By noon, when you start talking to reconciliation, you get you had Jason Smith and those guys up there doing the three card money because they want to hide what's really in the tax part. Where are we going to be, sir? So my preference was, and I've been.
Jack Posobiec
Public about this, was two bills to.
Steve Bannon
Do exactly what you just said. I want border security, I want energy. Let's reverse all the Biden crap, let's bank some wins, let's bank some savings and then use that to leverage and set up whatever we need to do on the overall mandatory spending cuts. That is, you know, reporting Medicaid and cutting SNAP and all that in exchange for what we're doing with respect to the tax relief, and put that in a package. But now it looks like there might be a single bill approach. My standards are still going to be the same. There must be deficit neutrality. The border must get done, and it shouldn't take till May, June, July. Right. Which is what they're risking doing by putting it in one package. Yeah. Okay. Friday the 3rd of January, year of alert 2025. That was clipped by Aaron Rupar. He's one of the top independent journal journalist out there. And a major Internet figure was watching our early show and he focused right in on what the signal was, not the noise. Good on you, Aaron. I'm gonna get to that in a second. We were gonna start off with that, I guess, Chris Fenton, who's an expert, you know, the film producer and expert on China. He's here to talk about these student visas. Natalie's gonna join me. Natalie. But I've asked Jack Posobic. There is breaking news and we're trying to get to the bottom, particularly since we're a show that focuses a lot on the existential threat of the Chinese Communist Party. There is an email out there and it's been labeled as a manifesto. Right. And I guess it's getting some verification from Sean Ryan. Some other people have been dealing with this. I know Poso has a very different attitude, but can you just read to the audience? This is supposedly an email that came from the relatively highly decorated combat vet that appeared to both commit suicide by blowing his head off and also detonating some sort of bomb or weapon inside a. Inside a one of the Tesla vehicles outside of Trump's hotel in Las Vegas. Can you just read it and we can put it up on the screen while Natalie reads. I want the whole audience to hear this and then we'll bring in Jack Posobec.
Natalie Winters
Yes. So starting off, in case I Do not make it to my decision point or onto the Mexico border. I am sending this now. Please do not release this until the first of Jan and keep my identity private until then. First off, I'm not under duress or hostile influence or control. My first car was a 2006 black Ford Mustang V6 for verification. What we have been seeing with drones is in quotes is the operational use of gravitic propulsion systems powered aircraft by most recently China and the East Coast. But throughout history the US only we in China have this capacity. Our OPCN location for this activity is in the box is below. China has been launching them from the Atlantic from submarines for years but this activity recently has picked up. As of now it is just a show of force and they're using it similar to how they use the balloon for SIGINT and ISR which is also part of the integrated comms system. There are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time. The so what is because of the speed and stealth of these unmanned ac they are the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed. They basically have an unlimited payload capacity and can park it over the White House if they want it. It's checkmate. USG needs to give the history of this, how we are employing it and weaponizing it, how China is employing them and what the way forward is. China is poised to attack anywhere in the East Coast. I've been followed for over a week now from likely Homeland or FBI and they are looking to move on me and are unlikely going to let me cross into Mexico but won't because they know I am armed and have massive vbied. I've been trying to maintain a very visible profile and have kept my phone and they are definitely digitally tracking me. I have knowledge of this program and also war crimes that were covered up during airstrikes in Nimrus province, Afghanistan in 2019 by the admin, DOD, DEA and CIA. I conducted targeting for these strikes of over 125 buildings. 65 were struck because of CIVCAST that killed hundreds of civilians in a single day. USFORA continued strikes after spotting civilians on initial ISR was supposed to take six minutes and scramble all aircraft in centcom. The UN basically called these war crimes but the administration made them disappear. I was part of that cover up with US FO R A and Agent Blacked out of the dea. So I don't know if my abduction attempt is related to either. I worked with Jen Miller's IO staff on this as well as the response to Bala Murgab, AOBs commander at the time again, blacked out. Can validate this. You need to elevate this to the media so we avoid a world war because this is a mutually assured destruction situation. Last sentence for vetting my LinkedIn is Matt Berg or Matthew Lipisberger in active duty. 18 Z out of 1 to 10. My profile is public. I have active TSSCI with UAP, USAP access.
Steve Bannon
Okay. Our own war room. We're here on the bridge of the war room in our own combat Information center run by Grace Chong. She's very jaundice about this. She thinks that, hey, this sounds, you know, too smooth, that this is a Fed. The workings of the Fed are. Excuse me, not the Fed of the Feds. Jack Posobec. I know you're also look at this with a jaundice eye. Give us your thoughts or you're a Naval Intelligence officer. Your thoughts.
