Stephen K. Bannon
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. Because if we have caught any of you, then all will be m will be brought to accountability. Every single last one of you. And by the way, when we say no one is above the law, we're not talking about revenge. We're not talking about retribution. We're talking about something called justice. American justice. And there can be no peace without justice. There can be no peace without due American justice. And justice will be done. And so January 6th, the J6ers. What to do with the J6ers. A blanket pardon, of course, that's day one. And not just the J6ers. I'm talking also about the pro lifers who were locked up by this administration. I'm talking about the victims of the lawfare of this administration. I'm talking about all of the victims of the January 6 Committee and the collaborators on the January 6 Committee. Justice will be done for every single one of these folks. But I was with my friend Raheem Kassam when we were of the War Room Posse. I don't know if we have any War Room posse members here in the audience today. Okay, one or two. One or two. And we were talking about the J6ers. And I said, you know something? Justice isn't just a pardon. Justice doesn't set things right because you must restore the scales. And let me tell you something. There are people sitting right now in jail who walked around peacefully in the US Capitol on January 6. There are people who have been in jail for years that have never even been charged with a crime, have never been given a chance to. To go to court. And so my question is, how are they going to get their time back? How are they going to get their money back? So what we are going to have to do is we are going to organize a class action personal lawsuit against every single member of the Jan6 committee. Against Merrick Garland, against Jack Smith, against Benny Thompson, and against Liz Cheney. And I'm going to tell you something right now. How are we going to make them whole again? We're going to take the money out of your crooked pockets and we're going to give that to the Jan Sixers. Oh, and the Cheney family, they got deep pockets, don't doesn't the Cheney family? And how did the Cheney family make their money? Yeah, Dick Cheney. I mean you too. For the money out of Halliburton from the dirty blood money of sending our boys and girls overseas on a lie to wars that we never should have fought for. The lies that were done for the lies that they're telling now to spread more war in Ukraine, war in Syria, war in Iran. Guess what, Cheney family, We're coming for your money. We're coming for every last dollar. And maybe, just maybe, we don't stop with the J6ers. How's about we get the wounded warriors along as well? And every single wounded veteran, every single gold star mother, single gold star father, and we start going after them as well. And then I thought about Abby Gates, and I thought about the 13 honored dead of Abby Gates, the 13 dead that Joe Biden and Jake Sullivan and all the rest lied about on the way out of Afghanistan. And you know what? How about personal lawsuits against the Biden crime family? And all the money that they made out of Ukraine, all the money that they made out of China should go to the families of Abby gay victims. Because it's not good enough. You understand? It's not good enough to simply pardon people. And it is not good enough. But believe me, it will be good when we actually start locking up some of these lawbreakers. Oh, it will be good. But it's not good enough because the debt must be paid. And let me tell you something. The debts will be collected. The debts will be collected because that is the only way that you can achieve balance. That is the only way you can achieve reciprocity. Making America great again means that we have to make sure that the next Liz Cheney and the next George Soros and the next Nancy Pelosi and the next Chris Ray are terrified of doing what the predecessors did before and will never, ever think to break the law or go after the American people ever again.
Jack Posobiec
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Stephen K. Bannon
Don't forget Alejandro Mayorkas, too, by the way. There's another name for you. And when we talk about justice, I don't mean justice for these folks. I'm talking about justice for Ashley Babbitt and the truth about that. And how about justice and the truth comes out for Corey Compature of Butler, Pennsylvania? Because when those Secret Service agents didn't fire, when those Secret Service agents weren't given the duty and weren't given the budget and weren't given the resources that they needed for Butler, Pennsylvania, yes, President Trump was saved by a miracle. But Cory Compature's family deserves answers. And Cory Compatur's family deserves to be made whole father that they were not able to bring home that day. And I'll add another name to that. I'll add another name to that. It might get me in a little bit of trouble, but all right, I'm used to that. I don't mind. I'm going to say it right now. America will not be made whole. America will not be made whole until we receive justice for Derek Chauvin. Derek Chauvin did not commit murder. Derek Chauvin should not be where he is right now. The truth must come out about what happened with George Floyd. It was a lie, and it was always a lie. And when Derek Chauvin is a free man, I will personally lead the lawsuit against Black Lives Matter and the millions of dollars that they took from his. Every single lie will be undone. Every single truth will be restored. Because then, and only then, can we have America back. And I'm talking about the real America, folks. I'm talking about America where on Easter Sunday and Good Friday in New York City, you could see the three crosses of Calvary there on the New York City skyline. I'm talking about an America where it's easy to take your family out for a steak dinner on a Friday night, where you don't have to feel the pain of the purse, the pain of the wallet when you want to buy your kid what you want to get them for Christmas. That's the real America. I'm talking about the drive in theater America. I'm talking about roller skates and ice skating America. I'm talking about an America where you don't have to worry about your family walking down the street or going to build a snowman in the park because an illegal immigrant might come and kill you. Or like we just saw earlier today, where you can take your family to a Christmas market and not have to get worried about run. Being run over by a Middle Eastern migrant. That is the type of Western civilization that we will restore. And by the way, and I'll say this because I always have to say it, we do not do these things out of hate. That's why they don't understand our movement. We do them out of love. We love our families. We love our children. We love our neighborhoods. We love our communities. That's what it's all about. And I'll tell you, you know, I was watching the. The Charlie Brown Christmas special with my. With my kids the other day, and Linus walks up. And we all know the great scene of Linus where he comes up and Charlie Brown asks him, what's the true meaning of Christmas? What's it all about? And Linus walks right up there, and without an ounce of anxiety, he gives testimony to our great Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. Without a Single piece of fear in his mouth, in his mind, or in his heart. That is the type of Christian that we are called to be. We must become Linus Christians once more. Being a Christian is not meant to be something that is pushed into the corner in the public square or only remains behind closed doors on a Sunday morning. You must become a Christian in public. You must take up space for our Lord and Savior, Christ the King. With a capital K. With a capital K. And you must become the kind of Christians who will stand and be remembered. Because when it comes down to our children and our children's children, and they ask, what did you do? What did you do when you were born into a secular society, in a society where you were surrounded by globalism, where you were surrounded by degeneracy, where degeneracy and sin, one of the seven deadly sins, is given an entire month of celebration. No. No more. We will live in a country where Christ is celebrated. It's not forced, but celebrated. And we will live in a country where we don't apologize for American history. We celebrate and glorify our American history, and that includes the history of Western civilization. We are not apologizing for our forefathers. We are honoring, celebrating, and glorifying our forefathers, our country. And we are doing so for our children. That's what it's all about, folks. That's exactly what it's all about. Guys, what are you. What's going on? I got a couple minutes left.
