We had to change our planned schedule a very, very short notice and ask Ryan Bridge, co founder of Raise the Colors basically to stop what he was doing and come in and join us on the show right now. And as this is breaking news, I'm going to be briefing myself somewhat as we do this. The situation is this. Ryan is, as you know, beloved figure on the War Room and in the time that he's been coming here on the show and explaining to our largely American audience about the project that he's co founder of, raising the colours, raising the Union Jack flag across the uk a huge, huge out flow of love and respect and encouragement because I think Ryan Bridge having got, Ryan Bridge having got to know him a little bit is the, as far as I am concerned, the number one English patriot working right now in the grassroots in the uk his co founder Billy Allison was charged with murder yesterday. This is why we've asked Ryan to come on at such short notice to explain the details of this. Ryan, very grateful that you have changed your, your, your day's plans at very short notice to come here and explain this. I realize that this is, this is now in legal hands so you'll obviously be careful about what you're, what you can say, what the lawyers are allowing you to say. Seeing as this is now subject tell me very in light strokes and light touches what is the background of this story regarding your co founder Billy Allison?

[Ryan Bridge]

Hi guys. So first and foremost I just want to say how deeply saddened I am and how you know, all our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of, of this man that's sadly, sadly terribly died in this tragic accident and you know, we're deeply Deeply devastated that somebody from Raised the Colors is connected and linked to this. And we just, we're all horrified and shocked. We've, we've, you know, we've stopped the flagging for this week and stop the normal day to day outings that we do and we sort of down tools out of respect for the family and you know, it's just a terrible tragedy and we're getting the details through, you know, as and when and stuff like that. So it's, it's really, really sad. And I just do want to correct people and yourself, Ben, please, that Billy isn't the. Billy Allison isn't the co founder of Raise the Colors. You know, he's a figure that's been at Raise the Colors know, and there is pictures of him circulating wearing the Raise the Colors merchandise. You know, I take that on board. Billy's, you know, Billy's a, for me, a friend of mine. And it's completely tragic what's happened and you know, the circumstances of, of what's happened. It's just really, really sad and unfortunate and yeah, it's, it's just deeply saddening.

Do you, do you know Mat Ogara who's the, the, the pub landlord who was killed?

[Ryan Bridge]

I know of him. I believe he's a great guy and you know, nothing but, but love to him and his family and you know, sincere condolences and you know, for Billy to be linked with our organization who's now involved in this, in this case, you know, deeply saddens all of us for, for all our hard work that we've done going forward. And you know, and it's, it's. I think it's one of those things where if we could all turn back the clock, I think that, you know, I believe this guy's a good guy. So I just feel deeply silent for, for the family, really.

I understand that. And as I said at the beginning, this is breaking news and I am somewhat briefing myself right now as I'm talking to you, having only been able to get the loose facts as they've been released in the press to tell me a bit then if you wouldn't mind, on, on Billy's relationship to Raise the Colors because he is being quite widely. Yeah, as co founder.

[Ryan Bridge]

Exactly. I mean it's, if you look, it's certain press outlets yet again, it's the Birmingham Mail who have then distributed that to the Mirror. The Mirror and the Mail as you know, are far anti British, anti patriotism, anti. Anything to do with Raise the Colors who is a. What is a peaceful movement. And we are trying to. Just trying to show, you know, unity against the flag movement. And, and these are completely against this. And these people, you know, you can see the comments, they're. They're sort of gloating in, In. In joy over this real sad, tragic situation. There's some horrific comments on there and we don't think it's right. So we haven't commented at all on, on the situation. We haven't commented. You guys are the first people that, that I've spoken to. I've had. He's asking me, you know, this, that and the other. Is he the co founder, is he. And I've just. I just ceased to comment. I was just in so much shock myself, you know, and, and you know, math. I, I don't know Matt personally, but I know him through friends of friends and I think Matt was, you know, great guy and I think he was all for what was doing. It's just a tragic, A tragic. I don't want to say accidents. I don't want to say. I don't know. I just don't know the ins and outs at the moment. So it's in the hands of, of the family and lawyers, and we're feeling deeply saddened for Matt's family as well and friends. We're absolutely devastated that this is capitalist.

What, what can you tell me about the, the, the context of this, this tragedy?

[Ryan Bridge]

I believe there was an altercation. Something's happened. I believe there was one blow to one male and one blow to another man and the one male. Obviously, you know, this is what's happened. So it's just deeply, deeply devastating. It's a real, real, real, real shame, you know.

