Thank you for sticking around for the fourth hour of the War Room and the second hour of our late afternoon early Evening coverage. Thursday 2 January in the year of our Lord 2025. I want to start by going back to Burkwam. Live with us. Ben, tell me you've got homeless camps, You've got chaos at the border. You've had a weekend or you've had the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day where they're upping your grill about the chaos they're trying to perpetrate as President Trump comes to the Capitol nation's capital to basically take charge of what has become a radical government apparatus. Walk me through your journey down there in the San Diego area.

Well, first off, you look at what just happened yesterday with the terror attacks. This is, you know, you talk about why this is happening and whether it's a terrorist that's allowed to walk across our southern border because our borders are wide open, or a homegrown terrorist who was radicalized in America because our eyes are off the ball and we're focused on January six with our FBI and our terror watch, our homeland security, rather than on the terror threats both within our country and those that we're inviting in our country. It's all connected. And so, you know, we just finished up three days down in San Diego. And what I see is the invasion continuing. I see cities and counties that are more focused on internment camps for homes, homeless individuals, whether they're drug addicts or illegals. That camp I showed yesterday was a camp full of who knows? We've got illegals coming across. We've got sanctuary counties like San Diego protecting illegals from our ICE agents. And we've got terrorists blowing themselves up and blowing other people up on American soil. My big concern, Steve, is this is just the beginning this is the leading edge of what's coming because we've allowed it to come. And now you've got Hamas, you've got BLM, you've got Antifa, and you've got 15 million illegals that you can radicalize and weaponize leading into four years of President Trump. I think this is just the beginning.

Okay, you used a word there. And I want to make sure the audience, because I'm trying to tell people or get across to them that November 5th was amazing. Greatest comeback in America political history. But this is not your father or grandfather's politics anymore. This is Klause Vitz that now politics is war by other means. And we're at war. We have to face that. You said continues. And I want people to understand when Harnwell and Oscar, they're down there, they're now down on the last days. And this is why Ben did it, because he wanted to say, hey, how are we going to end the year? He's been down there for four or five years now chronicling this ever since we did the we build the wall back in 19, I guess, six years now, in the closing days of 2024, which had the historic Trump come back and return and blow out, which is the centerpiece of that, is about, wait for it, illegal immigration and immigration overall, as we showed in the last hour, Ben saying, hey, this is continuing. It's not stopping. The election meant nothing to these people. They're pre positioning for their assault on the the MAGA movement and President Trump once he takes office. Walk us through that, because that's what I think people who have particularly a lot of people have kind of taken off since the victory and are all ready to celebrate. Yeah. So as we speak, CBP1, as we've been chronicling for the last three years, is continuing. You've got illegal aliens coming across en masse. And to the point where I was shocked. I went down there, Steve, I sent you that video. I messaged you like that night. It's 9:00 at night. They have been coming across since 5:00 this morning. And we've got buses from Catholic Charities and Jewish Family Services picking up these illegals. And the worst part about that night was I had some private security guys come out and tell me that I couldn't even film there, which is a total lie, that I couldn't film what was actually happening. So as we have that happening 100 yards down the wall, where the wall ends, where the Tijuana river and all the sewage and chemicals come and flow into our ocean, where our Navy SEALs are training. Well, right down that river we had another group of Chinese and Middle Easterners that were welcomed in, not only just welcomed in illegally, but that got concierge service. We used a single van, an extra van to transport their baggage, to make sure these guys, who we have no clue who they are, who, many of them dumped their IDs because they've been trained to by the NGOs in the United nations and the traders within our own government are welcomed into our country the very next day. We have the terror attack on our own soil. Multiple terror attacks that we know of now on our own soil. This is just the beginning. So what you have now is a weaponized apparatus. I call it the illegal alien industrial complex. But there's, you know, you can, there's many other names. It's the communist vision for America. It's what they've been working on for 40 years in America. You have organizations that we are paying for through grants to groups like Catholic Charities and Lutheran Social Services. Down to worse organizations like a Lotro Lado out of San Diego who is training people how to game our immigration process, who are coordinated and working with the other leftist communist groups across America to undermine America from within. So anyone who thinks any of this is stopping or even slowing down between now and when President Trump leaves the White House in four years is naive at best. What they are doing is ramping up for the all out assault. And it's not just these organizations, organizations, it's the mainstream complicit propaganda media that's already lining up to tell the bad stories about Tom Holman, to tell the bad stories about ICE and all of these organizations to be ready for the next George Floyd moment where they can burn down our country, or the illegal alien moment, or the Palestinian moment where they can burn down our country. It's already happening. It's happening today. What people need to be aware of, it is going to get worse and worse and worse. This is going to be a progressive drumbeat that gets louder and louder and louder until they get their ultimate goal, which is destruction of this country from within, that is happening. It's not going to stop until either they're defeated or we're defeated.