Jack Posobiec
What?
Stephen K. Bannon
What's going on here?
Jack Posobiec
Hi.
Stephen K. Bannon
What are you doing?
Tanya Tate
Well, you told us to cancel all of our plans this weekend. He'll be speaking on stage, so we figured what better way to spend our weekend than right here on stage with you, with all the American patriots.
Stephen K. Bannon
Ladies and gentlemen, Tanya, Tay. Jack. Jack. And aj. This is my family. This is the first time they've ever come out on stage like this.
Jack Posobiec
One.
Stephen K. Bannon
Guy's a little bit shy. Jack. Jack, I want to ask you a question. I want to ask you a question, Jack. Jack. Do we say Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas?
Jack Posobiec
Merry Christmas.
Stephen K. Bannon
That's right. That's what it's all about, folks. That's what it's all about. And I'd like, if we could. And if everyone could join with us, I'd like. Since we're all here, let's hold hands. We'll say what we say every single day before we go to bed. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Tanya Tate
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done.
Stephen K. Bannon
On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
Tanya Tate
And forgive us our trespasses, as we.
Jack Posobiec
Forgive those who trespass against us.
Cameron Kinsey
And.
Stephen K. Bannon
And we temptation. But deliver us from evil. Amen. But deliver us from evil. Deliver us from evil. Deliver us from evil. Ladies and gentlemen, that is what it's all about. And I had no idea you guys were going to come and surprise me like this. My goodness. Jack. Jack, I got a question for you. What's the real meaning of Christmas?
Jack Posobiec
Jesus. Yeah.
Stephen K. Bannon
Folks, we've only got a couple of minutes left to be with you, but remember, it's not just about who we have defeated. And by the way, the other side is still there. They're going to be there every day. But it's about what we're fighting for. And so, since my family decided to surprise me like this, we have to remember what we're fighting for. God, family, country. In that order. Because if you love God, if you love family, then you will have a country that is worthy of your family and worthy of God. And I would hope, since, you know, there's a little heavy speech, I would maybe let's end on something nice since we got the kids up here. Jack. Jack is your favorite Christmas song. Still. We wish you a merry Christmas.
Jack Posobiec
Mm, yes.
Stephen K. Bannon
Oh, well, then we wish you a merry Christmas we wish you a merry Christmas we wish you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Ladies and gentlemen, we're saying Merry Christmas again. Merry Christmas to all of you. God bless America. God bless us in this great endeavor. Never ever forget.
Jack Posobiec
We started with Jack Posobic, Fire and Brimstone. And ended with the Perry Como Christmas Special. That was great. The only way to get Post off the stage. You saw he blew through his time. Send the kids out, have Tanya Tate give him the hook. No, it's great. That's all America. So Jack Posobic run for. Run for the Senate. In. In. Or maybe governor of Pennsylvania. I mean, that's an all American family right there. Via Poland and Belarus. Right? Tanya Tay, any updates? Any updates on Capitol Hill? A lot of Republicans. A lot of Republicans still not voting with. I think we had over 30 votes. 35.
Tanya Tate
We have the final vote count. 366 yes to pass. 34 no's and one present. 170 Republicans voting yes. The entire Democratic caucus. 196 voting yes.
Jack Posobiec
If the entire Democratic. If Hakeem Jeffries of all his folks voted for it.
Tanya Tate
Well, the White House has also come out and endorsed it.
Jack Posobiec
The White House. Joe Biden, Sleepy Joe. The Biden crime family.
Tanya Tate
Well, did you Know, the White House now actually, well, cares about the economic distress against the American people. They care about what, taking care of the military. And they're really concerned. Concerned about getting disaster relief to what, the people who did absolutely nothing in North Carolina and then accused you of spreading misinformation and disinformation for calling them out on their lies.
Jack Posobiec
Yeah, they clearly held the money back in Carolina and Florida. Right. Not to give them the money. I mean, it's pretty obvious, of course.
Tanya Tate
Also, I have to say, this is our first time, I think back, hosting. You go to prison for four months and you think you can just leave the show.
Jack Posobiec
Yeah, exactly, though. Next man up.
Tanya Tate
Next woman.
Jack Posobiec
Next woman, Man. Generally, let's. I tell you, what do we have? We have Cameron Kinsey. We got Cameron Kinsey. So here's one of the things we needed on the confirmations. You probably noticed there hasn't been a lot of air cover for the, you know, for, for, for Tulsi Gabbard, Bobby Kennedy, Cash Patel. There hasn't been a lot of air cover for particularly Pete Hexith, Brother Pete Hexis. Okay, so a lot of people got together on the outside and they've stood up an outside group called Confirm 47, and they have a, an official from President Trump's first term. Cameron Kinsey is kind of the executive director and the spokesman. Cameron, thank you for joining us today.
Cameron Kinsey
Electric there. I'm getting major FOMO right now.
Jack Posobiec
So, Cameron, tell us what is confirmed 47. Why did you guys stand up? You have a huge audience here at Amfest. We got thousands of people here want to hear what you. But why did you guys come with this idea? Why would the confirmation, the cabinet confirmation folks of President Trump, why would they need an outside group?
