Steve Bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
Ben Harnwell
And where do people like that go

War Room here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Ben Harnwell
Wednesday, 10th of June, Anno Domini 2026. Harnwell here at the helm on Steve Bannon's War Room. Well, this is one of the excitements of live television. We have Jenny Holland called in already live from Belfast where that clip that you might have seen just before the opening credits of the show was being played. Breaking news right across the world. Very similar incident to the stabbing. Some, some, some similar in some extent to the stabbing of Henry Novak in the uk. This was a Sudanese invader who was apprehended by passers, by stabbing really effectively trying to behead a 40 year old Scotsman who happened to be in, in, in. In Northern Ireland, Stephen Ogilvie, who miraculously hasn't been killed by this, by this appalling knife attack. And the details are still coming out. Frank Walker, however, is set up in the studio. His studio, his home studio. Frank Walker, editor in Chief of Canon 212, the Trad Catholic answer to Matt Drudge and the Drudge Report. I check the website every single day to keep me abreast of what's going on in the Catholic sphere. Frank, we're gonna, we're waiting for Jenny just to get miked up. She's going to be coming on in a Moment, as I say, live from Belfast. We'll work, however, as far as we can start on with the scheduled show. And that is a story. I think I'm going to lead with this really because I think it illustrates the hypocrisy of the Novus ordo Church. Cardinal McAvoy of, of Washington D.C. has removed from ministry an exorcist who offered an opinion that, and let me quote him properly, he said he believed that most UFO sightings are in fact demons. That those were his words. I'm not sure that the Catholic Church actually has a formal position on this. I tried, I looked in my copy of the catechism. I couldn't find anything but simply offering that opinion. This guy, Monsignor Rossetti, I think, who's been a priest of New York, strangely enough, I think he's incarnated in New York but practicing as an exorcist in dc. It's a bit confusing. He has been removed and I have to say, Frank Walker, what I find most strange about this is that Cardinal McElroy, who is a Francis cardinal, appointed cardinal by Francis, has, if you, if you, if you look, if you do the research, he has a whole list of controversial statements under his belt in the years since he's been a cardinal, in the years since he's been a bishop, I think originally appointed by Benedict xvi and yet this is the incident that he wants to come down on. I thought it was somewhat unfair, Frank, because he was saying that the Catholic Church. Let me quote him because he says that the, the Catholic Church has very clear position on very precise teaching on the devil, demons and exorcism. And I don't particularly think, whatever, whatever else you could say about Monsignor, I don't think he was trying to undermine the Church's teaching and he has been somewhat humiliated before handing over to you. I'll just point out for our non Catholic audience here that this guy is actually a monsignor, which is a certain status of seniority in the Catholic Church. He's either for years served as a priest or perhaps some clerical function in a cathedral or even indeed in the Vatican. But I thought he was slapped down in quite a humiliating fashion. What's the, what's the background here, Frank? I know you've been following this one quite closely.
Frank Walker
Well, he, yeah, he's, he's a psychiatrist. A psychiatrist or psychologist as well as this. And he also helps heal priests that are dealing with difficulties. So there's, there's more to his career than this. But he seems Like a fairly straightforward Catholic media commentator. He has about 150,000 Instagram followers. So he's a media priest who is a famous exorcist. Now, there's a. There's a few famous exorcists out there in the media priest world. Father Ripper being the most famous traditional Catholic faithful, Catholic media exorcist, but this is just one of them. And he runs sort of an operation that is, you know, it's sort of a media operation. We offer services, I suppose, psychological services, but also this. Exorcisms too. I don't, I don't think. I don't. You know, I think it's sort of a trend. And at the same time, there's a trend of aliens that's happening out there, and these trends are kind of coming together.
Ben Harnwell
Frank, we're just gonna hold this a moment and we'll talk about the St. Michael center for Spiritual Renewal. We can even talk about the vice president, Vice President Vance's intervention on the same subject, offering the same view a couple of weeks ago. Just. We'll hold it now. We have live from Belfast, Jenny Holland joining us in what looks, appear, appears somewhat to either be seen, depending on which photos you're looking at scenes of civil war burning and protesting, or bare streets because of some, some degree of curfew. But Jenny Holland, you're there at the moment. Tell us right now what is the, the present reaction today to the brutal stabbing and attempted beheading of the poor, unsuspecting Stephen Ogilvy?