The Mexican government that's had a policy, and remember they did have a war a couple of years ago. 200,000 casualties that was laid out on the morning show. 200,000 casualties on the Cartel wars from years ago, of which they then basically surrendered. The Mexican government surrendered. And now they have hugs, not guns. The Mexican government is deploying, I think it's been reported, 100 lawyers now coming to the United States to help stop the deportation process. This is Mexican government officials coming to the United States into our territory to work. And she's telling Trump, oh, I'm gonna work with you. I'm gonna work with you. They're doing everything else behind the scenes, like all these NGOs are doing behind the scenes, all this apparatus to thwart the deep, not just north of deportation. They're still waving them in. They're still waving them in, waving them in as fast as they can. Ben Berkwam.

Yeah. So they're bringing in attorneys onto the US Soil that are not American citizens, are not American attorneys to help illegals from around the world. But we remember this. We also have American attorneys, American citizen attorneys in Mexico and other countries around the world training these people how to game our own system. You talk about treason, traitors to our country. This has been going on for several years now, where we have documented these organizations and these attorneys down in Mexico, again, I mentioned a lot of. That's one of the main ones out of San Diego. They're down there training people how to game and undermine our immigration process. All of this while we have our own judges, immigration judges in America that are working to, as fast as they can, dismiss these cases of illegal immigration before President Trump takes office. Now, I did get one bright note. Peter Stewart, a friend of mine that you met at Amfest, he's with the ICE Union, he's a former ICE agent, he says all of those cases that are prematurely dismissed by these immigration judges can be put back in. So basically, ICE and President Trump can come back and say, this was, you know, these were wrongfully dismissed and we're going to readjudicate these cases. So from a bright standpoint, at least if we have the desire, the will to do it, we can go back. If they get rid of a million of these guys and say, fine to be here, we can go back and say, no, you're not, and begin that process to get the process of removal.

Yes. Remember, they expect to use the process against us. This is another thing. Yes, we can do it. We will do it.

But that's just another slowdown. So they're going to stretch it out. Last thing.

Before I let you go, I want to, when you go back to talk about treason and people that have turned, you know, all enemies, foreign and domestic. The NGOs give the folks once again what the NGOs this is after the will of the American people have spoken on November 5th. They want this stop. They want it reversed, all of that. The NGOs are down there working nonstop.

Yeah, they could care less. And just again, if you want to look it up, look up the Office of Refugee Resettlement. Look up its ORR commonly referred to. There are nine primary organizations. We talk about Catholic Charities and Lutheran Social Services and Jewish Family Services and Bethany Christian. There's nine primary organizations underneath that umbrella. There are hundreds of little smaller organizations that are all communist organizations by intent. They're all working together non stop right now. They all have the hundreds of millions of dollars that Chuck Schumer signed off on and all of these leftist representatives in Washington D signed off on. They are getting paid hundreds of millions of dollars. It is their, in their best interest. I mean, from their standpoint, this. And it goes back to the homeless encampments that we see all over our country. They don't want to fix the problem. They don't want to get people off the streets. They don't want to stop illegal immigration because they get paid on it. Every single illegal that comes across this border, they're getting paid for. So they are doing everything they possibly can right now behind the scenes to make this as difficult as possible for President Trump and ultimately to make this permanent, this illegal immigration permanent in America. These organizations that claim to be charities are really the worst of the worst. And the tip of the spear on that is United Nations, OIM and unhcr. All of these organizations need to be defunded and prosecuted if they're, especially if they're found to be working directly with the cartels.