Jack Posobiec
Steve, thanks again for having me on. And look, I've spent the entire last couple of days speaking with people and contacts that I have throughout the army, people who I know, the Special Forces community, ERD community, and was even actually able to track down a guy who served with. With Mass Sergeant Littlesberger in Afghanistan and actually was 2019. So prior to even this email coming out, I was already in contact just through source chain to be able to get to talk to someone. NASA said, how was your reputation? He said, hey, you know, okay, resident reputation. Not the greatest, but not the worst either. You know, it wasn't a scumbag, but nobody's favorite guy. Said there was some, some trouble at home. Was a big issue that had been talked about in the last week or so. Had heard reports that of a. Of a break with his wife and reports of infidelity. Not. Some said it was him on him, some said it was on her. I haven't been able to verify any of that. Also heard a report from a separate contact in the military who said that something they've heard is that a couple of days ago, even before this email was sent, that the same individual, Master Sergeant Wilsberger, had attempted to cross the lines and join one of the Ukrainian International Brigades and requested to go serve at the front and, you know, essentially was rejected because even the Ukrainians know that it wouldn't be smart to be poaching Special Forces operatives like that in unauthorized status. So then he abruptly takes leave, flies back to the United States, flies back to his home record in Colorado Springs and goes and conducts this thing. By the way, there's another letter that the Las Vegas Sheriff's Department has been putting out so they're saying is from him talking about this was a wake up call that America said. They said it was sent from the same email address that emailed the Sean Ryan podcast saying this is not a terrorist attack. This was a wake up call because America has ineffective leadership. And the only thing Americans respond to is a spectacle. So I will give them a spectacle again. Everything I'm seeing is that this guy had some kind of mental episode.
Steve Bannon
I mean, do you believe the sheriff's letter or do you believe this email that, that Sean Ryan came in contact with and Natalie just read is are real?
Jack Posobiec
I mean, certainly the emails appear to be genuine in the sense that they were written by this individual. But the details. This is something that will come up in. When I was at Guantanamo, this is something that will come up in human source operations. Just because a source is telling you something does not mean that the things that they are telling you are verified. So absent outside verification or outside corroboration, I don't think there's any way that you can say that those things are verified within the contents of this email. Regarding, you know, secret Chinese drones and the FBI chasing. I do, I do point out though that we do of course know that he did actually have a vehicle bore an ID of EBID. And so given the date that this was sent 24 hours prior to the bombing of Trump Hotel, I certainly hope that the individuals who were in possession of this email did forward it to the proper authorities because it seems as though the authorities had no idea this was coming. Obviously it took place. So I certainly hope that no one sat on this email of an imminent terrorist attack and, and didn't report it up the chain as authorized.
Steve Bannon
He talks about. And I want to get your thoughts. Brian Costello, who's a regular on this show, is very focused on the drone technology coming out of China. Talk to me about what he said in this email because this gets right to the heart of Sequoia. Elon Musk. It's, it's very confusing. Who's on what side of the football is this guy saying that we could have a major drone strike coming from the Atlantic from Chinese submarines launching drones with advanced technology. And talk about this advanced technology because this thing sounds pretty scary. And what would be the involvement of an Elon Musk? Is this the reason he made a symbol? It wasn't so much about the car as about the person or the individual. And also Sequoia Capital. I mean, these guys, it's quite questionable what technology. They've actually given Sequoia Capital with funding to the Chinese that now supposedly, and I guess according to this guy's warning to America is about advanced drone technology of the Chinese Communist Party. Sir.
Jack Posobiec
Sure, Steve. I'm not going to say that it's in any way corroborated about the specific sightings over New Jersey and other parts of the Eastern seaboard. That being said, this is the exact type of technology that has been worked on by the US Government. We've certainly seen Chinese and other foreign entities using similar types of technology. And obviously they said, look, I was just on the program the other day saying that these are the types of things that we need to be very much on the lookout for when it comes to the inauguration that's coming up in what, in 17 days here? 17 days time. Speaker Mike Johnson. Okay, he's reelected. Where are we going to get the National Guard deployment? Where are we going to make sure that we have the drone jammers that are up? Where are we going to be to make sure that we've got, by the way, the digital geo fencing of any self driving electronic vehicles, be they Tesla or a Ford F150 Lightning around the Capitol complex or really the entire D.C. metro area for that day, because that day could absolutely be horrific should something like this, regardless of who it's from, these are the types of technologies that everybody needs to be deadly afraid of and deadly serious about because these are the types of things that our adversaries have and bad actors, whether it be a foreign actor or a domestic actor or someone pretending to be, you know, using a faked flag to be some other actor. These are the types of things that could all come to play and quite frankly. Where is the security briefing? Steve, where is the security briefing? Inauguration for the rally the day before, for the parade that President Trump is expected to have down Pennsylvania Avenue, I want to see Speaker Johnson and Mayor Bower put out the announcement. I want to see the police. I want to see the heads of everyone coming forward because quite frankly, I do not at this moment, I do not have confidence in the abilities of the US Government to defend against all of this.
Steve Bannon
My belief is that President Trump's team like Cash Patel and Pam Bondi have not been totally read. Are you comfortable having people like Chris Wray and others who have announced they're leaving and have shown their incompetence in this regard? Do you feel comfortable posto with those guys kind of the people in charge of this?
Jack Posobiec
Absolutely not. Steven and the great Miranda Devine has done incredible work on the DEI programs that Chris Wray has pushed that produce situations like we saw in New Orleans with the agent with the nose ring and going up there and can't even tell you that it was a terrorist attack. When we see IEDs, when we see an ISIS flag, when just straight up lying to everybody out there. How can you have confidence when a guy like that's in charge of the FBI?