Jenny Holland
Hi, guys. Yes, so I'm sitting in my car steps away from where the attack was on Monday night. You can even see my little dog in the background there. I've just arrived back in Belfast, and yes, it's a deserted city. It's a bit like the old wild movie set in the Wild west, when the bad guy comes to town and everyone draws the shutters. But interestingly, I just drove through a loyalist stronghold and it was completely deserted. But here, very close to where this attack was, there's not. The streets aren't completely empty. There's more people on the streets. The street where the man was attacked, I see a lot of teenagers sort of milling around and I just saw a police Land Rover pass by. So the area where this happened is a very poor, a very old working class area that has been very poor for generations, and it sits cheek by jowl with a Protestant, similarly poor, similarly working class area that's known here as an interface. So these are always areas of high tension and adding, adding Sudanese migrant men into the mix was never going to be a good idea. These are very high density living as well, a lot of young children, a lot of teenagers. The street is actually facing a sort of leisure center, community center with football pitches where my son used to go play football almost every week for years and years. It is a hive of community activity that really is children playing on the streets, playing football. And as you can see from that video, these, the people who came out and defended this poor man who is gravely injured are very much of that community. This is a Catholic community. It would be a Republican community of long, longstanding. Now because of the weird political realignment, because of the weird political realignment in recent decade, the Republicans have aligned themselves with the left Sinn Fein. Their supposed leader, party leader has been a very globalist oriented party and essentially gone woke. So what we saw last night was rioting and violence in the loyalist areas, not in the Catholic areas for the most part that I know of. And that is, you know, back in the day that that wouldn't have been necessarily the case. Catholic areas were the scenes of a lot of rioting in the past, a lot of protesting and a lot of unrest. But Catholics are being kept, working class Catholics, whatever they might feel on the ground about immigration, and I am, I would bet my house that many of them have very strong negative feelings about it. They're leaving leadership, their political leadership and their community leadership is very keen to present a different view. So there's not to be tarred as right wing.
Ben Harnwell
Jenny, tell me this is your neighborhood, this is your, your. Where you live, you know the people, you're there and amongst them for many, many years. What's the reaction on the ground to the official comments that have been made? Let me just read out a couple of them. You have Michelle o', Neill, First Minister of Northern Ireland, describing the burning of homes that the protesters have done, I think in part as disgusting cowardice, slurring the protesters saying racism, intimidation and violence are wrong wherever they occur. I wouldn't be so hasty to say that these are, this is evidence of racism. I think it's racism of anger which is bubbling over at the way the political authorities have allowed this situation to take place. And of course, Hillary Benn, household name in the UK also for being son, the son of Tony Benn, the famous old labor borderline communist for many decades, who's also Northern Ireland secretary in Keir Starmer's government. So there's no justification at all for this type of destruction and thuggery. I would Suggest, as I was saying, that this is a response to the frustration that's bubbling over into anger because people do not feel as if their political class is listening to them or taking their concerns seriously. That's what I think. But you're there on the ground. These are your people. This is where you live. This is your neighborhood. What is the reaction on the ground to the. To the response of the political elites to what has been taking place?