Cameron Kinsey
Well, look, confirmed 47 was created to protect President Trump's nominees for his 47th administration from baseless attacks, media smear campaigns, partisan opposition. It just ensures that these patriots that are being nominated can focus on their roles without being derailed by hyper partisan attacks that we. And tactics that we've seen. The left attacks are ramping up as President Trump prepares to turn to the White House. They know that confirming strong America first leaders means advancing policies that work for the American people. And they're terrified of those policies, especially the establishment.
Jack Posobiec
So, Cameron, can you tell folks you were in President Trump's first term, right? You were in the White House. Can you tell people what you, what your role was and how do you know President Trump?
Cameron Kinsey
Yes, absolutely. I came into his White House in the presidential personnel office. In 2020. And that confirmed 47. We have many Trump admin former campaign staffers as well that are working endlessly to expose the media's corruption. I also worked as a White House correspondent shortly after that. So I have seen firsthand how the mainstream media collaborates with Democrats to attack these patriots. We just saw it this week. We've seen it with Pete Hegseth. We've seen it with Cash Patel. Time and time again, they're talking about how Pete Hegseth isn't the guy for the job. He's not the person that we should have. Yet they fail to recognize that and talk about Lloyd Austin. With the Afghanistan withdrawal, there's so much bias, there's so much hypocrisy. So we're here to hold the media accountable.
Tanya Tate
Cameron, I'm curious, you worked in the presidential personnel office. Obviously, we know they've tried to subvert President Trump from every angle on the staffing front. Do you think this time around we have that problem fixed? Do you have confidence that moving forward they're going to staff this administration with the right patriots?
Cameron Kinsey
Absolutely. Look at who has already been nominated. We have America first leaders who are from the outside. You know, we have Pete Hegseth coming in, Cash Patel, who's been holding the establishment and the swamp accountable since day one. We've got Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy with the government efficiency. I'm very, very confident this time we're going to get things done. It's going to be bigger and better than ever and we are going to get the America that we love back.
Jack Posobiec
Cameron, tell people how can they participate? I mean, this outside group confirmed confirmation 47. You just stood up. We need to counter MSNBC, CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post, LA Times, all of it. Where do people go, how they sign up and how they have your back?
Cameron Kinsey
Yeah, absolutely. You can go Visit us at confirm47.org you can see a little bit more about what we're doing, the research that we're providing, and how we are combating the mainstream media's narrative on these nominations and actually just promoting transparency as a whole, leveling the playing field so our nominees don't have to worry about these baseless attacks. Excuse me. And can focus on actually restoring some efficiency in Washington, D.C. which we haven't seen in a while. So you can go Visit our website, confirm47.org again or we have social media channels. They're brand new. It is 47 on X on Truth Social. And you can also visit my Personal handles as well. Amron Bailey. I'll put some updates on there as well.
Jack Posobiec
Thank you, ma'am. Cameron, really appreciate you coming. Look forward to having you next week as you start to get into it to counter this madness. Thank you, ma'am. Appreciate you. We have a big hand for Cameron Kinsey. Cameron was there. She was with Johnny McAtee. Right. Cameron, I think was brought by Johnny McAtee. Johnny McAtee was a started as a young man. He was President Trump's body man. And then he worked his way up, eventually became the senior guy in personnel. Just an absolute rock star.
Tanya Tate
Do I meet you?
Jack Posobiec
Yeah, exactly, exactly, exactly.
Tanya Tate
Although I was never your body. You got that cover the.
Jack Posobiec
Tell me about today on Capitol Hill. What is your take on what really went down? Sure.
Tanya Tate
Well, if I just may add to you started this show, right? It was war room impeachment and what did you always talk about? The nullification project.
Jack Posobiec
Right.
Tanya Tate
Trying to get ahead of President Trump and his nominees. Obviously they can't impeach President Trump because they don't control. Every single arrow that they are slinging at every single one of President Trump's nominees is to try to kneecap and hamstring this administration from having the momentum to move forward. Right. And to that point, just today, there's reporting coming out that in the just, I believe a week since the election, when they knew it was bye bye to all the people who need to be schedule F, do you know what the Biden regime did? They started adding dozens of taxpayer funded positions in the realm of, you guessed it, dei, diversity and equity specialists. And basically every federal government out, they're.
Jack Posobiec
Trying to jam up President Trump from the very first day. And this is up in your face. They understand the American people gave a verdict on DEI and that was the verdict right across the board. And what they're trying to do is hire these, jam them into these federal.
Tanya Tate
And their career civil servants they're burrowing.
Jack Posobiec
In and then, and then go through a whole issue of trying to get rid of them. Right.
Tanya Tate
Yeah. Do you guys think we need to apply schedule F to a lot of people in Joe Biden's government right now? I think for msnbc that needs to be a little bit louder. There we go. And just while we're at it, do you guys think we need some retribution against people who have intentionally destroyed this country? Put Stephen K. Bannon in prison.
Jack Posobiec
Best years of my life. Sorry.
Tanya Tate
That's justice.
Jack Posobiec
Hold it. When you think of retribution, President Trump is going to work every day to turn the country around. Get out of the forever wars, deport these illegal alien invaders and turn the economy around and get a hand on this debt. Right. He, he, he is working towards the sunlit uplands. Right. And the golden age of America is still before us. But do you agree we have other work to do, too, to make sure to set things right and to make sure this can never happen again.
Tanya Tate
You cannot make America great again if the administrative state is allowed to persist.
Jack Posobiec
Exactly. The administrative state and the deep state. And look, Vivek and Elon are going to come at it at one angle, and that's to take it apart and defund it. Right. And take apart. But we can never allow, we cannot allow what they did to go uninvestigated, put before the American people and punish. Correct. You're 100 down with that. Okay. You know, you're going to get, you're going to get every rhino and every moderator going to say you're bad people.
Tanya Tate
And I think in one category, dinos, that's doge in name only. All the people who just voted to send what, tens of billions of dollars?
Jack Posobiec
Exactly, exactly. So you guys are down with the, with retribution. Correct. But in a, in a way that's just as not. We're not mean spirit. We don't, we don't live to see Liz Cheney behind bars. Well, hang on. That's a bad example.