Steve Bannon
Last question is that what strikes me different about this individual, he's a relatively highly decorated combat vet and he had been in a couple of three bad situations. And I realize he probably psd, there's all kind of other issues, but this is not someone who's been, you know, involved in these activities in the past. Does that lead you to question what exactly went on here? Because to me there's more, many more unanswered questions about this one than anything we've seen before.
Jack Posobiec
Look, you know, Steve, I said to you yesterday that it didn't add up, the construction of the bomb. I said this doesn't seem like it was. He certainly would have had the capability to blow the entire ground floor of Trump Hotel if he wanted to was fireworks and some gasoline. So. And then he says with the email that oh, this was meant to be a spectacle. It was not meant to kill others. And that's exactly what we were saying based on the construction of the really just amateurish fireworks show. It was not a bomb in any way, shape or form. And that's what we saw with the incendiary. And so something is going on here that doesn't add up. I think a lot of people realize that it doesn't add up. What we said yesterday still bears true. Everything that could be activated is being activated and we need to keep all of our heads on a swivel. But that being said, I'm going to be at the inauguration. Brother Poso is going to be at the inauguration because we don't back down.
Steve Bannon
Jack. Bo, where do people go to get you on social media, sir?
Jack Posobiec
I'm putting it all up on my, on my Twitter account, on X, on Truth Social, on Getter, and of course telegram, because who knows, who knows where I'm going to be taken down next?
Steve Bannon
Thank you very much for joining us. I know you're out with the family, so thank you very much. Stepping out and join us by phone.
Jack Posobiec
Appreciate you all good. I needed a break from the ice rink.
Steve Bannon
Hopefully get Jack on tomorrow. Something doesn't make sense of this. Okay, so some programming notes. Brian Costello that's been on top of this drone situation, particularly Sequoia Capital, Elon Musk, all these technologists that are in bed with the Chinese Communist Party. And there's a lot of questions about this drone technology, who actually has it, who was given it, how advanced the United States was, how did China get so advanced? So we'll get Brian on here in a little while. I'm going to get back in also in a little while to the situation took place. David, the speaker, tomorrow's show, we're going to drill down besides these terrorist attacks, also security for President Trump's inauguration. Also what's happening at Fort McNair tomorrow with this major conference of the Republicans to go through exactly in detail what the plan is going forward. Natalie, the most disturbing thing, the thing people are most worked up about is now understanding that not only do we have 12 to 15 million illegal invaders here just on Biden's watch, just from the 20th of January, 2021 till, you know, a week from now or 10 days from now, 17 days from now. But then in addition, when all these Republicans rhino say, hey, you know, we all support legal immigration, as you've been able to show us over the last 24 hours, there is no legal immigration and we're calling for a moratorium on it. The reason is all of these visa programs, all these different programs which are very obtuse, confusing for citizens to actually see what's going on in aggregate are all kind of, you know, three card money and hide the football. It turns out they're all illegal because they've all been gamed or worked around. The worst, it turns out, looks like it's the student visa program. Natalie, give me your thoughts. I know we got a very special guest that's going to join us, knows a lot about the Chinese Communist Party.
Natalie Winters
Well, look, I didn't think that we had to add the caveat on maga, being with Americans, right? It's make America great again, emphasis being on with Americans, not by importing foreigners who are going to replace you. But the more that I think this audience and myself that we drill down into these numbers, you really see what has been going on behind the scenes, starting back all the way in the 90s with the immigration reform that, like I said, has always sort of rested on a bed of lies. I know we focused on the H1B and the H4 and the sort of employment visa category, but there's similar, I mean, I would call it an absolute fraud and scam and frankly, just demographic warfare being waged against the American citizen, but most precisely the American worker through the sort of diploma visa mill in the form of the numbers. Again, it's always hard to tell because they don't track visa overstayers. But over 1.5 million foreign students, either on the F1 visa or the M1 visa, of which over 500,000 of those have obtained work authorization through some sort of practical training program. The one that's sort of infamous is the opt, the optional practical training program, which allows these foreign students to stay for up to a year, though there's certain sort of sub sections of that program where they can stay for up to three years. But what's so interesting about this, Steve, is that again, it's a total scam. What do I mean by that? They basically have cheapened and exploited, though I think you could maybe make the case there wasn't much to cheapen or exploit from America's higher education institutions, but they've turned them into basically shuttles or sort of these nesting doll situations for foreigners who just want to work in this country at depressed wages to gain citizenship through the scam of higher education. Why do I say that? Of data that has been able to be pulled, Bloomberg sort of did a long form report back in 2017, and it actually showed that more than half of the people who were studying here in the United States on these student visas, once they actually won the H1B lottery, they dropped out of the institutions that they were studying in. And that of most of these students, fewer than one in three actually hang around until completely graduating. And I think the most damning aspect of this program is called STEM opt, which, by the way.
Steve Bannon
Hold on, hold on, hang on. But hang on, but hang on. Whoa, whoa, whoa, hang on, hang on. I assume what you just said about the program, when they leave or otherwise, they immediately get sent back home to their mother country. Correct. So I shouldn't feel worried.
