This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. Reasons I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
Ben Harnwell
And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA MEDIA I wish in my soul,
Steve Bannon
I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my

country, this country will be saved. War Room here's your host, Stephen K. Bannock.
Ben Harnwell
Ben Harnwell at the helm on Steve Bannon's War Room. Good evening. Okay, so let me bring on straight away Jenny Holland and Frank Walker, our regular contributors. Good evening guys. What we're hitting tonight is something that I think Frank and I, we've been saying repeatedly on this is the most important event in traditional Catholicism in 38 years, 40 years, which is the episcopal consecrations of the Priestly Society of Pius X, Pope Saint Pius X. And as we covered last week with footage, the the consecrations took place last Wednesday. Four shiny new bishops and Frank, I remember asking you, I don't think there's been any news yet from the Vatican on, on the response to this and you said no, no, no, there hasn't been. Well, one day later the news came in which was the, on the 2nd of July, the so called excommunications. It's all a bit of a mess really. Frank Walker and I don't quite understand it because you had this decree coming out from the Vatican and then you had an explanatory note coming out. I think the decree relates to effectively the bishops that have been inverted commas excommunicated. And the explanatory note as incoherent and contradictory it is applies to the laity. That's you and me, folks. Frank, why don't you start off just talking us through these excommunications. Who has been excommunicated? What does it mean? I gather these are excommunications latte sentence which basically means they're not punitive excommunications by the Pope out of punishment. These are simply formal recognitions that a person has excommunicated themselves by doing something prohibited in church law. So what happened then last week? Does this take the SSPX Society of Pope St. Pius X back to where it was 40 years ago. Is it the same sort of excommunication or is it different? And how, how does that affect us, the laity?
Frank Walker
Well, there are similarities or there's a lot of sort of off the shelfness feel about what they did this time and what they did last time and over the years. The people have always said that the, the bishops were excommunicated in 1988 and then that was taken away by Pope Benedict, I suppose I don't know was it 20 years later, but I didn't know what the ins and outs of it were. This thing that was prominent was decreed by Cardinal Kissy Fernandez, the soft porn writer and overall creep it legally. It's kind of a big mess is what it is. And why is that? Why does that happen? Well, in one sense, maybe it's because these people are all just political. They're not really, they don't really care what. They're lawless. They don't really care what the law says. But on the other hand, maybe it's purposeful. Either way, the decree part of the statement excommunicates the six bishops that were involved. And then this explanatory note after sort of generally that decrees but says that, you know, priests will be excommunicated if this laity will be excommunicated if they fully adhere somehow. And it doesn't explain how that would happen. It doesn't explain when there's, there's differences as to the timing. And you can't make a judicial decree by way of a note, you know, I can't. It's the decree where these things need to happen. And also maybe it's like the kind of excommunication that you just kind of do yourself. But they're not really treating it that way. They're treating it as. It would be like a case on a case by case basis where you get to defend yourself. And even in the days of the Inquisition, if you were declared excommunicated, you would have a trial, you would have a defense. None of that seems to be applied here. And it should be. From what I'm reading about it, this kind of is the way this should be handled. So as far as the status of priests and laypeople, it sounds to me like they're really not excommunicated by Leo Church. And this is, of course, if Leo were actually a Catholic. I mean, if Leo are, I mean, if you're, if you're a heretic and you're not a Catholic and Leo differs from the Catholic faith on many different areas formally. And of course, the Church fathers say, no, you can't excommunicate anybody because you're not really, you're sort of excommunicated yourself. There's many ways to be outside the faith, so this is all going to come out in the wash over time. But really it's the political impact that matters. It's how everybody handles it. And of course, all of Leo's bishops and all of the leftist press are treating it as if it's just de facto. That's the situation, of course.