Tanya Tate
It's an added bonus.
Jack Posobiec
A bad example. That's a bad example. That's a bad example. Let's go to. Can we get Ben? I know we got cameras anyway. We can get to the two wings or we got to get. Maybe you guys in the wings can work your way over. We want to hear from you guys and I want to make sure. Do we have the. Okay, we're trending right now. I think somebody told me. Sharona Bishop, because this is Jared Polis. Is he the governor of Colorado? Is he a good governor in Colorado? He's not very good. Right. He's kind of hard left. Correct. Terrible. Polis, here's the deal. We're going to recommend to President Trump that on the afternoon of the 20th of January, 2025 that he and me, unless you have freed right in perpetuity the great Tina Peters. She's a gold star mother. Right. Her son died in defense of his country, in service to his country. And this is the most esteemed women we have in the country's gold star mother. There's a gold star parent.
Tanya Tate
What if we did a prisoner swap for Jenna Griswold?
Jack Posobiec
Exactly. Exactly. Here we got her for nine years. I think they dropped the, they dropped the misdemeanor charges, Natalie. And they think they've done, you know, they've kept the seven or eight felonies.
Tanya Tate
Look, Steve, when you do so many business deals with the Chinese Communist Party and you're flying over there on free, all expenses paid trips, I think you start to culturally appropriate them and go after your enemies in the same way that the Marxists to run that country do.
Jack Posobiec
Amen. Okay, polis not will you guys agree not one penny of federal money to Colorado to the entire state. This the University of Colorado. This means that the prime won't have his, his budget to go recruit, right? Sorry about that, prime, but the whole deal, all money out for federal agencies. I almost missed that break again, man. Okay, short commercial break. You guys going to hang with us. We're going to power through to 7 o'clock back east. Short commercial break. We're going to turn to the war room policy in Phoenix, Arizona at the Convention center at Amfest. 24.
Ben Berkwan

Today I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts. First, think back to 911 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act. This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet. Now Jim Rickards, editor of the Independent Financial Newsletter, Strategic Intelligence and New York Times best selling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact, some of the guests I've had on the War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote maga, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money. Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to rickardswarroom.com that's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video.

Jack Posobiec
Bannon here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. Wow. Okay, guys, we're gonna finish strong here. Ben Berkwan, what do you got? Well, I'm wearing this, the free Tina scarf here and J6ers. So it's not just Tina, it's J J6ers as well. But Steve, I've got somebody who is actually at Abbey Gate. Tell me your name again where you're from. Bill McCullough, Peoria, Arizona. Gotta project. Bill McCullough, I'm here from Arizona. What's your message? Message it was a mess. I was. Eight days later, the explosion got out. We got out about August 18th. I got out. He was out at Abbey Gate. Hang on, let him speak. You just got a project. I was out of the. I'm 71 now. I'm hard of hearing. You're doing good. August 18th I got evacuated and then eight days later the bomb was where, where we were standing. Okay, what, tell me what the, what is the yellow ribbon for? Can somebody explain that to me? What are we trying to do? What are we trying to accomplish? So we just heard Jack Pro. Jack talk about the J6ers. We heard about Tina Peters. So these ribbons are by American Patriot Relief. It started in Dallas, but we're putting them around trees. It says release J6ers, Tina Peters, the veterans, etc. So we're just trying to start in Dallas, Texas. It did. American patriotrelief.org okay, give that to us again. American patriotrelief.org okay, perfect. By the way, the. Oh, go ahead. So basically with American Patriot Relief, it was an organization that started because when President Donald Trump was going to pardon the J6ers and hopefully Tina Peters and also the people that are with the abortion, they need somewhere to go. So when they come out of prison, they have to, they have, they're going to come out with just the shoes on their feet. So American Patriot Relief is going to house them and. Yeah. Fly them wherever they need. You don't understand this, this place where the J6ers I knew in Danbury, I mean that's a hard prison. And these guys, they have, they have the J6ers there, but the 1 and J6ers are, it's bad, but they've got, they've got the right to life. They have people that were praying the rosary outside of these abortion mills. That five, six, seven, eight years in prison. That's, that's in the Danbury. Danbury's got a woman's prison too, in a woman's camp next to it. They've got 70 year old women in a prison that were there praying the rosary in front of an abortion mill. This is how insane. If we had not turfed them out, if President Trump had not come back in one, that was going to get worse and worse and worse. They're like the Stasi. This is like the secret police. They were the NVKD in NKVD in, in Russia. These things were absolutely that bad. Natalie, got thoughts, Two things.
Tanya Tate
Whenever we talk about the Department of Government Efficiency, I like it, but I don't know about you guys. The government's pretty darn efficient in destroying the lives of people that it hates. Namely right the January 6th.
Jack Posobiec
They're efficient when they want to be.
Tanya Tate
Right. But more importantly, you know, two sides of the same coin when it comes to government weapons weaponization. It's just breaking now that the Weaponization Committee up on Capitol Hill has put out a 17,000 page report on weaponization coming from Joe Biden, particularly when it comes to colluding to suppress information about elections and election integrity, including, but not limited to. They were actively reaching out to D.C. based Swampy think tanks to try to set up partnerships to combat election misinformation. Facebook executives were working behind the scenes with the Department of Homeland Security to basically endorse their censorship measures. And here's the best part. You want to talk about how depraved and desperate these people are? They were reaching out to executives at the platform next door where you're supposed to be, what, saying there's a lost dog. My kids are going. They were reaching out to them to try to censor election misinformation.
Jack Posobiec
Wow.
Tanya Tate
I'll say this, I like my CR short, but my weaponization reports long.
Jack Posobiec
Wow. From Mark Del Maestro from Glendale, Arizona. I served on river supply boats in Vietnam, lost three good men from that boat. And our freedom and our people are worth dying for. So my guys were right. And we need to start saying loud and clear, make America Godly again.
Cameron Kinsey
What's your recommendation to President Trump right now? With all the wars going on around.