[Ben]

So it was, it was, it was a fight between two guys basically in, In a pub.

[Ryan Bridge]

I'm not too sure. I just believe there was one blow thrown, one blow struck and that was it. So that's where I'm at. And I'm just, I'm very sketchy on what I say because I didn't quite see anything. I was on there on that evening. I didn't see anything myself. And, you know, I tried to, you know, I tried to help Matt. I put Matt in, in the recovery position and things like this. And I, I tried to, you know, me and my partner were there. It was just a freak. Freak. I don't know. I don't know how to say it. Like a moment of madness perhaps, or. I don't. I don't really know.

So when you say that you put Matt in The recovery position. You weren't there in the, in the. Whilst the actual fight was taking place, but you got there shortly afterwards.

[Ryan Bridge]

Yeah, it was in a crowded venue. I think that's why they're associating Billy as a co founder because of late he has been on a few pictures with us and stuff like that. But Billy come into what we've been doing very late on. Obviously, this was founded last year and stuff like that. So Billy did come into it later on. It's not, you know, anyway motivated or anything to do with the movement whatsoever, and nothing to do with Raise the Colors and, you know, it's, it's nothing to do with that. It's just that, you know, one man knows somebody. I don't know you, you're, you're. If something happened in your agency, does it come across, does it come across your news agency? I don't, I've never been in this situation. I'm just deeply, deeply saddened. And my condolences to the family and friends of Matt.

First and foremost, you, you said what was there was my next question, because I know you yourself have been attacked. I think you might have sprained, had your wrist sprained quite recently, in fact, in an altercation because of violence directed towards the Race the Colors movement. That was my next question was this. Do we know at this stage whether the fight that broke out between these, these two guys, whether whether Raised the Colors was in any way part of that situation or was it totally extraneous?

[Ryan Bridge]

It's totally, totally separate and nothing to do with. It wasn't. No. No one was wearing any Raise the Colors merchandise. Nobody was wearing. It wasn't flag motivated. It was literally a, A, a sad, sad thing that's happened in, in a bar. It's nothing to do with that. It's, you know, it's completely, completely separate.

