Monday 18 May Urvalor 2026 okay, we got a lot to get to. We're going to go to do this press conference in San Diego on this attack on this, this situation at this Islamic center. We're gonna go there momentarily. Sally Grubb so we're gonna have Cleta and Garland Favorito, I believe, tomorrow morning, to talk about this. Right now. Sally Grubb, this secret bunker that you, as a member, one of the five people in the Georgia Election board, which is, you know, shocking. There's five people, you all have a fiduciary responsibility. They're not letting you go there. What actions are being taken? Are you suing to get access? Are you calling on the federal government to get U.S. marshals to come down and have you go into the center? I mean, what is the state of play?

So, Steve, at this point, we do have some people that have stepped up to file an emergency motion for temporary restraining order and an interlocutory injunction. There is an 11th district congressional candidate Chris Mora, Cobb Commissioner Kelly Gambrell, and then state Senator Greg Dolezal, who's running for lieutenant govern, who have filed a petition. And of course, we have to file that in Fulton county, or they had to file it in Fulton county against the Secretary of State. So there is an emergency action that has been filed requesting for relief and a TRO that was filed today in Fulton County Superior Court. And of course, you know how things go in Fulton County. There are judges that have to be on standby for election issues that do come up. So we'll see what happens with this action that's been filed. I know you'll have Garland on and Cleta in the morning, and they'll be able to provide an update for tomorrow. But as it stands right now, this action has been filed. I know that state Senator Greg Dolezal would be available for comment as he is one of the petitioners on this case, which, you know, we can make happen. But the bottom line is, Steve, that we shouldn't have to go through all of these actions just to have oversight of the process. Everything should be done and available in public. I do know that at this location they other things available like Georgia Power in case there's a power outage. But there's also the vendor who is doing the aggregation of the votes where the counties upload the. Upload the results to with enhanced voting. Enhanced voting also, you know, had done the audit. They're auditing their own work previously. So there's still elections in Georgia. We're working so hard, Steve, but, you know, we take two steps and then take a step back. And it's very unfortunate that if we have the cleanest, most fair elections in the state, you know, Georgia and the United States of America, according to Brad Raffensperger and according to Gabriel Sterling, then why won't they let us in to see their process to understand exactly how they're so great and wonderful? We shouldn't be kept out.

But the state law says you can't do it in secret. The state code says that. Here's what I don't understand. You got to help me out here and I think help the war on posse throughout the nation and even our international audience. Given the fiasco that was Georgia in 2020, given the fact that they tried to put President Trump in prison, they had all these criminal things, they tried to put you. They tried to bankrupt people. All you hear is a patriot work for six years. Given the fact that just a couple of months ago we took hours as we watch the FBI and dni, the Director of National Intelligence down there in another fiasco with Fulton county, getting the evidence. Given the fact that they put Abby Lowell and Norm Ison, their two heaviest hitters on an evidentiary here to get the evidence back and lost after a whole fiasco on that and a huge court case on that. Given the fact that the attorney general of the state, Chris Carr, has not helped you at all. Correct. Given the fact that the sec, the Secretary of State has not helped you, given all these facts, doesn't the political class in Georgia understand that there's nothing that could show the world worse than what this looks like now? And to have this secret bunker somewhere in metropolitan, particularly in Fulton county, it just adds to the sense that when it's outside of Georgia code and you're one of the Five members of the Georgia Election Board, and you can't get accesses. And now we gotta go get a tro. Everything's gotta go to court. And. And Carr and Raffenburger have the gall to run for governor. It's like there's something here I don't understand. This is so insane. If this was Democrats that were running the state, maybe then I could understand it, but it's not. These are establishment Republicans, and there's something that stinks to high heaven, ma'. Am.

Well, Steve, it's like I say repeatedly, if you have nothing to hide, then you hide nothing. And it's just like with Fulton county over the documents from 20. You know, again, according to them, it was a perfect election, which we know it was not. But then they wanted to destroy documents. They wanted to destroy the ballots, and they went to court to actually do that. And so why do you want to fight to get them back? I mean, they have spent, I don't know how many tens of hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorneys fees because, you know, Abby Lowell isn't doing it for free. And you have the commission chair in Fulton county that's fighting to get the documents from the FBI. And, I mean, if it was so perfect, let everybody see that it was perfect. The problem is, it wasn't perfect, and we know it.