You know, it's all enemies, foreign and domestic. The main thing is always the main thing because the Chinese Communist Party is in back of their hands are everywhere. If you see what's happening in Turkey, you see what's happening in Persia, you see what's happening in Moscow with the criminals of the kgb, you see what's happening in The Panama Canal, their hands are everywhere but the year. And Ava, he couldn't be more blunt, that Taiwan is a province of China and that anybody that says otherwise or anybody tries to intrude on that is playing with fire. And he couldn't be more up in your face. And the reason is the economy is probably the worst I think it's been sincebut not just when Xi's taken over. The real economic numbers are horrific. They had the huge meltdown, the stock market the last year. They've tried everything to prop things up by doing things they've never done before. Just give us your assessment of Xi's New Year's Day proclamation to the Chinese people, but your assessment from the new federal state, kind of the alternative to the Chinese Communist Party, of your assessment of where the CCP and Xi stand right now.

Thank you, Steve, for the question. So I think we open only the second day of the New Year. We're already seeing things that's very concerning. Just last week we already broke the story of Xi's health and this dictator knows his time is taking out. And in the desperate moment and the vulnerability shows, as you mentioned, the economy, the situation, the people's livelihood, and also the pushback, the resistance and the weakening of the Lao bashing are pushing back challenge and demand and political and economic completely showdown. So this is, this is a moment that we could possibly see desperate measures. And from the New Year speech you heard, he's emphasized on Macao and Hong Kong, they're going to continue control and tightening the grip on these two autonomous region. And of course, CCP is only capable of lying, but also mentioned about Taiwan and he said anyone preventing the reunification of the two sides of the strait, well will face the consequences. So that's a threatening world. But what more important, Steve, is today, January 2nd, there's something happening in Beijing. If you look at the top diplomat, Wang Yi, the foreign minister of the ccp, basically Just address deliver a speech at the inauguration ceremony at what's called Research center for community of shared future or destiny for mankind. So does that ring a bell? You should. Because if we take you back to a just a few years ago, during the US China trade talk in 2019 June, Wang Yi threaten United States. As he said, don't push too hard. If you apply too much pressure, the CCP going to what? Going to open what's called Pandora's box. And guess what? Several months later COVID 19 pandemic emerged. Okay, does that sound familiar? And in 2020, early February, my school reviewed what's was. When you entering the Wuhan Virology of Institute there are words engraved on the wall the entryway and it says when you enter this gate, you about to open the Pandora box. So what does that mean? If I can take you back to just two years ago. Actually almost a three. We're coming to the third anniversary of the invasion Ukraine Russian invasion of Ukraine. If I can take you back to 2022, January after the Winter Olympic Putin and she announced no limit partnership. And on 2020 is four days before Russia sent troops to Ukraine. My school did a live broadcast and he unpacked what does no limit partnerships look like? And he reviewed the secret conversation between Xi and Putin and they already planned all out and Ben Berkron and Warren Posse and you are absolutely right. The war with the United States. The CCP waged the war against the western world. United States started many years ago, started officially started in 2019. But in 2022 they escalated by invading Ukraine. And they know Xi Jinping knew what would happen because they're going to give the biggest gift to the new President, the President elect when he arrives at the high noon on January 20th. He's going to be busy. Okay. They already planted out economic, financial, market meltdown. Look at last few days from digital currency, okay. To your stock exchange, to every market you can touch your finger on. Look at what the response they already planned. The world will going down Chaos wherever you look at it. Okay, not just the border, but Xi Jinping has planned. If economic meltdown happens. Wait a second. If United States going to fight back, what's next? They already planned it out. What is a people's war in 2019 when he declared that there's a people's war against the United States. I think it was in May of 2019 when they walked away from the deal, that President Trump had taken a year and a half to negotiate with him. Now we spent the previous hour with Natalie talking about things, but I want to go to your post what you had to say, but particularly something that came in, I think after your post. President Trump put out a normally from fake news from the hated Boston Globe, a editorial that he promoted. I know Raheem wrote the scathing piece on that early in the day, but tell me about your post first, then we'll get into the Boston Globe of it.