Jenny Holland
Well, it's important to say that. I mean, Northern Ireland has many flaws, but its people are really very salt of the earth, very decent people. And it's not a place where there's an exceptional rampant problem with racism. However, what there's the consensus about the riots last night were that I've heard are that they are the worst that this place has seen in decades. One person put it to me as a seven or eight out of ten. A ten being the riots of 1968, 1969, which really kicked off the troubles as we know them from back then, the worst of the worst of the violence. So this is being taken very seriously. And I think if you went into a shop or went up to a grandmother at a bus stop in one of these loyalist areas, she would say something like, we don't hate people of other races, but we cannot support these people, these. These people being housed in our communities because they are bringing social, antisocial crime problems with them. And our elected representatives are not listening. Last year in a town called Ballymena, which is very staunch loyalist, unionist Protestant town, a family of Roma gypsies were had their house burnt out because two boys associated with the family were charged with raping a local girl. So. So locals took matters into their own hands and they kicked the door in and they. I think they said, yeah, they set the house alight. And I remember going down the following day to look at it. And I spoke to a man on the corner, and this is something that he said to me directly. He said, I am not a racist. I don't mind people coming here and living here if they live peacefully and if they respect the rules and if they contribute. But my teenage daughter is afraid to go out at night because of the crime that these people are bringing with them. As Trump said, they are not sending their best. So this Sudanese man who stands accused, and as you saw, you played that video, according to local reports, he moved in two days ago. And again, according to local reports, including a video that was widely shared on X of a woman off camera who lives probably up on one of these Streets where I am right now said, you know, that that man who was disabled, he was hard of hearing and he required, you know, sort of care because he couldn't fully live on his own. He had helped those Sudanese men move into their flat and this is how he was repaid. Okay, so this is not a happy melting pot story. This is a story of extremely undesirable elements being dropped in to the most deprived communities where there's already crime problems, there's already social housing problems, there's already problems to access to resources and, you know, just general cultural problems with addiction and so forth. And you're bringing in people who bring with them further crime, further drugs, further dysfunction. And it's an absolute disaster. The people who run the Northern Irish establishment should absolutely know better. And they seem to not. I mean, the politicians, the centrist and left wing and sort of liberal politicians are falling over themselves to chastise the plebs for being angry that someone was almost beheaded on the streets of Belfast. Again, Belfast has seen a lot of violence. It has even seen a serial killer gang that used knives. Yes, absolutely, back in the 70s. But we have never seen a man who's arrived here moments ago, practically speaking, for absolutely no reason, try and saw the head off a vulnerable man who lives in the community. That has never happened. And Claire Hanna of the SDLP trying to draw parallels between what happened yesterday Monday and the Shakel butchers, which is a story of great infamy. Here. Is so, is so. It's such sophistry. Yes. We had our own problems with violence, so why on earth would we import more problems with violence? Answer me that, Ben.
Ben Harnwell
Because our political elites are sociopathic overlords. Jenny, very grateful for you to drive out there in to the very heart of where this is placed. And that's where you've parked. And I want to thank the Northern Ireland police. I know that they're sort of there in the area and they're very kindly let you just pull in and give us this report right there live from the heart of it all. In addition to having spent large portions of your life in Italy and Northern Ireland, you've also lived in the United States and you have the American outlook within you as well. Just before you go, what would you tell Americans about what you've seen here over the last 24 hours? What would you flag up for them as being important from your perspective there on the ground?
Jenny Holland
I'm really glad you asked me that question, Ben. The one thing I would caution against is holding out too Much hope that loyalist paramilitary and loyalist communities and Republican paramilitaries and Republican communities are going to come together. There were two reports, one of the night of the stabbing where men from the Shankel who were only about 5 minutes walk away from the Shankel Road came down to support locals here. This is called Dun Cairn, like I said, a Catholic area. And another report from last night before the worst of the rioting started. Ardoin, which again is an interface area, North Belfast is full of sort of neighborhoods that are very contiguous to each other. Catholic and Protestant and Ardoin residents which are Catholic Republican and Woodvale and Twidel residents which are loyalist Protestant sort of came out and shook hands. I heard in some reports that is unprecedented. That is cause for great optimism. However, be very cautious against it because we have generations and generations of mistrust and even hatred. We have a legacy of sectarian murder, sectarian violence here. And I don't. I would caution Americans against getting too caught up in the idea that maybe the sort of working class elements are going to rise up and come together. That would be interesting if it did. It would be significant. It would be a total game changer. But I don't know. The pain and the anger here runs deep from the troubles. The mistrust runs very deep from the troubles. And I think that the political reality is that the Republican leadership will keep their working class communities in lockstep with their left wing socialist agenda. I would be very happy to be proven wrong.
Ben Harnwell
Well, I tell you this with my hand on my heart. There's nobody I would rather trust giving a read and on the ground reading the new Jenny Holland. Where do people go? And of course we do hope, we do hope that Catholics and Protestants, despite the troubles, troubles in the over, over the last. Well going back to the 1920s frankly, but especially over recent decades and what have you. We. I mean as a non Northern Irelander, I have a naive hope that this existential threat of the invasion of might actually bring. You know, let's argue over theological and political differences later. Let's come together now because there's a more important existential enemy. You're there on the ground. Jenny, where do people go on social media? I know you're very popular now and quoted by quite substantial people in popular culture on your Twitter and on your, on your ex. Excuse me. And on substack. But where do people go if they're interested specifically perhaps to follow your insights on what's taking place right now in Northern Ireland, seeing as you are de facto now the War Rooms Northern Ireland correspondent.