Natalie Winters
Well, unfortunately, I hate to be the perennial bearer of bad news here in the war room, but not quite. And there's sort of two ways to look at this. One is they essentially have treated this foreign working class as just a way to legally, it's sort of a subsidy, right, to escape having to pay American workers a fair wage. And like I was saying how this goes back to the 90s, so much of the sort of BS propaganda fear porn over the idea that there was a shortage of American workers went back to a study that the National Science foundation put out, like I said, a little bit before the 1990 Immigration Act. And it's so funny because this study, researchers have tried to independently find it and go through the data, the analysis of it, but the National Science foundation actually never posted it. They never named the researcher who participated in it. And the Government Accountability Office actually found that the data they were using was completely bunk. And if you read the report, there's one throwaway line where they essentially admit that these education pipelines are just pathways to sort of pseudo citizenship. So big corporations or big tech can exploit foreigners for cheap labor while actively discriminating against Americans. And to make that point, I would go back to the program I was about to talk about, which is STEM Opt. So that's an extension for a total of three years. But the foreigners who are working under that program, they're exempt from payroll taxes, right? That are funding Social Security and Medicare and they're employers are also exempt from that portion of their taxes. In other words, they're getting a tax subsidy to not have to hire Americans. And when groups like CIS have run the numbers, you're talking about nearly a loss of $4 billion annually as a result of this tax exemption. And Steve, here's the real kicker. The STEM Opt program was initially launched in the Bush era and they wanted to sort of secretly do it, not by some big press conference out in the open. They later had to, they were sued and they had to open it up to comments from the American public. But it was really interesting because they had a line in there where they were forced to admit, and I quote, DHS acknowledges that this rule includes neither a quantified estimate of potential negative impacts to individual U.S. workers nor a quantified estimate of specific benefits to U.S. educational institutions or to the overall economy. In other words, it's never been about bringing in the best and brightest. It's never been about boosting up the merit of these higher education institutions. It's always been a scam. In the same way that lobbyists get their white papers on a host of issues. This issue of importing foreign workers is and always has been about that. And the Biden regime actually nuked a Trump era initiative to bring in an ICE review commission to go after the fraud that was plaguing this program that they were using to discriminate against American workers. Joe Biden killed that. Mayorkas killed another Trump era program that killed that focused on visa overstayers. But altogether you're talking about a conspiracy against rights of the American worker. So much to the point that. Catch this, Steve. I hope the audience is truly pissed off in 2020 when President Trump. Sorry. In 2017, when they were suing over the H1B stuff, guess what groups were suing on behalf of foreign workers to make sure that the H1B pipeline could continue and that foreign students could still be plaguing and coming into these institutions? It was the American Council of Education, the American association of Community Colleges, the American association of State Colleges and Universities, the association of American Universities. I'm sorry, what does it even mean then, to be American if they're the ones that are actively working legally and otherwise? You want to talk about lawfare? Yeah. That's a pretty good example. And might I just add my last point, which I know we'll get into with Chris, but the only point that I've ever heard coming from these elite academic institutions, which I was blessed but also cursed to have attended, I'm grateful my parents sent me there. But I was also able to have a front row seat to the revulsion that the ruling class of this country has for American workers. I think epitomized by what I just laid out. There's no demonstrable benefit to having people come into this country from. Sorry. To these schools from foreign countries. And that might be a hot take. I know that's a little more radical than maybe what you think. I don't even think that these people should be forced to return to their countries. The children that I went to school with, whether it was Harvard, Westlake, or across this country, who could not get into higher academic institutions and saw their spots being outsourced and shipped off to people from foreign countries that are hostile to this country. Right. The people who built the bombs that Iran now has all went to mit. Right. The nuclear program, it's all MIT scientists. It's absolutely disgusting. And the best case, the evidence that they have to say why we need to import a bunch of foreigners is because, you guessed it, diversity. Well, I'm sorry, and this might be a hot take, but the. What they say they want diversity. Of the 1.5 million students that they're importing, nearly a third of them, they're all coming from China. They don't assimilate. Most of them don't even speak English. So I honestly, truly don't even know how they're getting through their classes. I experienced this firsthand at the University, University of Chicago. And it's because it's not about education. It's about treating these institutions as a citizenship mill. Cheapening that. And by the way, Steve, David Brooks had a very long form piece in the Atlantic. What was it last month. It was one of their feature stories. It was called How Ivy League Admissions Broke this Country. And he sort of takes a little different derivative view of it, saying that instead of just allowing the entitled elites of America, they, they sort of reoriented the system to go after people who were intelligent. But I would argue that he's right in his diagnosis but not the contributing factors. It gets to the core of what propelled Trump to victory in 2016. To get ahead in the United States nowadays you either have to be a foreigner who's going to be imported and that's how you're going to get into one of these colleges cuz you're paying more or you have to be some weird, you know, woke diversity, you know, genderqueer, whatever to get in and get ahead. Or you have to be the ultra rich, ultra connected. You know, I don't see any of the grandchildren or children of Democrat and Republican senators not going to elite institutions. And I can tell you they're not necessarily academically qualified, but they're getting in via the back door. So this college admissions whole scam really is a microcosm for I think so many of the issues that are plaguing this country and robbing young Americans of their viewers future.