Ben Harnwell
So a couple of things I need to ask you about because I can't understand what canonical category fully adhere falls into. I don't understand. It's like full communion and partial communion. I have no idea what these, these categories are supposed to mean. Point one, if you have any light to. On that, please illuminate me. Point one. Point two, you say if Leo were actually Catholic. Well, I, far be it for me to be edgy on the war room, but I, I, yeah, if Leo were actually Pope, what one could just gently suggest, push out there into the, into the realms of consideration. All right, so tell me what it, what does it mean to be, for the laity to fully adhere? The, the SSPX is a priestly society. Right?
Frank Walker
Right.
Ben Harnwell
We can't roll up and join it without being ordained into it or without being a member of the, of the, of, of, of, of religious society, basically religious order.
Frank Walker
It sounds like what they mean is that formally adhered to a different faith, as if it were a different faith, a different doctrine.
Ben Harnwell
But I don't, I don't understand, I don't understand what it means to formally adhere. Do. If you go to the occasional SSPX mass on Sunday, Is that adhering if you,
Jenny Holland
Come on.
Frank Walker
They don't really explain it, Ben. So we don't really know. But it does make it seem like it's two different faiths. And they keep talking about it as if it were two different faiths because they say the SSPX doesn't believe the modern church teaching of Vatican ii. But, but Vatican II does not declare any doctrines. It doesn't require that you believe anything different. So how can they require it? You see, it's lawless. And another thing is they say that they're guilty of schism. These priests and bishops are guilty of schism, but they recognize Leo as pope. You know, other traditionalists don't recognize Leo as pope, but they recognize him and they treat him respectfully and they say, oh, Holy Father, we, you know, we're asking you, could you please, you know, do these things with us? So they actually, if they're not, they were schismatic, they would be not sharing the faith. And they do, they're accused of it, but they, they do share the Catholic faith. And they wouldn't think Leo was the Pope or had a right to be pope or the Pope mattered. Like, for example, like, for example, the Orthodox, they're not like that. So you have to, I suppose you have to decide for yourselves. Now the people that sspx, the young people who've seen him with John Henry Weston, had a great piece from Switzerland at the event and they're, they're very positive. They say nobody can take away my right to be a Catholic. And that's the way they look at it. The, when you read the press, that they're trying to scare people. They're saying Leo has finally gotten firm and, and brought the hammer down. And people are going to have to decide at the sspx. I can't personally imagine anyone at the sspx, given the history that they have, deciding that they would go to these masses that are gay pride masses that are poker masses that are where they, where they have this whole different religion because of this, because Leo has laid down the law like at Reuters and at the Washington Post and all these leftists, you know, people that write for the National Catholic Reporter are praising Leo's firmness here. And they're, all of them to a T, are worried about the politics of it because there are many right wing politicians in Europe and they don't mention so much in the United States, but the SSPX was very integral in getting us out of the lockdowns legally. And they were the ones that were confronted by the FBI and then the Republicans in Congress defended them. So politically, you know, you're talking about maybe 102,000, 100,000 people, but they're, you know, you have, you have the right wing in Italy, the right wing in France. Members of them are sspx. Some of them were there at the event. This is what terrifies the mainline press, the politics of it. And they're trying to say Leo is tough and strengthen his. I think it's kind of politically tone deaf seeing a lot of people with his positions and why they're, they're so adamant on saying this is like the greatest schism in history and everybody must now decide which way. I think the SSPX have decided and in the months and the years coming forward with these new Bishops, we'll see if there's growth, not just with them, but with the whole traditional movement, the ones that LEO still permits to live without attacking. And the people that are traditionalists are not part of the sspx. I would think that these people that we've been talking about, these young people, these, these gen zers are going to eventually bump into, just maybe give it a try. And that's when they're going to find a lot of them, what they really have been looking for all along. You know, the Masses at the Nova sort of Masses are just getting crazier and crazier and people are dropping like
Ben Harnwell