Jack Posobiec
The world, he needs to start. He's already with God. He's already there. But to say the words make America Godly again, it says exactly where you are really quickly. And all interviews, all you start with, I'm here to make America Godly again. And then say what you need to say. Oh, you mean to say MAGA and make it. Make America Godly again. Yes. Take MAGA and say it. Make America Godly again. Who's with me? Raise your hand. Amazing. Thank you. Thank you.
Cameron Kinsey
Your name and where you're from?
Jack Posobiec
My name is Maria.
Tanya Tate
I'm in the chat every day.
Jack Posobiec
They call me Switch. Switch to usa. I went door knocking in Whitestone, Queens, New York. The belly of the. Hold it, hold it. And where I went door knocking for.
Tanya Tate
Donald Trump in Whitestone, Queens, New York.
Jack Posobiec
Wow, you're a brave woman. Your name and where you're from? Yes. I'm Don Lundy and I'm here from Sandpoint, Idaho. And I'm just really proud to be with Project, you got to speak. Give it from the lungs. I'm just really proud to be here with a whole bunch of patriots and MAGA people. Wonderful. Should we. Should we change the GOP's the grand old Party? Should we change that name to a gathering of patriots? You like that? Yeah, I think we got some. Ben Bergman. What do you got? You know how we fix this? Tell us your solution. Sir, your name. Where are you from? Your solution? Yes, I'm Butch Harold Meeks. I'm from Lake Havasu, Arizona and I'm a senior. So if you could get the message to Trump to put out a national call to all seniors that know how to run a backhoe, that know how to weld that. I'm electrical contractor, know how to run conduit. We'll fix that wall in days, not years. I'm talking about put a national one out. Thousands of us coming and fixing. Give me that one again. What are you saying to do? Put a national call out to every senior that has a trade that can help fix the wall and we can fix the wall. All I want him to do is every mile put a sign saying, harold Meeks worked on this mile so my grandkids can come and show their kids that papa is the one that finished this wall.
Stephen K. Bannon
And I'll do it in the north.
Jack Posobiec
I'll do it in the south. Whatever we need. If he needs a bus driver, ask for seniors to come and drive the bus. We already get a paycheck. We can take care of business and we'll do it for no extra charge. Wow. We ought to get here, talk to a lot of seniors and they're all about it. Every senior I've taught you said, I want to help. I'll do it. Wow. You see, it's 6:38 on a Friday afternoon. You never know what's going to roll into the war room. Hang on a second. Do you have a card or. I have a card, but it's. Can we just. No, no. Don't give your number out here. You'll have. You have too many lefties will be calling you. Right. Just. Just give it to Ben and we'll. We'll connect. That's a great idea. Can we go to. We got a J. Sixer over here. Do what? J. Sixer? Yeah.
Nate
Hey, Steve, how you doing?
Jack Posobiec
Hey, how you doing, man?
Nate
My name is Nate. I did two years.
Jack Posobiec
Okay, so hang on a second. You're a J. Sixer?
Nate
I did two years for January 6th.
Jack Posobiec
You were two in Danbury?
Nate
Yeah, I was. I was in a D.C. gulag for a year and a half.
Jack Posobiec
Hold on, hang on, hang on. Danbury Prison?
Nate
No, I was a. I was in a D.C. you.
Jack Posobiec
Oh, you're in the D.C. gulag?
Nate
Yeah. Actually, I'm the one to term the phrase.
Jack Posobiec
Come on, come see. Can you come on around?
Tanya Tate
I'm gonna lose my job.
Nate
Thank you. Thank you very much, Steve, for having me up here.
Jack Posobiec
I want people to know. And by the way, this is why Merrick Garland, Michael Graves, Lisa Monaco, all you guys are all puffed up. They were big shots and they had state power in back of them. Right. They ain't gonna be so big now. You see them. Why, you see them scrambling around? They got to get blanket pardons. Blanket? Hey, your pardons aren't going to work. You can give all the blanket preemptive error. We're coming for you guys, right? We're coming for you. You put these young men in and this was a hell hole. This is like the black hole of Calcutta. Tell me what that jail was like.
Nate
Yeah, it was. It was just absolutely beyond inhumane conditions. We were fed cheese sandwiches on a number of occasions for dinner. We were. We were neglected basic medical rights. We couldn't even see our attorneys unless we were vaccinated. So it was. It was absolutely sickening. You know, we could not fight our cases and we were just in a losing battle from day one, honestly.
Tanya Tate
Were you guys allowed to pray? I remember seeing stories that they sort of repressed a lot of your religious liberties and rights too.
Nate
So we were denied access to the church, even though a lot of the.
Jack Posobiec
Other prisoners denied access to your churches.
Nate
Unlike the rest of the jail, which were allowed, we were not. We were segregated and secluded from everybody else.
Jack Posobiec
Wow. Tell us about the day to day life there. The food, the guards, everything. You were treated like a human being.
Nate
I'm. It really depends on who was working that. The cell that day. It was. But you know, it was just a nightmare. Every day was just a nightmare. You're just not knowing what was going to happen to you, if the government was going to put you in jail for the rest of your life. And it was just. It's really beyond words. It's very difficult to describe in words how sad it was.
Jack Posobiec
Now you spent two years there, right? And then you went, what happened? What happened to your case?
Nate
Yeah, so I did a. I did a year and a half in a D.C. gulag. I actually wrote a letter that went super viral. It was spread all around the. All around the world, really. Read by Marjorie Taylor Greene and that sort of brought a lot of light to the conditions.
Jack Posobiec
And that's when MTG and Louie Gohmert engaged. Those guys went down and tried to force their way because, remember, they wouldn't let them in. They wouldn't let him in the jail, would they?
Nate
No, they wouldn't. But you know, when that day, when it did happen, it was just such a relief to know that there was some kind of support out there and people actually cared and wanted to see what we were going through firsthand.
Jack Posobiec
We only got a bit of mental health. What happened to your case? How many years did you actually get? Just a year and a half.