Steve Bannon
Natalie, Hang on for one second. Chris Fenton and Brian Costello are going to join us after a short commercial break.
Brian Costello

Modern monetary theory. But with turbulence going on and I think tomorrow after we know if there's going to be one or two reconciliations, you'll see some of the turbulence we're going to have because it's just the financial markets, there's so much debt. President Trump's going to have to chop his way through here. Now, I think more than ever, it's a time to talk to Philip Patrick and the team over at Birchgold. One way you can do it and get all the free information kits is just take your phone and text Bannon B A N N O N at 989-898. Why don't you do that today? Last but not least is Cash Patel. We're talking about Cash trying to get cash to confirm. Remember, they were laughing at cash and Hegseth and the entire team, they ain't laughing now. These things are got a lot of steam on them. They're rolling forward, but we gotta get them before their individual committees. Cash, he's got the book Government Gangsters. We made it into a film to make it even more accessible for you. I'm very proud of this work. I was one of the producers, Dan Fluette, who did the book Outlaws, Bevels Rose and Outlaws was the line producer on it and co wrote it. So make sure you go to War room film to get Government Gangsters. You can download today over the weekend, enjoy it with a group of people and talk about what Kash Patel is going to do going forward. Chris Fenton, you came on the scene by really calling out Hollywood and the Chinese about a trillion dollar, you know, really effort for the Chinese really to suppress freedom of speech here in the United States. You know a lot about the Chinese Communist Party, you know a lot about education over at usc. Natalie, why don't you jump in here? I know we got a lot of information you've worked on with Chris. Want to make sure we get it all out of him, ma'am.
Natalie Winters
Yeah. Well, Chris, I think if you could just sort of explain to the audience your background in terms of education and academia. We don't typically have professors here in the war room. No shade to professors. But I think that you have sort of an inside perspective, a sort of, as Steve would say, lived experience of what I was just talking about. So if you can just sort of let the audience know.
E
Well, first of all, thanks for having me back. I feel like I'm coming home.
Natalie Winters
I think.
E
I think this is my seventh appearance, but there's been quite a while in between. And Happy New Year to you both. I've been listening to the show the last few weeks and this whole visa issue is so interesting and such an important discussion to have. Particularly cuz we're talking a lot about the late inning ramifications of having all these foreigners in the country taking jobs that may possibly go to Americans, especially if Americans are trained appropriately. A quick stat just to rattle off. It's hard to top what you were just saying earlier, but 25% of international students on an annual basis end up working in the state that they end up graduating college in or getting their master's in. That's a stat you can look up on Google. That's not some made up stat. What's interesting is when you look at just the state of California, which happens to be the state that seems to be most in the headlines about this issue, there's 138,393 international students here. So if you multiply that by 25%, that's a lot of foreigners taking jobs away from America. If you look at just USC in particular, where I'm a John H. Mitchell business of Cinematic Arts professor, I'm not tenured. I'm always sort of challenging the environment at usc. I bring in people like Anthony Constantino, who's a great E comm guy who's trying to take Elise Stefanik's open seat, or Dallas Sarnier who runs the content production over a daily wire. I really want to expand the minds and perceptions of the students at usc. And USC has been very supportive of that. But if you look at the school in general, it follows the same sort of systemic issue that we have across the nation. There are 6,000 Chinese students alone at USC. There's roughly 3,000 Indian students there. There are a lot of international students on that campus, roughly 24%. If you extrapolate that to my alma mater, Cornell university, it's roughly 26% so why are we educating all these international students? I can see a lot of pluses to it, but in terms of what we've been talking about and what the national dialogue has been recently, I think we need to relook at this and say, wait a minute, we're taking spots from Americans at our elite institutions and giving them to those who we might say, you can't even work here. Or even worse, they work somewhere else and possibly in a bad scenario can be used to weaponize against us if they're in the high tech industry, say in China or some other foreign adversary country. So it's an interesting topic and I'm glad you guys are trying to address it.
Natalie Winters
Well, and I'll preface this too with this isn't just anti China screed. I think when you look at Article 7 of China's National Intelligence Law, it stipulates that any Chinese citizen can be requisitioned by the Chinese Communist Party at any point for any purpose to achieve what they vaguely define as the national security aims of the regime. So you don't know what these students are engaging in, let alone excluding the Confucius Institutes and the Chinese Students and Scholars association, which is basically Confucius Institute plus espionage as defined by our own federal government. But something struck me. We were talking on the phone earlier today and you were like, there's an inner conflict where when you're looking out on your class and you're quite literally handing non Americans foreigners the tools, the tricks of the trade to effectively more compete out. Right. Or compete against their American counterparts. I'm just curious how sort of reflective on just a cross institutional basis across the country you think that that is, and what you think, not the solution necessarily is, but what you think are more reasonable numbers for foreign students to be in these highly selective programs.