flies in terms of the numbers. I'm going to bring Jenny in in a moment, just after I give a shout out to our sponsors for the show on this point to do with the, the numbers here, because I've seen some Novus Order cheerleaders with the pom pom saying, you know, actually there aren't that many people laity going to the, to the SSPX masses. What I'd like from these people are to run the actual numbers properly and do apply the same degree of scrutiny to find out how many people are actually going to the Novus auto Masses on Sunday, please. That is something I would like to know, because the mainstream media always plays up its articles. You know, if you, if you're a journalist, you're going to write about something, you have to show it has dramatic impact. So they say the Catholic church has like 1.2 billion adherents around the world. The Catholic Church does not. Take it from me, folks. Our audience is very large conservative evangelical sector of this audience. Take it from me, there are not 1.2 billion Catholics in the world. There might have been one point. There might be 1.2 billion people who were baptized as babies, but that doesn't translate into going to Mass every Sunday. It doesn't translate to going to confession. It doesn't translate to obeying and fulfilling in your own personal lives everything that the Church has taught for the last 2000 years as being true, that number is a tiny, tiny fraction. So when you have the mainstream, because the Catholic Church, the institutional Catholic Church and its Novus Order adherents that has been in free fall since the Second Vatican Council, it would have perhaps been 1.2 billion mass goers every Sunday had it not been for the council. But the Modernists have wrecked the Catholic Church's credibility. Not even talking about the clerical sex abuse scandals as well, but they've been driving the Church into the ground. So, you know, if you're going to have cheerleaders in the press saying, oh, the SSPX is actually quite small. You know, it might the, the 600,000 figure or the 1 million figure that those might be sort of slightly inflated, probably only a hundred thousand. Let's have the same scrutiny of the Novus order and compare like with, like with the same degree of rigor. Look, I'm going to come back to you guys in just a quick moment. I'll come back to you in a moment. I've got to do the shout out now. As you know folks, up until July 10th, Birch Gold has the special commemorative limited edition 1oz silver round for every $10,000 of qualifying purchases. So you've got like just a short wire left folks, to take advantage of, of that. Phone Philip Patrick, speak to him, speak to his team. They'll give you all the advice on how you can get your hands on that special limited edition commemorative round that was minted to mark the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Speak to Philip Patrick about getting your hands on that because when they were all gone, folks, they were all gone. Also speak to him about what you might be able to do to convert an old 401k, perhaps of a previous employer or have you, or an IRA into a physical IRA in gold, which would be a superb hedge against inflation. As you know, 10 years ago one ounce of gold was worth about $1,200. This year it was touching $4,500. It's now down to about $4,000. So it's a particularly advantageous time right now if you want to buy the dip to get on before the price starts to rocket again. Tex Bannon to B A N O N to 989898 and take advantage of this free America 251 ounce silver round with all qualifying purchases before July 10th again to expand and ban on to 989898. And also, you know, whilst I'm doing this, I'm going to give a quick shout out as well to Tax Network usa. Perhaps you have back taxes, perhaps you haven't filed years. Now is a great time to resolve those tax matters. If you owe tax, then the IRS has a number of legal ways that it can employ to get that claw that money back. It can garnish your wages directly, it can lever your bank account, seize your retirement funds or even seize your home. So if you owe money and you haven't filed, it's not really a question of if the IRS is going to act its when. And that's why right now Tax Network USA is offering a completely free IRS research and discovery court. And that will show you exactly where you stand. It will tell you what you owe. It will also tell you if you're also in the clear, which will be a great piece of mind for you. And they can tell you what you need to do to stop any IRS action before it's too late. The Tax Network USA folk have powerful programs and strategies that can save many thousands or even eliminate your debt entirely if you qualify. Don't make a costly mistake because representing yourself or calling the IRS on your own waives your rights and in the end can cost you more money. And the IRS are obviously not on your side. So get protected right away with Tax Network USA and start that process of settling tax matters once and for all. Call 1-800-958-1000 once again, 1-800-958-10000 or visit tnusa.com Bannon for your free discovery call. Don't let the IRS be the first to act. Okay, Jenny Holland, you picked up an interesting insight. Let me bring you in now about that because you've been following this and I value what you think because whilst you, you have repeatedly on this show shown a great deal of grace and goodwill to the traditionalist Catholic movement of which I don't think you would formally identify yourself as belonging, you have some insights to say from your perspective as a, as, as someone who wouldn't consider themselves an expert on the canon law minutia on this and give the microphone over to you now to, to share this perspective.