Yes, coming to my post, it was simply a throwaway line from the Axios Daily newsletter which says that this fight over the hill 1B visas exposes 1 of the MAGA movement's deepest contradictions. It came to prominence chiefly via the white, less educated working class, but is now under the full control of billionaire technologists and industrialists, many of them immigrants. And my post is basically notes to Axios. It's not a deep contradiction, it's a hostile take on a bid. Donald Trump was not elected for the third time to resurrect the failed platitudes of Gang of Eight style immigration reform. If that's what Elon wants, he should donate to little Marco Rubio or Mitt Romney. It's America First. Now you know my posts on Get a normally do well. This has done exceptionally well and I think behind it is the same thing. Talking straight now to Raheem's article on the National Pulse. It's the same thing, Steve. There are in as this movement over the last few years has taken shape, has grown in strength, is now the dominant force in the GOP, arguably in America as well. It has naturally, Washington D.C. being what it is, it has attracted a lot of grifters. There are very few people who are this show is one of them, Raheem the National Port is one of them. There are very few people who have the courage to lovingly call out President Trump when they think he's making a mistake. Whenever I go near that subject, I get like so many bots even on get coming at me. You know what I call the 5D chess brigade saying, look, you're either with President Trump, whatever he does all the way, or you're being disloyal. My response to that, Steve, is especially as we go forward over the next 12 months, lovingly and loyally calling out President Trump with gentle criticism. Where it is due is not a sign of disloyalty. In fact, it is a way of manifesting your actual loyalty to him.

But hang on, but we talked about this in the previous hour. It's with all due respect, but we're going to fight this to the we're going to fight this to the death. We're not rolling over on the H1BS or any of the visas we want. I've called for a moratorium and I think we backed it up last hour. I've called for a moratorium of all immigration, all because you say legal. I'm not so sure it's Actually, I'm not so sure it's actually legal. When you really look at the way the programs, these programs are being run, I think many people, including Elon Musk, is probably here illegally, right? How he gamed the system. So no, we're not going to. And this could getit could get nasty. But hey, so be it. We are always going to take the side of the American worker and American citizens. That's just otherwise we don't have a purpose. That is our task and purpose to take the side of this great republic and her citizens. And her citizens are its greatest resource and they must be protected, right, and supported. They'll do the job themselves, just like Lao Bajing will take down the Chinese Communist Party once they know they have a level of support from folks like ourselves. So it is lovingly and it is, you know, a thing. But you know, when President Trump takes fake news. Boston Globe, which there's no bigger hater of President Trump than the Boston Globe. The Boston Globe is worse than the New York Times and worse than the Washington Post. And the reason for that is that Boston, the elite there, are actually worse than the elites in New York City and they're worse than the elites in Washington D.C. if that can even be comprehended. They're the worst, probably of the worst. The reason they don't have as much promise today. They don't quite have the power they used to have in this country. But having gone to school up there, I can tell you that they are justthere's just kind of an inbred and they hate MAGA and they hate President Trump. And so when I see the paper that hates you the most and you're promoting an editorial that says you're right. Yeah, I don't know. You know, maybe we got to break that down for you and explain why that they're not friends and they're not allies. Ben Harwell A thousand percent, Steve.