I just want people to remember that you started this, I think, as a civilian, and now you're on the Georgia Election Board, which is only five people in the entire great state of Georgia. Where do people go to keep up with you on social media? Because this thing, I thought for a while it can't get crazier. There's gonna be, you know, we saw the hearings, everything like that, and then we won the evidentiary hearing. But no, no, no, this is Georgia, So it's clearly going to get crazier. Tomorrow. I noticed today in the President's announcement, it was the Gulf Arabs that came to him and said, no, no, no, no, please call off. You know, Jack Keane, we talked to you about today. Keane was running up the flagpole about a massive kinetic activity tomorrow. President came out, put out a true social, said, hey, uae, Qatar and Saudi Arabia came to me and said, no, no, no, let us try to figure out, work with the Persians. Let's hold off the attack for right now. Let's keep the ceasefire in place and let's see if we can't work to something. So I noticed Beijing was not mentioned in there, but we're going to talk all about that. Tony Lyons, I thank you for jumping on here. You're the head of the MAHA Inc. You're doing a great job. Talk to me about what we just saw, and particularly the fact, as you know, this audience, they're not huge fans of Mark Cuban, right? And Bobby Kennedy's been doing all this, and the President's been doing all this. Next thing you know, we got Mark Cuban up there, and it's like the audience's head's blown up. So walk me through. How successful has this been in your eyes, this whole Trump and what they're doing on the drug. Something I know you've been a crusader for, for many, many years, sir.

You know, it seems to me to be a great thing. And he's doing just the right thing, which is, you know, backing making it easier and more affordable to be healthy in this country. And that's what voters really care about. And when it comes to the Letlo Cassidy runoff or the race that they had, I mean, this is a clear message that, like you said before, the people have had a bellyful. It doesn't matter how much money you spend. Cassidy outspent everybody else by millions of dollars. He spent more than $22 million. Letlo spent a small fraction of that. And Cassidy's donors were Pfizer, Merck, Sanofi, Abbott, Bristol Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly, all those kinds of places. GlaxoSmithKline and the backers of Letlo were maha moms. They were the people of the state of Louisiana who cared about the health of their families. And that's what's critical here. Cassidy was defending Big Pharma and the medical establishment against the health and welfare of American families. And that's just not going to work. It doesn't matter how much money you spend, you're not going to get voters to vote for somebody who's hurting their families.

Bill Cassidy, after falsely using his relationship with me during his political career and winning elections because of it, voted to impeach me on preposterous charges. Preposterous charges that were fake then and now are criminally insane. His disloyalty, the man to the man who got him elected is now part of legend. It's nice to see that his political career is over, end quote. In his concession speech, Cassidy, who tried to avoid directly criticizing Trump while he was campaigning, finally took the opportunity to take a swing at the president.

Bill, Cassie's lost because he tried to destroy Trump. Massey's going to lose because he's trying to destroy the agenda. You can disagree with President Trump, but if you try to destroy him, you're going to lose because this is the party of Donald Trump.

As you just heard from Senator Lindsey Graham, Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy is the latest Republican to lose his seat after crossing President Trump. He lost his primary. He might not be the last. Showing once again that Donald Trump is willing to spend time and money, a whole lot of money, to crush dissent among the Republican ranks. But to what end?

I know this personally, as you know, I remember I was thrown out in a church convention, you know, during COVID because I was probably one of the first. Right. To feel the wrath of that specific type of retribution. And I think I'm happy that I did it.

I'm very proud of it. And I think part of what you're looking at, too, with Senator Cassidy, he's in a red state. He's the person that's going to replace him is probably going to win, even if it's a plus two or minus two or a plus three or minus three differential. Right. In the PVI or how they win, it doesn't really matter, right. If Cassie won by nine points and say the person who replaces them as MAGA wins by seven, it doesn't matter because they still win. And President Trump is willing to put those type of resources and time.

Tony Politico told me and the New York Times told me that Make America Healthy Again has no stroke. You have no stroke on Capitol Hill. They literally had an article last week that said, oh, they talked to all these people out there, all these mom. And you haven't made an impression at all. Cassidy finished third with all the big pharma money in back. Him finished third. How did that happen? If you have. If Make America Healthy Again has no stroke. Right. How did Cassidy come in third with big Farm in back of him?

Yeah. How did he come in third when he spent five times the money? And I can tell you a big part of it was Maha. We invested, you know, more than $750,000 in one of the. One of the most aggressive voter outreach programs that that state has ever seen. So we sent 4 million text messages to voters throughout the state. We had six rounds of emails, hundreds and hundreds of thousands of them. Six million video ads on TV and mobile that got to more than 200,000 households in the state. Then we got the Maha influencers. And this is a really big part of it. So they represent more than 200 million followers all around the country, and that's 200 million different followers. So the combined total is more like 500 million followers. But since some of them are the same people, we say 200 million. But Cassidy was a roadblock to Bobby Kennedy and to the president just time after time in every area. With CDC Director Dave Weldon, with Surgeon General nominee Casey Means just time after time. And he talks about crushing dissent. Let me just look at that for one second. He's the one who crushed dissent. He's the one who said that the science in Everything is settled. And we know the science is never settled. Anybody who believes in science knows that it's not settled. And the people of Louisiana know that it's not settled because they know that we have the sickest people of the 30 industrialized countries while we spend like Cassidy was spending three times the money and having worse health outcomes. So the science isn't settled. Everybody knows it. You have to question the status quo. You have to stand up to Big Pharma and Big Ag and Big Tech, and you have to really apply and appeal to people and tell them and explain to them how you're going to make their lives better and how you're going to make their children healthier. And that's what Julia Letlow did, that's what Bobby Kennedy did, and that's what the President is trying to do.