Jenny Holland
Certainly not. I'm certainly not an expert on canon law. Well, I thought it was very interesting that the Spectator magazine, the UK based Spectator, which is sort of like a establishment Tory publication, came out very much in defense of the Society, the SSPX there they they published an opinion piece by a Canadian journalist calling Pope Leo's actions unconscionable. And it was very helpful for me to read it because whilst you as you said, I'm not a member of the Catholic Church, I'm not catechized, I've come from Catholic family, but not a not an official member. I'm more of a watcher. But my sympathies are with SSPX for a very simple reason. And that is because, well, first of all, I don't like double standards. But most more importantly, I feel that the true value of the Church from a person, from the point of view of someone who's very secular and has lived in a very secular world. My whole life is precisely in the older traditions. That is where just talk like a Hollywood producer, that's where the magic happens. That is what people who are turning to the church, I believe, in my opinion, are looking for. They are not looking for the, what you call the modernist church. They're not looking for the acoustic guitars on Sunday and the pride events. We have enough of that. Secular society is full of that. The Protestant churches are full of that. There's plenty of options for people who want that sort of watered down Christianity that makes accommodations to sec the worst of sort of secular life. So my sympathies are with sspx just strictly from an outsider's perspective. So it was very interesting to see the Spectator, especially after I noticed on Twitter a couple of right wing Catholic accounts that I follow came out in support of Pope Leo. So I I've been watching this from afar, very interested and I just think that if you are going to accommodate the LGBTQ worldview and lifestyle and sort of apparatus, if you are going to accommodate the neoliberal globalist economic program which we're going to be talking about more later in terms of migrants and open and supporting open borders and chastising Trump for returning illegal as war room calls them invaders then and you're not and you are going to punish in the harshest possible way that a Catholic can be punished the very people who are trying to keep the flame, the tradition alive, which is happens to be the very thing that new Catholics are looking for then this is a very dire situation. It seems respectfully, as an outsider that the church finds itself in. It certainly makes no sense.
Ben Harnwell
Jenny, I've made a note that people are not looking for acoustic guitars and pride flags on Sunday. The world is full of that. Very, very astute point, by the way. Winston Churchill came up said described of himself and his relationship to the Church of England. He said, I'm not a pillar of the church. I'm a flying buttress supporting the church from the outside, I think. I wouldn't say that's a total overlap from your positions. I don't truly think you are an outsider as much as you like to suggest for that thrill of controversy on air that you are. Folks will remember that you came onto the show a year ago saying I'm an atheist, but I'm praying the rosary every day and they've been following your spiritual journey along that with great interest, praying you along and willing you long. Folks, stay with us because after the break we're going to come back, Jenny's flagged up this horror story of a priest that Pope Francis of unhappy memory shook hands with an invader who later not only killed a Catholic priest, but burnt down a cathedral church in, in France. And the horror story is, is that on July 4, that most important day this year for Americans celebrating, Quite reasonably, the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, what the world promotes as the first American Pope went to Lampedusa and went through the whole process again will be, it will say with Jenny, she's going to be asking the question, you know, who are they letting in this time? What damage will they do? Frank, I had a separate question for you, which is where this, these so called excommunications do leave the laity with regard, especially with regards to this declaration of faith we're supposed to pronounce if we want readmittance to the Novus Ordo regime. Well, folks, here's my declaration of faith, Holy Father. Screw you. And I was going to expand on that. Sadly, sadly, Jenny mentioned something in what she was just saying, Frank, I really want your take on it because it goes to the heart of so much that is wrong. She made the throwaway remark. Frank Walker Jenny made the throwaway remark that in checking social media she discovered that whilst a lot of people were supporting the SSPX consecrations and you and I on this show have been saying for a year since we've been doing on this show that the SSPX needed to get round and consecrate new bishops to ensure its future survival. Jenny's made the throwaway remark that quite a number of conservatives commentators weren't supporting the consecrations. Which brings us on right, totally unplanned because as I said, I had a different point I was going to make in the second segment of this first half. It brings us on to tradinc, our friends. Frank, just give me like two minutes, if you wouldn't mind. On that fact, that sad reality that so many people very, very present on social media were effectively pretending to be trads all along because it helped the grift and it helped the fundraising, but they weren't really friends of tradition at all.