Jenny Holland
Yes. Well we'll check in tomorrow, see how tonight goes because they are anticipating some more unrest. I can be found on x at Semper Femina 21 and for all of my ad substack, Jenny Holland and also on YouTube at saving culture from itself.
Ben Harnwell
Jenny, we've lost you from your insights on the, on the, on the revival we had some interesting statistics. We've lost you for having your insights on those. But we've gained on your on the ground insights from tonight from Belfast following the really disgraceful stabbing of, of an attempted beheading of Stephen Ogilvy. Jenny Holland, many thanks for joining us and we'll perhaps Steve might join out, reach out to you and see if we can get you on the morning show tomorrow if there are any developments. Thank, thanks.
Jenny Holland
I love that.
Ben Harnwell
Thanks very much.
Jenny Holland
Thank you.
Ben Harnwell
All right. God bless. God bless. Now I'd only point out that, you know, everybody having seen the footage, everybody deserves their day in court and a free trial. It seems to me that this guy is pretty guilty. I don't want to prejudice the importance of having a free unbiased trial. I only wish that in the UK which includes the territory of the province of Northern Ireland that we had still had the death penalty. We had this conversation last week when talking about the brutal stabbing of Henry Novak. I wish we had the death penalty and I, you know, I, you know, I wish we had second amendment rights as well in, in the UK because it's tragic watching bystanders to this stabbing and of course they just had to wait for someone to get some, some kind of sports equipment I think it was and beat this guy who to this moment hasn't been named to get him off the victim. We are unarmed effectively by law and even when we catch, when, even when the person is caught and goes through a fair jury, a trial before a jury of his peers, there's still not going to be I think sufficient punishment. Thank God Stephen Ogilvie wasn't killed. I'll just give a quick shout out. We, we postponed somewhat the, the shout out to our sponsorship because we had Jenny calling in live from Belfast. I'll draw your attention to the America 250 coin which is being promoted by Birch Gold. In fact, I would suggest buy the, buy the, buy the dip right now is perhaps something to be contemplating. Buy gold and put some silver in your pocket. Birch Gold Group will help you convert an old 401k from a previous employer or indeed an IRA into physical IRA in gold and that is a hedge against inflation. And right now Birchgold Group is going to give you a special America 251 ounce silver coin for every $10,000 you purchase by July 10th. That's one month today you have to take advantage of this offer. And if you think about it, 10 years ago one ounce of gold was worth around $1200 and today it's $4500. Where will it be in 10 years from now? That is the question for you to be contemplating. Text Bannon B A N O N to 989-898 to take advantage of the free America 250 silver coin with qualifying purchases before July 10th. Again, text the name Bannon B A N O N to the number 989-898 today. And as I said, you've got a month to take advantage of that offer and I will give you that number once again in the the second half of the show. So perhaps put a pen and paper aside for it. Now, just before we go to our principal publicity break in just less than one minute, stop. I want to point out the scenes that you saw from Northern Ireland today. And I want to make this point because the political establishment there, if you look at their comments, they're suggesting it's consequences of racism, consequences of intolerance and what have you. Basically the mob. It's not that. It's an anger in the heart of the people in Northern Ireland, an anger and a frustration that they are not being listened to by their political elites. And even now, even today, we see that from the public statements of the political representatives in Northern Ireland. They are more interested to come out, push out statements, virtue signaling than say anything of substance that the situation will be changed. Everything performative, nothing of stuff substance. That is why people are for the

first time Since World War II, our national debt held by the public has exceeded GDP. America, this is a wake up call. Our sins of the past reckless government spending have finally caught up to us. So what's next? Higher inflation, higher prices, higher cost of living expenses and higher interest payments on the national debt? Every dollar Washington spends on interest is a dollar it has to tax, borrow or print. Smart retirement planners prepare for potential setbacks and they can do that by diversifying with a time tested asset known for weathering the storm that is physical gold. Now physical gold you can get from my trusted friends at Birchgold Group. Text the word Bannon B A N N O N to the number 989-898 and Birchgold will send you a free info kit on converting an existing IRA or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold. You don't pull the ripcord on your parachute once you've already hit the ground. Don't wait for economic turbulence to diversify. Text Bannon to the number 989-898 again. Tex Bannon to 989-898 own some gold and own it from Birchgold. Everyone's focus on how the conflict in the Middle east is raising oil prices. But there's another grim reality to this contention. Oil isn't the only resource being constrained. About one third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region. And with spring planting season on top of us, American farmers are sounding the alarm with some saying they can't afford to plant their fields. When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what