Is there something deeper here, Cassidy? One of the reasons, I think, at least an observer, I'm not a professional in the healthcare side at all, I depend upon people like you and Bobby and Mary Holland to help guide us here, is one of the reasons that he was such a blockage is that he is a doctor that was trained decades and decades and decades ago. And for some reason, some core group of this just has a certain set way. It's like when I met Collins at NIH and Fauci and these guys that they just have a way of looking at the world. They're not prepared to take in new information, that this industry is very ossified as far as its reporting structure. And Big Pharma is still tuning it right with these high margins, and they're just generating massive amounts of cash. And so they can then go with all these medical associations and the medical schools and on TV on msnbc. Like I said, the msnbc, which used to be, you thought the liberals and progressives against Big Pharma, they're just bizarre cheerleaders. But you watch the shows and literally 75% of the ads are for all these drugs you've never heard of, for all these weird diseases. Is that structure and what Cassidy represents, can that not be repurposed? We just have to beat it. And we have to beat it at the battle box, and then you have to beat it in the halls of Congress. And you have to then go and purge these agencies of everybody that's kind of got that mindset to let them know there's a new day here. And our objective is to make America the healthiest nation on Earth, not a nation that, as Bobby Kennedy says, our health right now is an Existential threat, sir.

It definitely is. And you know, the kind and generous way to say it is that these people are out of touch. You know, that they were reading the medical books 40 years ago and they thought that that was science and that they represented science like Fauci said. But the truth is, everybody, every doctor, every scientist knows that the science is changing constantly. And that if you look at the medical books 10 years later in any area of the medical profession, you will see that there's been progress. And the only thing that stands in the way of progress is corrupt public officials and these greedy corporations who are enriching themselves at the expense of our health. And so, you know, that's what Maha's fighting. And Maha has come of age now as this major political force that will not stand for these politicians who in their corrupt contacts with these companies, they go against what everybody in the country wants, which is healthy and happier children. And so that has to end and these people have to be forced and chased out of office. And, you know, we were proud to be shoulder to shoulder with the President in this fight to get rid of another corrupt politician. You know, somebody who represents the deep state, who represents the corrupt companies who need to change. And I think these companies will change if they're forced to. And they will make deals, they will go back to the drawing board if government officials don't allow them to continue poisoning the American public. And that's what we're fighting for. And this is a first major win. And it's a sign to every candidate that you have to get behind the American people and not behind a handful of multibillion dollar corrupt corporations who are fighting and poisoning and hurting all of our families and our children.

We just saw that in this race, this Cassidy race. It was a great. It was a shot across the bow of this deep state corruption that's been going on for a generation. is every community's worst nightmare. I want to give you some preliminary information to put a lot of minds at ease. There is no further threat. Both suspects in this case are deceased. All of the kids are safe. Our hearts go out to the families that are in this moment being notified of what has happened to their loved ones. We have three confirmed adults that are deceased at the Islamic Center. There is a lot of preliminary information that we're going to try to highlight and cover but understand it's going to take us some time to get accurate information out to everyone. Here's what we know so far, at about 11:43, we received a call of an active shooter at the Islamic Center. Within four minutes, officers arrived on scene and observed immediately three deceased, what appeared to be deceased victims out in front. They immediately began to deploy with an active shooter response into the mosque and adjacent school. At about the same time, we began to receive calls from just a couple blocks away that we had more active gunfire. Officers were also responding to that call for service. At the same time, there was a landscaper that was doing his work that was shot at and fortunately was not hit. That was at about the 7100 block of Salerno, which is just a couple blocks from here. Moments later, at the 3800 block of Hatton, officers were called to that location where they found a vehicle in the middle of the street with who we believe to be the shooters in this incident, both deceased. The circumstances that led up to this and the details of what happened and exactly which time it happened will come out in the days ahead. I can tell you this is in 28 years, this is the most dynamic and impressive response that I have ever seen in policing. We have every single police officer available throughout our county that dropped what they're doing and did exactly what they're trained to do, run towards gunfire. I could not be more proud. And I cannot express the gratitude,