Frank Walker
It's bothering a lot of people on social media to see some people that they had respected not support this. I'm thinking of someone like Taylor Marshall, who's getting in a lot of trouble right now, is a big Catholic podcaster. But you know, the conservatives and liberals, they work together, they call them neocons and they sort of te conservatives tee them up. And the liberals win. All of these people at Reuters, they all and that Washington Post and they mentioned the Crux magazine. These people were outside the church. They were censured and now they are like the mainstream. So Maga and the Catholic Church is to the right of what you would call a conservative. People don't like to put us in a political area, but that's the way it is, you know, and, and the church used to be all about wrecking itself 60 years ago, but now they're all about politics. The church is about, you know, cardinals blessing gay couples for the 50th anniversary or, you know, the diplomats meeting with sultans in Nigeria saying that they have a lot in common with these people that are just murdering and burning churches and massacring them. They have the cardinal, the head of Caritas Cardinal Kikuchi in Tokyo saying the Japan needs to accept migrants from Africa. Those are extremely unpopular leftist positions. And that really today is what the Church is all about. That's all there is.
Ben Harnwell
So traditionalism, that is what the Church is all about. Stay with us. Back in two minutes.

Welcome back. Seatbelt, folks, because this second half of the show is going to go so fast. Frank, let me just come back to you so you can finish the point you're making that before the ads you were saying that MAGA and traditional Catholic movement are to the right of conventional conservative Catholics. You think. Let me just. I don't want to put words into your mouth, but do you agree with me that MAGA and the trad Catholic movements have a natural convergence point to come together and work together?
Frank Walker
Yes, because they're not dishonest. The conservative position is that you have to be obedient to Leo because he's Pope, but they don't mention the fact that he's not Catholic. And we're. We Catholics have minds and we have faith in our hearts and we follow those things that they pretend like that's not an issue. And this is. This is their position, and all it does is support the left. But the traditionalists say we're all about tradition. I don't really like that, but it's true. Because tradition brings doctrine and they support the doctrine of the Church and they transmit that doctrine to new generations. So it's so much more than tradition. It's about success and it's about the teachings of the true teachings of the Church in our minds because we can think. And the faith that we've had for thousands of years, you can't take that away by lying to us like these conservatives do.