Nate
I did 37 months. I was sentenced to 37 months. I did about two years in prison. I did another year home incarceration, which I got no time for, by the way. And nine months in the halfway house. I actually did more time than I was sentenced.
Jack Posobiec
And what did you actually do on January 6th to get that. To get that furniture?
Nate
Yeah, I mean, I basically, I walked inside the Capitol and the government has admitted this in their own words, that that is what happened. I even fist bumped the high five cops on the way through the Capitol. And then this is what happens. Pretty. Pretty sad.
Stephen K. Bannon
What.
Jack Posobiec
What is. What do you think would be the appropriate retribution to Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco and Matthew Graves?
Nate
I mean, at the minimum, false imprisonment, but really there's just a.
Jack Posobiec
And you want them to serve time?
Nate
I think they should serve time.
Jack Posobiec
You guys agree? Hey, we want all of America. We want official D. Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, Matthew Graves. Once again, should they go to prison? The American people hate you. Okay? Hate you. You are hated. And. And nothing is. You're never going to go. People going to see you on street. Everything you have, you have taken young men like this and taken years out of their lives that they can never recruit. Once again, where do you go? Where they go for social media to find you?
Nate
Yeah, J6 Patriot Nate is what I am on Instagram. I'm also J6 Patriot Nate on X as well. So, yeah, follow me.
Jack Posobiec
And can we follow him sign up today? You're not backing off this fight, right?
Nate
No, absolutely not.
Jack Posobiec
Let's give it up. Short break. Back in a moment.
Stephen K. Bannon
Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban.
Jack Posobiec
We're back. This is kind of strange. We got like a different clock. It's got the. We got the RAV clock, but it's not quite the worm clock. So I'm totally confused now. We'll work through it. That young man right there, that gets down the hard. This is how cruel and inhuman they are. Samara Garland, Lisa, Monica, Matthew Graves, you guys are all big shots, right? You had all state power and you tried to go after President Trump and crush him. But President Trump is a billionaire and he was able, with Boris, to put together a great legal team right now. He tried to bankrupt him, do everything. But President Trump's a guy can fight back. But the prisons are full of J6s, like this kid with no money. They put them in bankruptcy, they may get these lawyers. And this is what we're never going to forgive. And let me just repeat this. You damn right we're coming after you. And you're damn right we want retribution. Hey, hey, there's other people gonna do the sunlit uplands, but we're coming after retribution. Merrick Garland, Lisa, Monica, Matthew Graves, Jack Smith, the whole vast criminal conspiracy. And let's throw Weissman in there and all those phony FBI agents over msnbc. And let's throw in Rachel Maddow and that crowd over there, right? This is unacceptable. You take a young man's life in D.C. person, prison's a hellhole. And they made it even more of a hellhole for these folks. It's unacceptable. And somebody's got to pay for that. Somebody's got to pay for that. I'm not just talking financial compensation, but we're going to take years out of Merrick Garland's life, right? He's going to be in prison. We're going to take years out of Lisa Monaco's life. She's going to be in prison. We're going to take years out of big shot Matthew Graves. Matthew Graves, you would run down there to D.C. court all the time and you want to argue the case yourself? Well, dude, you're going to pay for every case that you argued. Okay, are the J6, are the J6 defendants, the J6 prisoners? Are they patriots? And any down your mind, they're patriots. Was this a Fed's direction? Is, is, is, is Chris Wray? You're, you're convinced of that? You think when the evidence is shown, it's going to be the Fed's direction? Chris Wray, Mary, all of them, right? Bill Barr, they all knew something. Okay? Yeah, exactly. Where's the, where's, where's the pipe bomber? Where's that? The whole thing sinks to high heaven. You, you've covered this extensively.
Tanya Tate
We got a smart audience.
Jack Posobiec
Very good war room. I'm impressed on a Friday.
Tanya Tate
You might I add, too, that these people didn't just do what they did to the young man who was just up here, throw you in prison, do everything to thousands, thousands of January sixers, but they had the nerve to hold press conferences in front of the American people. Merrick Garland's got the tears in the eyes saying that it's Trump who's going to weaponize the federal government. That they could never imagine doing anything reminiscent of weaponization. It's next level gaslighting. We talk about lawfare on this show so much, but I think it's very clear that the Biden regime, the administrative state, they're waging kinetic warfare on the American people with what you saw this young man had to go through. And you know what, Steve, My answer to what needs to happen to Monaco, doj, All those people, as you would say, metaphorically, burn it down and salt the earth around it.
Jack Posobiec
Amen. Amen. Do you agree. Do you agree that the FBI. Bill, you ever seen the FBI building, the Hoover Building on Pennsylvania Avenue? It is. Or is it. It may be Connecticut Avenue when you get over there. It is an absolute abomination. It's this. It's this thing called brutalist architecture, I think from Italy in the 30s. It's just in your face how ugly it is that Cash wants to turn it into a museum of the deep state. He wants to know, I want to take it apart brick by brick, ship them out of there, and then salt the earth around it like the Romans did at Carthage, so nothing grows there for a thousand years. And we put a stake in the ground then a sign on it that once the most evil people in America worked in this building.
Tanya Tate
We put some heads on pikes metaphorically, too.
Jack Posobiec
You're going to get us kicked off every hour. No, think about that. They came, we said, you know, we talked about Thomas Moore one day, you know, how he was executed by Henry viii. And then the next day we said, Chris, Ray and Fauci, you know, we ought to put their heads on pike, as people say in Washington D.C. or in Wall Street. Everybody put their heads on pikes. Right as victory and oh, my God, the pearl clutching on msnbc. And Tony Fauci. No, Tony Fauci, the mass murderer Tony Fauci. Hey, I'm just. I'm just saying what I read in Bobby Kennedy's book. The real Anthony Fauci being too euphemistic.
Tanya Tate
With the term mass murderer. Genocidal dictator.
Jack Posobiec
Genocidal. Remember, he gets on MSNBC and he's all shriveled up. He's got the big crocodile tear coming up. That's another guy. Remember how puffed up he was?