Because of the Islamic center location, we are considering this a hate crime until it's not. Good afternoon. My name is Mark Remily. I'm the Special Agent in charge of the FBI San Diego field office. Today the FBI responded to assist our local law enforcement partners at the Islamic center of San Diego. This was based on reports of an active shooter. As the chief said, what we know at this time is that there are three deceased adult males and those are the presumed victims at this time. On behalf of the FBI, we extend our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of the victims of this tragic incident. There were two subjects, both teenagers and both are confirmed deceased. I want to thank our local law enforcement partners for their quick response that undoubtedly saved the additional loss of life. The FBI is meticulously assessing the situation and is prepared to Employ every resource we have to uncover the facts of this incident. No community should have to go through such a tragic incident. But we will work tirelessly until we learn the truth. We have on scene a number of special agents, task force officers, our evidence response personnel, victim specialists, and many more as we work through this investigation. We ask for your patience to determine any motive and facts associated with the shooting. The FBI continues to ask for the public's help in providing any information that could help us resolve this investigation. Investigation. There is a reunification center set up at 4125 Hathaway where parents could be reunified with their kids and any other loved ones that might be related to the Islamic center. That is the location where you can be reunified. Next, I want to bring up the mayor of San Diego, Mayor Todd Gloria.

Obviously, we've had the loss of life here at the Islamic center of San Diego and to our local Muslim community, my prayers are with you. I want to assure our Muslim community that we will do everything it takes to make sure that you can feel safe in this city. No resource will be spared in making sure that our religious institutions and locations are protected in this sensitive time. I want to express my appreciation to the San Diegans who respond to our calls to clear the area to allow law enforcement to do their jobs. I ask you to continue to do that until you hear otherwise. As Chief said, students can be picked up at the church just down the street here. We have that information already sent out. And lastly, I would just say at this time, obviously, we'll have more comments later today, but at this moment, I want to simply express my immense gratitude and that of all 1.4 million San Diegans for the incredible law enforcement response that we saw here today. As Chief mentioned, response within 4 minutes. This is what we train for. This is what we budget for. This is what we ask of our public safety professionals. And they absolutely deliver in the way that we ask them to do so. I appreciate our San Diego Police Department, our San Diego Fire Rescue Department, Our chief of the fire department is here, as well, as well as our local, state and federal partners, many of whom have been in touch with me directly recognizing the gravity of this situation and why it is so such a tragic situation for which there'll be a lot more work to be done in the days, weeks and months ahead. Again, my condolences to the victims and their families, to our Muslim community. One of our great leaders is here, Iman Taha, who is directly impacted. This is a time for making sure that we do everything that's necessary to investigate and fully address the incident that was here today. But to reassert, as I always will, and hate has no place in the city of San Diego. And when it happens and crime of any nature occurs, we will hold you accountable. I'll open it up to questions here in just a second. I want you to keep in mind we're giving you what we have and what we know at this point. And there's only so many limitations. There's a limitation of what we can go into at this point until we can confirm information. So with that we'll open up to a couple questions. Yeah, so thank you for asking that. How many total deceased? So we have our two suspects that are deceased. We have three victims at the Islamic Center. All three are adults, for a total of five people that are deceased related to this incident. Yeah, so we are actively investigating that right now to figure out and piece together exactly what led to this moment. And as we get that information confirmed and verified, we'll be back out here providing more details moving forward. So the suspects at this point appear to have died from self inflicted gunshot wounds. There were no officers involved in firing their, their weapons. But that is still very preliminary at this point. But that's what we believe right now. Two males. At this point, we believe them to be 17 and 19.

We try our best to get that information out and either shelter in place or evacuate from the area if it's ideally safe to do so. So that would not be outside of protocol for that to happen.

So our initial officers that got on scene did not engage with the suspects in the parking lot. They began to make entry into the Islamic Center. They observed three deceased bodies outside of the center, which, you know, obviously forced them to engage in an active shooter response. Immediately deploy inside of the Islamic center and start working from room to room. They did have to breach doors to get into all of the different rooms. Extremely chaotic. There was somewhere between 50 to 100 police officers inside of that facility. All of you that responded here could see how many officers and deputies from around the county that were surrounding the outside of the facility. We also have the scene a couple blocks away where we had active gunfire coming in on a landscaper that was just out there doing his job. Thankfully, he's okay, was not hit, he was not injured. But we got a lot of work to do to try to figure out what led up to this and exactly what actions took place. But I can tell you with 100% certainty the heroic actions of the responding officers and deputies is beyond words. To know that this many of our public servants are willing to leave their loved ones behind, drop what they're doing, and run towards gunfire without asking any questions is required. Remarkable. Not yet. We're obviously making notifications as we speak to family and loved ones. And so I want to respect that. So we will be back. We will be back with more information a little bit later today.