Ben Harnwell
And they certainly are lying and asking for our donations once they do it. Just one quick Thing. Right. Sorry, Jenny, just one quick thing. Perhaps we'll make. Let me throw the point out to you, and then we'll hit it next week. I don't understand what the severity of excommunication is supposed to be in the mind of the Novus Ordo Catholic regime, considering that they no longer teach extra ecclesia nola salus, which was the old, thrice proclaimed dogma that outside the church there is no salvation. The Novus Ordo regime apparently doesn't teach that anymore, in which case, so what. So what if we're excommunicated anyway? Look, that's. That's. That's an argument for. For another. But the point is, is that the. The liberals, the progressives, the atheists, the communists who've hijacked the Catholic Church, in the end, the. They've lost any bite that such a disciplinary. Disciplinary measure might have in the minds of recalcitrant faithful. And as I say, if they want to say that I'm excommunicated, I am not going to be exc. I'm not going to lose five minutes sleep because I've been told I've been excommunicated by people who bow down to Pachamama and tell trans couples, you know, well done, congratulations on your marriage. They can say what they want. Look, Jenny, I have got to come to you now, even though I could quite naturally spend the whole show talking over just the hip, as Frank Walker says, the hypocrisy of the. Of the Novus Ordo regime, which is not Catholic. Okay, so, July 4th, momentous day. And if there's one thing that the Vatican does understand, its symbolism in front of the television cameras. And there was Pope Leo off on the rocky outcrop where so many Africans. And I have. I do have pity and sorrow for these Africans who are setting off, but the fact that so many people have died in the graveyard of the sea is their responsibility because they have agency for their actions. And I find it really quite evil and iniquis of the Novus Ordo regime to suggest that I am responsible for the fact that people are dying in the Mediterranean. So you've got this horror story lined up to tell us a bit about. Before we do that, I'm just gonna go to the video of Pope Leo out on Lampedusa, and I'm gonna. I'm not gonna tell you what he was saying right as he's shaking hands with all of these invaders. I'm going to do provide my own commentary of what I would say if I Were Pope. Denver, if you please. You're going back. You're going back. You're on the next flight, right? Get. You're back, you're going back. Right? Okay. Bon voyage. You're going back. You two, mate, off you go. You're going. You're definitely not staying. And you. Okay, Bye. Bye. Have a lovely trip. Thanks for the bow. You too. Bye. And you, off you go. Safe journey home. You do. Bye bye now. Bye bye. Thanks for staying. Thanks for your visit. Lovely to see you. Take care. Right, the boat's leaving 100 yards down there. Hello, Sunny Jim. You ready to go back? Bye. Bye. Right, and you, mate, off you go. Now that. That's what I would do if the Holy Spirit chose me as Pope. Jenny, you know, I don't mean to be facetious. We saw the same scenes. And I bow my head to you. I bow to you for picking up on this, because I'd missed it. We saw the same scenes from Bergoglio, right? Doing the same shtick. One of the people, and this is what the Internet never forgets, one of the people that he was doing, what the current guy is doing right now, killed a French priest that was actually giving him a home and put him up, I think, in his own apartment and he burnt down a cathedral church in France. You know, tell us more. Well, a greater horror story than this is difficult to believe. Go on. What happened?
Jenny Holland
Yeah, I mean, before we talk about what happened in Nantes, I just want to say that the video of the video you just showed, and also the video that came out first, which was of Pope Leo sort of clambering down on these rocks and the. The Cape is flying in the wind and he's overlooking the Mediterranean, and it was sort of like, I think they were trying to go for drama. And then this video where he's saying whatever he's saying, not what you were saying to, as you'll notice, man after man after man after man after man after man. And then at the end, a couple of ladies and then one singular child, really. On the 4th of July. Okay. On the 4th of July on the 250th birthday of the United States of America, and he is the first American Pope. And this is what he is taking to Instagram, taking to the gram to show the world, really reminded me. And I'm going to be very, very sort of sassy here. So brace yourselves, everyone. It really reminded me of, like, the scorned girlfriend who is like, look at me, I'm living my best life. I don't need you. I don't need your damn 250th birthday party. I don't care. I have new friends. That is the vibe that these, these posts are giving. And the. In a more serious way, all of these men manifer man after man after man. As someone who lives in the UK who has just been watching crime after crime happen by allegedly carried out by