All right, stay with us, Ryan. Bridge, I want to come back to you in just two minutes. First of all, I, I, at this time of the show, it seems a bit difficult to break the, this, this, the, the heavy tone of this tragedy with a, with a shout out to our sponsor. If you want to avoid that, then obviously take the, take your savings out of cash and put them in assets in commodities that you think are going to withstand that. If you want, I'll give you a quick shout out. I know that Jim Rickards and his team is giving incredible advice right now on the stock market where you might want to direct your, your, your cash reserves. But of course the, the standard historic commodity of choice for mankind in 5000 years of mankind's recorded history is gold. It's the elemental. And if you accept that hypothesis but don't quite know what to do about it because it's, it's not your thing, but you're open and you want to know what your possibilities are, then speak to the experts. I mean obviously Ben, I've just, while he was on the advert there and I could have shed another, you know, I don't want anyone to ever feel anything for, for myself. This, this is totally, I feel so, so terrible for the family and the friends of, of the guy involved and, and this has affected two families and it's affected a lot of people involved by, by what's happened and it's, it's absolutely tragic. So I just want to reiterate that again. It's, it's just devastating. And you know, I have, you know, and I have, I have got my own businesses and I have got my own family and my own life and I am, you know, I'd like to say I'm a run of the mill normal guy and, and you know, raise the colors and all the hard work we've done and what we've done and you know, the ultra far left again, jumping onto every little thing and trying to, I'm getting, I'm getting phone calls and I've had death threats. I've had all sorts of horrible things happening. You know, the police have still got my phone from the week before. The, the cherry picker van has been took off force. I'm on bail from the thing in Oxford. I'm just like, I don't know, it's just hard to keep picking yourself up and this is, this is horrendous what's happened and it's, it's, sadly, it's, you know, it, it, it's, it's, it's a real sad thing that's happened and it's nothing to do with Raise the Colors. And yet for me, putting my Raise the Colors hat on now. Raise the Colors is getting tired with that brush. Even yourself thought that Billy was a co founder and the guy's not. He was just a guy that come and helped out now and again. So it's unfortunate for the, for the tens and tens of thousands of people that follow Raise the Colors for. For us to be tied with that brush that the ultra far left would love. Would love to do. So what's the next steps for Raise the Colors? Obviously everything's been ceased and down tools out of. Out of respect in a week of respect for the family. And tomorrow we was meant to be doing a big event in Shrewsbury where we was putting all the flags and banners up and stuff like that, but the police have got that van, they won't release it. So it's just, it's a catalogue of, of issues and problems for. For little reward really, because it's as if we're the criminals in the flag movement, in the boat movement. And now the Ultra far left are, are trying to attach this terrible, terrible scenario to, to people from R.A. the colors. You know, and I completely understand that they would do that because that's, that's what they're like. But this is, this is completely disconnected. And like I said, I feel for the family and I feel saddened for the friends and I feel. Feel very, very sad for both families involved. So we're gonna, gonna go. I'm gonna support a guy tomorrow who supported us quite a bit. He went, he drove down to Epping. When we'd done that, he helped us at the St. George State Parade and he's doing his own event in Shrewsbury. And I'm gonna go and show, you know, my respect to him and I'm gonna go and walk with him and help him. I've had the police phone me about that saying we need to let you know that there's no bail conditions out for you and warrants. We have to let you know this now. And I'm like, I should think so. I'm not a criminal, you know, so I'd hope that wasn't a warrant out for me. Snow, I'm the PCSO officer that deals with it. I'm a name Sean. And, and you know, I'll meet you tomorrow. And how many are you bringing in this? I'm just a normal guy. I just, I've got this movement going because it's the State of the country. And he said, well the ultra left, the left are going to be there and we're going to. I said listen, we don't want any confrontations with people that are left minded. Let them do their thing. And if they believe that they're doing the right thing, that stands them. This is a free country. But we believe that us standing up for the flag of our country, in our country, we believe that that's the right thing to do. And if that represents that we've got the weakest borders in the history of bloody mankind at the moment, it's ridiculous. So we will highlight that within our speeches and our chats and we are getting invaded daily. The French military are on the beach at the moment. I don't know if you've seen any posts I've done in the last seven days, but you know, I've got raw footage of us being invaded. And you know what, whatever's gone on that is the forefront of what we do. And we don't believe that that's right and we're doing it to protect people and we're doing it so people are safe. And it's just unfortunate what's gone on this week and that Raise the Colors name has been attached to this, this incident because it's completely separate and unrelated.

Ryan, once again I am very grateful that you're even as, as the facts on the ground because you, you weren't there when, when this death took place. You were there very shortly afterwards from. So I, I guess that you, you yourself are in the process of ascertaining precisely what, what happened. There's a lot, there is a lot of misinformation out there in the press on, online already. Let me ask you again whether you are. Oh, and I'm very grateful that, that you have chosen the war room to be, to, for you to come on and make your first public comments following this, this tragic death. But will you be, will Raise the Colors be making an official statement at some point once you have been able to ascertain more fully what the facts are behind this death?

[Ryan Bridge]

Well, I think obviously I've thought about it but whenever you sort of put pen to paper you're associating yourself and trying defend a movement which is nothing to do with what's gone on. And I think that when it all comes out, I think people will see it was nothing to do with that. So whether Raise the Colors has to do a statement, I think me, myself as somebody that knows Billy and, and he's in a profile that I've got. I think that the only statement is the one that I've done on balance War Room tonight, because that's the truth and, and it is the truth. It is sad and it's such a shame for, for the family and friends and it's, it's a shame for both families and a. Are affected by this and it is really sad and tragic and I'm gutted for everybody. It raised the colors that, that are sort of going to be tarnished with this now. And it's, I feel it's, it's a shame through all the good, hard work that we've done, you know, the ultra far left will cling on to anything to, you know, like, I'm saying that with a smile on my face to try and discredit the movement and what we're doing. And I think that they, you know, if you read some of the comments, they're absolutely gloating about this and it's just not, not that way. It's not that situation. It shows, it shows what they're, they're about really. You know, there's been some horrible things said and it's, it's just not nice at all. And we just, you know, our goal is, you know, to protect women and children and the safety of British civilians in England and Wales and Scotland and, And, you know, if people are coming in through the front door legally with papers and documents, migration, happy days, integrate with us, you know, join in. But if you're, you know, if you're going to say Spain and you don't like paella or you don't like, you know, what they're, they're, you know, you shouldn't, it's not, it's not for you. And that's what I'm sort of saying. The people that are coming into our country are breaking in illegally and we'll just stick to that and we'll stick to the flag movements. And like I've always said, it's not about color, creed, race, religion. So I just want to rule all of that out and I just want to sound deeply, deeply sorry for what's happened.

