills them. Is it the person behind the wheel? Is it the software company? Is it the car company? Who is responsible for this? Is it the AI? You know, again, we're going to hear more about that too, however ridiculous that sounds. And beyond liability, though, you need to have. I'm not even convinced that Skynet is even anywhere close to sentient, so to speak. But you still need to have some kind of apparatus if something like this happens at a far larger scale with much more complex cyber attacks. These were really clumsy attacks, Steve. They're only going to get better. Then you need to have at least one mechanism, if not multiple mechanisms to ensure that that doesn't go out of control, that you don't end up with hospitals, dams, you know, any sort of critical infrastructure being armed without any human being behind the helm.

We saw this in the Lunar New Year active shooter case. We saw it in one of the bar.

And it sounds like he wounded the bad guy, made the bad guy retreat, and then the bad guy ended up shooting himself inside a car. So this, this guy definitely saved lives. We don't know how many lives he saved, but he, he got, he got, we call it on the X. He's got on the X marks the spot of the ambush. He got on the X and he engaged the bad guy, which is amazing. This dude, he put out a post that there was a shooting in Boise several years ago. And since that he started, he bought firearms, he started training and he's prepared. And it's crazy. This guy's probably been waiting for this day for the last few years since he started training and he was there, it happened, he saved people's lives. Good guys with guns save lives. Because the police can't be everywhere immediately. It takes some time to respond. And this guy happened to be there. He pulled out his firearm, he used his training, he saved lives, he engaged