men coming in into the country in similar ways to these gentlemen here, it's an incredibly bad look. I mean, talk about not being able to read the room. Unless, of course, the room in question is the globalist room. And not at all the, the sort of the salt of the earth Catholic community, the actual parishioners, the actual laity of the church, the people who make the church what it is. He is pandering to the, to everyone else. He's pandering to the globalists and the elites. And he looks very silly. He looks very like, I am better. I don't care about Trump. I don't care about Trump. I'm fine. I'm fine. On the birthday of his own nation and he finds himself in Lampedusa. Now, wait a moment. This is also a very bad look and very bad optics because of what you said. Back in 2020, a Rwandan man lit the cathedral of Nantes, which is very beautiful, I've been there, on fire. He was put into prison briefly. He was released the following year, and he was taken in sort of like a care in the community situation by the priest from the cathedral in Nantes. And this Rwandan man had, several years prior sh. Shook hands with Pope Leo at an event in Rome for the Fratelli Year of Something or other, where it was an event specifically for the socially excluded. He goes on to burn the church in Nantes. When he gets out of prison for that, he goes to the generosity of the priest and is housed by the generous priests of the same church that he burned and he murdered the priest and he is now serving 30 years in jail. There is a reason that man was socially excluded. I would like to point out to the Vatican that, you know, I'm sure, I'm sure there was a couple of wretches at that event for the socially excluded that were, you know, really hard done by. And everyone deserves mercy in God's eyes up to a point. But what about other people? What about the victims of these people's crimes? The crimes just keep happening. The liberals become more and more suicidal with, in terms of empathy, or I would actually call it. And this is, this is really going to send Me straight to hell. This is the Pope exhibiting moral vanity. And it's appalling and it's, it's hard to watch. It's actually hard to watch.
Ben Harnwell
Okay. All right. And firstly, Denver. Would you mind just, you've got the, the articles there that, that Jenny was referring to about the, the, the burning of the church in Nantes and the murder of the priest. The. I think he was stabbed, the brutal stabbing of the priest. You know, it's a tragedy, but at the end of the day, you can only weep so many tears for people's naive stupidity. Thanks very much. That's it. That's the horrific thing. That church, I think is four times older than the United States, burnt down by an invader who went on to murder the priest, who was the priest of that church who gave him roof over his head. And he went up and this guy, I think you got the photo of it. This guy who, the guy who did this. The photos there of him shaking hands with, with, with Bergoglio, with Pope Francis when he was welcomed into the country. All right, that is, that's, that's a metaphor. That is a metaphor for the suicidal nature of. Did. The pro invasion policy of, of, of the Vatican. Jenny, I have to again tip my hat to you. You have nailed it a thousand percent. And you, in your description of what Leo was doing on, on July 4th this year, it was, it was exactly that. It was the scorned girlfriend posting under the assumption that her ex was going to be seeing and watching and she's saying, look at me live my best life without you. That's what he was doing at lampedusa when everybody of importance, every American of importance was in America celebrating the 250th birth of their anniversary. He did send some platitudinous statement, I thought, which completely missed the point of
Jenny Holland
America, but it wasn't even platitudinous. It was actually kind of borderline insulting. It was, it was contemptuous. I mean, it's really shocking that the first American Pope did not return to America for such, for such a momentous birthday. I mean, that is really, that's, that is such a slap in the face and such a misread when the American Catholic, I mean, you guys tell me. My impression was the American Catholic community, the American lady is extremely sort of influential and, and, and beloved. And I, I. My understanding was that they were quite influential in even getting him into that position of Pope. Maybe I'm wrong about that. Please correct me. But the, the you. So on that day, you don't even go to the American Embassy in Rome. You Frank Walker to Lampedusa.
Ben Harnwell

Jenny Holland, in the closing minutes of the show, you flagged up one article in the mainstream press about which the. In the, the interpretation, I have certain question marks, but it's. There's a store, there's a church. Is it out in Missouri? Where is it? That was, that was actually closed down. And after a turnaround, after an intervention, it now has 700 mass goers every Sunday. How did they go from abandoned and closed down to thriving and standing room only? What did they do?