Look, Ryan, Bridge, we're just coming up to the close of our allotted time to discuss this. Just very quickly. 60 seconds. Are you able at this stage to give us an indication in terms of the legal steps of what they're going to be moving forward? Forward from this point onwards?

[Ryan Bridge]

I'm not too sure. I'm not, not that closely involved, so I'm not too sure on the procedure. Or anything like that. Literally within the movement of raised the colors. You know I don't, I don't know. And that's why it's a dangerous thing to do with the, with the merchandise and stuff. I mean you know we had the thing where people wearing masks wearing raised the colors jumpers and I thought well, I don't know then. So that was the week before. So it's, it's quite difficult and you know there's, I think there's near on. Over every platform there's near on 500000 people. So I don't know it's. I don't know how to manage it really. Welcome back, Will. A couple of polls have come out over the last few days. One of them suggesting that the the alternative for Deutschland, the AfD, has surged to 28% now in the polls. That was a YouGov poll. And the CDU Christian Democrat Union, along with the Christian Social Union, I think that's the Bavarian chapter, are on 22%. So they're leading. The AfD is now leading the mainstream Christian Democrat centre right by six points. Only 15% of Germans are satisfied with Chancellor Friedrich Metz. And another poll that I saw is that the AfD in the state of Saxony is on 42% in. In the polls, which is near enough to being an absolute majority. Astonishing figure there. Philip Gaspar, our resident expert on these things, joins us now just to talk through what the situation is in Germany. Most Germany, largest population, largest EU member state by population, largest EU member state by economy. If Germany should have AfD representation, that is, that is, that would be catastrophic for the business as usual brigade of the Christian Democratic Center. Right? Real revolution is taking place in real time, which we're watching and Philip Gaspard is going to help us navigate that. Tell me what's going on on the ground there in Germany.

[Philip Gaspar]

Philip, hi, good evening. Thanks for having me. It's even worse. The 28% that you just mentioned, it got even worse for the, for the. It's 29 now, so even 7, 7% on the federal level in, in front of the, of the Christian, Christian Democrats, what they call themselves and especially the, the numbers you mentioned. Like, can you imagine this? 82% of the German people are dissatisfied with the work of the ruling government. And even when we go, when they judge the work of the Chancellor Friedrich Merz, it's even worse. 81%. Even in my lifetime, I can't remember a chancellor with such a bad reputation. I remember a chancellor who did a worse job was Merkel. But even her reputations until the end weren't that, weren't that bad as. Right on.

[Ben]

It's not just that these, these approval ratings are underwater, it's that it's happened so quickly. I mean, I don't. Has he, has he been Chancellor for a year yet? I don't think so. Is it a year?

[Philip Gaspar]

A little nine, A little bit more than a year? It's a little bit more. It was last year in March.

[Ben]

Okay, a little bit more than.

[Philip Gaspar]

Yeah, just over a year. Exactly.

[Ben]

To have collapsed so, so quickly, though his support, I don't even think Olaf Schultz was, was that unpopular after, after five years.

[Philip Gaspar]

No, he, he, no, he wasn't. But I mean, also Felix Merz has the bad luck that now he's earning all the, all the, the misjudgments and the bad politics from the, from the former, from the former governments. Now the economics are declined in Germany. I think every day, every month, we have more and more companies and even old traditional companies that are shutting down. And the main reason for that is the increased energy prices, which of course, since Germany accepted to join this war or to defense in Ukraine. Call whatever you want. So this is one of the, I think it's the main reason. It's the, it's the economy, stupid, as they say that now the people in such a short time, short time are as unsatisfied as they are with Friedrich Mel.

[Ben]

I guess one of the factors here is, or two factors that are related is the German government's intention to reintroduce the draft and also its successful pressuring before it had even been sworn in to remove the constitutional break on, on deficit spending. Obviously with, with Germany's past. It was, it was probably the most important unchangeable foundation of the modern German federal state was fear of inflation, because that, that was the, the hype. Inflation was what had led to the Nazis and Adolf Hitler in the first place. So the whole, this transcended party politics. Every single political party for decades, for 70 years was we cannot deficit spend. We cannot do anything that is Inflationary. And yet the war in Ukraine that dominates everything was considered to be enough to encourage social welfare.