Look, sharing this Boston Globe editorial, this op ed that's just going to inspire us to give President Trump another love tap on this subject. Look, I've got three nos right now. I've got a list of them three nos. I'm a hard no on all these things. No to Ukraine, no to no Johnson a speaker, and no to the H1B. There's no, there's no force on heaven or on hell in hell that's going to make me move off those issues because that is what this movement is exactly about. And you said it, you said it just now, right? Why is President Trump sharing An op ed from the Boston Globe. It's because there's no one else on the center of the spectrum out to the right. There's nobody there that's supporting him on this. And I think we use the, the Mearsheim expression quite a bit. Being led down a primrose path. I think President Trump has been led down the primrose path by Elon Musk on this. Let's not forget, I think we've covered this on the show already. Let's not forget in April 2024, just the last year, outgoing last year, right, elon Musk made 15,000 workers redundant at his Tesla factories. And I think Texas and California, 15,000American workers redundant. What did he his first maneuver to request 2000H1Bs of foreign workers to come in and fill that gap. That representing more than 3% of the total legal allowance of that figure. Right. And you talk to those engineers who were fired and they said what he's done is that he's brought in people on lower money from aboard. They're saying it, they're laying it out clear. The people who have been sacked, the Americans last who have been fine on this, they're laying out clear. This isn't about H1B, isn't about bringing smart people into the United States. It's about getting access to cheap labor. There's nothing more antithetical to this movement. And you said, if we're not going to stand up on this issue, might as well just go home, go and spend the day at the beach. If we're not going to take a principal stand on this issue. This movement is literally worthless. And everybody on our half of the political spectrum knows this. That's why President Trump was resorted to sharing articles by people who loathe, hate and detest him.

Ben, hang on for one second. I want to bring in Brian Kennedy. Brian, you were able to catch our New Year's Day show and Ben Harnwell was a guest. Raheem and Joe Allen. And we were talking about many aspects of this, but we want to get back to kind of the theme theory of philosophy in Back of the Tech Bros. We were talking about Curtis Jarvin and others about this dark enlightenment. And Brian Kennedy's one of the smartest guys I know and particularly smart about philosophy and theory and how that's applied. You know, he ran Claremont, which is one of the great institutes in the country in our movement. And Brian said, with all due respect, bro, you're dead wrong. He said, man, this was a war room. Ms. So I want to go back. You've seen the manifestation President Trump's touting. Now, this Boston Globe editorial you heard Natalie last hour as we go through all the visa programs are a con, they're all a con to basically flood, you know, invade the world, invite the world to get more foreigners in here to dilute the power of the American people and the economic prospects of the American people. But you say, hey, look, you got to go back to the railhead of this, this nonsense to understand how off track they are about a constitutional republic, to understand their bizarro world of the dark enlightenment. The floor is yours, sir.

Well, thank you, Steve, and happy New Year. Look, this is all the same piece, right? I mean, the whole Curtis Yarvin, who obviously is a smart guy, but when you read his writings and everybody else talking about a dark enlightenment, they fundamentally believe that the American people lack the morality and the energy to defend their civilization. That ultimately that when, when the dark enlightenment people think of the primal scream of a dying regime, it's the Trump administration is the dying regime, and that America is ultimately going to collapse because again, we lack the morality and the energy to defend the United States. Now, if this last election was proof of anything, is that. That is completely false. The American people have the morality and the energy to defend their country. That's what they did when they went around the country in all the precinct committeemen, all that project, everyone getting out the vote, everyone walking to get out their neighbors. They have the energy, they have the morality. They understand what's right and wrong. They can still be self governing citizens. They can do this. They have done it. President Trump is a representative of that. And so everybody talking about a dark enlightenment, they're the ones who think this is not going to work, that the four years of President Trump is going to be a failure, that we're not going to be able to dismantle the administrative state, we're not going to be able to root out the deep state, Kash Patel's going to fail, et cetera. And that four years from now, we're going to need some kind of, you know, autocrat, you know, Red Caesar, however you want to phrase it, to take over when the regime collapses. Now, everything that the war room stands for is opposed to that. We believe that human beings can govern themselves, that we're going to fill the Trump administration with the right kind of people who will advance President Trump's beliefs, principles and everything he has fought for the last four years and turn that into a reality. Is it going to be Easy. No, it's going to be very difficult. As you say, we are in a war. But of course, that's the kind of war that we have meant to be. We meant to be fighting over the last four years. We have set everything up so that we can fight this war, to dismantle the deep state. And so let me just say, I think, I think Curtis Yarvin is the anti Steve Bannon is what I said to you. He believes we're going to fail. Steve Bannon believes we're going to succeed. And whereas Curtis Yarvin talks in this sort of obscure kind of philosophical language, you speak to the war room every single day. And congratulations on being the number one or two podcast in America. I think when you actually look at the TV show, etcetera, you're certainly number one. Your whole premise is that on the war room we can ask regime level questions and answer them with clarity. That's why you're number one, Steve. I know it says number two and I'm calling you number one. That's why you brought clarity to all this. We can fight and we can win.