comes next? Higher fruit prices, Reduced availability, maybe even panic buying. That's why having an emergency food supply at home makes so much sense. And that's where our friends at my Patriot Supply come in. Welcome back, Frank. Sorry you've been waiting so patiently there in the wings whilst we took advantage of Jenny's being able to give us a live report there from central Belfast just to pick up where we left off. We were talking about Cardinal McElroy's removal from Ministry of the diocesan exorcist. Father Rossetti, tell me something, or at least tell. Because, you know, when we do this show every week, we're trying to. We have a. Obviously we have a substantial traditional Catholic following here, but we also have a huge number of evangelicals, which is primarily the, obviously the, the war room audience. And one thing I would like to, to. And I don't know how to do this because I don't want to scandalize people from taking the Catholic Church seriously. But on the other hand, these things do need to be aired. What do you. What is your how, what is your take on this? On this fact specifically that this priest of 20 years standing has been removed from ministry for expressing a point of view which is nothing to do substantial with the, the deposit of the faith. Is there any, I say, is there any freedom of thought allowed in the Catholic Church or is it simply a cult where every idea is micromanaged from the top? Because ironically, cutting against that, and if you look at some of Cardinal McElroy's own statements, like on LGBT, on giving Communion to pro abortion politicians, which actually is against the Catholic Church's teaching on those things, it's absolute liberty of thought on the first, on things which are actually formally taught by the Church. No, no, no, we're not a cult. You have your own ideas to think on that. But on the things that aren't necessarily, though, can you express an opinion whether you think demons are behind UFO phenomena? On that? No, no, no, no, no. The churches are perfectly clear on that. We're going to strip you of your, of your ministry and suppress the diocesan recognition of this St. Michael's retreat center. So it's freedom of thought for the things where the Catholic teach. Catholic Church teaches formally, but absolute wide discretion. Have I got that the wrong way around? Freedom of thought on the issues that the Catholic Church does teach, but no leeway at all on things that really aren't so formally, formally declared, and I repeat, I could be wrong, but I'm not aware that the Catholic Church has any teaching whatsoever on the origin of the UFO faux phenomenon.
Frank Walker
No, in, in Leo's church and Cardinal McElroy's, it's the same church.
Charlie Kirk
It doesn't matter what the Church teaches.
Frank Walker
In fact, what the Church teaches is usually out of compliance.
Charlie Kirk
What matters is what they want it.
Frank Walker
I. It's like a Nazi church. It's like they way they would treat you in Nazi Germany on, on Raymond. On ewtn, Raymond Arroyo's show, the, the Posse, the Prayerful Posse, I think it's called.
Charlie Kirk
Now, Father, Father Jerry Murray said there's no charge here and he didn't break Catholic teaching. And he's being treated a way that you would need to have some sort of process with. So there's no due process, there's no Catholic teaching really referenced at all. He said you violated Catholic teaching, but where you didn't name the teaching. What are you in trouble for? So he's just being made an example. This is sort of a racket right now of exorcisms and also illegal. I mean, aliens from outer space, they go together in this sort of way of generating media attention. But what Cardinal McElroy is doing is
Frank Walker
he's saying,
Charlie Kirk
if you are not in line with me, you will not have any kind of voice in media from now on. I will pull it back and I'm making an example out of you as a Catholic in the faithful Catholic media voice. I think that's, I think that's what's happening here because, you know, there's no, there's no aliens in outer space. But they, but they want, I mean, coming visiting here, but they keep bringing up. Even Father Rossetti, who was canceled, said, good Catholics can believe that there's life on other planets. I don't believe it, but they can still do it.
Frank Walker
But.
Charlie Kirk
And Steven Spielberg's coming out with a new movie and this movie said this can really change. And he's a cultural leader. He says something very interesting in promoting this movie. This will really change the way religions, way people think and have thought about religions and the way the Church teaches. Because if there are aliens in outer space that are alive, well, then who is their God and how is it. So this is something that the machine is pushing aliens and Cardinal McElroy has said this will not be stopped. This is what the machine is pushing aliens, Catholic aliens. This kind of concept has been floated ever since Francis. Why do we have to hear about it? It's silly, but it's not silly to the people who rule things. So in one thing, it's a swing at all of these Catholic exorcists. You see, exorcism is not really that big of a deal. What, what's a common everyday thing are the demons that harass people every day, day in and day out in their lives. They don't make big stinks about it. The big stink from demons happens after you die. But you have to get your life right. You have to go to the sacraments and have the graces that the Church can give you in order to really push off demons. It's your own demons that are the problem. What are you worrying about? These demons that have these great superpowers and could be aliens. That's all just TV media stuff, you know, that's.