Jenny Holland
Well, you'll never guess, Ben. They started to offer the traditional Latin mass and that fixed it. That literally fixed it. Like you said, it was abandoned after sort of demographic changes in the area in 20 years ago, more than 20 years ago. And it was going to be sold. It was a, it was a ruin and it is A cathedral. So it's very grand, beautiful from the pictures, extremely beautiful building. And Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke instituted the Latin Mass as its, as its Mass as a fixture on a Sunday. And the parish has gone from strength to strength. 21 years later, it is no longer on the brink of ruin, is, like you say, welcoming 700 parishioners, worshippers every Sunday, which sounds like a very large number to me. Now, again, this goes back to every single thing we were saying thus far in the show. The, the devotion that amongst the people, okay, amongst the people, the laity, the ordinary man and woman, the salt of the earth. I know you use that phrase a lot. The energy and the devotion is with the Latin Mass. Now it's, I'm not saying that people who go attend the Novus Ordo don't have the worship or the devotion they do, whatever. That's not what I'm saying. But there is, there is so much energy with the Latin Mass and families and communities find it extremely nourishing, extremely healing, extremely powerful. And you just hear this over and over and over again, the numbers, overall, I read somewhere, I think it was like 2%. So it's a small number of people who do attend the Latin Mass, but it's a, it's an issue of quality over quantity in this point, at this point and again, the church hierarchy, the church elite, refuses to see this, refuses to accept this, and just keeps on turning its back to these people, to its own flock over and over and over again, and essentially treats them, sometimes with, even with contempt.
Ben Harnwell
It's because. It's because they hate you. They're driven by a supernatural preternatural contempt and hatred for any semblance of the Catholic faith. So there you go. Cathedral Church closed down and abandoned 21 years ago. Intervention by Cardinal Burke, reinstallation of the traditional Latin Mass, and now it's sort of thriving and standing room only. The lesson doesn't seem to be learned, not least over in Washington, where the news came out, I think today or yesterday, Frank Walker, that Cardinal, Cardinal McElroy signed an order prohibiting the construction or installation of autorails to stop the laity from kneeling at Mass in the Novus Ordo. Right. One would presume, because it's pretty difficult to go to a TLM these days that just go, that just goes. The new, the new regime, it is only focused on what it can do to maximize. Driving people out of the Church. No, no, no, These, these people are usurpus. Frank Walker, social media. Where do people go to keep up with you? Your analysis that you put out every day in video form. But also Canon 212, which is the Catholic answer to Matt Brudge.

Podcast Summary: Bannon’s War Room – Battleground EP 1044
Episode Title: “When Pope Francis Shook Hands And Welcomed INVADER Who Then Murdered Priest And Burnt Down Cathedral”
Date: July 10, 2026
Host: Steve Bannon (WarRoom.org); Main Panel: Ben Harnwell (anchor), Frank Walker, Jenny Holland
This episode focuses on the schism within the Catholic Church following the recent episcopal consecrations by the Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX), Vatican reactions including excommunications, and critiques of the current Papacy’s handling of tradition, migration, and church discipline. The panelists analyze the theological, political, and cultural implications for traditionalist Catholics, highlight media responses, and discuss a notorious case involving Pope Francis (referred to as Pope Leo or Bergoglio) and a migrant who later committed murder and arson in France.
Background: Recent consecration of bishops by SSPX regarded as the most significant traditionalist Catholic event in 40 years.
Vatican Decrees: A formal decree excommunicated the six bishops involved; an ambiguous explanatory note addressed potential excommunications among laity and priests “who fully adhere” to SSPX.
Political Stakes:
The episode casts the Vatican’s clampdown on traditionalism—including the ambiguous excommunications following the SSPX consecrations—as a political, not spiritual, crisis. It highlights media bias, the vitality of traditional communities, and pop-cultural critiques of the Pope’s approach to migration and symbolism. A running theme is the belief that tradition, especially the Traditional Latin Mass, is the future of authentic Catholicism, even as church authorities attempt to suppress it.