Let's give some clarity. Yarvin's a very smart guy, but they and the tech Bros have a very different vision. And folks, as you know, and this is why we have the Brian Kennedys of the world and others like him on the show so many times, we do believe in that basic theory that ideas have consequences. Ideas have consequences. Yarvin and Elon, they don't really believe in the nation state as conceived by as the United States of America as an independent entity. Right. They have either a network idea or something like the Borgias or the Medicis had in Renaissance Italy that, you know, the tech groups are kind of railheads of different groups, but you're not a sovereign people. You don't have a sovereign will. He even said this when he was discussing his Mars colony. Well, would you be run by a. As a constitutional republic? He says, oh, no, it would be equivalent to what a red Caesar is. So just talk to me a second about that. Yarvin not only maybe is the anti Steve Bannon, they have a very different theory of the case about what the outcome is. And it certainly has nothing to do with the constitutional republic. That's the new Jerusalem that we call the United States of America, sir.

Yeah, no, I think that's right, Steve. Well, they think this has already failed. Everything that we've dealt with here has already failed. And so we're only preparing now people like him intellectually for what happens afterwards? They thought, by the way, that Trump wasn't going to get elected in 2016. They were kind of indifferent to whether he got elected in 2020. It kind of confirmed for them that this republic of ours had failed, and they certainly didn't think he was going to win in 2024. So now they're a little surprised by that and kind of figuring out where to go with it. But at the end of the day, I think both Elon Musk and all these tech folks, they look down on America. They don't think we're a good, decent people. Yes, we have fought wars, we've done all these other things. We've liberated humanity in the 20th century, in the 21st century. We're up against Communist China. They're a real nation, communist China. They think they're the ones who are going to dominate the future and that America is sort of a spent force. And as a spent force, we simply have to find ways of, if you are them making money in order to reorder a kind of world order where they can prosper. They're not interested in my humble opinion, in the success of the United States as much as the success of they themselves, their corporations, their media empires. And ultimately, if we go down that path, and I don't think President Trump, by the way, is going to go down that path. You know, look, he has to navigate a whole bunch of different forces here in American political life. And so these tech oligarchs are one of them. But he'll manage through that. He's been against H1B visas. I expect he'll be against H1B visas again. He'll figure out how to get this right. And so the fight will continue. Let's make public arguments about that, but let's make no mistake that the American experiment in free government will succeed, but it will only succeed if we keep on fighting. And I guarantee you that the war room posse is all in on the fight. This is what the war room does every single day. It explains to people with absolute clarity what's at stake, what can be lost, and what needs to be done in order to ensure victory. And I believe our best days are ahead if we continue the fight. But fight we will.

And I say that because in the morning show today you made, you made the reference in talking about President Lincoln that when Donald Trump returns to D.C. as president, they view him as the enemy. Pete, you know you said you've taken the ex servicemen have taken oaths to fight enemies foreign and domestic. If these people think Donald Trump is a domestic enemy, there is no limit to what they will do.