Tanya Tate
Remember how big Anthony Fauci, he could never run. He could never find a camera that he didn't want to do it anywhere. You guys made him run for cover. He won't even go on cnn.
Jack Posobiec
His book came out, and, man, he doesn't even want to go on and do, do and do interviews. Jane Zirka, what do you got for us right there? Can you please tell me your name and where you're from? J.D. donovan, Silver City, New Mexico. And how did you help get President Trump elected? I'm the Republican chair for our county, and it's the bluest county in New Mexico. But all of our, all of our candidates, how are we going to walk for one. Hang on. How are we going? Is that. Tell me. New Mexico is a great state with great folks. We got. Arizona is now turned around. Why can't we turn to Mexico around? Why is the Mexico a blue stronghold? Because it's been blue since 19, 1931, when they brought in the copper mines and that mindset of union. And it's, yeah, we have more people in the wagon than pulling it. But anyway, it's been that way generation after generation. And how are we going to turn it around with Trump? We're turning it around. We're burning daylight county by county. Yes, yes, we are. We're working pretty hard on that. And you tell me what you did. You turned your district around or your county around? All five of our Republican candidates, for the first time in Grant county history, won their spots. So that's big for Grant County. We also have a governor, and her name's Grisham, but we call her gruesome. She is a tyrannical little midget from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and she is hideous. But we loved Arizona and we love what this is doing, and we. God bless you guys. We're right behind you. Are you, are you guys friends or a couple? Husband and wife. Yes. That's my boy. Perfect example. The woman steps right up. Boom. Yes. I'm the talker brother. God bless you. There's your front porch right there. Thank you.
Cameron Kinsey
Your name and where you're from?
Jack Posobiec
My name is Timothy Schwarz. I'm the Republican Party chairman of Legislative District 26 right here in Maricopa County. Yeah, we have. I had 105 precinct committeemen underneath me. We went into the neighborhoods. We meant business. We put on door hangers. We passed out. We passed out lots of information. We got people registered to vote. The thing I want to mention to you tonight, you mentioned Dodge. Department of Government Efficiency. One night I was laying in bed and this thing came to my mind. How we could help them save trillions of dollars. It's called get rid of the United States States Postal Service. You only. You want to. You want to privatize. They just tell me that billionaires want to do it to make money, but you want to privatize the Postal Service. I want to make it good like Trump's making America good. That's what we need to do. Look, we've all known that the. The postal workers, that whole department that you go in for service. You can't get decent service from a government agency. Hang on, man. Hang on. Through wind and rain and the dark of night. What are you talking about? Hang on. You're saying that's not true? That doesn't happen. That was the Pony Days called Pony Express. That's.
Tanya Tate
Don't even get started on the mail in ballots.
Jack Posobiec
Hold on, hold on. One last thing. I got a question. All of America wants to know because nobody can figure it out. You got Arizona. It's the home ultra maga, Right, President, when are you going to clean up that rat's nest in the Republican Party of Maricopa County? We're going for. Is that an embarrassment? Folks, if you. If you Google my name, you will see that I was the guy that censured John McCain back in the day. Before we were draining the swamp as a euphemism. All right, I was draining the swamp here in Maricopa County. Wow. Wow. Hold it. Hold. Last thing. Should Charlie Kirk run for the governorship of Arizona this time, I would be behind that. Charlie Kirk is a MAGA candidate behind that? Yes, from. All right.
Stephen K. Bannon
My name is Chris Petnella. I'm from Trumbull, Connecticut. You just actually did an interview with my congressional candidate, Bob McGuffey, on the resolution of the Fourth Turning. I don't know if you remember that.
Nate
Just a couple weeks ago.
Stephen K. Bannon
Listen, I'm from Trumbull, Connecticut. Connecticut's like a mini California. I started a conservative club.
Jack Posobiec
Speak up a little bit.
Stephen K. Bannon
Yeah, I started a conservative club at my high school. I started a Turning Point chapter as well. I've been indoctrinated. I've been, well, indoctrinated against. That's a whole different story that Trumbull's done. But I've been actually, I would say discriminated against by the Trumbull High School administration. They went so far as framing me for having an alleged firearm when the dean of students. I'm sorry. The Dean of students. The Dean of students knew damn well that it was my glasses case. We did a couple.
Jack Posobiec
Anything happened to you?
Stephen K. Bannon
Well, yeah, I served a Saturday detention. They were actually threatening a suspension when it was my glasses detention bad for you.
Jack Posobiec
Couldn't you study and not. Do you know the studio?
Nate
Yeah.
Jack Posobiec
No, the time might be out in a week. On a school night? Yeah.
Stephen K. Bannon
No, I mean, it wasn't bad, but I got some work done. I work with the Trumble Republicans and the state Republicans.
Tanya Tate
For you, when you're in high school, that's a very good sign.
Stephen K. Bannon
Yeah, Listen, my town politicians come after me all the time. I'm at every school board, board of ed meeting, town council meeting. I'm always talking, talking.
Jack Posobiec
So your name and where you're from. Hang on one second. Let's go back. So is the goody two shoes Natalie wonderful.
Tanya Tate
I got kid.
Jack Posobiec
Natalie's that kid that got straight A's from the time she was in kindergarten.
Tanya Tate
I knew I wanted to work for War Room. I had to have a perfect resume, high standards.
Jack Posobiec
Steve, this young man and his dad over here. What's your name? Where are you from? What are you doing out here?
Tanya Tate
My name is Jackson Elder.
Jack Posobiec
What do you think about Turning Point, usa? Great.
Tanya Tate
It's great, I guess.
Jack Posobiec
Yeah, it's great. It's great. Yeah. It's your first time?
Tanya Tate
No, it's my third, actually.
Jack Posobiec
Third? How old are you? Hey, hey, hey, kid, kid. You're with the War Room crowd, baby. You can't be shy. You're gonna be shy. We're gonna move on. I am Project. Okay, here we go. What do you got? Show me something.