Frank Walker
It's all not very Catholic. But he's hit something. He's hit sort of a. Sort of a, you know, a little franchise. Cardinal McElroy, he's taken a swing at this franchise and he's made himself an example. You will, you will only have media franchises. You know, they just put a lady in an ewtn lady in charge of Leo's Apparatus for Propaganda for Media. She's a woman, she's not even a nun. So she. That's never been, never happened before. And she's also divorced and she's not a faithful Catholic at all. She just makes a lot of. So they're consolidating the media in Leo's church to make sure that this Nazi church media is only giving the message exactly that they want. And they don't care whether it's Catholic or not. They're going to, they're going to take you out because they decide what's Catholic. They're not going to make A charge. They're not going to use any kind of legal process. And you have no freedom. Like you said, Ben, you have no. The Gospel has freedom. You know, if you follow the Church teaching the truth, then you have freedom in everything else. But if you don't believe in any of the gospel, well, there's no freedom. And like Father Rossetti said after he was canceled, I want to be obedient. I want to be obedient. I want to be obedient. Well, obedience is all you get. Obedience is all you get. Because faithfulness doesn't matter at all. What matters is obedience to Cardinal McElroy and Pope Leo.
Ben Harnwell
Yeah, I think a lot of these senior bishops and senior cardinals are sociopaths. I have said it before. I, I've said on air before I thought Pope Francis of unhappy memory was a sociopath. Absolutely convinced of it. And a lot of these cardinals are. I think that is it. It's just all you get from them is passive aggressive, the passive aggressive response. And I think I feel sorry for these guys who, you know, who have the call to serve Jesus Christ, have the vocation to serve Jesus Christ in the Catholic priesthood. They put themselves, as they're obliged to do, under vows of obedience to these men. And it's soul destroying to see how that obedience is misused because of the petty vanities and jealousies, these inadequate, incompetent parasites. And just listening to you talk, sadly, you know, we've. We'll move on to the FBI, the Cash Patel FBI sackings in just a moment, which is something that I know we both want to get our teeth into. But hearing you talk about this, about the suppression of the St. Michael Spiritual center, you know what I thought of? It was like a rerun of Card. What was Fulton Sheen's cardinal in New York? Spelman. Cardinal Spelman. He was a piece of work as well, with, with a very large cupboard for skeletons. And I don't mean, when I say a large cupboard, I don't mean of the Narnia variety, but he was a guy who absolutely beat upon Fulton Sheen, who was a genuinely holy man. And it was just jealousy that, that Fulton Sheen had a huge popular following in America with the American public because of the coherence and sincerity he preached the gospel. And I think it's a rerun of that. It's a, It's a rerun of that. I think pretty disgraceful.
Frank Walker
Ben Leo just met with the Bad Bunny. The bad Bunny is a, is a pop figure. You wears a dress in, in Spain behind the scenes there's pictures. All the other cardinals took pictures, but I don't think they've been released yet. But that was probably Leo's favorite part. Have you ever read the lyrics of that guy? I mean, that guy is a horrible guy. His lyrics are horrible. But I think that was Leo. You said they're jealous of attention. Leo loves that attention. He just loves it. He loves being part of that crowd. So I can see where you're saying that. But look, this is the kind of people that they're dealing with here. These are the people, just like in, in, in the uk just like in Northern Ireland, the overlords there are some real crooks and we're never going to solve anything until we deal with them.