[Philip Gaspar]

Change the world.

[Ben]

FRIEDRICH to say, look, we need to take on debt here. We need to sort of in order to start deficit spending specifically for defense. So you have these two things here. You have this massive, I mean, I know the term sea change is overused, but it is a very big thing for Germany. The, the pivot on deficit spending for defense in order to fight the potentially fight Vladimir Putin, who somehow, unbelievably, even though he can't take Ukraine in four years, is considered to be an existential threat to Europe's economy. And the drafts, these two things now starting to have a real to generate the deficit spending and the draft because from my looking my perch here, German, German youth aren't looking forward to being drafted to go and send, be sent over to Ukraine. These are the two issues here that are specifically generating opposition. For Friedrich Mertz, it's one, I, I

[Philip Gaspar]

would say, I would say that the economy, economy, economy is modern. The second one, what, what you mentioned, that the, the, the fear of being drafted, it plays a role, but not as big as people could assume. But I'll give you an example from last week was last week, I think it was Saturday or Friday, I'm not sure. I live in Berlin. So I went to the city center, of course, suddenly the roads were closed and I approached a police officer and I asked him what are they today going to demonstrate again? Climate, Palestine, Iran, whatsoever. And I said no, was youngsters, youth, people that were demonstrating against to be getting drafted. And you saw from, from, from all kinds of people from the society, like from people with dreadlocks or younger people with dreadlocks or let's call them typically leftists and also more conservative. So this plays a role. But the main role in my opinion, especially the fear of not being anymore the champion inside the European Union when it comes to economics and of course security security and all those other reasons. But there's also an interesting thing you, you mentioned before. Besides the 29% that they're. The AFD now is ruling on a federal level. It's an, especially in eastern Germany. It's Saxony that you mentioned, I think 42, but also in Saxony. Arnold Saxony Arnold It's I think 39. No, 39 or to 40, I'm not quite sure. But we have the elections in September in, in Saxony ARNOLD Saxony ARNOLD and already, of course, already AFD is ruling in the polls and the city units in the socialist or spd. SPD Social Democratic Party. If they, if they go together, they're not, they don't have enough percentage to overrule or to form a government without the, without the AfD.

[Ben]

And this is the, the heartland right of the, of the AFD where it's popular, its popularity is, is the highest right in Saxony.

[Philip Gaspar]

No, the heartland right of the AfD is now all of Germany. Before, before that it was always easier, always easier. But now, now we're the AFD members or the AFD people from eastern Germany got got some great, great other competitors in all of Germany and I think, you know what? I think it's even, I think the polls are even higher. I think they're just maybe too afraid because it's like Every, every week 1% percentage percent more. So I would say now all of all of Germany became, became blue or AFD land.

Exactly.

There's something but Sorry sorry to interrupt

just to, just to show you two examples from ridiculous examples of this week. But of course, because of course the city, they're getting desperate because they know, they know they are on a losing team. So what the, what the city did. Official, I'm talking official, official city. They started a new campaign against AfD this week and they sent, they started, they tried to Send to all AfD members pre written resignation letters. No, sorry to all to all members of all MPs from the AfD and the German Parliament in the Bundestag, they sent pre written resignation letters urging them to quit their party. And along with the anti AFD brochure that the city had just published last week. I mean can you imagine this described this action or campaigned absolute helplessness. In fact, if I were with the CDU, I would with those polls like with 82% of the Germans dissatisfied with the work and even more when it comes to Chancellor Friedrich Merz, I think just imagine that 82% or even half of them would write a pre written resignation letter to the, to the government now. So they're getting desperate.

They are getting desperate. And one indication of just how desperate they're going to get is the clamping down on the freak on the communication of free ideas. Stay tuned folks. Well, in the closing moments then, of this show, I will ask Philip Gaspar to explain to me something that I picked up in the press, and that is that Maximilian Merkel, if I pronounce that correctly, Merkel, spokesman for the identitarian movement, was stopped by federal police at Munich Airport and banned from traveling to the re migration summit in Portugal. That's something I think, that something that the war impossible might have picked up. The reason given for the blocking which took place, I think, on the German side rather than on the Portuguese side, was that his trip would harm Germany's reputation. Well, normally people, you know, if normally people have stopped trying to enter a country because they can.

[Philip Gaspar]

Exactly.