Tanya Tate
I got. Oh, I. I got this today. And.
Jack Posobiec
I didn't mean that literally, but go with it, man. Go with it. How old are you? This. I never work with kids or dogs, but go. Keep going. I'm ten and a half. You're ten and a half? He's been here three times. Wow. Awesome. Good parents. Amazing. All right, I want to get Jeff. It's either amazing or you're totally warped. We'll figure that out.
Tanya Tate
Getting radical.
Jack Posobiec
All right, Jeff Z, what do you got to wrap us up? Hey, Steve, I want to let you know my son got out of prison here in Satford. He was a Texas residence. They moved him here. You're standing in my congressional district where I ran. They put him three weeks before my election and used him as a political prisoner and a weapon. Was he a J Sixer? We're both J6ers. Both J6ers. Yes. I'll talk to you guys. I was actually supposed to be in Stafford, but you know, they, they then decided that maybe Danbury was a more. What was a nastier place? Anyway, I'll talk to you afterwards. We'll get all your information. We got a bolt. Natalie. Social media Natalie G. Winters.

WarRoom Battleground EP 677: Countdown To The Government Shutdown Cont.
Release Date: December 21, 2024
Hosted by Stephen K. Bannon on WarRoom.org, WarRoom Battleground Episode 677 delves into the intensifying political climate leading up to a potential government shutdown. The episode primarily focuses on the pursuit of justice for January 6th (J6) defendants, legal strategies against government officials, the role of faith in American values, and the establishment of Confirmation 47 to support conservative nominees. Engaging discussions with guests and live interactions with audience members provide a comprehensive view of the ongoing conservative movement and its strategies to counteract perceived governmental overreach.
Stephen K. Bannon opens the episode by emphasizing the importance of accountability and justice for those involved in the January 6th Capitol breach. He asserts that no one is above the law and distinguishes justice from revenge or retribution.
[00:00] Stephen K. Bannon:
"There can be no peace without due American justice. And justice will be done."
Bannon criticizes the current handling of J6 defendants, highlighting individuals who were arrested without charges and advocates for a blanket pardon. However, he moves beyond mere pardons, stressing the need to restore fairness and compensate the wrongfully detained.
[02:10] Stephen K. Bannon:
"Justice isn't just a pardon. Justice doesn't set things right because you must restore the scales."
He proposes organizing a class action lawsuit against members of the January 6 Committee, including Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, Benny Thompson, and Liz Cheney, aiming to extract financial restitution for the affected individuals.
Bannon outlines a strategic approach to hold high-ranking government officials accountable for their roles in the January 6 investigations and other actions deemed unjust. He targets officials like Merrick Garland and Liz Cheney, accusing them of financial misconduct and policy-driven aggression against conservative figures.
[03:20] Stephen K. Bannon:
"We're going to take the money out of your crooked pockets and we're going to give that to the Jan Sixers."
Bannon emphasizes that justice involves not only legal actions but also financial compensation to rectify the wrongs inflicted upon those involved in the January 6 events.
A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to discussing the intersection of faith and American cultural values. Bannon advocates for a "Godly America," where Christian values are publicly celebrated and integrated into daily life.
[07:18] Stephen K. Bannon:
"We must become Linus Christians once more. Being a Christian is not meant to be something that is pushed into the corner in the public square."
He reminisces about the iconic scene from the Charlie Brown Christmas special, using it as a metaphor for the unwavering faith he believes Americans should embody. Bannon calls for a resurgence of openly practicing Christians who prioritize family, faith, and community.
Bannon introduces Cameron Kinsey from Confirmation 47, an initiative designed to protect President Trump's nominees from partisan attacks and media smear campaigns. Kinsey explains the group's mission to ensure that conservative nominees can focus on their roles without external interference.
[18:08] Cameron Kinsey:
"Confirmed 47 was created to protect President Trump's nominees for his 47th administration from baseless attacks, media smear campaigns, partisan opposition."
The discussion highlights the challenges faced by conservative nominees and the proactive measures Confirmation 47 is taking to support them, ensuring that the future administration remains aligned with America First principles.
The episode features live interactions with audience members, including former J6 defendants who share their personal experiences and grievances regarding their treatment by the government. These testimonies reinforce Bannon's narrative of systemic oppression against conservatives.
[40:20] Nate:
"We were fed cheese sandwiches on a number of occasions for dinner. We were neglected basic medical rights..."
Nate, a former J6 defendant, describes inhumane conditions in prison, lack of access to legal representation, and the emotional and psychological toll of his incarceration. His account serves to humanize the struggles faced by those detained during the January 6 events.
Bannon and co-host Tanya Tate discuss the perceived weaponization of government institutions against conservative individuals and organizations. They reference the Department of Government Efficiency's reports on government overreach and advocate for retribution against officials like Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco.
[35:25] Tanya Tate:
"The Biden regime, the administrative state, they're waging kinetic warfare on the American people..."
The hosts call for severe consequences for those they believe are responsible for undermining American values and misusing governmental power, framing it as a war to protect the nation’s integrity.
Justice for J6 Defendants:
[00:00] Stephen K. Bannon:
"There can be no peace without due American justice. And justice will be done."
Restoring Fairness:
[02:10] Stephen K. Bannon:
"Justice isn't just a pardon. Justice doesn't set things right because you must restore the scales."
Faith in Public Life:
[07:18] Stephen K. Bannon:
"We must become Linus Christians once more. Being a Christian is not meant to be something that is pushed into the corner in the public square."
Protection of Conservative Nominees:
[18:08] Cameron Kinsey:
"Confirmed 47 was created to protect President Trump's nominees for his 47th administration from baseless attacks..."
Personal Testimony:
[40:20] Nate:
"We were fed cheese sandwiches on a number of occasions for dinner. We were neglected basic medical rights..."
In this episode, Stephen K. Bannon fervently advocates for justice and accountability for the January 6th defendants while highlighting the broader struggle against what he perceives as governmental overreach.