Ben Harnwell
Yes, sociopathic overlords. Here's a public service announcement, folks. Go on to Google or if you have an AI bot, open up your chat GPT and just tap in what are, give the prompt what are the characteristics commonly attributed to narcissistic personality disorder, npd? And then do just compare the notes with your local bishop and see how much overlap you get. Compare it to what you know about late unlamented Pope Francis. And then you, you'll be astonished at the, at the, at the absolute overlap on that Frank standby. I'll come up, come back and do the, the Virginia Traditional Catholic thing in, in just a moment. All right, Frank Walker, we've got five minutes of the show left and we're going to talk now about these, I think. According to some press reports, five or so FBI agents based up in Virginia have been fired for their part in writing this famous anti trad Catholic memo of a couple of years ago, deliberately targeting traditional Catholics, suggesting that they are subversive and seditious and warranting the full force the American government's surveillance system. As far as I'm aware, Frank Walker, these five agents haven't been named, but I certainly think they should be named and they should be shamed for what they did writing this memo. And of course, the moment that the memo, not the moment it was passed up the line, but the moment it became public, the then FBI director Christopher Wray immediately ordered it withdrawn. Little too little too late as far as I'm concerned. But anyway, three or four years on, three years on, justice has been served and they've been sacked. What's your take on this? I know our colleague who's currently away on legal work, Liz your has been covering and indeed reporting on this show quite substantially about the these goings on. What's your take on the news that these five have been dismissed beyond an applause and heartfelt, heartfelt thank you to FBI Director Kash Patel.
Frank Walker
It's a good reminder to how and how different things are when you have a different government. It's not like the suffering that they're having in Ireland and Northern Ireland and the UK In Europe here. It really has made a difference. This was like the next step. You know, they were calling SSPX Traditional Catholics dangerous and violent extremists. And they were but they, they when Biden was in power, they did almost nothing about it. The Department of Justice, they just said, well, this isn't our policy to act like this and we're not against Catholics, not in any way they wouldn't admit to. The real problem is that they were targeting actual faithful Catholics to try to put pressure on them. This is so this is so much what we would have had be with if we didn't have Trump in office. But to now it's part, this is a, they've thrown out five of them as part of like a bunch of other ones in this purge. A lot of the people were purged for leaning on Trump and the things that he did to Trump and the and also it's also we've seen pressure on the Southern Poverty Law center who, who was the sort of the precursor of this. Whenever the Southern Poverty Law center flag somebody, it seems like the FBI would follow up. And there was a lot of traditional Catholics that were flagged by them. We now we find that they were just sort of a funded operation, a phony operation with way too much money. The it was interesting that there's been that they didn't mention in this, in this first article, but more than a thousand FBI employees actually did receive this memo and that Abigail Spanberger has tapped Stanley Mador, who is the leader of the Richmond office where this originated. And so they're still going to end up in good places. You know, nevertheless, I think that one of the one that more hopeful things is still what's going on in the Trump administration. To see the reaction to having Bill Pulte put up, you know, this is a change of the subject, but Bill Pulte put up ahead of where Tulsi Gabbard just was will probably have a positive effect because they're just having fits about it in Congress. What happens in the government is so important to protecting our rights in the UK you know, you don't even have police rights in that country, as you discussed on your show last weekend. You know, if you, if you come to the police with a crime, a Muslim crime, you're going to get in trouble for reporting it. Your whole life will be ruined. So at the very top levels, these kinds of changes make a huge difference and I think they're probably going to continue to as long as we have Trump in office, even, even beyond the midterms.
Ben Harnwell
Frank Walker, you're absolutely right. You put your nail on it this when we say that elections have consequence that isn't always in the negative sense. There is occasionally positive ramifications about voting well, and this is a difference that Donald Trump is making and his administration is making in a positive sense. These things that were committed under the COVID of darknesses under the COVID of darkness are slowly being brought to light. I'll add this because I know our time is up now. I will add this. I would like to personally, I would like to see some digging down on the papers here. I would like to know to what extent the Vatican was involved in feeding in information and for this memo to be written. I'm fairly sure the Francis Vatican was behind there somewhere targeting targets on these trapped Catholics. And I'd like, you know, I would really like for those papers to come to light. Look, that is all we have time for. Very quick shout out to Canon 212 and stumbling block I do go to every day has all the rankings of all the things I need to be aware of. The discussion later pivots to issues within the Catholic Church and concludes by addressing recent firings in the FBI related to anti-traditional Catholic memos.

Closing Reflections: This episode combines immediate, street-level reporting from Belfast with cultural and political analysis. It underscores themes of anger among ordinary people, political disconnect, the tensions created by rapid demographic change, and institutional reactions (sometimes tone-deaf or repressive) from both church and state. The conversation is candid, urgent, and often combative, reflective of Bannon War Room’s tone and audience expectations.