E
Well, I think number one is we have to determine, and as I know Steve and yourself, we're friends with Chinese people. This is not an anti Chinese people kind of platform. This is about what are we thinking is our best strategy as Americans and to make this country as good as it possibly can be and to allow the people of this country, the citizens of this country to flourish. Right. If you're looking at why we're teaching the best students from around the world at literally the most elite universities in the world, which are here in the United States of America, you'd like to believe that that's sort of a training camp for them to then show their loyalty to what they got here in this country, to the country of The United States of America. But as we know, just even in the business world, that is not something the Chinese people can promise to us. Here in the US they are beholden to Beijing. We've seen this over and over again in various industries where the headquarters in China is seen spying on their own companies or not listening to what headquarters is asking them to do or opening up their offices to raids voluntarily or giving away ip. Why? Because they have friends and family. They live in China. They got to do what Beijing tells them to do. And it's no different than Chinese nationals studying here in the US they still have lots of repercussions for not listening and not staying loyal to their homeland. It's just human and it's also survival instincts. So we need to realize that in terms of some of these international students, we're going to devote a lot of time and effort. People like myself want all of my students to be the best they can be. Right? And I'm telling you, there's great international students in my class. I cherish the fact that they push the Americans really hard.
Steve Bannon
But Chris. But yeah, but Chris, shouldn't. The guiding star here is that if we do welcome them here and they participate in the education that we should staple an exit visa at graduation. They got to go back to their country and make it and make it great. Coming here to get an education should never be looked at as the entry to the United States to get a job and to hang out here. That is to blue collar America doesn't have that. I mean, it's kind of absurd when you look at it. We just got to get in the mentality of not. We're going to give them a green card. We're going to do the exact opposite. If you come here to be educated and even that, I think we've got to get comfortable. They're not taking slots from Americans. But if you have foreign students come because the universities want it, because their governments pay full freight, and this takes care of these tenured professors and the bloat you see at these, at the universities that have become a scam, right? We all went to Ivy League schools or Ivy League equivalents. We know what a scam it is right now of allowing these kids in there, right? And so. But the concept that could come here and that is any way that allows them and California statistics blow me away, but that they can actually come here and use that as an entry to get a job here in the United States from an American citizen is shocking. And I think we got to get the mentality, hey, if we welcome you here, we love it. We want to make sure you get a great experience, get educated, but then 30 days after you graduate, you got to return home and go make your home country great again. Is that too far off of a concept that would actually work?
E
Well, I think that makes a lot of sense in terms of making sure those jobs are available for Americans. Right. To get those and not be replaced by international students that are in the workforce. But at the same token, I'm saying that's way late in the game, like we should be. If that is our policy. We shouldn't even be in allowing foreign international students into our schools, at least the elite schools, taking the place of Americans who need to study at elite schools and become one of the elite engineers, the elite people of industry. Because we don't want the international people here after they graduate. It's almost like they come here, they take everything that we're really good at, we teach them everything like we've done so many times over and over again in the China market. And then they take off with it and they sometimes become our biggest competition. So in a way, if we don't want them here after they graduate, we should actually backtrack and say, well, we don't want them here in the education, education system. And I think that is the conversation that needs to be had. Like what are we doing in innings one through five rather than innings six through nine?
Steve Bannon
Yes, Brilliant. You know the Lao Beijing working with the new federal state and others, they're put under tremendous pressure by the Chinese Communist Party as Natalie brought up. I mean, the Chinese Communist Party keeps a very tight grip on these kids. Chris, we gotta bounce cause we got Costello coming up. Where do people go to get the book? But also your writing, social media, all of it. You've got a lot to say about the Chinese Communist Party and its infiltration into the United States of America, sir.
E
Yeah, well, Feeding the Dragon book is my website and then Hedragon Feeder is my Twitter. And I'll actually have a fantastic op ed coming out from RealClearPolitex next week that I think you'll really enjoy yourself, Steve. So I'm out there and I'm just enjoy trying to be a part of this constructive process of getting America back on track.
Steve Bannon
Thank you, Chris. We look forward to having your op ed and then we'll get you back on when it's up. Overcloud politics. Thank you, brother.
E
A pleasure.
Steve Bannon
Right there, Natalie. That's Manhattan Beach. You see what you could have but you're back in D.C. slaving away that.
Natalie Winters
For a bunch of bomb threats from a bunch of what, Islamic terrorists here in D.C. but I will also add, Steve, though real quick, it's not just universities at the prestigious Ivy League or I noticed you added Ivy League adjacent. I humbly accept that. I did only go to the University of Chicago. But it's community colleges too. Just last year there was a 12% increase. 12% increase in foreigners coming into American community colleges. The number back in 2016 was 96,000.
Steve Bannon
Hang on, hang on. That one is a non starter for me. There should be none. No foreign students coming to community colleges. That should be for blue collar kids and kids that haven't had the education opportunities. Yeah, go ahead, please.
Natalie Winters
So the Economist ran all their big bright, brainiac numbers doing the analysis of how many foreigners are looking to cut to the United states for jobs. 23 million is the ultimate number of people who are active. 23 million. So that's what the American workers have to compete against. And by the way, the little meeting that they're having tomorrow is collecting all the forces so they can jam those people through.