[Ben]

That was the, I think that that was the excuse that was used for a number of people. They were blocked from going this, I think, on the Portuguese side or by the Portuguese police in the countries of departure because they said their presence would be incendiary in, in Portugal to have German police block somebody from leaving because they're saying that what they're going to say in another country is damaging to Germany's reputation. That I think, Philip Gaspar, is pretty much unprecedented by. But it is where we are today. Tell me precisely what happened there.

[Philip Gaspar]

First of all, you spelled it correct and pronounced it correctly. It's Merkel, but it's written differently. So it's, it's, he's not, he's not in some, he's not a relative of Angela. Angela, the former Chancellor Merkel. So, yeah, what happened? I mean, as far as I know, Maxim Maximilian, who's a great guy, has no criminal, criminal record, no, no background, nothing, nothing at all. But he wants to travel from the Munich airport to the immigration summit that is right now, today and Saturday, taking place in Portugal, which is actually very, it's an important thing for all of us in Europe. So I support that. Maybe after my statement now they won't let me enter to Portugal. But as I said, can you imagine at the Munich airport, the German police stopped him at the Munich airport because they saw him. He could harm the reputation of Germany. First of all, as you said, normally, I think the Police should do their job and deny people from illegally entering Germany. And if we come to that, the police at the airport stops people from leaving Germany and traveling to another country because they could harm the reputation of Germany, of the country Germany. There are a lot of other peoples that maybe some of them that we spoke before in the first part of the show that maybe they could apply to them, but I don't think to young people like Maximilian Merkel who are just honest patriots and feeling sorrow for their homeland and for our continent and for our future.

Do the German police actually have the lawful authority to stop somebody leaving in a country because they believe that what that person might say in another country could be damaging to Germany? Is that something that, that German police are in actually empowered to do or are they acting beyond their, their authority on this one?

[Philip Gaspar]

I mean I'm, I'm not a lawyer but, but as we saw, probably, most probably as it looks like they have to, they have to, they have to write by the law to stop someone from leaving the country. So it wasn't, it wasn't, it wasn't a legal action.

[Ben]

The reason I ask is as far as I'm aware, this is unprecedented. I've never seen this happen before. Which is why I say do they actually have the, the legal authority to do this? Have there been any questions raised in the, the Bundestag about this?

[Philip Gaspar]

Not, not yet. Because I think this happened, this happened yesterday. So I'm quite sure, I'm quite sure in the, in the next panel session, primary session, the AfD is rising these questions. Of course they already started it by, started them online and press releases, but I think this will be a topic in the German parliament in the upcoming future and it should be, I mean ridiculous as you said. Sorry if I get emotional about this, but there's a young man with no criminal background that is just taking his fundamental right of freedom of movement and it gets violated just because some whoever inside the police thinks he shouldn't go and join and participate in a immigration and violent violenceless summit that takes place in Portugal. I mean, what time is it? Or how do you say, how do you say in English, what times do we live right now? So I hope this will end soon.

[Ben]

It's not going to end. It only ends when we end it. And that, that kind to come back to what we're mentioning the first part of our interview that will involve the AfD coming to power, I noticed that, that some of some people were blocked from coming from going to the UK to the Tommy Robinson March a couple of weeks ago, the UK exactly blocked their entry because they said that they believed that, that what they speak, speaking would say would be incendiary and create, basically.

[Philip Gaspar]

But in this. So to interrupt, in this case, the UK government blocked them and now it's vice versa. The Germans, the Germans do the job for them.

[Ben]

But I mean, I'm on free speech grants. I'm against blocking people from speaking. But at least in that case I, I understand what I mean. I'm opposed to it, but I understand the arguments, though I don't agree with it on this case. I don't know how you can stop somebody leaving Germany, how the German police can stop someone from leaving Germany for saying something which is presumably legal in Germany and in Portugal and say, we're not going to let you leave the country. That I think is a step up in terms of the degree of oppression that the German state is putting on people who are, they're not. Who aren't calling for sedition or to tear down the German state. They are, they are expressing a point of view which as we discuss discussed in the first half of the show, a point of view that has, though this guy is, is not AFD it, it's the identitarian movement. But the things are going to have a huge resonance with a huge swathe of the German people. I, I think the German government will lose legitimacy when, when these things are. Are exactly are. Are used, they will lose legitimacy. And of course, in Germany there is a law against delegitimization of the German state. Ironically, at the German state themselves are doing the very things that are delegitimizing their own authority.