Steve Bannon
God, it's disgusting. Hang on for a second. You're gonna get even madder when I bring our next guest, Brian Costello. Brian, about this situation in Las Vegas at the Trump Hotel about now, this weather, and it's trying to be verified. This email that I guess went to Sean Smith got a, got his hands on the, talking about this. The brave, very brave Bronze Star winner, if that, who it even turns out to be. I'm not so sure we've even gotten the DNA results of who was actually in the car. But it talks about a lot about Chinese drones and Chinese technology. You've been all over this. You've been the tip of the spear to say, hey guys, we have venture capital companies using American pension funds, particularly Sequoia Capital and others at the highest levels of American industry and American finance that are openly working with the Chinese Communist Party to give them access to every piece of advanced technology to make the most advanced drones. How does this tie into this? Because it looks like from this guy's email that he's killed himself as a show to try to wake people up to this to the effect that the Chinese Communist Party has got these drones going to attack the United States. Am I misreading that, sir?
F
Yeah. And I think, Steve, the letter, the Las Vegas police to Ryan have said that legitimate. So I think they've validated that they have every reason to believe it's legitimate. So one of the things it's said in the letter, and certainly we don't want to glorify this, but as the facts come out, it's looking like it was not a terrorist event and the guy was looking to send a message with his own life, is that he is making a claim that the drones that we've seen over New Jersey are from China and that they're getting more and more aggressive with those. Now we don't know if that's validated. We know he's making that claim. And what we know now is a lot of the people who are talking about the miracle of the cybertruck are now quiet about what's being said in the actual letter, and they're not talking about this. We seem to talk about everybody's manifesto unless it lands squarely in the oligarchs and criticizing some of the things that they're doing. So, Steve? Yeah, it's. So to your question, I think we've looked and Congress was trying to thread the needle and put through restrictions on outbound investment into China. And that's very difficult to do because we look and say when they first looked at drone companies, Moritz from Sequoia said these things look like toys. Right? Now we know drones are the primary military vehicle used to kill lives and deliver destruction. So back in 2018, we even restricted drones when they looked like toys that were just flying over beaches. I can give you another example, too. ByteDance TikTok, the technology, the artificial intelligence technology behind it was used and spun out to create a company called 4 paradigm that uses that's one of the military command control systems behind these drone swarms. So the technology that gets created in some of these companies, as we know from some of our own companies, becomes very powerful in terms of the military use, the way China works on the military civilian side. So the fact that tech still wants to keep, or somebody still wants to keep any investment open into China is asinine.
Steve Bannon
I just want to make sure I reiterate with Sean Ryan, with the email with the letter that came to the Las Vegas Police. Are you saying that he took his life to make sure that this issue was before the American people about drones from the pla, from the Chinese Communist Party, from the Chinese military. Was that his life point?
F
You know, I don't know, Steve, but it's certainly looking like, as it goes now, that there were some coincidence here with the other terrorist attack. This was not meant to be a terrorist attack, although there was a life. You know, people don't know this. The Consumer Electronics show is in Vegas this week, right? On January 6th. I don't know if anybody's put that together, but, you know, if you wanted to take lives, you know, doing it on Christmas Day in front of a building with nobody walking by is really not the way to do it. And typically, you don't put fireworks in the trunk of a car. And you typically don't put a manifesto and a statement out to social media that, you know the message behind why you're taking your life. I mean, clearly this guy had some mental health issues. He had a breakup in a relationship. He was in therapy and everything else. So there were obviously some mental health issues there. But it looks like he was trying to send a message.
Steve Bannon
Brian, where do people go? Thank you for jumping on this. Where do people go for the information? Your Twitter feed is absolutely stunning. This is going to get to be a huge deal. We gotta unpack this. I think it was New Year's Eve, by the way, not Christmas Day. I think it was New Year's Eve that he killed himself. That's okay. Just where do people go for social media? Because your Twitter feed alone is a. And I'm kind of shocked you haven't been shadow banned over there. Where do people go?
F
Well, there's always Today, right? And nice segment with Chris, too. I'm sitting here in Marina Del Rey if you want to rub it in a little bit more with Natalie right now. But they can go to On X it's BP Costello.
Steve Bannon
So, boy, we did South Bay today. Brian, thank you. So, Brian, thank you so much for jumping on here. I'll call you after the show. All right, thanks, Natalie. Natalie, thank you very much and love the hot takes. Where do people go to get you over the weekend?
Natalie Winters
Natalie G. Winters on all platforms. I don't know if they're all that hot. I think it's just the truth.
Steve Bannon
I think you're correct. I think you're correct. It was very powerful. Thanks, Natalie. I appreciate you. Tomorrow we didn't get to get back to the speaker of the House. We'll do that tomorrow. We have a packed show. Something is quite odd and disturbing about the situation in Vegas. Obviously, it's very unsettling about what happened in New Orleans. We don't need Chris Wray anymore. We don't need anybody associated with this regime. They all should resign in disgrace in. And right now, Grassley and others should take it as first order of business to get Pam Bondi up in front of the Judiciary Committee, followed by Cash Patel Immediately. President Trump needs that team in place. The closer we can get to January 20th of President Trump fueling his entire team of DOD, CIA, FBI, DOJ at the top levels and then maybe start going with the other people. But waiting until January 15th, 16th, 17th for the committees and then waiting, you know, for the committees to vote them out the following week and then the following week, it's just too long. We're a nation in crisis right now. You can see that they're trying to sow more chaos to make it more disturbing. All of it. It's not acceptable. Okay, tomorrow's show is going to be on fire. 10:00am Eastern time. Want to thank everybody for helping put this together. Really want to thank Chris Fenton and Brian Costello who went out of his way, jumped out of me. Come on here. Very disturbing. Go to Brian's Twitter feed right now. Birchgold. WarRoom Battleground EP 679: Cybertruck Bomber's Manifesto
Release Date: January 4, 2025
In this gripping episode of Stephen K. Bannon’s War Room, the discussion centers around a harrowing incident involving a "Cybertruck Bomber" and the broader implications of foreign influence, particularly from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), on American security and infrastructure. The episode delves deep into the manifesto left behind by the bomber, the potential threats posed by advanced drone technology, and the pervasive issues within the U.S. immigration and visa systems.
The episode opens with Stephen Bannon addressing a recent attack at the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, where a decorated combat veteran allegedly committed suicide while detonating a bomb in a Tesla Cybertruck (00:02-02:23). The bomber left behind an email labeled as a manifesto, detailing concerns about Chinese drone technology and alleged war crimes during past military operations.
Notable Quote:
"There is an email out there and it's been labeled as a manifesto." – Stephen Bannon [00:17]
Jack Posobiec, a Naval Intelligence officer and Special Forces ally, provides his insights into the manifesto's authenticity and the bomber's motives (05:40-09:34). Posobiec expresses skepticism about the bomber’s claims, suggesting the possibility of mental health issues rather than a coordinated terrorist attack. He emphasizes the importance of verifying the bomber’s assertions about Chinese drone capabilities and the potential oversight by authorities.
Notable Quote:
"Absent outside verification or outside corroboration, I don't think there's any way that you can say that those things are verified within the contents of this email." – Jack Posobiec [08:30]
The discussion shifts to the advanced drone technology allegedly developed by China, as highlighted in the bomber’s manifesto. Posobiec raises concerns about investments by American firms like Sequoia Capital in Chinese tech, potentially aiding the CCP's military advancements (09:34-12:25).
Notable Quote:
"The technology that gets created in some of these companies... becomes very powerful in terms of the military use, the way China works on the military civilian side." – Jack Posobiec [43:48]
Steve Bannon questions the involvement of high-profile figures like Elon Musk and Sequoia Capital in this context, probing the depth of their collaboration with Chinese entities (09:34-10:32).
Natalie Winters takes a critical stance on the U.S. immigration and visa systems, particularly focusing on the exploitation of foreign student visas. She argues that programs like the STEM Optional Practical Training (OPT) have been manipulated to allow a substantial influx of foreign workers, thereby displacing American workers and creating economic disadvantages.
Notable Quote:
"It's always been a scam. In the same way that lobbyists get their white papers on a host of issues, this issue of importing foreign workers is and always has been about that." – Natalie Winters [18:30-19:36]
Winters cites a 2017 Bloomberg report indicating that over half of international students on F1 visas do not complete their studies, undermining the supposed educational benefits and revealing a pattern of using higher education as a facade for immigration and labor exploitation.
Bannon and his guests emphasize the urgent need for enhanced national security measures in light of potential threats from both foreign and domestic actors. They advocate for stringent vetting processes, reduction of foreign investments in sensitive technologies, and revamping immigration policies to prioritize American workers.
Notable Quote:
"These are the types of things that our adversaries have and bad actors, whether it be a foreign actor or a domestic actor or someone pretending to be, using a faked flag to be some other actor... We need to keep all of our heads on a swivel." – Jack Posobiec [10:32]
Brian Costello elaborates on the implications of the manifesto and the role of Chinese venture capital in advancing military drone technology (27:05-47:36). He warns against the continuous investment in Chinese tech firms, which may inadvertently support CCP's military objectives. Costello underscores the necessity of restricting outbound investments to prevent the proliferation of dangerous technologies.
Chris Fenton, a film producer and expert on China, discusses the infiltration of CCP influence into American academia and technology sectors (30:47-40:50). Fenton highlights how elite universities have become breeding grounds for espionage and intellectual property theft, posing significant threats to national security.
Notable Quote:
"The only point that I've ever heard coming from these elite academic institutions... is that there's no demonstrable benefit to having people come into this country from these schools from foreign countries." – Natalie Winters [35:18]
Bannon previews upcoming episodes focusing on the specifics of the Las Vegas incident, security measures for President Trump's inauguration, and the ongoing infiltration of CCP within American institutions. He also mentions additional guests like Philip Patrick from Birchgold and emphasizes the importance of preparedness and awareness among American citizens.
Notable Quote:
"Tomorrow's show is going to be on fire... something is quite odd and disturbing about the situation in Vegas." – Stephen Bannon [41:05]
WarRoom Battleground EP 679 presents a comprehensive discussion on the Cybertruck Bomber incident, tying it to larger themes of foreign influence, national security, and the flaws within America’s immigration systems. Through expert analyses and critical debates, the episode calls for heightened vigilance and policy reforms to safeguard American interests against both overt and covert threats.
